P.M
we're
meeting
here
at
the
for
the
parts
and
Leisure
Services
advisory
committee.
Here
at
City,
Hall.
B
B
D
A
B
15Th
meeting
2023
approved
I'd
like
to
also
jump
into
some
of
the
comments.
If.
A
Number
five
Communications
and
announcements
here
with
us
is
Park
staff
and
Mr.
E
F
Thank
you
for
being
here
taking
time
out
of
your
busy
schedule
to
come
to
this
meetings.
F
Know
I
want
to
just
make
sure
we
make
sure
we
all
you.
H
H
With
your
own
feedback
with
all
of
yours,
I
know
one.
H
And
negative
well.
C
H
Guidelines
that
we
found
okay,
so
you.
C
F
Then
myself,
foreign.
F
H
F
E
H
H
With
it
once
we
and
then
after
that,
Tommy
and
Anita
will
start
taking
it.
F
Over
from
there,
okay,
so
when
we
want
to
move
on
to
the
next.
B
One
yes,
so
we'll
move
on
to
Willis
Point
bullet
point:
seven,
which
is
Staff
reports
and
yeah
coach
you're.
B
Then
so
we
can,
we
can
discuss
bullet
point
six
after
we've,
we've
gone
through
the
step
before.
F
F
F
We
hired
those
two.
If
everybody
we
get
everybody
else
on
over.
F
F
Like
she
has
a
checkbook
and
if
she
says
we're
about
you
know
we're.
H
C
I
C
H
And
our
Recreation
events
I'm,
not
amazing
regulations
who
pretended
a.
H
C
K
C
C
F
Centers
I
appreciate
your
order,
familiar
with
the
first
further
started,
which
is
in
district
one.
Then
we
have
ddhr,
which.
H
Three:
we
move
up
a
little
bit.
H
F
H
Rec
Center,
which
is
just
in
District
Seven
and
then.
H
Gym
where
we
provided
in
with
a
bull
that
has
been
used
and
has
been
used
in
I.
F
Know,
there's
always
a
question
you
have
to
put
it
on
rec
centers.
H
Over
there
in
the
north,
mainly
on
it's
mainly
because
of
funding
a
lot
of
these
rec
centers
that
are
being
built,
they
get
because
of
CBG
money,
CBG
cbgd.
F
What
on
Direct
the
other
side?
Also,
we
have
Aquatics,
we
have
six
pools.
C
H
F
H
C
F
No
one
or
else
was
the
world:
let's
put
a
bench,
let's
put
swings,
you
know,
and
let's
put
your
typical
limits,
come
with
a
lot
of
experience
and
you
work
in
Austin
said
you
know
what
this
part
I
think
is
suited
to
put
these
kind
of
amenities
and
then
she'll
come
around
and
draw
the
plans
for
that
part.
Okay
and.
F
She's
also
working
with
we're,
building
and
planning,
and
she
attends.
F
H
The
park
that's
a
mile
and
a
half
away,
the
room
is
about
and
a
half
away
from
the
from
that
subdivision.
H
Okay,
that.
H
Correct
anything,
correct
we're
a
little
bit
behind
on
that
McAllen.
F
That
money
into
a
more
bigger
Park,
Independence
Hills
Slaughter
North
Central
Park
further
manageable.
To
put
that
money
into.
F
H
Operation
Mr.
D
A
F
F
H
C
F
H
F
The
united
in
the
real
world-
but
you
know
I'd
like
to
get
at
least
15
to
20
more
employees
to
help
remove
help.
M
F
G
A
F
H
I
I
O
O
N
H
C
H
F
H
H
H
It
was
before
then.
A
B
Evaluating
that
to
to
having
not
only
recommending
that
you
know
those
positions,
how
you're
saying
it's:
one
maintenance
worker
for
every
20
acres
that
you
have
maybe
right
something
maybe
put
in.
B
F
H
F
O
C
I
We
actually,
we
have
what
a
company
that
does
eight.
N
F
E
B
E
K
M
K
K
K
H
Yeah,
okay,
so
also.
C
As
well
athletic
sports
and
meets
that
we've
just
about
to
hire
an.
H
Athletic
superintendent,
thank
goodness
he
will
be,
he
will
be
if
he
accepts
he
will
come
with
a
lot
of
experience.
We'll
recommend
you
from
Tammy
you.
