A
Good
evening
and
welcome
to
the
main
24th
meeting
with
Siri
admission,
the
city
Administration
committee
I'll
go
ahead
and
call
this
a
meeting
to
order
joined
by
colleagues
Yorkville
Illinois
shortly.
A
Before
we
begin
agenda
review,
are
there
any
addition
to
relations
to
the
agenda,
all
right,
moving
to
review
and
approval
of
the
April
26th
2023
minutes
can
I
promotional
news
Chris.
Thank
you.
Thank
you
by
Jorge
any
discussion
in
advance
that
was
circulated
all
right,
so
you
know
all
those
in
favor
prepared
and
that
carries
4-0.
Thank
you.
The
next
turn
to
are
there
any
members
of
the
public
here
to
address
County
Council
interest
students
for
their
classroom.
A
All
right
well,
then,
we'll
move
on
to
consent
agenda
from
some
point.
Please
Chris.
A
Thank
you
very
much.
Okay,
nothing
was
submitted
this
month
for
administration,
human
resources
and
policies
so
we'll
turn
to
item
five
finance
budget
refrigerations
contract
with
black
hand.
Universal
can
I
get
someone
to
move
that.
Please.
A
Whereas
County
Council
is
part
of
the
20th
century,
authorized
budget
replace
fifty
thousand
dollars
for
black
and
universities
incorporated
into
leadership
the
contingency
account
and
whereas
we
have
now
received
sufficient
information
to
release
the
funds
between
2023
programming.
Now
that
will
be
a
result
of
coming
times
should
be
by
releasing
the
amount
not
to
exceed
at
fifty
thousand
dollars
in
funding
from
the
2023
restricted
community
accounts,
a1990
and
transfers
those
funds
to
account
a1012-5435
community
service
contracts
for
the
purposes
of
2023
black
and
University
programming
would
be
a
further
resolve.
A
For
a
second
and
Chris
and.
B
No,
not
really
just
kind
of
facilitating
the
accounting
piece
of
this.
So,
as
you
recall,
we
did
put
funds
in
contingency
account
for
the
as
part
of
the
23
budget,
and
so
this
is
releasing
those
funds.
So
we're
able
to
then
go
to
the
next
step
of
making
sure
we
have
all
the
documentation
and
then
making
payments
to
the
the
two
organizations.
A
A
B
Yeah,
so
what
you
have
there
is
what
I've
received
for
black
hands
Universal,
as
included
in
in
your
packet
there
and
so
yeah,
that's
kind
of
we
would
once
funds
are
released,
then
we
would
request
for
the
financial
activity
from
the
organizations
and
then
I
review
that
and
if
it's
appropriate,
we
would
then
make
payment.
B
Correct
so
this
basically
takes
it
out.
It
takes
Council
action
to
release
those
points
that
you
put
in
to
the
budget
and
contingency
account,
and
so
again,
if
you're
not
satisfied
with
the
items
that
you
see
before
you.
As
far
as
you
know,
program
and
services
of
what
they're
looking
to
do
with
the
funds
for
23,
then
that's
you
know,
obviously
that's
your
vote
to
release
those
funds
right.
A
This
does
not
tell
me
enough
for
me
to
vote
in
favor
of
releasing
the
funds.
Is
we
want
to
table
this
and
give
black
hands
Universal
opportunity
with
a
small
information,
I'm
happy
to
do
that,
and
if
we
don't
want
a
table,
I
can't
support
them.
A
A
And
seeing
that
documentation
through
I'm
hoping
this,
this
can
move
this
in
the
right
direction
in
that
regard,
and
if
we
don't
get
that
documentation,
we
don't
have
to
approve
it,
and
so
I
think
I'm
comfortable
voting
for
this.
Now
you
know
with
the
asterisks
that
we
get
that
accommendation
I,
think
that's
where
I'm
at
just
a
point
of
clarification
council's
last
opportunity
to
approve
this
will
be.
If
you
know
once
at
the
next
Council
vote
following
this,
can
sees.
Release
of
the
funds
is
an
administrative
process
approved
by
Council.
A
B
A
A
If
we
didn't
receive
the
proper
financial
documentation
from
them,
they
wouldn't
be
getting
them
on
correct,
got
it
yeah
I,
guess
thank
you
for
that
verification,
I
guess.
