B
Several
businesses
have
been
doing
great
things.
One
of
us
with
one
of
the
health
department
for
the
city
of
FL,
we've
been
participating
for
two
years
now
in
the
earn
and
learn
program
with
workforce
and
placing
persons
with
disabilities.
Here
to
get
that
job
experience
and
so
and
you're
at
the
chair,
vice
chair
suggestion
was
to
do
a
PSA
and
with
a
testimonial
and
the
staff
seemed
that
the
contributions
and
I
can
tell
you
in
in
one,
but
we've
had
them.
We've
had
these
persons
in
different
divisions.
B
A
B
The
job
little
training
and
be
great,
the
other
one
was
would
like
any
employee
shy
at
the
beginning
and
wasn't
sure,
but
with
the
this
is
what
this
is
for.
The
training
so
after
two
weeks
is
personality
and
totally
independent
and
it's
contributing
to
helping
us
with
with
our
lab
services
in
this
case.
So
two
good
examples,
and
so
yes,
we
could
do
just.
A
B
Happened
and
a
workforce
wanted
to
document
another
or
in
learn.
Young
man
who
had
been
trained
in
Davis
security
did
an
excellent
job.
Now
his
was
with
our
IT
or
information.
Technology
section
also
did
a
great
job
and
they
came
into
the
video
so
right
now
our
staff
are
trying
to
get
a
copy
of
that
and
then
that
we
can
work
with
the
city's
public
access
to
develop
a
PSA.
If,
if
that's
what
the
Blue
Ribbon
Commission.
A
Where
maybe
one
person
who
work
with
one
piece
outstanding
people
can
be
interviewed
and
they
can
talk
about
it
a
little
bit
than
someone
else,
and
maybe
some
maybe
some
footing
of
them
actually
doing
the
job
I
think
would
be
a
beautiful
PSA
and
maybe
encouraged
the
rest
of
the
community
to
be
more
amicable
and
open
to
hiring
people
disabilities.
After,
while
we're
looking
at
abilities,
not
disabilities
right
well,.
B
A
B
A
F
G
A
A
H
G
So
we
have
sensitivity,
training
for
the
police
department
as
well
as
some
other
entities
as
well,
and
so
we,
the
process
of
continuing
that
that
training
for
any
other
organization
or
the
ongoing
training
of
some
of
the
same
agencies
that
for
some
of
it
they're
employees
that
we
may
not
have
reached
I,
know
that
the
police
department
has
three
different.
It's
actually
different
different
shifts,
and
so
you
had
even
asked
us
for
an
evening.
B
Chair
my
main
funtion
just
to
go
back
in
the
sensitivity.
Yes,
what
about
is
that
he
was
very
tingly.
You
never
know
this
time
again
has
an
update
and
Varmus
with
the
evidence,
but
also
now
that
we're
very
glad
to
have
both
school
representatives.
Is
there
any
input
or
concerns
that
you
have
or
along
sensitivity,
training
as
well,
because
we
have
had
discussions
in
the
last
year
with
both
school
district
superintendent,
about
assisting
with
sensitive
I
know
you
all
already
have
wonderful
programs,
but
also
to
look
at
specially.
B
Don't
don't
follow
the
rules
and
so
both
school
districts.
Let
us
know
that
at
times
then
there's
complaints
from
those
with
people
with
disabilities
because
there's
a
room,
and
so
we
offered
the
blue-ribbon
committee
offer
to
both
school
districts
to
work
together.
But
I,
don't
know
if
it's
needed
or
if
you
all
are
handling,
then
I,
don't
think.
I
A
J
J
F
Would
be
something
good
to
just
I
guess
to
keep
those
reminders
in
place,
because
just
recently
I
went
to
the
orientation
for
my
children
and
I
am,
I
understand
it
was
just
a
six
week
campus,
but
the
first
thing
I
know
it
is
I'm
driving
around
trying
to
find
a
parking
space,
and
there
was
something
that
that
were
that
were
open.
But
again,
I,
look
and
are
like
oh
I
can't
park
there
right
and
what.
D
F
A
F
B
I
have
to
tell
you,
mr.
chair
that
and
thank
you
for
the
seller
here
to
bring
that
up
that
at
your
request
at
the
Blue
Ribbon
committee,
the
mayor
did
bring
it
up
at
two
City
Council
meetings
ago,
brought
in
a
charm
the
city's
HR
director
and
told
them.
You
know
the
city's
moving
forward
and
he
did
the
analogy
we
made
in
a
designated
for
veterans.
Rightly
so
so
there's
a
veteran
we
have
to
later
video,
but
we
have
to
lender
view.
B
So
we've
highlighted
you
said
we
should
be
doing
the
same
thing
for
people
with
disabilities
and
as
missus
miss
somebody.
Ain't
just
reported
it's
now.
It's
now
a
routine
and
so
they're
gonna
be
doing
sensitivity,
training
as
well
they're
still
debating.
How
do
we
highlight
so
we
can
hire,
but
it
starts
with
sensitivity,
training,
so
the
city
is
it's
not
going
to
do
that?
Citywide.
