Description
Laredo Convention and Visitors Bureau Advisory Committee Meeting, 02/02/2023
A
C
A
You
next
we
we
have
our
roll
call.
We
begin
with
Raymond
Tamina
Castillo
subscribe.
A
Now
I
want
to
review.
We
have
several
of
our
members
asking
for
an
excused
absence.
These
are
from
our
December
meeting
that
we
didn't
meet
in
January,
so
we
did
excuse
any
of
them.
So
it's
Mr
Salo
Otero.
He
had
another
commitment,
Mr
Raymond
Camina.
He
had
a
medical
appointment,
Mr
Gabriel
Castillo
was
unable
to
attend
advice
in
advance
and
Mr
Oman
mean
house
was
not
feeling
well.
C
A
The
December
okay
for
the
December
meetings,
all
right
and
today's
meeting
we
have
Gabriel
Castillo,
saying
tentative-
has
an
8,
30
work
meeting
we'll
try
to
make
it
here
after
Mr
Raymond
Tamina
has
a
family
event.
Mr
Salo
Otero
is
tentative.
He
had
no
right
to
the
meeting
today
and
Placita
Lopez
is
illness.
So
my
move
that
we
excuse
those
members
because
there
has
to
be
today.
A
B
On
that
topic,
we
did
ask
and
it's
a
conversation
with
City
Secretary,
but
there
is
an
option
where,
if,
as
long
as
we
have
form
present
in
the
room
physically,
if
there's
a
member
that
wants
to
join
via
Zoom,
that's
going
to
be
an
option,
hopefully
starting
next
meeting
We'll
advise,
but
we
still
have
to
have
Quorum
present
physics,
yes,
but
that
helps
with
members
that
might
not
be
able
to
attend,
like
Mr
odetto.
B
Doesn't
have
right
or
if
somebody's
not
feeling
well
they're
still
can
join
the
meeting
during
the
conversation
as
long
as
we
have
Quorum
here
present.
B
And
we
want
to
thank
you.
I
was
talking
to
City
Secretary
and
he's
like
well,
it's
because
there's
some
comedians
that
that
don't
really
meet
that
often
I
said.
Oh
no.
We
don't
have.
B
B
So
if
you're
able
to
come,
please
come,
but
if
you
those
times
were,
is
that
is
not
an
option
if
you're
traveling
around
Europe
you're
not
feeling
well,
that's
also
going
to
be
I'm.
C
E
C
A
Say,
okay
motion
carries
a
few
privilege
has
passed
Hospital,
third,
meaning
moving
right
on
to
the
reviewing
of
the
financial
statements.
So
it's
because
I
believe
on
Page
Six.
B
And
sorry
I
thought
it
takes
for
one
of
the
council
classes.
B
We've
had
really
good
revenues
in
the
last
year
and
we
are
being
very
specific
with
our
expenses,
and
so
this
year
we
have
more
than
ever.
We
have
been
making
sure
that
we
are
spending
the
money
that
we
have,
but
then
we're
also
very
conscious
about
where
it's
being
spent
we
are
branching
out.
B
We
know,
Mexico
is,
is
one
of
our
biggest
and
most
important
markets,
but
we
know
that
there's
other
markets
out
there,
like
Canada
for
winter,
Texans,
that
we
need
to
start
chipping
into
so
we're
doing
that
this
year
and
there's
there's
more
projects
to
come
for
the
rest
of
the
physical.
So.
A
We're
excited
about
that
foreign.
B
And,
of
course,
it's
very
exciting
to
have
people
representing
our
attractions
I
think
it's
a
very
good.
The
the
experience
that
you
bring
to
the
community
is
going
to
be.
A
B
Page,
nine,
yes,
and
just
for
for
the
benefit
of
our
new
member,
everything
that
we
do
and
I
debut
of
coffee
and
I,
don't
know
if
anybody
wants
a
like
a
little
refresher
of
our
strategic
instructions.
F
I
B
B
F
Just
the
awesome
background,
we
were
at
International
accounts
for
shopping,
centers,
obviously,
and
there's
a
lot
of
Buzz
about
the
quarter,
jobs
and
it's
good.
It's
positive
retailers
wanting
to
come
here
and
there's
some
Hotel
flags
that
are
wanting
to
come
here,
so
we're
looking
at
adding
some
more
stuff
and
in
the
course
with
some
new
development
that
we're
doing
to
attract
those
things.
So
there
is
a
lot
of
Buzz
about
wanting
to
come
here.
