Description
DRUG & ALCOHOL COMMISSION 041123
A
Thank
you
I'm,
going
to
go
ahead
and
do
well
how
many
part
of
the
yes
chair
for
the
commission
president.
B
A
Thank
you
so
much
welcome
everybody
just
make
sure
that
you've
got
an
agenda
and
you've
signed
your
name
up
at
the
front.
There
is
another
going
around
for
the
presentation
that
we're
going
to
have
on
behalf
of
scan.
So
if
you
can,
please
sign
that
one
too
Overlook
just
make
sure
that
if
you
let
Mia
or
myself
know
so
that
we
can
go
outside
and
eventually
outside
of
sheets.
Thank
you
again
so
much
for
joining
us.
A
We
are
going
to
go
ahead
and
continue
with
of
the
comments,
but
yeah
did
we
have
anybody
to
sign
up
for
the
comments.
Thank
you.
We
do
have
the
approval
of
minutes.
Everybody
who
is
a
commission
member
should
have
it
on
the
left
hand,
side
of
the
folder.
So
if
you
can,
please
looks
at
it
and
open
with
11,
9,
12,
14
and
111th
and
three
games.
You
get
a
little
bit
backed
up
approval
for
the
administered
attending.
Thank
you
so.
C
A
A
Thank
you.
Moving
on
to
administrator
support,
Mr
walls
are
important.
D
Now,
yeah,
honestly,
it's
this
is
a
very
difficult
day
for
record.
Next.
Friday
will
be
my
last
official
date
of
the
city
of
burial,
Health
Department
after
25
years
of
service
to
the
community,
I'm
retiring,
so
I'm
excited
and
at
the
same
time
I'm
a
little
I'm
gonna
miss
it.
So.
Thank
you
all.
Thank
the
members
of
this
committee.
I've
learned
so
much
from
all
of
you
yeah.
You
know,
I
really
love
this
community
with
you.
D
All's
permission
I'll
probably
still
sit
in
on
the
meetings
because
I
I,
if
you
would
have
asked
me
five
years
ago,
you
know
book
of
drug
and
alcohol
commission
is
I.
Probably
wouldn't
you
know
you
know
would
I
ever
be
on
it,
no,
probably
not
and
now
I
I,
just
it
has
spoken
to
me
and
I
supported
I
support
you
all
as
members,
you
know
I,
if
you
guys
ever
have
a
chance
and
Marina
has
a
sort
of
an
opportunity
to
present.
Please
go
listen
to
her
presentation.
D
It
does
something
to
you
as
a
daughter
to
I'm.
Sorry
as
a
other
two
daughters.
It
spoke
to
me.
Thank
you
so
much
for
sharing,
and
thank
you
all
so.
This
is
my
last
official
meeting
as
a
City
of
Laredo
Health
Department
liaison
after
gone
well.
The
next
meeting,
Erica
Lopez,
will
be
the
their
slaves
on
and
honestly
she's.
So
much
smarter
than
I
am
so
yeah
great
hats.
If
you
have
my
phone
number
in
case,
you
know
he
needs
a
little
bit
of
guidance,
but
I
don't
think
Cheryl.
B
A
Been
Bittersweet
on
behalf
of
the
commission,
we
appreciate
we
mean
the
liaison
for
the
drug
and
alcohol
permission.
A
You
are
definitely
more
than
welcome
to
join
us
and
we'd
love
for
you
to
actually
join
us,
as,
as
we've
been
Critical
with
having
to
organize
things
and
plan
ahead
with
the
lead
box
facility
and
I'm
sure
that
Eric
will
do
just
sprayed
with
the
dog.
But
then
does
anybody
have
any
comments
for
Mr
walls.
A
That
becomes
a
different
area,
all
right.
Moving
forward
to
the
discussion
and
possible
action.
We've
got
a
couple
of
things
that
we
need
to
organize
that
we
had
already
discussed
with
the
supply
agency,
but
if
anybody
has
ideas
for
the
location
or
the
time
frame,
please
advise
we
do
have.
We
did
want
to
move
forward
and
organizes
the
committee
group
calendar
and
plan
ahead
for
the
remainder
of
the
year.
A
A
Additionally,
that
he
had
discussed
now
that
we
are
kind
of
getting
our
commission
members
already
built
up,
what
we
would
like
is
to
get
everybody
completely
involved
at
100,
so
that
we
can
organize
the
relatively
Canada.
For
that
one.
As
a
reminder,
what
we
wanted
to
do
is
invite
different
stakeholders,
including
individuals
who
have
testimonies
from
the
community
inclusive
of
Marina
and
organizations
like
lawyer,
Crime
Stoppers,
to
talk
about
the
program
so
that
everybody
has
an
idea
of
what
each
organization
is
doing.
A
That
means
easier
whenever
we
come
across
individuals
that
have
a
concern
or
an
issue
or
you
know
are,
are
dealing
with
something,
and
they
start
talking
to
us
about.
You
know,
what's
what's
what's
what's
pressuring
them
that
we
can
kind
of
tell
them
well,
I
have
somebody
who
can
help
you.
We
have
you
know
Marina,
we
have
a
salon,
so
we
have
different
individuals
from
our
commission
that
have
different
organizations
that
can
assist
you
or
even
at
that
Nancy
next
presentation,
or
next
month
is
going
to
present
something.
A
A
So,
therefore,
this
would
be
similar
to
this
type
of
setup,
and
we
just
hear
from
everybody
talking
about
your
different
program,
services
and
organizations
and
how
we
can
get
in
touch
with
you
all
and
then
that's
something
that
I
have
to
touch
base
with,
but
miss
Jimenez
over
at
scan
to
find
out
if
they've
updated
the
directory
and
then
go
from
there
to
see
if
those
individuals
can
be
invited
eventually
to
the
drug
and
alcohol
committee
meeting,
so
that
we
can
learn
more
about
those
programs
and
their
services
and
then
I
know
Mr
Walsh
had
mentioned
with
regards
to
the
directory
and
the
health
QR
code.
A
E
Though
you
know
this
past
week
we
had
another
overdose
campaign,
so
thank
you
for
scan.
Thank
you
for
firing.
Thank
you
buddy.
Now,
for
being
there
and
supporting
the
overdose
campaign,
I
know
the
numbers
of
Overdose
continue
to
increase.
I
know
this
past
weekend
we
thought
in
the
news
we
had
a
few
dads
on
due
to
an
overdose
this
past
Easter
weekend,
so
we're
still
trying
to
promote
all
the
efforts
that
we
can
out
there
to
get
that
information
going.
