A
B
All
right
before
we
go
before
we
move
ahead
with
the
prayer.
I
want
to
just
recognize
that
today
is
pearl
harbor
day
and
79
years
ago,
at
8
am
on
this
day.
Pearl
harbor
was
attacked
by
the
japanese
and,
as
a
result
of
that,
we
had
lost
20
naval
lost
or
damaged
20
naval
vessels,
300
airplanes
and
over
2400
casualties.
In
that
event,
so
before
I
pray
I'd
like
to
have
a
moment
of
silence
and
then
I'm
moving
into.
B
B
Let
us
pray
good
and
gracious
heavenly
father.
We
just
want
to
ask
you
that
you
pour
your
blessings
out
on
those
that
are
suffering
from
casualties
and
and
that
are
suffering
through
covid
through
these
holidays.
Lord,
we
just
ask
you
to
look
upon
the
survivors
of
pearl
harbor
and
the
survivors
of
those
who
have
lost
family
members
and
friends
to
to
this
awful
virus,
and
lord.
We
just
ask
you
to
move
forward
and
put
your
blessings
upon
our
first
responders
and
upon
our
military
as
the
holidays.
Progress
through
lord.
B
We
thank
you
for
your
blessings.
Each
and
every
day
and
lord,
we
just
ask
you
that
you
continue
to
pour
those
blessings
on
all
members
and
that
you
open
our
minds
for
a
spirited
conversation
tonight,
lord.
We
just
thank
you
for
your
son
jesus
christ,
for
it's
in
his
name
that
we
have
salvation
amen.
C
E
F
A
E
E
A
Any
other
likes
for
announcements
I
did
want
to
mention
our
last
regular
meeting,
had
a
lot
going
on
with
the
swearing-in
of
the
new
council
members
and
the
departure
of
the
past
council
members.
A
So
we
didn't,
I
don't
think
we
ever
recognized
the
purple
heart
ceremony
that
was
held
a
few
weeks
prior
to
that
and
the
moving
of
the
war
memorials
to
ocean
front
park,
and
that
was
beautifully
done,
especially
whoever
was
responsible
for
the
weather
that
worked
out
very
well,
and
I
think
that
all
of
the
veterans
in
attendance
were
very
pleased
with
not
only
the
honoring
and
the
recognition
at
the
event,
but
the
overall
location
and
placement
of
the
of
the
monuments.
So
thank
you
to
perks
and
wreck.
A
To
plug
the
beaches
museum's
women's
history
exhibit
it
will
be
going
on
until
sometime
in
spring
2021
we're
not
assigning
dates
to
anything
anytime
soon,
so
the
museum
is
open
and
continues
to
be
free
to
visitors,
so
invite
you
guys
all
to
come
out
to
that.
Next
item
is
courtesy
of
the
floor.
I'm
so
thankful.
There
are
no
cards
in
front
of
me.
A
Cards
timer,
no
buds,
nothing!
Okay,
although
we
do
always
invite
citizens
to
come
and
speak
to
this
body
today,
I'm
glad
to
not
have
to
try
to
figure
it
out.
Okay,
so
we're
moving
on
to
our
agenda
items
unless
I'm
forgetting
anything
okay.
A
So
we
have
a
lot
of
items
related
to
our
city
boards
and
appointments
and
nominations,
and
I
just
wanted
to
preface
this
by
saying
we're
going
to
take
this
really
slow,
because
we've
got
new
council
members
that
haven't
been
through
this
process
before,
but
also
to
say
that
this
has
been
a
process.
That's
been
refined
quite
a
bit
over
the
past
few
years
to
where
is
now
it's
not.
C
A
But
I
think
we've
definitely
come
a
long
way
from
just
kind
of
where
we're
stamping
reapprovals
and
not
really
having
a
good
process
for
interviewing
and
re-interviewing
the
potential
candidates
and
the
renewals
of
the
current
candidates.
