A
C
We
thank
you
for
our
city
and
especially
for
tomorrow,
and
the
fact
that
we're
a
democracy
and
we
have
the
chance
to
vote
them
both
for
the
things
that
are
important
to
us
and
my
prayer
is
that
everyone
will
always
take
advantage
of
that
opportunity,
and
it
just
bothers
me
when
people
don't
but
I
do
never
lie
here.
Tonight
will
do
that.
We
also
ask
for
your
leadership
and
your
guidance
as
we
discussed
the
various
topics
to.
D
B
D
B
D
B
In
a
second,
a
special
in
the
council
seen
that
on
a
favor,
please
signify
by
saying
aye
hi,
any
opposed
by
your
actual
motion
carries
announcements.
We're
going
to
start
with
how
many
in
this
bill,
students
are
here.
One
two
okay
come
on
up
to
the
podium:
you're
gonna
have
to
earn
that
credit
point.
B
D
B
E
E
We
have
a
4-1
we're
gonna
have
about
40
chairs
out
there.
We've
got
some
pretty
crazy.
Looking
chairs,
I
think
as
well.
I
pick
one
of
this
being
done,
but
Beach
is
going
to
green
expect
to
see
about
five
large
jellyfish
13
and
a
half
14
feet
up
in
the
air
10-foot
diameter
domes
using
the
wrong
plastics
to
bring
awareness
for,
recycle,
recycle
plastics.
They
partnered
up
with
the
folks
Republic
Services.
We've
got
some
cool
partnerships
with
public
service
and
artistic
contractors
and
beaches
go
greener,
gonna,
be
featured
in
that
south
end
of
the
pavilion.
E
We
also
have
a
pretty
cool
relationship
this
year
with
the
canines
for
warriors
and
they've
got
a
team
of
about
14
people
working
on
their
chair.
I.
Think
it's
gonna
be
pretty
exciting
lot
of
chairs
a
lot
of
fun,
but
the
schedule
just
a
couple-
things
that
were
one
at
least
I
think
is
pretty
interesting.
We
have
a
text
layer
interval
coming
out
here
this
year,
so
I
don't
think
that's
ever
been
done
before
laughs.
E
Businesses
then
expect
the
night
of
music
and
dance
to
be
pretty
awesome
event
with
about
nine
six
dance
troupes,
but
we're
going
to
back
the
schedule
up
a
little
bit
we're
going
to
run
the
kids
for
couple
hours
earlier
and
then
about
6:30
PR
I--'s,
going
to
take
over
the
space,
so
they're
actually
going
to
help
us
with
lights,
with
Santa,
really
elevate.
The
whole
ambience
of
the
park
and
they're
gonna
throw
an
additional
party
out
there
in
the
park.
No
alcohol,
so
it'll
be
free.
E
C
B
F
I
hate
victory
from
that
41
really
grab
that
Miraflores
last
week
in
the
paper
recently
there
was
a
little
comment
about
I
guess
it
was
the
downtown
redevelopment,
something
like
that:
one
of
the
persons
that
said
something
about
being
whistled,
that
toothless
person
or
something
like
that
and
it's
kind
of
like
she
was
insinuating
that
this
only
happens.
You
know
I
came
to
the
downtown
area.
F
You
know
recently
I
think
mr.
Darby
said
it's
a
shame
that
you
know
you
have
to
have
a
hard
time
for
one,
the
public's
the
grocery
store.
We
really
ended
up
taking
the
coffee
machine,
free
coffee
out
of
their
temple.
Today,
you
homeless
or
transients,
or
what
have
you
and
so
then
they
ended
up
hiring
another
police
to
stand
around
in
the
parking
lot
to
try
and
ward
off
the
transients
and
or
homeless.
F
So
today,
I
was
at
McDonald's
and
they're
tearing
off
the
front
porch
of
McDonald's
down
here
on
Third
Street
and
the
reason
they're
tearing
it
off
is
because
they
had
no
other
way
to
sort
of
get
rid
of
the
transients
and
homeless
to
congregate
there
every
morning.
So
while
this
person
is
talking
about
its
downtown
area,
the
whole
thing
is
kind
of
like
the
whole
package.
You
know
you
can
come
over
here
and
look
at
downtown
and
see
whatever
you
want
to
see.
F
F
If
you
don't
go
by
there
right
now.
My
office
is
down
the
street,
guys
I
go
by
there
all
the
time,
and
you
know
you're
like
what
is
wrong
with
this.
So
the
person
that's
talking
about
trying
to
beautify
downtown
the
whole
thing
fits
together.
It's
all
part
of
the
city
and
the
police
department.
Their
official
policy
is
and
probably
has
to
be,
that
it's
not
against
the
law
to
be
homeless.
F
I
understand
that
the
second
part
is,
we
cannot
arrest
our
way
out
of
this
situation,
so
it
just
needs
kind
of
getting
swept
to
the
side
or
whatever,
and
you
know
we
have
no
support
on
the
looking
interlocal
agreements
is
about
as
far
as
court
in
jail.
I.
Don't
understand
that,
but
I
personally
had
a
lot
of
my
guys
get
a
blessed.
It
hundreds
appear,
they're
drinking
under
the
spirit
drinking
in
public,
so
that
was
on
Tuesday.
F
So
like
picking
up
the
Jo
Wednesday
afternoon
and
then
drop
him
off
in
Wednesday
night,
he
goes
to
jail
for
drinking
uncle's,
a
beer.
Now
he
gets
out
the
next
day,
so
everybody
just
wants
to
court
for
these
little
infractions
or
whatever
the
charges
they're
always
dismissed.
They
come
back
here
and
said:
I'll
lead
off
charges,
you
know
we
just
don't
have
any
support
green
teeth
and
what
we're
doing
it
seems
like
the
court
downtown
running
around.
Yes,
just
let's
let
it
go,
you
know,
I
got
you
know
and.
B
You
know
what
there
isn't
a
simple
solution:
I
know
for
a
fact
that
we
work
diligently
what
suited
Jacksonville
the
judicial
system.
This
returns
off
the
State,
Attorney's
Office
everybody
to
get
this
chopper
up
and
ride.
It
has
had
a
positive
impact,
particularly
in
the
last
few
years.
I
understand
that
the
population
that
the
homeless
make
room
this
last
year
awaiting
the
census
report
on
that
anybody's.
F
B
E
Interested
thank
you
be
a
Coalition
of
David
on
a
few
issues.
There
are
four
items
that
are
outstanding
or
at
least
need
to
understand
where
we
are
in
the
sense
they
were
brought
up
previous
discussions
so
Karen
or
to
Neville.
If
somebody
from
the
city
can
get
back
to
me
at
least
give
me
an
idea
or
whoever
generated
the
idea,
I've
got
Chris.
Where
are
you
talking
about?
The
feasibility
may
be
an
economic
development
type
of
perfect?
B
B
C
E
B
Unless,
in
a
second
and
I'm
just
going
to
take
a
minute
to
talk
a
little
bit
about
the
process
and
how
I
guess
where
we
are
today,
this
is
an
expensive
nationwide
search
that
we
conducted,
and
you
have
a
nice
life
for
this
okay
that
was
conducted
after
your
for
retired.
