The
last
time
I
was
here
speaking
about
my
daughter,
I
talked
about
the
untimely
death
unfortunate,
but
fortunately
her
legacy
gets
to
live
on.
I
received
word
from
Alaska
airline
and
sisters
of
the
skies
Inc
about
my
daughter's
Memorial
Scholarship.
They
set
up
a
sisters
of
the
skies
in
which
is
where
she
got
her
scholarship
from
this
time
March
of
last
year.
L
Unfortunately,
she
didn't
get
a
chance
to
use
it
because
she
passed
away
two
weeks
after
receiving
the
scholarship
but
a
sister.
The
disguise
took
that
scholarship
fund
and
started
a
scholarship,
a
more
Memorial
Scholarship
in
her
honor
as
a
resident
of
Norton.
She
was
for
10
years
I
wanted
to
make
sure
that
she
gets
recognized
and
also
allow
you
to
enjoy
what
I'm
enjoying
that
that
scholarship
fund
has
started.
The
memorial,
the
roshanda
Nicoli
Memorial
Scholarship,
which
will
be
held
in
San
Francisco
California
next
month.

F
You,
mr.
president,
this
is
a
little
different
than
what
you
normally
see
us
do
with
monies.
This
is
in
relation
to
Newport
Drive
and
instead
of
making
a
transfer,
we're
actually
getting
an
advance
of
I
believe
it's
one
hundred
and
three
thousand
dollars
from
the
general
fund,
and
this
will
be
replaced
this
year.
This
is
a
progress
payment
that
is
due
for
the
contractor.
F
LibertÃ
who's
actually
done
the
construction
work
down
in
the
new
park
project
area,
and
we
just
don't
have
the
sufficient
funds
in
the
five
thousand
and
six
count
to
be
able
to
make
that
progress.
Payment
am
I
correct,
and
this
is
the
second
payment.
This
is
the
second
progress
payment
we've
made.
That's
that's
correct.
It's.
F
So
what
we
will
be
doing
is
we
will
move
the
money
from
the
general
fund
place
it
in
the
advance
expense
line,
not
the
transfer
line
as
you're
more
accustomed
to
hearing
pay
the
bill
apply
for
the
reimbursement
and
for
the
money
advanced
back
to
the
general
fund
once
we
receive
it,
and
this
should
happen
within
a
year
as
probably
as
soon
as
we
can
get
this
going.
I.
F
That
we
will
be
looking
for
this
to
be
coming
around
to
us
again
for
the
third
and
final
payment,
so
just
for
for
one
you,
this
needs
to
be
done
as
soon
as
possible
since
we've
had
this
and
we
just
haven't
been
able
to
get
to
it
because
we
were
on
break
yeah.
So
at
this
time
lists
anybody
has
any
more
questions
or
comments.
I'm,
going
to
make
a
motion
to
add
this
ordinance
to
tonight's
agenda
with
emergency
language.
Looking
to
waive
the
second
and
third
readings,
I'll.
H
H
G
D
As
I
read
through
the
Medina
line,
Road
project
and
I
drove
it
to
make
sure
condition.
It
is
sorely
in
need
of
some
work.
That's
our
responsibility,
south
of
Greenwich,
Road
and
I.
Believe
Medina
County
is
responsible
for
the
northern
part.
So
this
is
all
the
southern
part.
I
do
have
a
question
on
this
and
it's
not
a
deal-breaker
but
I
just
want
to
understand.
I,
don't
think
we
saw
anything
about
this
last
week
and
suddenly
we're
going
to
ask
for
acceleration.
So.
H
So
if
I
can
just
quickly
first
of
all
like
this
is
the
section
that
the
city
of
Norton
paves
the
whole
Road.
So
we
do
the
north
and
the
south
side
of
the
road
or
east
of
the
east
and
the
west
and
west
east
and
west
side
of
the
road
right
up
to
Greenwich
and
then
Summit
County
does
another
section
and
copley
does
another
section.
So
this
is
all
ours
right.
M
Grant
so,
as
I
indicated
my
email
to
Council
on
Thursday,
this
was
sent
over
to
the
City
Engineer
after
our
council
meeting
on
Monday
lard,
the
committee
meeting
last
week
on
Monday,
so
the
he
received
it
or
we
received
it
from
the
city
engineer.
You
know,
Tuesday
are
ones
that
you
can
look
at
the
dates
they're
in
that
email,
I,
don't
remember
which
one
it
was
all
this
Agreement
does.
M
Is
it
allows
the
city
to
be
the
coordinating
agency
for
bidding
and,
as
you
know,
with
Cleveland
Massillon
Road,
we're
very
little
control
and
how
that
project
actually
done
because
of
that
experience
the
city
went
out
and
got
certified,
so
they
can
become
a
local
agent
for
the
ODA
projects
when
there's
federal
funding.
This
would
be
the
first
project
with
a
city
would
act
in
that
capacity.
So
it's
not
authorizing
the
expenditure
of
funds.
It's
it's
just.
G
H
I
mean
my
opinion
is
this:
is
what
we've
had
a
lot
of
complaints
about
on
Cleveland,
Massillon,
Road
and
other
projects
in
the
city,
where
we're
not
the
coordinating
agent,
and
so
we
lose
that
control
within
our
city.
This
fixes
that
problem,
so
that
we
have
that
control
and
and
I
think
that's
a
good
thing.
We.