So
if
you
were
all
that,
one
mad
clip
told
me
this
morning,
all
that
one
person
is
on
the
december
31st
expiration
date,
so
we
should
plan
on
going
forward
that
we
would
have
a
meeting
in
early
december.
That
would
look
a
lot
like
this
to
discuss
the
renewals
and
the
new
additions
to
the
boards.
A
So
I
think
we
can
kind
of
add
that
into
our
regular
calendar
for
this
body,
so
that
we're
not
surprised
when
it
comes
up
and
that
we
can
kind
of
focus
our
recruitment
efforts
in
our
onboarding
efforts
after
budget
season
in
the
summer
and
in
the
fall
into
december
when
we
renew
the
membership.
So
we
move
on
to
item
231,
so
this
one
is
to
reappoint
or
nominate
one
regular
board
member
of
the
board
of
adjustments
so
because
there
is
already
a
board
member
that
can
be
renewed.
A
A
H
B
Second,
I
also
wanted
to
say
that,
since
that
was
on
here,
I
agree
with
ms
golding
as
a
past
member
of
the
board
of
adjustments.
I
think
it's,
I
think,
miss
otto's
done
a
fantastic
job
in
attending
her
10-year
10-year
tenure,
but
I
think
it's
time
for
lexi
to
move
from
an
alternate
seat
to
a
to
a
permanent
c
there
and
bring
on
I'd
like
to
nominate.
Are
we
going
to
move
on
to
the
other
nominee.
A
C
A
The
same
time,
I
was
going
to
give
it
to
mr
meza,
since
you
you
had
the
discussion
so
motion
by
golding
second
by
mesa.
Is
there
any
other
discussion
on
moving
this
gonzales
to
the
regular
board
member
term?
F
My
question,
but
this
is
for
sophia's
oswald
position
right
right.
Did
not
dan
danson's
wait,
someone
specified
it
yeah!
Okay,
thank
you.
C
A
H
Based
on
our
recent
interviews
that
we
had,
we
have
two
candidates,
and
actually
I
wanted
to
clarify
from
the
memo.
Mr
wilkinson
had
said
that
he
preferred
the
pension
board
to
be
his
number
one
choice.
So
he's
he's
not
a
number
one.
He
didn't
choose
the
board
of
adjustment,
but
we
anyway,
I
want
to
nominate
owen
curley
for
the
first
alternate
position.
C
A
I
I
A
C
A
I
Thank
you.
We
got
this
information
on
saturday
night,
the
applications
and
I
found
that
it
has
been
incomplete.
They
were
meeting.
I
There
was
a
meeting,
for
instance,
with
an
interview
process
on
may
31st
2019
and
some
of
those
individuals
were
not
included
in
this,
and
I
don't
know
if
they
weren't
interested
and
they
were
contacted,
but
I
would
like
a
thorough
review
and
analysis
of
who
really
we
can
choose
from
and
better
information
as
to
whether
they
were
recommended
or
not
recommended,
because
my
notes
are
different
than
the
notes
that
were
sent
out
in
the
ftp.
I
So
I'd
like
to
move
all
of
these
into
this
second
meeting
in
december,
all
of
the
board
meetings.
F
I'm
comfortable
with
the
votes
that
we've
already
proceeded
with
for
second
alternate
fine
waiting
in
on
that
position,
but
I
think
the
first
two
that
we've
already
selected,
I
think
I'm
good
with
those.
H
Ms
golding,
my
only
comment
would
be
that
well
and
I
realized
we've
got
new
council
members,
and
so
that
does
make
it
challenging
we
we
do
have
I
mean
all
of
these.
People
have
been
interviewed.
Of
course
I
I
feel
comfortable
with
them,
but
then
I
understand
the
fact
that
they've
got
the
new
council
members.
So
so
I'm
I'm
fine
with
moving
it
to
the
next
meeting.
If
we
need
to.
A
In
the
interest
of
continuing
your
finance
process-
and
I
am
someone
who
has
tabled
motions
on
consideration-
board
members
in
the
past
to
that
end,
I
just
want
to
make
sure
that
we
have
a
clear
understanding
of
what
the
issues
with
the
documents
are
to
the
city
clerk,
so
that
you
can
rectify
that.