E
So
as
part
of
the
overdose
campaign
we
do
have
poster
boards,
we
have
stickers,
we
have
other
items,
no
logos,
no,
defining
agency
logos,
just
the
overdose
campaign
overdose,
one
one
word
many
lives
campaign.
So
what
we
wanted
to
do
was
include
more
resources
right
now.
They
only
have
two
resources,
I
believe
on
there.
I
went
to
the
drug
and
alcohol
commission
website
and
a
lot
of,
though,
that
information
is
very
outdated.
E
I
know
my
information
comes
out
when
I
was
at
border
region
back
in
2018-19,
so
I'm
assuming
that
was
around
the
last
time
it
was
updated.
So
maybe
I
was
wondering
if
we
could
update
that
your
the
new
contracts,
new
programs,
and
that
way
we
can
include
that
in
the
QR
code.
So
any
events
that
we
have
the
QR
code
will
be
there.
Schools
has
it
anybody
that
wants
a
poster
board.
They
can
go
ahead
and
get
one
when
they
scan
it.
All
the
resources
will
come
up
there.
A
We
could
definitely
like
I
mentioned
I
think
we
need
to
get
with
Veronica
Jimenez
from
scan,
because
we
don't
want
to
duplicate
the
work
that's
being
done,
but
with
that
we
can
probably
collaborate
and
get
to
make
some
of
those
phone
call
her
assists
in
that
project.
If
I
can
have
a
lazy
liaison
for
that
project.
Is
anybody
interested
in
having
to
leave
that
with
updating
the
directory
alongside
anything
you'll?
Have
a
volunteer.
A
The
website
that
nobody,
so
the
website
is
taken
care
of
by
the
city
that
people
we're
looking
forward
specifically
for
this
project
is
that
we
have
a
directory
that
probably
is
outdated
right
before
an
open
and
we
adapted
it
from
scan
initially
and
then
we
went,
and
we
looked
at
all
the
different
service
providers
for
counseling
and
therapy-
and
you
know
you
mean
it's
on
there,
and
so
some
of
them
have
either
gone
out
of
business
or
no
longer
no
longer
in
business
rather
or
have
changed
liaison.
C
E
A
It's
more
of
a
building
on
something:
that's
already,
it's
just
a
matter
of
making
sure
it's
like
a
yellow
or
Surface
of
drug
and
alcohol,
and
so
what
we
want
to
just
do
is:
are
you
still
in
business
and
do
you
still
provide
these
Services?
Thank
you.
Thank.
D
You
so
much
the
right
thing
to
do
in
the
easiest
thing
to
do
is
to
kind
of
build
a
oh
website
on
a
Word
document.
Super
easy,
you
know,
and
just
say,
hey
I
want
this
here.
I
want
this
here,
I
want
this
here
you
give
it
to
Erica
your
new
City
of
Laredo
liaison,
and
then
she
will
take
care
of
making
sure
it's
updated
as
needed
on
the
city
website.
So
you
guys
don't
have
to
worry
about
the
coding
or
anything
anything
like
that.
You
don't
just
have
to
worry
about
the
context.
D
The
City
of
Laredo
will
do
this
absolute
best
to
accommodate
pictures,
Graphics
stuff
like
that,
as
they
can,
based
upon
the
limits
that
they
are
allowed
based
upon
Observer
managing
the
server
links
will
probably
be
no
problem
as
long
as
RIT
department
is
okay
with
them
all
right
apartment
gets
a
little
finicky.
Sometimes
so
I
can't
really
speak
for
them,
but
you
know
for
the
most
part.
Just
you
know
a
Word
document
everything
you
want
on
there
at
the
next
meeting.
A
E
A
A
They're
saying
that
the
QR
codes
don't
work
yeah,
so
that
that
we
get
is
our
current
and
everybody.
That's
our
current
website
on
the
bottom.
We
do
have
a
applicable
link
for
the
directory
and
that's
a
directory
that
we
would
want
to
get
updated
so
that
that
gets
updated
to
the
QR
code.
A
E
A
Because
we
had
a
volunteer
at
one
point
updated
and
that
they
had
Revenue
collaborate
with
it
and
they
went
and
they
make
the
phone
calls,
and
so
it
was
a
database
off
of
that.
But
as
I
recommend
you
there's
other
stuff.
That
is
definitely
needs
to
be
updated
and
like
in
essence.
This
is
what
we
would
do
with
the
with
the
round
table
meet
and
greet.
A
You
know,
I
think
it
really
does
matter
when
somebody
pass
it
over
who
talks
to
you
about
it
and
tells
you
what
program
services
are
available
for
you.
So
this
is
what
we
would
we
would
be.
Organizing
and
I
can
help
you
out.
I
just
need
somebody
to
be
able
to
be
the
lead
liaison
so
that
you
are
able
for
report
of
the
next
meeting
and
or
work
on
it.
Maybe
also,
if
we
give
information
we
could
just
like
forward
or
two
years
and.
A
Now,
with
regards
to
the
website
and
improving
the
website,
all
ideas
are
welcome,
but
I
don't
want
to
have
to
say
like
next
weekend
next
meeting
next
weekend
next
week
next
week.
It
never
comes
so
with
regards
to
the
website.
A
If
there's
any
comments
or
any
you
know,
suggestions
for
the
website,
I
will
say
thank
you
email
which
Maria
will
lead,
and
then
you
can
reply
back
to
that
email
and
then
we'll
go
back
and
we'll
start
building
it
and
then
hopefully
getting
the
city
to
to
reflect
that
and
then
we'll
do
it
that
one
time
and
then
we'll
change
it
until
maybe
next
year
and
then
hopefully
have
all
this
updated
and
then,
as
we
have
events
or
that
we
have
event
from
other
stakeholders,
then
we
can
go
ahead
and
include,
but
we'll
try
not
to
move
it
too
much,
but
leave
it
like
that
for
accessibility
and
and
the
the
look
of.
A
I,
don't
really
know
people,
so
people
can
log
in
and
take
a
look
at
it.
So
do
I
have
a
motion
to
approve
Minka
and
the
updating
of
the
website
and
the
oh.
C
B
A
Second,
all
in
favor
any
opposed
motion
passes.
Thank
you.
Moving
on
to
the
detox
facility
update
what
food
we
have
liguarding
everything.
D
Is
on
schedule
for
sometime
in
May
for
delivery.
B
D
I
I'm
not
sure
about
the
whole
little
things,
I'm
sure
it
has
something
to
do
with
the
certificate
of
occupancy
yeah,
but
at
that
point
well
either
way.
I'm
sure
they're,
like
two
months
away
from
completion,
so
they
don't
have
to
permit
them.
