Description
Convention and Visitors Bureau Advisory Committee Meeting 060823
A
A
We
do
have
two
of
our
members
that
would
like
to
an
excuse
for
asking
for
an
excuse,
absence,
Mr,
Salo
Otero
has
a
doctor's
appointment
and
Mr
Omar
mintas
has
a
funeral
service
today,
I
moved
to
excuse.
Our
two
members,
as
mentioned
motion,
carries
trixies
are
two
members:
do
we
have
any
public
or
citizen
comments
to
bring
to
our
meeting
today.
D
A
Now,
moving
on
to
the
financial,
which
is
the
review
of
the
year-to-date
financial
statements,
first
page
is
on
page
five.
F
Thank
you,
ma'am
chair.
We
are
what
we
call
the
the
tail
ends
of
the
fiscal
year,
we're
approaching
summer,
so
definitely
having
a
good
grip
on
our
budget
here
continuously.
Reviewing
our
numbers
from
here
to
September
and
we've
had
some
really
good
conversations
with
with
management
regarding
our
budget
for
next
year.
So
we're
still
on
track.
We
are
still
having
we're
still
within
our
budget
and
with
some
wiggle
room,
so
we're
we're
looking
for
work,
release
date.
F
We're
planning
on
changing
and
moving
some
of
the
items,
so
some
things
that
we've
learned
we're
using
the
agency
is
now
things
are
moving
more
towards
Sprint,
but
we
don't
want
to
leave
print
completely
abandoned,
so
we're
moving
things
towards
more
digital
new
tools,
new,
maybe
electronic
Billboards
things
are
easier
to
change
if
we
need
to
change
a
campaign.
F
So
that
has
been
something
that
we've
been
working
with
both
agencies
in
Mexico
and
in
the
US
in
Mexico,
based
on
the
information
that
we've
received
from
the
new
tool
that
we
have
we've
been
making
changes
on
the
go
like,
for
example,
the
fact
that
we
not
only
know
that
visits
in
a
different
way
than
normal.
We
made
some
changes
to
move
some
of
the
money
that
we
were
spending
in
Mexico
City.
F
Flight
now
we
move
them
through,
so
we
left
so
we're
making
changes
on
we're.
Reviewing
our
our
media
advice
on
our
regular
faces
to
make
sure
that
they
make
the
most
sense,
and
now
that
we
have
these
tools
where
we
can
almost
see
real
time,
it's
really
exciting
because
we
can
make
those
changes
and
affect
the
visitor
Behavior
faster
than
before
that
it
was
like.
Oh
last,
three
months
ago,.
A
C
C
F
So
we
are,
it
took
a
little
bit
longer
because
of
materials,
but
we
purchased
last
year
eight
sets
of
like
big
letters.
You
know
like
destinations
in
Mexico.
They
all
have
their
name
and
big
like
colorful
letters,
yeah
and
so
last
year.
Employee
has
been
spearheading
this.
F
This
project
we
purchased
eight
sets
of
letters,
but
literally
it
was
the
materials
were
in
my
quarter
for
almost
a
year,
and
so
we
just
got
them,
and
so
that
was
part
of
it
and
the
other
part
is
we're
putting
out
a
bid,
two
contract,
different
artists,
local
artists,
because
we
want
each
set
of
letters
to
be
painted
by
a
different
local
artist,
and
so
that
way,
every
single.
J
F
K
C
D
F
So
we've
made
sure
that,
on
our
budget
on
our
projections
and
everything
we
took
into
consideration,
everything
that
was
going
on
and
having
Hotel
years
in
our
in
our
committee
and
having
good
communication
with
the
all
of
us
has
definitely
helped
us
steer
the
vote
in
the
right
direction.
A
F
You
I'm
gonna
skip
ipw
a
little
bit
because
we
have
a
special
report,
but
we
have
our
sales
team.
Slash
assistant
director.
Has
him
working
a
lot
with
different
different
tournament
groups?
F
We
are
one
step
closer
to
getting
a
new
person,
so
I'm
excited
that
now
we're
going
to
have
more
people
for
that,
but
we
have
different
groups,
are
looking
at
Loretta
to
come
for
tournaments
that
they're
looking
at
the
summer
and
the
fall
of
this
year.
Hopefully
we
can
materialize
some
of
them
for.
D
F
Of
them
also,
we
have
the
Hispanic
genealogical
and
historical
conference
that
one
is
for
October,
so
it
was
has
also
been
working
with
them
on
our
Casa
Laredo
staff,
their
view.
F
Sometimes
we
don't
have
to
pay
the
cost
of
having
a
booth
when,
like
ipw,
we
can
just
partner
with
them
and
get
a
like
the
benefits
of
without
the
price.
So
you'll
see
that
a
lot
of
the
things
that
we
didn't
make
we
partnered
with
the
office
of
the
governor
would
have
a
great
relationship
with
them.
