Thanks to LA Music Center's partnership with Inglewood Public Library, visitors and staff enjoyed a merriment night of LIVE music by Mariachi Los Camperos to begin the holiday season!

Hi, my name is dimitri boone, I'm a children's librarian here at the inglewood public library. Tonight's event was so culturally amazing. The mariachi experience was right here at the inglewood public library live. We had mariachi los comperos.

They performed some awesome, traditional christmas music, as well as traditional mexican music, and it just made the night so much fun and very engaging.

Having important programs such as the mariachi program or craft programs or author visits is so important, especially now that the library has reopened and that we're trying to get people to re-engage with the library experience. I think it's time now that we come back together. Of course, socially distanced safely with mass hand sanitizer all of that, but to come back to the library to let the community know that the library is here, the library is available. Staff is here to help you with all of your information needs.

Your program needs your research or just to come in and read recreationally check out books check out movies, that sort of thing so come back to the library the library is open, staff is available and programs abound, and we will continue to have more engaging programs like the mariachi program here at inglewood, public library.