After
23
24
years,
we
went
through
an
agency
that
we
thought
fairly
strongly
about.
We
got
eight
five
candidates
and
then
it
was
a
little
down
to
five.
B
B
Florida
he's
been
there
for
a
total
of
19
years,
12
of
the
last
years
of
city
manager,
very
energetic,
very,
very
positive,
very
exciting,
with
new
ideas
and
we're
very
much
looking
forward
to
to
working
with
Mike
Mike
will
be
here
towards
the
second
half
and
Karen
will
continue
as
our
interim
city
manager
and
sell
blankets.
Here
it's
it's
just
feet
on
the
ground,
but
this
agenda
item
tonight
is
the
this
public
record.
So
let's
talk
a
little
bit
about
January
28th
will
be
a
start
date.
B
This
annual
salary
is
one
hundred
and
sixty
one
thousand
dollars
as
an
additional
medical,
announcer
48
kind
of
dollars
in
the
cellphone
that,
yes,
the
option
of
participate.
The
city's
pension
plan
I
have
a
contribution
to
make
to
a
deferred
compensation
plan
was
a
lot
of
city
managers
do
by
the
way
George
did
that
a
health
though
another
insurance
is
provided
to
all
city
employees
and
the
city
will
pay
mr.
Stefan
post
moving
expenses
through
the
relocate
from
home
in
Clearwater
I
can
just
tell
you
that
I
was
very
excited
during
this
process.
B
I
think
all
of
this
work
that
we
found
such
a
great
candidate
negotiated
a
contract
with
him.
I
had
to
learn
a
little
bit
more
about
his
keen
business
acumen
and
he's
a
pretty
sharp
dude.
But
he's
he's
going
to
be
a
good
addition
to
Jacksonville
Beach.
Does
anybody
have
anything
they'd
like
to
have
before
book?
D
D
H
Okay,
the
poverty
that
we're
talking
about
is
just
the
runs
of
the
st.
Johns
County
line
and
east
of
the
second
Street
right
away.
There's
a
circle:
I'm
scared
he's
pointer
that
there's
a
circle
around
the
property
that
we're
talking
about
in
question.
The
family
is
currently
utilizing
wild
water
and
has
a
septic
tank.
The
property
owner
would
like
to
connect
to
water
and
sewer.
It
is
within
the
City
of
Jacksonville
Beach
sig
Lennox.
H
H
The
estimated
project
passed
for
us
to
extend
those
water
and
sewer
lines
over
in
this
property.
If
the
property
in
question
is
three
hundred
and
twenty
nine
thousand
eight
hundred
and
forty
six
dollars,
so
it's
that
it's
just
not
feasible
for
us
to
spend
that
kind
of
money
to
connect
you
web
property
to
our
water
and
sewer
system.
H
Just
on
the
other
side
of
the
county
line
in
st.
Johns
County
is
JEA
water
and
sewer
territory.
Service
territory
JEA
is
willing
to
extend
their
own
water
sewer
lines
to
the
poverty
city
limits
and
the
estimated
cost
to
extend
that
for
JEA
is
difficult
less
than
hours
and
the
owner
is
willing
to
pay
the
cost
to
tap
into
the
JEA
lines.
H
The
results
would
be
better
service
to
the
resident
and
we
would
have
one
less
septic
tank
in
use
within
the
city
of
general
de
chief
in
metaphor,
JTA,
to
connect
this
customer
to
their
Lauren
sewer
system.
They
require
a
memorandum
of
understanding
with
our
city
to
authorize
him
to
provide
water.
The
sewer
service
within
our
Jacksonville
Beach,
City,
Limits
and.
B
H
Jea
that
we
do
have
five
properties
in
Neptune
Beach
that
are
served
by
the
City
of
Jacksonville,
Beach,
water
and
so
on,
and
we
have
two
Jacksonville
Beach
properties
in
the
marsh
landing
area
that
are
served
by
st.
Johns,
County,
Water
and
Sewer
utility.
So
this
is
not
an
unusual
arrangement.
It
just
is
a
matter
of
what
makes
of
us
economic
sense.
Thank
you,
miss
Wilson.
Oh
thank.
D
H
H
I
A
I
H
A
H
H
The
RFP
for
oceanfront
cleaning
services
was
issued
on
August
29th
2018,
requesting
unit
prices
for
base
and
optional
items.
The
base
items
that
we're
talking
about
our
manual
and
mechanical
cleaning
of
the
beachfront,
the
beaches
and
some
of
the
action
items
include
clicking
of
our
parks,
parking
lots
and
other
public
areas.
H
H
H
And
we
ask
to
make
our
underpass
will
be
about
three
hundred
and
five
thousand
two
hundred
forty
dollars,
utilizing
the
based
services
and
manual
and
the
chemical
cleaning
of
the
beaches
and
they're
the
optional
services
that
we
intend
to
utilize,
we'll
be
cleaning
up
some
of
that,
but
with
parking
lots
and
pallets,
and
our
city
and
companies
such
as
grassy
areas.
Just
we
have
some
various
areas
throughout
the
city
that
we
we
plan
to
utilize
them
for.
B
K
Though
my
name
is
Alvin
oils
I
live
at
435,
five
Beverly
Avenue
in
Jacksonville
I'm,
not
a
beaches
resident
but
Hannah
Duval
County
resident,
also
vice
president
of
operations
for
an
environmental
consulting
firm.
We
are
the
consultant
currently
city,
Jacksonville,
we're
doing
some
work
with
city
of
Neptune
Beach.
We've
done
work
for
city
of
Atlantic,
Beach
on-site,
environmental,
consulting
and
Jolene.
D
K
I
depend
on
her
run.
My
business
I've
looked
through
how
the
award
decision
was
made,
and
basically
you
guys
gave
a
lot
of
credit
to
a
company
that
doesn't
have
a
presence
in
this
county
when
I
got
a
contract
award
for
the
City
of
Jacksonville.
I
had
proved
that
house
business
in
Duval
County
here.
I
have
business
license
here
and
my
office
here
and
employees
here,
I'm
not.
C
K
H
K
K
K
To
be
trade,
for
you,
guys
are
basically
going
to
be
putting
a
small
business
out
of
business.
This
is
what
they
do.
This
is
what
they've
done
for
a
very
long
time.
They've
done
a
very
good
job,
so
I
would
ask
you
to
reconsider
the
recommended
motion
and
leave
the
business
with
a
local
business.
They
live
here
they
work
here.
You
know
the
owners
are
out
there
doing
the
work
and
they
care
a
lot
about
it
and
I.
Don't
really
think
you're
going
to
get
that
from
a
big
South.
L
My
name
is
Jolene
Cordoba.
My
address
is
1810
my
language,
my
accent.
Oh
my
husband
and
I
Emily
chose
north.
We
are
here
to
ask
you
to
please
the
oceanfront
cleaning
contract
to
be
triggers
and
to
award
the
contract
to
each
covers.
North
we've
been
cleaning
our
beach
for
the
last
14
years
and
I
guess
for
17
years
private
to
us.