F
The
executive
director
is
from
Laredo
the
executive
director
for
Economic,
Development
and
Tourism
is
from
Loretta,
so
she
was
really
excited
about
seeing
us
there
at
nightw,
so
one
of
after
the
event,
after
an
alarm
that
they
participated,
they
have
had
a
chance
to
participate.
In
another
event,
with
ratio.
Peradora
I
had
a
chance
to
talk
to
over
here
in
ipw,
and
they
were
so
excited
that
we
were
working
with
them
in
the
past.
G
F
Don't
have
we're
in
natural
destination.
We
don't
necessarily
have
receptive
operators
here
so
for
travel
agents.
It's
a
little
bit
difficult
to
sell
the
visitation
per
se
because
they
don't
they
don't
have
a
product,
so
people
naturally
come.
So
what
we're
doing
is
we're
helping
them
at
our
destinations,
as
as
part
of
the
tour
that
they
already
have.
F
Selena
someone
have
been
doing
it
and
want
that
way,
then,
as
you
can
see,
Urban
National
travel
and
tourism
weeks.
Thank
you.
Thank
you
for
joining
us
for
that
special
event.
F
This
year
we
have
the
proclamation
by
Dr.
Trevino
he's
really
excited
about
participating
in
things
that
have
to
do
with
tourism
and
foreign.
F
From
Dr
Trevino,
this
is
a
special
just
just
the
key
points,
but
you'll
see
the
visitor
Behavior
report
in
more
detail
a
little
bit
further
into
the
report
and.
F
B
F
F
D
F
Same
organization
that
coordinates
the
Winter
Caravan
that
this
past
year
had
1500
Vehicles.
They
are
coordinating
a
summer,
for
example.
This
is
the
first
time
that
they
do.
This
we've
had
some
challenges
because
we
didn't
expect
we
should
have,
but
we
did
expect.
D
F
F
And
so
we
we
worked
with
the
arena.
They
were
very
gracious
and
working
with
us
and
having
and
letting
us
move
the
operation
indoors
so
because
our
biggest
concern
was
that
people
were
gonna
want
to
stay
in
their
vehicles
and
then
something
to
happen
so
that
they
wouldn't
be.
They
wouldn't
realize
that
the
weather
gets
here
so
hot
and
that
they
try
to
ride
it
in
their
vehicles
without
understanding
that
heat
doesn't
come
down
in
the
evening
here.
F
So
Arena
helped
us
with
moving
some
of
the
operation
insight
and,
of
course,
the
main
thing
that
we're
going
to
promote
with
the
Caravan.
They
have
a
really
good
system
of
communication
within
their
their
at
these
participants,
and
so
the
one
thing
that
we're
promoting
will
Network
exactly
yeah.
They
have
WhatsApp,
they
have
an
app
so
we're
promoting
heavily
promoting
for
them
to
find
hotels.
F
J
A
F
Should
yes,
so
winter
winter
we're
talking
about
1500
here
summer?
This
is
the
first
time
they
do
it.
So
they
started
they
started
saying
it
was
going
to
be
like.
Oh,
we
only
have
100
people
registered
by
last
week.
They,
oh,
we
already
have
200
people
registered
and
it's
usually
a
hundred
more
than
what
they
have
registered.
D
F
F
F
F
F
D
D
F
Do
and
join
us.
Please
do.
F
And
please
mark
on
your
calendars:
Friday
July
14th
at
11,
A.M
10.,
either
opening
ceremony.
C
F
the
the
festival,
July
14th,
10
a.m,
opening
ceremony,
and
if
you
can
join
us,
we
would
really
really
appreciate
it.
11
A.M
the
festival
opens
and
that
Puerto
weekend
is
shopping.
You.
D
L
F
L
L
I
did
a
little
bit
of
conversation
because
I
could
pass
them
off
to
you.
Yeah
and
I've
I've
been
asking
why
they
saw
Laredo
because
approximated
to
San
Antonio
instead
of
Brownsville
or
Matamoros
or
benosa,
and
then
and
I
asked
but
you're
from
Mexico.
Why
are
you
coming
to
buy
this
stuff
here?
They
go
on
their
way
tomorrow.
They
want
to
deviate
because
they
don't
know
the
area.
You
know.
Violence
is,
and
also
this
is
very
expensive
than
that,
the
methane,
the
price
in
Mexico,
you
know,
so
they
their
dollar
or
their
basil
yeah.
L
F
I
L
F
L
L
A
F
Every
time
we
try
to
change
it
a
little
bit,
we
have
the
tried
and
true
we
have
the
vendors
that
everybody
likes
and
people.
D
F
For
but
then
we
have
other
vendors,
for
example.
This
year
we
have
new
vendors
from
Vasquez
that
we
haven't
had
in
the
past.
So
every
year
we
try
to
bring
new
vendors
also
to
keep
a
mix,
a
good
mix
of
new,
with
the
favorite
products
exactly
and
even
the
the
print
last
year.
