I
now
call
to
order
the
norton
city
council,
regular
council,
meeting
tuesday
july
6th,
it's
7
pm.
Please
rise
for
a
pledge
of
allegiance
and
moment
of
silent.
D
I
want
to
first
welcome
everybody
to
our
new
chambers.
I
think
we're
all
glad
to
be
back
and
we're
all
zoomed
out.
Okay,
roll
call,
carrie.
E
D
D
Here,
communications
from
the
public,
we
have
two
here
and
then
then
todd's
gonna
talk
about
the
charter
review,
mickey
wallace,
I'm
actually
sure
he's
coming
with
me:
okay,
god
we're
together.
Okay,
you
have
back.
J
D
Just
remind
you
have
five
minutes
and
please
state
both
your
name
and
address
for
the
record.
K
We
really
do
take
over
the
city
for
that
week
and
we
appreciate
everybody
just
kind
of
burying
with
us
as
we
take
over
and
help
these
kids
get
ready
for
kindergarten.
This
year
we
are
running
two
safety
towns.
I
can't
believe
we
still
have
another
week
coming.
K
K
K
She
basically
runs
the
course,
which
is
one
of
the
reasons
that
we're
here
tonight
again
to
thank
you,
first
of
all,
because
we
couldn't
do
it
without
the
support
of
the
city
and
the
schools
as
well,
but
secondly,
we
have
some
problems.
We
need
to
hopefully
address
that.
Maybe
somebody
sitting
here
tonight
will
be
able
to
help
us
with
when
we
were
generously
offered
this
area
to
do
safety
counts.
We
had
the
concrete
pad
board.
K
L
K
So
I
have
reached
out
various
places
trying
to
find
a
way
to
get
that
paint
off
of
the
course.
So,
I'm
being
told
you
know,
probably
not
going
to
happen
in
the
meantime,
the
dumpsters
have
been
moved
there,
so
the
garbage
trucks
have
helped
us
wear
off
some
of
it
where
they're
driving,
but
not
obviously,
not
all
of
it,
and
certainly
we
don't
want
that
to
be
an
issue
once
we
get
the
course
painted
the
way
we
would
like
it
to
be
painted.
K
K
No
one
seems
to
be
able
to
help
us
get
all
the
way
to
the
next
level
on
that
we
thought
about,
and
this
is
kind
of
where
we
need
permission
to
do
something
like
this.
We
thought
about
just
painting
a
gray
square.
That
would
be
our
safety
count
course,
and
then
we
would
put
our
lines
on
it
once
that
square
is
painted
when
it
got
worn
off
or
something
happened
to
it.
K
We
could
just
paint
over
that
square
rather
than
that
whole
area,
because
we
know
that
area
was
put
in
for
additional
parking
as
well.
So
we
can't
really
to
clean
it
yeah
we'd
like
to,
but
you
know
so
that's
one
of
the
things
that
we're
trying
to
figure
out
what
we
can
do
and
we,
you
know
again
welcome
any
kind
of
comments
that
we
can
do
from
anybody.
That
might
hear
this.
The
second
thing
that
we
are
trying
to
get
done
is
a
building
built
there.
K
And
that
will
help
both
the
city
and
us,
because
you
are
storing
our
houses
and
our
little
signs
and
everything
right
now
and
those
were
all
that
go
into
that
building
and
we
would
also
create
some
space
in
that
room
in
the
community
center,
which
is
packed
so
we're
looking
at
that
as
well.
So
we
need
some
guidance
as
far
as
placement
of
all
that
and
as
far
as,
if
anybody
has
ideas
or
if
we
would
be
permitted
to
go
ahead
and
paint
that
square.
K
L
Thing
was
like
the
garbage
yeah.
You
were
out
there.
Well,
I'm
on
the
course
every
day
with
the
kids
and
it's
hot,
and
you
can
imagine
the
scent
that
comes
off
of
those
dumpsters
while
we're
out
there
with
kids,
it's
rather
potent-
and
I
don't
know
if
there's
any
way
that
we
could
and
plus
they
were
coming
in
to
put
more
stuff
into
the
dumpsters
on
the
day
of
safety
town
driving
around
the
houses
to
get
to
the
garbage
cans.
