Description
Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee Meeting 060822
A
Welcome
to
today's
parks
and
recreation
advisory
committee
meeting
today
is
wednesday
june
8
2022..
The
approximate
time
is
5
47
pm
we're
meeting
today
at
city
hall,
at
the
first
floor
conference
room
in
1110,
houston
street.
I'd
like
to
call
this
meeting
order
and
we'd
like
to
start
with
the
pledge
of
allegiance.
B
Mr
chair,
if
I
can
just
make
a
just
want
to
let
the
board
know
I'm
going
to
step
out
for
a
little
bit
for
personal
for
a
personal
reason,
I
will
be
back,
hopefully
the
next
30
to
45
minutes,
because
I
need
that
standing
will
be
conducting
the
meeting.
Thank
you
very
much.
Excuse
me.
Thank
you.
D
A
Motion,
second,
all
in
favor
aye,
any
against
none
motion,
carries
public
comments.
Citizens
must
identify
themselves
for
the
committee
chair
to
advise
the
committee,
chair
of
the
intent
to
speak
will
be
recognized
here
in
public
comments.
Yes,
we
have
no
public
comments.
Understanding.
I
have
no
public
comments.
Correct.
A
Thank
you
and
board
members
any
communications
or
announcements
that
you
wish
to
make
at
this
time.
No,
no
bullet
point.
F
Number
six:
let
me
just
mention
and
project
here
we
do
have
our
summer
program.
It
did
start.
We
were
going
to
do
a
report
for
the
next
meeting,
but
we
did
start
our
swimming
pool
and
our
summer
playground
program
for
the
first
year
since
2019.
F
The
pools,
as
you
can
imagine,
are
packed.
The
public
is
very,
very
thankful
that
the
pools
are
open,
the
rec
centers
being
as
they
are
in
closed
facilities.
It's
a
little
bit
slower,
I
think
we're
at
half
capacity
than
we
were
back
in
2019
happier,
registration
numbers,
and
so
we
kind
of
expected
that
you
know.
I
know
that
when
kids
first
parents
first
started
sending
their
children
to
school
right
after
you
know
they
were
given
the
freedom
to
do
so.
F
They
were
kind
of
a
little
bit
hesitant
to,
and
so
we
kind
of
anticipated
that
prepared
for
fall,
but
anticipated
this.
So
you
know
it's
doing
very
well.
A
A
Where
the
congressman
play
at
a
few
weeks
ago,
and
and
somebody
approached
me
who's
actually
to
make
that
official
from
from
the
county
and
approach
me
that
there
was
some
items
on
a
particular
field
where
her
family
is
part
of
a
league
where
they
they're
they've,
been
using
one
of
the
fields
there
at
the
at
the
at
the
base
and
it
needed
some
minor
improvements
and,
of
course,
we'd.
Let
the
staff
know-
and
you
all
were
on
it,
real
quick.
A
A
Okay,
thank
you,
mr
sunny,
for
for
your
announcement
we'll
be
on
the
lookout.
I
know
personally
that
whether
it
be
on
twitter
or
instagram-
and
I
speak
on
myself
here,
if
I
see
information
that's
being
shared
out
by
the
city
or
by
the
park
division,
I'm
always
sharing
it
out
with
people.
I
know
because
they're
I
mean
they
might
call
me
on
hey.
You
know
what
time
does
this
work
saying,
and
I
know
that
ms
I
mean
you
can
confirm.
A
Sometimes
I
don't
know
these
answers,
so
I
reach
out
to
mr
dean
or
to
coach,
but
it's
very
useful
that
people
continue
to
get
this
type
of
information
to
receive
it
in
social
media,
or
you
know
the
psas
that
the
times
and
the
pools
that
are
open
and
the
rec
centers.
So
you
all
do
a
great
job
of
communicating
bullet
point
number.
Six
items
for
discussion
for
possible
action.
Item
number
one:
discussion
of
possible
action
on
the
use
of
parks
and
recreation
fields
and
facilities
for
monetary
gain.
A
I
believe
that
this
one
in
particular,
believe
I'm
not
mistaken,
was
requested
by
mr
morales,
or
was
that
requested
by
one
of
you
on
it's
it's
on
the
table
up
for
discussion.
If
you
all
have
any
matters
that
you
all
wish
to
address.
Well,
what.
C
Accordingly,
because
I
know
in
our
last
meeting,
we
discussed
how
our
fees
weren't
up
to
par
and,
I
think
miss
stanley-
you
all-
can
attest
that
the
piece
happened
that
we
looked
at
in
quite
some
time.
So
I
know
that
we've
made
some
recommendations.
We
looked
at
some
of
the
feed
to.
F
Yeah
to
do
the
baseball
to
rent
the
fields
correct
and
those
had
that
that
dollar
amount
was
approved
by
council.
You
know,
as
we
talked
about
at
the
last
meeting
that
has
not
been
visited.
Since
you
know
we
started
allowing
you
know
back
in
gosh.
I
don't
even
know
when,
before
96.
F
So
it
was
just
a
contract
that
was
interested
between
both
entities.
You
know
the
city
of
the
radio
and
the
league
president
and
will
allow
you
to
use
the
fields,
because
you
are
doing
something
for
our
community
for
our
kids
and.
F
Fee
imposed
to
use
the
fields
as
long
as
you
ensure
you
have
a
quality
program,
and
so
that
fee
was
approved
by
council,
and
I
know
that
when
we
talked
about
it
with
this
board
right
after
the
approval,
there
was
some
discussion
about
that,
and
so,
with
regard
to
that,
I
think
we
definitely
took
our
first
step
in
imposing
the
fee
that
we
did.