I
don't
know
it
was
an
example
for
me
is
last
year:
I,
don't
know
if
you
also
this
vendor.
It
was
a
new
vendor.
For
last
year
he
had
shoes
that
were
all
embroidered.
Oh
yeah,.
C
H
F
G
K
F
9
10
female
and
he
was
like
I,
don't
have
it
so
this
year
now
he's
gonna
bring
like.
D
C
C
D
F
D
E
K
D
F
So
that
has
been
resolved
and
the
other
part
is
yesterday.
I
had
a
conversation
with
with
Juan
Mandela
from
the
arena,
and
so
we'll
be
able
to
put
the
other
I
I
said
we
have
live
between
our
board.
They
said
it's
okay,
we
had
another
institution
to
to
to
enhance
our
offering.
E
Okay,
so
because
I
know
there
was
a
lot
of
people
in
line
throughout
I
mean
I
took
pictures
like
at
different
hours
of
the
day,
so
my
only
other
question
was
going
to
be
if
there
was
an
opportunity
to
put
in
a
second
machine
just
for
that
weekend.
Would
that
be
helpful.
That.
D
E
G
E
If
there's
more
happening,
I
guess
if
it
would
be
okay,
but
let
me
check
on
that
at
least
for
now,
so
you
tested
and
if
you
can
leave
it,
so
we
just
have
to
be.
Maybe,
on
the
other
end
that.
F
E
Then
the
other
question
only
this,
of
course
we
want
the
customer
experience
to
be
good,
as
well
as
the
vendor
experience
for
everybody
who
comes
in
with
all
students.
I
know
that
we
had
people
and
we
actually
told
them
a
bank
which
is
unheard
of.
We
never
do
that
because
they
need
to
exchange
pesos
and
they
were
not
I,
don't
know.
The
problem
was.
D
E
E
It
yeah
okay,
that
makes
sense
so
then
they
want
to
exchange
it
for
pesos.
So
then
I
guess
they're
going
to
take
buses
from
here
because.
D
E
E
F
D
F
J
H
F
They
need
for
for
the
sales
performance,
so
we
do
that
through
that's
a
request
that
comes
frequently
and
so
now
they
know
they
go
to
the
cashier
at
the
arena.
It's.
E
K
D
E
G
E
Wow
wow
and
the
thing
is
that
all
the
this
is
what
happens
most
of
the
truck
drivers
that
are
doing
business
on
Fridays
and
Thursdays
and
Fridays.
They
get
paid
in
dollars
and
they're
on
their
way
back
home
to
Mexico,
so
they
exchanged
professors
there
before
they
go
home.
So
that's
why
you
have
that's.
Why
opinion
allows
Trader
parking.
J
J
F
E
C
K
F
K
With
yeah,
we
are
close
to
100
right
now
and
so
we're
hoping
that
Community
Learners,
hoping
that
we
could
get
to
200.
That's
the
goal,
the
we
already
have
everything
ready,
the
shirts.
We
have
everything,
it's
just
that
the
process.
Now
it's
now.
Anybody
that
is
over
18
has
to
get
like
a
background
check,
so
mostly
we're
trying
to
aim
the
high
school
students-
and
you
know
we
there's
a
lot
of
kids
that
have
been
out
as
well,
so
we're
trying
to
they
have
a
database
they've
been
reaching
out
to.
B
K
Going
to
do
more
pushes
and
then
obviously
we're
going
to
continue
announcing
it
into
work.
But
have
you
guys
know
anybody
that
wants
to
volunteer?
You
know,
obviously,
hopefully,
in
the
end,
in
that
age,
between
15
and
17.
or
I,
think
yeah,
it's
15
17..
You
know
for
them
to
call
Community,
Development
and
register
and
everything's
done
event
right.
So
how.
F
Yeah,
you
need
to
call
Camila
and
Camila
will
register
you
through
Eventbrite
yeah,
okay,
yeah.
F
We
need
so
the
ideal
number
ideal
number
would
be
200
volunteers
per
ship,
yeah
wow
we've
never
got
a
200
politicianship,
but
if
we
get
from,
if
we
get
a
hundred
volunteers
per
ship,
that's
we
call
it
away
last
year
that
we've
also
trained
the
vendors
to
do
different
things
to
to
share
a
volunteer
to
maybe
have
one
volunteer
per
a
certain
number
of
booths
to
have
yeah
to
have
a
box,
so
people
can
pay
there.
So
we
do
different
things
to
when
we
don't
have
enough
volunteers
but
yeah.
D
F
K
D
K
When
they
apply
for
the
that
they're
gonna
fall
into
for
sister
cities,
they
give
them
a
one-on-one
as
they're
doing
with
the
parents.
D
K
D
F
For
them
to
a
lot
of
the
times
to
translate
for
the
vendors
we
expect
for
them
to
manage
their
monies,
but
and
we
we
tell
them
like
you're,
not
you're,
you
should
not
go
anywhere
with
them
and
don't
take
them.