please
note
everybody
that,
while
we
are
in
executive

the
audio

video
is
recording,
live
and
uninterrupted.
If
you
do
not
want
your
conversations
recorded,
please
exit
the
council
chambers
for
the
other
folks
here
who
are
here
for
the
public
hearing,
we're
going
to
try
and
get
through
our
executive
session
as
quickly
as
possible
so
that
we
can
get
back
out
here
and
get
to
your
public
hearing
and
then
we'll
go
with
that.
Okay,
all.
G

So
let
me
get
paper
out
here.
Okay,

H
O
P
P
H
N
Just
kind
of
start
by
explaining
how
I
started
my
journey
was
a
rezoning
I
bought
my
house
around
him
a
year
ago
and
I
started
with
a
discussion
with
City
Engineer.
If
I
can
convert
the
house
to
be
a
commercial
to
split
my
property
since
I
have
almost
half
acre
week
and
corner
lot
in
the
same
Road,
it's
completely
looks
like
based
on
the
blend,
and
a
map
completely
looks
like
has
nothing
to
do
with
the
house
and
a
driveway
and
a
garage
and
regardless
to
the
law.
N
The
engineer
answered
me,
you
know
be
able
to
split
it
as
a
residential.
So
after
some
discussion
with
him
regards
to
the
law,
you
have
to
have
at
least
200
foot
wide
in
the
road
in
the
middle.
To
be
able
to
do
the
kind
of
split,
so
I
asked
you
to
be
able
to
convert
it
to
a
commercial,
because
my
my
first
plan
to
start
do
kind
of
investment
is
to
split
it
and
keep
my
house
as
a
residential
but
regards
his
answer.
N
I
didn't
I,
couldn't
do
it
so
after
that
he
said
you
be
able
to
convert
a
lot
as
a
commercial.
If
you
want
so
regards
his
emails.
I
set
up
a
meeting
with
rezoning,
Department
I
met
a
guy
called
Bell
for
rezoning
inspector
I
had
a
discussion
with
him
step
by
step,
starting
from
I
want
to
do
with
p3,
and
he
said.
N
Let
me
see
and
then
I
told
him
I
went
as
plated.
He
said.
Let
me
see
so
I
give
him
almost
a
month.
He
said,
I
will
back
to
other
people
has
a
responsibility
and
we
will
make
a
discussion.
We
will
go
to
the
place
and
we
will
see
it
by
ourselves
and
then
we
will
back
to
you.
I
said
okay
and
then
I
sit
down.
Then
I
came
I
emailed
him
couple
times
and
finally,
I
have
found
him
here.
So
we
had
a
discussion
and
he
said
here
what
we
can
do.
N
N
I
can
do,
which
is
I
accepted
that
it's
well
make.
My
house
should
to
be
a
part
of
this
kind
of
business,
couldn't
be
a
residential
if
I
make
a
business
there,
this
house
couldn't
be
a
residential
I
agreed
with
all
of
that.
So
I
I
need
some
kind
of
visibility
study
with
some
organization
some
places
and
from
my
last
meeting
here
with
a
comment
meeting
I
was
explaining.
N
It
will
be
something
very
simple:
I