L
If
we
could
either
delay
that
until
the
end
of
the
day,
the
end
of
the
week,
whatever
that
would
be
most
helpful.
But
I
don't
know
what
we
could
do
about
the
smell.
I
don't
know
if
there's
anything
to
do
about
that,
but
we
could
do
something
about
when
it's
emptied
or
when
it's
filled
or
whatever
to
kind
of
work
around
safety
town.
We
would
really
appreciate
it.
D
C
D
D
I
think
the
deadline
is
like
september
3rd.
I
was
thinking.
Maybe
we
shouldn't
put
on
a
general
election
wait
till
next
year,
because
by
the
time
we
do
three
readings.
I
just
feel
like
we're.
Gonna
be
rushing
it
through,
and
I
think
this
is
something
we
all
gotta
think
about
what
we
want
to
do
if
there's
any
changes
to
put
it
on
for
next
year,
because
I
I
think
that's
the
most.
That's
the
smartest
thing
to
do
and
todd's
going
to
come
up
talk
about
the
changes
he's
going
to
be
made.
D
We're
not
going
to
talk
real
in
detail
about
everything,
because
we
don't
have
scott
here
tonight.
I
don't
think
it's
proper
to
have
one
of
the
council
members
not
here
to
talk
about
what
we're
going
to
do,
but
you
can
feel
free
to
ask
todd
if
there's
anything
why
he
made
that
change
and
why
they
felt
that
change
was
important.
So
todd,
if
you
want
to
come
up
talk,
maybe
you
can
introduce
all
the
people
that
were
on
the
charter
review.
First,
all
right.
N
I'll
do
that?
Okay,
first
of
all,
thanks
for
the
opportunity
to
serve
and
once
again-
and
it
is
kind
of
nice
to
be
able
to
put
your
secrets-
it's
nice
to
be
able
to
serve
a
little
bit
again,
and
this
is
a
chance
to
kind
of
get
back
involved
with
the
city.
So
I
appreciate
being
asked
to
be
part
of
with
us
tonight.
I
asked
as
many
of
the
members
to
come
as
they
could,
so
we
have
alan
stokes.
We
have
denise
mullins,
who
met
andy.
Did
it
five
years
ago?
N
Unfortunately,
it
was
virtual
until
last
week,
when
we
had
our
last
meeting,
we
broke
in
the
chairs,
for
you
guys
everything's
good,
but
it
was.
It
was
good,
interactive
discussions.
You
know
we
never
really
walked
away
without
all
of
us.
Having
kind
of
a
say
on
whether
we
thought
this
change
was
appropriate
or
not
again,
it's
not
todd's
changes.
I
heard
that
it's
our
committee's
recommendations
and
opinions
for
the
council
to
consider
you
know
I
was
we
were
talking
last
week
at
the
our
last
meeting
at
how
you
know.
N
N
Many
that
are
overarching.
I
don't
think
that
you
might
have
questions
or
may
not,
but
we
can
go
through
those
and
if
you
got
into
questions
you
know
some
of
the
some
of
the
changes
were
proposed
to
us
that
we
wanted
to
consider-
and
you
know
what
we
did,
but
I
think
if
you've
got
the
same
package
that
that
I
we
received
after
justin
kind
of
finalized,
our
our
recommendations
that,
yes,
you
know,
I
don't
know
the
best
way
to
go
through.
D
This
I've
never
done
it
before.
I
would
say
the
best
thing
is:
if
you
have
questions,
we
got
members
here
that
if
I
don't
know
the
answer
or
why,
then
they
could
help
me
do
that
because
some
of
them,
I
might
not
have
as
a
committee,
we
decided
they
should
move
forward.
F
I
could
start
with
one
real,
quick,
and
this
would
be
for
mr
markey
right
away,
mr
crait
and
myself
for
talking
before
the
media.
