A
All
right
so
everybody's
here.
Thank
you
all
right.
The
third
item
is
the

have
been
delivered

all
the
committee

and
copies
are
posted
on
the
city
hall
bulletin
board.
Does
any
member
of
the
committee
have
comments
or
questions
on
the
minutes?
A
A
Council
member
I
mean
mayor
Ramirez.
C
Thank
you
I'm
happy
to
move
the
minutes.
A
Vice
mayor
Hicks,
oh
Second,
Great,
okay,
so
do
we
have
to
have
public
comment
on
the
meetings?
No?
Okay,
all
right,
so
all
in
favor
signify
by
saying
I
I
all
right.
So
the
motion
passes
all
right.
Now
we
come
to
item
four
oral
Communications
from
the
public.
As
noted
on
the
meeting
agenda,
members
of
the
public
May
provide
oral
public
comments
during
the
public
comment
period
for
an
item.
A
Any
emails
and
voicemail
messages
received
by
5
PM
Thursday
December
1st
were
forwarded
to
the
council
neighborhoods
committee
emails

and
prior
to
the
close

the
public
comment

for
the
agenda
item
will
be
read
into
the
record
by
staff
and
any
voicemail
messages
received
will
be
played
by
staff.
This
portion

the

any
matter
not
on
the
agenda.
Speakers
are
allowed
to
speak
on
any
topic
for
up
to
three
minutes
during
this
session.
A
A
Okay,
all
right,
all
right,
then
I'm
just
going
to
skip
and
we'll
call
that
the
end
and
I
presume
there
weren't
any
messages
received
after
between
five
four
and.
A
B
So
give
me
a
moment
to
share
my
screen,
so
you
guys
can
view
the
PowerPoint
I'm,
assuming
everybody
can
see
my
PowerPoint
I'm
gonna
assume
yes,
okay,
so
good
evening
committee
members
I
appreciate
everybody
taking
the
time
to
be
with
us
this
evening
today,
I'm
specifically
going
to
review
the
2022
accomplishments
for
both
the
neighborhoods
program
and
the
grant
applications.
B
Some
of
the
accomplishments
of
2022
include
having
a
total
of
four
neighborhood
meetings
in
the
areas
of
Grant
Road,
Sylvan
area,
San,
Antonio
ringsdorf
and
the
medio
mobile
home
park
residence
and
for
Monta,
Loma,
Farley
and
rock
street.
During
the
year
we
also
awarded
17
neighborhood
grants
the
following
three
slides.
We
have
here
contain
pictures.
The
grantees
have
shared
with
the
city
showing
the
types
of
community
events,
the
grantees
utilize.
B
Our
funds
for
many
of
the
groups
have
Halloween
events
or
brought
block
parties
that
just
bring
all
the
adults
and
the
children
in
the
neighborhood
together,
which
has
been
great,
especially
a
lot
of
the
groups,
have
decided
to
go
in
person
for
their
events.
B
Her
committee
direction,
we
staff,
completed
the
following
enhancements:
an
online
Grant
reimbursement
submission
was
created
for
grantees
to
more
efficiently
request
reimbursements
due
to
inflation.
Grantees
have
also
been
provided
with
a
10
increase
to
cover
any
increased
costs
for
their
events.
Any
remaining
funds
not
allocated
at
the
annual
main
meeting
rolling
applications
are
allowed.
B
Grantees
were
provided
with
an
additional
week
to
submit
full
applications
to
ensure
the
grant
guide,
is
comprehensive
and
responds
to
the
needs
of
the
community.
Beautification
was
added
as
an
explicitly
listed
eligible
activity
and,
finally,
to
increase
Grant
awareness.
We
expanded
by
advertising
in
the
Los
Altos
town
crier.
B
We
we
anticipate
the
neighborhood
meetings
will
be
held
in
Moffett,
wisman,
Road,
Central,
neighborhood
and
Springer
Cuesta
Phyllis
area.
The
Grant
application
is
set
to
open
in
the
spring
of
2023,
and
the
regular
meetings
in
2023
will
be
the
work
plan
meeting
which
will
be
held
earlier
in
the
year.
The
grant
review
networking
dinner
will
be
in
the
spring
and
towards
the
end
of
the
year.
We
will
have
our
work
plan
review.
