Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
All
right,
it

the
new
people
I'm
not
quite
sure
what
your
first
names
are.
So
I'm
just
gonna
say
your
last
name,
a
Braun
Brown.
C
B
Okay
Chan,
if
she's
not
here,
Cruz.
B
Okay,
Bowman

Committee
members
will
share
their
thoughts
on
youth,
mental

Suicide,
Prevention
and
well-being.
F
Good
evening
youth
advisory
committee
members
I
want
to
thank
you
for
the
opportunity
to
speak
with
you,
I
want
to
also
credit
and
appreciate
your
advisors
and
and
and
and
guides
Mr
Milano
and
Miss
Eck,
and
so
my
name
is
Mary
gloner,
my
pronouns
are
she
and
her
I'm,
the
CEO
for
project
safety
net?
It's
a
Community
Coalition,
not
based
in
Palo
Alto,
but
we
actually
serve
throughout
North
Santa,
Clara
County
and
we've
been
fortunate
to
partner
with
so
you
Palo,
Alto,
Parks
and
Recreation.
F
We
become
an
independent,
as
we
mature
into
a
non-profit
is
to
really
be
responsive
and
engage
more
young
people
in
Mountain
View,
and
so
tonight
it's
really
going
to
do
a
brief
introduction
of
who
we
are
and
share
an
opportunity
for
you
and
your
peers,
and
you
know
just
anyone
who
has
a
very
any
interest
about
mental
health
about
how
can
contribute
in
a
conversation
not
necessarily
tonight
but
in
the
next
few
days
and
hopefully
shape
how
project
safety
net
can
be
better
responsive
to
advancing
youth,
mental
health
and
suicide
prevention.
F
So
I
do
have
a
a
PowerPoint
slide:
I
won't
be
too
hopefully
dry
and,
and
then
I'll
leave
some
time.
If
you
have
any
questions,
but
it's
really
an
opportunity
to
introduce
who
we
are
and
hopefully
encourage
and
invite
you
all
to
an
opera
to
a
an
upper
two
couple.
Two
operators
where
we
can
have
a
deeper
discussion,
am
I
able
to
share
screen.
F
So
hopefully,
you're
able
to
my
part
to
navigate
we.
G
F
See
it
yep,
okay,
wonderful,
okay,
wonderful
and
you're,
seeing
the
main
screen,
not
blah
the
working
screen
all
right.
So
our
mission
frankly
is
really
bringing
community
members,
together,
primarily
young
people,
but
caring
organizations
that
serve
youth
that
are
dedicated
to
youth
government
leaders
such
as
city
of
Mountain,
View,
Health,
Providers
parents.
Anyone
who
really
is
committed
to
addressing
mental
wellness
and
we
primarily
focus
on
Community,
Education,
Outreach
and
training
I
think
the
retreat
that
you
most
recently
had
where
we
participated.
F
I
believe
last
year
is
an
example
where
we
we
support
and
collaborate
and
help,
and
but
also
it's
about
how
to
improve
quality
access
to
mental
health
care
services
so
like
in
Mountain
View.
Some
of
the
programs,
of
course,
at
El,
Camino
Healthcare,
but
also
like
through
momentum
for
health
and
in
their
youth
programs,
and
and
check
the
community
health.
F
And
policy
advocacy,
so
this
is
really
about.
How
do
we,
like
you,
representing
an
influence
representing
your
voice
and
your
community
and
influence
government
policies.
F
Our
vision
is
quite
bold
and,
and
it
was
developed
about
a
year
ago,
in
preparation
for
where
we
were
going
to
be,
and
it
was
really
driven
by
our
young
people
but
Community
together.
So
it's
young
people
are
empowered
in
partnership
with
the
whole
Community
to
advocate
for
themselves
and
their
peers.
Youth
suicide
is
ended,
stigma
is
non-existent
and
high
quality,
Mental
Health
Services
are
culturally
relevant,
accessible
and
well
utilized,
and
we're
very
clear
to
point
out.
F
We
envision
a
community
where
Youth
and
Young
adults
feel
safe
support
and
accepted,
and
we're
very
clear
to
point
out
culturally
relevant.