With
that
in
mind,
I
think
I
probably
be
inclined
to
support
your
your
emotions
table
your
workshop
and
this
and
see
that
you
know
the
documentation
on
the
internet
before
we
approve
it
and
have
more
of
a
conversation
about
this.
A
A
So
all
these
functions
are
with
voyages
and
salaries.
A
B
Just
one
other,
you
could
also
send
it
on
to
Council
in
hopes
that
the
organization
would
also
bring
additional
documents
within
the
next,
whatever
that
is
a
couple
weeks
that
they
had
would
have,
and
then
you
can
always
do
the
same
thing
at
Council
right,
so
you
don't
have
to
recruiters
there
anymore
I'm,
just
thinking
that,
if
you're
looking
for
more
documentation
and
not
to
delay
the
numbers
or
whatever,
but
that's
certainly.
A
I'm
inclined
to
allow
this
to
go
to
council
and
also
put
out
a
request
for
documentation.
I
think
that
colleagues
should
be
aware
that
the
you
know,
Steve
and
I
believe
that
have
all
been
working
on
this
and
I
think
if
there
are
documents
that
you
feel
are
missing
or
specific
collaborations,
that
you'd
prefer
I
think
communicating.
A
That
immediately
would
be
extremely
helpful
so
that
you
know
and
again,
if
we
get
to
council-
and
there
are
requested
documents
that
we
do
not
have,
we
are
always
able
to
refer
back
to
committee
or
people
at
that
point.
I
think,
as
Deb
alluded
to
before
the
meeting
started,
you
know,
Council
put
these
funds
into
restricted
contingency
to
support
programs
without
I
think
fully
articulating
to
our
partners.
What
we
would
specifically
want
to
see
from
them,
and
so
I
I,
fully
hear
and
I
agree
like
this
is.
A
This
is
somewhat
thin
on
terms
of
the
the
elaboration,
especially
compared
to
the
other
resolution
we
had
next,
but
I
think
rather
than
us
saying
simply
let's
get
some
more
information.
I
think
it'd
be
helpful
to
tell
our
partners
what
information
we
needed
specifically
morning.
I'm
trying
to,
but
with
on
understanding
everything
a
little
bit
better
now
I'm
trying
to
surprise
to
support
that
train
of
thinking
and
what
would
support
moving
this
out
of
committee
now
to
council
to
have
that
conversation?
There.
A
And
I
can
tell
you
specifically
what
I
want
to
find
out
I
want
it
I
want
to
know
what
the
directory
supervisor
at
West
Village
in
chestnuts,
doing
I.
Think
there's
a
garden
behind
Chestnut
I
want
to
know
what
all
these
people
are
doing,
what
their
job
is
and
and
what
they
hope
to
accomplish
so
I
think
in
first
of
all,
we
asked
a
formal
withdrawal
intervention
table.
Yes,
okay,
motions
withdrawn.
A
So
now
we
are
considering
the
resolution
as
moved
and
just
to
add
on
what
you
said
or
I
would
say:
I
would
encourage
colleagues,
perhaps
five
minutes
and
George.
That
was
very
helpful.
If
anyone
has
additional
information
paper.
Quests
did
please
send
that
to
me
and
the
the
chief
of
staff
by
week's
end,
so
we
can
give
ample
time
to
our
partners
to
be
able
to
furnish
those
documents
in
advance
of
council
not
next
week,
but
following
all
right.
Any
further
discussion
on
the
motion.
A
F
Shelly
I'm
sorry,
Mr,
Nanny
and
earlier
I
was
just
going
to
say
basically
what
you
had
said
about
just
being
clear
about
what
it
is.
You're
looking
for,
and
also
just
out
of
curiosity.
F
I'm,
sorry,
it's
not
that
bad
curiosity.
Do
we
typically
ask
organizations
for
their
job
descriptions,
I,
think
that's
important,
or
do
you
really
want
to
know
about
the
program?
Is
it
you
want
a
job
description
or
do
you
want
clarification
on
the
program
I
think,
because
that
sounds
a
little
odd
to
me.
Thank
you.
A
Any
further
discussion
in
this
all
right
so
then
we'll
take
that
to
a
vote
all
those
in
favor
of
movement
5.1
to
full
Council
and,
let's
close
all
right,
so
that
carries
four
to
one
with
all
the
person.
Thank
you
can
I.
