It
is
the
only
problem
I
got
is
my
printed
copy
of
tonight's
meeting
is
at
the
administration
building.
I
haven't
seen
it,
but
I
have
gone
through
the
79
pages
online,
so
I
should
know,
what's
going
on
no
guarantee.

Please
rise
for
a

a

Here
we
have
paula
kaner
in
waiting
room
to
speak
for
communications,
for
the
public,
robert.
C
B
J
C
Okay
hi:
this
is
dennis
mclone
counts.
President.
You
have,
if
you
give
your
name
and
your
address.
You
have
five
minutes
to
address
for
the
record.
K
Okay,
I'm
paula
caner.
I
live
at
4101
tappa
road
norton,
on
advice
of
an
attorney
I'm
coming
in
regards
to
god
to
you
in
regards
to
a
vicious
dog.
K
K
She
has
destroyed
my
fence.
All
she's
pulled
a
hole
in
several
sections.
She
they,
the
neighbor,
has
used
our
wood
to
block
our
side
of
the
fence
and
fill
in
the
hole
the
dogs
killed.
A
possum
in
the
yard
at
night
wayne
had
to
go
over
at
3,
am
to
get
their
dogs
they've
broken
all
the
clips
that
hook
on
the
top
of
the
fence
to
hold
the
chain
link
up.
K
The
fence
now
bows
over
and
it
reaches
right
next
to
my
wire
fence
around
my
blueberries.
So
I
can't
even
clean
up
my
blueberry
patch.
K
We
used
to
be
able
to
take
a
lawn
mower
down
between
the
fencing
and
the
regular
chain
link
fence.
We
can't
do
that
because
it's
all
broken
down
and
she
can
get
to
me
our
note.
Our
neighbor
knows
there's
an
issue
he
has
seen
it
happen,
but
he's
done
nothing
to
stop
it.
They
have
a
second
dog
named
bella.
Who
is
an
angel?
K
K
K
F
I
believe
that's
in
my
award,
I
would
be
glad
to
look
into
it.
This
is
paul,
tells
if
you
can't
see.
I
don't
know,
I
can't
see
you.
I
don't
know
if
you
can
see
me
yeah,
but
I
would
be
glad
to
figure
out
the
computer
right.
That's
understandable,
but
I'll
be
glad
to
look
into
that
and
see
if
we
can
maybe
speak
to
your
neighbor
and
see
if
we
can
come
up
with
a
resolution.
K
C
I
think
if
you've
been
hurt-
and
I
think
paul's
gonna
check
into
the
process
and
see
what
he
could
do
to
maybe
talk
to
the
neighbors
and
we'll
get
this
straightened
out.
Okay,
paula.
C
C
Thank
you,
carrie.
Is
there
any
other
communications
by
the
public?
No,
that
was
it.
Okay
committee
of
the
whole
reports
from
standing
committees
item
a
acknowledgement
receipt
of
the
financial
reports
for
may
2021.
C
L
Mr
president,
this
ordinance
is
ordinance
number
76
2021.
Back
in
march,
the
federal
government
enacted
the
president
signed
a
bill
on
acting
an
economic
stimulus
package,
the
american
rescue
plan.
It's
my
understanding
that,
in
order
for
the
city
to
receive
their
share
of
these
funds,
we
just
need
to
set
up
a
new
account
for
that.
L
That
would
be
account
number,
oh
one.
What
was
that
179
169.
E
L
Thank
you.
Thank
you.
I
appreciate
it,
so
this
is
just
setting
up
that
account
so
that
we
can
receive
those
federal
dollars.
If
there's
anything
else
that
miss
keener
or
mr
fowler
needs
to.
B
L
All
right,
miss
keener
before
you
mute
yourself
again
is
this:
something.
Is
this
an
account
that
we
need
to
set
up
now?
Is
this
money
ready
to
be
received
and
we
need
to
move
quickly
on
this
or
not.