D
A
Also
have
some
tools
available
online
on
our
website.
There's
actual
videos
from
places
I
remember:
there
was
one
that
we
found
hotel,
a
hotel
that
hires
people
with
disability
there's
a
training
there.
Yes,
we
put
the
web
link
on
our
on
our
web
page.
There's
some
resources.
There
is
a
Chinese
thing,
there's
some
resources
so
that
you
could
tell
also
or
maybe,
for
when
we
need
one.
If
the
chamber
could
tap
those
videos
as
well,
I
sure
would
like
to
have
that
local
work.
Now
that
would
be
so
great.
A
G
Know
it
goes
without
saying
that
mayor
has
been
very
supportive
of
us
in
the
West.
A
little
nervousness
is
coming
to
this
position,
he's
been
here
numerous
times
and
so
thankful
to
him
and
his
support
and
like
that
he's
not
only
listen
to
especially
being
implementing
some
of
the
items
or
some
of
the
ideas
that
we
have
the
stress
of
the
city.
We
would
like
this
to
engage
in
so
happy
protect
one
of
the
questions
that
I
had
when
sensitivity
training.
Also
how
to
do
it.
A
I
H
H
I
I
I
F
I
F
G
G
We
may
go
through
our
entire
life
without
seeing
the
kind
of
impact
that
we
have
on
people,
and
so
it's
important
that
the
school
district
also
touch
upon
the
students
when
they're,
young
and
they're
developing
and
they're
mastering
our
to
deal
with
individuals
with
disabilities
and
sometimes
I
think
that
we
need
to
do
a
better
job
at
this
I.
Think
last
one
was
my
question
for
the
school
districts.
Were
there
what
kind
of
sensitivity
training
where.
A
B
C
It
makes
a
difference
for
the
next
generation
and
it's
a
difference
for
for
everyone.
You
know
my
grandchildren
will
benefit
from
coming
to
Olivia.
More
inclusive
facility
will
benefit
from
the
skills
and
abilities
and
dedication
of
even
ministers,
though
at
the
door
work.
So
anything
that
brings
growth
to
the
workforce
is
going
to
be
amazing.
News.
K
E
E
Sponsor
the
event,
also
I
got
contacted
by
a
resident
of
light,
look
in
real
and
he
told
me
that
whatever
we
needed,
he
would
help
us
in
and
also
and
so,
I
will
get
beginning
we're
getting
a
response
from
people
and
definitely
I'm
saying
that,
because
at
first
I
thought
it
was
not
just
a
goal
and
it
would
not
be
reached
and
I'm
glad
to
say
it's
gonna
be
a
reality.
Now.
E
Not
only
if
the
point
thing
were
they
going
to
be
a
reality,
but
I
also
feel
that
the
National
Federation
of
the
blind
chapter
in
the
real,
if
to
not
be
a
reality,
also
and
I'm,
hoping
that
the
presidents
of
the
NFB
will
participate
on
a
walk
that
day.
Also
in
fact
I'm
going
next
week
to
Austin
for
a
training
and
where
I
will
see
that
I
will
see
the
president
in
the
last
I.
Don't
know
how
to
achieve.
But
the
key
that
you
want
to
come
to
the
rail.
E
So
those
other
things
that
are
going
on
in
fact
Sangha
like
Namir
and
we're
helping
me
out
this
like
week
on
Monday
I,
went
to
a
city
council
meeting
and
my
main
objective
was
to
invite
the
mayor.
I
invited
City,
Council
members
and
I
invited
the
public
for
the
wall,
and
that's
when
we
said
that
you
will
help
you
sponsored
it
yeah.
F
F
Of
course,
because
we
had
a
the
use
of
several
funds
that
we
could
we
could
purchase,
we
really
wants
to
purchase
the
the
shirts
the
the
goodies
because,
of
course,
individuals,
ain't
having
their
breakfast.
You
know
their
waters
and
you
know-
and
unfortunately,
for
these
two
years,
we
we
and
we
kind
of
longer
do
that
anymore,
but
we've
also
let
mister
then
God
will
know
that
just
the
staff
members
we're
going
to
be
donating
I
be
sure,
like
the.
D
F
Something
because
again
the
sender
blinders
as
we
can,
we
can't
accept
donations,
but
it's
I'm
sure
they're
not
he's
able
to
get
some
of
that
now.
I,
don't
know
you
guys
are
interested,
something
that
we're
planning
to
do
for
the
staff
members.
There
is
an
official
white
painting,
t-shirts
available
for
purchase
and
the
prison
or
going
before
I
want
to
say
it's
in
a
second.
We
definitely
the
breeches
are
to.
A
D
H
A
A
E
E
And
she
was,
the
contact
can
gave
me
the
name
of
a
person
of
the
light
Club
and
the
light
club
president
called
me
last
week,
and
he
told
me:
what
do
you
need?
Yeah
well,
I
think
we're
going
to
eat
I
rifles
yeah.
Well,
we
have
waitin
for
plagues
of
that
and
whatever
you
need
well
and
I,
think
we're
gonna
have
a
meeting
party
next
week,
him
and
I,
and
whatever
way
the
ranks
up
can
help,
because
what
I
understand
the
lake
love
is
a
great
supporter
for
people
with
vision
in.
