A
B
D
E
G
E
She's
saying
they're
both
off
looks
like
ron.
Do
you
have
anything
there
well
well
temporary
check
this
out,
make
sure
that
we're
actually
airing
live.
E
Okay,
all
right
roll
call.
Please.
E
I
see
I
like
that.
Incorporate
the
first
name,
good
job
committee
work
session,
general
topics
of
discussion.
We
have
a
tax
review
appointment.
Mr
towsley,
thank
you,
mr
president.
G
Before
I
proceed,
I
was
just
hoping
someone
could
give
me
more
of
a
detailed
explanation
what
they
do
on
this
board.
A
G
K
G
So
tonight
we're
dealing
with
your
appointment,
mr
mayor,
the
mayor
has
decided
to
appoint
mr
markey,
so
my
only
hesitation,
if
I'm
gonna
be
honest,
is
does
this
have
to
go
for
council
approval.
I
assume
that's
why
we're
dealing
with
it.
My
only
hesitation,
if
I'm
going
to
be
honest,
is
I
know,
we're
having
trouble
finding
people,
so
that's
going
to
be
a
consideration
as
well,
but
because
mr
markey
works
closely
with
the
administration.
E
G
B
J
Yeah
there
was
a
board
under
the
prior,
so
we
changed
our
income
tax
code
at
the
beginning
of
what
2016
updated.
Maybe
it
was
17
updated
to
comply
with
state
law.
Okay,
there
was
a
board
under
the
old
version
as
well.
I'm
not
sure
there
was
ever
it
was
ever
filled.
Okay,
so
I
I'm
not
sure
there
was.
I
C
Okay,
I
don't
remember
making
any
or
agreeing
does
this
particular
position
have
to
be
somebody
that
is
an
employee
of
the
city
as
well.
J
J
G
J
J
Ignorance
on
that
word,
yeah
yeah.
We
can
get
a
a
listing
of
what
the
requirements
are.
I'll,
be
honest,
I'm
okay,
if
I'm
not
on
the
board,
I'm
just
stepping
up
just
because
it's
easier
to
fill
the
position
and
not
fill
a
position,
but
it's
okay.
If
there's
people
who
are
willing
to
step
up
who
are
members
of
the
community
that
want
to
come
forward,
I'm
more
than
happy
to
step
aside
and
let
them
let
them
serve.
That's
okay!
Well,.
J
B
J
So
I
did
I
did
this
in
the
city
of
stowe
and
I
was
a
resident
who
volunteered
to
do
it
in
the
city
of
stowe
and
that
one
there
was
five
residents
who
volunteered
it
wasn't
a
it
wasn't
an
employee
position,
but
it's
really,
I
think,
ideally
you'd
want
to
have
residents
who
would
volunteer
and
fill
the
board
just
like
your
other
boards,
but
this
one's
we
seem
to
be
having
a
problem.
Getting
a
recruit.
E
Right-
and
I
do
have
one
name-
I
can
address
it
now
or
address
it
later.
I
talked
to
an
individual
suzanne
boyer
and
asked
her
if
she
would
be
willing
to
serve
on
this
board
and
she
has
agreed
she's
expressed
some
interest
of
maybe
getting
into
politics
at
some
point
in
time.
So
I
figured
it
would
be
a
good
stepping
stone.
F
A
E
Also,
an
accountant
that
we
thought
about
contacting.
A
E
That
would
be
a
a
good
mix.
You
have
an
attorney
because
I
mean
the
entire
thing
you
know.
I
I
understand
your
point
and
I
had
the
same
kind
of
perception.
You
know
I
was
concerned
what
the
residents
would
think,
but
then,
looking
at
mr
markey,
you
know,
I'm
not
sure
I
know
a
more
ethical
person
than
than
he
is.
He
is
going
to
judge
it
based
on
the
the
facts
that
are
presented
in
front
of
him.