M
I
would
like
it
to
be
passed
now
if
possible,
because
what
we
are
supposed
to
receive
the
money
within
30
days
of
the
state
receiving
the
money,
but
we
have
not
been
notified
when
the
state's
going
to
receive
the
money,
so
I'd
rather
have
it
set
up.
So
we're
ready
to
go
when
they
do
receive
the
money.
L
All
right-
and
my
opinion
is-
is
that
we
are
just
setting
up
that
account
to
receive
that
money,
so
I
don't
see
any
reason
that
we
need
to
have
any
further
reading.
So,
having
said
that,
I
will
make
a
motion
to
add
ordinance,
number
76
2021
to
tonight's
agenda.
It
does
include
emergency
language
and
I
will
be
moving
to
waive
the
second
and
third
readings.
G
G
C
Yes,
thank
you,
mr
kernan
item
c
agreement
with
this
sws
cog,
barbarian
and
copley
for
I.t
equipment.
Mr
kernan.
L
Thank
you,
mr
president.
This
is
ordinance
number
77
2021,
it
kind
of
goes
hand
in
hand
with
next
item.
That's
on
the
agenda.
78
2021!
We
talked
about
this.
I
think
it
was
last
week
or
the
week
before
this
is
for
new
it
equipment
for
the
sws
cog.
L
What's
going
on
here
is
that
that
entity
cannot
enter
into
a
contract
itself,
so
we
are
entering
into
that
contract,
paying
our
portion
of
it,
and
then
we
will
be
reimbursed
by
the
other,
the
other
members
of
the
sw
s
cog,
and
this
is
the
agreement
that
we
were
actually
waiting
for
when
we
talked
about
it
the
last
time,
so
I
will
move
to
add
ordinance,
77
2021
to
tonight's
agenda.
For
mr
markey,
do
we
need
to
suspend?
I
know
we're
going
to
have
a
first
reading
tonight.
N
I
believe
miss
keener
can
clarify,
but
I
believe
the
timing
of
the
purchase
of
the
equipment
is
there's
a
deadline
before
the
next
council
meeting
and
because
of
chip
shortages
and
other
reasons
prices
will
be
increasing.
So
we're
trying
to
lock
in
the
pricing.
L
C
I
have
a
motion,
a
second
to
add
to
tonight's
agenda:
ordinance
77
21,
with
emergency
language
spending,
the
second
and
third
readings
any
other
discussion
on
this
ordinance,
77
2021,
mr.
E
Okay,
thank
you
paul
I'd,
just
like
to
point
out
that
this
is
between
barberton
copley
and
norton,
and
we're
going
to
be
picking
up
33
and
a
third
percent
of
this,
the
cost
of
100.
I
think
it's
196
thousand
dollars
some
odd
cents.
E
F
N
Yeah,
I'm
happy
to
do
that.
So
mr
towsley,
the
I.t,
the
department
was
founded
on
swiss
cog
under
shepard
agreement
and
it
was
just
the
three
communities.
So
the
you
don't
have
to
join
the
dispatch.
You
don't
have
to
join
the
it
just
because
you
joined
the
dispatch.
So
it's
done
by
a
separate
agreement,
so
springfield
joined
only
the
dispatch
side.
The
services,
not
the
I.t
side
of
the
services.
N
That
we
do
he's
a
whole
separate
thing,
whole
separate
formula,
whole
separate
yeah,
it's
correct.
N
M
H
C
To
clarify,
thank
you
any
other
discussion
on
77
2021.
G
G
C
Thank
you,
mr
kernan
item
d
agreement
with
dell
financial
services
llc
for
it
equipment.
Mr
kernan.
L
L
E
C
Second,
I
have
a
motion
in
a
second
for
ordinance,
78
2021,
to
be
added
to
tonight's
agenda
with
emergency
language.
Suspending
the
second
and
third:
is
there
any
further
discussion.