F
F
H
F
It's
everybody's
so
right
now,
as
we
speak
other
than
maybe
one
league
is
already
cleared
to
one
of
the
biggest
pushbacks
in.
H
Ready
to
go
so
the
needs
is
a
this.
H
F
This
this
gentleman
here
with
Harvest
that
he
will
coordinate
between
the
leagues
and
and
believe
that
I
go
between
the
leagues
and
the
city.
And
then,
after
that,
we'll
report
to
Tommy
and
then
I
will
end
up
with
the
funnel.
But
so.
F
K
H
Know
rental.
H
C
K
L
I
I
F
F
C
Down
there
are
two
superintendents,
the
part
superintendent.
C
H
And,
and
and
out
of
the
field
and.
F
Prizes,
we
don't
have
the
big
projects,
for
example,
replacing
playgrounds.
C
E
Have
a
crew
just
specifically
for
landscape
and.
E
B
H
H
F
H
H
They
work
as
far
as
go
to
the
parks.
We
have
a
big
tree
planning.
H
F
F
Was
the
one
that
was
in
the
committee?
We
have
what
they
put.
H
Different
topic
all
right,
but
the
management
company
will
help
us
alleviate.
I,
have
Tuesday
right
now,
I'm
going
to
trade
parts
Crews
that
knows
about
fields.
H
B
A
B
Be
upkeeping
the
the
sports.
E
H
E
And
then
I
myself,
I.
F
F
F
H
I
H
D
Coach
real
quick
I
know
you
got
a
book
going
back
to
that
one
person
for
every
20
acres
right
where.
G
C
F
H
C
A
B
I
B
When
we're
addressing
that
and
you.
I
F
F
H
I
F
H
H
I
F
G
One
of
the
things
that
I
don't
know
is:
there's
companies
that
specialize
in
fields
that
they
can
come
down
and
kind
of
train
the
maintenance
guys
like
hey.
This
is
how
maybe
bring
some
of
those
in
there.
So
that
way
they
meet.
Some
of
the
guys
will
pick
it
up
because
it's
different
like
if
you
watch
a.
L
It's
totally,
let
me
add
to
that.
There's
also
trainings
clinics
that
they
put
on
in
San
Antonio
I've
personally
been
to
some.
F
Oh
I
know
that
our
staff
from
the
city
have
been
there
because
I
was
working
for
another
entity
when
I
was
there
and
City
personnel
was
there
so
we'll
make
efforts
to
send
Key
Personnel
to
those
events,
I
think
what
you
mentioned
right
now
is
bringing
them
down
to
Laredo
I.
L
F
G
A
They're
hosted
by
and
I
know
that
they
might
have
some
of
their
requirements
and,
and
some
of
them
might
be
so
strict
to
having
well
so
you
know.
B
E
These
these
folks.
E
J
B
E
Like
hey,
you
want
these
people
to
come
in
here.
We
need
to
have
Chris
Christmas,
clean
Fields.
C
F
G
L
F
F
Olympics
and
the
city
when
we
do
that
I'm
part
of
that
board
as
well,
and
we
do
that
jointly
all
the
time.
It's
all
the.
K
L
K
J
F
L
There,
like
one
sports
reporter,
because
the
other
one
just
left,
so
they.
O
G
And
speaking
of
Border,
Olympics
and
stuff
I
think
it'd
be
good
to
advertise,
because
I
know
that
we
scheduled
a
training
at
work
and
I
think
it
was
when
borer
Olympics
was
in
the
beginning
of
December
and
I.
Guess
it
was
a
basketball
like
border
event,
basketball,
basketball
and
the
thing
is
it's
great
because
you
go
to
La
Posada
and
it's
filled
and
I'm
like
what's
happening
in
a
lot
of
the
board.
Members
were
asking
us
what's
going
on
and
and
I
just
think
that
if
we
publicize
it
more
or
like.
G
K
J
A
M
A
And
we
have
bullet
point
two
under
staff
reports
who
have
status
on
the
main
pitch
system.
F
There's
a
little
area
part
there
there's
some
tennis
courts,
there's
some
racquetball
courts,
some
benches,
an
open
area
that
we
consider
a
soccer
field,
slash
multi-purpose
field,
so
in
that
area
there's
also
a
playground
set
and
a
basketball
court
in
that
area.
It.
F
A
big
impact
on
this.