There's
a
lot
of
money
to
be
spent
and
a
lot
of
people.
You
know
captured
and
Market.
E
F
Laredo,
this
is
still
a
goal
of
a
lot
of
the
retailers
not
having
people
go
to
so
hopefully,
we'll
see
some
more
up.
D
B
F
E
F
We
call
the
district
so
what
area?
Maybe
the
coves
on
the
east
side
will
do
north
of
East
Del
Mar
up
to
San
jacido,
okay,
A.
G
So
projections
for
for
the
year
for
for
the
hotel
industry
are
numbers,
are
going
to
be
up.
That's
a
projection
for
them,
for
the
country
and
for
our
region,
so
we're
safe.
G
E
B
In
in
planning
our
next
phase
of
our
strategic
plan,
I
would
like
to
we
did
this
probably
like
before
the
pandemic,
but
to
sit
down
with
all
the
hoteliers
to
see
what
What's
a
market
that
UCM
happened
in
better
focus
ourselves.
We
always
do
Leisure,
but
how?
What
else
can
we.
H
B
No
we're
not
able
to
collect
tax,
we
are
working
with
purchasing
and
getting
a
contract
with
a
company.
That's
going
to
provide
us
information
on
how
many,
where
details
on
where
the
airbnbs
are
so
that
we
can
make
our
case
with
with,
to
create
some
sort
of
coordinates.
Basically,
I've
talked
to
Plano
to
Corpus
to
other
destinations
that
have
created
ordinances
before
last
year.
We
didn't
really
have
that
many
airbnbs.
B
Last
year
we
saw
the
increase
and
they're
they're
all
I,
don't
know
if
you've
seen
them,
but
they're
already
reported
on
the
source
strategies,
because
the
state
does
get
tax
collected
from
them.
So
so
they
increase
you've
seen
it
here
in
Laredo.
C
B
So
we
saw
an
increase
in
the
number
July
when
we
had
that
perfect
storm,
our
sister
CDs
Pony
League.
There
were
something
else
happening
in
the
same
weekend.
We
saw
the
jump
and
from
there
it
hasn't
come
down.
So
we
believe
that
it's
going
to
continue
until
we're
Gathering
that
information
one.
G
Interesting
trend
is
that
they
continue
to
grow
and
continue
to
grow
and
then
suddenly
they
cannot
stop
like
I,
don't
think
their
reputation
and
the
demand
has
continued
to
keep
that
high.
So
we'll
see
what
happens
because
yeah
it's
it's
coming
down.
There's
some
there's
some
there's
some
companies
that
are
actually
staying
away
and
prohibiting
their
personal
and
everything
from
staying
there.
Because
of
concerns.
E
E
G
B
Yeah,
as
you
mentioned,
because
it's
not
here
in
other
destinations,
for
example,
beach
destinations
because
rentals
have
been
prevalent
for
so
many
years.
The
same
type
of
company
that
would
do
rentals
now
is
doing
that
type
of
yes
Airbnb
type
of
thing,
so
it's
more
organized
than
than
here.
Let
me
just
scroll
and
we
we
still
believe
that
during
the
summer
winter,
it's
gonna
Spike,
but
we
want
to
make
sure
that
we,
we
have
some
sort
of
data
information
that
we
know
where
they
are.
How
many?
B
What's
the
that
the
tool
will
show
us,
occupancy
rate
will
show
us
some
sort
of
AVR
I
believe
too
and
General
locations
of.
E
E
D
B
G
B
Okay,
so
I
gave
you
a
couple
just
just
as
a
refresher
and
it's
our
strategic
plan,
and
so
everything
that
we
have
in
our
report
falls
into
one
of
those
categories
and
you'll
see
that
in
our
report
we
always
have
that
that
page
with
the
key
objectives.
So
everything
that
we
report
everything
that
we
do,
we
try
to
make
sure
that
it
falls
into
one
of
those
key
objectives.
B
So
this
the
the
overview
is
a
little
bit
on
the
longer
side
because
it
was
two
months
and
we
were
busy.
But
some
of
the
key
elements
I
want
to
mention
is
we're
doing.
A
lot
of
Selena
has
joined
our
our
sales
team,
she's
still
the
marketing
manager,
but
she
has
kind
of
joined
our
sales
reference
with
royal
and
I
and.
D
B
She's
being
out
and
about
doing,
shows
and
meeting
with
Meeting,
Planners
and
kind
of
touching
base
with
that
market
that
we
didn't
have
somebody
there
for
for
a
while
and
so
and
we're
still
in
the
process
of
hiring
a
sales
representative.