This
culture
is
broadly
defined
as
how
the
young
person
identifies
in
the
culture
that
they
believe
they
belong
with,
and
it
is
not
necessarily
just
race
and
gender.
It
can
also
be
about
religion,
it
can
also
be
about
who
we
love
and
it
can
be
broadly
defined
and-
and
we
want
that
to
be
very
clear.
F
See
all
right,
so
these
are
our
board
of
directors.
I
won't
bore
you
with
this
one,
but
these
are
the
people
who
are
really
like
in
charge
of
future
of
our
organization.
We
have
some
transitional
age
youth,
you
know.
Ideally,
we
would
love
to
have
some
younger
youth,
but
just
because
of,
as
you
know,
representing
this
important
governing
govern
government
government
body,
there
there's
a
lot
of
ensuring
protection,
but
also
making
sure
Your
Role
is
not
performative,
but
also
making
that
the
it's
really
elevating.
F
The
lived
experience
of
the
young
person,
but
this
is
where
I
really
wanted
to
point
on
and
I
believe
your
Miss
Eck
had
kind
of
previewed
this
with
you
so
project
safety
net
as
we're
entering
our
third
year
as
a
non-profit
agency,
even
though
we've
been
in
the
org
Community
for
almost
maybe
over
12
years,
but
we
were
originally
housed
in
the
city.
Palo
Alto,
another
government
entity,
but
mainly
the
committee
members,
especially
young
people,
is
like
say
that
you
know
a
lot
of
organizations
that
they
work
in
that
that
serve
them.
F
Don't
just
serve
Palo
Alton.
They
serve
people
from
Mountain,
View
and
East.
Palo
Alto
and
so
forth,
and
so
it
was
important
that
we
became
an
independent
non-profit
so
that
when
we
we
would
have
that
freedom
to
really
better
serve
the
broader
Community.
The
other
part
too,
was
also
to
do
more
advocacy.
So
while
doing
Outreach
and
education
is
like
the
easiest
thing
and
really
helps
mobilize.
But
how
do
you
bring
young
people
to
have
meaningful
engagement
so
that
when
they
share
their
input,
they
can
see
firsthand
it's
being
translated
into
programs
into
policy?
F
It's
it's
developing
infrastructure
so
that
when
they
come
back
to
their
Community
five
years
later
after
going
wherever
or
when
they
are
past,
being
young
adults
and
young
people,
they
see
that
it's
not
the
same
issue
happening
over
and
over
and
that
there's
has
been
taking
this
issue
to
the
next
level.
So
we're
being
really
ambitious
and
we're
hoping
in
the
next
we're
holding
two
Community
listening
sessions
in
partnership
with
our
an
organization
centers
for
excellence
and
non-profit
and
after
talking
to
miss,
miss
Eck.
F
We
know
that
you
are
used
to
a
virtual
environment
and
we
have
reserved
a
session
on
Thursday
November
17th,
which
is
to
in
a
few
days
for
for
our
Mountain
View
Community
youth,
but
we're
also
making
this
available
to
any
youth
that
might
be
more
comfortable
meeting
virtually
for
those
of
you
who
are
interested
and
want
to
participate
in
person
and
I'm
not
are
willing
and
have
transportation
to
Mitchell
Park,
which
is
right
on
El
Camino
sort
of
like
bordering
near
San
Antonio
and
Mountain
View
we're
having
an
in-person
listening
session
and
it'll
take
about
two
hours
and
us
as
staff
won't
be
there.
F
But
it's
going
to
be
a
safe
space
both
of
these
sessions.
We
worked
very
closely
with
some
to
very
caring
adults
who
work
with
you
like,
for
instance,
Miss
Eck
for
the
Thursday
session,
as
well
as
a
librarian
or
the
city
of
Palatine
library
for
a
Wednesday
session,
and
it's
it's.
Hopefully,
you
have
some
time
between
four
or
six
to
stop
by.