He
decided
that
he
was
going
to
Build
A
New
Path.
These
people
came
in
hey,
they
approached
us
and
they
said.
Can
we
look
at
some
underused
basketball
courts
that
you
guys
have
Outdoors
that
are
not
being
used
so
much
and
we
would
like
to
build
one
of
these
mini.
F
F
I
guess
pitch
for
lack
of
a
better
word
like
it
says,
they're
a
mini
pitch.
It's
a
soccer
ring
to
play
soccer
on
a
hard
surface
and
they
were
looking
for
one
around
the
city.
We
suggested
some
different
areas:
councilman.
L
F
F
F
F
What
what
was
decided
to
be
built
is
a
50-foot
plane,
surface
50
foot
by
104
foot
playing
surface.
So
what
we're
going
to
need
to
do
is
we're
going
to
need
to
build
an
apron
around
it.
So
all
of
this
stuff
can
be
in
place
on
the
concrete
pad,
so
we're
going
to
build
a
pad
of
60
feet
by
115
feet
on
that
pad.
All
of
this
is
going
to
fit
in
there
they're
going
to
do
all
of
this
extra
thing.
F
The
only
thing
that
they're
requiring
us
to
do
is
just
the
pat,
so
the
city
is
going
to
build
the
pad
they're
going
to
come
in
they're
going
to
surface
all
of
this
they're
going
to
add
all
of
this
ratings
on
the
side,
they're
going
to
add
lights,
muscle
lighting,
which
is
the
best.
There
is
right
now.
M
You
just
did
one
too,
with
muscle
leggings
right
somewhere.
Yes,.
C
K
F
Guys,
the
radio
Heat
this
building,
there's
over
there
off
the
loop
I
know
that
and
I
saw
those
lights
go
up.
Muscle
lighting
went
up
there.
The
other
place
that
we
just
installed
muscle
Lighting
in
is
that
Divine
Mercy
at
the
flag
football
fields
that
are
out
there,
map
outline
of
the
park.
I
don't,
but
we
can
take
a
look
at
it
right
now.
Chris,
if
you
can
help
us.
O
They
thinking
of
putting
a
roof
as
well
or
no.
No,
we
haven't
talked
about
a
roof
at
all,
sir.
O
J
Well
again,
since
it
is
a
donation,
we
haven't
really
talked
about
it.
F
But
it's
something
that
we
can
certainly
look
into
and
and
then
at
that
time
we
can
exclude
the
lighting
underneath
the
the
the
roof
in
the
package.
Hopefully
it'll
get
donated
okay.
So
this
is
the
area
that
we're
talking
about
right
here.
F
This
area
right
here
so
I
need
to
figure
out
whether
it's
going
to
be
in
this
thing
that,
like
in
this
like
just
right
in
the
center
or
we're
going
to
try
to
push
it
because
the
goal
actually
at
the
beginning
was
to
build
too
many
pitches
together,
and
so
the
U.S
soccer
Foundation
didn't
really
go
for
that.
So
they
did
say
We'll
build
one.
F
L
F
So
the
parking
yeah
right-
okay,
so
the
parking
is
going
to
be.
We
are
trying
to
use
some
of
this
area
here.
To
use
it
as
an
angle.
Parking
going,
West
right,
that's
headed
west
can.
D
J
F
Now,
with
the
with
the
safety
issues,
the
way
they
are
during
school
yeah,
everything
is
slowed
down
and
we
all
understand
that
after
school,
you
know,
we
haven't
approached
the
city,
the
the
district
on
that,
but
maybe
we
can
approach
the
school
district
on
using
some
of
that
parking,
because
if
you
zoom
this
way
a
little
bit
Chris,
please
originally
the
parking
lots.
F
F
F
C
F
J
M
D
L
D
O
C
C
K
L
F
L
C
C
F
J
F
F
F
A
L
K
F
We
met
with
them,
ISD
and,
and
their
goal
was.
F
Is
a
big
traffic
area?
Their
concern
was
safety
in
in
this
area.
So
that's
why
they
called
it
us
into
the
meeting
coach
woman
said
myself
went
into
the
meeting,
so
there
are
some
plans
right
now
to
add
to
make
sure
security
from
LASD.
They
even
talked
about
building
a
substation.
They
said
that
there
was
a
substation
here
at
one
point:
I,
don't
remember
a
substation
in
this
area.