E
Just
as
any
of
these
individuals
should
be
doing
it's
nothing,
personal,
it's
just
strictly
business
and
it's
based
off
the
facts
that
are
presented.
So
that's
why
I
was
okay
with
mr
markey
doing
it.
H
Mr
president,
yes,
if
it
helps
council
understand
a
little
bit
better
in
the
four
years
that
I've
been
director
of
finance
several
times
a
year
throughout
the
season,
I
will
get
residents
that
will
write
to
me
and
and
appeal
a
case
to
me
wanting
an
abatement
of
their
tax
and
penalty,
and
that
and
they'll
cite
a
reason.
Most
of
the
time
it's
legitimate
somebody,
that's
new,
moved
into
the
community,
wasn't
aware
that
we
had
it
found
out
too
late.
They
got
the
penalty
from
cca
those.
H
I
will
you
know
my
general
rule
of
thumb.
Is
I
abate
one
time
in
that,
because
now
they
understand
I've,
I've
really
not
got
ever
gone
into
a
situation
that
I
was
not
able
to
handle
that
they
were
not
satisfied
in
the
end
in
that
and
there's
been
some
times
that
I've
basically
just
had
to
cite
to
them.
H
This
is
what
the
rules
are.
This
is
what
the
law
is
and
they've
accepted
it
and
that
and
paid
their
bills
and
moved
on.
So
it's
not
a
huge
huge
problem.
You
know,
but
if
there,
if
there
were
one
that
I
could
not
settle,
then
of
course
that
would
go
to
the
committee.
You
know
for
the
committee
to
hear.
J
Yeah,
mr
pilot,
I
did
get
a
copy
of
the
section
that
talks
about
who
should
be
in
the
board
and
for
the
mayor
appointment
and
said
they
they
can
or
they
don't
have
to
live
in
the
city,
but
they
they
may
live
in
the
city,
which
makes
sense
that
you'd
have
that
for
the
mayor
appointment.
It
can
be
an
employee,
but
it
can't
be
the
director
of
finance
because
it's
the
income
tax
administrator
and
that's
really
the
only
requirements.
C
C
Secondly,
it
wouldn't
matter
who
we
put
in
there,
there's
always
going
to
be
somebody
that's
going
to
have
something
negative
to
say
coming
along
and
thirdly,
this
is
the
mayor's
appointment
and
it
should
be
somebody
that
he
feels
he
is
has
his
trust
to
do,
and
he
and
mr
markey
was
a
perfect
example
for
the
plain,
simple
fact
he
is
held
to
be
legally
obligated
to
do
what
he
needs
to
do
and
look
at
it.
The
way
it
needs
to
be
looked
at,
so
I
don't
have
a
problem
with
him
coming
forward
for
this.
I
If
I
could,
before
you
go
ahead,
I
agree.
I
I
think
a
good
choice
is
mr
markey,
and
just
mainly
because
if
it
does
bypass
ron's
office
needs
to
go
further.
I
think
it's
good
to
have
someone
with
a
legal
background
to
be
able
to
look
know
what
he's
talking
about
and
represent
the
facts.
As
far
as
laws
concerned,
I
don't
have
a
problem
at
all
with
him.
I
C
I
would
just
like:
could
we
maybe
amend
the
title
of
this
to
say,
income
tax.
J
L
E
E
E
E
All
right
next
item
on
tonight's
agenda
is
city
of
norton
versus
orville.
Trucking
and
grading
company
falls
under
mine,
but
I
am
actually
going
to
turn
this
over
to
either
mr
markey
or
mr
flower.
Well
yeah.
I
guess
it
is
mr
power.
K
If
you
recall
this
is
a
situation,
the
concrete
delivery
truck
was
delivering,
making
a
delivery
on
houston
road.
In
october
of
last
year,
houston
road
was
recently
paved
did
significant
damage
to
our
road.
We
filed
a
claim
with
westfield
insurance.