That's
going
to
be
100
focused
and
that's
why
I
want
to
make
sure
that
we
have
very
clear
objectives
on
how
to
assist
the
hotels
and
our
attractions
and
all
of
our
our
tourism
industry.
B
The
comments
that
she's
getting
are
very
positive.
However,
there
is
we.
We
still
know
that
our
Market,
our
best
efforts,
are
with
Texas,
so
we're
still
keeping
it
in
in-house
or
in
state
border
Olympics.
What
has
done
a
great
job
with
making
that
connection
for
Olympics
we've
been
assisting
with
the
different
events
or
leads
for
the
events
and,
of
course,
Casa
Laredo
has
been
out
and
about
promoting
with
sales
Blitz.
B
We
kind
of
change
our
strategy,
because
there
are
a
lot
of
shows
that
we're
not
giving
us
the
the
yield
that
we
wanted
so
they're
doing.
Sales
Blitz
with
the
state
of
Texas
driver
is
going
to
join
them
in
one
of
those.
This
this
year,
and
so
there's
a
lot
of
different.
We
also
have
different
Leisure
shows
this
this
last
couple
of
months
with
welcome
home
winter
Texans.
That
market,
as
you
know,
is
key
for
the
valley.
E
B
B
Golf
is
a
big
draw
for
them,
and
so
we
want
to
make
sure
we
catch
that
market
and
so
I've
been
in
communication
with
with
welcome
own
RGB,
which
is
the
main
organization
that
manages
anything
that
has
to
do
with
winter
Texans
in
the
valley
and
I'm
participating
in
a
sales
Blitz
in
Canada,
with
the
state
to
try
to
catch
that
market
from
the
foraging.
So
we're
doing
things
to
to
make
sure
that
we
increase
our
potential
for
that
specific.
B
Because
they
have
their
their
base
and
the
golf
course
has
done
a
great
job
in
kind
of
routing
them
up
and
bringing
them
for
a
golf
trip
or
shopping,
or
so
it's
important
for
us
to
to
continue
being
in
top
of
mind
with
that.
With
that
group,
a
cc
Rio,
Grande,
Valley,
birding
Festival
start
with
showcase.
We
have
a
lot
of
trade
shows
and
events
this
year.
That
is
on
our
on
our
on
our
increased
visitor
demand
objective
in
terms
of
strengthening
visitor
experience.
Our
holiday
market
this
year
wasn't
as.
E
B
B
And
so
yeah
we
did
see
the
the
lack
of
the
lack
of
attendance,
our
vendors
were
very
kind
and
they
were
very
supportive.
They
understood
the
situation
and
they
said
well.
Loretto
has
been
very
successful
for
us
in
the
past,
especially
with
sister
cities
they're
like
so
we're
here.
B
Yes,
we've
been
we've
been
meeting
since
last
month.
Well
as
soon
as
we
finish,
Paisano,
which
is
our
other
big
event,
gone
I
mean
that.
E
B
I
have
I
have
a
report
after,
but
as
soon
as
we
finish
Paisano,
we
picked
up
sister
city,
so
we're
already
we're
already
on
that,
because
it's
it's
a
big
one.
It.
C
C
There
any
way
are
you
thinking
the
future?
You
know
that
it
might
expand,
I
mean
because
I
mean
you
go
there,
I
mean
we've
been
going
year
after
year,
and
you
know
it
seems
like
there's
more
people
more
people,
I
mean
you
know,
you're
walking
around
in
the
in
the
you
know
there
in
the
halls
and
it's
like
and
we're.
C
B
Yes,
right
now
we
we're
bouncing
ideas.
We
are
still
short
staffed.
We
haven't
been
able
to
open
two
positions
and
so
right
now
we
because
the
city
is
undergoing
a
wage
of
study,
and
so
they
put
on
pause
new
positions
that
not
all
new
positions
is
just
these
new
positions.
We
are
creating
them.
E
B
Don't
necessarily
want.
We
know
that
the
positions
that
we
have
of
the
people
that
left
are
not
the
positions
that
we
need
right
now.
We
need
new
positions
like
the
sales
representative,
somebody
that's
completely
dedicated
to
sales.
Somebody
that's
completely
dedicated
to
Media
management
with
media
placements,
and
so
we
created
the
positions,
I
researched,
different
destinations.