F
We
do
need
to
get
RSVPs
ahead
so
that
our
facilitators
can
plan
ahead
and
we
did
talk
about
with
Miss
Eck
about
how
to
you
know,
weave
it
into
one
of
your
lit
youth
advisory
committee
meetings,
but
just
to
do
it
justice
and
to
respect
your
other
agenda
items.
We
thought
it'd
be
important
to
have
it
separately
and
just
make
it
voluntarily
we're
hoping
many
of
you
will
will
take
away
and
and-
and
one
of
the
incentives,
of
course
is
a
50
gift
card.
F
But
if
you
plan
to
attend
the
one
in
in
Palo
Alto
on
Wednesday,
we
will
be
providing
food
and
refreshments
and
and
if
necessary,
we
also
will
provide
service
learning
hours.
F
So
if
you
are
already
unavailable,
what
also
we
would
love
is
you,
as
Community
leaders
is
to
help
spread
the
word
to
some
of
your
friends,
your
neighbors,
and
it's
about
people
who
don't
necessarily
need
to
know
about
project
safety
net
who
don't
have
to
be
involved
in
mental
health
or
don't
have
to
be
leader
but
are
maybe
looking
for
service
hours
just
having
and
maybe
could
use
a
50
gift
card,
especially
as
the
holidays
are
coming
to
to
splurgeon
themselves
or,
if
not
someone
they
care
for,
but
I'll
pause
here,
because
my
last
slide
is
about
if
more
information
about
our
organization,
but
I
wanted
to
give
you
some
time
if
you
have
any
questions
or
concerns
or
ideas,
whether
it's
about
who
PSN
is
or
about
this
youth
mental
health.
F
From
from
the
nice
thing
about
whether
we're
virtual
or
in
person
and
I
will
also
put
this
link
on
the
on
your
web
on
your
chat
before
I
leave
just
from
a
show
of
hands,
it's
just
something
that
you
can
see
yourself
yourself
attending
or
even
know
of
someone
that
you
could
encourage
to
attend
to
kind
of
share
their
voice
about
how
they
would
like
to
see
youth,
mental
health
promotion
and
suicide
prevention
and
well-being
happening
in
Mountain
View.
F
For
for
your
peers,
either
thumbs
up
an
emoji
whatever
that
you
feel
comfortable,
okay,
cool
all
right,
so
I
always
I'm
glad
to
hear
that
and
know
that
this
is
also
what's
important
for
us
in
Project
safety,
net
and
and
Mr
Milano
and
Miss.
Eck
is
that
this
is
just
the
beginning
of
hopefully
a
long-term
relationship
and
just
building
I
know
we
could
do
a
lot
and
soon.
F
But
what
we've
learned
and
we've
heard
from
you,
young
people-
is
that
making
sure
that
it's
sustainable
and
it's
it's
not
just
performative
and
that
it
keeps
building
upon.
And
so
when
we
come
back,
we
see
that
the
things
that
we
help
to
inform
and
advocate
for
we
see
that
it's
we've
made
an
impact,
but
also
that
the
generation
behind
us
as
more
young
people
are
able
to
take
what
you've
done
or
your
cohort
has
done
and
bring
it
to
the
next
level.
F
So
it's
it's
a
hard
topic,
but
just
just
imagine
you
don't
want
to
be
at
my
age
or
Mr,
Milano
or
Miss
Eck
to
be
talking
about
it.
I
think
you
even
having
this
and
just
seeing
your
subcommittee
reports,
that's
like
it
just
makes
our
society
so
much
healthier,
you
know
and
and
that
that
connectedness,
but
I'm
gonna
to
the
last
slide.
This
is
all
our
contact.
F
Information
and
I'll
share
this
PowerPoint
PDF
with
Mr,
Milano
and
missek,
so
that
they'll
have
it
part
of
your
minutes,
but
we
are
on
social
media
and
maybe
some
of
you
maybe
already
met,
especially
those
who
have
been
on
the
youth
advisory
committee.
A
couple
you
know
continuing
your
term
may
have
met
paying
Lee
last
year
or
even
at
the
you
know,
some
some
Outreach
events
but
feel
free
to
reach
out
to
us.