So
beach
combers
is
a
small
local
business
that
is
family,
owned
and
minority-owned.
L
An
event
has
been
committed
to
cleaning
our
Beach
for
over
30
years.
I
know
isn't
the
best
interest
of
the
taxpayers,
property
owners
and
the
city
to
secure
the
best
work
and
materials
at
the
lowest
practical
price.
While
the
South
Florida
Bay
speech,
rakers
equipment
seems
very
impressive.
The
annual
cost
looks
to
be
about
twenty
one
thousand
two
hundred
ninety
one
dollars
higher
than
ours.
L
Even
though
the
grand
total
of
the
twenty
nine
item
RFP
shows
that
we
are
eight
thousand
dollars
higher
annually.
When
the
two
base
items
and
the
Seven
options
that
have
traditionally
been
executed,
our
total
it
will
cost
the
city
of
Jack's
Beach
over
$21,000
and
more
for
me,
traitors
commerce,
Norris.
Therefore,
each
comers
noise
is
the
best
economic
choice.
Also,
the
annual
contract
amount
that
we
receive
stays
local
by
the
directly
inject
speech
pour
into
your
county,
because
each
comers
is
local.
L
My
husband
is
out
on
the
beach
almost
every
day
supervising
and
you
are
working
alongside
our
employees.
You
triggers
is
headquartered
in
Broward
County
at
the
time
of
the
RFP.
They
do
not
have
an
office
in
Duval
County,
nor
did
they
list
one
in
the
submittal,
which
was
an
item
specifically
requested
in
the
RFP.
L
Yet
they
were
awarded
15
of
20
points
for
not
having
I
have
multiple
TripAdvisor
and
L
comments
regarding
the
cleanliness
of
the
each
just
seven
days
ago,
someone
what
this
is
a
nice
wide
well-maintained
to
each
another
to
be
just
beautiful,
pristine
and
clean.
These
are
just
two
of
many
comments,
so
even
though
we
may
not
have
an
equipment,
yet
we
have
proven
to
get
the
job
done.
L
I
hope
you
will
take
this
consideration,
Hey
that
you
comércio
arts
could
be
the
most
economical
choice
and
be
that
we
are
level
and
the
contract
money
stays
local
plus
we
have
the
support
of
many
businesses.
Organizations
and
residents
at
Jax,
beach
and
I
believe
that
speaks
highly
of
our
good
work.
Kid
name.
Thank
you
very
much
appreciate.
B
B
I
think
when
you
do
at
this
point
is
happy
blows
describe
the
process,
and
then
we
can
ask
questions
and
it's
a
little
bit
more
clearly,
because
obviously
it
was
brought
up
by
one
of
the
spirits
that
we
were
doing.
Twenty
one
thousand
dollars
more
gone
with
this
vendor
that
we
would
have
heard
local
vendor.
So
if
he
could
be
responding
to
some
of
those
questions
in
their
discussion.
M
M
M
Past
record
was
one
local
project.
Office
was
another
mechanical
equipment
and
experience
using
it
was
the
third
beach
clean
planet
was
the
fourth
and
cost
was
the
fifth
with
regards
specifically
to
the
cost.
They
would
base
items
and
they
were
optional
items.
I
would
probably
have
to
defer
back
to
the
department
for
the
specific
system
which
items
they're
going
to
select.
M
I
know
that,
during
the
discussions
there
were
comments
made
that
there
may
be
additional
work
that
may
be
requested
up
the
vendor,
since
they
have
the
capacity,
but
once
again
how
to
defer
that
back
to
the
department,
the
respondent
process
and
requested
the
protest
in
the
in
ample
time.
They
made
all
the
deadlines
many
times
we
we
like
to
say
in
nine
our
department
that
were
there,
our
customer
as
well.
M
Not
only
is
the
department
of
the
customer
so
he's
the
respondent,
so
we
try
to
be
as
responsive
as
we
can
with
them,
knowing
full
well
that
they
have
to
make
business
decisions,
but
for
the
most
part
the
vendors
had
to
respond
to
the
RFP
local
project
office
was
one
of
the
requirements.
The
vendor,
as
you
mentioned,
being
coming
at
the
full
score
of
20
and
each
record
I
received
15
during
the
initial
selection
committee.
They
were
questions
by
the
Public
Works
Department
as
to
the
the
office
of
whether
or
not
they
had
a
presence.
M
So
a
subsequent
informal
meeting
informational
meeting
was
held
by
the
public
works
department
in
our
group
with
the
vendor
that
had
made
the
proposal
and
they
address
specifically
those
items
that
were
in
question,
which
was
the
project
on
the
local
project
office
and
their
equipment.
They
brought
the
equipment
under
Jacksonville
to
do
a
presentation,
and
then
they
affirmed
that
once
if
they
got
the
work
that
they
would
go
ahead
and
open
an
office
in
the
Jacksonville
area,
but
the
eye,
if
I
remember
correctly,
the
company
was,
and
we
will
not
open
office.
B
M
For
them
to
showcase
their
mechanical
equipment
and
they're,
really
using
it
I'm
not
on
subject
matter
expert
when
it
comes
to
that,
but
I
remember
the
day
that
we
did
go
out
there.
The
comic
was
doing
cleanup
and
then
they,
the
new
vendor
or
the
vendor,
that's
being
proposed
had
done
a
sweep
right
afterwards
and
they
were
able
to
get
some
additional
products
in
items
that
work
and
you
know
in
the
sand.
M
I
don't
know
if
that's
result
of
the
the
equipment,
but
I
know
that
there's
proprietary
on
items
that
they
had
mentioned
that
they
didn't
want
to
be
disclosed.
Public
Works
is
probably
the
best
group.
That's
to
speak
about
that
because
they
know
all
the
ins
and
outs,
but
I
know
that
the
equipment
was
caught
up
and
it's
fairly
new
and.
B
E
M
The
the
I'm
sorry
I,
wouldn't
we
need
to
state
your
name-
I'm.
Sorry,
that's
a
vegan
city
tax
with
each
general
severe
photobooks.
Thank
you.
The
the
current
equipment,
that's
being
using
anything
is.
This
is
a
rate
which
is
overturning
the
sand
on
the
beach
right
now
it
is
also
it
does
pick
up
the
bigger
pieces,
it
overturns
the
seaweed
and
it
does
love
trash
the
equipment
that
we
had,
that
the
beach
breaker
bring
up
and
everything
it's.
M
It's
more
mechanical
its
it
has
it.
Fine
fine,
picks
the
sand.
If
it
gets
small
debris
and
small
it,
it
sits.
The
sand
basically
like
a
kind
of
level
this
one
hot,
the
South
End
with
the
dredging
anything
with
requirements,
say
that
they
trying
to
get
all
that
shell
or
any
any
type
debris
that
may
cause
harm
to
the
public.
E
H
E
E
J
M
A
H
J
That,
based
upon
the
little
information
will
give
me
now
seems
to
have
provided
excellent
service
to
us
for
14
years
county
and
for
a
company
to
come
in
here,
and
they
say
they're
going
to
do
things
contract
that
I
have
to
agree
with
with
the
owner
to
give
them
15
points
for
having
a
local
office.