You
know
and
it's
baby
steps
when
we
first
started
trying
to
put
more
structure
in
the
requirements
you
know
it
was
you
have
to
be.
F
F
I
remember,
and
so
the
reason
we
did,
that
was
because
we
are
doing
it
for
our
kids.
You
know,
and
that
is
our
priority
and
their
safety
is
our
priority,
and
so
it
was
very
important
to
us
to
make
sure
you
know
that
we
do
everything
that
we
can
that's
why
we
implemented
and
council
has
actually
been
the
driving
force
to
make
sure
that
we
get
these
things
taken
care
of,
and
so
our
job
and
our
role
is
to
enforce
the
requirements.
F
That
council
has
asked
us
to
to
include
in
the
requirements
of
the
leads,
and
so
that
is
our
role.
We
started
out.
That's
when
we
first
started
doing
this.
F
Early
2000s,
probably
well,
it
was
early
2000s
and
it
was
just
you
know,
insurance.
I
want
to
say
that
the
requirements
were
minimum,
they
had
to
have
insurance
and
they
had
to
have
a
set
number
of
leaks
submit
the
rosters
we
needed
to
know
how
many
people
they
had
take
care
of
the
fields
and
what
have
you
and
that
was
like.
We
got
so
much
push
back
on
that,
and
so
then
it
just
kept
on
getting
a
little
bit
more
structured
and
with
the
first
one
that
we
did.
I
think
back
in
1918.
F
1819
is
the
first
one
that
started
having
more
teeth
to
it,
and
that
was
the
backgrounds
and
the
insurance.
That
start
with
that.
We
know
that
it's
going
to
be
difficult
for
them
to
have
some
of
the
other
stuff,
but
let's
just
move
forward
with
that,
so
we
did
and
more
teams
started
complying
more
league
started
complying
because
last
time
it
was
just
a
little
bit
more
structured
and
to
solidify
no
and
the
whole
purpose
was
exactly
what
you
all
said.
F
We
want
to
make
sure
that
people
aren't
using
city
property
for
personal
gain
and
so
before
that,
and
to
that
end
I
think
the
last
the
clincher
was
the
form
990
and
so
every
league
is
going
to
have
to
submit
a
990.
they're
going
to
have
to
have
the
501c3,
not
the
affiliates,
501
z3
yeah.
F
Lead
exactly
we
were
using
the
corporate
yeah,
we're
not
allowing
that
anymore
council
stipulated
that,
let's
make
it
a
local,
because
that
way,
we
know
how
much
is
being
spent
by
the
local
affiliate
yeah.
You
know
the
local
team,
and
this
is
the
route
that
we've
taken,
and
so
I
know
that
we're
getting
a
little
bit
of
pushback
on
this,
but
we
have
had
100
complaints.
G
D
D
F
D
Any
kind
of
day
any
any
kind
of
day,
because
the
thing
is
during
main
games.
Parents
are
the
ones
that
start
the
fight.
A
And
that's
currently
not
a
requirement
correct,
that's
correct,
like
and
maybe
not
lpd,
but
some
kind
of
law
enforcement.
D
C
A
C
G
G
A
F
The
city
does
not
the
city,
there
is
a
contract.
When
you
you
use
unit
trade,
you
want
to
rent
it.
You
want
to.
F
And
so
the
city
can-
and
we
of
course
go
through
our
police
department.
The
city
can
declare
our
police
department.
Our
police
chief
recommends
that
we
have
x
number
of
police
officers
for
this
type
of
unit,
and
so
we
put
that
requirement
on
to
the
person
who
is
going
to
be
renting
the
facility
right.
So
there
is
a
expectation
and
the
cost
exactly,
but
the
city
does
not
absorb
that
cost.
It
would
be
costly
for
us.
A
I
I
think,
I
think
that
the
best
recommendation
that
we
can
give
is,
of
course,
we're
not
going
to
be
the
ones
to
make
the
kind
of
say,
but
the
recommendation
the
approval
is
going
to
be
on
council.
I
think
that
that
would
be
the
best
recommendation
that
we
could
do
is
is
for
for
security
measures
to
be
taken,
and
then
they
can
discuss
whether
what
type
of
security
they
would
want
to
suggest
whether
they
would
allow
a
one
security
security
person
that
is
unarmed
or
an
armed
security,
because
now
priority
it's
gonna
be
secured.
A
G
I
F
H
I
H
E
G
D
B
H
A
C
A
I
think
that
the
requirement
should
be
you
know,
maybe
by
the
amount
of
individuals
that
you're
going
to
have
there
any
anywhere
between
25
and
100.
You
know
you
have
one
person,
you
know
one
law
enforcement
officer
you're
expecting
to
have
you
know
two
250
or
more
I
mean
the
suggestion
is
that
you
have
two
officers.
C
C
That
you
know
I'm
not
in
law
enforcement
that
we
need
to
talk
to
the
chief
about
to
say
like
can
you
imagine
one
congress
is
a
hundred
people
like
he's
up
he's
out.
D
G
F
Well,
we
can
take
action
based
on
your
discussion
today.
What
we
can
do
is
come
up
with
some
criteria
and
recommendations
and
look
at
other
cities
and
see
what
other
cities
are
doing
and
then
talk
with
our
police
department
and
find
out
what
their
recommendation
is
and
then
we
can
try
to.
