Hello:
this
is
an
update
on
the
northside
tornado
recovery
efforts
for
the
city
of
minneapolis
for
wednesday
june
1st,
I'm
gal
vang.
Our
free
shuttle
service
is
now
helping
northside
residents
get
to
the
services
they
need
from
10
am
to
3
pm.
Today,
tomorrow
and
friday,
buses
will
pick
up
folks
from
five
park
locations.
On
the
north
side,
the
shuttles
make
14
different
stops
connecting
people
with
food,
social
services,
housing,
clothing
resources
and
more
call
3-1-1
for
a
list
of
shuttle,
bus
stops
and
destinations
or
go
to
the
city's
website.

The
american
red
cross
now
has
two
emergency
aid
stations
set
up
in
north
minneapolis.
The
stations
are
at
willard
park
and
jordan
park
through
this
friday
from
10
a.m,
to
3
p.m.
They'll
have
snacks,
lunch
and
water,
offer
mental
health
services
and
have
case
workers
to
provide
information
about
disaster
recovery.

People
trying
to
fix
their
storm
damage
homes
have
a
new
office
on
the
north
side
to
get
some
help.
This
office
provides
construction
related,
permitting
services
to
homeowners
affected
by
the
tornado.
It's
open
monday
through
friday,
8
a.m,
to
4
30
pm
at
hamilton,
school
at
4119,
dupont,
avenue,
north
and
remember.
You'll
need
to
use
a
licensed
contractor
to
repair
your
house
for
a
list
of
licensed
contractors,
including
contractors
on
the
north
side,
go
to
the
city's
website
or
call
311.
