G
Thank
You
mayor
I,
wanted
to
mention.
I,
have
the
honor
of
visiting
mrs.
Johnson's
class
she's
that
to
teach
elementary
school
teacher
and
she
does
a
first.
She
does
the
FIRST
LEGO
League
and
they
basically,
they
integrate
Legos,
robotics
programming
and
core
values
to
learn
problem-solving
and
teamwork.
So
their
project
was
to
solve
a
problem
that
happens,
a
problem
that
thing
to
about
in
there
community.
So
the
problem
they
wanted
to
solve
was
the
pier
the
repair,
the
pier,
and
so
they
did
this
presentation,
and
it
was
really
great.
G
They
had
had
built
a
mock-up
of
a
solution
with
Legos
and
they
realized
their
solution
wasn't
going
to
work,
so
they
they
did
some
more
research
and
they
actually
came
up
with
a
really
good
idea
to
to
recommend
some
decking
that
has
holes
in
it
so
that
the
water
could
actually
go
through
the
decking,
as
opposed
to
like
making
the
wood
decking
fly
off,
which
is
what
happened
so
anyway.
The
kids
did
a
great
job
and
I
really
enjoyed
seeing
what
they
what
they
did
and
how
creative
they
were
in
even
showed
off.
G
D
Wanted
to
say,
I'm
sure
you'll
mention
this
to
me,
but
there
were
some
really
great
events
over
the
13
and
started
on
Saturday
with
the
breakfast
at
st.
Paul.
Try
to
see
a
physical
poll
that
was
for
200
people
in
churches,
from
Australia
area
to
put
that
together
and
then
there
was
a
prayer
vigil
after
that
in
the
sanctuary
there,
and
then
that
Sunday
I
can't
keep
track
of
what
day.
Today
Sunday
evening,
there
was
also
a
service
in
acting
Anders
Amy.