A
E
H
F
Not
and
just
this
shirt-
that's
a
really
great
year
for
the
movement
but
I
was
just
sharing.
There
is
an
official
white
t-shirt
available,
I
believe
it's
$10
and
what
we're
gonna
do
under
what
Texas
workforce
and
location
or
we
have
is
that,
of
course,
each
member.
If
they
want
to
purchase
this
shirt,
we're
gonna
be
wearing
that
shirt.
I
believe
the
picture
is
still
not
available,
because
it
is
a
conscious
that
they
have
that
we
have
throughout
the
year
and.
F
F
So
so
it's
it
is
out
there
I,
don't
have
a
specific
link
available
right
now,
but
I
can
go
ahead
and
forward
that
to
you,
okay,
but
it
isn't
your
whitening
day
and
if
anybody's
interested,
that
shirt
is
available.
So
that
was
an
idea
that
would
be
the
color
of
the
shirt
or,
if
it's
a
cup
too
weird
of
a
color,
maybe
just
like
a
white
shirt,
but
everybody
can
wear
what.
E
B
Like
that,
madam
chair,
mr.
they've
got
some,
he
gave
it.
May
you
did
the
right
thing:
individual
participant
she
she's,
the
chief
of
staff
or
state
representative,
Tracy,
King,
okay,
and
we
then
used
to
be
with
with
18,
will
be
glad
to
contact
representatives
and
she's
already
made
contact
with
you.
Maybe
they'd
like
to
sponsor
some
of
the
t-shirts.
Okay.
B
The
other
thing
I
want
to
thank
miss
Sanchez
for
letting
us
know
that
work
force
also
has
a
project
to
work
with
with
people
with
visually
impaired
and
getting
the
word
out
to
the
doctors
or
some
of
the
programs
that
they
have
until
we
we
sent
out
to
all
the
ophthalmologists
who
already
treat
persons
or
visually
impaired,
especially
with
diabeetus
or
who
are
losing
their
sight,
and
so
we're
gonna
invite
them.
I
know
dr..
Today,
video
in
particular
has
a
a
tennis,
ball,
kids
or
bony
impaired,
and
so.
B
J
A
B
A
D
F
That
would
be
good
because
we
actually
offer
our
vocational
rehabilitation
teacher
chief.
She
has
her
white
canes,
which
we
lent
out
to
the
community.
So
whoever
wants
to
walk
under
the
blindfold
and
with
the
white
cane
and
you're
able
to
see
that
and
then,
of
course
we
have
our
staff
members
guiding,
though
that
actually
do
want
to
try
that
experience
so
we're
there
to
assist
with
with
that.
So
it's
something
really
nice
to
see
to
be
able
to
experience
that
yes,.
D
A
D
A
B
I'm
sure
you
already
discussed
this
and
we
submitted
recommendations
to
the
mayor
console
and
then
met
along
with
every
visit
and
gave
them
recommendations
and
special
grants.
Other
options
that
other
cities
are
doing
for
whatever
reason
and
the
won't
follow
up
again,
you
know
things
haven't
move
forward,
but
where
the
cities
in
the
budget
process
again
and
so
there's
two
things,
you
can
do
my
responsibility
to
to
give
you
guys,
but
there's
two
things
you
can
do
for
doing
both
one.
B
H
B
You
also
suggest
that
it
just
by
call
many
many
other
services,
a
person
shall
write,
do
certainly
income
but
don't
don't
charge
them,
and
the
third
was
don't
charge
people
with
disabilities
the
higher
fee.
So
those
were
the
three
options
you
presented
last
time
we
can
update
the
letter
again
tonight
is
the
last
day
of
the
three-day
workshop.
B
The
members
could
go
and
make
comment,
although
there's
no
formal
public
comment
right
now,
but
when
the
budget
gets
presented,
which
will
probably
be
the
second
meeting
in
September,
then
you
could
go
make
a
formal
comment,
but
but
mister
chair,
you
all
wanted
to
go
on
record
again
so
Mike.
The
first
recommendation
is
to
resend
a
formal.
E
Time
can
I
add
something
to
this
music.
Sometimes,
yes,
the
asuras,
in
my
opinion,
if
not
getting
any
better
in
fact
last
year,
when
they
break
the
price
hike,
not
sure
I,
supposed
to
say
having
improved
and
now
today
this
week
they
have
reduced
two
buses
from
the
service.
So
now
the
people
are
getting
late,
and
not
only
that
in
my
in
my
experience
you
don't
call
with
before,
and
you
don't
call
before.
9:00
chances
are
you're,
not
gonna,
get
what
you
want.
E
E
Keita
a
bit
much
get
it
okay,
not
now
they
were
working.
The
the
drivers,
you
know,
get
the
white,
the
pressure
you
drive
to
go
here,
go
there
because
they
have
to
but
less
per
day.
Now
a
lot
of
people
are
have
a
schedule.
Night
I
have
to
be
a
certain
time.