15
out
of
20
seems
to
me
to
be
a
tremendous
level
reaction.
I
G
I
M
I
E
I
I
The
beach
cleaning
plan
is
also
one
would
argue,
semantics
because
you're
either
going
to
clean
the
beach
you're,
not
I,
don't
think
that
should
be
a
scoring
and
then
the
cost
then
to
microcell
also,
even
if
we
use
the
taxpayer
dollars
and
the
expected
rates
to
be
clean,
I
was
in
that
that
should
have
been
higher
given
the
higher
personalities,
but
regardless
of
what
I
think
I'm
just
asking
how
he
got
to
there,
what
the
record
and
then
I
am
interested
to
follow
on
what
my
colleague
mr.
Vogelsang
said,
I
come.
I
M
It's
a
it's
a
completely
different
piece
of
boys
as
a
natural
sister,
Rittenhouse
additional
engines.
It's
it's
rotating
is
picking
up
these
commerce
I
mean
the
rate
is
typically
used,
betray
clear,
I,
believe
they've,
also
and
use
that
same
process
as
well.
But
the
new
chemical
means
is
claims
things
that
could
be
better.
It's.
M
I
M
I
L
H
L
A
L
I
I
A
L
Pick
up
a
lot
of
go
funny
or
not.
Why
you
pick
up
pick
up
a
lot
of
the
little
stuff
that
you
know
always
if
you
can't
pick
up
every
cigarette,
butt
or
bottles
have
things
like
that.
Not
how
I
tell
you
but
I
do
feel
about
what
we
do
pick
up
and
unfortunately
we
have
so
many
incredible
organizations
that
come
out
and
that's
there's
meanings
to
come
out
and
pick
up
those
bottle
caps
and
and
have
that
satisfaction
of
helping
out.
C
The
mechanical
equipments,
the
curved
these
comers,
admitted
that
their
equipment
doesn't
take
a
bottle
caps
and
some
of
the
things
apparently
the
other
and
I'm
not
gonna,
be
here,
but
in
the
future.
I
think
it
really
helps
if
you
have
a
measure
of
equipment
that
thanks
a
difference,
because
that's
a
tremendous
difference
and
we're
gonna
do.
C
D
You
I
have
mixed
thoughts
about
this
I
might
going
local
and
affirm
that
we've
been
pleased
with
up-to-date
and
a
lot
of
our
citizens
also
have
spoken
highly
of
the
Congress
organization.
So,
having
said
that,
we
did,
you
know,
have
interviews
and
I
was
not
part
of
the
interview
process
at
the
screening
process.
So
I
think
we
also
have
to
trust
our
our
city,
employees,
that
they
get
them
to
make
the
right
decision
so
and
then
they're
sitting
there
through
the
whole
process
that
they
understand.
D
N
Very
skeptical,
Levent
ilakaka
need
even
able
to
come
in,
especially
with
what
sounds
like
very
expensive
equipment
and
that
we
have
kind
of
a
known
entity
here
that
we
could
stick
with
and
they
already
had
their
relationships
going
on.
I
think
I
think
that
counts
for
something,
and
they
think
accounts
for
something
in
this
case.
So
normally
I
would
love
to
be
able
to
just
trust
the
evaluation
touch
area,
but
I
think
it's
important
to
consider
the
service
to
the
city
so
far
and
that
it
has
been.
N
B
That
plays
a
big
part
of
this
there's
a
delta
and
prices.
The
delta
price
primarily
appears
because
this
equipment,
this
equipment
that
that's
a
much
better
job.
So
that's
something
to
be
considered,
also
the
capital.
You
know
we
are
here
I'm
in
the
business
where
we
have
a
lot
of
trucks.
A
part
of
the
money
that
we
spend
goes
into
updating
trucks
and
putting
new
trucks
on
the
street
to
keep
everything
fresh
and
current,
and
it
doesn't
sound
like
we've
done
that
in
the
last
14
years.
Is
that
correct.
A
B
L
B
L
L
M
Obviously,
one
more
option
that
has
brought
in
brought
to
a
table
with
this
work
P,
which
is
the
important
part
that,
when
it
won't
work
that
I
believe
the
difference
between
the
two
proposals,
just
an
abdomen.
What
we
currently
are,
what
we've
been
doing,
is
I
think
roughly
eight
to
ten
thousand
dollars
of
difference
in
price.
I
can't
speak
exactly
for
okay,
so
just.
B
M
Seeing
the
product,
what
does
it
say?
Yes,
the
belief
these
comers
would
be
like
around
290
thousand,
not
before
the
guy
300
mm
I
think
for
the
option
is
currently
low.
Works
does
but
I'm
sure
that
I
mean
looking
at
the
overall
are
being
and
sort
of
course
addresses
and
other
divisions
that
will
be
used.
That's
how
it
was
used
as
a
whole
and
that's
for
further
discussion
or
anything
the
owner
of
be
triggers
this
year.
If
you
guys
would
like
also
speak,
and
they
might
be
able
to
answer
some
favorite
questions.
O
Thank
you
very
much
for
your
time
today.
My
next
Jim
Jones
I'm,
the
president
of
the
beach
raker,
be
triggers
are
41
year
old
company
based
out
of
South
Florida,
that's
correct,
I
do
have
Jacksonville
ties,
my
father
isn't
Avondale
I
will
be
the
one
that's
relocating
to
Jacksonville
in
order
to
be
able
so
the
shop
here
at
the
time
an
RFP.
We
did
not
have
a
local
location,
we're
taking
over
Amelia
Island
as
well,
and
we
need
we
were
a
good
place,
because
that
would
determine
how
large
the
location
we
needed
to
set
up.
O
We've
already
looked
the
local
employees
at
the
DAV,
the
American
Legion,
and
on
base
I'm
a
disabled,
American
disabled
with
a
veteran
run
business
that
spent
24
years
in
the
Marine
Corps
before
I,
basically
transitioned
out
and
purchasing
as
a
part
of
betrayed
and
I
work
with
a
partner
of
three
people.
We
run
11
municipalities
365
days
a
year.
There's
municipalities
make
up
for
counties
in
your
own
County
miami-dade,
County,
Broward
County
in
Palm
Beach
County.
O
We
have
city
of
Key,
Biscayne
city
of
Marathon,
the
city
of
Miami,
Beach
city
of
Fort,
Lauderdale
city
of
Hollywood,
Pompano,
Beach,
Deerfield,
Beach,
lauderdale-by-the-sea,
just
name
with
you.
I
continue
along
with
the
families
that
we
work
on
largest
municipality
or
contracts
have
been
done
for
almost
40
years.
Now
and
again,
we
have
an
excellent
record
and
you
know
the
end
of
the
day.
You
know
we're
here
to
make
sure
you
could
support
our
local
economies
and
local
economies,
our
Florida
based
economies.
O
Tourism
is
one
of
the
key
things
to
place
our
economy
together,
we'd
like
to
work
with
Beachcomber
in
order
to
make
sure
that
we
have
a
smooth
transition
and
also
be
able
to
utilize
their
expertise
in
our
place.
We're
just
bringing
the
new
capital
base.