E
Yes,
mr
president,
I
didn't
get
a
chance
to
read
this
as
closely
as
what
I'd
like
to,
but
is
this
in
payments,
or
are
we
doing
this
all
up
front
and
then
we're
just
gonna
get
our
money
back
in
payments.
G
G
C
Yes,
all
right
item
me:
we
are
moving
item
g
up,
I
to
me
and
item
e
to
the
g.
The
reason
why
we
need
the
amen,
the
section
234.01
of
the
codified
oran
says
before
we
start
talking
about
the
other
two.
So
scott,
you
want
to
do
item
g.
D
Yes,
thank
you,
mr
president,
I'd
like
to
amend
section
234.01
of
the
codified
ordinance
establishing
the
finance
director
position.
D
The
only
question
I
had
on
that,
just
as
a
matter
of
staying
consistent.
D
L
And
my
understanding
is:
is
that
correct
me
if
I'm
wrong
the
reason
we're
looking
at
doing
this
now
is
because
we've
had
some
vacancies
occur
in
the
finance
department,
and
so
we
are
replacing
personnel,
I
believe,
not
adding
personnel.
So
I
I
think,
that's
what
we're
doing.
L
D
There
are
some
personnel
moves
and
changes
which
have
now
kind
of
brought
this
to
the
forefront
we
used
to
have
a
deputy
director
before
and
when
that
individual
left,
we
never
kind
of
refilled
that
position
and
kind
of
leaves
us
in
a
precarious
position
without
somebody
as
a
backup.
D
D
C
N
Yes,
we
can
suspend
for
personnel
positions.
That's
not
a
problem.
So,
however,
council
wants
to
handle
is
fine.
All
right.
D
Unless
there's
any
objection,
then
I'll
be
looking
at
waiting.
Second.
Third,
I'd
like
to
move,
I
guess
this
would
be
ordinance.
81.
G
D
C
We
have
a
motion
in
a
second
to
waive
the
objective:
to
put
79
2021
on
tonight's
agenda
waving
the
second
and
third
readings
with
emergency
language.
F
C
What
were
what
we're
getting
right?
What
we're
changing
with
the
person
now
is
almost
the
same.
Salary
ranges
equal
to
what
we're
adding
on.
So
it's
not
going
to
cost
the
city
any
much
more
money.
C
One
I
think's
part
time
and
we
won't
be
paying
hospitalization.
I
thought.
A
C
Well,
I
was
just
saying,
after
all
the
moves,
what
we're
paying
now
and
when
this
is
all
completed,
what
we
will
be
paying,
then,
is
going
to
be
pretty
close
to
what
we're
doing
right
now,
salary-wise,
because
the
one
I
think
is
part-time
and
we
won't
be
paying
for
health
care.
That
was
my
understanding.
C
F
E
Yes,
I'd
like
to
just
add
something
else
for
clarification
for
the
public.
If
you
all
don't
mind
or
do
we
have
another
vote
to
come
yet
I
just.
E
Charlotte
sorry
about
that,
that
kind
of
throwed
me
off,
I
was
looking
at
something
else
and
that
then
I
noticed
the
updated
thing
here
for
the
public's
sake.
This
is.
We
really
need
somebody
in
this
position
in
case
something
happens
if
you
know,
god
forbid,
mrs
keener
gets
really
sick
or
something
we've
been
there
and
that's
an
important
position
and
this
person
should
be
able
to
step
right
in
and
take
over.
E
Her
duties
are
close
to
it
at
least
fill
in
if
they
couldn't
but
way,
I'm
understanding
what
they're
going
to
be
capable
of
is.
They
should
be
about
ready
to
step
right
in
if
they
had
to.
Would
that
be
correct.
Miss
king.
E
L
E
C
D
Thank
you,
mr
president,
as
as
we
stated,
there's
been
some
personnel
moves
and
changes
and
we're
looking
to
establish
an
hr
specialist
position
which
would
be
part-time.