I,
wouldn't
imagine
that
they
wouldn't
have
the
purpose.
Actually
so
they're
just
finishing
up
some
little
details,
we've
started
ordering
equipment
like
crazy
and,
as
you
all
saw
on
the
city
website,
they're
hiring
a
detox
director.
A
Yeah,
thank
you
very
much
any
questions.
Alrighty.
Thank
you.
Thank
you.
Moving
on
to
the
stakeholder
agency
updates
and
presentations,
we
have
a
couple
of
stakeholders
present.
So
we'll
start,
if
y'all
having
an
updates
regarding
your
agency
or
any
upcoming
events,
please
let
us
know
if
not.
E
Health
Department
the
assistant,
outpatient
treatment
program,
so
finally
we're
making
more
movement
and
we
will
be
having
our
official
ribbon
cutting
next
Wednesday
on
the
19th.
The
ribbon
cutting
will
be
at
9
00
a.m,
at
209,
West,
Village,
Suite
7,
so
we'll
be
upstairs
at
9
00
a.m.
So,
finally,
making
the
announcement
we
have
contracted
with
Julio
Garcia,
a
junior
who
will
be
our
attorney
at
lineup
to
represent
our
clients,
and
we
have
judge
Uber
Martinez,
representing
or
presiding
over
our
aot
clients.
E
So
we
are
just
taking
care
of
the
last
minute
stuff.
We
actually
already
have
one
individual
on
a
weakness.
Technically
she
was
a
community
referral
the
father
reached
out
to
us,
so
we're
excited
already
to
get
started.
Do
the
ribbon
cutting
make
our
last
last
little
piece.
We're
missing
is
just
the
D.A
and
then
we
should
be
able
to
see
our
next
client
by
end
of
no
I
just
wanted
to
invite
everybody
out
there,
it'll
be
209
West,
Village,
Suite,
seven
next
Wednesday
on
the
19th.
E
A
Can
make
room
yeah?
Thank
you
very
much
for
that
invitation.
Please
make
note
of
it
and
I'm
pretty
sure
that
they'll
send
out
an
email
with
the
information.
If
you
are
able
to
go,
make
sure
that
you
are
sap
because
there's
like
anywhere
else,
you
want
to
make
sure
that
they're
space
enough
for
you
very
important
to
ours,
if
you
I,
can't
reiterate
it,
especially
with
these
meetings.
A
With
regards
to
the
campaign,
the
overdose
campaign
that
was
held
at
the
fire
department
want
to
say
thank
you
for
speaking
and
then
for
everybody.
Reporting
can
speak
and
to
Echo
Mr
walsley's
comments
on
Marina.
It
was
very
personal
when
it
comes
to
having
to
repeat
or
gotten
to
give
state
or
story
and
So.
Eventually
we
haven't
heard
her
story.
You'll
hear
it
pretty
soon
as
we'll
schedule
her.
Maybe
you
couldn't
make
it.
A
We
do
have
the
presentation
for
you
all
today,
because
the
presentation
was
just
fantastic,
we're
all
was
there
buddina
and
I
were
there,
and
the
presentation
that
scanned
in
was
fantastic.
That
I
said
that
we
need
to
be
able
to
share
it
with
everybody.
Therefore,
with
that
schedule
present,
and
if
anybody
is
interested
in
that
presenting
to
your
agency
very
far
more
developing,
so
the
more
it
works.
Thank
you.
A
D
D
Okay,
so
please
come
back,
I'm
gonna,
say
10
minutes
no,
but
so
so
yeah
food's
on
its
way
and
let's
brush.
A
While
we
said
we're
looking
for
somebody
to
offer
to
donate
lunch
next
time
next
meeting,
if
we
do
not
agree
to
somebody
who
can
donate
lunch,
then
we
are
definitely.
A
A
To
rsvt
to
the
email
that
Maria
is
sending
to
the
calendar
event,
and
then
the
secondary
form
of
ours
would
be
will
be
the
the
WhatsApp
group
so
at
the
end,
we'll
go
ahead
and
take
the
irb's
information
if
you
are
not
on
there,
because
it's
the
communication
for
everyone.
Thank
you.
Well,.
F
I
invited
in
the
morning
my
name
is
Joe
and
I'm.
The
community
health
worker
Academy
Center
I
want
to
apologize
in
advance
for
my
voice
that
my
allergies
are
kicking
me
today,
so
my
voice
goes
away
a
little
bit
of
and
apologize
in
advance
for
that
and
I'm
here
with
my
colleague,
and
his
name
is
Oscar
Molina
and
I'm
directing
this
is
and
right
before
we
really
dig
into
the
presentation.
I
want
to
speak
a
little
bit
about
our
program.
F
F
C
F
Also,
one
of
our
other
main
Visions
right
is
to
do
exactly
what
we're
doing
today,
which
is
providing
the
American
training,
because
we
really
do
know
how
important
it
is,
especially
right.
The
numbers
coming
out
that
we're
going
to
start
increasing.
So
it's
really
important
for
us
just
to
get
this
information
as
much
as
we
can
out
there
all
right,
we're
going
to
start
off
with
the
real
Basics.
Okay,
really
basic,
oh,
and
we're
going
to
start
with
what
our
openings
all
right
hand.
F
Okay,
this
is
synthetic
version
of
an
opiates
and
obvious
any
drug
derived
from
the
Opium
plants
today.
Opiate
is
that
umbrella
term
for
both
opiates
and
opens
whether
there
is
synthetic,
semi-synthetic
or
natural
well,
braids.
Typically,
why
it's
the
same
cell
receptors,
that's
opium
and
produces
stimulator
narcotics
effects
such
as
sedation
pain,
relief,
slope,
breathing
and
euphoria.
F
One
something
that
I
learned
not
too
long
ago
right
is
the
fact
that
sometimes
somebody
always
started
with
the
substance
use
disorder
right.
They
typically
tend
to
abuse
a
medication,
that's
over
the
counter,
and
it's
Imodium
and
I
did
not
know
that
and
it's
because
inside
of
pneumonia
there's
an
opiate
agent
called
the
permanent
right.
So
simply
somebody
who
was
you
know
on
that
struggling
with
himself.
He
was
you
know
those
medications
as
well
and
right
before
I
jump
into
our
next
slide.
I
want
to
talk
a
little
bit
about
the
opiate
crisis.
F
Right
well,
paid
crisis
started
roughly
around
the
1990s
right.