Fanny
pack
anywhere
else
go
to
the
restaurant.
No,
the
the
vendor
is
responsible
for
that
money,
but
you're
keeping
it
to
do
the
transaction.
F
So
we
we
go
through
the
different
there's,
a
big
responsibility.
Yeah.
K
A
What
about
the
volunteers
that
are
18
and
older
and
is
they
need
a
background
check?
Wouldn't
you
maybe
we
could
get
like
the
service
at
one
place
so
that
anybody
who
is
volunteering
if
they
could
get
that
I
disagree.
A
E
I
Having
like
these
kids
registered
like
for
several
demands
and
and
have
them
like,
train
them
and
give
them
like
more
like
establish
a
program
and
and
kind
of
take
them
under
your
wig
and
say
you
know
what
let's
we
can
give
you
this
customer
service,
you
know
orientations,
we
can
give
you
all
these
things
and
then
have
them.
You
know
what
are
kind
of
a
calendar
of
what
are
your
events
that
you
have
throughout
the
year,
that
you
need
volunteers
and,
and
you
know,
make
them
come
back
and
come
back.
A
F
F
F
D
F
The
ones
that
require
the
background
checks,
but
there's
an
office
Community
available
that
has
that
office
and
we
partner
with
them
for
years
and
years
and
and
it
gets
it,
improves
every
year,
but
they
have.
They
do
have
those
those
lists,
events
and
they
have
contact
lists
of
kids.
That
might
have
done
volunteer
work
the
previous
year
and
they
already
know
what
to
do,
and
so
they
contacted
them
for
the
following
year.
D
G
A
D
F
Can
talk
to
connect
to
development
and
see
all
these
options
that
you're
mentioning
will
we're
we're
taking
video
notes
and
we'll
we'll
touch
base
with
Community
Development,
because
all
this
we
don't
necessarily
control,
but
we
we
can
touch
base
with
them
and
say:
hey
can
we
do?
Can
we
bring
other
organizations
if
they
already
have
a
background
check?
Can
we
can
we
do
that?
So
definitely
all
those
ideas
we'll
follow
up
with
Community
Development
to
see
which
ones
we
can
apply
so
I,
don't
know.
Yeah.
E
F
We
have
the
Special
Report
ITW,
just
to
give
you
a
quick
look
at
so
I
picked
up
this
one
of
the
largest
trade
shows
for
tourism
in
the
country.
This
is
the
national
CVB,
basically
inviting
travel,
writers,
travel
operators,
travel
agents,
receptive
everybody,
that's
in
tourism,
it's
invited
to
that
from
around
the
world.
It's
invited
to
that
event,
because
the
idea
is
to
bring
more
business
to
the
US.
So
there's
I
also
announced
an
ounce
of
Booth's
States.
F
Entire
states
have
booths
with
their
key
attractions
or
key
destinations,
and
so
we
started
participating
last
year
through
the
Texas
Travel
office,
and
this
year
we
participated
again
through
Texas
Travel
in
their
Booth.
However,
we
did.
However,
we
this
year
is.
The
first
was
the
first
time
in
20
years
that
ipw
happen
in
yeah.
I
I
can.
J
F
So
if
there
is
a
so
this
is
the
first
time
in
20
years
that
WWE
happens
in
Texas.
F
San
Antonio
did
an
amazing
job
posting
at
w,
and
so
because
it
was
in
Texas
because
it
was
in
San,
Antonio,
Texas
traveled.
The
episode
of
the
governor
was
in
charge
of
the
closing
event,
and
so
we
jumped
in
as
soon
as
they
announced
we
jumped
in.
We
were
one
of
18
destinations
from
Texas
at
the
closing
in
Venice
we
saw
I
mean
thousands
of
people
and
Monica
Woods
bear
please
an
arena.
We
have.
F
We
had
to
borrow
an
employee
from
another
department
and
myself
and
at
one
point
we
had
so
many
people.
We
we
couldn't
I
mean
we
were
all
servicing
people
and
then
the
beautiful
thing
about
this
is
they
not
only
took
the
promo
which
I'll
talk
to
you
a
little
bit
more
about
what
we
took,
but
they
took
a
moment
to
learn
about
the
destination.
F
So
they
would
stop
and
ask
questions,
and
this
wasn't
the
closing
event
and
some
of
them
I
had
already
met
through
the
week,
because
I
had
almost
60
meetings
during
the
week,
but
I
mean.
H
D
D
J
D
F
Part
I
traveled
a
few
days
before
I
was
part
of
the
the
booth
with
Texas
Travel
and
they
pair
you
with
another
destination
and
with
one
or
two
people
from
Texas
Travel
that
service
that
region,
so
most
of
the
ones
that
I
got
were
from
Mexico
or
from
Texas
right.