F
If
you
have
questions,
we've
got
ideas,
you
know
you
are
important
constituents,
so
it's
not
necessarily.
We
have
to
go
through
Mr,
Milano
or
or
Miss
Eck,
but
if,
but
at
the
same
time,
we'll
always
be
starting
where
you're
at
so
any
any
other
questions
comments.
F
Well,
maybe
is
this
a
a
chat
where
I
know
it's
like
brown
act?
Do
people
post
things
on
chat,
Miss,
Ecker
or
Milano
in
the
chat
box,
yeah
yeah,
so
they
do
okay,
so
as
I
leave
and
I
prepare
I'm
putting
my
link,
what
does
mental
health
mean
to
you
so
either
write
it
in
the
the
chat
or,
if,
if
you're,
if
you're,
if
you
want
to
and
I'm
not
taking
too
much
time,
feel
free
to
just
raise
your
hand
and
be
acknowledged
by
your
chair
or
your
lead,
and
they
can.
F
E
Sure
it's
more
of
a
response
to
to
your
question.
Miss
cloner
is.
E
I
think
it's
something
that
hasn't
been
talked
enough
about
before,
but
we're
getting
to
the
point
where
it's
more
or
less
and
I
think
this
is
an
excellent
opportunity
that
you
that
you've
chose
that
you've
told
us
about
to
continue
normalizing
that
and
I
think
our
generation
is
more
aware
of
the
importance
about
talking
about
it
and
not
holding
it
in
and
kind
of
speaking
openly
about
it
and
finding
places
finding
whether
you're,
calling
or
finding
or
not
to
talk
about
it.
E
I
remember
the
first
time
like
mental
health
really
came
into
my
life
was
when
we
had
challenge
day
in
I,
think
in
middle
school
and
you
were
like,
and
you
had
a
talk
with
one
other
person
and
I
was
like
really
really
deep
conversation
and
I.
Think
a
lot
of
people
didn't
expect
that
so.
I
E
Think
this
is
like
a
great
event
to
like
push
past
what
you're,
normally
comfortable
with
and
I,
think
I
think
we
definitely
need
to
have
more
of
that.
So
thank
you
so
much.
F
F
Will
this
chat
be
part
of
the
minutes
with
your
youth
advisory
committee,
because,
if
so
I
would
love
to
bring
this
back,
of
course,
with
Miss
heck
and
Mr
Milano,
but
also
in
our
work
and
hopefully
once
I
can
get
this
URL
on
your
chat.
Many
of
you
will
hopefully
join
the
next
two
and
one
of
the
two
sessions
this
week,
and
if
it's
not,
there
will
be
future
opportunities,
and
this
will
like
I,
said
we'll
just
continue
anything
else
from
me.
F
All
right:
well,
we
I
do
know
that
we
working
with
Miss
Eck
and
Mr
Milano.
We
do
have
some
other
opportunities
in
store,
including
hopefully
a
training
session,
but
I
got
to
work
on
administrative
stuff.
F
As
you
know,
those
things
are
important,
as
well
as
doing
the
delivery,
and
so
once
that
happens,
maybe
there
will
be
an
opportunity
where
we'll
get
to
go
even
deeper
and
and
maybe
have
you
become
your
own
ambassadors
to
your
community
on
really
how
to
normalize
and
talk
about
and
Inspire
others
to
really
engage
in,
addressing
and
and
and
responding
to,
mental
health
issues
and
challenges.
H
Able
to
share
the
information
again
with
the
committee
members
for
the
sessions.
This.
J
So,
basically
we're
still
working
on
the
email
templates.
We
have
an
idea
for
an
event
that
we
can
do
with
some
other
Yaks
and
maybe,
with
the
help
of
some
businesses
in
our
community,
you
know
working
on
some
email
templates
for
that
we've
actually
mostly
finished
them.
We
haven't
been
excited,
but
we
want
some
kind
of
input.
So
do
we
send
that
into
where
do
we
spend
it?
If
we
have
something
that
we
want
input
on.
H
Input
from
other
committee
members,
anyone
really
like
anyone.
J
Being
the
general
you
and
Stephanie
and
stuff,
you
know
like
the.