I've
already
spent
a
quarter
of
a
million
dollars
on
equipment
for
this
contract.
We've
got
all
brand-new
equipment,
sent
the
police
ready
to
go
the
equipment
that
you
see
there,
that's
an
m5
or
11
or
the
tractor
as
well
as
the
76.
We
can
load
a
tractor.
O
We
also
have
a
barbershop
break
and
beach
tech
2800.
You
talk
about
the
type
of
equipment
that
could
pick
up,
that's
going
to
run
a
30
milligram,
that's
where
you
must
screen
based
sanitize
your
yourse,
and
they
can
pick
up,
but
as
small
as
a
bottle
caps
or
cigarette
butts.
But
it
allows
the
sand
and
your
seashells
that
odor
due
to
basically
fall
through
that
that
pretty
much
screen
I
can
switch
that
out
depending
on
the
time
of
year.
The
type
of
garbage
of
respect
I
can
run
a
twenty
or
forty.
O
Our
surf
break
looks
more
longer
a
flight,
so
the
seasonal
changes
would
be
F
seaweed.
We
can
run
that
down
to
the
seaweed
line.
We
also
have
proprietary
equipment
that
we
use
for
various
seaweed.
We
buried
at
a
depth
of
24
to
36
inches
the
proprietary
equipments
been
used
and
consults
over
and
the
Caribbean
currently
face
all
sarcasm
invasion,
the
consulting
at
st.
John
and.
E
Say
that's
impressive,
I
think
just
for
the
reader
just
upon
the
record
line
I'm
going
to
support
the
contract,
its
I
think
it's
important
for
cigarette
butts
and
viable
caps
and
things
like
that
to
be
cycling.
If
you're,
cleaning,
the
beach,
great
and
obviously
I,
understand
common
sense
says
what
a
rating
system
does,
but
to
have
the
ability
to
siphon
out
material
like
that
I
think
is
extremely
important
and
unfortunately,
they
haven't
for
14
years
switched
to
this
type
of
equipment
act.
That's
what
to
me
because
I.

That

the

at

and
then
again
after

and
at
the

the

identified
additional
amendments
that
they
wish
to
recommend
to

around
October

the

Commission.
A
C
What
I
call
a
very
thorough
job
I
did
have
a
couple
of
questions
for
an
example.
This
is
a
question,
but
this
simple
changes
like
a
single
family
in
a
multi
I
mean
wow
I
have
to
go.
You
know
a
process
through
to
get
something
like
that,
but
but
when
it
comes
to
the
variance
of
a
lot
coverage
for
single
family
residents,
I,
don't
remember
where
I
read
this,
but
that
did
not
change.
Is
that
right?
As.
G
Doctor
those
would
be
changed
in
this
event
package
in
2001
the
last
time
we
did
this.
This
develop
detail.
Staff
did
prepare
an
analysis
at
the
time
of
prior
granted.
Rs
1
and
Rs
2
single
family,
home
variances
and
analysis
showed
that
rated
up
to
45
percent,
and
that
was
proposes
amendment
that
was
turned
out
there
without
pretty
much
city
council.
So
he
did
that
before,
but
we
didn't.
C
J
J
G
G
It
depends
on
what
version
of
the
artwork
you're
talking
about
on
what
day
of
the
week.
That's
primarily
I
can
tell
you
about
the
standards
in
there,
primarily
because
when
our
sign
code
went
from
8
or
9
pages
to
the
current
27
page
document
is
now.
The
distinction
was
made
between
artwork
and
commercial
messages.
That's
primarily
was
the
intent
of
this
is
what
could
regulate
primarily
in
residential
zoning
districts.
This
was
more
for
the
murals.
G
We
see
in
some
of
the
buildings
around
the
city
which
I,
though
I,
might
dad
right
now
a
lot
of
the
murals
that
we
see
we're
done
in
advance
of
any
regulation
in
terms
of
the
assignment
or
mobility.
So
what
you
see
up
here
doesn't
fall
into
the
current
regulation
that
was
in
the
54
base
science
standards.
G
In
the
city
for
that
circle
park
over
there,
so
I
don't
have
a
comfort
level
with
how
that
applies
in
a
residential
setting
right
now-
and
it
was
not
the
intent
of
change
to
this
marburg
definition
to
address
that
the
thing
for
the
wand
of
science
being
allow
the
loss
for
sentences.
That
was
what
was
okay.
G
A
G
E
G
Was
that
was
the
issue
that
was
brought
up
by
the
speaker
a
few
minutes
ago
after
the
public
hearing,
when
they
were
deliberating,
it's
in
the
City
Planning
Commission
was
formulating.
Recommended
changes
to
certain
of
the
amendments
that
had
already
been
proposed
by
staff,
and
this
came
up
is
basically
a
floor.
Amendment
to
be,
and
my
consideration
can.
E
G
The
exterior
units,
the
two
men
units,
have
an
exterior
property
now
before
the
project,
but
when
you
divide
that
Senate
unit
out
from
the
other
two
units,
those
are
interior
property
lines
because
their
interior
to
the
development,
they
are
still
these
simple
property
lines.
After
that
person
or
after
the
unit
is
sold.
So
they
drive
a
setback
for
the
side
of
the
driveway,
just
like
an
exterior
property
line
right
now.
The
distinction
between
the
interior
versus
an
exterior
problem
is
simply
probably
all.
G
P
P
We
received
a
communication
in
the
city
attorney's
office
and
in
planning
the
building
after
their
first
consideration
of
this
asking
whether
the
land
development
text
amendments
properly,
so
I
really
need
your
take.
Based
on
that
communication,
you
reviewing
that
tape.
It
brought
to
light
that
the
boat
was
confusing
and
I've
been
working
with
the
Planning
Commission
I've
come
out.
There
rose
water,
it's
the
most
procedure
on
how
they
can
get
their
mentions,
because
it
was
not
clear,
don't
mention
everything
on
the
actual
text.
P
Those
reasons
also
those
things
that
take.
It
also
became
clear
that
the
text
amendments
that
you're
talking
about
in
specifically
into
the
interior
lot
lines,
was
written
on
a
piece
of
paper
and
handed
from
a
member
of
the
public
on
that
evening.
At
the
second
public
hearing
for
these
text
amendments,
your
code
speaks
specifically
to
how
text
amendments
to
your
code
can
be
made.
P
Chapter
34
lays
out
the
requirements,
and
it
says
first
of
all,
the
purpose
and
intent
of
changes
to
your
land
government
tax
code
are
not
intended
to
relieve
any
particular
hardship
nor
to
confer
a
special
privilege
or
right
on
any
person
that
may
said.
How
do
you
initiate
the
process
if
you
be
initiated
in
wonderful
ways,
city
council
initiated
the
planning
commission
can
initiated
the
planning
and
development
director
or
an
owner
or
another
person
having
a
contractual
interest
in
the
property
effective
in
the
difference
amendment
or
their
patient.