F
That
I
mentioned
were
interested
in
those
markets,
so
I
was
paired
in
love
with,
for
example,
San
Marcos
and
with
the
agency
Texas
travel
from
Mexico,
and
so
we
we
have
the
opportunity
to
sell
our
destination
to
all
those
travel
agents.
But
we
also
get
all
of
us
because
there's
17
destinations
there
and
we're
all
pitching.
At
the
same
time,
we
are
all
taking
notes
of
what
was
going
on.
F
What
was
interesting
of
what
the
agency
wanted
to
see,
and
so,
if
you
were
sitting
in
a
meeting
where
somebody
said
hey,
I'm
interested
in
the
Border
I'm
interesting
on
the
writer
I'm
interested,
you
wrote
those
notes
and
then
we're
going
to
get
the
notes
from
every
meeting
that
happened
at
the
Texas
tribal
booth
during
the
week.
So
that's
why
we
really
like
participating
in
this
event
with
them,
because
we
get
a
lot
of
benefit
out
of
out
of
that.
F
So
I
started
out
going
back
to
the
closing
event.
It
was
a
great
event.
We
took
a
specialty
blend
from
Malaysia.
They
created
a
visit,
Laredo
blend.
J
F
The
event-
and
so
that
was
awesome
that
that
was
very
popular
people,
were
coming
back
and
asking
we
ran
out
of
it.
We
thought
we
were
gonna
have
to
carry
boxes.
We
ran.
F
Hit
and
even
though
so
they
they
put
us
next
to
El
Paso
Big
Bend,
they
also
have
spices
our
Spanish
first.
H
F
Popular
the
the
theme
of
our
booth
was
birds
and
jalapenos,
and
so
we
had
a
photo
booth
where
you
could
put
your
face
and
look
like
a
birder.
We
were
all
dressed
as
birders,
so
we
had.
H
G
E
F
That
we
got
one
of
our
vendors
from
sister
cities
connected
us.
F
F
B
D
J
D
F
Oh,
you
had
like
four
rounds
or
four
hits
yeah
and
they
would
win
a
T-shirt
and
a
medal
who.
F
F
F
D
F
Time
the
event
put
like
actual
big,
like
fans
around
the
area
and
it
started
pulling
down
a
little
bit
and
then
everybody
had
drinks
and.
D
D
C
Also
giving
out
their
unique
Beverages
and
they
were
coming
and
like,
can
you
throw
it
and
give
me
yours
dispose
of
the
other
ones,
yeah.
F
Look
really
cute,
we
had
special
cups
and
we
have.
We
had
little
birds
but
I
I
thought
anything
much
about
the
livers,
but
that
was.
D
F
We're
we're
putting
out
a
bid
for
our
local
artists
to
paint
the
letters
so
there's
going
to
be
a
community,
it's
not
going
to
be
like
whoever
wants
to
take
them.
No,
it's
going
to
be
a
bit
with
the
Lord
as
we're
doing
it
through
the
city's
public
art
consultant.
F
So
that
goes
through,
so
the
first
step
is
upper
studio
is
going
to
help
us
put
the
bit
out
once
we
get
the
bits
in
the
bit
is
written
that
the
finance
commission
is
going
to
be
the
one
selecting
the
the
artist
okay.
F
B
C
D
C
A
E
Okay,
I
just
was
gonna
ask
about
a
three-month
upcoming
activity.
I
noticed
here,
you
say:
Paisano
Caravan
on
June
the
14th,
which
is
next
week.
Is
that,
like
the
or
like
the
other
Paisano
initiative,.
F
F
Same
coordination,
so
what
we
this
is
the
first
time
they
attempt
to
do
it
for
summer
they're
expecting
400
Vehicles.
They
currently
have
well
300
to
400
Vehicles.
E
F
F
Didn't
work:
this
is
the
first
time,
so
one
of
the
things
that
that
I
was
mentioning
is
we're
gonna
have
they
have
a
really
good
system
of
communication.
They
have
an
app,
they
have
a
WhatsApp
group,
so
they
really
communicate
very
well
within
themselves.
So
one
of
the
things
that
we
started
pushing
yesterday
is
for
them
as
soon
as
we
knew
that
we
were
gonna
change,
the
location
and
all
that
good
stuff.
We
started
pushing
that
they
need
to
find
hotels
for
the
night,
so
this
is
just
having
so
there's.
There's
two
things.
F
I
work
of
concern
to
us.
We
had
already
migration
Mexicana,
a
Mexican
immigration
and
Mexican
customs.
Is
there
the
whole
day,
basically
from
11
A.M
to
11
pm?
F
One
of
the
biggest
concerns
is
they're,
the
ones
sitting
in
one
place.
The
Paisanos
can
go
and
do
their
process,
and
then
they
can
go
to
a
restaurant,
find
a
hotel,
but
we're
going
to
be
there
12
hours
sitting
there.
So
that
was
one
of
the
first
concern,
so
we
were
finding
a
mobile
unit
from
like
the
command
center
from
fire
to
put
them
in
there.