They're,
my
friend
I,
have
it
whatever
doctor's
appointment
and
now
the
what
when
I
happened,
allow
this
persons
who
need
this.
This
service
are
gonna,
be
late
for
their
opponent
and
I.
E
Don't
think
it's
fair
because,
like
I
said
you
make
them
very
brave,
you
think
they're
gonna
get
a
price
hike,
I
expect
better
service
and
we're
not
getting
me
and
I
hope
that
they
understand
it
and
by
reducing
I
gather
they're,
reducing
two
buses
because
of
the
budget.
Animal
I
don't
know
their
reason
for
the
lips.
I,
don't
know
the
reason,
but
I
really
feel
a
lot
of
people
are
getting
affected
like
this.
H
E
And
and
what
happening
that
they're,
not
they're
doing
this
to
the
most
vulnerable,
Kumiko
yeah,
the
mobo,
normal
and
I-
think
that
should
reconsider
I
think
they
could
see
how
they
can
help
us
in
this
matter,
because
I'm
part
of
the
population
of
disabled
motion.
Yes,
so
I
don't
want
to
see,
they
can
reconsider
something,
do
something
to
better
the
service
and
they
don't
want
to.
You
know
what
they
don't:
wanna
change
the
price
I
just
hate
better
service.
That's
all
I'm
asking.
B
B
We'll
work
with
the
letter
to
adjourn
for
the
convenience
review
and
then
what
what
encourages
both
to
the
public
comment
period
when
the
budget
is
presented.
The
second
thing
is
we
did
a
year
ago
and
maybe
at
the
respective,
at
the
will
of
the
committee.
Again,
we
meant
remember
with
the
methanol
director
and
and.
A
B
No
and
you
can
but
then
the
probably
the
second
meeting
in
September
I'm,
not
sure
that
will
be
ready.
The
first
meeting
they've
already
out,
but
the
second
meeting
it
will
be
formally
presented,
and
so
it's
a
public
hearing
and
then
you've
got
three
orphans,
and
so
there
has
to
be
a
formal
public
comment
period
and
so
you'll
have
that
option
there.
Mine
is
snow.
The
consulate
never
would
have
already
received
your
letter
by
then
before
the
budget
is
finally
adopted.
I
think.
A
G
B
Well
again,
you've
got
the
the
administrative
assistant
to
the
to
the
to
the
mayor
right
now.
Mister
ameta,
so
she'll
come
way
there,
but
will
formally
ask
that
you
will
make
a
comment.
It's
not
ii
mean
september
to
be
the
first
in
october.
Who
will
known,
will
let
you
know
and
that
we
can
go
given
the
agenda
or
or
it
not
under
the
mayor's
item
as
well,
so
there's
two
ways
to
do
it
and
he
supported
mr.
Jared.
G
G
B
D
B
G
E
B
G
E
B
Mr.
chair,
sir
God
I
would
have
to
find
out
I'm
not
aware
that
they
did,
but
any
sometimes
departments
do
take
actions
based
on
operational
needs
and
then
sometimes
especially
for
funding.
They
need
to
go
to
a
council
for
program
we'll
find
out
I,
wasn't
aware,
because
they're
also
expanding
the
metros
doing
some
some
great
things
and
promoting
a
new
bus
line,
they're,
adding
bicycle
rights
to
to
their
route
to
their
buses
with
a
big
campaign
of
a
wall.
B
Biking
right
so
want
to
or
ride
your
bike
to
the
bus.
Stop
they
put
your
bike
on
the
bike,
rack
and
the
politic.
The
bus,
and
so
we've
been
building
that
partnership
with
traffic
and
health
and
the
mental
support
of
the
City
Council
and
the
mayor
to
make
more
public
transportation
accessible
at
the
same
time.
But
that's
your
regular
buses
right
and
so
there's
a
lot
of
momentum
and
they're
they're.
Updating
the
beautiful
buses
I
saw
a
new
bus
in
this
campaign.
B
E
G
G
Yes,
last
time
we
met,
it
was
a
discussion
regarding
the
membership,
and
this
all
has
to
do
with
the
city.
The
city
charter
increases
their
audiences
and
having
to
do
with
members.
In
order
for
you
to
remain
that
standing,
you
cannot
be
absent
more
than
three
times
in
a
given
year,
regardless
of
whether
it's
exclusive
nights
used.
If
not,
you
need
to
be
replaced
where
we
need
to
be
replaced,
and
there
was
no
monthly
meetings
for
another
monthly
meeting
of
all.
Committees
must
take
place
regardless.
G
G
G
Okay,
we're
not
appointed
by
the
City
Council,
whether
other
committees
are
assigned
their
designated
or
placed
on
those
committees
by
the
by
the
individual
come
in
console
mentor,
and
so
we
are
not
where
I
replace
here
by
where
we
serve
at
the
pleasure
of
the
mayor
and
so
the
American
pretty
much
to
make
a
decision
when
he
wants
to
make
a
change.
Okay.
Historically
speaking,
it
appears
as
though
the
mayor's
comfortable
with
our
being
present
and
the
work
that
we've
done,
and
so
there
was
a
discussion
about
last
time
about
the
midterms.