Do
you
do
you
have
any
comments
on
that.
D
The
only
thing
I'd
like
to
say
is
the
information
that
I
provided
is
all
the
information
I
have
available
during
these
meetings.
We
do
have
interview,
notes
and
things
like
that-
that
we
do
ask
to
have
them
return
back
to
us
so,
based
on
those
interview,
notes,
there's
no
clear
sheet
that
says
recommendation
for
this
particular
board.
Everything
is
based
off
the
information
that
I
have
at
that
time
from
the
people
that
I
attend.
D
The
not
everybody
attends
these
board
meetings,
so
the
administration
again
is
very
limited.
I
can
have
as
many
probably
the
most
I've
ever
had
is.
Maybe
five
people
attend
and
again
I'm
working
on
the
information
that
was
provided
to
me.
So
if
you
didn't
provide
me
in
the
notes,
if
I
didn't
get
that
information,
this
is
what
I
go
by
the
recommendations.
D
People
that
we
actually
put
in
the
memo
are
the
people
that
I
know
at
this
point
that
are
that
were
qualified
and
that
were
interviewed
by
a
particular
panel
that
included
city
manager
usually
included
bill
mann,
which
is
the
planning
development
director
and
council
member.
So
again
I
mean,
if
you
have
information,
I
don't
have
I'd,
be
happy
to
accept
it.
There.
C
I
This
individual
was
interested
in
the
cra,
which
is
why
I
noticed
it
that
that
applicant
was
missing
from
the
excel
sheet
and
with
regard
to
those
who
were
not
recommended,
I
don't
recall,
as
you
note,
that
we
don't
vote,
that
we
don't
recommend
them,
but
yet
they're
coming
up
on
the
excel
sheet
is
not
recommended.
I
D
I
agree,
I
think
it.
I
think
that
in
process
that
lasts
10
or
15
minutes
that
when
there's
a
discussion,
then
it
should
be
very
clear
as
to
who's
recommended
who's,
not
recommended,
but
basically,
at
this
point
what
I
have
is
just
notes
in
the
information:
that's
what
I'm
looking
for.
So
I
think
that's
an
excellent
idea.
We
can
come
forward
with
that.
F
H
I
have
a
couple
of
things
yeah.
I
agree.
I
think
that
we
need
to
sort
out
the
recommendation
versus
not
recommended,
because
if
there's
just
one
person
that
says
not
recommended
that
shouldn't,
I
don't
think
that
should
mean
that
that
person
is
not
recommended.
So
I
guess
we
need
to
sort
that
out
and
then
I
would
just
ask
the
new
council
members.
H
A
So
let's
go
ahead
and
mr
stokes.
J
I
was
just
gonna
answer,
answer
sandy's
question.
You
know
I
watched
the
zoom
interviews
that
took
place.
You
know
we
obviously
have
their
resumes
here
and
ftp.
There
was
one
audio
document
that
wasn't
operational,
but
I
didn't
see
anything.
J
You
know
there
wasn't
anybody
that
was
on
this
slate
in
the
audio
document,
to
my
knowledge,
but
I
did
there
was
a
zoom
video
that
was
very
helpful.
We
had
you
know
obviously
two
to
council
member
dumas
point.
There
were
look
like
some
incomplete
or
spotty
records
on
some
of
the
interviewees
and
whether
that's
due
to
not
being
submitted
or
just
spotty,
no
keeping.
I
can't
say
so.
B
I
did
notice
that
for
one
example
on
mr
wilkinson's
application,
even
that
you
had
to
pick
your
first
second
third
choice
or
a
bunch
of
ones,
and
then
there
was
a
two,
so
I
don't
really
wasn't
sure
which
one
was
number
one,
but
so
that
was
the
only
thing
that
I
had
that
was
kind
of
questionable,
but
I
also
think
that
since
he
had
a
number
one
in
the
board
of
adjustment
spot,
that
was
what
is
one
of
his
selections.