agree
it
will
be
most
likely,
but
I
have
some
discussion
with
someone
is
close
to
me
to
make
like
a
bakery
coffee
shop.
If
I
will
build
a
building
here,
if
not
we're
gonna
keep
a
house
as
a
kind
of
business,
though
I
invest
in
moving
from
well
to
a
water
pipeline
and
I,
invest
to
the
move
from
Bob
Orem
to
public
sewer,
I
pay,
all
the
fees
and
I
spend
all
money
to
be
ready,
be
able
to
have
business,
which
is
many.
N
Many
people
I
knowes
believe
is
gonna
be
kind
of
risk.
Then
this
area
business
not
doing
very
well
but
I'm,
willing
and
I
assume
as
I'm
thinking
by
myself,
is
if
someone
gonna
come
to
invest,
hire
some
two
or
three
people
make
a
simple
thing,
because
it's
Vito
zoning
whenever
could
be
something
make
noise
when
never
could
be
something
big
make
troubles
around
for
a
neighborhood
and
in
same
time
we
have
a
third
shop
across
the
street.
N
It's
mainly
a
highway
has
a
big
trucks
going
every
day
it's
over
than
12,000
drugs
birthday
regards
to
some
studies,
I
read
and
I
researched
by
myself,
for
it
for
kind
of
business.
I
can
do
so.
I
would
say
if
I'm
a
northern
city
authority
here
our
just
catch
the
guy
hey.
Let
him
spend
some
money
and
hire
some
people,
this
man
away,
I,
look
at
it
and
well
I
I,
don't
see
for
myself,
it's
a
risk
for
me,
it's
money
again
s-bend
and
this
is
a
full
story.
H
H
J
Right,
next
to
it
again,
we
are
not
being
told
exactly
what
he
wants
to
put
on
this
property.
What
type
of
business
there's
across
the
street
as
he
said,
that
is
all
commercial
property,
and
there
is
plenty
of
vacant
buildings
right
down
the
street.
There's
two
houses
plus
a
building.
You
have
the
old
ways
lot,
there's
many
other
businesses
on
the
other
side
of
the
street.
J
We
don't
need
it
on
our
side
again,
which
is
strictly
residential,
where
all
the
children
play
and
catch
the
school
bus
and
go
to
school
and
I
still
have
not
heard
what
wants
to
go
in
there.
So
I
feel.
If
you
guys
do
approve
this,
then
anything
can
go
in
there
and
we'll
have
no
control
over
anything.
Q
J
Q
Was
a
handful
of
things
he
was
throwing
at
this,
but
there
was
nothing
ever
set
on
a
convenience
store
and
I.
Had
a
couple.
People
approached
me
saying:
man,
they're
gonna,
put
a
convenience
store
next
door
to
you.
Probably
gonna.
Do
that
it's
nothing
ever
become
a
convenience
store.
They
just
want
to
change
the
zoning
and
I.
Really,
you
know
really
believer.
Keep
the
zoning
across
the
street
keep
the
commercial
property
over
there.
It's
all
homes.
On
the
other
side
of
that
note,
and
to
me
it
would
just
disrupt
everything
personally.
Q