The
claim
was
denied
due
to
the
fact
that
our
claim
has
been
denied.
We
left
with
no
alternative
other
than
to
seek
legal
recourse
through
the
courts
to
recover
our
funding
for
our
damages.
E
E
F
F
K
E
F
K
I
just
want
to
clarify.
I
know
you
had
that
other
name
for
yes
for
the
board.
I
didn't
know
how
we
wanted
to
proceed.
E
And
I
was
gonna,
bring
it
back
up
right
now
under
unfinished
business
for
the
same
board
that
we
just
talked
about
the
tax
review
board.
E
E
E
I
can
get
more
information
if
you
guys
want
and
then,
but
if
we
can,
you
know
at
least
move
it
forward
to
for
its
first
read.
If
there's
no
objections,
then
we
can
go
ahead
and
take
care
of
at
least
two
positions
on
the
board
and,
like
I
said,
there
was
one
other
one
that
I
wanted
to
contact.
Who
is
an
attorney
within
the
city
or
not
an
attorney
but
accountant
and
see
if
they
would
be
willing
to
serve
on
the
board
and
that
would
round
off
the
board.
E
Then
it's
any
questions,
then
I
would
ask
that
we
add
the
appointment
of
suzanne
boyer
to
the
tax
review
and
to
next
week's
agenda.
E
J
E
F
We
could,
at
committee
of
the
whole
next
week,
put
it
on
under
mr
towsley.
You
could
assign
it
to
his
committee.
He
could
bring
it
up
in
committee
of
the
whole.
We
could
add
it,
then,
in
committee
of
the
whole,
and
have
a
first
reading
next
week,
whatever.
E
E
I'll
get
a
something
from
our
letter
of
intent
from
her
that'd
be
great.
E
I
Things,
I
guess
we
could
start
by
just
sort
of
given
a
background
on
the
western
star
cemetery
situation.
I
I
If
they
were
to
repair
the
corner
of
the
fence
afterwards,
then
we
could
have
it
painted
both
sides-
black.
It
would
be
pressure
washed,
first
pressure
washed.
First,
the
contractor
told
me
and
he
would
pressure
wash.
It
then
give
it
two
coats
of
paint.
The
entire
three
three
sided
three
sides
of
the
fence.
I
I
appreciate
mr
fowler's
thoughts
on
that
was
mentioned
at
the
cemetery
and
parks
meeting
one
evening
here
a
couple
weeks
ago,
and
I
was
100
in
favor
of
of
a
wrought
iron
looking
fence.
But
then
I
got
to
looking
into
it
and
the
expense
involved
in
putting
three-sided
fence
around
for
the
rest
of
the
cemetery
as
the
front
is
now
would
be,
in
my
opinion,
cost
prohibitive,
more
likely
in
the
neighborhood
just
off
the
top
of
my
head,
twenty
to
thirty
thousand
dollars
minimum
for
those
three
sides.
I
Whereas
if
we
ask
service
department
to
repair
the
section,
two
nine
sections
of
fence
that
needs
repaired
and
then
paint
the
fence,
the
gentleman
says
we'll
have
less
than
two
thousand
dollars,
even
if
he
supplies
the
paint.
I
Not
certain
of
that,
of
course,
because
you
had
to
have
the
the
plan
to
what
you
wanted
to
do
before.
I
would
approach
or
anybody
would
approach
them
so
anyway,
the
fence
itself
for
less
than
two
thousand
dollars
can
be
repaired
painted
and
people
on
the
cemetery
committee
says
that
they
would
be
perfectly
happy
with
that
and
think
that
it's
the
way
to
go
also,
I
think
it's
the
way
to
go.
I
I
just
I'm
sorry,
I
don't
think
it
should
be
torn
down.
I
know
there
was
discussion
about
tearing
it
down.
I
I
Of
paint
he
says
the
painter
says
approximately
10
to
15
gallon,
but
he
can't
be
certain
until
he
starts
painting.