D
The
position
would
require
a
bachelor's
degree
at
minimum
and
if
a
person
has
a
bachelor's
degree,
it
would
pay
twenty
dollars
an
hour.
If
they
have
a
master's
degree,
then
it
would
pay
25
and
it
would
be
part-time
as
they
need
to
be
flexible,
as
the
city
needs
them
to
step
in
and
take
care
of
certain
hr
functions,
then
they
would
be
able
to
do
so.
D
I
think
this
is
a
a
really
good
idea
taking
it,
because
most
of
the
hr
is
now
handled
through
robert,
yes,
robert,
and
to
me
that
almost
kind
of
puts
in
a
conflict
there.
So
I
I
like
the
idea
of
having
a
a
separate
individual.
Now
this
individual
will
answer
to
you
mayor.
D
I
did
not
see
who
they
answered
to
in
the
job
description,
but
I
would
like
to
see
the
person
answer
to
you
that
way.
It
takes
any
possible
conflict.
E
D
When
you
have
a
person
that
answers
to
an
immediate
boss
and
if
there's
an
issue
that
somebody
has
with
that
boss,
it
kind
of
leaves
them
in
a
real
bad
position
to
be
able
to
deal
with
those
things.
L
N
N
L
L
D
D
E
O
D
L
I
mean
we've
talked
about
this
for
a
couple
weeks.
I
it's
fairly
clear
that
the
charter
indicates
that
the
administrator
is
the
director
of
personnel
and
that
the
at
least
as
far
as
I
understand
what
everybody
has
a
problem
with
is,
if
that
person
has
a
particular
problem
with
the
administrator,
then
I
would
imagine
that
there
would
just
be
a
separate
process
put
in
place
to
review
that
by
the
mayor
or
an
independent
investigator
or
something
of
that
nature.
I
mean
at
least
that's
what
I'm
understanding.
C
D
That's
fine.
I
just
want
to
make
sure
that
the
procedures
are
in
place,
so
there's
no
conflict.
So
if
something
needs
to
be
drawn
up,
if
we
go
ahead
and
do
that
if
it
has
to
be
an
ordinance
or
whatever.
E
I
agree
we
need.
We
need
to
have
something
that
that
kind
of
separates
the
two
and
it
allows
this
person
to
actually
do
human
resources
amongst
employees
and
and
feel
able
they
can
do
that
job
or
even
if
it's
between
them
and
the
administrator,
if
you're,
if
that's
going
to
be
part
of
their
duties,
is
basically
representing
complaints
like
that
right.
D
Justin
is
it
possible
where
we
could
draw
something
up
where
if
the
administrative
assistant
is
involved
in
any
way,
then
this
individual
position
would
report
or
report
to
the
mayor
or
somebody
like
that.
D
B
H
D
D
F
F
M
The
account
clerk
in
the
finance
department
put
in
her
two
weeks
two
weeks
ago
and
she
has
taken
a
different
position
at
norton
city
schools.
So
we
are
now
left
with
a
vacant
position.
M
J
Problem
that
we
face
is
that
if
we
don't
pass
it
tonight,
then
we'll
wait
till
we
have
to
we
until
it
gets
passed.
I
think
before
we
advertise,
so
it's
just
gonna
delay
it
that
much
further.
So
if
we
can
get
it
passed,
then
we
can
advertise
and
we
can
as
soon
as
we
can
possibly
get
somebody
hired.
We
will
do
so.
E
J
A
E
D
So
that
being
said,
and
because
of
how
quick
we
need
to
handle
this,
I
will
move
to
add
ordinance,
80
the
establishment
of
the
hr
specialist
position
to
tonight's
agenda
with
emergency
waiving
second
and
third.
C
E
Yes,
mr
president,
actually
we
could
come
back
and
and
redo
this
if
we
had
to,
we
could
allow
that
to
go
forward
if
they
filled
the
position
okay,
but
we
could
always
doctor
this
up
as
far
as
putting
that
protective
section
in
there.