F
I'm
assuming
several
of
these
changes
like
the
very
first
one
temporarily
absent
from
the
municipality
under
the
mayor.
Is
that
something
that
you
are
able
to
do
if
it's
just
one
line
or
which
one
of
these
would
have
to.
B
I
have
a
question
on
that
since
we're
talking
in
case
the
mayor
isn't
able
to
be
here
well,
if
they're
the
way,
I'm
understanding
this
is.
If
they
were
on
vacation,
he
he
or
she,
then
they
would
still
be
able
to
participate
in
running
a
city
due
to
access
through
either
the
internet
or
through
the
cell
phone.
But
what
happens
if
there's
not
access
to
those
things
wherever
it
they
have
to
be,
then,
would
that
be
justified
as
they're
not
able
to
do
their.
H
B
If
I'm
incorrect
on
that
somebody
jump
in
and
tell
me
that
I
didn't
get
through
all
the
mp3s
to
see
what
every
video
to
go
through
that
so
I'm
kind
of
putting
these
together.
So
we
decided
you
decided
not
to
put
in
there
where
the
president
would
be
forced
into
the
mayor's
position.
N
G
B
N
N
B
Yeah
I
got
through
that
part.
I
know
what
your
thought
process
was
then
on
the
compensation
for
the
mayor,
and
basically
this
would
cover
council
as
well,
because
we
have
increases
for
the
mayor
going
up
to
18
000.
I
believe
it's
11
250
now
and
since
my
issues
with
them
are
basically
what
comes
after
the
fact.
B
B
My
issue
with
this
is
where
we're
taking
away
the
people's
right
to
decide
that
council
gets
a
raise
and
we're
giving
that
power
back
to
council
to
give
out
the
raises
to
the
mayor
and
then
and
not
themselves,
because
once
and
we'll
cover
that
in
a
minute.
But
the
way
this
is
written
now
the
new
way
of
writing
it
whoever's
in
office
wouldn't
get
that
raised.
B
They
would
have
to
wait
until
they
got
reelected,
but
I
have
an
issue
with
taking
the
people's
power
away
to
decide
who
gets
those
raises
and
giving
it
back
to
council.
That's
and
like
I
said
this
is
for
the
public's
benefit
more
than
anybody
else.
Then
maybe
they
can
understand
that.
I
don't
think
that
ought
to
be
up
to
us.
I
don't
think
that
ought
to
be
up
to
up
to
our
national
or
state
officials
to
set
raises
for
themselves
myself.
I
think
there
ought
to
be
some
input
from
the
public
on
that.
D
Well,
isn't:
where
are
we
voting
to
put
this
on
the
ballot?
So
really
aren't
they
going
to
be
voting
on
this?
That's
the
way
I
understand
it.
Yeah.
D
What
I'm
trying
to
stress-
and
my
understanding
is
reason
for
the
12
000-
is
because
in
anyone
that
makes
less
than
12,
000
does
not
get
to
purchase
any
retirement
or
anything
from
from
prs.
They
changed
that
rule
in
2014.
So
I
think
that
was
the
reason
for
that.
Probably.
N
B
Yeah,
yes,
but
they
need
to
know
now,
since
they
weren't
really
included
on
any
of
the
charter
stuff
to
begin
with,
so
I'm
just
trying
to
get
news
out
there.
I
did
have
a
question
on
this
and
I
didn't
get
a
chance
to
present
it
the
way
this
reads
now,
and
I
understand
that
if
this
was
to
pass
the
way,
it
is
then
only
ones
who
would
be
getting
any
well,
no
after
the
fact,
but
I'm
thinking
the
way
this
reads
now
that
anybody
that's
sitting
in
office
currently
and
not
up
for
election.
B
B
B
H
It
would
you
couldn't
vote
for
your
own
race,
correct,
so
you'd
have
to
wait
until
the
next
term
to
be
able
to
get
the
race.