So
if
you
figure
30
bucks
a
gallon,
it's
still
gonna
run
you
less
the
city
less
than
two
thousand
dollars
for
the
labor
and
material
to
paint
it
and
I
think
he's
going
about
it
the
right
way.
I
I
don't-
I
don't
know
the
fellow
but
I'm
told
from
different
the
person
that
recommended
him,
that
he's
a
good
painter
and
he
does
good
work
and-
and
he
suggested
to
me
that
he
thought
it
should
be
pressure
washed.
The
whole
thing
before
he
painted
it
to
get
all
the
rust
and
crud
and
everything
off
of
it,
which
I
thought
was
a
good
idea.
I
So
defense
itself.
I
think
my
suggestion
would
be
to
go
ahead
with
that.
Have
the
service
department
start
as
soon
as
possible,
so
we
could
get
the
fence
repaired
and
and
immediately
after
that,
the
first
couple
of
days
he
tells
me
that's
over
50
degrees.
I
I
I
Some
people
would
rather
work
on
norton
center
cemetery
first
and
then
do
western
star
later,
because
western
star
was
rehabilitated
in
2009
and
they
did
a
nice
job
beautiful
job.
But
it's
went
to
use
my
language
to
hell
since
then,
and
there
are
70
stones
that
that
need
repaired
and
replaced
there
not
including
this
fence
project,
but
the
the
70
stones
that
need
repaired
and
replaced.
I
got
a
price
from
summit
memorial.
I
Excuse
me
to
do
all
of
the
work
we
discussed
volunteers,
maybe,
and
that
could
still
be
done,
but
I
really
believe
that
they
know
what
they're
doing
and
really
the
way
to
go
about
doing.
It
would
be
to
spend
the
money
and
have
it
done
properly.
To
start
with,
I
got
a
price
back
today
from
summit
memorial
of
I
believe
it's
I
don't
have
in
front
of
me,
but
I
think
it's
8
750
to
do
to
reset
all
of
the
stones
that
need
reset
and
there
are
at
least
70..
I
Some
of
them
are
broken,
half
they're,
the
old
I
don't
know
granite,
marble,
type,
stuff
and
they're
broken
half
and
they
have
a
special
epoxy
that
they
use
to
to
put
them
back
together
and
they
they
clamp
them,
showed
me
how
they
clamp
them
with
a
board
and
epoxy
them
and
get
them
good
and
solid.
I
Excuse
me
and,
and
those
16
have
lisa
merrick.
When
she
worked
on
it
out
there.
She
says
that
she
there's
a
flag
place
to
put
a
flag
on
their
grave
and
everything,
and
some
of
them
have
the
bronze
markers.
Some
of
them
have
the
stone
markers
that
the
va
provided
and
if
we
could,
through
the
historical
society,
and
there
are
records
they're,
not
real
detailed.
I
There
are
records,
though,
that
if,
if,
if
they
did
some
further
research,
we
might
be
able
to
find
some
other
veterans
locations
in
the
cemetery,
and
if
we
could,
we
could
approach
either
the
veterans,
service,
commission
or
the
va
itself.
I
would
think
we
could
probably
go
through
the
veterans
service
commission
and
have.
A
I
Sort
of
check
on
it
for
us
if
we
could
get
their
names
and
everything
and
we
might
be
able
to
get
a
stone
provided,
but
that
takes
about
six
months,
even
if
you
know
all
the
information
it
takes
about
six
to
eight
months
to
get
the
stones
replaced.
I'm
told
I
mean
the
monument
markers
and
what
I
was
after
when
I
started
this
little
journey
here
was
to
get
the
western
star
cemetery
back
to
looking
presentable
for
memorial.