H
Yeah
we
can
next
meeting
we
can
like
if
you
want.
You
know
the
leadership
team
to
hop
in
and
your
subcommittee
and
we
can
chat
there
or
we
can
have
it
as
an
agenda
item
where
you
have
input
from
all
the
committee
members.
Oh.
C
I
can
present
for
the
being
week
and
Team
friendly
business.
C
C
So
kids
can
select
multiple
places
that
they'd
like,
and
then
we
also
want
to
try
to
make
a
a
list
of
sort
of
recommendations
for
the
business
assistant.
Get
the
award.
So
basically
we'll
just
take
a
bunch
of
the
selections
that
we
thought
were
really
good
or
that
people
voted
highly
on
and
make
a
like
a
list
of
those
basically
to
show
people.
A
Right
Can:
let's
see
Mental
Health
subcommittee,
someone.
A
All
right,
College
and
Career.
K
Hi,
okay,
so
we
just
basically
went
over
our
notes
from
last
time
kind
of
reviewing
what
we
talked
about
before
and
the
different
people
we
want
for
our
event.
That
was
about
it.
A
That
one
either
okay,
next
on
the
agenda
meeting
6.3
team,
Wellness,
Retreat
feedback,
City
staff
and
committee
members,
will
discuss
and
discuss
the
team
Wellness
Retreat
even
and
provide
feedback
to
staff.
So
for
those
of
you
who
attended
for
the
team
103
does
any
of
you
want
to
like
give
some
comments,
feedbacks
about
what
you
thought
on
the
event,
what
we
can
improve?
What
what
you
want
happen
again
next
year,
if
you
guys
ever
attend.
A
Therapy
dogs
I
know
Nolan
Ryan.
Well,
zelani,
you
guys
went
so
if
you
guys
have
any
input.
I
J
D
Yeah
I
thought
it
was
pretty
well
organized
in
general
and
I.
Think
a
lot
of
people
actually
enjoyed
the
guest
speaker
a
lot.
A
lot
of
people
were
answering
questions
and
stuff,
so
that
was
pretty
good.
H
Thank
you
guys
for
the
feedback
and
then
those
that
attended.
If
you
haven't
already,
you
had
a
QR
code
for
survey
in
your
swag
bag
and
if
you
didn't
do
it
yet,
I
would
appreciate
just
spending
a
couple
minutes
doing
the
survey.
So
we
have
feedback
for
next
year.
G
Oh
I
guess
I
do.
Thank
you
just
wanted
to
thank
Lauren
again.
Steve
says
it
to
my
face
that
it's
like
so
easy
to
plan,
but
I
know
she
took
months
and
months
and
months
of
very
hard
work
and
planning
a
fantastic
event.
I
was
there
last
year
for
only
a
couple
minutes,
but
this
year
the
whole
time
is
really
cool.
G
Just
to
see
you
know
kind
of
from,
like
the
younger
I
think
there
are
maybe
a
couple
sixth
or
seventh
graders
there
all
the
way
up
to
seniors
in
high
schools
from
like
a
variety
of
schools
and
then,
like
all,
the
workshops
like
everybody
was
like
attentive
and
like
the
presenters
were
like
super
into
it.
Like
Ryan
said,
the
guest
speaker
was
awesome,
Ryan
wrote
one
one
of
the
raffle
prizes,
so
I
know
the
raffle
prizes
were
a
hit
and
people
were
excited.
G
So
thank
you
for
the
five
or
six
that
attended
and
those
that
didn't
attend
should
be.
You
know
negative
points
on
you
just
kidding,
but
hopefully
now,
if
you're,
if
you're
still
on
the
yak
or
in
high
school
and
in
town
you'll,
attend
so
and
then
Lauren
I
told
like
the
kids
to
do
the
QR
code
before
they
left
and
everything.
So
it
was
a
fantastic
year,
two
event.
So.
A
H
Yeah,
so
in
just
two
and
a
half-ish
weeks,
we'll
have
our
club
263
at
the
teen
center.
A
lot
of
you
guys
like
to
volunteer
for
this
event
and
help
distribute
food
kind
of
help
volunteer
with
some
of
the
activities.