B
And,
like
I
said
that
would
up
that
would
hold
up
through
3.08
compensation
as
well
the
executive
session.
I've
had
some
questions
about
this
to
people
that
have
accessed
it
and,
like
I
told
them
actually
yeah
it's
kind
of
nice
to
be
able
to
see
all
the
reasons
there.
But
this
one
has.
B
B
The
televised
meetings-
I
really
don't-
have
a
problem
with
that:
either
that's
bringing
it
up
to
date.
As
far
it's
not
going
to
change
anything
correct.
It's
gonna,
they're
gonna
have
to
televise
them
just
like
we
do
now
and
they're
removing
the
norton
branch
out
of
actually
having
a
public
notice
put
there,
which
would
be
nice.
B
B
Competitive
bidding
well
we're
wanting
to
raise
that
from
the
current
10
000..
That's
for
any
contract,
anything
10
000,
I
think
and
above
it
has
to
come
to
council
to
be
approved.
What
they're
submitting
here
is
that
that
go
up
to
20
000,
which
they
did
come
down,
25
000
by
the
way
it
was
up
to
25.
B
J
H
Done
in
miss
whipkey,
I
did
check
the
department
of
community
development's,
not
under
the
administrative
office.
H
O
I
could
stick
two
cents
worth
in
and
since
you
brought
that
up
again,
I
I've
looked
into
this
when
I
was
on
the
charter
review
committee,
and
I
think
I'm
justin,
I
think
you
remember-
we
discussed
this-
that
that
community
development
director
was
established
by
charter
correct.
O
It
was
established
by
charter,
so
I
I
I
think
I
would
be
opposed
to
eliminating
this
because
and
the
only
reason
being
is
is
once
once
it's
eliminated,
then
counsel,
whoever
that
might
be
at
that
particular
time
that
we
might
need
a
community
development
director.
O
However
robert
may
not
be
here
forever
and
the
next
person
that
fills
his
shoes
may
not
be
as
efficient
as
he
is,
and
a
community
development
director
is
just
that
he's
trained
to
do
just
that,
and-
and
I
would
hope
that
we
would
keep
this
in
place
in
case-
we
ever
do-
need
a
community
development
director
council
then
would
not
have
to
approve
the
position
anymore.
It's
already
there
by
charter
and
as
long
as
the
citizens
don't
change
that
charter.
O
O
We
don't
need
a
community
development
director,
we're
not
paying
one.
So
why
bother
to
to
take
it
away,
just
leave
it
float
the
way
it
is.
It's
not
hurting
anything
and
eventually,
like
I
said
if
we
needed
a
community
development
director.
Well,
it's
already
there
and
all
council
would
have
to
do.
Is
okay,
the
salary
or
establish
the
salary,
but
I
I
think
that
should
be
left
alone.
B
O
I
prefer
to
leave
it
as
it
is
and
if
I
could,
while
I'm
opening
my
mouth
here
going
back
to
the
mayor
vacancy,
I
was
on.
As
I
said,
on
charter
review,
and
this
was.
O
Worded
as
it
is
without
the
changes-
and
I
also
would
not
be
in
favor
of
putting
that
to
the
voters-
changing
that,
I
don't
think.
First
of
all,
I
don't
think
that
if
the
president
of
council
does
not
wish
to
be
the
mayor,
he
shouldn't
have
to
be
the
mayor.
Just
because
he's
agreed
to
be
president
of
council
and-
and
the
reason
being
is
not
because
he's
being
stubborn,
don't
want
to
do
the
job
or
might
not
be
able
to
do
the
job.
O
I
I
think
I'm
pretty
sure
I
was
worded
most
of
that
to
start
with,
so
I
just
wouldn't
be
in
favor
of
forcing
anybody
to
take
the
marriage
position.
I
I
mean
that's
just
my
opinion.
I
don't
think
you
should
be
forced
to
take.
I
don't
have
any
problem,
I
think
dennis
would
be
willing
to
take
it,
maybe
for
the
time
being
until
an
election
or
something,
and
I'm
sure
that
maybe
scott,
as
vice
president,
might
I
personally
wouldn't
want
to
be
mayor.