B
What
they
were
doing
so
I
created
the
new
positions
and
that
that
situation
is
is
was
put
on
hold
because
of
the
it's
a
massive
study
and
a
massive
change
that
the
city
is
undergoing
and
so
I've
been
constant
communication
with
HR,
but
we
and
I
voiced
this
and
they're
at
the
tail
end
of
their
process.
So
hopefully
we'll
be
able
to
do
it
pretty
soon.
It
is
immense
undertaking.
C
B
C
B
B
Yeah,
because
we
need
help
there,
we
need
help
there.
Selena
has
been
really
good
about
I
love
this
industry
and
and
they
took
care
in
a
lot
of
the
other
destinations.
I've
ran
into
a
few
friends
from
other
destinations
and
they
were
like
she's.
B
Like
we're
all
very
supportive
of
each
other,
especially
in
the
sales
in
the
sales
community
and
investigations
as
community
and
so
I
know,
she's
she's
doing
great
not
only
seeing
what
she
presents,
but
also
from.
C
B
And
so
it's
it's
very,
it's
very
refreshing
for
her.
Also
she's
been
doing
marketing
for
so
long
and
so
not
adding
this
yes
and.
C
E
B
Because
we
want
to
go
after
different
markets,
we
have
again
we
have
as
an
example
the
Canadian
market,
and
this
is
for
both
Leisure
and
it
kind
of
maps.
What's
going
on
with
court
is
we
need
to
look
into
different
markets?
We
know
we
won't
leave
Mexico
I.
B
But
we
need
to
look
otherwise
to
other
options
and.
E
B
G
Efforts
and
and
I
think
you
are
in
the
right
path,
because
when
all
these
marketing
new
marketing
companies
started
and
the
fact
that
we
have
such
a
strong
Vision
about
marketing
the
city
in
the
U.S
market,
you
know
that
is
that
is
that
is
not
good.
You
know
a
good
fast
photo
and
I
like
what
you
know.
The
campaigns
that
we
have
and
every
developments
like
what
you
were
mentioning
and
all
of
these
things
together
are
gonna,
are.
G
G
Just
you
know
to
utilize
what
we
have
and
the
new
things
that
are
coming
like
I
love,
what
you
guys
did
for
the
murals
and.
G
E
B
E
B
People
yeah
and
the
interesting
thing
is
we
have
this
couple
coming
in
and
they
were
from
I
think
Ohio
somewhere
like
that,
and
we
were
like
how
did
you
find
about
it?
Their
son
works
for
the
University
and
he
was
here
bringing
them
to
do
their
to
get
their
souvenir
and
when
he
was
here,
he
was
like
wait,
you're
the
convention
of
visitors
bureau.
Yes,
you
assist
with
conventions,
yes
or
I'm.
Bringing
a
convention
so
Hawaii
is
already
holding.
E
B
C
It's
great
and
I
think
that
once
we've
developed
the
museums
downtown
yeah,
like
with
the
Lockwood
building
Heritage
is
embarking
on
them.
You
know
on
a
to
redo,
it
I
mean
it's
already
been
stabilized,
that's
one
of
the
oldest
buildings
in
Laredo
and
that
that's
one
of
the
oldest
and
it
goes
back
to
18,
something
and
and
and
you
look
at
the
stabilization
was
done
by
a
company
from
out
of
town
and
when
they
were
doing
the
you
know
the
the
stabilization.
C
There
are
some
things
that
are
on
top
and
they
had
the
day
you
know
of
the
18
whatever
and
we
didn't
know,
and
then
we
discovered
this
and
you
say
wow
so
and
we're
working
to.
We
hope
in
the
next
year
year
and
a
half
that
we're
going
to
be
able
to
to
do
something
with
it
and
move
to
what
county
Heritage
Foundation
office
is
there
through
an
expansion
you
know
have
a
lot
of
the
stuff
there,
I
I
think
it's
just
going
to
have
changed.
B
B
Those
are,
those
are
the
type
of
things
that
we
keep
mentioning
to
our
visitors.
B
To
I
know,
Main
Street
is
also
doing
their
effort
with
buildings
and
then
well.
E
C
You
seen
the
mural
and
the
the
museum
going
down
with
some
value.
Yes,.
B
C
For
that
wall,
that's
right
there
at
the
Museum,
okay,
there's
some
professor
said
tell
me
you:
they
had
gotten
a
granter
and
they
wanted
to
do
something
so
they're
they're
doing
this
for
the
mural
and
it's
very,
very
nice.
So.
E
G
E
C
B
G
B
This
year,
yes,
this
year
well,
the
burning
Festival
is
a.