So
people
could
go
in
there.
F
Parking
lot
in
December
we're
gonna,
have
them
inside
and
then
we're
gonna
have
200
chairs
so
that
if
people
need
are
waiting
in
line
to
get
processed
by
immigration,
if
they're
waiting
for
something
they
can
cool
down
there
after
that,
they
need
to
go,
find
accommodations
because
it's
going
to
get
really
hot
during
the
night.
Also.
F
We
so
this
is
this,
is
we
were
not
budgeting
for
this?
We
budgeted
for
using
the
parking
lot
of
the
stadium,
and
so
Arduino
was
very.
F
E
So,
for
that
same
deal,
I'm
not
sure
if
I
should
or
if
I
can
but
I
will.
If
you
allow
to
give
you
that
that
same
peso
flyer.
E
A
F
I
E
F
That's
when
Mexican
immigration
is
there
that
Caravan
is
there
from.
Sometimes
we
see
them
getting
there
at
8,
A.M
and.
F
K
E
D
E
J
D
D
E
F
Obviously,
Arena
Solid
Waste
for
all
the
trash
cans
and
the
pickup
public
works,
because
we
want
to
make
sure
that
we
leave
everything
clean
for
them
again,
Health
Department,
for
because
we
don't
know
if
we
were
going
to
have
food
or
not
and
also
to
provide
us
and
during
the
winter
we
even
they
even
have
their
mobile
unit.
Providing
testing
and
I
don't
know
if
a.
D
F
So
for
that
one
they
can
for
the
vehicle
permit
and
for
us
they
do
have
to
come.
I'm.
Sorry,
the
care
plan
is
well
organized
that
they
have
somebody
transporting
the
Paisanos
that
want
to
pay
their
Customs
coffee
already.
They
move
them
to
from
the
arena
to
the
bridge
they
cross
they
pay,
and
then
they
take
them
back.
So,
yes,
they're,
very
well
coordinated.
E
D
E
J
I
All
know
Texas
is
that
gonna
be
like
focused
on
the
sister
cities.
D
J
C
D
E
C
H
F
18
and
19
20.,
we
have
our
public
relations
activity
report.
This
is
for
the
month
of
April.
We
don't
have
two
months
after
so
this
is
everything
just
to
give
you
an
idea
of
everything
that
our
PR
agency
is
doing
in
regards
to
pushing
out
stories.
F
This
is
something
that
we're
really
excited
about,
because
PR
have
been
something
in
the
US
that
that
we
were
a
little
bit
lacking
and
so
having
cared
towards
Mexico
exactly.
D
F
That
we're
doing
this,
you
can
see
all
the
different
stories
that
were
pushed
and
all
the
different
media
Outlets
that
received
their
story
and
published
something
regardless.
D
J
F
Was
not
everybody,
but
a
lot
of
people
on
social
media
were
making
fun
of
the
fact
that
somebody
had
won
the
trip
to
Laredo
and
then
why
would
people
come
to
it
whatever
exactly
and
so?
I
had
the
opportunity
LMT,
who
hosted
the
first
article
about
the
the
winning
the
demanding
the
trip
they
gave
me
the
opportunity
to
write
about
it
and
they
made
some
really
good
questions
and
I.
F
J
G
F
So
part
of
the
things
that
I
wrote
in
the
article
was,
if
you
don't
know,
we
invite
everybody
to
be
a
tourists
in
their
own
community
and
if
you
don't
know
where
to
begin
come
to
our
office,
what
happened?
We
have
these
resources
available,
but
we
can
guide
you.
We
can
help
you
because
there's
so
many
wonderful
things
to
that.
Our
community
has
to
offer,
but
we
might
not
know
where
to
begin.
So,
if
you
don't
know,
please
come
to
our
office.
F
I
I
try
to
bring
them
back
and
and
Pio
helped
have
this
kind
of,
like
kind
of
like
tie
a
bow
on
that
message.
With
the
press
conference
for
the
the
tours
and
the
topic,
the
main
theme
was
be
a
visitor
in
your
own
Community.
You
come
back
to
us
in
your
own
community,
so
we're
trying
to
drive
that
message.
F
That
was
an
idea
that
we
already
had,
and
this
is
a
perfect
opportunity
to
keep
pushing
it,
showing
people
that
Laredo
is
a
destination
that
we
have
a
lot
of
things
to
offer
and
the
fact
that
we
don't
know
us
locals.
We
don't
know
where
to
find
it.
Doesn't
mean
it
doesn't
exist.
J
F
One
of
the
things
that
Council
had
us
for
or
we
were
trying
to
figure
out
what
they
were
asking
for,
and
it
ended
up
being
this
and
so
we're
working
with
pi,
together
with
Pio,
is
kind
of
like
promoting
Laredo
as
a
destination
inwards,
and
so
we
cannot
do
it
with
our
funds
and
so
we're
partnering
with
Pio
to
do
this,
and
so
we're
promoting
Pio
has
a
great
campaign
call.