I
mean
we
had.
G
N
We
looked
at
it
that
president
and
the
vice
president's
spot
of
council
as
that's
kind
of
a
requirement
that
you
need
to
be
prepared
to
take
on,
for
the
simple
reason
is
council
members
are
voted
in
by
the
public
right,
so
you've
got
all
your
representatives
you're
representing
the
community,
and
so
as
a
council,
you
elect
the
president.
So
the
kind
of
the
analogy
is
you're,
almost
representing
your
your
your
ward,
to
pick
the
next
mayor.
N
So
when
the
person
is
running
for
president
council,
that
should
be
a
consideration
in
your
mind
before
you
put
that
person
in
that
position
and
that
person
should
not
run
if
they're
not
able
to
handle
that,
and
it's
kind
of
like
that
in
any
kind
of
organization.
You
have
to
have
that
line,
and
if
you,
if
you
don't,
if
you
don't
allow
that
to
happen,
then
you're
really
not
allowing
the
full
representation
of
the
community.
In
our
opinion,
to
have
a
mirror
in
there
that
the
community
really
would
support.
N
B
It's
not
always
that
a
president
and
a
vice
president
gets
gets
put
in
that
position
unanimously,
like
I
said
it's
our
opinion
that
that's
how
it
should
be
considered
when
you
are
putting
those
people
in
place,
you
know
how
it
will.
N
A
A
A
O
I
think
you
and
I
both
know
that
when
you
put
8
or
10
or
15,
suggested
charter
changes
to
the
voters,
they're
going
to
say,
what's
this
gee,
I
don't
understand
that
one.
I
don't
understand.
Well,
let's
just
vote
them
all
down.
O
I
O
With
that
and
like
he
said,
I'd
be
happy
to
vote,
put
them
all
on
the
ballot.
I
just
don't
think
if
there's
any
of
them
there
that
we
truly
want
passed
and
that
they're
truly
important,
I
think
those
are
the
ones
that
ought
to
go
on
and
and
hopefully
the
public
will
see
those
are
important
and
they
would
benefit
the
city.
You
know
when
you
just
get
so
many
choices
before
the
public.
It's
hard
to
decipher
all
this
stuff.
I
I
set
three
or
four
hours
and
read
through
this,
and
I've
done
done.
N
N
D
C
M
It
was
proposed
of
saying
more
specifically
must
that
if
some
people
viewed
it
that
the
president
of
council
should
be
a
very
strong
leader
who
was
willing
to
accept
it,
and
there
was
discussion
that
no
a
person
going
on
council
specifically
was
looking
at
certain
duties
that
they
would
be
responsible
for
to
the
community
and
not
necessarily
willing
or
wanting
to
ever
be
in
a
position
to
step
forward
as
president.
So
that's
why
this
idea
of
shall
was
to
have
somewhat
of
an
ambiguity.
M
P
A
H
I
may
have
missed
all
that
nuance
and
that
that
could
be
me
and
I
can
go
back
and
look
at
the
meeting
and
figure
out
if
that's
accurately
reflected
yeah.
I
just
want
to
add
one
more
thing,
because
again
these
are.
These
were
opinions
that
we
talked
about
and
some
of
us
agreed.
N
H
N
N
D
J
I
was
going
to
wait
till
this
until
we
were
done
with
this
portion,
but
I,
as
as
mayor,
do
appreciate
and
thank
each
one
of
the
members
that
stepped
up
and
stepped
forward
to
to
serve
on
the
charter
review
commission
this
year,
and
I
know
it's
it's
a
lot.
It's
it's
tedious
work
and
and,
like
I
said
at
the
end
of
the
day,
stuff
may
get
moved
forward
and
may
not.
J
But
it's
something
that
needs
to
be
done
and
what's
required,
and
I
do
appreciate
the
help
that
that
you
guys
put
forth
and
was
willing
to
do.