G
Yes,
the
zoom
meetings
were
helpful.
I
went
through
lexi's
application.
Obviously,
a
second
appointment
I
feel
like
we
didn't.
I
didn't
have
enough
time
to
go
through
them,
especially
the
the
individual's
a
doctor.
He
had
so
much
information
to
go
through.
I
did
read
through
some
of
the
other
candidates
and
I'm
comfortable.
G
Obviously
they
were
they.
They
feel
comfortable
enough
to
apply
to
a
board,
but
I
do
agree
with
miss
dumas.
If
we
could
do
this
next.
A
Monday,
so
my
thoughts
are,
I
do
agree
this.
That
information
wasn't
necessarily
100
complete.
However,
we
do
have
some
reappointments
that
we
could
make
tonight
that
I
don't
necessarily
think
would
require
they're
known
entities
and
people
that
are
interested
in
serving
again.
So
I
would
like
to
have
the
opportunity
to
table
part
and
not
all.
A
Amenable
to
the
council,
and
that
would
be
my
position
on
so
I
would
vote
no
on
tabling
the
entire
thing,
but
I
do
support
in
particular
tabling
the
community
redevelopment
agency
votes
for
sure,
but
I
think
that
we
can
make
some
decisions
on
the
planning
and
and
consider
the
reappointment
to
the
cra
tonight.
If
you
guys
are
willing
to
do
that,
because
my
motion.
I
A
C
A
C
D
C
A
Okay,
the
next
item
is
so
motion.
Fails
so
we'll
keep
working
through
these.
However,
any
point
we
can
move
to
table
them
individually,
so
the
next
up
is
item.
I'm
sorry,
we
have
the
second
alternate
board
member
of
the
board
of
adjustment.
Would
anybody
like
to
make
a
nomination
for
that.
H
I
would
like
to
nominate
dan
amala.
He
was
interviewed
a
good
while
back
and
had
the
cra
as
his
number
one
choice.
C
A
C
K
No
but
the
the
last
the
first
motion
was
miss
golding
nominated,
a
particular
individual.
Then
there
was
a
second
response
from
a
different
council
member
who
nominated
a
different
individual.
Those
should
be
just
as
we
just
did.
You
voted
the
count
the
body
voted
and
then
miss
dumont
had
a
motion
to
table.
You
can
keep
going
that
way.
Now.
It's
mr
nichols,
do
you
see
so
so.
A
F
K
C
A
A
From
everybody,
any
discussion
on
tabling
the
motion
to
nominate
a
second
alternate
board
member
to
the
board
of
adjustment.
C
A
Okay,
so
we
will
table
the
second
alternate
board
member
next
up
we
have
a
planning
commission.
We
have
two
potential,
I'm
sorry,
three
potential
reappointments,
so
two
regular
board
members
for
potential
reappointments.
So
we'll
do
this
at
the
motion.
If
anybody
wants
to
make
a
motion
to
reappoint
each
of
the
people
whose
terms
are
ending
with
folding.
A
A
H
Ms
murphy
was
appointed,
I
think,
within
the
last
year
to
this
alternate
position
and
she
has
had
very
good
attendance
to
the
planning
commission
meetings.
So
I
move
that
we
reappoint
colleen
murphy
to
the
first
alternate
position
for
the
planning.
A
C
A
Now:
okay,
the
community
redevelopment
agency:
we
have
the
opportunity,
we
have
a
member
who
has
resigned
from
the
board
and
we
have
one
who
is
up
for.
I
guess
reappointment.
D
F
C
F
C
D
A
It
was
fun
good
times,
guys.
Okay,
now
to
the
easy
stuff
radios
234
please
before
we
get
into
234.
Did
you
just
perhaps.