D
I
And
there's
just
no
way
possible
to
do
it
all
as
far
as
the
veterans,
markers
and
everything
before
memorial
day,
but
if
we
award
this
contract
to
the
people
to
repair
and
replace
the
stones
that
needed
done,
I'm
I'm
not
certain
of
this,
but
I
believe
they
can
start
real
soon
to
work
on
it
and
it
would
be
done
before
memorial
day,
but
now
whether
they
get
the
whole
cemetery
done.
That's
fine!
I
If
they
just
get
the
first
two
or
three
rows
done
and
it
would
be
presentable
to
the
public
and
then
they
could
continue
their
work
throughout
the
summer
and
fall
even
or
for
that
matter.
Next
year
I
mean
it
doesn't
all
have
to
be
done
immediately,
but
I
think
if
we
decide
to
go
with
the
contract
with
summit
memorial,
then
I
think
we
should
get
them
started
on
it.
So
they'll
have
it.
I
Looking
nice
before
memorial
day,
there's
been
some
talk
about
norton
center,
like
I
said,
and
I've
got
a
lot
of
information
on
that,
but
I
don't
want
to
get
too
involved
with
two
different
cemeteries.
At
the
same
time,
it's
been
discussed
because
of
the
bicentennial
coming
up,
but
they
want
that
one
done
first.
Well,
truthfully,
the
majority
of
the
people
that's
going
to
be
coming
to
visit
for
the
bicentennial
are
not
going
to
be
going
past.
I
That
cemetery
excuse
me
as
much
as
they
are
coming
up:
cleveland,
maslin,
road
straight
up,
greenwich
and
parade
type
things,
and
all
the
activities
are
down
here,
and
I
just
personally
don't
think
that
that
cemetery,
my
own
opinion,
is
as
bad
as
western
star
and
also
if
you
drive
down
madonna
line
road,
it
is
so
visible
as
you
go
by
every
little
thing.
That's
wrong!
In
there.
If
you
slow
down,
you
can
see
what's
wrong,
you
can
see
the
stones
that
are
overturned
the
ones
that
are
broke.
I
You
know
granted
it
was
done
back
in
2009,
but
it's
it's.
It's
weathered
pretty
bad
since
2009,
and
the
stones
that
are
in
in
the
repairs
that
need
done
in
norton
center
are
are
bigger
and
stronger
stones,
and
I
believe
truthfully,
I
don't
believe
it's
as
much
work
involved
once
they
got
started
on
the
norton
center,
one
as
there
is
in
western
star.
I
I
She
would
even
be
willing
to
talk
to
the
cemetery
board
and
see
if
they
could
get
either
a
resolution
passed
asking
us
to
do
this
work
in
the
manner
that
we've
discussed
and
then
let
council
decide
if
they
want
to
go
forward
with
it.
But
I
asked
her
if
she
could
possibly
call
a
meeting
as
soon
as
possible
to
make
up
their
mind
as
to
whether
they
want
to
I
I've
talked
to
some
of
them
already
and
and
no
one
I've
talked
to
wants
to
tear
down
the
fence.
Like
we
originally
discussed.
I
We
don't
have
that
kind
of
money.
I
I
didn't
realize
when
I
said
it
was
okay,
I
didn't
realize
the
cost
of
it
and-
and
I
think
the
price
that
this
fellow
gave
us
for
painting
it
and
using
our
own
people
to
repair.
It
is
absolutely
the
way
to
go
and
it'll
look
nice,
or
at
least
I
think
it
will
painted
black,
the
rada
or
the
chain
link
portions
of
it
painted
black.
I
I
just,
I
think,
that's
the
way
to
go
as
far
as
the
cemeteries,
and
so
anyone
else
have
anything
that
they
want
to.
I
L
Denise
mullins
2886
wilbanks
drive
norton
ohio
at
the
cemetery
and
parks
meeting
that
we
had
several
weeks
ago.
Mr
gainer,
you
were
there
and
you
expressed
how
strongly
you
feel
about
fixing
up
western
star
cemetery
and
the
board
had
a
very
lengthy
discussion
and
because
of
extensive
damage
that
was
done
to
the
fence
from
a
tree
falling
down
on
it.