When
you
know
doctors
just
started
prescribing
opaque's,
left
and
right
thinking
that
their
patients
were
not
going
to
get
healthy
and
the
second
wave
is
when
you
know
they
started
putting
a
little
bit
of
limitations
on
those
prescribed
opiates
right,
but
those
who
were
already
hooked
started
to
switch
to
what
they
thought
was
going
to
be
the
next
best
thing,
which
is
parallel.
F
Now
and
another
curious
thing
that
I
also
did
not
know
was
the
fact
that
the
United
States
only
takes
up
of
4.4
of
the
world
of
the
world
population
right.
So
to
put
it,
we
don't
think
of
that
much
space
in
the
world,
but
yet
we
consume
over
90
of
the
gold
price.
F
That's
a
whole
lot,
that's
great,
and
it
really
like
going
for
a
loop
when
I
figured
it
out,
because
it's
not
really
until
you
do
the
research
and
dig
in
and
when
you
really
know
that
we're
living
in
a
problem.
G
It
was
created
on
the
1960s
by
a
Belgian
chemist.
I
was
looking
for
a
something
better
to
replace
morphine
on
the
medical
procedures,
terminal
cancer
patients.
So
it's
a
working
was
very
powerful
and
our
friends
and
it
was
a
hundred
times
stronger
than
working,
and
it
is
time
stronger
than
heroin.
G
There's
a
lot
of
questions
about
fentanyl.
Where
does
it
come
from?
Who
makes
them?
Well,
okay,
it
comes
across
every
day
for
borders.
Right
now,
probably
there's
someone
from
the
criminal
organization
that
are
gaining
pencil
into
our
country,
mostly,
are
the
parts
of
Mexican
Fighting
members.
G
Everyone
is
is
taking
a
little
piece,
they
want
a
little
piece
of
it
or
the
money,
but
these
are
Hotel
members.
Do
they
go
ahead
and
make
connections
with
China
they
have
over
their
chemical
preparers,
don't
make
sense
of
them
all
these
terminal
organizations
control
all
the
main
seaports
in
Mexico,
which
is
Veracruz.
G
Practices
and
then
they
go
ahead
and
just
mix
them
together
to
make
pentanyl
and
as
much
as
they
can.
The
problem
with
with
this
is
that
there
are
a
lot
of
experts,
they're,
not
chemists,
so
they
don't
know
about
any
quantity
milligrams
micrograms.
G
The
real
problem
is
that
they're
combining
they're
making
contact
pills,
which
they
make
design
the
same
exact
appeal,
which
the
da
can
recognize
the
real
one
from
the
currently
such
as
Xanax
Arrow
obstacle
and
hydrocodone.
G
They
lace,
even
cocaine,
PD
already
tested
here,
cocaine
from
Laredo
and
it's
been.
G
That's
the
real
deal
because
our
Young,
Generation
or
young
people
are
is
that
place
where
they
want
to
experiment
experiment
on
drugs,
something
that
I
like
about.
We
went.
We
went
to
uisd
and
talk
about,
spend
time
on
our
program
with
the
step,
Academy,
students
and
parents,
even
though
there's
a
little
organizations
or
people
that
less
than
one
to
accept
the
problem
that
we're
facing.
G
In
fact,
the
lcdc
councilor
from
uisd
was
telling
the
the
students
and
different
that
the
number
one
place
to
a
person
to
experiment
drugs.
It's
at
schools,
unfortunately,
that
the
problem-
that's
that's
the
truth,
so
we're
going
every
day
we're
trying
our
best
to
go
to
the
community
to
talk
about
pentanyl,
the
problem
that
we're
facing
there's
a
lot
of
people
that
doesn't
know
where
we're
facing
today
and
like
we
were,
they
were
saying
so
till
today
we
have
21
fatal
overdose
and
right
now
that's
the
the
real
number.
We
all
know.
F
I'm
sorry,
like
I
was
saying
one
of
the
biggest
and
scariest
thing
about
fun
was
the
fact
that
it's
actually
being
laced
on
everything
like
Oscar
said
right.
So
also,
like
my
colleague,
said
you
know,
we
really
try
to
advise
our
young
kids
right.
It's
really
not
the
time
to
experiment
with
drugs
right
because
you
know
like
there's
a
campaign
that
says
one
pill.
Right
could
be
the
last
two
or
one.
F
You
know
it's
really
a
detrimental
time
for
them.
You
know
just
to
really
know
about.
You
know
about
the
fact
that
they
could
really
say,
marijuana
and
hey.
You
know,
Adderall
from
anything
to
everything
and
also
the
practice.
You
know
illicit
right,
people,
everything
else.
They
manufactured
fat,
no
and
other
drugs,
and
it's
unfortunately,
just
to
right
for
monetary
purposes
right.
They
just
want
to
get
a
bang
for
their
Buck
because
it
does
make
their
drugs
more
potent
all
right
and
even
more
highly
additional.
F
One
of
our
biggest
worries
is
that
now,
unfortunately,
we're
seeing
some
of
our
clients
that
are
just
switching
to
the
fentanyl
because
in
their
mind,
right
they're
kind
of
seeing
it
like
a
bang
for
their
Buck
right
because
they
have
to
purchase
less
useless
money
but
get
the
biggest
high.
And
you
know
the
same
effects
that
they
would.
You
know,
buy
their
regular
Supply.
So
it's
been
getting
a
pen
right.
G
A
lot
of
analogs
Fentanyl,
there's
a
professional
two:
it's
like
10
000
times
stronger
than
morphine
and
heroin,
and
one
thing
that
the
United
States
is
experiencing
right
now
with
pentanyl
is
that
out
of
the
15
50
states
in
the
United
States
48
there's
been
these
substance
called
cytosine,
which
is
a
horse
tranquilizer
they're,
mixing
it
too,
with
fentanyl,
which
causes
necrosis
on
the
skin.
G
I
was
talking
to
BD,
and
personally,
we
don't
have
it
here
already,
for,
hopefully
we
don't
get
into
that.
F
Practically
laced
with
button
management
right,
it
doesn't
have
a
specific
color.
Does
it
have
a
specific
smell
it?
Does
it
have
a
specific
you
know,
design
to
it
or
a
texture
right?
So
unless
that
person
does
have
animal
testing
strips,
there's
really
no
way
for
them
to
know
that
their
merchandise
is
being
laced
with
fentanyl
all
right.
That's
all.
This
is
another
one
of
the
biggest
dangerous
things,
and
just
the
little
dose
of
fentanyl
is
just
enough
to
cover
the
tip
of
a
pencil.
We
do
not
help.
That
was
pretty
small
right.
F
So
just
imagine
you
know
that's
more
adults
right
how
the
tremending
can
be
to
the
to
the
human
body
and
now
we're
talking
about
you
know
these
cartels
and
whatnot.