P
In
this
case,
what
you
had
was
an
original
application
made
by
your
planning
director
on
all
these
text
codes
that
he's
been
many
months
and
three
public
appearance
doing
in
all
four
of
these
cases,
the
mastication
has
to
be
made
and
sent
to
your
planning
staff,
because
they
are
your
professional
planning
staff
and
they're
supposed
to
look
at
what
the
objectives,
whether
they're,
in
compliance
with
your
plans,
whether
book
impact,
is
multi
development
overall
and
key
to
residential,
because
the
changes
you're
talking
about
impact
all
so
many
districts.
So
you
want
your
professional
staff.
P
You
pay
them
for
that
review.
That's
what
they're
supposed
to
do
in
this
case.
This
was
he
with
the
general
language
written
out
to
the
Planning
Commission
on
that
night
after
public
comment,
it's
added
as
an
amendment
at
the
public
comments,
clubs
at
the
bowtie,
so
it
didn't
go
through
your
application
process
and
it
was
not
publicly
betting.
My
ice
to
the
Planning
Commission
was
to
have
that
that
particular
interested
party
go
make
an
application
as
its
required
paper
cup,
and
that
was
my
eyes.
Nothing
lens.
So.
E
P
P
E
G
E
G
Based
on
the
prior
interpretation,
that's
already
been
applicable
to
a
lot
of
theory,
a
lot
several,
if
not
more
than
several
projects,
I,
don't
necessarily
I,
don't
know,
I
have
a
problem
and
it
just
came
up
to
me
at
that
meeting.
Obviously,
my
interpretation
of
the
code
is
that
those
variances
are
required.
G
E
G
If
we
haven't
had
that
opportunity
to
do
that,
because
that's
what
it
got
brought
up
normally,
it
would
have
been
brought
up
its
part
of
the
staff
application.
If
there
was
any
public
comment,
public
art,
doron
of
the
support
of
it,
we
would
have
gotten
that
at
the
public
hearing
it
wasn't
public
hearing
other
three
comp.
The
other
three
amendments
that
miss
Wilson
correctly
forwarded
as
the
Planning
Commission
recommended
tweaks
or
changes
to
those
amendments.
Each
one
of
those
dealt
with
a
specific
amendment
that
was
brought
to
us
half
this
one
just
was
not.
G
G
D
G
G
Very
explicit,
there's
a
restatement
of
policy
there's
nothing
else
where
to
go
it's
just
if
it's
repetitive
its
repetitive,
that
just
tells
people
where
they're
looking
with
that
criteria
Oh
as
if
nothing
else,
improvements
as
a
reminder,
you
can't
get
variances
for
building
high
intensity
and
whatever
the
other
was
it's
not
only
regulation.
Well,
the
lot
coverage.
D
G
Does
not
say
law
covers
mental
block
area.
Why
Harry
so
having
a
lot
area
city
by
zone?
We
also
reinforced
by
the
comprehensive
plan
zoning
district
of
in
cities.
That's
what
you
cannot
request
if
you're
an
RS
to
district
and
the
minimum
lot
size
is
7,500
square
feet.
If
you
don't
have
15,000
square
feet,
you
can't
divide
it
into
two
lots.
Follow
me.
You
can't
ask
for
well
I'd
like
a
reduction
in
lot
area,
so
I
could
divide
it
into
that's,
just
not
something
to
do
it,
because,
because
it's
not
set.
L
G
D
There's
another
issue
that
was
not
addressed
here,
but
you
just
touched
on
it.
There's
a
lot
of
watts.
Presidential
rs.1,
lakh,
I,
think
in
the
South
tax
beach
area
called
a
couple.
Other
would
be
in
the
mosaic
business
recently,
and
it
says
that
the
first
single-family
been
a
lot
area
has
to
be
2,000
square
feet.
Well,
those
houses
have
been
there
for
years
and
years
of
years
and
years
and
they're
not
ten
thousand
square
feet
one
with
the
most
recent
one
was
like
77
by
84.
G
Tends
to
be
the
justification
proposed
by
applicants
when
they
come
in
for
variances.
That's
their
hardship
is
that
it
doesn't
mean
to
record
a
lot
of
record,
require
or
drop
size
for
the
zoning
district.
The
Sony
could
does
apply
or
does
provide
for
non-conforming
lots
of
record
if
you
own
a
lot
of
record
as
of
this
planet
before
the
code
was
created
if
it's
under
those
standards,
but
it's
still
zone
that
if
it
was
a
lot
of.
G
Have
development
rights
for
that
zoning
district
we're
just
not
you're
exempt
for
a
block
area
and
a
lot
with
because
you
have
to
meet
all
the
dimensional
standards.
So
when
you
come
in
with
a
smaller
lot
right
that
the
board
will
say
well,
what's
your
hardship?
Well,
this
requires
a
10,000
square
foot
lot.
I
only
have
7,500
square
foot
lot,
so
my
lot
was
10,000
square
feet.
I'd
get
3,500
square
feet
proportionally,
I
would
like
X,
and
that
tends
to
be.
G
D
G
L
G
Zoning
map
that
typical
lot
size
exists
all
over
the
city,
regardless
of
a
zoning
district
within
the
I
think
it
was.
The
eighties
is
what,
in
current
district
lot
size
standards
came
up.
It
made
right
across
the
board
a
lot
of
lots
of
the
city
non-conforming
for
their
zoning
standards,
so
going
forward.
That's
why
there's
a
steady
flow
of
various
applications
going
through
the
mortgage
estimate?
It's
slowed.
D
G
G
There
myself
property,
then
the
new
buyer.
They
don't
have
that
right
because
they
bought
it
after
them.
No,
but
a
lot
was
not
changed
in
size.
It
was
a
non-conforming
lot
of
record.
A
lot
was
created
in
1940
as
a
60
50
by
125
foot
lot,
if
Kerry
scored
as
a
legal
performing
a
lot
of
record.
Even
look
at
me
Maya.
Oh
yes,.
D
G
G
Now
we're
just
expanding
into
social
media,
because
a
lot
of
people
advertise
their
businesses
through
those
types
of
those
types
of
venues,
and
if
the
intent
of
the
regulation
is
that's
fine,
identify
your
business,
identify
your
phone
/
identify
a
pedo
box,
but
if
one
of
the
standards
for
at
home
occupation
is
that
you
don't
want
residential
traffic
or
we
don't
have
residential
traffic.
Excuse
me,
we
don't
have
customer
traffic
going
to
your
residence,
then
we're
trying
to
add
the
prohibition
of
advertising
your
residential
address
in
any
form
of
advertising.
D
G
G
D
G
G
D
Understand
that,
but
still
if
the
debt
is
to
have
people,
not
you
know,
having
a
home
is
the
place
that
this
is
where
people
are
coming
and
going
that
she
would
not
apply
necessarily
like
other
business
lot
of
other
businesses.
That
would
apply
I'm.
Just
questioning
the
need
to
put
that
ad.
Those
two
things
to
it.
D
G
G
N
G
G
It
puts
them
in
a
very
awkward
position
to
hear
testimony
from
the
director
who's
presented
in
the
agenda
and
whoever
the
complaint
in
this
when
they
were
just
looking
back
at
me,
but
my
castle
minister
has
to
answer
I'm
trying
to
get
them
out
of
that
difficult
position
when,
after
their
decision,
the
next
stop
would
be
the
court
anyway.