N
F
B
Thank
you,
mr
president,
and
I
can
appreciate
what
you
guys
went
through.
Okay,
I've
sat
there.
I
think
I
told
you
the
last
meeting.
I
have
paid
a
lot
of
attention
to
the
charter
for
many
many
years.
I've
got
the
charter
stuff
going
back
to
probably
the
very
beginning.
I
have
all
the
minutes.
I
have
went
through
all
this.
I
have
done
some
of
these
charter
amendments
that
you're
looking
at
tweaking,
shall
we
say,
got
put
some
others
out.
There
didn't
work
so
well,
but
I'm
so.
B
B
B
B
B
The
public
at
no
time
had
any
way
of
being
able
to
come
forward
and
speak.
Your
own
regulations
says
they
have
that
right,
it's
quite
clearly
as
far
as
I'm
concerned,
although
I
appreciate
your
effort,
it
was
all
for
not
because
it
wasn't
followed,
people
had
no
input
and
they
do
deserve
to
have
an
input
upon
this
charter.
It
was
told
to
you
at
your
first
meeting.
Mr
markey
explained
it.
It's
like
the
constitution.
B
Constitution
is
supposed
to
be
for
the
people.
This
is
the
norton
people's
constitution
and
they
had
no
input.
Hardly
anybody
had
any
input.
Yeah
we
were
council
was
given
the
opportunity
to
speak
up
and
say
about
any
changes,
and
there
was
one
or
two
was
offered
the
one
as
far
as
the
primaries
I
can.
I
can
understand
that,
but
this
wasn't
done
correctly
to
build.
B
B
And
I'll
be
saying
you
can
cut
my
head
off,
it's
going
to
roll
down
the
sidewalk,
it's
going
to
be
saying
the
same
thing.
That's
how
strongly
I
feel,
but
I
dearly
think
a
lot
of
that
charter
and
that's
one
of
the
things
they
have
a
right.
They
didn't
get
it.
We
didn't
even
really
get
it.
I
had
to
go
searching
for
the
stuff
to
find
it,
which
is
one
reason
why
I
haven't
gotten
through
yeah.
B
G
H
Yes,
okay,
I
I
will
say
that
for
in
defense
of
the
charter
review
commission,
I
was
told
that
the
that
each
meeting
was
noticed,
maybe
that
first
one
there
may
have
been
a
mistake
with
the
first
one,
but
the
administrative
assistant
indicated
that
she
did
post
notice
of
those
meetings
and
maybe
didn't
show
up
in
the
agenda
center.
I'm
not
sure
the
agenda
center
dictates
what's
an
official
meeting
or
non-official
meeting,
but
on
the
city
website
those
notices
were
posted
to
say,
there's
no
public
input
is
also
not
true.
H
H
P
P
Earlier
I
I
can
see
that
you
were
following
this
pretty
intently
over
the
past
two
months.
If
we
were
doing
something
wrong
in
such
a
weird
year,
I
would
hope
that
we
brought
to
our
attention
so
that
we
could
fix
and
remedy
any
problems.
We're.
Having
was
everybody
having
the
same
problem
that
charlotte
was
or
was
that.
A
P
P
A
You,
mr
president,
this
is
ordinance
number
82
2021..
This
is
a
number
of
amendments
to
the
appropriations
for
the
year.
A
lot
of
these
we
have
talked
about
earlier
in
the
year.
Budgetary
changes
for
the
for
the
joint
dispatch
are
a
number
of
those
there's.
Some
software
maintenance
is
in
there.
We
had
also
talked
about
the
the
ballistic
vests.
I
know
recently
we
talked
about
that.
There's
some
guard
rail
repairs.
A
B
D
B
F
A
You,
mr
president,
this
is
something
we
do.
Every
year
we
have
to
submit
our
tax
rates
and
and
the
income
to
the
county
is
our
tax
budget,
and
then
the
county
council
accepts
that
it's
just
it's
kind
of
a
boilerplate
type
thing
that
we
have
to
do
every
year.