C
F
H
As
I
stated
before
it
in
the
folder
that
ms
scott
sent
us
for
some
of
the
candidates,
if
you
look
at
sonny
wilkinson's
folder,
there
is
an
email
from
sonny
wilkinson,
where
ms
scott
was
asking
for
clarification
with
regard
to
the
what
was
his
number
one
preference
and
he
said
that
the
pension
board
was
his
number
one
preference.
Now
we
don't
have
any
clarity
as
to
what
his
number
two
preference
of
it
was
because
he
has
three
different
things
listed
as
one.
So
perhaps
we
could
get.
H
I
don't
know
if
we
want
to
try
to
get
some
clarity
between
now
and
the
next
meaning
on
what
his
second
preference
is.
But
I
did
note
that
mr
amala
did
have
the
cra
as
his
number
one
preference
and
he
was
not
included
on
this
list.
So
we
want.
C
H
I
Yeah,
just
I'll
send
her
the
information
that
I
have
from
interviews
that
I
was
with
that
those
names
are
not
in
the
packet
and
they
weren't
on
the
list,
which
is
why
I
wanted
to
table
all
of
them
because
it
wasn't
just
the
cra.
It
was
also
planning
commission
and
voting
investment.
Mr.
A
A
I
don't
mind
it
taking
a
couple
of
meetings
to
get
through
it,
and
I
hope
that
is
for
the
new
council
members
that
you
guys
will
also
take
the
time
to
attend
those
interviews,
because
I
think
it's
a
really
important
role
that
we
play
in
determining
who
not
only
who
will
be
sitting
on
the
boards,
but
when
is
it
time
to
move
in
new
people
on
into
the
boards
into
those
positions?
Madam
mayor,
sorry,
to
disturb
you
before
you
go
back
before
you,
we
leave
community
redevelopment
agency.
I
just.
K
K
One
please
proceed,
okay,
so
the
issue
that
came
up
the
prior
council.
There
were
many
questions,
and
apparently
this
was.
This
was
also
a
series
of
questions
that
existed
prior
to
my
appointment
and
it
was
exactly
the
question
of
who
qualifies
to
sit.
D
K
The
answer
is
that
in
the
entirety
of
the
municipal
municipal
jurisdiction,
which
is
makes
sense
for
think
about
some
of
the
smaller
cities,
including
us
around
the
state
that,
if
we
were
limited
to
just
the
smaller
geographical
region
of
only
the
cra
region,
be
much
harder
for
you
to
find
candidates.
So
the
answer
again
is
that
it
would
the
candidate
should
be
a
resident
or
a
local
business
owner
within
the
city
of
jacksonville
municipal
jurisdiction.
E
This
next
item
is
consideration
for
the
city
of
jacksonville
beach
to
enter
into
a
radio
system.
Upgrade
agreement
also
referred
to
as
a
sewer
agreement
with
motorola.
A
few
weeks
ago,
we
briefed
castle
at
a
council
briefing
with
regards
to
a
full-fledged
audit
of
our
radio
system
performed
by
the
police
department.
E
One
of
the
things
that
was
determined
that
we
should
enter
into
was
a
six-year
agreement
with
motorola.
It
averages
approximately
100
000
a
year
but
keeps
us
updated
on
all
of
our
software
and
minor
upgrades
of
the
radio
system.
During
that
time
frame,
we
do
have
representatives
from
the
police
department
here
tonight,
including
the
chief
and
our
communications
manager,
erin
citrilla,
in
the
event
that
you
all
have
any
questions
for
them.
F
A
Motion
in
a
second
is
there
any
discussion,
mr
stokes.
J
Just
sorry,
just
since
we
just
got
the
contract,
since
we
talked
about
it
last
on
the
upgrade
elements,
there's
motorola
responsibilities
and
customer
responsibilities.
Who
will
be
in
charge
of
making
sure
that
we
follow
our
end
of
the
customer
responsibilities
for
the
upgrading
and
just
the
general
setup
process,
because
there's
quite
a
few
responsibilities.
And
if
we
don't
do
these
responsibilities,
then
there
are
penalties
and
we
can't
get
upgraded
on.