You
know
trickling
into
other
substances
like
Oscar,
said
or
cycle,
but
they're
also
using
carfentanyl
and
carbon
is
actually
using
veterinary
medicine
to
tranquilize
an
elephant.
So
if
that
medication
has
the
ability
to
knock
down
a
huge
elephant,
imagine
what
that
can
do
to
our
little
bodies.
F
So
it's
getting
completely
out
of
hand
and
if
I,
don't
I,
don't
know
if
you
guys
can
really
appreciate
the
picture
on
the
screen,
but
there
you
can
see
right
how
little
of
amount
of
carfentanyl
you
know
really
needs
to
be
mixed
in
in
other
drugs.
For
it
to
be
completely
illegal
right,
because
we
have
heroin,
we
can
see
the
amount
right
fentanyl.
We
can
see
a
little
bit
less,
but
what
professional?
We
basically
can't
see
it.
So
it's
it's!
Even
it's
even
more
dangerous
right.
F
It's
ten
thousand
times
more
important
than
morphine
and
100
times
more
potent
than
fennel,
and
now
we're
going
to
speak
about
the
signs
of
an
overdose
all
right
and
the
first
one
is
small,
constructive
10
point
peoples
falling
asleep
or
losing
Consciousness
slow
week
or
no
breathing,
choking
or
varying
sounds
I
really
like
to
take
a
minute
and
emphasize
a
lot
on
that
one,
because
80
of
overdoses
usually
happen
with
any
home
right
when
somebody
presents
and
that
one
tends
to
get
looked
upon
because,
let's
see
the
brain,
the
person
who's
battling
with
the
substance
use
this.
F
Whatever
Right
is
open
and
honest
to
the
people
in
their
surroundings
right,
so
they
don't.
They
do
know
that
person
is
consuming
and
they
say
that
other
person
goes
in
to
check
on
the
person
and
they
say:
oh
no,
he's
fine
he's
just
knocked
out
because
he
snore
and
that's
a
sign
of
an
overdose
right
and
unfortunately
many
people
do
tend
to
pass
away
because
that
sign
of
an
overdose
tends
to
get
looked
over
right.
F
F
We
usually
tell
them
to
perform
a
sternum
rub,
which
is
super
easy,
just
putting
our
hands
in
a
fist
and
rubbing
it
up
and
down
their
chest
bone,
because
that
is
really
annoying,
so
that
person
will
tend
to
respond
even
if
it's
just
a
little
grunt
or
a
little
movement
or
something.
But
a
response
is
a
response
right
and
right
before
I
continue
with
with
the
presentation,
I
actually
want
to
give
a
little
story
that
happened
to
me.
I
think
it
was
a
day
before
the
overdose
thing.
F
F
But
I've,
never
actually
you
know,
was
in
a
situation
where
you
know
I
I
saw
the
signs
of
an
overdose.
I
saw
the
young
man
on
the
ground
right,
we
had
to
administer
the
American
and
one
thing
that
I
can
really
say:
it's
the
importance.
The
importance
of
staying,
calm
right,
you
know,
I
know
it's
it's
easier
to
say
it
than
to
actually
maintain
home
when
you're
in
that
situation,
but
you
only
do
have
a
couple
of
minutes
to
Save
a
Life
right,
so
it's
really
important.
F
We
can
deal
with
our
nerves
after
we
save
the
person
right.
So
luckily
right
there
was
Narcan
available
and
my
colleague
Sebastian.
He
knew
exactly
what
to
do
and
he
administered
Narcan
to
the
young
man
and
you
know
he
came
to
and
then
EMS
arrived
and
they
continued
to
do
their
magic
right.
But
it's
that
important
thing-
and
you
know
knowing
the
information
and
carrying
your
Narcan
and
you
know
putting
our
nerves
to
the
side
and
knowing
exactly
when
to
react
right.
F
So
we're
going
to
speak
about
naloxone.
You
may
hear
us
back
and
forth
when
this
Narcan,
the
love
song,
is
just
the
brand
name
behind
the
medication.
The
medication
is
naloxone
and
it's
a
lysine
medication
native,
a
synthetic
drug
that
can
reverse
the
effects
of
an
orbitals
from
opioids,
including
heroin,
fentanyl,
prescription,
opiate
and
prescription
opaque
medications.
It
can
restore
normal
breathing
within
two
to
three
minutes.
F
Any
person
whose
breath
has
slowed
or
even
stopped
as
a
result
of
an
opiate
orbitals,
nearly
50
000
people
die
from
an
opioid
involved
overdose
in
2019.,
and
one
study
found
that
bystanders
were
present
in
more
than
one
in
three
overdoses.
Involving
oak
leaves
right.
So
here
we
really
see
the
importance
of
you
know
having
this
information,
and
you
know
just
carrying
our
nerd
cat
right,
because
unfortunately,
there's
like
this
negative
cloud
surrounding
the
use
of
Narcan,
many
people
see
it
as
oh.
F
No,
you
guys
are
just
enabling
I
mean
enabling
drug
use
right,
that's
completely
the
opposite
right.
Unfortunately,
we
had
a
situation
like
that
when
we
did
give
one
of
the
one
of
one
of
our
trainings-
and
you
know,
I
understood
her
from
a
certain
point
right,
because
I
understood
her
from
a
mother's
point
of
view,
but,
like
I,
told
her
there's
this
this
other
part
where
you
know,
we
really
need
you
to
understand
that.
Unfortunately,
this
problem
with
our
opiates
right,
it
may
be
here,
for
goodness,
God
knows
how
long
right.
F
So
it's
more
for
you
know
to
have
this
information
in
be
accepting.
You
know
that
there
are
ways
to
reverse
and
overdose
right,
because
that's
the
main
thing
about
it
right.
Unfortunately,
if
a
person
passes
away,
we
can't
continue
to
help
them
right.
So
why
not
use
a
medication
that
could
completely
eliminate
right?
The
negative
side
effects
from
you
know,
wait
right
on
overdose
and
the
noxon
is
actually
available
in
four
different
forms.
One
of
them
is
a
multi-step
laser
spray,
a
single
steplings,
the
spring
and
electromuscular
injection
and
an
auto
injector.
F
C
C
F
A
Can
I
rate
you
for
a
little
bit?
Yes,
can
we
go
ahead
and
get
you
all
to
grab
something
to
eat
while
we
continue
that
way,
it's
a
good,
it's
a
good
time,
but
please
be
possibly
quickly
so
that
we
can
come
back
to
the
presentation.
Please
foreign.