A
Please
have
something
more
of
that
way,
whereas
from
the
council
is
part
of
the
2023
authorized
budget
placed
fifty
thousand
dollars,
The
Unbroken
promises
initiative
to
be
sure
to
continue
to
see
account
and
whereas
we
have
now
received
the
vision,
information
to
release
the
funds
for
trying
to
find
reprogramming,
our
airport
is
resolved.
Thank
you
exceed
fifty
thousand
dollars
in
funding
the
2023,
restricted
contingency
account,
a1990
and
transfer
those
funds.
Two
accounts.
A
A
This
is
a
much
more
complete
application
than
the
previous
one.
I
appreciate
that,
but
I'm
curious
to
know
what
equipment
and
travel
and
all
the
black
costs
are
so
before
our
next
reading.
The
name
Epi
can
advise
for
that
discussion.
A
So
again,
any
requests
or
information
on
that.
Please
make
sure
we
communicate
that
to
myself
and
what
you
just
said
by
Friday
with
that
we'll
move
to
a
vote,
all
those
in
favor
of
522,
and
that
is
unanimous.
Thank
you.
Colleagues
now
I'll
turn
to
5.3
yeah
go
ahead,
we're
at
section
15.12
the
franchise
agreement
of
January
2003
is
when
the
city
of
Grand
Nevada
franchisee
time
was
at
Advance.
A
The
new
house
partnership
TWC,
subsequently
assigned
to
Charter
Communications
Incorporated
DBA
Spectrum
News
network
after
Charters,
subsequently
assigned
sorry
after
Chargers
2016
acquisition
of
TWC
requires
a
participating
in
municipalities
which
are
the
city
of
Ithaca,
the
town
of
the
heights,
to
provide
the
franchisee
with
an
annual
written
budget
for
public
educational
and
governmental
access
operations
PVG
by
June
30th
each
calendar
year,
and
whereas
the
franchise
agreement
authorizes
Charter
Communications
to
collect
15
cents
per
subscribable
amounts
to
be
used
for
the
purchase
of
equipment
with
beg
access
studio
and
whereas
the
city
of
ithaca's
ordinance
number.
A
Thank
you.
Jorge.
Is
there
a
second
second
by
Chris
and
like
well?
Brown
up
to
join
us
in
Fernando
is
a
primary
kind
of
seeing
more
related.
Just
that
I'll
add
that
this
is
a
fairly
standard
resolution,
as
some
focus
on
Council
and
state
staff
will
know
that
we
do
this
every
year
as
part
of
our
relationship
with
cable
access,
Time,
Warner
and
Pegasus,
and
that
Wales
is
the
city
of
Wayne's.
A
Eve
for
for
the
access
cable
site
and
has
been
doing
this
much
longer
than
I
have,
and
so
it
was
a
much
better
person
to
answer
about
these
questions
in
terms
of
the
the
proceedings
with
our
payback
equipment
and
whatnot.
I
have
also
sent
prior
to
this
meeting
and
additional
documents
from
the
access
oversight,
which
was
our
annual
reports,
and
then
we
jump
to
previous
of
that
document.
A
You'll
see
the
course
for
those
equipments
that
will
be
so
just
before
this
meeting
I
apologize
got
that
documentation,
link
from
Google
access
but
fairly
standard
resolution.
I'll
turn
it
over
to
probably
at
least
you
might
have
questions
and
I
understand,
Allen's
on
the
call
as
well
Alan.
Anything
you'd
like
to
add
foreign.
G
Can
you
hear
me?
Okay,
all
right,
thank
you
for
for
letting
me
join
in
I,
don't
know
if
we
have
much
new
information
to
add
just
I
didn't
see
the
follow-up
documentation
that
you
had
mentioned
Jorge,
but
it's
our
understanding
that
the
the
quote
and
the
the
budget
that's
coming
forward
is
for
equipment
that
would
live
in
the
the
Pegasus
recording
facility
so
that
all
members
of
the
public
have
have
the
ability
to
use
Public,
Access
Channel
again.
G
In
addition,
that
would
be
used
as
part
of
what
we
would
feed
into
when
we
are
able
to
start
broadcasting
again.
Is
that
correct?
Yes?
Okay!
That's
that's
perfect!
Just
in
terms
of
what
we've
done
already
it's.
This
is
a
follow-up
of
some
of
the
information
I
sent
at
the
left
at
the
last
council
meeting
I
believe
we
have
done
phase
one
of
a
upgrade
project
for
the
the
chambers
and
sound
system
and
cable
access.