We
sponsor
the
burning
Festival,
it's
put
together
by
the
Montana
society
and
managed
by
the
Rio
Grande
international
study
center,
and
so
it's
been
growing
every
year.
They've
done
an
amazing
job
in
growing
the
event
there
is
a
cap
of
they
call
it
a
boutique
event,
because
there's.
D
B
Cap
of
transportation,
and
so
they
their
objective,
has
always
been
to
not
do
an
event
like
the
one
the
valley
has
where
they
put
you
in
a
bus,
and
you
go
with
a
bunch
of
people
and
it's
it's
their
event
is
more
personalized,
so
you
go
in
a
van
in
a
12
passenger
van
with
a
guy
local
driver,
and
so
the
local
driver
knows
exactly
like
all
the
it's
a
it's.
B
Also
a
bird,
it's
birder
or
a
bird
watcher,
just
a
local
bird
watcher
and
then
the
guy
that's
an
expert
that
they
bring
from
out
of
town,
and
so
it's
a
great
experience.
I
highly
recommend
it.
This
year
they
sold
out
a
month
before
we
hadn't
even
put
the
advertising.
B
B
Think
they
also
need
the
organization
they're.
Not
this
is
not
their
key
focus,
and
so
they
don't
have
I.
Think
the
the
bandwidth
or
the
setup
to
make
it
bigger
I
think
it
would
need
assistance
from
us
not
only
financial
assistance,
but
also
probably
at
the
beginning,
for
us
to
go
back
in
again
and
kind
of
like.
E
B
With
with
some
of
some
of
the
organizations,
I
think
that
would
be
something
we
can
challenge
you
yeah.
E
B
B
The
birds?
Yes,
so
it's
a
migration
this
morning,
I
saw
a
geese
flying
down
when
I
was
parking.
My
car
I
parked.
B
Yes,
the
v
formation
and
I
was
like
wow
so
yeah,
it's
because
of
the
the
weather,
the
conditions,
the
time
of
the
year,
the
migrations.
So
there's
different
birds
and
I,
don't
I,
don't
know
if
you've
ever
noticed,
but
there's
different
birds
when
it's
warm
than
when
it's
cold.
You
can
I
always
tell
my
husband.
I
was
like
because
the
birth
start
different
Birth
start
singing,
so
it
all
depends
on
the
on
the
migration.
They
do
a
Christmas
bird
count.
B
So
this
time
of
year
is
prime
for
all.
The
the.
D
B
Migrating
from
the
north,
they
they
kind
of
stay
hanging,
hang
here
for
a
while,
and
then
they
continue
their
travels
to
the
South.
So.
E
D
I
B
Oh
okay,
so
he
can
he's
very
he's.
B
E
B
G
It's
harder
because
you
know
you
have
traditions
and
everything,
but
we
are
way
too
I
think
we
get
to.
B
Split
it
and
I'll
bring
it
up
also
with
wbca,
to
see,
if
there's
any
opportunity
for.
B
But
at
least
make
them
aware
of
the
situation
and.
G
Also,
oh
trust
me
I
tell
them
yes
right
now.
We're
working
with
with
the
air
show.
C
B
B
G
F
E
F
You
know
Laredo
was
the
largest
city
in
the
United
States
of
America,
without
a
brewery
for
the
longest
time,
and
so
now
we
have
true
two
there's
the
third
one
coming,
so
something
that
also
offers
that
we
have.
You
know
the
radar
breweries
and
then
do
we
have
a
similar
like
tour
for
Mexican
restaurants,.
F
Because
I
know,
we've
had
a
lot
of
new
people
that
that
started
in
our
company,
for
example
like
where
do
we
go
eat
and
they
want
to
try
Mexican
food
and
they
love
the
Mexican
food
and
they
have
a
lot
of
business
owners
that
are
business,
people
that
come
into
town
and
a
lot
of
them
just
go
to
border
boundaries.
They
haven't,
they
haven't
seen
they
want
to
try.
You
know
hole
in
the
wall
places,
so
I
thought
that'd
be
a
really
cool.
F
B
B
Good
thing,
one
of
the
candidates
look
like
I,
haven't,
found
anybody
thought
I'm
like.
B
I
said
breakfast
everything,
but
no
that's
a
great
idea
and
I
think
I
think
this
is
totally
doable.
Definitely
definitely.
G
That
and
then,
of
course
have
have
these
these
tools
and
everything
and
then
continue
to
promote
them
in
social
media,
because
that's
and
and
getting
very
creative,
a
lot
of
how
to
engage
right
people
to
share
and
to
yes,
so
we
know
more
engagement,
needs
more
exposure
so
and.