F
You,
the
yes,
the
MLK
trumpets,
a
missive,
Exxon,
Jonathan,
Thank,
You,
Lily,
wonderful
reminder:
Jacksonville
Beach
is
doing
visioning
sessions
for
the
future,
the
city
and
how
you
expect
to
see
when
they
clear
up
this
Thursday.
You
can
go
online
you'll
see
the
different
dates
that
are
available.
They're
gonna
be
small
focus
groups.
We
really
want
your
input
as
to
what
you
see
the
future
of
the
city
being
and
with
back
to
December
temperatures
make
jumpers,
I'm
sure
hope
everybody
had
a
chance
to
enjoy
that
and
I
really.
C
B
F
Paying
for
the
emo,
and
that
is
the
Institute
of
elective,
initially
municipal
officers,
training
that
I
went
to
from
junior
a
check
to
twelfth
right
down
the
road
on
GTV.
Well,
other
elected
officials
throughout
the
state
have
to
stay
in
the
hotel.
I
have
to
go
home
every
night,
but
it
was
very
convenient
and
very
well
done.
Training.
C
Thank
You
Man
and
we
are
cover
money,
think
very
well
that
once
again,
they
great
job
and
mr.
Percy
golden
is
the
driving
force
on
prayer
of
the
John,
the
Beloved
Community
concept,
which
is
all
three
of
us
working
together
to
create
a
better
place
for
our
families.
A
little
work
and
play
I
also
had
the
opportunity
to
go
to
3rd
or
4th
time
to
honor
the
National
Elementary
Honor
Society
kids
at
Jax,
Beach,
High,
School
jax
beach
on
their
school.
C
So
congratulations
to
them
and
also
the
deck
the
chair
inside
of
just
a
while
I
mean
what
a
great
year
for
you're,
not
here,
I,
don't
think.
But
I
heard
100
people
talking
about
the
tuba
concert
and
how
much
they
loved
it.
So
I,
unfortunately
miss
that
part,
but
very
well
done
Curtis.
So,
ok,
we're
gonna,
move
forward
the
proceeds
for
one
card
from
Denmark
and
it
become
for
give
us
your
name
and
address.
A
The
dollar
part
parks,
the
shopping.
I've
got
hoping
this
Conrad
process
to
defend
the
medical
facilities,
fantastic,
but
our
downtown.
These
were
passed
out.
The
safety
data
for
the
end
of
the
year,
700
arrests.
Last
year,
that's
80,
felonies
620,
miss
commuters,
didn't
one
year.
The
facts
are
these:
are
not
the
citizens
here
Jax
beach?
They
come
across
the
beach
to
frequent
our
downtown.
A
Since
2013
we
triple
the
number
and
dedicated
tape
offices.
We
have
doubled
our
budget,
we've
got,
1.2
million
are
spending
downtown.
The
police
are
doing
a
fantastic
job
in
protecting
us,
but
but
we
still
have
a
reputation
for
being
a
boring
town.
We
have
a
reputation
for
bringing
these
bad
people
across
the
beach,
and
this
is
to
the
beach-
and
this
is
not
just
a
downtown
issue.
We
don't
have
protection
around
the
downtown.
This
can
lead
into
our
community.
A
So
so
what
am
I
asking
here
that
we
have
500
hotels
in
the
next
two
to
four
years?
Right
and
I
know
many
of
you
will
say
it's
a
great
thing
and
I
hope
it
is
I
hope
we
figure
out
how
to
leverage
that
and
get
the
restaurants
of
the
shops.
There's
an
people.
That's
work,
that's
what
their
citizens
are
asking
for,
but
if
these
500
hotels
are
coming,
you
know
they
are
a
couple
of
things.
A
We
hope
that
by
the
end
of
the
year
we
will
have
a
vision
plan,
but
it
needs
to
get
executed
in
ASAP
so
that
we
can
start
having
an
exit
strategy
for
our
Police
Department
were
instead
of
adding
more
tape,
officers
that
we're
reducing
our
cable
officers
and
some
of
these
officers,
you
can
go
home
to
their
family
on
body
Saturday
night
and
you
know,
with
their
kids
on
the
weekends.
So
I
ask
you
please
once
we
get
this
vision
strategy
have
a
sense
of
urgency.
Let's
get
this
thing
moving.
Thank
you
very
much.
Thank.
C
D
C
A
second
discussion
here
is
the
the
council
has
responsibility
to
keep
primary
and
alternate
members
of
the
Board
of
Adjustment,
as
well
as
other
boards
within
our
city,
and
we
did
actually
I
wasn't
alone
when
they
turn
up
for
Jeff's
interview.
Jeff
is
a
recurring
member
of
the
board
of
Association.
Board
of
Adjustment
is
not
a
very
good
job.
Very
enthusiastic
and
I
support
his
goal.
I.
G
C
D
C
E
F
B
Dealing
with
a
lot
of
data
coming
through
the
finance
department
adjust
our
general
data
crunching
in
general.
This
is
a
position
that
we
feel
that
we
need
at
this
point
of
time.
As
you
can
see
from
the
memo
once
the
ERP
was
a
financial
impact
gets
done.
We
do
anticipate
eliminating
part-time
position,
which
will
actually
put
us
back
to
the
staffing
that
we
had
a
lot
of
years
ago
for
operations
within
the
finance
department.
E
B
In
this
infrastructure
that
has
been
constructed
by
a
private
entity
but
for
dedication
to
the
public
as
such,
we
do
not
accept
it
for
public
operation
and
maintenance
on
us.
This
council
use
it.
So
we
feel
that
the
work
has
been
done
in
accordance
with
our
standards,
and
we
also
have
a
warranty
bond
for
the
first
year.
In
case,
anything
happens
to
the
improvements
Public
Works
is
here.
C
B
This
is
for
rehabilitation
of
the
lift
station,
that's
down
by
target
at
the
South
End
shopping
center.
One
of
the
things
we
would
like
to
point
out
is
that,
while
the
original
budget
for
this
project
was
$300,000,
however,
we
did
find
out
during
the
course
of
design
that
there
was
additional
work
that
was
needed,
which
is
what
cost
came
a
little
bit
higher.
We
do,
however,
have
sufficient
funding
available
in
the
water
and
sewer
utility
funds,
and
we
recommend
proceeding
with
the
project
at
this
time.
Thank
you,
sir.
F
D
B
E
F
C
B
B
We
felt
that
his
recommendations
should
still
be
legal
opinions
and
that
if
there
was
a
line
game
nature
that
was
sought
that
the
either
the
action
of
the
council
would
speak
as
a
binding
agent
or
I.
Think
as
the
city
attorney
isn't.
The
State
Commission
on
ethics
can
also
issue
legal
and
binding
opinions.
So
we
would
recommend
those
to
browse
the
event
that
Council
was
looking
for
anything
binding.
G
Thank
You
mayor
I
really
appreciate
that
we
have
this
before
us
tonight,
because
I
think
it's
really
important
and
I
think
it's
going
to
be
important
for
all
of
our
appointed
and
board
members.
I
do
have
one
comment
as
I
was
reading
through
this
in
Section
our
notice
to
council.
It
currently
reads:
should
either
the
city
attorney
or
city
manager
become
aware
of
potential
conflicts.
G
B
What
we
talked
about
was
along
those
lines
and
to
make
sure
that
the
objective
officials
are
aware
members
who
also
read
this
document
would
understand
that
if
something
was
brought
to
their
attention,
they
had
the
authority
of
an
obligation
to
bring
it
forward
to
the
appropriate
parties
as
well
and
right
now
the
document
is
assignment
to
that.
So
we
did
talk
about
you
know.
Should
any
public
official
become
aware
of
potential
conflicts
with
this
code?
B
You
know
you
concluded
there.
It
shall
be
brought
to
the
city
attorney
or
city
manager,
whereby
a
written
document
shall
be
prepared
by
either
both
parties
detailed
facts
or
they
bring
it
directly
to
any
of
the
appointed
officials,
city
manager,
city
attorney
or
the
City
Council
directly.
It
really
comes
down
to
how
I
read
it
like
that.
First,
if.