A
All
right,
so
our
our
action
tonight
I
think
to
is
to
is
to
receive
this
report
and
do
we
have
to
vote
on
it.
We
don't
have
to
vote
on
it.
Do
we
no,
we
receive
and
provide
input.
Okay,
so
we've
received
it
and
now
we
should
ask
some
questions.
Does
anybody
have
questions.
A
D
So
in
our
staff
report
there
was
a
line
about
whether
we
wanted
you
know:
I
haven't
memorized
it.
So
you.
D
You
can
correct
me
if
I'm
I'm,
remembering
it
wrong,
because
I
read
it
a
day
or
so
ago,
but
there
was
a
line
about
whether
you
know
clearly:
we've
been
holding
these
meetings
virtually
because
of
covid
and
that
the
emergency
status,
hopefully
will
will
go
away
and
so
we'll
have
the
opportunity
to
hold
them
either
really
or
or
in
person
and
I'm
I'm
wondering
what
staff
benefits
about
that
I
guess
this
is
a
multi-part
question.
It's
both
I
mean
I.
D
Have
my
opinions
about
this,
which
I
guess
I'll
I'll
wait
for
to
express
but
I'm
wondering
whether
you've
received
any
feedback
from
the
members
of
the
public
about
which
they
would
prefer?
Okay,
so
I'm,
assuming
that
the
the
the
rules
that
apply
the
brown
act,
rules
that
apply
to
commissions
and
committees
do
not
apply
to
this
particular
meeting,
because
these
meetings,
because
they're
neighborhood
meetings
but
I,
want
to
make
sure
that
I'm
right
about
that
that
we
don't
have
to
be
in.
E
Thanks
vice
mayor
Hicks
I
think
I
would
like
to
confirm
Tripoli
with
our
clerk's
office
about
whether
or
not
the
brown
act
rules
apply.
I
recall
something
similar
to
what
you
just
said,
but
not
a
brown
act
expert.
So
let
me
check
on
that
to
make
sure,
but
what
we've
received
direction
from
from
our
our
the
clerk's
office
in
general
about
has
been
in
general.
E
You
know
we'll
be
we'll
be
sort
of
following
and
mimicking
whatever,
whatever
the
council
meetings
are
are
doing,
except
for
that,
we
cannot
do
hybrid
meetings
for
these
smaller
committee
meetings,
so
we've
been
under
operating
under
the
assumption
that
we
will
be
returning
to
in
person
next
year,
but
I'm
not
sure
what
we're,
if
that,
we
would
necessarily
be
required
to
do
so
because
of
the
brown
act
differentiation.
So
let
me
check
on
that.
E
I
have
not
received
any
feedback
from
the
public,
Anna
or
Lisa
I'm,
not
sure.
If
either
of
you
have
I.
B
Want
to
say,
I've
received
a
handful,
it
hasn't
been
a
lot,
but
it's
what
I'm
hearing
is
it's
split
down
the
middle.
There
are
some
that
are
really
excited
to
go
back
to
in
person
and
there
are
others
who
really
like
the
virtual
model
either
because
of
mobility
issues
or
or
Transportation
issues,
and
one
person
did
expression
that
sometimes
it
gets
dark
earlier.
So
I
the
feedback
I've
heard
is
it's
split
down
the
middle
foreign.
D
Yeah
I'm,
even
thinking
so
I
I,
should
clarify
my
question.
I.
Guess
there
the
meeting
we're
having
right
now
my
understanding
would
be.
We
would
have
to
be
in
person,
but
the
neighborhood
meetings,
I
I
I'm,
not
sure,
but
I
think
the
neighbors
may
have
a
choice.
And
it's
interesting
that
you
say
people
have
commented
on
the
dark
because
I
have
to
say:
if
it
were
me,
I
would
probably
say
on
a
dark
rainy
day
like
this
I'd
rather
come
virtually,
but
possibly
in
the
summer.
Maybe
I'd
like
to
go
out
and
meet
everyone.
D
So
anyway,
this
is
of
interest
to
me.
What
what
neighbors
really
want
and
I
have
to
say
also
being
a
staff
person
in
the
past,
you
know
being
a
city
planner
I
would
have
really
appreciated,
not
having
to
go
in
person.
So
I'm
wondering
what
staff
thinks
as
well
and
I'd
love
to
hear
feedback
on
that.
You
know
I
realize
we
can't
get
that
right
now,
because
well
we
have
some
staff
here,
but
but
yeah.