We've
ordered
the
equipment.
G
We
need
to
integrate
these
sound
system
in
the
room
and
the
sound
board,
with
our
Zoom
recording
of
our
hybrid
meetings
once
that
equipment
comes
in
and
gets
programmed
all
the
information
in
the
room.
So
everything
that
people
are
saying,
as
well
as
the
zoom
speakers
themselves,
will
all
feed
into
the
sound
system
back
into
the
zoom
and
then
out
to
YouTube
Etc.
So
for
those
watching
online
that
will
resolve
any
audio
issues.
G
We've
been
having
in
terms
of
getting
us
on
the
television
channel
once
we
have
again
accomplished
that
first
phase
and
we've
now
fed
does
the
sound
into
the
sound
board,
regardless
of
whether
someone's
in
the
room
or
not.
We
already
have
the
output
from
video
cameras
in
the
room
which
aren't
currently
used
as
part
of
the
zoom
call,
but
could
be
in
the
future
and
the
projector
which
all
go
back
into
that
media
booth.
G
And
it's
my
understanding
that,
with
the
equipment
we
already
have,
or
with
again
another
small
upgrade
in
City
Hall,
we'll
be
able
to
feed
that
out
back
to
the
Pegasus
channel
for
live
broadcast,
I,
I,
again
I'm.
Assuming
that
that's
will
tie
into
the
new
equipment-
that's
that's
being
discussed
tonight,
I'm,
not
sure
and
I
guess.
G
That
would
be
my
question
for
for
those
in
the
room,
if
that
would
also
allow
for
or
accounts
for
being
able
to
rebroadcast
the
feed
coming
coming
in
again
from
our
media
Booth,
but
as
a
zoom
Source,
rather
than
you
know,
just
old-fashioned
cameras
that
are
being
switched
in
the
room,
as
someone's
in
essence
directing
the
program
from
from
the
media
booth
and
sending
the
different
feeds
to
the
to
Pegasus
and
the
Spectrum
as
as
the
meeting
goes
on.
So
in
the
past,
that
was
the
missing
piece.
A
C
C
So
I'm
one
of
the
five
members
of
the
Committees
that
watches
over
the
public
access
and
haven't
been
accessed
people
TV
of
quality.
It
is
also
a
member
of
a
delegate
from
the
city
council
and
to
create
members
from
the
city
is
Paul
Smith
and
then
there's
one
from
the
village
of
Cayuga
Heights
and
one
from
the
town.
C
So
those
three
municipalities
have
an
agreement
with
the
eagle
TV
company
that
sells
their
own
residents,
can
use
the
equipment
for
training
and
if
you
live
someplace
else
in
Thompson
County
like
maybe
driving
what
damn
they,
you
can
still
use
the
equipment,
but
there's
a
small
fee.
They
should
pay,
and
now
both
that
fee
and
the
15
cents
per
month
per
subscriber,
that's
listed
on
the
cable
TV
I'll
go
to
the
company
and
the
company
gear
marks
sent
for
buying
new
equipment,
and
our
committee
agrees.
C
C
It
says
that
our
committee
passes
on
proposed
uses
of
the
money
to
our
equipment,
and
it
also
says
that
each
of
the
three
municipalities
should
give
their
their
verification.
Give
them
approval
to
what
we
tell
the
company.
And
then
it
has
much
greater
rate
than
with
companies
and
you're
Justified
or
best
said.
C
For
a
quite
among
list
of
equipment
that
I
I
could
go
I
piece
by
piece
and
describe
like
this
microphone
and
that
cable,
but
I
I
just
could
not
and-
and
let
me
say,
I'm
delighted
to
hear
that.
There's
no
work
going
on
to
restore
broadcasting
facilities
from
city
council
chambers
and
from
other
locations
in
the
city.
C
A
Thank
you
any
additional
comments
or
questions
from
comments.
A
All
those
in
favor
of
5.3-
and
that
carries
you
know
so.
Thank
you.
Thank
you.
Thank
you,
Wells
and
all
the
packages.
Thank
you
so
much
Alan
for
all
the
work
that
you
guys
have
been
doing
with
the
first
office
and
with
other
information
and
Technology
on
doing
getting
this
moving.