F
N
F
It
would
be
really
really
nice
and
and
I
know
that
people
are
going
to
be
really
excited
about
it.
But
again
there
are
plans
to
do
to
help
with
the
parking
and
with
the
security
they.
We
talked
about
cameras,
cameras,
security,
cameras
being
there
as
well
and
better
lighting.
So
when
that
comes
come
to
more
things,
let
me
tell
you
a
little
further
about
portrait.
He.
C
K
G
F
Anymore,
that
that's
right,
because
once
this
it
wasn't
dedicated
I
want
just
until
after
his
accident
right
and
we're
going
back
to
quarter
truck
when.
H
L
C
A
F
J
J
C
Just
have
little
benches.
F
F
It
looks
to
be
the
same
concept,
however.
I
know
that
this
is
a
hard
surface
and
over
there
they're
playing
on
Turbo
too.
It's
a
turtle
and
there's
one
on
Clark,
no,
not
Clark,
Carlton
I'm
from
Colton
there's
one
that
has
a
netting
all
the
way
around
it
as
well.
C
F
A
So
anything
else
regarding
the
status
on
the
mini
Peach
system,
good
job.
Thank
you
again
appreciate
it.
Thank
you.
Thank
you.
Status
report
of
the
Ada
park
at
North,
Central,
Park
and
I
know
that
this
is
something.
N
Started
in
2020
one
started
with
a
donation:
the
donor
was
purple
Robert
Gutierrez
owner
of
armadillo.
He
came
in
with
300
000
for
this
project.
This
project
is
a
total
of
about
1.1
million
dollars,
playground
alone,
which
is
right
here.
It
was
500
and
just
under
550
000..
The
turf
was
about
200
000,
the
floors
the
foreign
face.
So
this
is
an
extremely
expensive
project.
This
is
the
first
one
that
we've
got
not
that
has
Ada.
We've
got
other
parks
that
have
Ada
equipment.
This
is
the
first
one
that
is
fully
Ada
and
all-inclusive.
N
Is
another
increase
the
cost?
So
if
you,
what
we're
able
to
do
first
of
all,
if
you'll
notice,
this
is
a
settlement.
N
C
N
That
is
life,
and
so
that
is
the
reason
for
the
design.
These
are
the
swings
these.
This
is
shade
over
the
various
amenities.
There's
a
playground
here,
there's
another
system,
two
other
systems
here
for
children
to
play.
Then
in
these
areas
here
this
is
going
to
be
phase
two.
This
is
partly
Incorporated.
This
is
the
entrance
to
one
of
the
entrances
one
here
and
one
over
here
when
we
get
to
that
portion.
C
N
N
D
M
Area,
that's
the
area,
that's
already
been
cleaned.
N
N
N
We
don't
have
speakers,
so
this
is
this
little
bit
of
you
know
wanted
to
share
with
you.
These
elements
are
not
done
yet.
Obviously,
you've
got
the
nature
cap,
the
dunes
and
you
know,
an
area
where
they're
going
to
walk.
This
is
the
this.
Is
the
Ridge
area,
the
portion
that
they
have
so
these
are
some.
These
were
some
options
that
we've
got
this.
These
aren't
solid,
but
this
is
kind
of
the
thought
process
that
went
into
the
design
of
the
part.
N
C
A
B
B
B
B
G
N
I
know
that
coach
mentioned
it
last
meeting.
This
is
what
we're
definitely
implementing
a
lot
more
of.
He
mentioned
that
we
were
implementing
another
division
within
our
department,
which
is
special
needs,
and
so
we're
working
on
hiring,
creating
the
position
of
a
coordinator
of
special
needs
coordinator
and
incorporating
a
lot
more
special
events
that
are
for
a
special
needs,
and
the
interesting
thing
is,
you
can't
have
the
same
type
of
special
event,
all
right.
Somebody's
autistic
and.
C
E
To
teach
and
if
I
can
add,
because
the
autism
committee
for
the
city
made
a
good
presentation
at
last
council
meeting
with
their
pushing
on
on
having
not
only
these
types
of
amenities
available
but
services,
so
families
don't
have
to
leave
sometimes
so
so
there
are
not
committee,
there's
already
an
assigned
committee
designated
for
that
and
and
and
what
I've
seen
is
that
it's
individuals
that
know
directly
how
to
add
how
to
address
the
needs
of
autistic
individuals.