D
E
No
I
was
just
gonna
say
if
you
would
like,
and
if
the,
if
you
all
direct,
we
could
sort
of
informally
reach
out
to
staff
to
get
more
feedback
and
and
Anna
and
Lisa.
Maybe
we
could
think
about
a
way
to
reach
out
to
our
neighborhood
groups
as
well.
D
D
Mobile
home
park
am
I
remembering
wrong,
but
I
would
like
to
make
sure
that
we
do
Outreach
to
less
affluent
areas,
even
if
they
need
help
with
grant
writing
for
some
reason
and
the
other
mobile
home
parks
come
to
mind
for
me,
but
there
may
be
other
areas,
so
any
feedback
on
how
to
identify
areas
like
that
and
do
Outreach
would
be
that's
what
my
question
is:
how
would
we
identify
and
do
Outreach?
E
And
I'll
let
Anna
and
Lisa
chime
in
as
well,
but
I
know
that
Anna's
been
working
on
integrating
the
language
access
pieces
of
our
race,
equity
and
inclusion
initiative
into
our
work
more
directly.
This
year
and
I
think
we
can
probably
take
a
look
at
other
ways
to
look
at
our
race
and
equity
and
inclusion,
work
and
integrate
it
into
this.
So
I
think
that
sounds
like
something
we
would
love
to
have
the
opportunity
to
work
on
and
our
Lisa
feel
free
to
chime
in
as
well.
F
I
think
we
can
check
with
our
csfra
group
to
see
if
they've
got
some
contacts
within
the
community
that
they
serve
and
that
may
be
able
to
help
us
share
some
of
the
Grant
application
information
at
some
of
their
trainings
and
Outreach
activities,
and
also
offer
the
opportunity
to
help
guide
them
through
the
application
process.
I
this
past
year,
I
know
Anna
has
made
several
of
our
forms
in
various
languages
and
have
those
accessible.
F
D
F
Thank
you
I'm
sorry
to
to
interrupt,
but
we
can
potentially
look
at
some
of
the
advertisement
that
we
use
to
include
additional
languages
and
accessibility.
C
Thank
you
and
I
appreciate
Vice
America's
questions,
because
I
had
questions
along
a
similar
being
a
thought,
so
I
guess
a
couple
of
quick
questions
about
the
good
work
that
you've
done
over
the
past
year
of
what
do
you
need
direction
from
us
to,
for
instance,
continue
to
provide
a
if
we
wanted
to
pursue
another
10
increase,
for
instance,
because
inflation
remains
high
and
we
did
receive
a
lot
of
input
from
neighborhood
groups
that
the
you
know,
the
costs
that
they
were
experiencing
were
far
beyond
I
think
what
they
had
anticipated
in
their
grants.
C
So
would
that
be
something
that
we'd
have
to
provide
Direction
on
and
then
also
we
had
provided
Direction
earlier
to
allow
rolling
applications
rather
than
have
to
agenda
as
a
special
meeting.
In
the
event
there
was
a
late
application.
Do
you
need
direction
to
continue
to
do
that?.
E
Thanks
mayor
Ramirez
on
the
first
question,
you
certainly
can
provide
that
direction
now.
I
think
we
would
communicate
it
to
the
financial
Services
team
to
make
sure
it
was
included
in
the
budget,
because
that's
where
what
that
that
extra
I
think
300
would
would
pop
up
I
might
recommend
waiting
until
for
us
to
put
this
on
the
grant
review
agenda
just
because
in
previous
years
some
several
neighborhood
groups
have
not
expended
all
their
funds,
and
so
we'll
know
closer
to
April,
if
they're
close
to
expending
all
their
funds
or
not.
E
So
that's
your
choice,
but
that
that
might
be
another
way
to
pursue
it.
On
the
other
question
on
the
rolling
applications
and
we'll
just
know,
we
have
had
a
couple
of
neighborhood
groups,
inquire
about
that.
We
are
working
with
them
to
see
if
they
can
put
applications
together.
E
I
think
that
direction
would
be
welcome.
I
think
it's
a
nice
additional
piece
of
flexibility
for
the
community.
C
Okay,
thank
you,
that's
helpful
and
then
as
much
as
I
love,
you
all
I
know.