I
Time
my
name
is
aaron,
I'm
the
communication
supervisor
for
jacks
beach
police.
The
responsibility
on
our
end
would
be
managed
by
our
maintenance
agreement,
with
mca,
formerly
known
as
tasty,
so
they're,
the
ones
that
that
come
out
to
if
we
have
an
issue
with
phone
call
anything
like
that,
they
also
manage
our
system
for
us.
I
So
that's
what
we
pay
them
for
for
that
maintenance
agreement,
and
they
would
then
in
turn
work
directly
with
motorola
and
making
sure
that
we
have
all
of
our
upgrades
on
the
time
that
we're
supposed
to
have
them
every
two
years
to
where,
at
the
end
of
the
agreement,
it
would
basically
be
like
we.
G
G
The
question
I
want
to
ask
is
so
when
I
take
my
car
again
mobile
change,
they
usually
come
in.
You
know
regular
maintenance,
and
sometimes
they
give
you
a
certain
amount,
but
then
there's
a
unexpected
difficulties
and
then,
instead
of
paying
that
certain
amount,
I'm
paying
more,
are
we
able
to
tell
if
we
have
anything
that
we
could
foresee,
as
in
the
unexpected.
I
As
far
as
I
know,
working
with
our
regional
director
michelle
who's
with
motorola,
she
has
basically
said
that
all
of
the
everything
that
we
need-
third
party-
hardware,
our
software,
basically
everything
with
our
radio
system
except
for
our
dispatch
consoles-
is
covered
in
the
sewer.
There
was
something
that
aj
was.
I
I
don't.
I
don't
really
understand.
I
Other
than
our
our
dispatch,
software
and
and
hardware
from
when
we
did
the
whole
overview
that
was
kind
of
our
theme,
tell
me
every
single
thing
that
we
have
with
our
radio
system
and
what
else
could
we
have
to
pay
for
before
we
go
and
say
hey?
This
is
what
we
want
and
all
of
the
third-party
hardware,
the
software
everything
other
than
that
just
clutch
consoles.
Let's
cover
them.
Okay,.
C
C
D
A
Yes,
item
number
235
city
staff.
E
This
next
item
is
looking
for
authorization
to
enter
into
an
agreement
with
one
of
our
continuing
services:
contract
for
engineering
to
design,
penman
road
septic
tank
phase
out
improvements.
We
do
have
public
works
director
dennis
barron.
If
you
would
like
to
come
up
and
just
speak
to
a
little
bit
about
the
scope
of
the
project
and
what
we're
looking
for.
L
Council
dan
spearing
director
of
public
works
pendleton
road
is
an
interesting
street
in
the
city
of
jacksonville
beach.
Obviously,
it's
under
control
the
city
of
jacksonville,
but
not
jacksonville
beach.
However,
the
residents
of
the
septic
flying
the
septic
systems
that
are
there
and
the
improvements
that
we
want
to
make
to
the
gravity,
sewer
or
the
installation
of
gravity
sewer
to
get
these
residents
off
of
septic
systems
would
be
our
responsibility.
L
So
this
is
kind
of
preemptive
to
some
of
the
stuff
that
they're
planning
on
doing
for
penman
road.
At
the
end
of
this
conclusion,
this
will
be
six
properties:
five
houses,
six
properties
that
will
be
able
to
get
off
of
septic
systems
and
onto
the
public
sewer
system
and
at
the
conclusion
of
this,
will
be
down
into
single
digits.
L
It
depends
on
who
you
ask
is
exactly
what
number
that
is,
but
it
is
under
nine
left
in
the
city
that,
where
we
have
second
system
so
our
goal,
of
course,
according
to
the
dep
direction,
is
to
try
to
get
people
off
of
their
septic
systems
and
get
them
on
to
the
public
sewer
systems.
C
J
Mr
stokes,
this
is
just
clarity,
but
thank
you
dennis
there's
on
our
agenda
item.
It
is
only
listed
as
five
properties.