next

Our

are
separated
by
a
fence
in
the

but
the
front.
It's
not
really
separated
and
I
agree
with
the
last
two
people.
As
far
as
the
that's
residential
on
our
site,
everything
else
I
mean
is
on.
We
have
a
convenience
store,
I
mean
he
didn't
really
make
any
specifics.
No
clear
ideas
of
what
he
is
planning
on
doing
I
think
it
would
more.
K
Disappointing
if
it
actually
went
through
as
far
as
it
just
probably
is
going
to
end
up
being
a
vacant
lot.
If
there's
a
building
put
on
the
property,
I
mean
I,
don't
think
that
we
need
any
more
vacant
buildings,
there's
plenty
to
choose
from
of
his
intentions
when
he
purchased
this
house
last
summer
of
turning
it
into
a
business.
Why
didn't
he
go
further
to
you
know
if
he
wants
to
help
the
community
there's
plenty
of
vacant
buildings
offices
stores,
it
would
have
been
a
lot
easier
if
that's
what
his
intentions
were
to
begin
with.
K
Instead
I
did
have
the
chance
to
speak
with
the
tenants,
his
tenants
that
do
reside
in
that
house
when
they
first
moved
in,
and
it
was
said
that
this
is
an
occurring
process
of
his
he
purchases,
cheap
houses,
flips
them,
for
you
know,
financial
gain
he'll
turn
around
to
sell.
Unfortunately,
if
you
look
at
the
house,
we
all
knew
that
it
needed
a
lot
of
work.
K
A
lot
of
TLC
and
I
agree
that
it's
he's
looking
for
a
financial
gain
as
being
able
to
sell
it
as
commercial
I
have
no
doubt
that
somebody
else
if
you
wanted
a
so
as
is
it
would
sell,
but
having
I
do
have
a
an
11
year
old
daughter
who
plays
in
the
yard.
You
know
with
her
dogs,
I
have
cats,
you
know
animals
I,
don't
want
to
have
to
worry
about
a
vacant
lot.
K
Where
lord
knows
what
could
happen,
you
know
at
night
or
anything
I
don't
want
to
have
that
worry
of
even
traffic
of
a
business.
On
this
side
it
is
difficult
to
pull
out
already,
there's
a
lot
of
vehicles
at
that
property
already
that
they
park
on
the
side
of
the
street,
to
where
it
is
really
difficult.
I've
almost
been
hit
trying
to
pull
out
of
my
own
driveway,
that's
with
it
being
residential
anything
more
commercial
is
just
going
to
add
more
traffic
and
I
think
it
posed.
As
you
know,
more
accidents,
so
I
am
against.

kind
of

shot
down

tonight.
I
had
everything

that's
what
was
the
big
rumor
and
I
thought
what
in
a
world
would
anybody
want
to
do
that?
For
because
we
had
a
custard
stand,
it
went
out
of
business
and
we
had
a
real
nice
market
right
by
a
block
down
the
street
and
I
would
Circle
K
and
and
the
Dollar
General
he
kind
of
went
out
of
business.
So
I
can't
imagine
why
would
anybody
want
to
put
in
a
convenience
store?
O
So
there
must
be
some
other
ulterior
motives
or
I,
don't
know,
but
I'm
a
I
don't
like
what's
going
on
and
it
seems
to
me
back
in
the
fall.
He
was
already
clearing
that
place
out
and
I
thought
it
was
already
zoned
because
he
was
clearing
it
of
doing
work.
Somebody
was
doing
work
there
I
thought
they
must
be
all
all
set
cut
and
read,
but
I
can't
imagine
what
kind
of.
G
H