We've
talked
over
the
years
about
transitioning
this
work
to
a
different
division,
because
you
are
so
deeply
impacted
with
other
good
things
that
you're
doing
what
is
the
status
of
that
discussion?.
E
That
issue
has
been
raised
internally
and
I
know
it's
been
studied,
I
think
there's
some
question
as
to
the
right,
the
right
location
and
where
there,
where
there
is
death
capacity,
we
have
gotten
some
offers
of
assistance
for
our
work
not
to
take
it
over,
but
from
other
parts
of
the
the
city
that
has
some
expertise
around
Communications,
but
there's
been
no
decision
made
about
moving
the
the
whole
committee
work
elsewhere.
Yet.
C
Okay,
I
have
a
suspicion,
that's
going
to
take
a
long
time
to
figure
out
and
then
Anna.
You
had
suggested
reaching
out
to
the
csfra
team
to
solicit
input
about
I,
think
virtual
versus
in
person,
and
you
know
the
the
interest
of
the
community
I
feel
like
when
you
say
csfraid.
You
also
include
more
broadly,
for
instance,
the
Multicultural
engagement
program
staff.
You
know
Nancy
ducos
team
and
others
a
lot
of
different
places
where
you
can
get
really
valuable
in
places.
B
C
Okay
yeah,
they
are
amazing,
they've
done
great
work
with
us,
so
yeah,
no
phenomenal
I,
don't
have
I,
have
comments,
but
I'll
I'll
wait
for
the
next
track.
A
Okay,
well,
my
question
was
about
venues
for
for
these
meetings.
It
seems
like
that,
because
of
all
the
waves
of
covert,
we
keep
having
places
with
really
good
air
flow
or
sort
of
outside
with
the
roof.
I.
Really,
you
know
a
really
Primal
like
Jax
at
Shoreline.
That
is,
that
is
like
the
perfect
covid
location,
because
you
know
it's
got
a
floor,
it's
got
AV
and
it's
open
on
three
sides:
I
mean
so.
A
Are
there
any
plans
or
discussions
going
on
in
the
city
about
building
a
pavilion
or
some
sort
of
a
thing
where
we
could
have
this
sort
of
outdoor
meeting
I
mean
you
know,
heating
I
can
see
would
be
a
big
problem,
but
I
I.
It
just
seems
like
we.
Never
you
know
we.
A
When
we
first
went
home
for
covered,
we
thought
it
was
going
to
be
three
weeks
right,
and
here
we
are
I
mean
we're
getting
to
the
third
year,
and
so
one
of
the
things
that
that
I
think
think
is
is
we
should
start
thinking
about
is
is
some
venues
for
that
work
outside
what?
What
are?
What
do?
Other
people
think
about
that.
D
A
D
Do
like
the
idea
of
of
more
outdoor
meetings
and
we've
had
some
meetings
that
were
traditionally
inside
outside
you
know:
we've
had
some
luncheons
outside
at
Michael's
and
we've
had
the
staff
of
appreciation.
Was
it
depreciation
the
the
thing
the
awards
for
five
years
and
so
forth?
That
was
outside
I?
Don't
know
if
I
feel
a
need
to
have
an
awning?
Maybe
some
people
do
but
yeah,
maybe
outdoors
I,
I
guess.
That
would
be
more,
though
of
course
summer
events
because
it
has
to
be
after
work
and
I.
D
Think
people
would
appreciate
having
at
least
I
would
appreciate
having
it
in
my
own
neighborhood
not
having
to
drive
all
the
way
across
town
like
living
in
Old,
Mountain,
View,
I,
don't
think
I'd
want
to
drive
to
high
school
or
Shoreline
Park
or
something
I'd
put
Pioneer
Park
would
be
fine,
so
yeah,
I,
think
being
nearby
and
and
walkable
or
bikeable,
or
at
least
a
short
Drive
is
probably
important
to
people.
A
I
I
agree
with
you,
and
maybe
we
should
give
a
little
thought
to
having
more
of
the
meetings
in
the
part
of
the
Year
where
it's
light
later
I
mean
you
know
this
time
of
year.
It's
dark
at
ten
of
five,
so
that's
not
gonna
work,
but
in
the
middle
of
the
summer
you
know
it's
often
late.
It's
often
not
dark
until
after
nine,
so
you
could.
You
know
if
we
could
have
maybe
this
year
and
I
think
it
was
because
of
covid.