I
miss
keener.
I
don't
know
if
you
have
anything
to
add
to
that.
A
Okay
at
this
time,
then,
I
think
it
just
requires
a
motion,
a
second
and
then
adoption.
So
at
this
time
I
will
move
to
accept
or
adopt
the
tax
budget
for
2022.
D
J
Mayor,
thank
you.
Just
have
a
couple
just
want
to
announce
that
our
road
program
for
the
last
couple
of
weeks
have
been
has
kind
of
been
put
on,
hold
we're
hoping
to
get
back
on
track
with
that
and
the
the
contractor.
I
think
there
was
some
a
couple
of
some
unforeseen
circumstances.
They
were
they
pulled
out
for
just
a
short
period
of
time.
A
lot
of
the
roads
were
were
done,
or
about
done
some
of
them.
They
still
got
a
little
ways
to
go.
J
The
contract
is
through
the
end
of
july.
As
for
what
I've
been
told,
so
they
still
have
another
couple
of
weeks
prior
to
getting
stuff
finished
up
before
the
end
of
their
contract.
So
my
understanding
is
sometime
yet
this
week
or
early
next
week,
they
will
be
back
in
town
to
finish
some
of
the
work
that
still
has
to
get
taken
care
of.
So
I
have
that.
J
I
will
also
like
just
to
announce
that
I
just
want
to
publicly
thank
nikki
from
springtime
flowers
for
donating
the
pots
of
flowers
that
are
at
cleveland,
maslin,
road
and
greenwich
road.
I
don't
know
if
you've
noticed,
but
she
put
there's
like
four
large
pots
in
the
four
corners.
It
certainly
adds
a
nice
touch
to
the
center
of
town
and
we
want
to
thank
springtime
flowers
for
taking
the
initiative,
and
I
know
she
sent
a
email
and
talked
to
shannon
about
it,
and
then
I
was
asked
if
there
was.
J
B
Mr
president,
yes
come
on
charlie,
thank
you.
I
had
a
couple
questions
and
I
was
hoping.
Maybe
I
could
get
some
answers
because
I'm
still
being
asked
about
it.
Okay,
but
I
had
sent
out
an
email
all
probably
about
three
weeks
ago
concerning
golf
course
drive
and
all
the
damages
that
was
done
and
the
trench-like
area
that's
running
along
the
where
it
lies
off
and
the
asphalt
goes
one
way
and
the
dirt
goes,
as
I
understand
that
that's
nothing's
been
done
about
that.
B
Yet
now,
since
we
have
that
agreement
with
addison
company,
whatever
they're
called
llc,
can't
we
have
them
get
out
there
and
fix
that.
I
mean
really,
if
you're
coming
up
there
after
dark.
If
you
was
coming
to
visit,
you
get
in
there
you're
going
to
rip
out
the
bottom
of
your
car,
and
I
thought
that's
why
we
were
getting
that
legislation
passed
after
what
was
it
95
2020
that
we
had
to
hurry
up
and
pass
so
that
they
could
have
the
road
fixed
by
the
end
of
march?
B
So
then
we
passed
this
other
one
63
2021.
That
includes
this,
and
I
understand
that
they
were
out
there
and
they
picked
and
they
patched
up
a
lot
of
the
potholes,
but
still
that
is
part
of
what
it
is
they're
responsible
for.
So
I'd
like
to
see
something
done.
If
you
haven't
been
out
there
and
seen
it
it's
bad
if
you're
in,
if
you
fall
in
that
I
mean
I
had
to
get
way.
M
B
B
Okay
and
then
again,
assessments
for
the
cleveland,
massleth
road,
tie-ins,
don't
going
past
gardner
down
to
the
tracks-
and
I
know
mr
fowler
isn't
here,
but
I
keep
getting
asked
about
this
because
there
are
people
that
do
want
to
tie
in
and
they
were
supposed
to
come
up
with
an
amount
and
we
have
not
had
that
presented
to
us.