A
F
Mr.
president,
I
attended
those
Planning
Commission
meeting
and
heard
basically
the
same
thing
from
the
gentleman
at
once,
proposing
to
change
the
zoning
I
stated
then
that
I
felt
this
was
a
spot
zoning
type
deal
everything
that
I've
looked
at
still
tells
me.
This
is
a
spot
zoning
deal
I
have
talked
to
the
residents
there.
I
have
talked
to
some
of
the
businesses
there.
Looking
back
at
the
comprehensive
plan
we
had
done
several
years
ago.
This
was
never
intended
to
go
to
business
area.
F
F
Some
of
them
can't
even
keep
enough
room
in
their
parking
lots
to
keep
business
coming
in
I
will
unload
I
will
not
vote
to
move
a
business
in
amongst
these
residents
when
it
has
never
been
planned
for,
as
I
told
him
at
the
planning
meeting
in
the
future,
I
see
that
entire
Street
going
commercial
in
some
form,
but
I'm
not
about
to
be
a
part
of
taking
one
piece
of
land
and
changing
it.
I'm
sorry,
mr.
F
Buccola,
that
you've
put
out
the
money
for
the
sewer
and
everything,
but
then
that
just
makes
the
house
property
that
much
more
worthwhile
to
build
or
rent
but
I'm,
not
about
to
say
that
I'm
going
to
change
that
over
to
zoning,
for
you
to
put
a
business
in
amongst
these
residents
and
and
take
away
from
them.
That's
all
I
have
said
mr.
Gaynor.
H
H
M
H
H
H
Thank
you,
everyone
for
coming
for
the
public
hearing
all
right.
Moving
back
to
consideration
of
minutes,
minutes
of
the
regular
council
meeting
of
December
9
2019.
Are
there
any
additions,
deletions
or
Corrections
to
those?
Those
minutes
will
be
accepted
as
submitted
the
minutes
of
the
organizational
meeting
of
January
6th
2020.
Are
there
are
any
additions,
Corrections
or
deletions
to
those?
H
C
C
The
city
of
Norton
was
awarded
approximately
850
thousand
dollars
in
grant
funding
for
Norton
Avenue
and
Johnson
Road
through
a
Matz
Norton
received
about
11%
of
the
allocated
distribution
know
there
is
a
20%
match,
but
those
were
roads
that
they
were
aim
at.
They
were
a
Mets
funded
roads
and
a
Mets
picked
those
roads
and
we've
got
about
850,000
coming
forth
to
fix
those.
C
Eastern
Road
water
line
installation
is
complete.
Some
of
the
testing
is
being
underway
on
testing
and
we're
getting
prepared
for
in
order
to
makes
connections.
So
that's
moving
along
as
well.
I
also
have
a
couple
of
things:
I'd
like
to
just
announce
the
master
plan.
We
have
a
park
board
meeting.
First
of
all,
the
master
plan
is
still
on
our
city
website
and
we
are
still
encouraging
residents
to
go
to
the
website
and
do
the
quick
survey.
C
It's
an
online
survey
for
the
master
plan
through
a
we
will
also
have
a
park
board
meeting
Wednesday
January
15th.
That's
this
coming
Wednesday
at
5:30.
For
anyone
who
would
like
to
hear
about
the
master
plan,
Oh
we'll
be
on
hand
and
we'll
be
discussing
that
at
the
meeting
that
evening.
C
So,
basically
again
we're
still
asking,
though,
that
people
will
go
to
the
our
website
and
take
a
few
minutes
and
fill
out
the
the
plan
for
the
survey
we've
got
four
boards
and
commissions
normally
into
February.
We
are
we
bring
boards
and
commissions
to
you,
we're
working
on
approving
some
of
those
getting
the
ordinances
set
and
bring
to
you
with
plenty
to.
Hopefully,
allow
plenty
of
time
for
that
to
be
taken
care
of
we're
still
looking
for
I'm
still
in
search
of
a
BCA
which
is
a
Board
of
Zoning
Appeals
applicant.
C
C
We've
got
one
vacant
seat
on
the
parks
board,
and
so,
if
anybody's
interested
in
being
on
the
parks