A
We
had
a
lot
of
the
meetings
concentrated
in
the
fall,
but
would
it
be
possible
to
have
some
some
more
of
them
in
the
summer?
Or
would
people
think
that
that
you
know
that
conflicted
with
vacations
I
don't
know
anyway?
It's
just
it's
something
I
wanted
to.
You
know
to
sort
of
share
to
think
about.
E
Yes-
and
we
are
actually
currently
in
the
process
of
reaching
out
to
the
schools
that
we
typically
had
the
in-person
meetings
at
to
see
if
we
can
reserve
space.
So
maybe
this
is
an
opportunity
for
us
to
inquire
with
the
schools
if
they
have
any
modifications
that
they've
made,
that
might
make
it
more
indoor
outdoor
meeting
possible.
I,
don't
I
have
no
idea,
but
I've
they've
been
in
person
for
a
long
time.
So
perhaps
they
have
some
solutions.
E
A
Okay,
well,
is
that
is
there
any
more
discussion
that
we
want
to
share
I
mean
mayor
Ramirez.
You
said
you
wanted.
You
had
some
comments.
C
Well,
I
I
did
but
vice
mayor
I,
don't
know
if
you
wanted
to.
A
D
It's
true
I
see
what
you
mean
so
I
I
just
have
the
same
General
comments
that
I
had
questions
about,
and
just
do
we
need
to
to
vote
to
do
some
of
the
things
you
know
more
Equitable
Outreach
or
is
that
something
you
just
took
note
of?
While
we
discussed
the
questions,
but
you're
nodding
your
head,
for
which
one
we'll
do
it?
Well,
it's
okay!
Unless,
unless
Pat
and
Lucas
objects
strongly
to.
D
Yeah
do
more
Outreach
to
the
mobile
home
through
the
cease
for
a
team
and
through
the
Multicultural
engagement
team
and
then
you're
also
doing
so.
The
other
comment
I
brought
up
whether
people
want
to
be
in
person
or
whether
people
want
to
be
in
person
or
virtual,
and
also
whether
they
can
be
virtual
you'll
pursue
that
question.
Is
that
I
understand?
Okay,
all
sounds
good.
Thank
you.
C
Thank
you
and
I
I
agree
with
device
mayor
I
think
you
know
I
struggle
with
this
question,
because
on
the
one
hand,
just
before
this
meeting
I
was
in
a
virtual
community
meeting
for
my
day
job
that
ordinarily
would
have
been
in
South,
San
Jose,
so
I
appreciate
the
the
convenience
of
being
able
to
participate
remotely,
but.
C
Remember
you
know
the
I
guess
the
first
meetings
I
was
a
part
of,
and
in
2019
it
was
really
nice
to
be
able
to
speak
with
members
of
the
community.
You
know
before
and
after
the
town
hall
and
then
also,
as
you
know,
I
I
do
appreciate
giving
staff
some
of
that
flexibility.
I.
Think
members
of
the
public
also
appreciate
the
opportunity
to
speak
with
staff,
and
you
know
not
everyone's
comfortable.
C
You
know
speaking,
you
know
in
a
more
public
setting,
so
I
I,
really
like
the
idea
that
the
weissner
suggested
to
solicit
input
from
the
communities
as
best
as
we're
able
to
and
then
also
staff.
You
know
what
is
your
level
of
comfort
and
resuming
meeting
in
person,
which
is
my
strong
preference.
Incidentally,
you
know
I
I
do
think.
There's
a
lot
of
value
in
exploring
well
I
want
to
know
where
everyone
is.
C
You
know,
and
once
we've
gotten
a
good
baseline
from
whatever
surveys,
we're
able
to
conduct
I
think
that
should
help
inform
our
decision,
but
right
now,
I'm
inclined
to
go
back
in
person.
I
do
want
to
continue
some
of
the
direction
that
that
we've
provided
earlier.
C
The
rolling
application,
I
think
is
a
really
nice
alignments
for
Community
groups
that,
for
whatever
reason,
weren't
able
to
get
an
application
in
in
time,
especially
if
we
have
leftover
funding
right,
I
think
our
intention
really
is
to
get
the
money
out
there
and
so
making
sure
that
anyone
has
an
opportunity
without
having
to
burden
staff
with
a
special
meeting.
You
know
and
figuring
out.
