parking
spaces
locations,

Road,
zoned,
light
manufacturing

owned
that
property
since
we're
back

either
to

2016

and
they've
been
wanting
to
develop
it
into
a
gas
station.

had
originally
found
it
and
told
them
about

it

feel
like

really
good
corner
lesson
from

unless

go
down

the
hill

gas
station
if
you're
coming
from
the
north
headed
south
for
about
17
miles,
so
we're
just
thinking
that
that
would
add
to
the
city
of
Madison
and
it
would
be
a
very,
very
good
location
for
them
and
haven't
served
the
people
well
because
I
know
there's
a
lot
of
other
gas
stations
going
on
in
town,
but
that
traffic
flow
that's
out.
There
is
a
totally
different
traffic
flow
I
think
than
than
what's
being
utilized
at
the
other
locations
are.

tell

one
thing:
that's
going
to
help
us!
Do
that

way
it's
laid
out
and
for

trucks
to
have
the
radius
to
make
the
turn,
because
we're
actually
going
to
set
the
diesel
fuel
Islands
on
the
back
side
of
the
gas
station,
so
there's
only
so
much
ground
that
we
can
develop
back
there
because
we're
at
the
edge
of
the
wetlands.

when
you
start
getting
back
there,
that
turns
into
Wetlands
so,
and
we
cannot
disturb
that
right
so
with
the
turning
radius
and
the
area
that
we
need
just
to
get
the
trucks
in
we're
not
going
to
have
room
to
well.
First
of
all,
we
can't
backfill
that
area,
so
we're
not
going
to
have
room
to
be
able
to
encroach
onto
that.

that's
going
to
kind
of
you
know
you
may
see
a
guy
go
to
Madison,
Metals
or
someplace
like
that
and
stop
in
there
and
get
fuel
and
stop
for
a
few
hours
and
rest.
But
as
far
as
a
long
haul
parking
that
it's
not
going
to
happen,
we
just
don't
have
the
room
yeah.

They
went
through
the
DNR,
you
know
we've
already.
We
had
to
do
a
bat
study
and
there
were
so
many
things
that
we
had
to
do
to
make
sure
that
we
had
it
covered,
but
most
of
that's
been
done,
and
then
we've
got

civil
engineering
done
recently
and
it
just
timed
right
for
them
to
to
try
to
make
the
move
on
this
and
move
forward.
They're
private
owners
it
will
be
branded.

what
the
plan
is
right
now,
but
BP
is
just
a
brand
branded
through
a
job
or
you
know
they're
actually
physically
going
to
own
it
themselves.

we've
kind
of
done
all
the
legwork
and
since
they've
owned
it
since
16
or
17.
It's
given
us
the
time
to
kind
of
do
the
legwork
and
get
stuff
behind
us
right.