Why.
G
N
N
There
was
actually
one
other
meeting
before
the
August
27th
meeting
on
July
2013
I
think
it
was
the
day
that
the
Planning
Commission
had
a
training,
so
I
sat
in
on
it
and
then
I
sat
in
on
the
meeting
to
follow
it
and
not
was
the
meeting
we're
in
the
Planning
Commission.
This
was
all
laid
out
for
the
first
time
and
there
was
no.
She
made
sure
that
they
had
no
second,
so
we
couldn't
get
a
second
on
the
plane,
Commission
banking.
N
It
was
because
plants
and
things
missionaries
were
so
really
unsure
of
their
positions
on
things
then,
on
August
27th
it
got
a
3-2
vote.
There
were
some
procedural
errors.
They
went
back
on
October
22nd.
It's
only
got
a
three
to
two
vote:
the
fact
that
there's
been
so
many
questions
up
on
this
dais
and
the
fact
that
we
had
a
forward
view
of
this
since
2001.
N
G
N
These
are
being
considered
because
you
know
some
of
them
are
just
tweaks
and
things
that
have
already
been
put
into
my
litigation
related
and
I
think
that
that's
certainly
one
reason
to
make
adjustments
to
our
code,
but
there's
plenty
more
anything
mr.
buck.
The
average
variance
is
to
happen
to
come
out
more
and.
H
N
That
months
and
months
are
working
to
it,
we
have
I
think
two
new
planning
commission
members
that
have
three
new
council
members.
We're
gonna,
have
a
new
city
manager
in
a
few
months.
I
think
the
timing
is
right
to
pull
this
thing
apart
and
put
it
back
together
and
I.
Think
I'm,
not
comfortable
I'm,
not
gonna,
vote
YES
on
this
second
gets
time
to
stop
piecemealing
it
and
really
get
this.
That's
all
the
staff
citizens
council
next
thing.
Thank
you
help
me
to
be
part
of
it.
If
you're
talking
about.
C
Thank
you
Miss
often
mr.
buck,
yeah
I'd
like
to
give
a
little
history
lesson:
jazz,
funk
and
bc
bo
developed
in
the
nineteen
twenties,
which
would
be
reported
in
a
historical
society
where
they
applied
all
of
the
South
Beach
area
with
25
I
mean
50
foot
laws
and
with
the
reasoning
being,
this
was
before
the
depression
that
people
would
be
coming
out
on
the
train
and
what
little
houses
and
spend
the
summer
here
and
then
be
back
to
the
war.
C
My
dad
developed
Sircar
between
thirteen,
north
and
CJ
and
Shia,
develop
right
behind
and
all
of
those
are
50-foot
lotsa.
So
I
think
my
dad
at
some
twenty
five
feet,
but
anyhow
the
whole
essence
to
what
I'm
saying
is.
These
were
plotted
from
the
20s
and
and
then
after
the
war,
when
you
built
a
thousand
eleven
hundred
square
feet,
or
maybe
even
less
and
we're
still
at
35
foot
and
thirty-five
without
cupboards,
and
not
to
take
that
up
at
this
time.
C
C
B
G
E
If
this
passes
the
table
this
and
outsource
that
just
like
we
discussed
just
like
we
did
with
our
sign
code,
it
should
be
mr.
man
going
through
our
land
development
code.
That's
not
something
that
he
should
be
doing.
It's
like
cheap
that
probably
shouldn't
be
redoing
on
a
bunch
of
the
codes
that
he
redoes.
It
should
be
professionally
done.
We
should
go
through
the
entire
thing
because
honestly
like
when
each
other
I
believe
there's
one,
but
everybody
probably
has
input
as
a
developer
seven,
but
everybody
has
input.
E
C
P
How
about
just
a
month
council,
ditch
your
leg.
Development
code
has
the
major
implications
for
land
use
in
your
city
and
rugby
rights.
It
doesn't
require
heavy
public
and,
depending
on
exactly
what
you're
impacting
chapter
163
Florida
Statutes
requires
different
noticing
for
different
types
of
impacts,
which
is
why
I
recommend
you
and
one
big
roll
over,
certainly
be
bedded
separately
because
they
impact
larger
parcels
with
normal
pressures,
which
is
why
we're
chapter
34.
P
P
That
affects
the
parcel
land
needs
that
analysis.
It's
really
important
and
that's
why
the
other
one
it
wasn't
that
I
think
that
mr.
Mann
had
any
part
of
the
proposed
amendment
at
the
Planning
Commission.
It
was
literally
that
it
just
had
not
been
vetted
through
the
process
and
that's
the
roar
protection
data
subject,
because
the
state
first
of
all
tells
you
you've
got
to
have
a
complement.
You
must
that's
your
Bible.
You
must
beat
you
to
it,
so
your
staff
is
supposed
to
take
these
and
look
indicate
how
it
impacts.
P
Does
it
comply
with
all
the
comp
plans
if
you
make
a
comp
plan
change
too,
but
that
also
requires
its
own
separate
public
process
and
state
approvals.
So
it's
a
very
impassioned
and
in-depth,
and
so
you
don't
usually
well
grow
consultant,
come
on
big
thing,
you
really
don't
because
anywhere
you're
impacting
intensity
and
then
of
use
and
I
will
tell
you.
One
of
these
here
tonight
is
impacting
intensity,
intensity,
abuse,
intra
parcel
and
the
variants
for
internal
lot
moments
and
five
feet
off
again.
P
That's
impacting
the
use
of
private
property,
so
I
know
that
you
Harris
actions.
You
know
that
just
set
you
up
for
so
the
proper
meant
that
gets
you
properly
have
them
apply
for
dead
through
your
comp
plan
and
your
professional
staff
follow
one
by
one
basis.
You
know
some
of
the
text
amendments
where
you're
just
adding
website
this
sort
of
stuff.
P
This
is
not
what
I'm
talking
about
what
I
am
talking
about
is
where
you're
talking
about
long
average,
we're
talking
about
marrying
sister
in
general,
lot
lines
or
you're
talking
about
intensity
or
density
of
useful
property.
Those
are
very
important,
yet
just
legalese
thing
I
want
to
remind
is
we
haven't
heard
any
own
expert
that
and
so
before
you
close
it
out.
If
you
would
just
give
any
expert.
B
P
P
My
prior
city
is
currently
in
the
process
of
this
level
skier
amendments,
and
so
they
look
at
it
from
the
top
down
and
we
want
to
see
if
there's
still
nothing
there,
then
maybe
you
don't
need
to
go
through
that.
It
gives
a
year
long
process
to
go
through
then
we'll
get
everything
you
really
have
to
look
at.
What
your
goals
and
objectives
are
your
policies
underneath
that
and
they
all
have
to
adhere,
because
every
court
battle
you
going
to
including
the
litigation
he
refers
to.
That's
what
the
judge
is
looking
at.
P
That's
what
the
lawyers
are
pointing
out.
What
is
your
top
mindset?
What
are
the
goals
and
objectives
where
your
land
development
relate
regulations
in
compliance
with
this
comp
plan
objectives
and
because
that's
what
the
bathroom
county
lawyers
can
always
fight
about?