F
C
B
C
F
C
A
C
A
C
F
So
now
we're
going
to
get
to
the
really
good
stuff
right,
we'll
just
have
them
boots
in
America
in
question.
The
official
video
that
I
can't
like
to
give
like
a
little
quick
start
right
tutorial,
because
you
know
I
really
like
to
give
that
double-ended
information
right.
So
let's
say
we
win
this.
We
you
know
is
one
of
the
signs
of
an
orbitals
right
and
we
have
that
kind
of
available.
So
the
first
thing
that
we're
gonna
do
is
we're
going
to
lay
that
person
on
the
ground.
It's
completely
possible
right,
we're.
C
F
On
about
one
two
layer
them
down
on
the
ground,
we're
gonna
put
our
hands
under
their
neck,
and
the
reason
for
this
is
is
for
us
to
be
able
to
elevate
their
chip.
The
main
importance
of
their
chin
being
elevated
is
so
that
will
be
a
minister
American.
It
goes
directly
to
the
mucous
members
in
the
brain
right,
so
we
witness
somebody
else.
We
lay
them
down,
put
our
hands
on
their
necks
and
we
elevating
their
chin.
F
F
Can't
do
that
with
narcanic
all
right,
because
there's
a
high
possibility
that
you
can
waste
all
of
the
dose
all
right.
So
it's
you
know
it's
ready
to
go
right.
We
just
one
shoot
up,
so
don't
try
to
test
it
all
right,
so
we
took
the
Narcan
out
of
the
box.
We
put
our
two
fingers
here
on
our
thumb
on
the
plunger.
We're
gonna
put
it
inside
the
person's
nostril.
F
All
right,
I'm
gonna
push
the
paint
button
completely
up
as
soon
as
we
do
that
we're
going
to
put
them
on
their
side
of
us,
they
were
sleeping
well.
We
call
that
the
recovery
position,
which
is
basically
just
you,
know
us
holding
that
person
on
their
side
with
their
hands
under
their
face
and
their
knee
bent
forward,
and
the
really
important
thing
about
this
position
position
is
that
so
they
will
roll
back
onto
their
stomach
just
in
case
they
come
too
and
they
do
oh,
we
don't
want
them
to
ingest
that
right.
F
F
Unfortunately,
there
is
this
perspective
that,
if
you
administered
heart
can
and
the
person
comes
to,
there's
no
need
to
put
in
one
because
they're
responding,
but
many
people
don't
know
is
the
fact
that
Narcan
has
a
lasting
effect
in
the
body
ranging
from
30
to
90
minutes.
So
if
there
is
that
high
possibility,
where
you
know
it
can
can
lean
off
the
body
and
they
can
fall
back
into
the
orbitals
all
right.
F
Also
another
thing
that
we
say
we
have
technology
on
911
is
because
as
much
as
we
would
love
to
be
psychics
that
will
solve
all
of
my
problems.
We
don't
know
if
they're
overdosing
from
an
opiate
or
not.
F
Age
groups
right
so
you
know
we
can
use
it
on
on
those
or
grenades
like
toddlers,
kids
and
those
older
names
right,
like
I,
said,
there's
no
negative
side
effects.
The
only
moment
that
we
can
see
a
negative
side
effect
is
if
that
person
is
specifically
allergic
to
naloxone
right
they're,
specifically,
you
know
they
might
have
this
adverse
reaction
right,
but
for
all
of
our
all
of
our
research
stuff,
like
that,
I
really
haven't
seen
a
case
like
that.
So
knocking
up
wood
right
that
we
don't
we
don't.
F
F
Of
narcot
and
that
person
is
already
in
the
recovery
position
and
we
just
called
9-1-1
until
EMS
arrives,
we're
going
to
specifically
wait
from
two
to
three
minutes
right.
It's
really
important
to
memorize
that
two
to
three
minutes,
because
ranging
from
two
to
three
minutes
is
where
you
can
keep
on
administering
night
time.
So
each
box
of
Narcan
is
two
doses
inside
we're
ready
to
minister
the
first
nose.
We
waited
two
to
three
minutes.
That
person
still
has
not
responded.
We
can
give
them
the
second
dose
of
their
hands
in
the
Box
all
right.
F
It's
a
reported
that
it's
safe
to
use
up
to
five
full
boxes
of
Narcan.
They
want
to
say
five
full
boxes.
It's
including
the
two
doses.
That's
that's
inside
each
box
and
it's
it's
set
for
only
that
it's
safe
for
only
five
boxes,
because
there's
this
high
possibility
where
that
person
can
start
retaining
liquids
in
their
lungs
right
after
the
flip
box.
So
those
are
ingredients
right.
F
But
that's
why
again
I
say
you
know
the
parts
of
calling
901,
because,
hopefully
you
know
EMS
will
already
be
there.
We
wouldn't
have
to
keep
on
administering
our
account
because
we
already
called
9-1-1
now.
F
Another
thing
I
would
like
to
say,
and
it's
important
for
you
guys
to
always
keep
on
the
back
of
your
mind-
that
if
that
person
does
come
too
and
if
that
person
has
been
okay
dependent
for
a
really
long
time,
there's
a
strong
chance
that
my
person
might
wake
up
a
little
bit
irritable
right,
because
they're
going
to
start
experiencing
withdrawals,
it
can
be
at
the
moment
right
automatically
where
they
start
experiencing
withdrawals
or
it
can
show
up
within
24
hours
right.
F
Every
person
is
different,
but
you
know
that
person
can
be
irritable
and
why?
Because
they're
going
to
be
mad,
actually
that
you
took
them
out
of
their
house,
all
right,
You
can
start
experiencing.
You
know
you
know
the
fevers
the
switch
chills,
everything
all
of
the
symptoms
for
withdrawals
and
also
are
being
safe.
If
the
situation
is
safe
right,
because
we
also
have
to
look
for
our
safety
as
well.
F
If
the
situation
is
safe
for
us,
it's
really
important
for
us
to
stay
with
that
person
until
EMS
arrives,
because
there
is
this
high
possibility,
where
they're
gonna
feel
okay
right,
because
you
know
the
effects
of
the
old
days
out
of
their
system.
So
they
feel
that
they,
you
know
that
they
can
go
and
consume,
and
you
know
and
use
what
they're
already
using
because
they
keep
clean.
But
that's
not
the
case
right.
F
You
know
it
can
even
cause
even
further
complications
right
into
another
strap
to
the
system
with
the
neurolog
Zone,
with
the
old
things
got
already
there
and
now
we're
okay.
So
you
know
it
can
bring
havoc
on
their
system
right,
it's
really
hard
for
us
to
stay
with
them.