You
know,
bring
it
back
to
you
to
answer
it,
but
I
thought.
A
Yeah
that
can
be
included
in
this
one
if
it
said,
if
it's
a
motion
to
add,
if
you
were
to
make
a
motion
to
add
that
a
security
section.
C
Be
I
wouldn't
make
a
motion
to
add
that
I
would
say:
let's
research
it
before
we
would
add
it,
but
I'm
thinking
right
now:
it's
the
action
of
the
parks
and
recreation
facilities
for
monitor
using
the
park
for
monetary
gain.
I
think
that's
what
the
vote
is.
Is
that
yes,
that's
okay,
if
you're
going
to.
C
I
Well,
I
well
okay,
then
I
move,
I
move
to
add
into
this
first
action
item
to
add
that
a
security
guard,
an
armed.
G
I
F
F
F
City,
property,
and
so
that
was
like
a
specific
well,
they
shouldn't
be
doing
that,
and
so
that's
why
we
included
the
user
fee
ordinance
that
exists
right
now,
in
the
background
and
and
if.
A
G
A
A
F
F
We
get
complaints
at
the
office.
So-And-So
is
giving
lessons
over
there.
Well
staff
goes
over
there.
You
know
I've
got
my
one
of
my
employees
will
go
over
there
and
talk
to
the
coach
or
to
the
person
who
made
the
reservations.
F
F
So
what
are
you
yeah?
So
I
think
with
the,
if
I'm
not
mistaken,
what
the
discussion
was
with
regard
to
this
is:
is
there
anything
we
can
do?
That
would
prevent
this
from
happening,
and
so
is
there
any
action
that
you
all
feel
we
should
be
taking
or
implementing?
We've
added
the
aspect
and
the
component
of
security,
which
I
think
is
good
on
the
rentals.
That's.
F
I
think
that
particularly,
is
where
the
monetary
gain
is
and
so
make
them
come
up
with
security
for
they're,
creating
an
event
that
would
possibly
incite,
and
so,
let's
make
sure
that
we
implement
a
fee
structure
that
causes
them
to
hire
security
and
make
a
you
know,
have
a
fabulous
event
but
make
it
secure.
D
I
A
Makes
a
motion
to
have
paid
security
to
add
a
security
clause
correct
that.
I
No,
no,
no
just
just
like
any
other,
just
like
that.
Whatever's
in
the
city
like
for
the
community
or
the
baseball,
the
same
thing
yeah,
I
don't
know,
I
don't
know
what
the
verbiage
is.
Yeah.
E
As
other
city,
I
guess-
oh
my
god,
like
the
with
the.
F
G
I
G
F
F
C
A
A
Perfect
example
is
when
they
ran
out
of
one
of
the
swimming
pools,
even
if
it's
only
10
people
attending
you
require
at
least
one
lifeguard
right.
Yes,.
A
So
I
think,
I
think
that
we
gotta
move
move
into
that
direction
and
and
and
we
recommend
it
to
council
and
then
and
then
the
approach
that
they're
gonna
take.
So
they
are
able
to
update
this.
To
add
that
clause
that
we
are
requiring
and
then
all
the
other
details
is
added
by
either
council
or
the
chief
you
know
to
and
by
details
is
the
cost
and
all
that.
But
I
think
that
the
individual
should
be
armed,
whether
it
be
from
a
private
security
company
where
they
are
armed
as
well
or
senator.
A
Type
of
peace
officer,
individuals,
so
yeah.
J
G
A
J
A
A
So
there's
a
motion
and
mr
this
referral
had
already.
Second,
oh
there's
a
motion
in
a
second
all
in
favor
any
against
none
motion
carriers.
A
The
item
number
two
discussion:
post-production
on
the
removal
of
five
mature
trees
affecting
a
private
fence.
F
F
C
G
E
F
G
E
F
And
so
it's
correct,
and
so
she
did
go
to
risk.
So
when
we
were
looking
into
this,
what
we
identified
was
well,
there's
got
to
be
a
tree
board,
and
so
there
was
a
tree
board.
It
was
under
another
department.
There's.
F
So
what
this
means
is
that
we
are
going
to
come
up
with
requirements
yeah,
so
I
wanted
to
bring
this
before
you.
First
of
all,
because
we
had
a
huge
concern
about
you
know
bringing
down.
G
F
Trees
and
then,
when
we
started
looking
at
this,
it
was
like.
We
really
need
to
have
some
type
of
guideline.
You
know
tree
removal
and
input.
I
think
that's
a
huge
input.
I
know
that
the
land
development
code
oversees
a
lot
of
the
developments
and
landscaping
that
already
goes
in
there,
but
this
is
referring
to
all
our
parks.
F
I
I
C
But
I
don't
know
in
this
case
is
the
same:
what
came
first,
the
tree
or
the
fence
between
the
trees,
but
I'm
saying,
like
you,
build
your
cinder
block,
knowing
that
there's
already
a
mature.
Now
I
don't
know
this.
Lady
had
her
survey
done
and
it
was
on
her
property
line
or
because
you
have
that
feet
when
you
do
your
single
clock
fence
where,
where,
if
you
go
over
the
the
property
like
with
the
city.
C
C
A
A
F
I
think
that,
as
a
parts
board,
you
all
could
determine
with
the
duties
of
the
tree
board
criteria
and
request
who
selects.
I
D
H
A
Item
with
this
particular
case,
there's.