N
Started
during
the
year
of
covid
and
then
there
was
issues
the
contractor.
This
playground
was
purchased
complete
from
Craftsman,
so
they
had
the
subcontractor
had
issues
with
employees
staff.
You
know
to
install
it,
and
so
we
had
definite
issues
with
Supply
team.
So
can
you
put
that
in
me?
Is.
C
N
You
that
is
the
that
is
the.
This
is
the
concept
this
is
where
they
Incorporated
the
first.
C
N
Entry
is
so
what
took
us
once
the
playground
was
complete.
We
did
a
walk
through.
We
asked
risk
to
do
a
walk
through
with
us
and
Chris
made
some
recommendations,
and
so
then
the
last
step
was
what
are
we
going
to
name
this
park?
So
we
had
a
transition
between
council
members,
and
so
he
didn't
want
to
make
the
decision
as
he
was
going
out
and
he
left
it
up
to
Dr,
King
and
so
I
think
it
was
a
collaboration,
but
this
is
what
was
decided.
So
this
is
the
name
of
the
park.
N
N
H
N
Bill
Hunter
is
his
son-in-law.
N
So
I
wanted
to
let
you
all
know
we
are
having
our
ribbon
cutting
ceremony
on
the
15th
next
Wednesday
we're
doing
it
on
that
date,
because
now
that
it's
been
built,
we've
adhered
to
all
the
recommendations
at
our
risk,
Department
stated
recommended
to
us
we're
ready
to
open.
We
just
needed
to
get
the
plaque
done.
The
plaque
is
going
to
take
us
four
to
six
weeks.
N
E
N
Was
that
was
exactly
the
thought
process,
so
our
opening
is
Wednesday
morning
10
o'clock.
These
are
Central
Park
at
the
trailhead
next
to
the
transit.
F
C
N
C
L
D
G
C
C
K
L
F
That
yeah.
N
Go
ahead
very
good,
it
was
extremely
successful.
There
was
a
lot
of
people
wear
a
lot
of
smiles.
People
were
stopping
to
ask.
So
how
much
do
we?
How
much
you
know?
Where
can
we
pay
because
they
saw
the
line?
What
they
were,
what
they
were
doing
was
asking
people
for
bracelets
because
asking
people
to
get
the
bracelet,
because
that
means
that
they
were
signing
a
waiver
because
we
had
archery,
we
had
paddle
boats,
we
had
the
fishing
so.
C
N
N
N
This
was
a
fabulous
event.
The
smiles
on
the
faces,
the
kids
were
in
your
scooters
because
they
had
to
park
at
North
at
independent
Independence
at
the
parking
lot
across
the
street
right
and
about
a
block
away,
but
it
was
really
cool.
The
way
it
was
laid
out
is
they
came
out
on
the
sidewalk
under
the
overpass
under
the
bridge
and
then
went
into
the
pond
area.
So
I
staff
did
a
fabulous
job.
Everything
was
extremely
organized
risk
was
there
risk
is
starting
to
come
to
all
our
events.
N
K
N
You
gotta
have
a
lot
of
the
experience,
but
the
train
was
a
huge
attraction
and
if
you've
never
walked
this
Trail.
This
Trail
is
amazing,
another
Jam
another
gym
in
our
city,
so
yeah
this
was
fabulous
event.
N
L
N
K
O
L
F
Kind
of
joined
them,
and
that
is
the
same
day
that
we're
doing
the
the
the
ribbon
cutting
at
the
Ada
Park
that
we
just
started.
F
That's
going
to
be
on
Wednesday
of
next
week
on
the
15th,
so
we
have
everything
planned.
The
ribbon
cutting
will
be
at
10
A.M.
The
Kite
Festival
will
start
at
12
noon
sharp
and
then
the
concert
around
six-ish
in
the
afternoon
somewhere
around
there.
Hopefully
everything
can
blend
in
and
we
can
keep
people
there
for
the
for
the
concert
in
the
park
that
that
that's
our.
C
A
B
E
B
Food
trips
up,
let
me
know
that
they're.
E
They're
able
to
be
included
now
they
like
that,
so
so
you
know
there
was
even
one
food
truck
in
particular
that
that
you
know
would
dedicate
their
whole
day
just
to
just
go.
Do
that
and
work
so.