D
G
D
A
G
A
G
But
in
the
case
of
in
case
of
the
mayor,
I
think
that
our
proposal
is
that
it's
since
we
serve
at
the
pleasure
of
the
mayor
and
he's
there
for
four
years,
then
I
guess
we
would
all
serve
for
four
years
unless
he
elects
to
replace
one
of
us
or
one
of
the
members
prior
to
that,
due
to
lack
of
being
present
or
for
whatever
reason
there
may
be.
Okay,
yes,
honey!
It's
not
even
up
to
him.
G
It's
based
on
the
ordinance
of
the
lack
of
attendance
is
sufficient
enough
to
call
for
four
members,
your
whole
life
and
so,
and
so
that's
pretty
much
set
in
stone
from
what
I
understand
this
okay
and
how
we
did
validator
verify
that
with
the
illegal
Department
and
they
did
it.
They
did
support
that
that
pretty
much
that
stands,
that's
that's
an
ordinance
that
will
stand
and
will
be
enforced,
and
so
the
mayor
I,
don't
know,
maybe
even
overwrite
that,
but
but
for
the
moment
we
don't
want
to
challenge
that
they
don't
see
what
that
goes.
G
But
I
guess.
The
question
then
comes
about
as
to
whether
what
happens
with
the
mayor
once
he
gets.
If
he
gets
reelected,
that's
great
and
he
doesn't
that's
in
fact
for
us,
but
you
know
where
there's
a
number
of
issues
that
surface
for
that
he
gets
reelected
four
more
years.
He
can
pretty
much
say
the
community
stays
as
it
is
and
I
feel
comfortable
with
it.
That's
up
to
him.
G
Some
other
bear
comes
in
the
mayor,
may
decide
or
may
decide
or
not
to
keep
us
or
to
spend
the
committee,
and
that's
up
to
that
I.
Don't
think
any
incoming
mayor
would
be
okay,
I
think
the
most
intelligent
thing
put
him
would
be
put
there
to
keep
the
committee
because
it
serves
a
purpose
for
a
great
specialized
population.
A
A
B
Chair
and
vice-chair
to
two
quick
things,
one
absolutely
correct
Tara
at
the
overview
you
all
serve
at
the
one
of
them
there,
and
so
it's
for
four
year
intervals
and
you're
right.
You
served
under
to
America,
so
I,
don't
I,
agree
with
I,
don't
think
I'm
air
will
in
the
future,
disband
the
blue-ribbon.
He
may
change
members
so
right
now,
you
all
serve
at
four-year
intervals.
B
You
all
may
decide
to
alternate
that's
up
to
you
and
you
have
the
flexibility
to
build
it
in,
but
the
mayor
is
comfortable
with
the
committee
and
the
mayor's
comfortable
with
you.
He
has
asked
in
the
past.
If
you
want
to
change
members
or
rotate,
he
wants
to
hear
from
you.
Your
recommendations,
quorum
quorum
is
an
issue,
and
so
one
of
the
things
that
this
time
the
charter
revision
did
was
to
be
very
adamant
that
you
said
mr.
B
chair
that
we
need
to
be
here,
get
on
the
miscellany
and
you
need
to
have
monthly
meetings
and
they're
ready
to
take
taller
that
you
all
comply
with
to
help
with
with
the
quorum.
We
asked
for
clarification
from
legal
about
being
by
some
participate
on
a
conference
call,
or
maybe
video
and
initially
we've
gotten
mixed,
but
we
checked
both
with
the
Attorney
General
in
the
state
and
then
I've
issued
from
our
City
Attorney's
from
mr.
gross
assistant
city
attorney,
where
he
confirmed
that
we
can
meet
form
initially
should
be
an
emergency
for
an
emergency.
B
Everybody
kept
me,
so
the
people
could
meet
by
phone
or
my
video
or
because
it's
difficult
to
meet
together,
and
so
he
decided
the
three
or
your
an
advisory,
the
best
one
for
you
all.
You
are
an
official
Advisory
Committee
to
the
bear,
so
you
could
have
people
both
on
the
conference
call
or
video.
You
must
have
as
many
persons
physically
and
at
the
side
to
hold
the
official
meeting
and
to
be
able
to
hold
public
comment.
A
B
This
point
to
see
the
attorney
said:
no,
you
can
have
corn
with
with
with
half
of
the
people
that
there
is
no
number.
So
we
asked
them
specifically
said
no,
you
could
have
the
majority
on
the
phone,
but
you
must
have
at
least
one
of
the
officers
physically
at
the
meeting.
Being
tape
and
and
public
comment.
B
D
F
G
B
A
Some
people
and
I
don't
know
they
were
mentioned
that
they
might
be
interested
in
rotating
and
to
me
and
my
most
of
my
experiences
in
school
days,
so
I
guess
to
me
what
it
would
mean
is
if
I
went
with
you
guys
to
your
allies
in
the
book,
but
I
guess
it
would
be.
You
know,
I've
already
served
a
whole
year
and
I
would
like
to
rotate
with,
let's
say
and.