B
So
I
don't
know
how
we'd
be
handling
that
with
us
getting
ready
to
go
out
on
break,
but
if
we
could
get
something
moving,
I
know
some
of
these
people
were
talking.
They
wanted
to
do
it.
You
know
in
the
spring
and
now
we'll
be
looking
at
fall
before
they
can
actually
get
it
done
if
it
happens.
D
A
I
D
D
D
J
Okay,
I
have
a
couple
first,
the
adoptive
spots.
I
want
to
thank
all
the
sponsors
and
caretakers
things
are
wrapping
up.
We
have
a
few
more
places
that
will
get
planted
this
week.
I
want
to
thank
tom
dayton
at
dayton
nursery
for
helping
us
get
things
wrapped
up
and
finished
up
for
the
summer
plantings,
like
I
said
by
the
end
of
the
week
that
all
should
be
taken
care
of.
J
I
also
want
to
announce
that
wednesday
night
we
have
kiwanis
has
invited
us
to
to
the
park
for
a
dedication
of
the
concert
stage,
a
ribbon
cutting
ceremony,
and
at
that
time
I
will
be
giving
a
update
with
a
state
of
the
city
address
just
to
have
a
short
address.
I
want
to
get.
J
Also,
I
want
to
announce
that,
while
you're
on
break
july,
22nd,
23rd
and
24th,
that's
two
weeks
after
the
ribbon
cutting
ceremony
on
thursday
night,
we
have
the
car
show
down
here
in
the
park.
Excuse
me
on
friday
night
we
have
the
mark.
Leach
will
be
here
at
7
30
in
the
park
and
we'll
have
a
beer
garden
and
food
trucks
as
well,
and
then
on
saturday,
we
start
off
at
12
noon,
with
a
touch
of
truck
sponsored
by
the
norton
safety
forces.
J
We'll
have
police
fire
and
service
personnel
there
with
heavy
equipment
is
my
understanding
that
I
think
the
care
bear.
J
Helicopter
will
end
up
landing
on
the
field
and
will
be
there
for
the
kids
as
well
to
to
do
some
exploring
later
then
that
evening
escape
journey
tribute
band
will
be
at
on
stage
at
7
30
at
the
park
and
after
the
concert's
over
then
we'll
have
fireworks,
but
and
once
again,
food
trucks
will
be
there,
as
well
as
the
beer
garden
and
would
like
to
say
that
there
are
there's
we're
gonna,
ask
that
no
outside
coolers
be
permitted
at
either
of
the
or
any
of
the
event.
D
You
mayor
all
right
before
I
adjourn
I
just
want
to
let
everyone
know:
administration
doesn't
plan
on
giving
us
any
more
legislation
at
the
end
of
the
week,
but
something
could
pop
up.
So
just
let
you
know
july
12th
we
might
not
be
having
a
meeting.
This
could
be
our
last
meeting
before
break
august.
16Th
is
when
we
return
for
committee
and
august
23rd
would
be
our
first
council
meeting.
So
I'd
like
to
make
a
motion
to
adjourn
tonight's
council.
D
E
I
have
that
one
item.
I'm
sorry
go
ahead.
Okay,
word
threes
has
been
going
on
over
this
past
couple
years
and.
E
Contact
with
ward
3
and
have
town
hall
meetings,
which
I
have
done
my
best
to
represent
and
to
inform
I've
asked
for
I've
spoken
to
mr
mcglone
and
discuss
with
mr
markey
the
possibility
of
having
another
town
hall.
It'll,
be
my
my
final
town
hall
meeting
sometime
in
the
next
few
weeks.
I've
asked
kerry
to
find
a
date
working
with
vivian
for
that,
but
it's
my
recollection
from
past
history
that
council
has
to
approve
kerry,
to
attend
and
I'm
asking
for
that
approval.
If
that's
not
catching
you
all
off
guard.

With
that,
then
I'd
like
to
adjourn
tonight's
meeting
july
6th,
I
can
make
a
motion
all
in
favor
die
all
right
mean.