A
This
has
been
like
a
big
concern
for
a
lot
of
constituents
about
accessing
common
Council
meetings
on
online
or
on
TV
and
so
I
know
I've
been
following
up
and
do
a
lot
about
it,
and
so
I
really
appreciate
the
hard
work
that
you
all
for
doing.
So.
Thank
you.
Wow.
A
A
5.4

whereas
the
city
of
Ithaca
adopted
their

for
Six

in
November
of
2022.
The
plan
was
developed
by
a
broad
basis,
stakeholders
through
Watershed
and
with
the
support
of
New

our

and
whereas
the

we
do
not

Now,
therefore,
be

as
follows:
increased
Revenue
accounts.
A
Let's
go
move,
there's
nothing
by
coordinating,
looks
like
there's,
probably
any
appropriation,
probably
a
missing
figure
of
the
exact
same,
exactly
increase
Revenue.
F
A
Oh
yes,
we're
just
inviting
me
to
share
preliminary
comments
for
colleagues.
Have
any
questions.
E
Oh
yeah,
thank
you.
This
will
just
help
us
direct
the.
E
Resource
protective
you
know,
as
opposed
to
areas
that
would
be
more
likely
to
create
risk
for
pollutants
entering
into
our
source
water.
It
would
be
helpful
for
us
for
drinking
water
and
also
be
useful
to
the
other
municipalities
in
the
Watershed
to
help
guide
them
for
better
places
for
development.
So
I
appreciate
you
considering
this.
A
A
And
that
carries
5-0.
Thank
you
last

2023

or
right.
Thank
you.
A
We're
going
to
see
that
the
water
treatment
plant
as
requested
and
then
approved
the
funds
from
the
park
Foundation
to
test
a
model
development
that
served
a
materials
Dr
Bolden,
the
yes,
he
has
developed
the
model
of
inorganic
solution,
chemistry
for
a
new
relate.
It
is
hope
to
advance
the
workforter
to
show
that
the
model
can
be
used
to
improve
our
understanding.
B
Steve
just
to
clarify
that
should
be
F,
8,
3
and
330
for
each
of
those
on
the
expense
side.
Thank
you.
Thanks.
Brandon.
A
D
E
Yes,
so
we
we've
been
working
with
professor
Matthew
Reed,
who,
who
teaches
the
water
chemistry
up
at
Cornell
for
three
years
now
on
on
manganese
projects
at
the
water
treatment
plant,
but
through
him,
we've
been
able
to
access
the
appropriate
students
who
understand
not
only
chemistry
but
water
chemistry,
which
is
its
own,
its
own
area,
and
so
it
was
to
the
unique
opportunity
at
this
time
to
actually
find
someone
who
is
is
capable
of
testing
this
model
and
moving
it
forward.
E
Foundation
Foundation
suggested
that
I
I
look
at
the
living
wage
current
right
now
and
that
that's
what
was
listed.
A
A
B
So
actually
you
don't
have
to
vote
here,
because
we
don't
have
additional
authorization
to
to
issue
additional
bonds.
We
will
be
issuing
funds
that
you've
already
approved
and
authorized
previously,
and
so
this
isn't
the
usual
case.
Usually
we
do
have
additional
funds
to
authorize,
but
this
year
we
were
kind
of
Lucky,
so
we
don't
have
to.
We
can
just
issue
based
on
what
council
has
approved
in
the
previous,
either
years
or
in
the
current
year
and
the
funds
again.
B
A
H
Whole
yeah:
this
is
really
going
to
be
very
short,
because
I
sent
you
an
incredible
okay,
it's
about,
hopefully
giving
you
enough
time
to
digest
it.
The
agenda
for
the
meeting
with
exactly
the
same
memo
was
also
sent
out
to
the
public
today,
so
yeah
have
the
same
access
to
the
information
that
you
all
have
and
for
next
week,
so
we're
looking
forward
to
a
robust
discussion
planning
on
the
whole
meeting,
hopefully
being
about
two
hours.
H
A
H
A
Any
further
discussion
you
know
just
that
in
between
grave
relations
parsing
through
the
documentation
but
I,
know
I've
been
in
particular
requesting
a
lot
of
this
case.
Study
work
so
I'm
very
grateful
to
work
on
that
you
guys
have
put
into
it.
I
look
forward
to
being
well
well
studied
on
it
prior
to
our
meeting
and
coming
with
some
insights
and
questions
for
sure.