E
D
Okay
and
justin,
if
you
would
take
a
look
at
that
and
see
the
best
way
to
handle
that
what
it's
going
to
be,
whether
it's
going
to
be
amend
this
ordinance
or
establish
a
new
ordinance.
That's
a
standalone
from
this.
D
D
A
D
H
D
C
E
E
I
would
hate
to
open
the
door
for
something
else
to
happen,
and
I
don't
understand
if
we
have
somebody
temporarily
doing
the
payroll
now
another
two
week,
and
I
understand
that
you
want
to
advertise,
but
it's
almost
we're
not
getting
definitive
answers
as
if
we
could
even
do
this.
It's
almost
like
I'm
getting
the
idea
that
you're
in
particular
mr
markey
you're,
reluctant
to
really
answer
that
question.
N
No,
mrs
whippy,
I'm
not
reluctant
to
answer
anything.
You
need
to
create
the
position
to
temporarily
create
the
position,
so
you
can
fill
it.
Otherwise,
you
won't
have
payroll.
If
council
wants
to
create
a
policy
council
can
create
a
policy
all
those
things
within
your
purview
right.
Everybody
knows
the
administrative
officer
works
for
the
mayor
right,
so
anyone
can
report
to
the
mayor
as
the
administrative
officer
supervisor.
N
E
L
Mean
it's
it.
It
seems
pretty
straightforward
to
me.
We
have
this
position
that
needs
to
be
created
in
order
for
people
to
get
paid
in
the
city
of
norton,
so
we
create
this
position.
If
we
want
to
argue
about
that,
we
want
to
come
up
with
some
policy
in
the
city
of
norton
having
to
do
with
this
particular
position
and
how
review
happens
if
there's
a
if
there's
some
type
of
complaint
lodged
against
the
administrative
officer
or
the
hr
person
in
particular,
I
suppose
we
can
do
that.
D
L
D
L
I
G
G
F
C
Yes,
thank
you.
Scott
item
g
establishment
of
the
assistant
finance
director
position.
D
D
D
D
Okay,
so
this
just
lays
out
the
position
who
they
answer
to
the
assistant
director
finance.
It
shows
their
salary
rate.
D
Anyone
have
any
questions
on
this.
I
believe
carrie
sent
out
something
this
afternoon
that
should
have
been
added
with
this.
Is
this
the
one
carrie.
I
Yes-
and
mr
gainer
pointed
out
that
I
think
it's
around
the
third
paragraph-
it's
missing.
D
I
I
N
Yeah
the
language
mr
fowler
prepared
mr
miss
keener,
prepared
the
job
description,
so
we'll
review
that
and
we
will
get
any
changes
to
me.
Look
I
don't
know
what
was
missing
because
I
looked
at
it,
but
it
looked
like
it
was
just
the
assistant
director
of
finance
language,
but
if
you
think
there's
more,
no,
I
think
that
just.
B
M
E
M
Refer
that
to
mr
fowler.
E
B
I
was
under
the
impression
when
we
discussed
this,
that
it
was
not
to
be
a
deputy
finance
director.
It
was
to
be
an
assistant
deputy
finance
director
and
which
the
language
in
the
old
ordinance
did
not
say
that
if
I
remember
correctly,
there
had
to
be
a
change
in
the
in
the
name,
because
the
ordinance
new
york,
the
the
position
we're
wanting
to
heart
to
fill
now,
was
not
the
exact
named
position
that
we
had.
Prior
to
this,
which
was
passed
in
2005.
D
N
Yeah,
so
the
assistant
director
of
finance
is
a
different
position.
The
deputy
director
of
finance
there
used
to
be
a
position
deputy
director
of
finance
in
the
charter,
for
whatever
reason
it
was
eliminated
at
some
point
in
the
past.
So
this
is
a
different
position,
a
different
job,
job
description,
different
duties.