That
fence
looks
totally
destroyed
in
a
fairly
significant
section
of
its
the
way
it's
set
up.
L
Perhaps
there
are
other
routes
we
can
go,
but
there
was
nobody
on
the
board
that
night
who
wanted
that
fence
type
reinstalled
and
now
to
talk
about
trying
to
fix
it
and
paint
it.
It
doesn't
seem
like
anything
that
I
recall
from
that
meeting
and
you're
saying
that
you've
reached
out
to
members
of
the
committee.
Since
then
I
know
I
haven't
heard
from
you.
I
I
Now,
if
we
can
get
a
quote
on
that
and
have
council
approve
it
to
spend
that
kind
of
money,
I'd
vote
for
it
in
a
minute.
If,
if
the
council
was
of
the
of
the
mine
to
spend
that
kind
of
money
for
a
fence,
I
I
would
much
rather
have,
like
you
said,
a
wrought
iron
fence.
We
talked
about
it
at
that
meeting.
You're
talking
about
mr
fowler
suggested
it,
and
I
thought
it
was
a
good
idea
and
I
still
do
if,
if
we
had
the
money
to
pay
for
it,.
L
I
A
I
I
think
it
was
an
excellent
idea
I
still
do
but,
but
when
I
I
neva
and
I
went
after
three
times-
we've
been
out
there
three
times
and
looked
at
it
and
we've
had
some
memorial
tom
out
there
and
looked
at
it
three
times
and
and
not
for
the
fence,
but
just
for
the
stones
and
such
and
I
I
counted:
there's
there's
nine
partially
destroyed
sections
of
fence
of
10
foot,
sections
of
fence
and
all
together,
there's
51
sections
of
fence
there,
10
foot
sections
so.
E
Why
don't
we
do
this?
Mr
power,
can
you
get
with
the
cemetery
board?
Have
them
meet
and
put
together
some
proposals?
E
If
you
want
to
give
your
quotes
to
the
cemetery
board
members,
then
that
way
we
can
kind
of
go
from
there.
Unless
you
have
more
information.
K
K
Hess
after
the
cemetery
board
had
met
probably
two
weeks
ago
to
try
to
get
some
prices
on
some
quality.
Looking
fence
for
our
cemetery,
I
was
trying
to
see
if
he
got
that
normally
when
he
gets
those
quotes.
He
sends
them
right
to
me,
so
I'm
assuming
he's
not
gotten
it
back
yet,
but
I'll
follow
up
and
make
sure,
because
because
our
initial
theory
was
to
try
to
get
some
donations
made
by
a
vendor
to
pay
for
the
fencing
to
address
the
cemetery
to
make
it
look
presentable.
F
A
K
One
of
the
things
we're
discussing
is
statutory
responsibility.
Really
what
one
of
the
things
we
discussed
when
I
was
in
lorraine.
We
had
a
company
that
donated
mausoleum
doors,
because
we
had
a
nice
thief
who
decided
to
steal
mausoleum
doors
and
they
made
donations
to
make
those
mausoleums
the
way
they
should
be.
K
K
To
do
and
we've
been,
we've
been
trying
to
trying
to
meet
his
goal
of
memorial
day,
which
I
understand
understand
the
importance
of
that
day.
G
K
E
Anybody
else
and
mr
gainer
thank
you
for
your,
like
he
said
your
passion
there
and
and
we'll
get
them
rolling
on
this
and
see
see
what
we
can
get
done,
how
quick
we
yeah
how
quickly
we
can
get
it
done.
F
If
it's
a
reasonable
recommendation,
then
we
do
whatever
we
need
to
do
to
effectuate
that
if
we
don't
like
the
recommendation,
I
guess
we
send
it
back
to
the
parks
and
cemetery
board
and
they
can
come
up
with
a
different
recommendation,
but
I
mean,
I
think,
there's
a.