B
It
so
a
lot
of
the
coffee
shops
right
away,
started,
posting
started,
sharing
and
a
lot
of
people
that
don't
necessarily
follow
us,
follow
coffee
shops,
and
so
they
heard
through
it
so
yeah
it
was.
It
was
a
good,
a
good
feel,
good
job,
good
job
by
the
marketing
team.
Okay,
it
so
there's
a
report
of
the
special
python
operation
this
year.
B
It
it
just
grows
every
year
and
it's
growing
more
on
the
Caravan
side,
not
necessarily
on
the
weekend
of,
although
we
knew
that
this
weekend
was
going
to
be
slower,
because
the
further
out
the
weekend
is
from
the
24th,
we
know
the
slower.
It
is
because
it
kind
of
like
dilutes.
Throughout
the
week,
however,
we
did
see
a
big
big
increase
in
the
Caravan
of.
B
E
B
K
B
Had
police
escorts,
so
it's
a
collaboration
with
Mexican
immigration,
Mexican
customs,
so.
B
They're
going
U.S
customs
also
is
aware:
PD
already
know
so:
PD
waits
for
them
outside
of
the
Arena.
They
start
Gathering,
everybody,
it's
PD,
then
Mexican
immigration,
Mexican
customs
and
then
everybody
behind
them
and
PB
all
around
they
escort
them
all.
The
way
to
the
bridge
bridge
is
already
waiting
for
them,
Customs
already
waiting
for
them
and
they
go
through
and
because
it's
constant
communication
between
all
the
international
agencies
this
year
they
went
through
so
fast,
usually
when
they
get
to
the
main
town,
which
is
they're
waiting
for
them.
B
I
B
Mexican
government,
the
the
Mexican
immigration
agencies
and
Mexican
customs
are
at
the
arena.
They
process
them
and
that
way
they're
ready
to
go
if
they
have
like
big
trailers
and
and
other
stuff,
they
might
have
to
stop,
but
they
already
have
a
process
for
that
too.
So
it
was,
it
was
this
year,
I'm
sorry
it
was.
It
was
it's
very.
It's
impressive
that
the
amount
of
people
and.
E
B
E
B
We
actually
got
some
pictures
at
the
end
of
the
page,
19
.,
there's
a
picture
of
the.
They
took
a
picture
with
a
drone
of
the
parking
lot
and
just
the
amount
of
people
was
amazing.
I
And
you
have
to
pack
it
by
email,
so
you
can
see
the
pictures
and
colors
yeah.
B
So
the
the
consulate,
the
Mexican
consulate,
is
also
a
key
partner
in
all
this.
B
This
here
was
slow,
we
saw
it
was
very
slow.
We
again
we
knew
that
it
was
going
to
be
slow
because
of
the
the
the
further
it
is
from
the
24th,
but
we
we
saw
it
even
a
little
bit
slower.
E
D
B
Yeah
and
you
guys
have
trainers,
they
would
have
hooked
the
trailer
and
leave
the
trailer
there
and
go
to
the
hotel
and
stay
in
the
hotel,
and
then
we
heard
of
others
and
because
they
have
to
go
in
the
Caravan.
So
they
were
staying
in
properties
in
La,
Posada
and
properties
and
on
San
Bernardo,
because
they
couldn't
find
hotels
already
by
the
arena.
So
what
they
did
is
they
left
their
families
here
they
wanted
the
gun
in
line
and
they
picked
up
their
family
and.
B
I
think
the
the
event
has
been
going
on
for
so
many
years
it.
It
makes
it
easier
that
everybody
every
CD
department
already
knows
it.
Basically,
it
takes
us
two
meetings.
The
first
meeting
is
like
we're
it's
on:
let's
get
ready
and
by
the
second
meeting
everybody
is
it's
already
on
it,
and
so
we're
very
thankful
to
every
city
Department
that
helps
us.
Obviously,
this
is
a
coordination
with
with
the
Mexican,
Government
and
they're
they've
been
amazing
and
immigration.
They
also
have
everything
like
super
put
together.
B
There
there's
three
Caravans
or
there
were
supposed
to
be
three
cameras.
The
biggest
one
is
the
biggest
one,
because
it's
the
oldest
one.
It's
been
around
for
12
years.
There
was
another
Caravan,
but
it's
a
very
new
Caravan
I
was
going
to
Zacatecas.