L
F
O
E
They
know
that
the
Kite
Festival
brings
in
the
good
a
good,
a
good
chunk
of
folks.
L
C
J
N
Okay,
the
next
event
is
our
concert.
We're
having
this
as.
E
K
N
M
F
H
I
N
Go
into
the
other
one
real
quick:
it's
a
concert,
the
next,
the
next
April
29th
for
district.
Seven,
there
are
about
seven
to
ten.
We
like
to
keep
them
that
way
and
we
don't
have
the
music
yet
I
think
she
was
looking
at
countries
if
I'm
not
mistaken
a
country
or
Rock,
but
we'll
definitely
keep
everybody
posted.
F
So
those
are
the
two
concerts
that
we
have
scheduled
already.
I
know
that
we
have
some
some
other
ones
later
on
down
the
year,
but
these
are
the
more
the
ones
that
are
going
to
appear
on
our
schedule
quicker.
The
other
thing.
B
Is
a
concert
going
to?
Is
it
now
going
to
be
a
thing
rather
than
movies
that
the
park
used
to
be
done,
or
is
that
you
know
well.
N
C
E
N
And
so
it's
a
lot
of
work
to
put
a
movie
in
the
park
together.
If
we
did
it
in
conjunction
with
something
else,
then
yes,
but
to
do
just
a
movie
in
the
park.
We
went
to
second
dance
and
there
was
like
10
to
12
people
in
the.
C
F
L
J
F
M
F
F
A
A
N
C
N
Afternoon,
it's
it.
L
B
K
M
K
B
We're
moving
on
to
bullet
point
eight
and
that's
items.
D
D
K
M
M
Like
about
it,
the
young
kids,
Mary
Help,
wants
to
get
to
do
a
cleanup
too.
So
I
told
him
to
find
the
park
and
we'll.
K
Organize
something
like
that,
but
with
the
communication
with
Mary
Hill
about.
K
K
Know
what
coach.
F
Asked
you
know
if
this
was
I
remember
a
conversation
with
Coach
somewhere,
yes,
that
we
could
jointly
use
those
fields,
but
there
was
nothing,
but
it's
so
separately.
Thank
you.
He
talked
about
an.
A
I
N
C
B
F
A
Kind
of
go
out
and
see
that
way
for
the
next
term
that
we're
here
you're,
you
know
we're
making
more
better
educated
decisions.
How
about
how
about
we
build
an.
B
And
stuff,
but
maybe
getting
the
the
the.
N
We
talked
with
it
in
getting
another
system
so
that
we
can
really
bring
these
meetings
to
our
home,
which
is
the
Park's
office
on
piano.
And
so
we
have
to
purchase
a
whole
system
and
able
to
do
that
to
enable
online.
K
A
M
E
E
Is
for
the
requirement
because
I
know
it
wouldn't
be?
A
decision
of
this
board
probably
be
a.
A
Decision
of
the
council,
but
with
some
kind
of
recommendation
or
what
would
be
the
process.
E
Of
us
to
look
into
it
and
we
have
to
meet
with
some
of
the
HOA
Representatives
or
is
that.
N
We
actually
have
I
spoke
with
the
HOA
Miss
Martinez.
They
want
to
to
maintain
the
ownership
of
the
property
and
have
it
be
adjusted.
N
I
asked
if
it
was
possible
for
because
the
playground
is
damaged
right,
and
so
that
is
how
all
of
this
came
tonight,
and
so
I
asked
her
if
she
would
consider
deep
in
the
property
giving
us
a
warranty
deed
for
the
property
and
then
it
would
be
under
the
City
of
Laredo
Parks
Department,
and
she
said
that
their
HOA
bylaws
I,
don't
know
what
they're
called.
O
N
E
E
E
B
N
B
E
Any
other
ones
tell
me
that
you
would
like
to
discuss
for
next
for.
K
M
O
M
I
O
E
B
C
A
E
C
G
C
B
A
nomination
process,
and
then
and
then
we
take
it
from
there-
you
know
just
like
you
do
in
Awards,
just
you
do
in
in
recognitions
and
all
of
that
it
should
be,
though
it
should
be
the
way
so
I
think
that
the
best
approach
that
we
can
get
is
moving
forward
is.
C
You
know
it's
yeah.
M
E
Letter
or
some
kind
of
something
that
we
can
send.