This
is
our
purpose.
What
is
yours
and
so
they're
integrating
us
into
that,
as
our
purpose
is
hospitality
and
tourism?
F
What
is
yours
and
so
trying
to
explain
to
the
community
what
we
do,
but
also,
why
do
we
do
what
we
do?
Why
do
we
have?
Why
do
we
say
we
have
attraction?
So
here
are
the
attractions.
This
is
what
you
can
do.
This
is
where
you
can
learn
kind
of
like
bridging
that
gap
of
information
between
the
visitor
and
the
local,
because
the
visitor,
we
know
we're
doing
a
good
job
because
they
want
to
come
we're
informing
them.
J
F
Yes,
so
we
they
already
gave
us
it's
interesting,
because
we
gave
them
a
list
of
activities.
So
we
said
this
is
the
package,
but
there's
all
these
events
happening
throughout
the
year.
If
you
come
during
wbca
we'll
make
sure
you
have
tickets
for
the
museum.
If
you
come
during
burning
Festival,
if
you
come
during
x,
y
and
z
and
they're
like
no,
we
want
to
go
do
or
do
you
like.
I
It's
because,
like
Schools
get
out
in
Mexico
in
July,
like
they
don't
have.
D
J
A
F
No,
they
just
want
to
come
to
the
right
of
this
summer
and
Derek's
really
happy.
So
we
have.
We
have
the
opportunity
to
welcome
them.
We
have
the
opportunity
to
guide
them
through
the
destination
to
give
them.
H
F
Been
made
so
everything
is,
is
set
that
police
has
done
a
great
job,
communicating
with
a
travel
agent.
That's
working
with
a.
F
H
F
D
C
D
J
C
A
C
C
J
J
I
I
think
they're,
starting
with
the
younger
Generations,
so
we
start
getting
married
because
they
in
a
lot
of
ways
they're
way
better
than
us,
so
they're,
more
open-minded,
they're,
more
receptive,
they're,
they're,
more
willing
to
to
live,
and
you
you
see
and
I
I,
don't
know
where.
But
I
read
these
stories.
The
game
was
probably
the
paper
that
was
talking
about
a
lot
of
young
people
coming
back
to
Laredo
different
than
other
years
than
before.
You
will
have
this
kids
graduating
college
and
not
coming
back
to.
I
I
D
B
Know
to
add
to
that
that's
the
only
reasons
like
some
of
us
create
these
non-profit
organizations,
because
a
lot
of
people
complain
about
Laredo.
Why
about
Laredo
but
yeah
they're,
not
doing
anything
to
change,
Laredo
I
always
say
like
that's.
Why
I
don't
bought
a
burrito,
because
it's
like.
B
Done
it,
this
is
home,
we
all
complain
about
it,
but
you
know
what
it's
made:
that
difference
to
make
that
change
for.
I
Have
growing
up
absolutely
I
just
had
a
conversation
with
the
Laredo
hit
players,
we
have
the
meet
and
greet,
and
it
happened
to
me
that
sitting
next
to
me
was
a
was
a
young
player
from
Las
Vegas.
So
I
was
saying:
oh,
my
second
favorite
city
in
the
U.S.
I
J
E
F
That
I,
really
like
mayor
mentioned
during
the
press
conference
for
the.
H
F
B
I
remember
when
we
had
the
Swarm
team
at
the
arena,
they
had
like
a
recognition
at
the
LSD
board
meeting
in
their
conference
room
and
we
went
walking
and
the
guys
from
Louisiana
have
New
Orleans,
and
so
the
houses
are
foreign.
J
We
don't
even
know
about
one
day
and
I
said
well,
we
need
to.
We
need
to
expose
that.
We
need
to
talk
about
it
and
I
almost
go
back
to
you
know
people
talking
negative
about
Loretta
and
I,
had
oh
a
wise
man.
That
I
knew
is
no
longer
with
us,
he's
gone
with
God
and
he
and
he
used
to
say
you
know,
people
that
talked
negative
about
whatever,
because
you
know
the
radio
is
like
you
had
a
special
needs
child.
J
D
I
Don't
promote
it
because
yeah
and
I
think
it's
such
a
very
good
point
about
non-profits
I
think
we
should
do
a
better
job
on
working
together,
like
everybody
is
working
on
their
own
playing
and
we
don't
combine
those
efforts
and
we
just
for
them.
I
just
participated
on
a
board
planning
session
with
the
Chamber
of
Commerce,
and
you
know
they
were
talking.
It
was
for
this.
This
specific
subject
was,
you
know,
was
part
of
our
conversation
and
discussion
and.
D
J
D
B
J
B
And
that's
something
that
we
try
to
do
to
us:
just
really
expose
our
community
again.
I
We're
promoter
in
our
Pages
as
well.
You
should.