If
the
situation
is
safe,
right
until
EMS
comes
and
then
EMS
takes
them
and
they
finish
doing
their
magic
right.
F
So
yes,
without
further
Ado
I'm
going
to
show
you
guys
the
fish
video
they
give
you
guys.
You
know
the
proper
link
going
all
that
stuff
right.
Also,
I
want
to
mention
quickly
before
I
press
play
on
the
video
I.
F
Get
this
question
a
lot
and
it's
the
fact
that
if
we
can
use
the
same
nostril
when
we
administer
the
second
dose
of
America-
and
the
answer
is
yes,
you
can
use
the
the
same
lobster
right,
but
it's
recommended
for
you
to
shift
to
the
other
nostrils,
because
we
really
don't
know
if
there's
like
a
blockage
in
that
natural
you
know
and
that
preventative
Narcan
from
doing
this
effect
the
first
time
right.
F
So
if
it's
easy,
you
know
you
can
try
to
use
the
second
one,
but
if
it's
extremely
impossible
you
know
there's
no
way
you
can
reach
the
other
nostril.
You
can
use
the
first
one.
F
C
C
F
Oh,
maybe
that's
fine
yeah.
Okay,
so
do
you
have
a
side
or
something
I
mean
you?
Could
we
can
search
it
on
YouTube.
F
We
can
just
training
and
then
the
official,
like
official
demonstration
right
hand,
will
be
provided
by
the
manufacturer
right,
but
it's
literally
the
same
thing
that
I
just
told
you
guys
right,
but
the
fact
that
you
know
just
have
that
visual
representation
that
I
love
majority
of
our
spikes
right,
because
I
learned
when
I
see
something
right
so
but
yes,
without
further
Ado
right.
That's
that
concludes
our
presentation.
Now,
I
really
love
when
I
get
asked
questions,
so
they
need
to
be
free.
F
If
you
guys,
you
know
caught
everything,
okay
or
if
I'm
gonna,
stuck
with
my
words
too
much
yeah
all
right.
So
that's
it!
Another
thing:
I
really
want
to
say
before
you
know:
I
I
go
back
to
my
seat.
Is
you
know
there?
We
do
have
an
icon
by
the
bunches
at
our
Center
I
mean
no.
It
is
completely
free
of
charge.
Nobody
is
obligated
to
be
a
versus
one
of
our
programs.
F
they'll,
stick
in
the
video
that
you
know
try
to
keep
it
out
of
direct
sunlight.
You
can
only
radio
attacked
all
right.
So
all
of
us
right,
we
can
carry
the
parking
in
our
cars,
but
we
do
try
to
keep
it
as
covered
as
possible
right
just
so
you
know
we
don't
want.
You
know
the
medications
effects
or
something
like
that.
F
But
let's
say
if
it
does
go
beyond
I
think
the
expiration
date
I,
don't
recommend
it
right.
I,
don't
recommend
nothing
being
used
after
the
respiration
date,
but
the
only
thing
that
I,
actually
you
know
figured
out
during
our
research-
is
that
it
was
just
in
this
potency.
So
let's
say
maybe,
like
these
two
doses
will
be
equivalent
of
just
once
right.
So
it's
important,
you
know
just
to
release
it
before
the
expiration
date
and
I.
F
Guess
if
you
have
like
a
bunch
of
apps
in
it
right,
so
you
know
you
guys.
Can
you
know,
call
us
or
something
like
that?
You
know
training
at
Bernie
walk-ins
are
going
to
come
in.
You
know
the
training
does
not
last
no
more
than
10
minutes
right.
It
will
be
the
last
that
sure
version
of
you.
Everybody
has
something
to
do
or
you
don't
want
to
think
of
that
much
of
their
time.
F
Yeah
we're
open
24
7..
So
if
anything,
you
know
I
think
my
our
program
director
left
our
on
the
table.
You
know
they've
got
contact
information,
so
any
other
questions
or
you
guys
leave
American
or
something
like
that
you
can
deliver
so
far.
I
will
just
have
that.
Oh
okay,
great!
So
thank
you
so
much.
A
And
it's
very
important
so
while
we,
some
of
us,
were
actually
presentation
for
the
overdue
exam
page,
and
we
got
the
presentation
here
and
it's
very
important
education
is
like
you-
can
never
get
enough.
So
the
more
that
you
get
to
sit
through
it.
A
Can
be,
you
know
very,
very
important.
Very
critical,
Now
scan
is
doing
the
presentations,
but
it
is
approved
by
the
fire
department.
The
fire
department
I
think
share
that
Stan
has
the
employees
by
the
Masters
and
then
they're
all
going
to
this
whole
different
agencies
to
do
these
presentations.
A
It
okay!
So
then
that's
very
good
information.
So
those
of
you
who
have
been
considering
or
will
consider
in
the
future
I
know
Dr
Dominguez
works
at
the
school.
So
if
you
weren't
going
to
support
me
any
presentation
before
you
need
them
through
scan,
they
are
available
so
that
the
teachers
and
or
staff
members
are
able
to
receive
that
hardcat
for
them
any
questions
or
concerns
from
anybody.
I
think
they're
here
so
ask
the
question
that
are
very
important:
that
you're
able
to
share
or
learn
more
about
the
presentation.
B
F
Thank
you
for
reminding
me
of
that.
Oh
we've
actually
had
an
experience
not
too
long
ago,
but
it
was
my
program
directly
with
my
other
colleague
Fatima
that
they
encountered
it
right.
It
came
I
always
say
it
was
like.
It
came
out
of
like
a
scene
of
a
movie
right
because
that
person
came
screeching
into
the
center
like
his
car,
like
King
King,
like
barging
into
our
Center,
and
he
was
like.
Oh,
like
I
need
my
camera.
F
You
guys
know,
and
then
you
know
what
my
colleague's,
like
you
know
how
to
use
it.
Just
do
this
this
like
super
quick
right,
because
he
was
in
that
urgent
rush
and
then
it
came.
You
know
he
told
us
that
that
was
his
second
orbital
service
again,
that
he
encountered
in
one
day
and
that
he
had
to
use
Narcan
Floyd
it's
kind
of
scary,
but
in
certain
and
I
guess,
maybe
I
don't
want
to
say
silver
lighting,
but
something
positive
right.
The
fact
that
you
know
the
community
is
slowly
starting
to
know.
C
G
Talking
about
honor,
her
pills
that
we're
talking
about
that.
Actually
one
person
went
to
the
drop-in
center.
He
was
telling
us
that
he
overdosed.