H
A
H
The
difference
between
the
deputy
versus
the
assistant,
so
a
deputy,
is
a
person
who
has
a
backup
of
the
supervisor's
absence
who
can
perform
all
the
duties
of
their
supervisor
in
their
absence,
the
assistant's
more
of
an
associate
who
directly
executes
the
responsibilities
rather
than
delegating
them,
there's
a
difference
in
the
turn.
It's
exactly.
G
B
E
G
F
G
C
Thank
you
reports
from
officers
boards
and
commissions,
starting
with
the
mayor.
J
Thank
you
hey.
I
just
got
a
couple
just
actually
two
things
just
want
to
bring
to
your
attention.
I
know
that
you
were
aware
and
just
want
to
make
the
city
aware
that
we
keller
williams,
a
real
estate
company,
had
just
just
moved
and
opened
a
business
here
in
the
city
of
norton
over
in
green
ridge
plaza
friday
evening.
J
They
had
an
event
over
there.
We
cut
a
ribbon
and
welcomed
them
to
the
city.
I
know
a
number
of
us
were
invited
to
attend,
and
I
know
that
I
believe
emails
was
sent
out
to
each
one
of
you
as
well,
so
just
letting
you
know
that
and
also
friday
night
as
well,
the
safety
town
this
year,
safety
town,
we
graduated
81
students
from
safety
town
this
year,
now
keep
in
mind.
This
is
one
of
two
different
classes.
J
I
believe
it
was
mainly,
though
kids
that
are
going
students
that
will
be
going
into
first
grade
because
it
was
canceled.
Last
year
due
to
covid.
We
thought
that
it
would
be
a
great
idea
just
to
go
ahead
and
have
them
brought
in
go
through
safety,
town,
learn,
rules
and,
and
so
forth,
work
with
the
police
officers,
bus
safety
and
so
forth,
so
so
that
nobody
got
missed
and
passed
over.
We
just
that
was
done
this
past
friday
and
then
on
august
9th
through
the
13th.
J
There
will
be
a
second
session
and
it'll
be
also
a
week
long
and
then
on
the
13th
of
august,
we'll
have
another
graduating
class.
So
right
now
we
did.
There
was
81
students
that
went
through
this
past
week
and
then
whatever
they
haven't
signed
up
yet
for
the
the
august
one
but
that'll
be
later
on
in
the
summer,
and
that
that's
all
I
have
right
now,
but
we'll
go
from
there.
Thank.
C
You
thank
you.
Thank
you.
Mayor
robert
has
no
report
tonight,
miss
keener.
You
have
any
report
tonight.
M
C
Okay,
mr
markey.
C
Okay,
consideration
of
minutes
the
minutes
of
the
regular
council
meeting
of
may
24
2021.
Are
there
any
addition
or
corrections.
C
C
C
We
have
a
motion
and
a
second
to
waive
the
second
and
third
readings
for
ordinance.
76
2021.
Is
there
any
other
further
discussion
for
ordinance,
76
2021
there
being
none
roll.
G
C
I
have
a
motion,
a
second
to
adopt
ordinance
76
2021.
Is
there
any
other
further
discussion
for
oregon
2021
there
being
none
roll
call?
Gary
mr
kernan.
G
G
I
G
F
I
F
L
C
G
G
G
F
C
L
Just
real
quick,
mr
president,
mr
markey,
do
you
know,
have
the
other
municipalities
involved
approve
this
yet.
N
I
will
ask
miss
keener,
I
know
barbara,
I
think
was
doing
it
tonight
and
then
I
believe,
copley
had
a
meeting.
Is
it
tomorrow,
ms
keener.
M
N
I
C
G
G
L
C
I
have
a
motion,
a
second
for
ordinance,
78
2021
for
suspension
of
second
and
third
readings.
Is
there
any
discussion
on
order
at
78,
20
41.
there
being
none
roll
call,
carrie.
G
G
I
G
G
C
I
G
G
G
C
Yes
order
79
2021,
mr
below
on
this
amended
section.
D
C
F
I
G
B
C
E
D
That's
what
this
establishes.