A
B
Say
they
can
just
express
it
to
you
and
then
we
related
to
the
mayor
again.
The
mayor
is
at
four
year
interval.
So
once
he
names
you
and
you
all
take
an
oath
and
all
of
you
have
done
that
you're
guaranteed
four
years.
Then
it
makes
it
again.
Then
he
would
say:
I
want
to
rotate
or
not,
and
he's
already
expressed.
He
wants
to
keep
you,
so
it
would
be
up
to
you.
You
all
started
that
discussion
that
maybe
it's
healthy
to
rotate
I
know.
B
Last
time,
Miss
Meredith
was
very
in
to
the
minutes
that
she
was
very
adamant
that
we
showed
that's
healthy,
I
think
miss
with
the
other.
You
had
some
comments
too,
as
well
as
something
it
was,
president
that
me
I
think
with
a
positive
meaning.
You
won't
have
that
just
to
make
things
better
and
doctor
really.
You
said
something
that
doesn't
matter.
B
If
maybe
you
sit
down
to
rotate,
but
the
committee
also
welcomes
you
to
provide
advisory
in
technical,
other
commissions
and
boards
have
technical
supports
the
drug
and
alcohol
Commission
that
that's
a
commission,
so
each
council
member.
Does
it
maintain
the
mayor
one
member.
So
there's
nine
members,
but
they
have
voted
officially
to
every
one
of
their
meetings
to
invite
the
stakeholders
who
have
input.
They
don't
have
both,
but
they
have
input,
that's
an
equally
as
important.
B
They
felt
it
was
important
for
the
organizations
and
the
people
who
provide
drug
and
alcohol
treatment
prevention,
rehabilitation
to
be
there
to
advise
them,
and
so
every
time
we
have
a
meeting
with
a
brother
than
alcohol,
all
all
of
the
stakeholders
in
town
or
regionally
are
invited,
and
most
of
them
have
been
coming.
The
same
thing
that
you're
here
I
think
the
schools
are
important.
B
Workforce
is
important.
The
right
section
is
is
important,
and
so
if
one
day
you'll
be
like
the
rotary
doesn't
mean
you
know,
could
some
people
come,
and
that
would
be
something
that
the
committee
develops
have
put
it
official.
So
that
way
it
has
an
official
staff,
but
that's
up
to
you
right
now
and
you
serve
at
the
will
of
the
Mary.
The
Mara
wants
you
to
continue
and
yeah
yes
for
years,
and
now
he
may
serve
another
four
years.
Do
you
serve
four
years
under
mayor
subpoenas
mayor
signs
kept?
B
G
You've
been
selected,
you
remain
here,
if
you
so
select
to
step
down,
for
whatever
reasons
those
may
be
professional,
personal,
whatever
that's
your
choice,
and
so
we'll
just
need
to
bring
that
to
light
to
go
to
the
mayor,
so
you
can
make
a
decision
as
to
who
else
he
wants
to
appoint.
And
again
you
may
have
somebody
within
this.
G
Your
scope
that
that
you
build
that
is,
there
is
knowledge
of
matter
sufficiently
enough
to
represent
the
school
districts,
especially
population,
and
so
your
recommendation
I'm
sure
that
the
mayor
would
look
at
your
recommendation
as
well,
and
so
that
that's
something
that
we
could
do.
If
that's
what
you
all
want,
feel
compelled
to
do,
that
you
need
just
stick
down
at
one.
B
C
Think
that
it's
a
great
idea
that
we've
been
selected
I
think
it's
a
great
idea
that
we
mentor
other
individuals
also
to
break
him
in
two
to
the
committee.
I
know
because
I've
learned
I've
been
mentioned
throughout
my
life
and
I've
had
great
people
that
I've
looked
up
to
and
everything
and
they've
given
me
an
opportunity,
so
I'm
kind
of
even
dipped
down
from
where
they're
at
so
that
I
could
ride
into
tribute
and
I,
think
it
and
evolve
loose
in
serving
that
capacity
where
we
become
advising
jackers
and
Advisory
Committee.
C
Be
advising
with
like
nine
people
who
have
a
desire
to
move
forward
attention
attention
make
a
difference
license
things
that
we
do
like.
We
are
not
there
federal
and
I'm
one
of
these
days
you
will
about
to
hear
and
when
we're
not
here,
I
would
love
to
sing.
In
my
favorite
phrase,
pretty
roses
only
know
that
I
wanna
live
forever,
because
I
believe
that
my
office
is
up
above
them
is
a
lot
to
choose
the
community
and
when
I
denied
all
ended
up,
see
that
I
want
to
eat
I
love.
What
I
do
I
mean.
C
Obviously,
I'm
on
the
road
markers
are
teaming
about
wanting
to
be
there,
but
at
the
same
time,
I
think
that
we
say
on
so
long
that
I
believe
is
possible
and
we
I'm
not
fighting
the
box
thinker
had
to
come
thinking.
Why
not?
You
know
in
time
with
the
right
procedures
and
the
right
guidelines
like
these
skate,
with
the
admit
idea
to
is
grenade
on,
but
to
bring.