F
No
risk
did
not
those.
F
The
options
were
yes,
unfortunately,
and
before
we
did
that
we
definitely
wanted
to
bring
it
to
you,
because
we
did
check
with
environmental.
We
checked
with
this.
We
checked
with
our
our
parks,
our.
F
And
you
know
you
know,
honestly,
the
recommendation
is
to
go
questions.
I
I
I
D
A
So
there's
two
different
cases
in
this
particular
one
item.
So
I'm
going
to
go
case
by
case.
A
First,
the
mrs
rosolio
case
that
has
the
tree
damaging
the
fence.
So
let's
address
that
one,
because
that's
the
one
that
was
first
of
all
yeah,
that's
what
we're
talking
about
another
question:
if,
if
the
fence
issue,
once
it's
removed.
A
I
F
For
us
to
do
so,
we
can
definitely
get
not
quotes
but
recommendations
from
landscapers.
How
would
they
do
I'm
sure
this
has
happened?
I
know
this
has
happened
before
in
other
situations.
Is
there
another
way
to
do
this
because.
C
I
D
G
A
Three
other
trees
or
four
or
five
other
trees.
What's
tricky
in
this
particular
case.
Is
that
it's
it's
a
cinder
block
fence.
I
mean
people
peop
people
with
chain,
neck
fans
are
going
to
start
showing
up.
You
know,
don't
break,
but
but
they're
going
to
start.
You
know
that
all
the
you
know
bushes
or
stuff
for
them.
A
E
C
H
G
D
F
I
D
D
F
So
if
you
look
on
page
the
article
12
2,
it
tells
you
what
the
parks
board
shall
provide,
what
the
requirements
are.
F
Ordinance,
yes,
ordinance
page
two
look
under
chapter
23,
section,
23,
18,
section
one
and
it
starts
talking
about
informants
off
of
laws
and
policies
correctly.
G
F
It
was
it's
it's
one
of
those
questions.
So
what
do
you
do?
You
know
you
really
don't
want
to
chop
down
the
tree
and
whose
responsibility
is
it
it's
the
landowners,
it's
the
cities,
and
so
I
think
that,
for
that
reason
this
question
just
bounced
to
different
individuals,
and
so,
when
gloria
landing
brought
it
to
me,
you
know
we
started
discussing
it
and
trying
to
find
out
what
we
can
do
and
so
we've
got
it
before
you
all.
I
A
F
G
E
F
If
you're
gonna
develop
a
private
property
for
the
community
and
you're
gonna
have
to
start
cutting
down
trees
because
the
property
like
or.
C
A
So
we
can't
take
the
item
right
now.
A
J
G
J
The
tree
that
needs
to
be
cut
down
or
replaced
for
any
cause.
C
But
then
with
that-
and
I
know
that
I'm
just
thinking
of
all
aspects
of
it
so
but.
F
G
F
A
A
A
Potentially,
these
trees
are
to
be
removed
at
the
section
of
2704
diaz
dryden
park.
A
F
H
C
E
I
J
G
E
A
A
C
C
A
F
C
C
F
A
Out
which
trees
need
to
go
so
that's
covered,
and
that
covers
the
case
for
mrs
osoe
there's
another
particular
case
presented
by
mr
garcia
district
2
that
states
that
the
trees
growing
in
the
park
and
creek
area
are
damaging
his
fence
he's
requesting
the
trees
be
removed.
Mr
garcia
called
center
to
request
removal
of
trees
that
are
growing
along
the
side
of
his
property
and
damaging
this
fence.
A
A
C
A
All
right
against
none
motion;
okay,
so
that
was
item
number
two.
Now
one
point
number
seven
number:
seven
staff
reports
number
one:
the
maintenance
and
operations
costs
of
the
fields.
B
F
So
at
the
last
meeting
I
know
that
this
question
came
up,
and
so
we
wanted
to
provide
you
with
a
number,
and
this
is
only
softball
and
baseball
fields.
F
So
if
you
go
through
it
cartelizer
c
diamond
pro,
we
spend
37
000.
We
have
58
fields
by
the
way,
baseball
and
softball
fields.
So.
F
That
was
what
the
discussion
was
on
last
meeting
for
all
the
fields
we
pay
37
800.
F
For
materials
equipment
such
as
bases
paint
conditioners,
poses
cards
picture
rounds.
We
pay
seventy
four
thousand
two
hundred
dollars
red
top
soil,
marble
dust,
34,
000,
irrigation
for
the
fields.
12
000
totals
158
000
a
year
to
maintain
just
those
baseball
softball.
B
I
I
B
B
B
G
B
Cost
us
so
I
guess
what's
coming
here-
is
that
just
how
much
we
spend
about
160
000
you're
stuck
baseball
in
softball,
and
yet
we
don't
get
anything
back
in
return
because
we're
going
to
charge
the
league
we're
not
at
least
I'm
not
paying
anything.
You
know
him
up,
so
you
know
I
know
we
got
a
couple
of
discussions.
We
showed
you
last
time
that
some
some,
I
don't
care
exactly.
I
can't
recall
exactly
what
city
they
say.
You
know
they'll
charge
them
five
hundred
dollars
a
season
per
field
right.
B
Some
leagues,
hey,
you
know
what
we
listen
to
you
corporate
corpus.
We
listen
to
you
you're,
charged
with
everything
at
the
end
of
the
season,
giving
back
a
key.