We
don't
know
if
they're
the
ones
that
have
the
issue,
but
we
know
that
some
Paisanos
that
were
traveling
to
Zacatecas
have
from
not
part
of
the
care,
the
big
Caravan,
but
a
different
group
had
issued
when
going
through
Zacatecas.
The
big
Caravans
did
not
have
any
issues.
G
There's
some
videos
on
social
media
that
they
have
to
pay
a
thousand
dollars
per
person.
E
G
Of
you
have
seen
those
no,
but
they
were
crossing
the
bridge
and
they
say
it
is
Laredo.
So
I
don't
know
after
20
says
or
something
like
that
that
everybody
had
to
stop
and
he
lost
a
thousand
dollars
per
person.
So
I
don't
know
if
it's
true
or
not
I.
B
This
is
the
the
one
that
I
worked
the
most,
but
the
idea
of
the
Caravans
is.
B
Comes
with
them,
and
so
once
Loreto
PB
drops
them
up
at
the
bridge.
They.
B
At
therapy
is
waiting
for
them
there,
with
assistance.
B
By
the
way,
did
an
amazing
job
also,
they
put
together
different
information
there,
the
rest
of
Colombia
this
year
participated
too.
They
had
like
a
little
food,
they
had
food
vendors,
they
had
information
this
year,
everybody
came
together
and
so
for
the
bigger
Caravan
they
go
through,
get
at
therapedes
with
them
and
then,
as
they're
moving
through
the
different
states.
G
B
We
kind
of
play
the
the
the
center
point.
B
B
Okay,
we
have
our
app
report
chaired
by
may.
I
would
like
to
pass
it
on
to
later
with
Martin.
Do
you
have
any
reports.
D
Well,
we
have
this
campaign
since
page
21,
I
believe
and
just
anyone
we
want
I
know.
K
Measure
for
the
digital
efforts,
because
that's
very
difficult
to
to
see
how
many
people
are
coming
to
see
this
ad
to
this
promotion
Mexico
or
the
U.S
at
24.
So
we
have
the
app
and
we
implement
this
ads
in
Google
and
on
the
in
the
at
in
Mexico,
we
have
the
QR
code
to
download
the
app.
So
as
a
result,
we've
got
more
downloads
and
the
past
year,
as
you
can
see
it's
more
from
Mexico,
because
we
have
the
US
states
in
Mexico
for
that
campaign.
K
That's
the
increase,
and
that's
more
for,
of
course,
for
the
Google,
the
customer
people
have
they
will
the
Android
phones.
So
we
increase
more
for
for
that
and
that's
that
we
continue
with
that
promotion
in
Mexico,
because
we
think
we
saw
that
the
people
went
down
and
they
had
to
visit
one
destination
or
something
that
they
had
the
intentions
to
go
and
we
see
that
sometimes
they
develop
and
they
use
it
and
they
keep
they
delete
it
and
then
the
three
dollars.
K
So
that's
the
reason
that
I
invest
include
this
dollars
are
up
and
we
see
this
increase
in
the
downloads
and
in
the
U.S,
the
Google
ads
that's
more
expensive
than
in
Mexico.
So
we
need
to
see
the
budget
and
anything
if
we
can
do
something
similar,
because
in
Mexico
we
pay
like
a
peso
for
a
meal.
Yeah
a
budget
give
us
a
lot
of
ads
in
Mexico.
That's
a
different.
K
In
the
budget
for
the
next
year,
we
can
see
something
similar.
We
did
this
for
the
podcast,
the
podcast,
with
that
we
will
take
a
remote
Labs
on
social
media
ads,
so
the
information
of
the
podcast,
but
in
Mexico
we
see
that
the
apps,
when
type
of
results,
so
also
the
people
go
to
the
website,
and
now
we
have
this
analytics
and
editing.
So
we
have
the
website
there.
That's
the
we
have
two
websites,
the
English
and
the
Spanish
version.
D
K
G
D
B
And
it
has
been
a
continuous
growth
and
I
I
asked
marketing
to
put
together
if
I
had
to
put
together
this
report,
because
I
saw
the
trend.
E
B
The
app
I'm
copied
in
the
report
and
so
I
kept
seeing,
would
you
think
we
would.
I
E
C
B
B
Thank
you,
I,
don't
know
if
you
have,
or
as
always,
we
have
our
three
month
upcoming
activity.
We
have
everything
from
Leisure
shows
to
a
lot
of
because
it's
the
biennium,
the
the
legislator
is
meeting.
