Is

any
against
indicate

that

passes
and
the
agenda
is
approved,
but
the
record
show
that
board
member
Grant's

joined
us
and
we'll
move
on
to
our

Mr

Do

Communications
for
us
today.
C
Thank
you,
chair
Perry
members
of
the
board
one
communication
about
a
appeal
from
decisions
of
the
board
of
adjustment.
This
is
an
item
at
2110
4th,
Street
Northeast.
This
is
from
the
July
27th
hearing.
It's
a
proposed
new
single-family
home
with
variances
to
floor
area
ratio,
the
width
of
the
attached,
front-facing
garage
and
a
side
setback
for
a
side
facing
door,
the
first
two
variances,
which
were
denied
by
the
by
the
board.
C
They
were
the
floor
area
ratio
and
in
the
garage
with
those
were
appealed
and
they
went
to
biz
on
Tuesday
of
this
week,
the
business
inspections,
housing
and
zoning
committee.
The
committee
denied
the
appeals,
the
setback
variance,
which
was
granted
by
the
board,
was
not
appealed
and
remains
in
effect,.
A
Okay,
any
questions
of
staff
I
see
none
thanks
for
the
update.
Okay,
let's
review
the
agenda.
I'll
read
the
agenda
number
and
the
address
of
the
project
and
state
whether
it's
slated
for
consent,
continuance,
withdrawal,
return
or
discussion
consent
items
are
those
that
will
be
passed
without
discussion
by
the
board.
We
will
be
adhering
to
the
staff
recommendation
found
on
your
agenda
under
the
items
recommended
motion.
Section
importantly,
any
applicable
conditions
will
be
listed
in
the
same
section.
A
If
you
agree
with
this
recommendation,
including
the
applicable
conditions,
you
need
to
do
nothing.
The
board
will
pass
it
as
recommended
after
an
item
is
passed
on,
consent,
you're,
free
to
leave
the
chambers.
Please
check
in
with
the
staff
member
signed
that
item.
If
you
have
any
questions
following
the
decision,
if
you
disagree
with
the
recommendation,
please
indicate
you'd
like
to
speak
against
that
item.
When
I
ask
and
we'll
put
it
on
the
discussion
agenda.
A
A
A
A
A
A
Is
there
a
second,
it's
moved
and
seconded
all
in
favor
of
the
motion
indicate
by
saying
aye
aye
any
against
indicate
by
saying,
nay,
any
abstentions
that
motion
passes.
So,
if
you're
here
for
agenda
items
number
five,
six,
seven
or
eight
your
land
use
requests
are
approved.
Good
luck
with
your
projects,
thanks
for
coming
down.