We
have
a
parks
and
cemetery
board
for
reason
right.
A
F
I
A
A
E
All
right,
any
other
new
business
topics
for
next
work
session.
Council.
K
First,
you
may
have
noticed
or
may
have
received
notification
that
by
the
newspaper
that
first
energy
solutions
has
filed
bankruptcy.
Why
is
this
important
to
us?
We
just
signed
a
contract
with
first
energy
circa
january
regarding
our
electrical
aggregation.
K
We
assume
that
first
energy
is
going
to
continue
to
offer
those
rates,
there's
some
protections
in
there.
That
will
I
did
forwards.
I
think
I
sent
it
to
some
of
the
council
members
I'll
make
sure
every
one
of
you
gets
the
email
that
we
received
from
our
consultant.
They
are
not
concerned
with
the
filing.
There
are
many
energy
companies
that
have
come
out
the
other
side
and
and
have
been
much
more.
K
Their
strength
was
much
better
than
when
they
went
into
bankruptcy,
so
they
just
wanted
to
put
our
mind
at
ease
and
make
sure
that
we
know
that
we're
going
to
get
the
rate,
because
there
typically
is
three
options
and
all
of
them
more
favorable.
For
us
to
maintain
that
rate.
So
I
wanted
to
make
sure
that
if
anyone
has
a
question
and
would
contact
you,
I
will
send
you
the
information,
so
you
all
have
that
you.
K
Morning
with
the
frequently
asked
questions
as
well:
okay
just
want
to
make
sure
everybody
has
some
information,
and
I
want
to
let
anybody
watch
us
the
meeting
to
know
that
that
is
something
that
we're
working
on.
K
Wanted
to
make
everyone
aware.
Thank
you
two
other
points
of
note.
We
are
working
and
have
been
working.
I
know
we
discussed
this.
With
the
new
park
drive,
we
will
be
submitting
the
new
park
drive
for
a
tid
grant,
which
will
be
250
000
through
the
transportation
improvement
district.
The
deadline
is
may
31st.
K
I
believe,
but
right
now
we're
one
of
two
projects
in
the
county
being
submitted
for
tid
funding,
so
that
will
we
did
talk
about
an
assessment
for
that.
So
I
just
wanted
to
let
you
know
so
we're
applying
for
two
grants
and
some
some
assessment,
so
hopefully
we're
driving
that
cost
down.
And,
lastly,.
K
K
C
C
B
Just
to
add,
mr
miller
will
also
be
here:
the
25th
at
6
30
for
the
town
hall,
meeting
ward
3.
and
we're
just
trying
to
get
the
word
out
not
to
sign
any
contracts
between
now
and
then.
So
if
the
door
hangers
go
out,
I
just
want
to
make
sure
no
one's
getting
confused
by
that
and
signs
contracts
and
makes
themselves
ineligible
to
get
assistance
only
if
they're
seeking.
B
H
E
She's
having
the
one
here
tomorrow
and
then
mr
krantz,
having
a.
C
B
C
B
B
We're
looking
at
the
norton
kiwanis
are
looking
at
a
project
and
coming
to
the
city
with
at
least
cooperative
funds,
and
I
I
can't
say
a
whole
lot
about
it.
I
don't
think
it's
totally
finalized,
but
we
just
discussed
this
at
a
board
meeting
last
thursday
morning
and
so
we're
looking
at
doing
an
electronic
sign.
Much
like
barbara
high
school,
the
school
here
in
norton
and
several
other
cities
have
as
sort
of
a
notification
thing
that
can
be
programmed
remotely
and
would
stand
out
and
have
two
facings.
E
I
think
a
total
place.
I
E
You
guys
want
to
check
into
it
yeah
thanks
all
right,
any
other
new
business.
E
Up
and
just
so
everyone's
aware
immediately
following
this
meeting,
we're
gonna
have
a
special
meeting.