B
Don't
know
what
happened
with
the
Gayle,
did
you
see
where
he
will
I
know,
I
think
she's
already
like
open
to
having
us
again.
J
G
J
D
B
F
H
J
J
Anyway,
I
think
something
that
we
need
to
follow
up
on.
You
know
with
more.
I
J
J
Tell
me
where
the
schools
I
mean
because
they're
small
businesses
and
we've
just
had
a
a
a
a
a
workshop.
You
know
an
invited,
you
know
small
businesses
and
you
know
we
had
people
from
the
city
and
the
schools.
You
know
to
come
and
speak
up
on
how
you
can't
open
that
door
to
to
a
business.
You
know
because
it's
a
lot
of
money,
you
know,
and
so
that's
one
of
the
the
things
that
I
like
about
this
Hispanic
change.
Yeah.
J
You're,
absolutely
right,
because
I
was
listening
to
the
story
of
this
woman
that
wrote
a
book
and
she
was
a
she
was.
She
was
an
airline,
stewardess
and
Hostess,
and-
and
she
said
that
you
know
she
wrote
her
idea
on
a
piece
of
napkin
when
they
were
going.
So
she
was
an
applied,
and
so
she
started
writing
it
down.
You
know,
and
it
was
a
story
about
a
flight
that
goes
down,
and
you
know
most
of
the
people
escaped
except
I,
think
it's
six
people
and
that
story.
F
Texas
sources
of
top
three
visitor
sources
for
for
May:
there's
some
information
that
that's
it's
monthly,
then
the
overnight
visitors
got
the
The
Economic
Opportunity,
that's
quarterly,
so
I
focused
on
this
quarter,
which
is
the
current
one.
So
we
have
April
and
May
I
will
add
the
information
for
June
once
we
have
it.
F
This
was
very
interesting
which
markets
are
generating
the
greatest
economic
impact.
So
here
we
see
San,
Antonio,
Dallas,
Valley,
Houston
Austin
are
the
ones
that
are
spending
the
most
here
in
our
community.
G
F
Sardico
is
a
source
of
all
the
data,
except
for
the
very
last
page,
come
on
tourism
sentiment,
score
will
use
PSA
and
it's
article
uses
near
and
oh,
the
other
thing
that
is
not
article
is
the
OTAs.
That's
key
data.
I'll
I'll
include
that
that
means
resources
in
the
next
one
I
actually
had
it
and
I
took
it
up.
So.
F
And
then
the
hotels
we
have
72
percent
wheat
we've
seen
us
like
and
probably
can
confirm
with
money.
We've
seen
this
by
decrease
in
occupancy,
but
the
AVR
remains
in
making
strong
yeah.
So
we
see
that
and
for
the
OTAs
it's
a
little
bit
different.
The
the
AVR
is
has
declined
a
little
bit
in
the
last
month
and
we
expect
for
it
to
go
up
during
the
summer
to
to
supplements
accommodations
for
a
pony
and
sisters.
B
J
G
G
You
can
find
our
socials
on
Noida
theater.
We
have
Instagram
and
Tick
Tock,
we
just
haven't.
We
just
started
to
talk,
so
we
have
one.
G
A
little
bit
behind
the
scenes
work
there
and
the
link
to
my
tickets
should
be
on
the
Instagram
at
Laredo,
theater
and
yeah.
We'll
have
roller
skaters
and
the
chemistry
between
Prince,
Eric
and
Ariel
should
be
pretty
real
because
they're
a
real
couple
in
their
lives.
That
should
be
pretty
cute
and
yes
and.
C
C
B
A
Thank
you,
you
know
finish
up
our
meeting.
Our
next
meeting
is
on
July,
the
6th
2023.
Do
we
have
any
other
announcements
or
items
to
bring
to.
F
Our
meeting
today
just
quick
reminders
press
conference
next
Wednesday
14th
at
Arena
10
a.m,
and
we
can
join
us
and
don't
forget
to
download
the
app
the
Mr
Laredo
app.
So
you
can
do
your
coffee
tours
your
mural
map
tours
I.
F
It
was
a
great
she
gave
her
testimonials
she's
been
a
great
supporter
of
the
coffee,
local
coffee
shop
tour.
She
did
one.
F
Did
all
of
them
without
us,
prompting
anything
she
did
it
on
her
own,
and
so
we
invited
her
to
to
the
press
conference
this
week
and
she
gave
her
a
testimony
on
why.
J
F
D
G
D
F
Exactly
this
morning
yesterday,
she
was
like
okay,
I
have
a
few
more
than
you
don't
have
a
little
bit
the
producer.
He
was
like
because
we
gave
her
the
cup
on
in
front
of
the
media,
and
then
I
went
back
and
I
was
like
did
she
mentioned
producer
was
with
her
the
whole
time
either
wanted
to
take
the
picture
so
I
went
back
and
gave
her
his
cup
and
I
was
like
I
already.
Did
the
tour
too.
