and
is
seeking
to
change
the
zoning
classification
from

to
General

Road.

project
is
to
build
a
gas
station
and
we
already
went
through
a
conditional
use
permit
under
the
M1
Zone,
but
with
a
gas
station
and
having

conditional
use.
That
only
runs
two
years.
We
were
little
reluctant
of
that
because
it's
a
significant
investment
wanted
to
just
clean
up
the
conditional
use
and
go
for
the
general
business
where
a
gas
station
and
sea
story
restaurant
are
allowed.

that's
really.
What
we're
here
for
tonight
is
to
get
that
zone
and
you
have
the
concept
plan.

plan
commission
approving
certain
amendments
to
a
declaratory
resolution
approved
and
adopted
by
the
city
of
Madison,
Redevelopment
commission,
and
this
application.
Tony
steinhardt

of
Economic
Development,
has
requested
it
to
be
tabled,
as
there
are
other
documents
and
items
in
the
works
and
recommends
they
be
heard.
At
the
same
time
as
this
matter,
I
would
move
to
table