C
You
know
when
we're
all
available
I
think
we
should
continue
that
I,
don't
think
that
costs
will
go
down
so
another
10,
Inc
or
personally
I
think
we
should
go
to
the
council
and
see
if
we
can
get
a
permanent
increase
in
in
funding
for
and
increase
the
tiers,
I
I.
That
would
require
some
additional
work
which
I'm
reluctant
but
I
do
think
you
know
what
what
I'm
hearing
is,
and
maybe
once
we've
determined
how
people
have
spent
the
money.
C
You
know
that
could
inform
which
approach
makes
more
sense,
but
I
I
feel
like
historically
many
neighborhoods,
do
a
very
good
job
of
using
the
grant
funding
that
they're
provided
and
we've
been
we've
been
increasingly
flexible
in
the
use
and
so
I
think
that
over
time
you
know,
we
will
find
that
neighborhood
groups
we'll
we'll
find
a
good
use
for
the
the
grant.
Funding
that
we
provide
so
I
I
do
think
and
also
we're
not
ready
for
cash
as
a
city.
C
I
think
this
is
a
a
you
know,
highly
utilized
and
well-appreciated
program
that
I
think
we
should.
We
should
expand
in
a
way
that
makes
sense
and
oh
and
I
think
the
last
thing
is.
You
know
I
I
hate
to
keep
pestering
you
about
whether
somebody
else
is
going
to
take
over
the
role,
but
you
know,
maybe
some
type
of
periodic
check-in
on
on
the
status
of
that
conversation
would
be
would
be
helpful.
C
Aside
from
that,
this
is
one
of
my
favorite
committees
to
be
on,
because
I
I've
learned
a
lot
and
get
to
work
with
you
all
and
you
do
great
work
and
you
have
consistently
done
great
work
for
as
long
as
I've
been
participating
in
the
CNC,
including
as
a
member
of
a
public
of
the
public
Once
Upon
a
Time.
So
thank
you
for
for
doing
everything
that
you
do.
I
appreciate
it.
E
Okay,
thank
you
and
we
will
incorporate
some
of
these
suggestions
in
our
meeting
when
we
come
back
in
the
new
year
and
let
you
know
that
we're
implementing
them.
A
Yeah,
the
other
thing
I
just
I,
had
thought
about
earlier
and
I
forgot.
I,
don't
I
want
to
also
see
if
there's
a
connection
between
the
neighborhood
groups
and
the
cool
blocks.
I
think
that's
also
a
you
know,
a
organizational
group
in
the
community
that
that
might
be
interested
in
making
a
neighborhood.
A
They
might
be
interested
in
connecting
with
their
neighborhood
association
and
knowing
it
existed,
and
then
there
might
be
a
cool
Block
in
an
area
that
doesn't
have
one
that,
but
anyway,
I
just
think.
That's
another
another
connection
in
in
the
community
yeah
to
kind
of
think
about.
Okay,
well,
I
too,
have
been
really
impressed
by
the
the
work
of
this
committee
kind
of
twofold.
A
One
I
think
that
when
we
have
that
neighborhood
dinner
and
we
share
ideas
about
what
people
do,
I
think
that's
really
that's
really
valuable
and
I.
Don't
know
if
that's
so
obvious
to
you
but
I
think
that's
really
valuable.
When
I
was
on
a
neighbor,
you
know
when
I
was
when
I
was
founding
a
neighborhood
association,
getting
ideas
from
the
people
who
had
been
doing
it
and
having
gotten
everybody
together,
a
dinner
it
just
was
really
helpful
for
me
and
then
the
other
thing
I
find
incredibly
helpful.
A
Is
that
report
that's
put
together
about
all
the
development
that
goes
on
in
every
area?
I
mean
we
get
a
lot
of
reports
to
read.
You
know
no
lack
of
reports
to
read,
but
it's
nice
to
get
one
of
this
kind
of
divided
by
area
and
and
talks
about.
You
know
all
the
development
that's
going
on
in
a
certain
area
and
and
the
issues
that
have
come
up
and
that
sort
of
thing
it's
it.
A
It
helps
us
understand,
I
think
how
things
are
distributed
better
in
our
community
and
that's
it's
just
another
perspective
and
of
course,
the
meeting
themselves
you
know
are
great,
but
I
think
that's
obvious
to
everybody.
So
vice
mayor
Hicks.