He
thought
he
was
a
sand
Explorer,
but
in
reality
was
a
centennial
lady,
so
he
overdose
planning
his
mother
had
marking
with
her
and
she
saved
his
life.
C
A
And
I
know
for
next
meeting:
we
will
be
inviting
pillar
and
we
can
get
that
coordinated.
I
know
that
they
have
a
new
program
or
they
have
something
or.
F
Yes,
it's
a
project
paw,
it's
also
harm
reduction
program
as
a
job
at
Center.
We
do
offer
Narcan
as
well
as
other
harm
reduction
tools
like
say
for
sex
kids,
safer
smoke,
kids
things
like
that
that
can
help
any
individual
who
is
engaging
substance
use
or
at
risk.
So
we
play
the
setup
to.
A
Present
could
we
do
presentation
for
next
month,
because
I
heard
about
it
at
the
overdose
campaign
and
I
said
it's
something
that
would
definitely
benefit
the
commission
members
to
learn
more
about
it
because
it
goes
hand
in
hand
in
that
and
that's
what
we're
trying
to
do
if
you
are
creating
or
promoting
or
have
a
service
that
is
able
to
help
the
community,
then
the
more
that
we
know
the
better.
It
is
done
again.
I
cannot
say
when
we
engage
with
people.
If
you
prepare
coffee,
we
can
always
say
filler
or
yeah.
F
Laredo
is
very,
very
big,
and
it
just
it's
one
program
to
have
one
agency
could
not
cover
the
whole
Laredo
Texas
and
the
other
surrounding
companies,
so
it
is
very
exciting
right,
although
this
is
a
very
difficult
time
for
our
individuals
to
know
that,
there's
a
lot
of
support
when
it
comes
to
law
enforcement.
When
it
comes
to
commission
members,
community
members
that
people
are
open
and
willing
to
be
educated
and
to
learn
more
about
the
opioid
crisis
and
any
other
substance
use
Chrysler
Ward
facing.
A
Great,
thank
you
very
much
if
there
are
no
other
questions.
Thank
you.
Thank
you
for
coming
in
to
do
the
presentation,
I
think
you're,
probably
you're
more
than
welcome
to
join
us
so
that
you
can
give
us
an
update
on
the
presentations
that
you're
doing
and
or
having
to
network
with
other
agencies
to
be
able
to
coordinate
those
those
presentations.
I
know
I'm,
pretty
sure.
Dr
Gomez
is
gonna
schedule
you
all
in
there
and
I
know.
A
Mika
had
mentioned
that
she
was
going
to
ask
her
to
send
school,
to
see
if
a
presentation
can
be
done
and
so
again
the
more
the
better,
because
the
information
is
out
there
I
don't
think
he's
never
been
too
safe.
C
A
H
A
Thank
you
so
much
for
and
I
hope,
you've
learned
too,
because
you've
been
you've
been
logged
in.
Thank
you.
Thank
you
appreciate
you
know.
Taking
the
time
to
join
us,
I
know
that
we
have
previously
had
a
presentation
from
the
prevention
resource
center
before
Mr
God
says
the
new
liaison
and
he
wanted
to
share
what
his
program
is
doing.
H
The
public
relations
coordinator
for
BRC
11,
we
cover
the
region
11
here
in
South
Texas,
which
is
19
counties,
and
this
is
my
email
where
I'm
able
to
be
reached.
This
is
my
office
where
I'm
at
and
our
website
is
down
below
at
a
prevention,
Resource
Center
11.
You
can
find
those
at
bhs.st.org.
H
H
The
mission
of
the
program
is
to
promote
educate
the
community
on
substance
abuse
and
misuse,
Associated
consequences
to
support
prevention
efforts
in
the
community,
so
we
collect
data
and
we
have
a
bunch
of
data
that
we're
able
to
do
a
lot
of
trainings.
We're
able
to
provide
trainings
to
provide
data
for
use
here,
and
it's
our
regional
data
and
region.
11.
H
And
we
collect
all
this
data
throughout
the
19
counties
in
the
region.
H
The
19
counties
that
that
we'd
collect
data
goes
up
all
the
way
to
like
almost
San
Antonio
to
their
free
field,
all
the
way
down
from
Brownsville
to
Laredo,
South,
Texas,
Cameron,
County,
Stark
County,
and
we
provide
access
to
the
data
and
information
regarding
the
Alcohol
Tobacco
to
another
drug
misuse
and
any
other
information
like
Mental
Health.
H
We
create
fact
sheets,
we
provide
a
lot.
We
do
a
lot
of
data
dissemination
and
we
conduct
we
get
our
data
from
focus
groups.
We
and
key
information
interviews
for
data
collection.
H
H
All
this
data
is
basically
collected
and
then
the
sent
in
the
regional
needs
assessment
to
the
state.
The
regional
needs
assessment
is
where
the
state
looks
at.
Basically
all
the
data
that
we
collected
from
the
TS
from
the
Texas
school
surveys,
and
then
the
state
uses
this
to
know
what
type
of
Grants
and
programs
then
we
are
able
to
provide
the
original
risk
and
protective
handbook
is
designed
to
reflect
the
information
presented
in
the
regional
needs
and
the
user-friendly
format.
H
H
H
And
if
you
have
any
questions
or
any
questions
about
prc11,
we're
all
able
to
answer
any
questions
and
those
will
be
all
the
emails
where
you'll
be
able
to
reach
no
and
that'd.
Be
it.
A
Thank
you
very
much.
I
know
that
in
the
past
we've
gotten
some
data,
information
and
I.
Think
most
recently
you
shared
some
information,
we'll
go
ahead
and
give
you
Maria's
information
so
that
if
you
do
get
any
updates
on
data
that
you
could
share
with
us,
we
are
happy
to
accept
it
and
review
it
and
you're
definitely
more
than
welcome
to
join
us
at
Art
meeting,
so
that,
if
you
do
have
new
statistics,
then
you
can
share
it.
A
Thank
you
so
much
Mr,
Garfield
I,
appreciate
you
taking
the
time
to
talk
to
us
about
your
program,
appreciate
it.
Thank
you
Okay.
So
moving
on,
we've
already
discussed
the
two
different
presentations
that
we've
already
gone
around
the
table
to
ask:
if
there's
any
stakeholder
agencies
updates,
if
there
are
no
comments,
can
I
please
have
a
first
and
second
for
a
German
at
12
48.
A
All
in
favor
any
of
those
Metro
passes.
We
are
adjourned.
Thank
you
all
so
much
for
joining
us
next
time,
everybody
providing
lunch.
So
if
you
all
can
decline
too
for
the
meeting,
that
would
be
great.
