A
A
Good
afternoon
everybody
Welcome
to
the
regular
meeting
of
the
City
Planning
Commission
today
is
Monday
June
12th.
My
name
is
Alyssa
Olson
I'm,
the
president
of
the
Planning
Commission,
the
city
will
be
recording
and
posting
this
meeting
to
the
city's
website
and
YouTube
channel
as
a
means
of
increasing
Public,
Access
and
transparency.
This
meeting
is
public
and
subject
to
the
Minnesota
open
meeting
law.
At
this
time,
I'll
ask
the
clerk
to
please
call
the
roll.
A
A
A
A
All
right,
we
have
a
motion
in
a
second.
Is
there
any
discussion
seeing
none
all
in
favor,
say
aye
aye
all
opposed
any
abstentions,
all
right
that
motion
passes
and
the
minutes
are
adopted.
Our
next
order
of
business
is
to
organize
the
public
hearing
agenda.
So
I'll
read
through
each
item
on
the
agenda
and
state
whether
they're
slated
for
consent,
continuance
or
discussion
consent
items
will
be
passed
without
discussion
by
the
board
and
will
be
adopting
the
staff
recommendation
for
those
items.
So
if
you
agree
with
staff
recommendation,
you
don't
need
to
do
anything.
A
So
with
that
the
following
items
are
on
the
agenda
for
this
evening.
Item
number
four
is
2609
Blaisdell
Ave.
This
item
does
not
have
a
public
hearing
and
is
recommended
for
consent.
A
A
Item
number
six
is
3145
Columbia,
Ave,
Northeast
and
3134
California
Street
Northeast
staff
is
recommending
this
item
for
consent.
Is
there
anyone
here
who
would
like
to
speak
against
staff
recommendation
on
item
number?
Six,
seeing
none
will
put
item
six
on
consent.
Item
number:
seven
is
1902
49th,
Avenue
North
and
this
item
will
be
continued.
Two
cycles
to
the
July
17th
meeting.
A
Number
eight
is
2501
2541
2543,
Stevens,
Avenue
and
2535
2nd
Avenue
South
staff
is
recommending
this
item
for
consent.
Is
there
anyone
here
to
speak
against
staff
recommendation
on
item
number,
eight
seeing
none
will
put
item
8
on
consent
and
item
number.
Nine
is
550
Lake
Street
West,
oh
2945,
Garfield
Avenue
as
well.
Staff
is
recommending
this
item
for
consent.
Is
there
anyone
here
to
speak
against
staff
recommendation
for
item
number?
Nine?
A
B
A
All
right,
we
have
a
motion
in
a
second.
Is
there
any
discussion,
seeing
none
all
in
favor,
say
aye
aye
all
opposed
any
abstentions,
all
right
that
motion
passes
and
the
agenda
has
been
approved,
so
we
will
start
with
our
consent
agenda,
we'll
open
the
public
hearing
for
the
consent
agenda.
So
if
there's
anyone
here
who
would
like
to
speak
on
items,
four,
five,
six,
eight
or
nine,
they
can
come
to
the
podium
now
state.
Your
name
and
address
for
the
record
proceed
with
your
comments.
A
All
right.
Seeing
no
one
I
will
close
the
public
hearing
for
the
consent
agenda.
Commissioners
could
I
have
a
motion
to
adopt
staff
recommendation
for
items
four,
five,
six,
eight
and
nine
seven
all
right.
We
have
a
motion
and
a
second
is
there
any
discussion
seeing
none
all
in
favor,
say
aye.
B
A
All
opposed
any
abstentions,
all
right.
We
have
completed
items
four,
five,
six,
eight
and
nine.
So
if
you're
here
for
those
items,
good
luck
with
your
project
and
we'll
finish
with
our
continuance
item,
which
is
item
number
seven,
which
will
be
continued
to
July
17th.
If
there's
anyone
here
who
would
like
to
speak
on
item
number
seven,
since
we
noticed
it,
you
can
come
to
the
podium
now
state
your
name
and
address
for
the
record
and
proceed
with
your
comments.
A
All
right,
seeing
none
I
will
close
the
public
hearing
for
item
number.
Seven
Commissioners
could
I
have
a
motion
to
continue
item
number
seven:
two
cycles
to
July
17th.
A
A
That
was
everything
on
our
agenda
for
this
evening.
Are
there
any
updates
from
staff.
A
C
Has
not
okay,
Hillary
is
still
working
with
the
applicant,
which
is
also
the
city,
but
we're
still
working
internally
to
decide
if
that
is
going
to
proceed
with
that
scheduled
meeting
on
the
26th
or
if
it
would
be
continued
further
down
the
line,
because
there
has
been
action
now
at
the
state
level,
with
a
I
think
September
7th
funding
deadline
or
a
September
7th
deadline
to
raise
some
additional
funds
for
that
project.
So
we
haven't
heard
anything
it's
possible.
C
It
will
be
continued
again
or
withdrawn,
but
we
do
know
that
at
a
minimum
we
have
to
return
the
rezoning
application.
We
left
it
on
the
agenda
as
one
item
for
now
and
just
for
ease
of
going
through
the
system.
We
didn't
want
to
return
part
of
it
and
continue
the
rest,
so
we'll
keep
it
all
together,
but
the
rezoning
had
to
be
returned
because
that
District
won't
exist
anymore
after
July
1st.
C
So
as
of
right
now,
we're
planning
to
have
it
on
the
agenda.
I
just
don't
know
if
it'll
be
continued
again
or
not.
Okay,.
A
Thank
you
all
right
anything
else
from
commissioners
before
we
adjourn
okay,
if
not
and
without
objection,
I
will
declare
this
meeting
adjourned.
Our
next
meeting
will
be
regular
meeting
will
be
Monday,
June
26th,
and
we
have
Committee
of
whole.
This
Thursday
thanks
everybody,
cool
foreign.