You
know
to
the
in
particular,
but
right
now
this
is
what
we
spent
and
at
no
charge
to
the
leaks
and
the
biggest
thing
that
we
get
is
taxes.
A
C
B
C
A
A
C
Happens
is
that
that
it
may.
E
B
B
Next
year,
say:
hey:
let's
try
to
do
three
or
four
fields
a
year.
So
what
we're
trying
to
do
here,
yeah,
right
we're
trying
to
hear
rick-
is
that
you
know
and
talking
to
your
counselor,
hey,
wait
a
minute,
just
expenses
that
come
into
it.
As
far
as
you
know,
not
these
teams
play
for
free,
you
know,
and
then,
on
top
of
that
we
covered
electricity,
water,
light
and
stuff
it.
B
I
think
it's
the
real
they
charge
from
the
seas,
the
contract,
they're,
charging,
the
crystalline
water
to
the
leagues,
and
I
promise
you
don't
cut
down
on
their
games
and
practices.
You
know
and
again
I'm.
A
I
A
I
think
that
bottom
line,
and
because
the
entire
time
that
I've
been
on
this
board
we've
had
this
discussion,
the
fields
back
and
forth
and
ideas
how
we
can.
Certainly,
I
think
that,
as
a
support,
we
need
to
sit
down
and
just
send
a
recommendation
that
we
have
there's
some
particular
recommendation
for
the
future
of
all
needs
across
the
board,
and
that
way
it's
addressed
in
a
matter
of
that
that
this
is
a
waterfall.
Yes,
sir,
that
this
board
is
not
anti-legal.
A
I
A
I
Because
we
we
talked
about
it
earlier
about,
if,
if
I
want
to
have
a
tennis
tournament
or
volleyball
or
basketball
or
whatever
baseball
soccer,
whatever
tournament,
and
I
want
to
rent
your
lease
or
whatever
it
is,
use
your
field
to
come
and
get
your
permission
and
I
need
to
be
sure
to
secure
armed
security
just
like
when
I
were
to
go.
Get
you
one
like
if
I
were
to
have
a
concert
like
a
facebook
right,
yeah.
B
I
Ordinance
is
old,
you
know
so,
and
I
don't
think
anybody
right
now
would
say
no
to
that
order,
but
at
the
renters
or
expenditures.
B
C
D
A
B
H
B
C
C
B
E
B
A
E
A
Is
is
now
that
we're
addressing
this
is
that
we
look
as
a
next
item
to
be
addressed,
that
we
sit
down
and
we
reevaluate
the
ordinance
currently
in
place
for
these
leagues
that
include
the
contracts
that
everything's
going
up.
You
know,
especially
the
the
tools
and
items
that
you
all
utilize
to
keep
up
these
to
upkeep
these
fields.
So
I
mean
we're
going
to
talk
about
fees,
have
have
that
particular
section
where
we're
able
to
address
fees.
We're
able
to
address
the
recommendation
to
follow
up
with
the
recommendation
that
mr
lauren.
A
Aside
from
this
current
report
that
we're
receiving
on
the
maintenance
and
operations
of
the
fields
right.
A
G
B
H
A
We
raise
the
standard
to
be
here
and
if
you
can't
keep
this,
if
you
can't
get
to
that
standard,
then
you
have
no
business
in
conducting
creating
a
league
or
trying
to
do
something
or
you
know
that
we
raise
the
standard
and
then
the
standard
is
for
you
to
be
sure,
remove
the
parking.
B
2018
we
know
about
120
teams,
okay
from
louisiana
all
over
texas
right.
So
you
know
I
look
at
the
little
things
right
and
the
games
are
finished
right.
The
game's
finished
you
have
laredo
versus.
I
remember
exactly.
It
was
the
right
over
to
leander
all
right.
B
The
game
finished
right.
Loreto
got
their
bags,
put
everything
in
there
left
in
the
internet
leander
before
they
got
to
their
bags.
They
went
to
go
pick
a
ball
of
trash.
They
went
to
pick
up
all
the
trash
and
I
went
to
hotel
coach
appreciate
it,
but
we
got
a
simple
rule
and
then
what's
that
you
already
cleaner
than
when
we
got
it
here,
then
when
you
got
here,
that's
that's
my
biggest
pen
pee,
but
that
we
have-
and
you
know
up
here
and
right,
yeah.
A
Out
there:
well,
I
think,
that's
the
standard
and
yeah.
Maybe
we
won't
hear
the
music
here,
it's
going
to
be
across
the
hall,
but
on
the
other
side,
that's
going
to
be
the
standard,
and
I
think
that
you,
just
you
just
have
to.
B
H
B
You
next
time
or
if
so,
we
will
bring
you
once
we
meet
with
with
the
for
the
new
contract
and
we'll
show
it
to
you
all
to
see
what
the
leagues
have
to
do
and
what
we
got
to
do.
And
you
know
I
have
another
set
of
eyes,
so
we
can
make
sure
that
we
all
can
see
it
and
talk
to
your
board
members.
Council,
members
outside
hey,
yeah.
You
know
it's
time
to
it's
time
to.
A
B
Okay,
as
you
all
know,
it
looks
like
yeah
we're
moving
forward
with
the
with
the
sports
complex.
You
do
want
to
give
you
an
update.
Another
part.
B
No,
it's
all
turf,
oh
they're,
all
these
are
gonna,
be
turtle,
that's
one,
my
biggest,
that
was
my
biggest.
You
know
guys.
