A
No,
I
I
appreciate
the
interruption
chair
perry
because
I
wanted
to
give
board
member
hutchins
an
opportunity
to
vote
on
the
minutes
if
he
so
chose.
Since
he
just
joined
us.
A
I'm
sorry,
that's
that
was
abstain.
A
I
yes,
okay,
in
that
case,
thank
you.
It
is
eight
years
and
one
abstention.
E
Chair
perry,
members
of
the
board,
there
are
two
communications
this
evening,
one
of
which
is
just
an
update
on
an
appeal
of
the
decision
of
the
board
of
adjustment
at
4816
upton
avenue.
South
there
was
the
side
yard
related
to
a
home
that
was
originally
in
for
a
building
permit.
It
ended
up
being
torn
almost
completely
down
the
board
denied
that
variance
and
the
biz
committee
upheld
the
board's
decision
and
denied
the
appeal
and
then
related
or,
and
then
the
addition.
The
second
communication
tonight
is
just
an
update
on
remote
meetings.
E
We
don't
have
any
guidance
beyond
you
know
for
for
2022.
Yet,
however,
there
are
all
of
the
remaining
meetings
for
the
year
will
be
remote
as
the
council
extended
the
remote
meeting
requirements
till
january
9th
2022..
So.
E
Yes,
chairperry,
I
don't
have
additional
information
beyond
that
point.
If
you
do
have
additional
questions,
you
can
talk
to
the
clerk's
office.
I
believe
mr
taylor
will
be
here
back
they're
juggling
two
meetings
currently
with
this
and
the
city
planning
commission
committee
at
the
whole.
E
However,
right
now,
that's
all
the
guidance
we
have
and
that's
that's
what
they've
done
as
far
as
actual
meetings
next
year,
we
really
won't
know
more
until
the
new
council
meets
and
we
try
to
go
through
and
see
how
everything
looks
after
the
election
with
the
new
council
members
and
some
of
the
changes
brought
about
by
the
one
of
the
amendments
to
the
charter.
B
Okay,
concerning
that,
maybe
this
is
a
new
business
item,
but
can
we
just
touch
on
the
calendar
for
a
moment
with
the
new
council?
How
is
that
going
to
work
for
the
calendar
they
have
to
create
new
committees
and
so
forth?
Will
the
can
you
give
us
any
guidance
on
that.
E
Chairperry
members
of
the
board,
unfortunately,
I
cannot
there's
that
there's
a
lot
that
is
up
in
the
air
right
now,
hopefully
we'll
know
more
before
the
end
of
the
year.
How
that
might
look?
I
know
that
they'll
be
meeting
at
the
first
part
of
the
new
council
will
be
sworn
in
and
then
they'll
start
meeting
at
the
first
part
of
january,
create
whatever
committees
are
going
to
be
created.
E
I
don't
know
if
they'll
maintain
the
current
two
committee
requirement,
whether
they'll
go
back
to
the
old,
create
new
committees,
the
you
know
will
be
entirely
up
to
the
discretion
of
the
council
and
then
so
as
far
as
any
other
calendaring,
I
would
have
to
kind
of
refer
you
to
the
clerk's
office
on
that,
because
that's
the
extent
of
what
I
know
at
this
time.
Okay,.
B
Let's
review
the
agenda,
I'll,
read
the
agenda
number
and
address
of
the
project
and
state
whether
it's
slated
for
consent
or
discussion
I'll.
Just
we
have
one
item
on
our
agenda
and
it
is
slated
for
consent.
So
I'll
just
talk
about
what
consent
items
are.
These
are
items
that
will
be
passed
without
discussion
by
the
board.
We
will
be
adhering
to
the
staff
recommendation
found
on
the
agenda
under
the
item's
recommended
motion
section
and
importantly,
any
applicable
conditions
will
be
listed
in
the
same
section.
B
If
you
agree
with
this
recommendation,
including
any
applicable
conditions,
you
need
to
do
nothing
and
the
board
will
pass
it
as
recommended.
Please
check
in
with
the
staff
member
assigned
to
that
item.
If
you
have
any
questions
following
the
decision,
if
you
disagree
with
the
recommendation,
please
indicate
you'd
like
to
speak
against
that
item
and
I
will
put
it
on
the
discussion
agenda.
B
B
B
C
B
B
B
We
haven't
had
a
retreat
in
some
time
and
retreats
are
where
we
go
over
items
that
we'd
like
to
have
a
more
informal
discussion
at.
They
are
public
meetings,
but
gives
us
a
chance
to
be
more
informal
about
sharing.
B
B
Miss
mccarva:
do
you
have
any
opinions?
I.
D
I
have
greatly
enjoyed
virtual
meetings
and
galas,
especially
when
you
ship
food
and
drink
to
people's
places
and
they
pull
up
and
have
meetings,
so
I
would
go
either
way
if
we
need
to
get
it
done
at
a
certain
time
and
we
don't
feel
like
waiting.
I
think
we
can
accomplish
it
virtually
so.
Okay.
B
Okay,
so
I
think
what
we'll
do,
since
there
was
no
one
who
said
that
they
absolutely
wanted
to
meet
in
virtual,
and
it
sounds
like
the
consensus
is
that
we
can
meet
or
virtual
that
we
can
meet
in
person
that
we
wait
until
we
have
an
opportunity
to
do
that,
and
the
city
is
back
to
meeting
in
person
again.