Let
me
clarify
that
it's
five
houses,
six
properties,
the
jones
admins,
just
as
six
properties,
so
just
be
nice
to
have
the
documentation
match
up
whether
it's
a
property
or
houses
and
I'm
sure.
L
That
was
just
a
scriptures
error
in
the
process.
It
is
actually
six
residential
properties,
but
there's
only
five
houses
built,
so
the
provision
will
be
there
if
somebody
ever
decided
to
build
on
that
extra
lot,
which
I'm
assuming
is
already
attached
to
one
of
the
other
properties.
The
ability
to
be
able
to
attach
to
the
sewer
would
be
there.
So
I
agree,
and
I
apologize
for
that
mistake.
L
E
This
next
item
is
seeking
a
renewal
of
a
scada
support
agreement
for
beaches.
Energy
services.
Scada
is
basically
supervisory
control
and
data
acquisition,
it's
all
of
our
remote
telemetry-
that
controls
all
of
our
systems
in
the
field
and
also
feeds
back
information
to
us
for
response
here.
To
talk
to
us
very
briefly
about
why
we're
looking
at
this
particular
firm
and
the
sole
source
issue
is
our
beaches,
energy,
director,
alan
putnam.
G
Bottom,
director
beats
energy.
This
is
just
a
renewal,
some
software
we've
used
for
over
a
decade.
It
was
here
when
I
got
here,
we've
considered
and
looked
at
other
software's
in
the
last
few
years.
This
little
still
serves
our
needs
better
than
the
other
ones.
Mainstage
is
just
a
new
name
for
acs,
which
it
was
before
that
this
is
the
software.
We
use
graphical
user
interface,
where
they
can
control
our
entire
bulk
electric
system
from
their
desktop
over
in
our
system
operations,
and
that's
really
what
is
this
removal
of
the
sole
source
software?
F
A
A
A
A
A
No
comment
cards
or
anyone
in
the
audience
and
opposition
anyone
else
who
would
like
to
speak
from
the
public
great.
My
first
public
hearing
is
now
closed.
I'd
like
a
motion
to
adopt
the
ordinance
as
read
by
title.
F
H
H
And
then
we
can
discuss
sure
I
I
would
move
that
we
table
this
to
give
our
new
council
members
an
opportunity
to
learn
more
about
this
major
overhaul
that
we're
doing
for
this
chapter.
So.
A
H
Yeah
I
spent
quite
a
bit
of
time
looking
at
the
ordinance
and-
and
I
want
to
thank
everybody-
who's
worked
on
it
because
it's
a
rather
extensive
rewrite
of
our
ordinance
and
a
lot
of
things
have
been
touched
in
this
ordinance,
in
particular
our
pet
retail
sale
ban
that
we
passed
in
2015
has
been
modified.
Some
and
I
do
have
some
concerns
about
some
of
those
changes,
but
most
importantly,
we
saw
the
first
draft
in
september
and
then
now
we've
got
this
new
draft.
H
That
has
additional
changes
and
we
have
new
council
members,
and
I
really
feel
that
this
is
a
very
important
ordinance
that
is
going
to
be
important
to
our
animal
patrol
officers,
but
also
to
our
community,
and
I
want
to
make
sure
that
we
that
we
get
at
the
time
that
it
that
it
needs
so
I'd
really
like
to
have
us,
have
a
briefing
or
a
workshop,
where
we
could
actually
spend
some
time
asking
questions
and
getting
some
feedback.
With
regard
to
some
of
the
changes,
mr
mesa,
I.
G
Agree
with
council
member
voting,
I
think
I
agree
with
councilmember
golden,
but
I
have
questions
too
as
well
in
his
warnings
and
obviously
on
section
527
there's
this
representation
of
use,
we're
just
talking
about
the
motion
of
the
table
or
not.
Yes,.
A
A
So
we
will
table
that
to
a
date
uncertain
since
that
wasn't
specified
and
hopefully
look
at
that
to
come
back
after
some
feedback
to
a
future
council
briefing,
probably
in
2021.
I
would
assume.