board,
please
consider
doing
the
same
and
contacting
either
dropping
me
an
email
or
contacting
City
Hall
and
I
also
would
like
to
announce
that
the
Kiwanis
is
having
a
chili
cook-off
on
January
25th
4
to
6:30
p.m.
any
proceeds
from
the
cook-off
will
go
toward
scholarships
for
Norton
Panthers
seniors.
It
will
be
held
at
the
community
center
and
once
again,
it's
from
4
to
6:30
on
the
25th
and
that's
all.
C
H
A
A
Okay,
I
mean
that's,
that's
one
thing:
okay,
just
in
reference
people
also
didn't
we
discuss
that
the
states
here
that
anyone
tapping
in
will
be
required
to
pay
the
respective
slash
benefit
charge
in
full
to
the
Director
of
Finance.
Didn't
we
discuss
allowing
just
to
be
put
on
taxes
for
their
residents.
M
We
discussed
a
number
of
concepts,
I'm,
not
sure
anything
was
my
recommendation.
I've
talked
with
mr.
Fowler
about
this
earlier.
I
know
there
are
some
questions
about.
Is
we
should
probably,
if
we're
going
to
talk
about
changing
the
legislation?
That's
fine,
just
save
it
for
committee
next
week
and
then,
if
we
want
to,
if
we
want
to
have
provisions
for
adding
the
taxes
or
whatever
we
want
to
do,
let's
do
it
then,
but
yeah
I
know
there's
a
number
of
proposals
that
were
discussed
last
time.
We
talked
about
this
ordinance
so.
A
F
I
agree
with
mr.
Gaynor
I
would
really
like
to
see
that
reference
to
a
tap-in
benefit
have
the
words
tap-in
removed.
It's
confusing.
It
was
confusing
for
us
and
after
listening
to
this
for
years
and
years
about
tap
ends
and
the
benefits
and
still
I
had
to
think
and
I
thought.
We
were
pretty
much
all
in
favor
that
we
wanted
assessments
for
at
least
the
residents.
I
did
have
one
question.
Mr.
Fowler
had
stated
it,
though
we
had
to
loan
for
Nash
Heights
for
30
years.
F
D
E
F
M
F
M
Is
a
petition
project?
No
one's
ever
required
the
tie-in.
We
would
probably
have
leniency
if
someone
was
being
mandated
to
tie
in
because
we
put
a
sewer
line
in
front
of
their
residents.
Essentially,
it's
so
I
mean
there's
all
any
number
of
things
you
could
do
with
this
ordinance,
but
we
would
just
need
direction
on
where
we
want
to
end
up
and.
H
A
J
M
M
A
M
This
is
a
developer.
Payback
is
not
developer
reimbursement.
So
what
what
we
agreed
with
the
developer
that
the
extent
someone
wants
to
tap
in
his
share
would
be
reduced
by
that
tap
in.
So,
if
someone
taps
it
and
say
it's
$200,000
pick
a
round
number
right.
Someone
taps
in
for
13
and
13
7
subtract
13
7
off
of
what
what
was
owed
to
us
by
the
developer,
but.
A
In
the
meantime,
all
I'm
saying
is
that
that's
as
time
goes
along
you're
not
going
to
get
every
person,
I'm
sure
to
say:
oh
gee,
let
me
tap
in
today,
so
I'm
saying
as
time
goes
along
he's
going
to
be
paying
back
to
Citi,
because
he'll
be
assessed
for
that
project.
Then
will
those
people
who
want
to
tap
in
be
required,
like
this
coordinate
states,
to
pay
the
finance
director
upfront
for
everything,
but
can
they
will
they
be
allowed
to
have
it
put
on
their
taxes?
Yes,
and
how
will.
A
M
A
M
M
H
I
F
Just
to
refresh
everybody's
memory,
we
had
already
passed
this
to
you
by
this
hot,
a
hot
box
last
year,
and
then
we
got
a
better
deal
for
a
little
over
a
thousand
dollars.
So
this
is
just
redoing
this
and
declaring
an
another
vendor,
and
we
need
to
get
this
done
so
that
we
can
use
it
while
we
can,
while
the
getting's
good
I
guess
so
to
speak.
So
I'm
going
to
motion
to
waive
the
second
and
third
readings
on
ordinance
to
2020.
H
A
B
H