Whatever
we
do
here,
we
do
not
have
the
people
to
be
maintaining
all
these
ten
fields
and
positive.
You
have
people
coming
from
out
of
town
to
come,
plus.
Not
only
that-
and
I
told
them
if
you
want
to
bring
in
tourism
and
let's
compare
apples
with
our
apples
with
apples,
not
after
oranges,
eagle,
pass
corpus,
christi
has
altered
fields.
B
E
B
Football
like
football
rugby
and
then
even
in
san
antonio
and
I
told
the
designer,
even
in
san
antonio-
they
have
like
this
and
then
in
the
corner
right
here
and
the
corner
right
there.
They
have
a
baseball
infield,
so
little
kids
can
play
them
and
then
they
put
a
temporary
fencing
tool.
Now
it's
really
a
multi-purpose
reason
for
that.
So
right
now,
what
we're
looking
at,
which
is
the
32
million
that
got
passed,
is
for
phase
one
phase.
B
I
I
E
B
That's
correct
so
then
phase
two
phase,
two
and
the
white.
By
the
way
the
dental
pumps
are
existing
pawns.
Are
there
right
now
phase
two
is
another
clover:
five
sister
fields
and
two
pods
okay
and
just
recently,
just
on
monday,
the
kimberly
horn
got
got
the
new
bid
for
the
water
park
for
the
water
park.
That's
going
to
be
there
now
yeah.
Now,
when.
B
You
know
something:
it's
not
council
wants
to
affordable,
it's
something
that
hey.
I
can
go,
take
my
family
for
eight
dollars
or
ten
dollars
and
it's
something
reasonable,
but
at
the
same
time
people
that
come
play
here,
while
they're
waiting
they
can
go
play
and
they
can
do
the
the
splash
pad
or
the
that
waterpark
will
be
done.
After
all,
this
is
complete.
This
is
first
phase
one
phase,
one
and
two.
This
one
is
two
clovers
and
one
pot
all
right
phase.
Two
is
yeah
time
wise
this
and
the
equations.
B
A
A
And
coach,
if
I
can
interject
real
quick,
I
know
that
both
coach
and
I
were
on
the
selection
committee
for
oh,
yes,
for
the
water
park
and
and
the
bidders
you
know
were
all
qualified,
but
the
selected
bidder
for
that
was
very
qualified
because
they
were
building
water
parks
all
over.
So
the
idea
that
that
we
suggested
is
that
they
have
that
they
include
something
about
the
city
that
will
identify
that
water
park
to
us
and
that
to
make
it
affordable
and
a
good
size
for
them.
B
B
B
We
thought
about
that.
We
thought
about
that,
but
it's
kind
of
this
is
kind
of.
I
don't
want
it
on
its
own.
This
is
a
total.
You
know
who
knows
who
runs
the
water
park
and
how
to
bring
it
most
of
the
time.
Most
of
the
time.
The
studies
that
we
did
when
this
is
run
by
many
by
municipalities
by
the
cities,
it
doesn't
work,
you
lose
money
when
it's
run
by
somebody
who
knows
how
to
run.
You
know
how
to
bring
in
you
know,
that's
when
you
make
some
money.
B
I'm
also
gonna,
let
you
know
that
in
making
calls
to
other
cities-
okay
and
making
calls
to
other
cities
that
have
sports
complexes.
I
think
we
called
at
least
gloria
did
the
calling.
I
think
we
did
about
eight
to
ten
cities
period,
that
we
call
air
force
complex,
and
none
of
them
are
run
by
a
management
company,
or
only
one
right
in
texas,.
B
A
B
B
And
I
I'm
gonna
the
only
city
that
I
know
that
has
that
hybrid
that
has
cbb
with
sports
tourism
is
round
rock
okay
ram
rock
has
a
division
or
department
that
does
cbb
with
people
that
know
sports
and
they
kind
of
report
to
both
cbp
and
the
county
report,
both
to
parks
and
rec,
but
that
only
you
got.
You
got
a
guy.
A
A
A
A
B
I
can
call
three
youtube:
wanna,
say
super
series
and
nations,
you
call
those
guys
right
off
the
bat,
hey
look
what
I
have
in
a
heartbeat.
You
have
people
lined
up
for
these
tournaments
every
weekend
from
friday
night
to
sunday
night
and
it's
going
to
be
packed
with
kids
and
then
hotels,
restaurants,
everything
come
with
it,
you
have
the
contacts
correct
and
you
have,
and
you
know
who
to.
A
B
All
knowing
that
yeah-
and
I
think,
and
I
think
it's
gonna
come
back
in
the
agenda
on-
might
be
coming
in
two
weeks
from
now,
and
you
know
you're
all
more
than
well
welcome
to
come
in
or
and
talk
about
that
because.
G
G
B
B
Over
and
over
again
is
when
you
build
something,
because
I
and
I
get
my
peers,
it's
all
about
money,
they
want
to
save
money
and
they
want
to
cut
the
cost.
You
know
where
they
want
to
cut
the
cost
they're
going
to
cut
the
costs
on
the
fields,
and
I
told
them
you
build
from
the
inside
out.
There's
two
things:
you
don't
negotiate
in
the
field
and
the
lights
nobody's
going
to
come
because.
B
H
A
A
B
Like,
for
example,
I'm
just
going
to
kind
of
throw
this
up,
but
you
know
what
we
got
to
build
it
because
we
got
to
build
a
concession
stands
here
here.
You
know
those
things
get
expensive.