What
is
or
is
not
in
compliance
with
a
comp
plan,
but
you
want
to
do
it
received
early
such
that
your
due
process
is
always
given.
People
have
plenty
of
opportunity,
and
you
don't
end
up
and
put
on.
B
P
B
I
I
P
The
fact
that
this
one
went
through
three
public
hearings
at
your
Planning
Commission
and
came
up
through
the
proper
process.
It
was
vetted
by
the
oh
man.
It
was
for
three
times
in
public
hearings
with
opportunity
for
public
comment,
and
it's
going
to
be
here
two
times
I
mean
I,
it's
not
the
only
night
you
have
yet
another
public
hearing
before
you
take
any
final
action.
I
I
We
model
at
home
well,
I
think
the
gentleman
patterns
over
the
last
few
years
as
thick
as
much
as
we
can
on
a
lot
and
that
why
I
understand
they
want
to
live
here.
I
also
understand
that
our
infrastructure
can't
support
over
development,
so
I
assumed
this
is
a
step
in
the
right
direction,
for
helping
us
get
some
clarity
on
the
direction
that
we're
gonna
go.
I
G
Proposed
changed
was
merely
a
taste,
the
definition
of
the
southland
senator
works
currently
and
the
husband,
if
I
paraphrase
it
for
the
currently,
it
requires
a
minimum
of
two
businesses
this
year
and
a
common
off-street
parking
lot,
whether
they're
owned
by
the
same
owner
or
not
that
meets
the
definition
of
a
shopping
center.
Today,
staff
proposal
was
just
a
change.
That's
a
three
of
them
over
three
businesses
here
in
a
common
Hospital
parking
lot,
then
you
would
be
afforded
the
rights
of
a
shopping
center.
The
key
thing
is
the
department
they're
part
of
it.
I
G
A
lot
of
the
events
that
are
in
there
are
for
clarification
purposes.
For
instance,
the
one
that
I
kept
saying
was
the
reader
area.
That
was
with
the
word
Sookie
and
asked
for
variances,
for
it's
just
simply
putting
in
another
section
of
code,
so
you
don't
have
to
look
back
I,
think
it
has
some
clarity
to
code
based
on
some
discussions.
I've
had
with
attorneys
is
why
building
clarification
say
look
if
it's
not
clear
as
one
or
two
people.
G
G
O
G
May
be
buddies
for
that
matter.
This
it
is
90
95
percent
built
out
you're
not
going
to
do
radical
changes
to
our
code
or,
if
you
do
propose
radical
changes
to
a
code
they're
not
going
to
have
an
overwhelming
dramatic
effect,
because
the
city
is
not
going
to
wholesale
redevelop
overnight.
So
that's
why
in
and
I'm
not
trying
to
discount
anything,
you
need
to
calm
us.
We
said,
but
there's
only
a
certain
kind
of
thing.
G
If
I
see,
if
we
had
an
outside
consultant
look
at
the
code,
I
think
their
primary
listed
they
came
would
be
some
areas
of
internal
conflict,
some
areas
that
may
be
more
clarification,
I,
don't
know
if
they're
going
to
go
forward
because
they
don't
have
our
local
vernacular
to
make
comments.
I
don't
know
if
they
would
have
come
up
with
well.
Why
don't
we
make
the
maximum
set
a
six
unit?
G
G
Our
stuff
we've
got
another
run
order,
that's
after
this,
and
it's
to
adopt
Artie
and
I
don't
want
to
hop
into
it,
but
in
a
lot
of
cases,
we're
doing
fine,
but
I'll.
Tell
you
what
reason
we're
doing.
Fine
is
because,
when
I
got
here
in
94,
I
can't
remember
what
the
Audi
or
the
plan
of
us,
but
it
was
good,
then
current
comprehensive
plan.
It
was
based
on
the
city
build
out
of
32,000
people
and,
like.
G
If
I'm
accurate,
murdered,
95
minutes
notice,
bonus
members
we're
above
90
percent
built
out
I
think
anybody
can
go,
look
at
the
burials
outside
my
office
and
see
we're
pretty
much
built
out.
We
had
23,000
people
here
down,
I,
don't
see
you
up
from
23
to
32,
just
by
allowable
intensification
in
different
districts,
because
there
we're
pretty
much
familiar
to
replace
a
single-family
house
with
a
single-family
house
in
a
lot
of
cases
in
the
older
beach
redevelopment,
replacing
non-conforming
old
beach
houses
that
got
turned
into
four
apartments
will
by
our
current
code.
G
They
only
allow
two
or
three
so
we're
dropping
the
density.
So
I
don't
know
I'm
thinking,
I'm
a
little
miffed
that
32,000
the
infrastructure,
our
water
wells
with
our
sewage
treatment
plant.
They
were
all
built
out
with
the
assumption
that
we
were
going
to
be
generating
solid
waste
from
32,000
people
and
we
were
going
to
need
drinking
water
for
32
thousand
people.
That
is
we're
not
there.
So
in
terms
of
level
of
service
I
think
our
infrastructure
is
fine.
It's
really
a
discussion
with
Public
Works
about
the.
I
I
G
A
general
typification
just
by
me,
looking
at
the
aerial
photograph
and
seeing
that
we've
got
very
few
developable
last
night
we
may
be
over
35%,
but
I
wasn't
sure
I
can't
pigeonhole
of
the
Saints.
This
is
the
amount
of
Indian
land,
or
this
is
the
amount
of
additional
for
redevelopment
I'm.
Just
saying,
generally
speaking,
we're
above
the
90%
I,
just
like
I
said
just
look
at
their
here.
B
D
Thank
you
in
listening
to
all
the
comments,
I've
hurt
anybody,
that's
been
adamantly
opposed
any
of
these
things
that
care
so
I
think
what
I'm
hearing
is
that
we
think
it
doesn't
go
far
enough
and
we're
revising
our
plan
development
code,
but
because
of
the
fact
that
at
least
things
in
here
are
good
things
that
we
can
implement
by
the
way
and
proceed
on
with.
Even
if
we
passed
this
tonight,
it
does
not
preclude
us
for
going
into
comprehensive
redevelopment
plan
could
process
it,
which
used
to
do
so.
D
N
N
B
P
P
B
Okay,
I
just
wanted
to
minister
to
the
public
understood
when
we
do
that
thing
when
we
open
public
hearing
is
going
to
do
ex
parte
communication
is
there's
very
specific
statements
at
the
end
of
the
record.
That's
why
the
pause
was
there
an
aside.
We
have
these
documents
here,
so
I'm
gonna
go
on
with
ex
parte
list
everything
else.
Okay,
thank
you
before
requesting.
B
C
A
B
A
A
D
H
Thing
become
his
nose.
This
ordinance
adopts
text
amendments
to
the
jacksonville,
each
2030
comprehensive
plan
to
add
an
update
policies
for
and
adopt
by
reference,
the
city's
water
supply
facilities
were
planned.
I
do
want
to
point
out.
There
is
a
scriveners
error
in
the
ordinance
itself
on
page
one,
the
third,
whereas.