Thank
you.
A
And
well,
thank
you
Dad
for
both
mental
and
the
I
do
seeing.
You
know
further
comments,
we'll
just
move
to
our
last
discussion
item
for
the
evening,
which
I
will
not
read
in
its
entirety,
but
it
is
a
proposed
ordinance
establishing
chapter
220
of
the
city
of
the
municipal
code
entitled
firearm
safety.
A
The
intent
behind
this
legislation
would
be
to
essentially
reduce
the
number
of
unsecured
weapons
in
the
city,
Public
Health
experts
and
the
International
Association
of
chiefs
police
recommend
that
there
is
mandated
safe
storage
for
firearms
to
protect
children,
youth
and
gun
violence,
but
also
other
individuals
who
can
reside
in
the
home
with
a
a
firearm.
A
A
A
With
a
locking
device
to
again
prevent
unauthorized
user
access,
as
well
as
reduce
that
vagina,
that
excuse
me
there
is
a
this
is
a
civil
issue,
and
so
it
is
currently
under
review
I've
reached
out
to
the
city
prosecutor's
office
just
to
see,
if
there's
any
additional
comments,
there
I've
talked
with
folks
from
ipd
balconies
and
virtual
objections.
A
Again.
This
is
the
type
of
thing
that
would
Empower
City
officials
to
to
cite
violations,
but
it's
not
something
we
would
proactively
go
out
and
not
find
some
doors.
You're
verified
right.
This
is
something
that
would
be.
You
typically
discovered
in
the
course
of
other
business
and
again.
The
intention
here
is
really
it's
really
fostering
compliance
right.
There's,
there's
important
fee
associated
with
this
in
the
case
of
violation,
I
think
it's
a
very
you
know,
I
think
a
lot
of
responsible
gun
owners.
A
You
know
I
guess
that's
all
I
had
to
say
on
that.
So
I'm
I'd,
love
to
you
know
I
know
folks
have
had
a
chance
to
redo
this
with
the
agenda
packet.
This
is
our
first
time
presenting
it.
Of
course,
it's
not
a
voting
item
this
evening,
but
I
just
want
the
absolic
college
reactions
all
right.
A
Please
yeah,
I
recall
receiving
to
you
about
this
quite
some
time
ago,
late
last
year,
I
believe
I'm,
not
mistaken
and
and
I
definitely
agree
with
a
lot
on
within
Europe
I
come
from
a
family
of
responsible
gun
owners.
A
My
my
grandfather
was
a
detective
in
New
York,
State,
Police
Department,
my
father
and
my
uncle
are
both
as
well
or
licensed
and
are
very
particular
about
keeping
making
sure
that
it
is
kept
in
the
box
and
whatnot,
so
that
me
and
my
sister
never
found
this
just
playing
around
running
around
whether
it
all
that
work
and
so
I
think
it's
a
very
good
idea
to
acquire
this
throughout
throughout
the
city,
because
I
mean
it's
just
very
clear
in
the
data
that
you
know
without
regulations
like
this
very
common
sense,
stuff,
accidents
and
accidents
and
fatalities
or
or
or
escalations
and
things
like
obligations
are,
are
common
and
so
I
appreciate.
A
D
I
just
had
a
couple
questions
just
trying
to
understand
it,
so
would
citizens
be
able
or
be
kind
of
required
to
report
something
if
they
saw
it,
or
would
this
just
be
by
you
know
how
to
stance
law
enforcement
was
inside
the
home
and
they
saw
it
okay?
How?
How
would
it
come
forward.
A
As
an
issue,
thank
you
yeah.
So
that
also
helped
me
remember
when
I
was
tripping
off
trying
to
say
before,
which
is
this
is
intended
to
encouragement
science,
similar
to
like
the
external
Property
Management.
That's
right!
No,
there's!
No!
There's
no
requirement
that
residents
of
the
city
report
on
this,
and
it
would
be
right
in
the
in
the
in
the
event
that,
during
you
know,
ipd,
for
example,
arriving
on
scene
to
respond
to
analysis
and
noting
that
there
was
a
firearm
that
did
not
comply
with
this.
D
So
when
this
may
be,
but
ipd
would
enforce
this.
A
A
You
could
imagine
you
could
imagine
the
folks
who
we
are
still
in
the
process
of
developing
your
attributes
for,
what's
going
to
be
unarmed,
responders
consumable
rewrite
citation
right,
for
example,.