B
B
As
you
can
see,
there
are
two
motions
that
were
associated
with
each.
However,
whatever
emotion
is
taken
on
the
force
suggested
that
the
same
motion
to
be
taken
on
the
second
night,
we
do
have
had
their
eye
on
their
senior
planner
here.
If
you
have
any
questions
regarding
the
results
of
the
Planning
Commission
meeting
or
anything.
C
This
includes
receiving
citizen
input
regarding
the
proposed

a

category.
The
application
has
been
reviewed
by
staff
and
by
the
Planning
Commission
for
consistency
with
other
portions
of
the
land

The

C
C
Okay,
that
closed
the
public
money
and
before
requesting
a
mention
on
this
ordinance
beginning
with
myself,
each
of
the
members
is
requested

the

the

of

and
all

These
hearings
it's
time
to
open
the
floor
with
the
council
members.
Is
there
anybody
like
to
address
this.
G
Only
thing
I
would
add,
is
that
I
acted
talking
with
the
three
ladies
that
I
mentioned
earlier,
I
didn't
I.
Did
some
research
I
looked
at
what
Atlantic
Beach
panels
on
what
depth
in
Beach
has
all
the
Jacksonville
has
and
what
we're
proposing
is
aligned
with
what
our
sister
communities
have
so
I,
certainly
don't
have
any
issues
with
and
I
feel
it's
annoying
and
it's
not
not
out
of
bounds
by
any
means,
so
I
would
be
supporting
it.
G
C
C
One
of
the
things
I
would
ask
you
to
consider
and
I'm
not
making
formal
motion
to
something
wants
to
that's
fun,
but
maybe
turn
this
into
a
pilot
program.
Wanna
give
it
a
year
to
see
if
it
works
well
as
an
impact
negatively
the
citizens
in
the
community,
and
then
we
can
make
it
a
permanent
program
permanent
organs.
If,
if
it
succeeds
with
me
through
pilot
program,.