You
know
what
build
an
area
for
food
trucks,
whoever
determines
the
food
trucks
now
yeah
put
that
money
in
the
consensus
and
into
the
field.
B
Yeah
yeah
we'll
get
the
food
trucks,
everybody.
You
know
you
got
your
vendors
lined
up.
You
got
an
aerial
park
event
for
concessions,
I'm
sorry
for
food
trucks
and
hey
that
money
that
we
have
to
spend,
of
course
put
rescues
up.
But
don't
don't
don't
put
all
these
big
old
concession
stands,
but
we
can
use
that
money
bring
in
food
trucks
from
here
and
let.
D
I
B
H
B
This
year
was
awesome,
that's
what
they're
gonna
build
here.
This
is
phase
three,
that's
phase
three.
How
big
is
it
gonna
be?
Doesn't
look
too
big?
No,
I
don't
know
but
you're
looking
about
when,
when
I
saw
this
kind
of
the
sketch
you're
looking
about,
I
think
it
said
10
to
12
basket.
Volleyball
courts
that
you
can
convert
into
you
know
10
12
courses.
You
can
go
this
way
and
then
you
can
break
rocks.
Has.
C
I
G
B
G
H
D
G
B
So
I
said:
okay
wait,
a
minute
we're
kind
of
shooting
ourselves
on
the
floor,
because
if
you
do,
that
means
that
only
kids,
12
and
under
can
play
here.
Okay,
oh
bro.
We
can't
build
10
high
school
fields
because
that's
a
lot
of
money
on
turf.
Okay,
so
I
knew
made
them
understand
that,
let's
make
because
remember,
I.
B
H
B
B
B
G
B
That
way,
now
we
can
bring
them
over
here
and
another
thing.
This
is
just
if
the
tech
will
stay
they
want
to
bring.
They
want
to
do
their
spring
training
here
and
bring
three
other
teams
to
come
to
the
spring
training
here
and
do
spring
training
here
and
then
among
themselves.
They
start
in
those
four
fields.
Two
and
two:
that's
all
there
is
they're
like
practically
and
then
have
an
exhibition
game
when
they're
gonna
have
a
big
exhibition
game
to
go
to
united
trade,
but
they'll
have
their
own
practices,
their
practices.
Here,
there's.
G
H
B
A
B
Yeah
it's
32
million
for
phase
one.
I
don't
know
how
much
space
two
is
going
to
be
because
by
that
time,
price
will
double.
A
B
H
G
B
Then
the
logo
of
this
is
kind
of
the
main
level
inspired
by
kuala
lumpur.
As
you
see
all
over
the
rail.
I
love.
B
This
is
just
the
brand
you
know,
kind
of
kind
of
we
want
to
put
on
just
a
cabinet,
nothing
else
who
made
that
this
is
so
there's
a
gentleman.
B
Three
three
left
brian,
so
pretty
good.
Please.
H
B
A
That's
the
logo
that
we
don't
want
that
very
good.
They
suggested
rick
the
tree,
but
they'd
cut.
It
was
cut
off.
B
B
I
A
I
know
we
already
suggested
one,
which
is
very
important,
so
it's
important
that
we
have
quorum
not
saying
without
us
coming
in
yet,
but
you
know
whoever
can
be
here
so
we're
able
to
get
that
process
started
and-
and
I
think
that
ultimately,
we
want
to
meet
with
well
the
park
staff,
so
we're
able
to
give
a
recommendation
in
support
so
we're
able
to
then
forward
it
to
our
council
members-
and
you
know
let
them
know
hey
this
is
you
know
this
is
what
we
want
to
see
in
place,
the
security
being
the
the
priority
moving
forward
and
then
the
reevaluating
of
the
fees
and
all
of
that
stuff.
A
So
that
the
item
will
read
discussion
possible
action
on
the.
A
Of
the
contract
for
leagues
and
city
ordinance
currently
in
place
any
other
items
or
suggestions
for
items,
one
thing.
C
I
would
like
to
put
on
there
is.
I
know
that,
like
it's
like
autism
awareness,
and
that
is
there
any
fields
that
we
can
look
into
to
see
what
the
cost
would
be
to
do
like
a
handicapped
field
like
a
miracle.
B
F
Councilman
had
asked
for
an
ada
park
at
north
central
park.
He
wanted
to
put
all
his
money
into
that,
and
so
he's
invested
quite
a
lot.
We
also
had
a
large
sponsor
peto
gutierrez
who
came
in
with
300
thousand
dollars
in
cash
and
so
between
the
councilman's
funds
park,
improvement
fees
for
district
6,
as
well
as
a
donation.
F
The
project
is
going
to
come
in
at
about
a
million
dollars,
and
so
it
is
a
large
ada
park.
It's
got
a
huge
playground.
A
swing
set
sensory
equipment.
It's
going
to
be
on
poor
in
place.
F
The
design
shape
of
that
is
a
salamander
which
is
known
to
be
very
they
adapt,
and
so
that
is
the
root
of
what
inclusion
is.
Is.
F
Park
is
going
to
be
directly
south
of
the
trail
head
at
north
central
there's
that
beach.
F
F
And
so
the
parking
lot
has
already
gone
in
we're
working
on
irrigation,
I'll,
put
working
on
the.
F
We're
working
on
the
meter
irrigation
and
it's
going
to
be
in
phases.
You
know
that
thing
was
large
and
so
we're
putting
in
about
half
of
the
phases
right
now.