In
you
mind
your
new
ideas
and
sweep
into
the
committee
limit.
We
for
a
progressive
moving
forward.
A
Kind
of
problem,
the
kinds
of
things
that
the
other
committees
doing
is
something
that's
going
to
affect.
Let's
say,
since
we
talked
about
sensitivity,
training
with
Police
Department,
we
invited
them
to
come
in
when
we
look
at
the
ratio
of
for
accessibility
parking,
so
I
think
we've
been
pretty
flexible
about
you.
G
So
what
does
this
then
kind
of
life
time
doing
while
we
go,
and
so
that
doesn't
mean
that
the
school
district
is
in
its
and
its
employees
have
continued
progressing
through
new
technology
and
new
valuations
and
new
studies
and
about
what
is
different,
whether
it
is
techniques
to
teach
and
learn
how
people
with
disabilities,
and
so
you
bring
that
to
the
forefront.
That's
that's.
Those
are
the
kinds
of
advantages
that
we
have
by
having
you
I
having
such
a
specialized
group
in
our
presence
and
benefiting
from
that.
G
From
that
knowledge,
you
know
some
of
you
other
disciplines
that
you
look
at,
oh,
that
you
work
with
on
a
daily
basis
and
that's
things
such
as
the
lack
of
sight,
okay
and
mental
health
as
well
as
interaction
disabilities.
Certain
things
that
I
don't
do
the
general
population
sometimes
understands.
One
of
the
reasons
why
we
have
sensitivity.
G
Training
is,
as
a
general
population
sometimes
is
not
aware
about
the
kinds
of
challenges,
other
kinds
of
contributions
that
individuals
with
disabilities
can
actually
provide,
and
so
I
think
that
this
committee,
you
know
we
have
a
certain
mission
and
mission-
is
to
bring
their
permission
to
the
mayor.
But
our
job
is
primarily
to
advocating
and
promoting
push
that
the
city
also
be
understanding
and
sensitivity
with
what
those
needs
are
and.
D
H
G
Because
I,
don't
I,
don't
know
why
we
get
that
problem.
Okay.
One
of
the
reasons
why
you're
here
is
because
I
won't
put
another.
The
mayor
felt
compelled
that
you
were
the
best
okay,
that
the
city
had
to
offer.
Okay
in
your
area,
in
your
realm
of
speciality,
and
so
I
would
hate
to
jeopardize
that,
but
I
also
understand
that
people
II
didn't
want
and
they
need
they
have
less.
Sometimes
everything
in
our
life
is
not
perfect,
sometimes,
and
things
get
in
the
way
and
just
a
big
challenge,
and
sometimes
this
is
not
your.
G
This
is
not,
and
so
I
understand
that
and
yeah
I
think
that's
the
good
time
when
you
need
to
step
down
and
sit
probably
sit.
Well,
maybe
not
me,
but
somebody
very
close
to
me
that
I
that
I
met
her
at
or
mentored
me
can
actually
serve
now.
Okay
and
that's
fine,
but
I
do
believe
that
this
is
why
you
all
are
here
because
I
don't
think
I've
been
hanging
out
for
the
last
five
years
with
a
bunch
of
rookies.
G
G
Those
are
things
that
you
need
to
wait
above
individually
and
we
have
to
weigh
individually
and
again
together
collectively
as
a
group.
What
is
it
that
we
want
to
do,
and
so
I
do
think
that
the
mayor
is
here
for
four
years.
He
was
here
in
another
four
years.
He
makes
a
decision
where
he
wants
us
to
continue
or
not,
and
at
that
kind
you
can
also
voice
I,
don't
wanna
I,
don't
want
to
continue
the
way
not
to
the
degree
responsibility.
I
want
to
be
an
advisor
or
I
want
to
do
something
else.
A
K
D
D
E
E
D
E
C
We
are
going
to
be
holding
the
nicest
sign
once
again:
I'm
dead,
you're
88.
So
if
anyone
wants
to
say
today
we're
going
to
be
for
volunteer
for
that
event,
so
we're
hoping
to
secure
of
their
locations
enticed
and
hopefully,
hopefully,
charts
promoting
the
event-
probably
I
would
say
sometime
in
the
next
month
or
so
that
you
were
the
wanting
to
probably
over
400
individuals
actually
122,
but
for
those
of
you
marriages
and
part
of
that
event.
To
date
it
is
official
at
the
irradiates.
G
J
Thought
an
announcement
did
by
me,
so
the
stainless
getting
very
savvy
regarding
the
transition
from
TWC
to
vocational
rehabilitation,
putting
us
all
under
the
same
umbrella
and
with
that
we
have
acquired
position
for
a
disability
navigator.
So
this
individual,
the
role
is
solely
to
connect
collaborate,
partner,
build
on
those
partnerships.
What
resources
are
out
there
we're
the
training
up
in
Austin,
and
it
was
a
really
really
good
training
where
28th
Workforce
boards
and
some
depending
on
the
board
size
have
gotten
to
so
we've
gotten
one
and
her
name
is
luckily
selling
gone.