So
we
have
the
Austin
legislative
trip
for
the
city,
and
then
we
have
the
Texas
trial
as
legislative
trip
to
Austin
and
being
in
the
exact
executive
committee
myself
and
in
the
board
this
year.
I'm
more
involved
in
and
I'm,
not
I
am
also
part
of
the
advocacy
and
legislative
committee
for
Texas
Travel
Alliance.
E
B
E
B
Believe
that
we
need
to
come
together
as
border
communities
to
promote
and
bring
our
issues
to
the
not
only
the
legislative,
but
in
general,
how
can
we
leverage
the
tourism
industry
on
the
border
and
fight
that
perception
from
for
that
people
have
regarding
ordered
destinations?
So
these
are
the
hearings
yesterday
in.
C
The
legislature,
the
housework,
I,
cannot
tell
you
how
what
a
bloodbath
it
was.
I
mean
for
the
borders,
I
mean,
and
these
are
representatives
from
all
over
the
United
States
I
watched
their
and
are
you
know,
I
mean
they've
been
brought
up
at
Target.
You
know
the
the
border
patrol
from
Laredo
Texas,
who
was
saying
all
of
these
negative
things
and
asking
you
know
that
there
were
people
from
represented
from
El
Paso,
the
County
judge
and
Sheriff.
C
You
know,
and
it
was
you
know
there
were
there
were
saying
things
that
you
know
we've
heard
like
you
know
like
the
county
Justice.
You
know
this
has
been
going
on
with
the
cartels,
because
it
would
bring
up
one
incident
and
it
was
like,
and
so
it
scares
everybody.
It
scares
everybody.
You
know
what
they're
saying,
and
this
is
and
they're
doing,
that.
Oh
that
there
was
a
there
was
a
confrontation
between
the
cartels
and
the
military
in
whatever
state
it
was,
and
he
says
how
long
do
you
think
sister
representative
Republican?
C
C
And
he
said
no,
and
you
know
that
encourages
this-
has
been
going
for
60
70
years.
You
know
and
everything
stops
at
the
border.
You
know
because
we're
two
different
countries-
and
you
know
they
were
supposed
to
be
there-
to
talk
about
migration,
immigration
and
you
know
what
to
do
and
then
they
bring
it
and
he
says
you
know
you're
mixing
up
a
lot
of
things
here.
You
know,
sir,
you
know
either
we
talk
about
one
thing
or
we
talk
about
another.
C
You
know,
but
if
you
watched
those
here
and
I
was
I
mean
I
was
horrified,
you
know,
no
wonder
we
have
such
a
bad
prep
at
the
border,
no
wonder
and
the
County
judge
from
El
Paso
County's.
You
know
he
did
a
tremendous
job
in
repressing.
You
know
and
yeah.
That's.
C
B
It's
like
wow
and
I
know
that
some
of
the
issues
in
terms
of
the
the
Texas
trial
Alliance,
we
want
to
keep
it
very
industry
focused
but,
as
you
said,
it's
affecting
us
at
an
industry
level.
It
is
because
that
perception
it
stays.
B
People
have
that
idea
and
we
saw
it
even
with
the
candidates
to
city
mentor,
one
of
them
not
not
the
the
one,
that's
the
one
that
was
selected,
but
another
candidate
mentioned
to
foil,
so
is
it
safe?
Is
it
like
and
before
I
mentioned?
Yes,
of
course,
we.
C
E
C
H
B
No,
and
one
of
the
things
that
I've
noticed
is,
is
the
buzzword
right,
that's
like
the
Border
I
was
I,
don't
remember,
I
was
in
Texas,
I
was
in
West,
Pennsylvania
I
was
there
for
a
conference,
and
it
was
during
the
elections
and
representatives
and
County
judges.

B
B
She
is
I'm
very
involved
with
the
tourism
industry
and
she's
done
a
great
job
in
showing
different
destinations.
She
started
in
Texas,
now
she's
branched
out
so
she's
coming
this
month.
We
also
have
in
March
the
reverse
Mexico
sales
Mission
with
drayna
is
going
to
participate,
which
basically
we're
gonna
pitch
to
different
travel
agents.
B
We
have
the
producer
station,
we
refresh,
we
have
our
delegation,
the
Dallas,
Travel
and
Adventure
Show,
we're
gonna
go
to
Leisure,
shows
in
the
US
we're
bringing
that
back
so
I'm
going
to
Denver
this
month
and
what
is
going
to
Dallas
the
home.
So
that's
something
that
we're
bringing
back
and
we're
doing
all
of
our
efforts.
Please.
