financial
issues,

first
thing
I
want
to
mention
is
there
are
not
minutes
on
the
agenda,
because
this
is
an
organizational
meeting,
and
so

minutes
from
our
last
meeting
will
be
at
our
next
meetings
on
our
next
meetings
agenda.
So
there
are
no
minutes
today.

president,

wheeler

members
of
the
board,
as
I
think
you'll
recall,
we
made
some
administrative
changes
to
the
bylaws
last
year.
You
know,
I
think
my
understanding
is
that
since
we've
made
those
changes,
everything
seems
to
be
running
smoothly.
So
I
don't
think,
there's
you
know
any
reason
to
make
changes
unless
somebody
on
the
board
feels
that
upon
review,
something
in
the
bylaws
needs
to
be
changed.
Other
other
that'll
hand
it
over
to
you.

that's
the
approval
of
the
2021
calendar
for
regular
meetings
of
the
board
of
estimate
and
taxation.
That's
a
document
that
has
also

sent
out
and
provided
to
people
to
any.
Does
anybody

any
discussion
about
that.

just
want
to
make
a
couple
comments
on
the
calendar.
I
have
distributed
this
to
the
departments
that
are
listed
on
this
for
presentations
and
then
also
onenote.
Just
so
it's
discussed
here.
We
had
moved
our
december
meeting
december
2020
to
a
3
30
start
time,
and
so
I
repeated
that
for
the
2021
meeting.
But
I
don't
know
if
you
want
to
talk
that
over.

we
got
a
motion
in
a
second
now.
The
point
that
mr
hoppy
made
about
the
the
change
that
we
did
this
past
year
is
that
do
we
need
to
have
any
further
discussion
on
that?
It
seemed
to
me
just
from
my
own
perspective,
that
it
seemed
to
move
things
along
quite
nicely,
and
I
I
was
I
was
grateful
and
I
hope
it
worked
well
for
for
the
people
on
the
council
too.

any
reason
that
we
have
to
couple
the
meeting
of
the
city
council
with
the
meeting
of
the
board
of
estimate
and
so
just
to
make
everybody
his
life
easier,
especially
the
council
president
or
other
council
members
who
are
trying
to
do
some
business
in
between
the
the
break
of
the
city
council
meeting.
It
just
seemed
better
for
everybody
to
just
move
it
early,
get
it
done,
and
let
you
guys
focus
on
the
things
that
you
guys
need
to
do
so
I
would
hope
that
we
would
continue
to
do
that.

resolution
that
authorizes
the
issuance
and
sale
of
assessment
bonds
for
street
improvements
in
the
plymouth
avenue
north.