J
So
in
her
role
right.
The
program
is
the
state
way
strategy
to
improve
and
increase
services
to
students
with
disabilities.
The
age
is
14
to
22.
So
that's
the
focus
there
we're
looking
for
students,
educational
programs
if
it's
secondary,
not
traditional
or
alternative,
secondary
education,
post-secondary
education,
other
range
of
recognized
educational
programs.
This
is
to
improve
the
access
to
employment
and
training
services
and
increase
employment
opportunities
for
job
seekers
with
disabilities.
So
I
want
to
put
that
out.
J
There
I
know
that
we're
going
to
be
very
active
in
the
community,
we'll
probably
build
a
committee
or
a
subcommittee
for
just
the
disability
navigator
she'll,
be
at
the
schools
she'll
be
working
very
closely
with
VR,
so
you
all
will
meet
her
down
the
road,
but
I
did
want
to
bring
that
to
the
table
and
let
you
know
that
we're
very
adamant
and
believe
in
the
need
you
know
advocating
for
individuals
with
special
needs.
Thank
you.
E
J
Yes,
I
mean
we're,
always
very
with
that.
We
all
want
anybody
who
would
qualify
between
the
ages
of
18
and
24
and
we
also
have
VR
coming
to
the
center
since
the
transition
so
they're
physically
there.
So
somebody
comes
in
and
states
they're
needing.
You
know
special
assistance
due
to
this
disability.
We
send
them
over
with
them
they're
the
specialists
they're
trained
and
they
assist
these
individuals.
J
A
I
F
Assassination
counselors,
and
actually
they
for
this
past
a
year
actually
they've
been
trying
to
example.
Since
for
buying
services,
we
had
a
change
in
supervisors,
I
noticed
that
were
more
like
our
supervisors
or
managers,
and
just
because
of
wheel
as
well
they're,
more
adamant
about
having
those
transition
counselors,
so
I
go
like
in-between,
going
and
knocking
on
doors,
of
course,
for
some
schools
is
a
little
bit
different,
but
that's
what
we
were
talking
about
that
with
this
navigator
it
to
make
everything
more
mainstream,
because
sometimes
even
the
the
principal's
or
vice
principals.
They
don't
know.
I
A
E
E
A
What
we
have
to
work
on
and
that's
why
I
think
that
gets
the
word
out
for
the
the
one
that
you're
going
to
do
is
so
important,
and
all
of
these
other
things
were
doing
with
public
service
announcement.
The
doctor,
without
us
is
working
on
all
of
those
little
pieces
together
all
of
the
sensitivity
training
that
you
do
together
and
we
it's
gotta,
be
condemned.
It's.
A
J
Past
year
we
had
48
individuals,
of
course,
dr.
Asthana.
We
thank
you
so
much
because
you've
always
been
an
an
advocate
and
we
did
get
a
phone
calls,
my
understanding
from
the
city
to
open
up
more.
You
know
because
it's
a
huge
you
are
a
huge
employer.
So
not
only
will
we
be
working
with
a
health
department,
but
we
want
to
expand
we're
always
in
front
of
employers,
we're
all
advocating
for
individuals
with
special
needs
because
they
are
just
as
capable,
if
not
more,.
H
J
J
J
E
A
G
G
G
Doctor
one
side
is
as
efficient
as
he
is:
I
went
to
his
office
and
work
on
this
right.
Around
grab,
get
in
and
read
together,
Chuck
didn't
maybe
this

this

Ameritrade
Oh
city,
city,
Laredo,
dear
mayor
science,
we
are
appreciative
of
all
the
support
the
City
Council
has
given
the
PRC
and
especially
support
on
the
shrank
people
with
disabilities
have
the
same
opportunities
as
all
persons.
G
With
that
in
mind,
we
wanted
to
again
express
our
concern
and
disappointment
with
the
established
within
fees
established
by
it
meant
that
particular
the
area's
cheese
we
fully
understand.
The
fees
must
be
raised
for
maintenance
and
growth
of
public
transportation,
that
the
elder
serves
a
special
transportation
purpose
for
those
in
Medicaid
in
need
and
those
with
disabilities
food.
G
We
travel
to
medical,
our
daily
trips
to
social
services
that
we
need
to
build
between,
including
attending
the
PRC
meetings,
where
many
are
on
fixed
incomes
that
use
this
service
and
novelty
the
hardship
we
heard
to
reconsider
the
past,
raise
and
seek
other
venues,
but
bending
to
keep
the
PWD,
such
as
section
3,

of
the
past
tact
and
or
or
offer
other
alternatives,
such
as
discuss
for
persons
with
disabilities,
no
income,
persons
and
persons
with
disability.
You
want
to
discuss
this
matter
further.
G
We
are
willing
to
meet
with
the
City
Council
and
the
mayor
as
well
as
send
you
links
and
information
to
access
other
resources,
such
as
those
mentioned
above
now
that
you
are
in
the
budget
process.
We
as
you
really.
We
consider
the
past
raising
fees
for
a
lift,
and
particularly,
we
appreciate
your
support
on
this.
