welcome
to
my
first
commissioner's
chat
of
the
Year
winter
is
just
starting,
but
it
certainly
feels
like
it's
gone
for
months.
Exercise
can
be
great
for
our
mental
health
each
day.
I
want
you
to
remember
that
it's
okay
to
take
a
little
break
from
work
and
go
for
a
walk,
or,
if
you
have
time,
get
a
quick
workout
in
I
found
that
definitely
helps
me
with
all
of
us
know
the
roller
coaster,
temperatures
and
lack
of
sunlight.
It
can
certainly
get
depressing
as
we
move
into
the
new
year.
A
Many
of
us
have
made
New
Year's
resolutions,
making
it
a
habit
instead
of
a
resolution
is
much
easier
to
maintain
long
term
this
year,
I'm
going
to
commit
to
winding
down
the
day
with
yoga
instead
of
TV
at
the
end
of
the
night.
Yoga
helps
me
process
the
events
of
the
day.
De-Stress
refocus
and
always
helps
me
get
a
better
night's
sleep,
I
hope
everyone
has
a
safe
and
healthy
long
weekend.