One
item
will
be
discussed
on
it
and
that
is
it
meeting
adjourned.
E
E
F
E
C
E
Scott
pilot
yeah
here
before
we
get
started,
is
it
all
right,
the
blendies
in
one
meeting
on
the
streaming
side,
yeah.
J
A
E
Right,
we
have.
J
E
E
Thank
you
reason
that
we're
we're
trying
to
move
on
this
is
so
obviously,
hopefully
the
weather
is
going
to
be
breaking
here,
pretty
quick,
and
we
want
to
make
sure
that
we
get
our
our
place
set
within
the
construction
company,
so
we
can
get
this
taken
care
of.
C
C
Yes,
mr
president,
I
had
a
call
today
I'd
just
like
to
clarify
that.
Yes,
this
actual
ordinance
is
for
fifty
four
thousand
six
hundred
and
forty
eight
dollars,
even
though
the
bid
came
in
at
49
680
we're
just
making
sure
that
we
have
the
10
percent
so
that
we
can
cover
any
extra
charges
that
may
arise.
C
E
I
C
G
C
We
just
put
out
this
money
and
it
doesn't
look
very
good
and
I
was
told
at
that
time
it
was
just
this
is
all
we
could
do
it
at
now
at
this
time
and
get
it
done
to
last
as
long
as
what
it
did
and
sees
how
we
are
getting
it
a
little
cheaper
because
we
are
getting
it
well,
I
think
about
fifteen
thousand.
Am
I
close
to
that
as
to
what
we
were
quoted
last
year
to
do
the
whole
job?
C
C
We
used
to
have
a
council
person
used
to
like
to
point
out
that
this
is
where
people
come
in
to
do
business
with
us.
It's
where
all
our
citizens
come,
and
it
didn't
look
very
good
upon
any
of
us
to
not
have
it
fixed
up
and
to
make
sure
that
the
handicapped
people
can
get
up
the
sidewalks
easier
and
everything
else
and
we're
doing
a
lot
for
our
roads.
We're
doing
a
lot
more
for
these
roads
in
the
last
few
years
and
has
been
done
for
many
many
years
prior
and
looking
to
do
more.
B
K
K
So,
provided
we
do
preventative
maintenance
and
part
of
the
issue,
we
had
not
done
preventative
maintenance
when
the
cracks
start
to
show.
We
should
be
sealing
the
parking
lot
which
we
started.
Last
year.
We
started
the
parking
lot
down
here,
we're
going
to
seal
the
parking
lot
over
there
by
the
baseball
fields.
K
We
didn't
do
that
last
year
because
we
didn't
have
the
money,
but
really
you
should
seal
them
every
year
and
they
will
last
a
lot
longer
than
they
did
and
that's
what
our
goal
is
to
get
into
a
cycle
and
mr
towsley,
I
think
many
of
us
had
this
conversation.
My
initial
thought
was
to
do
it
in
thirds
because
the
price
was
so
large.
K
Last
time
and
and
you
know,
we-
we
tried
the
crack
seal,
there's
some
large
potholes
out
there
that
have
somewhat
come
to
surface
now,
and
I
understand
mr
towsley's
concern
and
then
you
know
we're
actively
trying
to
address
the
road
situation,
but
but
we
do
need
to
to
try
to
do
what
we
can
to
fix
out
here,
because
it
really
is
getting
in
in
disrepair.
Unfortunately,
and
we
tried
the
crack
seal
and
just
due
to
the
condition,
didn't
hold
up
because
of
the
water.
F
A
F
What
I'm
saying
is,
is
it's
in
bad
shape,
but
I
mean
if
it
crumbles
and
we
have
a
lot
of
potholes,
it
seems
to
me
there's
a
lot
more
work.
We
need
to
do
to
get
the
base
ready
to
actually
put
the
the
asphalt
down
to
make
it
last.