A
E
A
So
requesting
a
mr
martinez
requesting
a
action
item
on
status.
So
for
you
I'd
like
to
see
that
oh
look,
it
would
already
be
next
month,
but
I
I'd
like
to
suggest
that
the
a
proclamation
july
is
national
park
for
months
every
time
every
every
year
it's
held
a
beautifully
nice
ceremony
here
in
city
hall,
but
you
want
to
promote
your
parks.
I
think
you
know
the
white
when
the
president.
A
Doesn't
it
doesn't
do
it
at
the
white
house,
so
we
should
throw
ideas
out
there,
maybe
through
an
email
when
next
month
that
it
celebrated
in
what
park.
It
should
be
that
the
ceremony
that
a
ceremony
be
done
at
a
park.
C
A
By
independence,
hills
or
independent
park,
there's
still
a
lot
of
people
there's
a
little
pond
back.
There
there's
still
a
lot
of
people
that
don't
know
about
it,
but
up
to
you
all
and
let's
discuss
that,
maybe
through
an
email
or
maybe
if
y'all
have
an
idea
something
you
want
to
suggest
where
the
city
can
follow
the
that's.
G
I
D
H
E
E
B
Yeah
and
just
an
fyi
on
that,
I
think
I
came
up
with
a
good
idea.
Normally
for
for
parks,
parks
and
rec
month,
we
always
go
to
a
different
park
in
every
district
and
show
movies
in
the
park.
Show
a
movie.
You
know
play
games,
which
is
good.
I
mean
there's
nothing
wrong
with
that,
but
this
is
a
what
anniversary
is
this?
The.
F
An
rpa
has
selected
is
to
recognize
the
parks
administration
for
providing
the
community
with
all
the
parks
and
areas
of
recreation
that
give
to
the
community.
B
In
other
words,
let's,
let's
improve
the
parts
that
we
have:
okay,
you're
gonna
cover
the
part,
but
let's
improve
and
let's
beautify
him
yeah
all
right.
So,
instead
of
instead
of
having
these
movies
in
the
park
that
we
would
celebrate,
is
we
pick
we
pick
a
park.
We
invite
the
community
that
belongs
to
that
district
to
go
beautify.
You
know,
let's
go
clean
up,
yeah,
let's
get
rocks
and
paint.
Do
some
arts,
you
know
fight
some
rocks
and
beautify.
G
B
Something
we'll
hopefully
cut
out
of
mentalism
because
that's
foreign,
but
I
think
we
need
to
take
ownership
and
something
that
their
own
parks
that
so
that's.
J
G
C
C
A
A
A
C
F
C
And
I
know
that
I'm
I'm
putting
my
marketing
head
on
this.
Why
don't
we
do
a
promotion
like
you
name
which
park
we
need
to
go
fix
up
like
let
the
public
put
some
money
into
it,
where
it's
like,
hey,
you
recommended
seven
flag
or
whatever
the
one
there
by
jc
martin
was
because
yeah
the
neighborhood
is
putting
money
into
it.
They're
saying
that's
the
part
that
needs
to
get.
A
My
my
next
item,
the
longest
alliance.
My
recommendation
for
the
next
item
is
that
we
we
get
a
report
on
on
the
total
cost
of
vandalism
because
it's
gone
up,
but
also
that
a
psa
be
done
by
the
city,
in
collaboration
with
the
parks
department,
to
clean
up
beautify
and
and
vandalism
in
parks.
But
you
know
and
not
against
anybody
currently
in
office,
but
it
should
be
coming
from
people
in
the
community
that
are
going
to
be
out
there
setting
their
parks,
whether
it
be
you
know
whether
it
be.
A
I
don't
know
the
star
player
on
the
alexander
basketball
team,
whether
it
be
from
different
folks
with
different
face
people
that
you
know
that
they
know
the
head
cheerleader
from
nixon
high
school
and
the
you
know.
I
don't
know
like
different
folks
that
the
city
can
relate
to
to
be
promoting
these
types
of
things,
and
then
you
can
throw
it
in
there
to
beautify
these
parts
as
well.
Yeah.
C
Yeah,
I
know
like
I
passed
by
the
the
parking,
the
the
one
there
on
market.
That's
probably
that
part
could
we
do
that
and
you
always
see
when
I'm
heading
to
work
at
7
30
and
you
always
see
the
same
people
walking
at
the
same
time.
It's
like
those
are
the
faces
that
you
need,
because
they're
always
out
here
every
day
like
every
day.
B
I
I
I
A
H
A
Texans
for
mountain
lions
and
it
sounds
funny,
but
actually
lions,
trees,
landlines
are
species
of
webb
county,
there's
a
few
of
them
here
and
they
are
endangered
and
then
they're
currently
not
protected
in
the
state
of
texas.
So
I
wanted
to
see.
I
know
I
wanted
to
bring
it
up
to
the
board
and.
A
I
A
What
I'm
saying
it's
a
it's
a
big
factor
because
their
meal
is,
is
a
white
white
tail
yeah.
So
that's
the
conversation
that
I
had
with
with
them,
but
they
wanted
to
make
some
presents
here
they
reached
out
to
us
and
then
the
board
can
take
any
decision,
but
it's
just
so.
We
are
able
to
send
a
letter
of
commitment
of
some
sort
to
council
and
then,
like
I
said,
maybe
we
didn't
even
have
to
reach
the
council.
It
could
be
discussed
here,
be
voted
on
or
against
on
against,
but
it's
I.