So
I
will
be
sending
out
a
Google
form
for
rsvping
sometime
this
week.
Please
RSVP!
If
you
can,
whether
or
not
you
can
or
can't
go
just
so
we
know,
and
then
we,
if
you
know,
if
you
can't
go,
please
rspp,
so
we
don't
keep
reaching
out
to
you.
H
So
look
for
that
in
your
email
later
this
week
it
will
be
fun.
It's
through
the
decades
theme
that
you
guys
picked
a
couple
meetings
ago.
So
that'll
be
exciting
kind
of
do
a
70s,
80s
90s
theme,
but
that's
all
I
have
just
look
for
that
email
to
RSVP.
A
H
All
right,
so
we've
got
three
different
events
coming
up
in
December.
That
staff
have
asked
for
the
acts.
Assistance
with
the
first
one
is
the
tree
lighting
the
city-wide
holiday
celebration
downtown
it's
on
Monday,
December
5th.
The
volunteer
time
is
5
30
to
9,
and
you
guys
will
be
helping
out
with
different
things.
Last
year
you
guys
helped
distribute
warm
drinks
and
food
and
got
a
lot
of
kudos
for
your
hard
work
there.
It's
a
very
fun
event.
H
So
again,
I'll
be
sending
out
the
RSVP
you
can.
All
of
these
will
be
on
there.
You
can
do
it
all
in
one
form.
Second,
one
is
Santa's
Workshop,
it's
one
of
Daisy,
the
youth
coordinator
programs.
Last
year,
you
guys
were
also
a
huge
help
there
it's
a
workshop
for
about
40
kids
and
they
will
be
going
from
table
to
table
doing
different
holiday
crafts
and
activities,
and
you
guys
will
be
the
leads
at
the
table
helping
out
with
the
different
crops
and
then,
lastly,
we
have
our
letters
from
Santa.
H
This
is
also
a
really
fun
one.
We
have
two
opportunities
on
one
on
a
Wednesday
night
and
one
on
a
Tuesday
night
and
I'll
send
all
the
dates
out.
But
you
can
stop
at
any
time
from
the
event
window
and
write
some
letters
to
kids
that
wrote
into
Santa
super
fun
and
a
good
way
to
give
back
to
the
community.
H
Doesn't
look
like
it?
Okay,
like
I,
said,
remember,
to
fill
out
the
RSVP
form.
It'll
have
all
three
of
those
events,
as
well
as
the
club,
263
event
and
I
know,
there's
a
lot
in
December.
So
if
you
can
pick
one
or
two
and
commit
to
those,
it
would
be
really
helpful
to
us
we're
not
asking
you
to
be
at
all
of
them,
because
that
is
a
lot
of
time.
But
if
you
want
to,
we
welcome
you
back
to
you.
Stephanie.
A
All
right,
moving
on
to
seven
committee,
stuff
committee
staff,
comments,
questions
committee
reports.
No
action
will
be
taken
on
on
any
question
raised
by
the
committee
at
this
time.
So
if
anyone
has
like
any
last
like
comments,
questions
before
we
end
the
meeting,
this
is
a
time
or
if
Lauren
or
Greg,
you
have
anything
to
add
on
Greg.
G
I
think
hopefully
some
of
them
know
if
you
got
an
email
from
Laurel
James.
She
works
in
the
city.
Manager's
office,
don't
get
too
excited,
but
we
are
going
back
in
person
in
February,
so
our
February
meeting
Lauren
do
you
know
what
it
is
by
any
chance
like
the
first
week,
you're
on
mute
still.
G
A
H
A
G
G
In
February
we
will
meet
in
person
and
we'll
have
like
a
fun
team,
Builder,
we'll,
probably
get
pizza
or
something
before
the
meeting
and
then
just
have
a
real
life.
In-Person
meeting
and
Stephanie
and
I
are
the
only
ones
on
this
meeting
that
have
met
in
person
before
so
it'll
be
super
exciting
and
then
just
more
information
as
it
comes
out,
we'll
spread
the
word
so
looking.
