Communications
from
the
public
we
did
not
have
any
I
do
know
that
mr.
ARB,
a
who
lives
over
in
Brentwood
estate,
had
sent
a
letter
in
to
us
earlier
and
also
to
the
Barberton
Herald.
He
was
able
to
speak
both
myself
and
his
whip
key
and
had
his
questions.
He
asked
that
his
comments
be
withdrawn
at
this
time.
He
did
want
to
express
certain
folks
fast.
F
E
You,
mr.
president,
this
is
basically
a
formality.
I,
don't
believe
any
of
us
have
seen
it
before,
but
it's
something
that
I
guess.
We
should
have
been
looking
at
it's
kind
of
like
an
estimated
summary
of
the
next
fiscal
year
budget
that
it
needs
to
be
turned
into
the
county.
It
shows
estimated
revenue
and
expenditures
and
justifies
the
need
for
any
necessary
levies.
The
council
needs
to
approve
this
as
soon
as
possible,
as
as
it
is
due
into
the
county
no
later
than
July
15th,
so
I'll
be
looking
to
waive
the
second
well.
E
Actually,
all
we
we
don't
even
have
to
do
anything
with
this.
What
we
to
do
is
just
make
a
motion
to
approve
it,
and
then
it
can
be
going
on
and
miss
Pina
can
take
care
of
it,
but
what
I'm
going
unless
anybody
has
any
question
of
them?
I'm
gonna
make
the
motion
to
approve
the
2021
alternative
tax
budget
information,
I'll.
F
C
E
This
legislation
is
just
cleaning
up
appropriations
and
and
estimated
resources.
The
pro
creations
are
for
the
most
part
for
taking
in
the
kovin
monies
and
trends
for
projects
that
were
actually
paid
by
another
entity
like
the
OPC,
a
PwC
they'll
pay
part
of
our
Road
on
our
road
projects.
They
actually
pay
those
directly
to
the
contractor.
E
Yet
we
have
to
show
on
our
books,
like
it's
funds
that
we
actually
have
here.
So
we
need
to
have
that
taken
care
of,
and
then
estimated
resources
are
being
adjusted
as
since
they
were
estimated.
They
were
overestimating,
so
we're
just
bringing
them
down
to
where
they
should
be,
and
then
again
when
we
cut
those
are
on
one
exhibit.
A
and
I
basically
went
over.
The
appropriations.
E
Part
is
what
that
is
about,
and
that's
any
of
increases
there
will
be
having
to
do
with
those,
and
this
again
is
something
that
we
need
to
have
done
as
soon
as
possible.
We
need
to
get
this.
It
does
contain
emergency
language,
so
I'm
going
to
be
looking
way.
The
second
and
third
readings
on
this
as
well,
but
at
this
time
my
motion
to
add
ordnance,
64
2020
to
tonight's
agenda,
I'll.
F
G
One
quick
question
and
mr.
keener,
if
you
don't
have
a
answer
right
away,
that's
that's
fine.
Maybe
we
can
address
it
when
we
get
to
it.
I
was
just
wondering
with
everything
that's
going
on
with
COBIT
19,
we're
still
showing
that
our
estimated
income
tax
and
stuff,
like
that
there's
an
increase
over
last
year.
I
F
G
D
E
Order
is
in
order
for
us
to
get
the
money
from
the
county
that
I
believe
this
was
coming
from
the
state,
and
this
is
for
going
on
the
covert
expenses
that
we've
had,
and
this
again
is.
We
need
to
get
this
in
this
week
if
it
seems
emergency
language
and
gonna
be
looking
away
the
second
and
third
reading,
so
we
can
get
it
down
to
them,
I
think
by
Friday.
It
is
or
something
like
that.
So
at
this
time,
I
motion
to
add
resolution
65
in
2022
tonight's
agenda,
I'll.
F
D
D
C
E
Last
week
we
kind
of
changed
had
been
looking
at
forgiving
three
months
of
the
fees
do
from
the
skilled
class.
When
skilled
face
games
rooms,
there
are
monies
that
were
actually
supposed
to
be
due
tomorrow.
To
begin
with,
we
would
like
to
I'm
gonna,
be
making
a
motion
to
extend
that
to
July
30th,
because
the
letters
haven't
even
went
out.
Secondly,
it's
been
suggested
by
the
administration,
and
part
of
that
is
because
it's
so
hard
to
figure
this
out
per
machines.
D
E
This
is
all
something
the
council
can
decide
on
according
to
I
believe
it's
eight
five
607-11
at
a
11
I'll
tell
you
this
second
explicitly
since
I
back
up
here,
yeah
eight
five
six
point:
oh
seven,
section
a
11
for
as
far
as
the
reimbursements,
we
had
the
power
to
do
that
and
even
though
we're
not
really
reimbursing,
but
this
will
put
us
all,
it'll
help
them
out
and
I'll
make
simplify
everything
for
everyone
all
together
and
we'll
put
us
all
on
the
same
page
it
in
compliance.
Well,.
E
C
F
I
F
C
J
One
other
thing
to
that,
and
that
is
most
the
businesses
that
they
were
given:
federal
monies
or
County
monies
we're
given
that
money
based
on
two
and
a
half
months,
estimated
payroll
and
the
payroll
is
a
very
small
portion
of
what
we're
talking
about.
This
is
just
like
you
said
it's
kind
of
an
expense
on
the
on
the
machines.
It's
not
anything
to
do
with
their
payroll,
and
so
federal
money
that
would
have
been
given
would
not
really
cover
this
I.
D
G
F
I
Like
to
add
just
looking
at
the
budget
and
I
could
look
real
quick
if
you
want
to
see
what
the
actual
year-to-date
revenue
was
for
19.
But
the
budget
for
that
line
item
is
a
hundred
and
ten
thousand
dollars.
So
we
cut
that
in
half
or
losing
fifty
five
thousand
dollars
out
of
the
general
funding.
Well,.
E
E
Full
well
right
now,
right
yeah,
we've
got
the
one,
that's
been
applied
for
and
his
weight
and
we
go
through
the
BGA
for
its
conditional
use
permit
and
then
there's
two
more
after
that
when
it
could
be
possibly
filled
once
they
go
through
the
same
processes.
But
right
now
we're
interested
in
is
in
these
four.
If
somebody
else
was
to
open
up
in
the
meantime,
they
would
have
to
go
through
the
process,
and
then
they
would
since
they're
now
we're
back
to
where
we
should
be
paying
ahead.
They'll
be
paying
six
months.