D
So
you
so
I'm
curious
how
you
want
to
connect
cool
block
I'm
curious,
how
you
would
connect
cool
block
to
to
the
work
of
this
particular
committee
or
to
the
neighborhood
Gatherings.
That's
that's
an
interesting
idea
to
me,
but
I,
don't
I,
don't
understand
how
it
would
play
out.
A
Well,
I
think
the
the
main
way
I
think
it
would
be
playing
out
would
be
to
just
use
the
cool
block
group
as
another
communication.
So
you
you
know
you
would
send
the
notices
about
the
meetings
to
the
cool
blocks
and
and
also
the
notices
about
the
grant
opportunities
to
cool
blocks.
Just
that's
what
I
had
in
mind,
but
there
could
be
other
things.
D
I
see
so
maybe
more
people
involved
in
cool
block
would
come
to
their
neighborhood
meeting
and
ask
questions
related
right
to
right.
Okay,
I
get
it
and
then
the
additional
I
did
think
of
a
couple.
Other
things
or
one
other
thing,
I
forgot
to
say,
because
I
was
running
for
office.
I
got
to
go
to
a
lot
of
the
neighborhood
events.
More
than
I
normally
would,
and
there
were
more
in
person
as
well
and
I
was
particularly
happy
to
see
how
many
of
the
neighborhood
Gatherings
had
music.
D
Now
it
was
more
than
before,
and
that's
that's
one
of
the
things
I
really
enjoyed
about
these
get-togethers
and
and
forgot
that
I
was
campaigning
just
ignored
just
enjoyed
the
music.
D
So
that
was
that's
one
thing
that
I've
been
really
happy
about.
I
also
regularly
go
to
the
quest
to
park
ones
just
because
they
have
one
of
the
best.
The
person
who
chooses
their
music
is
really
good
and
then,
and
then
in
terms
of
I,
just
wanted
to
underline
that,
in
terms
of
in-person
versus
virtual
for
the
neighborhood
meetings,
I
really
want
to
go
to
me.
It
doesn't
matter
what
I
prefer.
I
really
want
to
go
with
whatever
staff
and
people
from
the
the
neighborhood
would
prefer.
D
You
know:
I
know
that
we're
getting
a
lot.
The
people
who
show
up
to
council
meeting
the
residents
who
show
up
to
Council
meetings
and
our
committees
and
commissions
really
want
some
way
to
arrive
virtually
and
if
that's,
how
people
feel
then
I
want
to
go
with
whatever
works,
for
it
never
works
for
the
people
who
are
coming
and
I
realize
that,
maybe
you
know
there
may
be
not
a
hundreds
of
percent
support
for
one
way
or
the
other,
but
whatever
helps
most
people
come
is
what
I,
what
I
would
like?
D
Oh
and
if
we
do
continue
going
virtually
I
do
Wonder,
though
whether
we
need
three
Council
people
and
the
committee
I
felt
when
we
were
in
person.
There
was
more
of
a
reason
for
the
three
of
us,
but
when
we
can't
talk
one-on-one,
it
may
be
a
lot
of
our
resources.
That's
my
last
comment
other
than
that.
Thank
you
for
the
job.
Well
done.
Okay,.
C
Yes,
I'm
sorry
chair,
show
Walter,
you
reminded
me:
I
do.
C
Love
the
work
that
are
provided
to
each
of
the
neighborhoods
too
and
I
was
wondering
I
I,
checked
on
legistar
I
know
we're
sort
of
centralizing
everything
everything
there.
If
we
could
post
the
reports
there,
or
at
least
some
keep
track
of
them
somehow
so
that
way,
you
know
if
somebody
reaches
out
after
the
fact
or
isn't
able
to
join
the
meeting.
We.
F
C
You
can
download
the
report,
but
but
keeping
some
some
type
of
repository
for
all
of
the
good
information
that
we
share
with
the
community.
You
know
so
people
can
access
it
after
the
meeting
would
be
valuable.
Thank
you.
Yeah.
A
All
right:
well,
that's
that's
a
good
location
too.
All
right,
well,
I,
think
that
that
brings
us
to
the
end
of
item
six
then,
and
we
come
to
seven
committee
staff,
comments,
questions
and
committee
reports.
Are
there
any?
Are
there
any
committee
reports
right
seeing
none
I
moved
to
adjourn.
Thank
you
so
much
everybody
enjoy
the
rest
of
your
evening.
Have.