F
I
Authorizing
the
submission
of
an
application
to
the
Ohio
Public
Works
Commission,
for
financial
assistance
to
the
state
capital,
improvement
program
and
local
transportation
improvement
program
for
for
projects
in
the
city
of
Norton
and
committing
to
provide
funding
for
the
local
share
of
each
project
and
declaring
an
emergency.
Thank.
F
You
I
would
really
like
to
see
this
language
change
this
ordinance
in
the
first
paragraph
since
its
I
imagine,
we
were
going
to
have
more
than
one
water
line
project
to
begin
with,
and
then
we
kind
of
cut
it
back
to
whether
this
is
just
the
Johnson
Road
water
line
project.
So
where
it's
talking
about
the
2020
water
line
projects,
could
we
please
change
that
to
the
Johnson
Road
water
line
project,
to
make
it
clear,
since
it's
only
covering
that
one?

A
A
I
A

A
A
H
F
Just
like
for
the
public's
reference
and
ours,
this
is
because
the
stormwater
prevention
it
was
taken
up
six
months
for
them
to
review
the
building
plans,
and
that
was
not
acceptable
to
administration
the
developers
nor
to
Council
and
that
there
will
be
a
fee
for
our
engineer
to
actually
do
those
reviews
that
will
be
picked
up
by
the
developer
itself.
That's
not
on
us.
Thank.
I
H
H
H
I
A
Is
regarding
the
code
that
calls
now
for
the
repairing
setbacks
to
move
back
to
the
position
of
the
100-year
floodplain,
and
it
makes
it
difficult
for
someone
to
open
a
business
without
going
to
a
lot
of
expense
and
time
period
there,
because
of
the
fact
that
they're,
repairing
setback
prohibits
them
from
building
in
that
area.
So
we're
asking
to
move
it
where
it
will
not
have
to
be
moved
back
to
the
100-year
floodplain
line,
and
it
will
make
it
a
lot
easier
for
the
businesses
to
develop
in
an
area
where
it's
close
to
a
floodplain.
H
H
I
H
R
R

A
F

D
H
I
F
Is
the
ordinance
that
I
spent
a
great
deal
of
time
explaining
at
the
beginning
of
the
meeting
as
far
as
advancing
for
the
money,
so
that
we
could
pay
the
contractor
for
the
work
that
they've
already
done?
And
we
need
to
get
this
taken
care
of
as
soon
as
possible.
So
at
this
time,
I
motion
to
waive
the
second
and
third
readings
I'll.
H

And
and
I
think
if
mr.
Dombrowski
is
bringing
me
application
number
three
tomorrow
or
Wednesday
for
the
mayor
and
Robert
Knight
assigned
so
I'll,
see
where
we're
at
at
this
point,
how
much
it
is
I,
don't
know
yet,
but
as
soon
as
I
see,
if
there's
a
need
to
do
this
again,
I'll
try
to
get
it
back
to
you
as
quick
as
I.
Can
we
greatly
appreciate
it?
Thank
you.
Thank
you.

You
I
just
have
to
I'd
like
to
touch
base
on
Norton.
Women's
Club
will
be
having
their
third
annual
scrapbooking
fundraiser.
It
is
on
February
29th
from
9:00
a.m.
to
7:00
p.m.
it's.
Ten
hours
of
cropping
and
card-making
cost
is
$40
if
paid
by
January
31st
it'll
save
you
$5,
and
then
it's
$45
after
that.
So
then
you
have
a
strike
strike
up
some
fun.
It's
the
Women's
Club
once
again,
we'll
be
having
their
Scotch
doubles
and
that's
Friday
March
14th.