D
Okay,
yeah,
those
are
my
questions.
Thank
you.
A
Exactly
yeah
I'm
just
curious.
Has
there
anything
in
your
pursuit
of
writing
this?
Did
you
see
any
data
compiling
just
how
many
guns
are
in
Ithaca,
how
many
pounds
in
Tompkins
County?
It
seems
to
me,
whereas
that
seeks
to
consolidate
that
information
would
be
appropriate
in
this
resolution.
A
Yeah
thanks
I,
don't
have
those
those
stickers
on
hand
and
IR.
A
It's
been
somewhat
challenging
their
Journey
that
because
there
isn't
like
a
city
database,
that
information,
but
we
can
absolutely
take
another
crack
at
finding
it
and
incorporating
that
language
into
the
Preamble,
as
you
suggest,
I
just
would
add
that
I
would
seek
that,
because
I
think
you
know
what
what's
really,
if
you're
looking
in
five
years,
ten
years,
15
years
out
on
something
like
this,
it's
about
creating
a
culture
that
is
living
as
jorgeous
family
has
has
done
responsibly
and
I've
lived
in
countries
that
you
know
have
that
and
and
absolutely
that's
an
element
of
sense
of
security
to
the
folks
who
inhabit
homes
and
and
have
guns.
A
You
know
so
I
think
it'd
be
about
implementing
this
in
collaboration
with
gun
sellers
in
Ithaca.
Make
sure
there's
folks
who
do
sell
guns
are
also
telling
the
posts
you
should
have
places
that
are
this,
because
this
ordinance
is
on
books,
so
I
just
think
we
should.
We
should
see
that
bad
information.
Thank
you,
foreign.
A
Any
any
further
discussion
actually
gave
us
feedback
any
questions
when
we
next
bring
into
committee.
My
intention
is
to
ideally
for
The
Interpreter
ones.
You
know
time
management
get
any
written
comments,
I
received
from
the
city
of
uber
and
perhaps
invite
one
of
the
ipd
surgeons
to
talk
about
what
they
believe
to
be
negligible
to
impact
on
their
workload
and
enforcements.
A
Please
just
that
for
next
you
know
the
city
Administration
meeting
I'm,
hoping
to
bring
some
legislation
as
discussion
items
pertaining
to
some
legislation.
I've
been
working
on
the
first
bit
of
it
being
a
package
of
a
resolution
and
an
ordinance
regarding
establishing
City
that
as
a
sanctuary
and
Safe
Haven
provokes
seeking
transgender
health
care
or
gender
affirmative
Health
Care.
A
In
light
of
all
the
very
disturbing
news
and
legislation
that
is
happening
down
south
and
throughout
the
country,
we're
already
seeing
folks
who
are
living
in
these
states
and
counties
and
municipalities
or
this
regressive
reactionary
legislation
is
being
passed
to
lead
and
I.
A
Think
legislation
very
similar
to
all
the
presidential
homos
abortion
sanctuary,
as
well
as
a
supplemental
resolution,
would
be
really
important
to
the
transgender
and
gender
non-performing
Community,
both
here
in
Ithaca,
but
also
throughout
the
country
to
folks
who
might
be
something
to
come
to
Ithaca
to
our
clinic
or
for
any
health
care.
In
that
regard,
to
see
us
taking
a
sense
on
that,
and
so
I'll
be
hoping
to
bring
this
discussion
item
for
us
similar
to
the
firearm
safety
legislation.
We
just
saw
to
Council
next
month.
A
Of
course
is
having
it
run
by
City
staff,
legal
and
and
Human
Services,
and,
of
course,
that
as
well
and
then
also
I'm
hoping
to
begin
a
discussion
on
another
piece
of
legislation
pertaining
to
just
cause.
Employment.
A
As
well
in
terms
of
legal
and
HR,
and
what
have
you
and
we'll
be
providing
that
in
advance
of
the
meeting
to
you
all
and
so
any
additional
announcements.
A
See
you
none.
Our
next
meeting
date
is
May.
24Th
I
will
not
understand.
I
is
now
come
here.
Thank
you.
I
will
now
retain
an
entertainment,
moved
by
Jorge
excited
by
Jeff
all
is
in
favor
of
returning
and
that
carrying
spot.