E
M
M
And
actually
that
was
one
of
the
things
that
I
had
discussed
with
my
staff
is
that
I
would
like
to
be
trained
in
payroll.
Yes,.
G
G
L
C
Yes,
thank
you,
ordinance,
80
20
21,
mr
pilot.
D
Thank
you,
mr
president,
this
time
I'd
like
to
offer
ordinance
80
20
21
for
its
first
reading
and
ask
clerk
to
read
it.
Please.
D
And
as
we
discussed
earlier,
they
need
to
try
to
get
somebody
into
this
position,
they're
going
to
have
to
advertise
and
everything
else.
So
this
time
I
moved
the
way,
the
second
and
third
readings
and
ordinance
80
20.
C
G

I
moved
to

this
third
reading
on
ordinance,

second
time.
I
have
a
motion
a
second
to
waive
the
origin,
75
2021
any
other
further
discussion,
I'm
waving,
because
this
is
something
we've
been
waiting
on-
a
concept
for
construction
of
a
new
police
facility,
and
I
I
hate
to
delay
this
any
longer.
C
F
G
C
I
C
G
G
G
C
Thank
you,
ordinance,
68
2021
kerry.
Could
you
read
the
third
reading.
C
Is
there
any
other
further
discussion?
The
discussion
is
going
to
be.
This
is
the
ordinance
where
the
construction
near
producing
wells
or
storage
tanks
we're
moving
it
from
300
feet
to
100
feet.
Any
other
discussion.
E
Yes,
mr
president,
yes
I
I
went
over
the
case
law
that
miss
mr
markey
had
sent
me.
I
think
he
said
I
believe
he
sent
it
to
all
of
us
and
basically
that
was
dealing
with
drilling
and
building
a
well,
not
so
much
building
another
structure,
and
I
get
what
you're
saying,
but
I
also
thought
it
was.
It
was
stating
150
feet
in
it
and
I
didn't
get
through
it
as
good
as
what
I
would
have
liked
to
have,
and
I'm
going
to
just
say
my
concern
isn't
for
this
particular
location.
E
It's
for
the
fact
that
we're
changing
our
codification
for
the
entire
city
and
it's
other
areas
that
there
might
be
an
issue
with,
and
I
also
understand
if
it
was
a
major
site
or
division
subdivision,
like
mr
pilot,
had
stated
that
that's
a
different
thing
in
200
foot,
but
anything
that
I
know
about
this
is
it
hasn't,
come
because
I've
had
my
questions
answered.
It's
because
I
found
out
the
answer
myself.
G
G
F
G
E
E
C
G
C
Yes,
thank
you.
Public
service
announcement,
starting
with
the
mayor.
J
Thank
you.
This
just
pertains
to
the
adopt-a-spot
program
and
I
just
want
to
announce
that
we
still
have
a
couple
of
caretaker
spots
still
available.
J
So
if
anybody's
interested
now
is,
would
be
your
time
to
kindly
get
a
hold
of
the
city
and
grab
one
up,
we
do
have
the
flowers
the
flowers
are
getting
put
together
and
they'll
be
soon
ready
for
pickup
at
the
dayton
nursery
tom's
been
working
with
the
city
of
norton,
making
sure
that
that's
getting
taken
care
of,
and
so
here
shortly
some
of
the
spots
throughout
the
city
we'll
begin
to
see
flowers
being
planted
and
so
forth,
taking
care
of
the
areas
but,
like
I
said,
if
there's
anybody
still
out
there
that
might
be
interested
in
taking
care
of
a
spot
getting
flowers
planted,
maybe
keeping
it
watered
with
the
way
that
we've
been
seeing
water
here
and
in
the
rain
that
might
not
be
necessary,
but
at
least
maybe
keep
it
weeded
every
now
and
again
and
so
forth,
and
keep
the
the
city
looking
looking
nice.
J
So
I
just
want
to
put
that
out
there,
but
making
you
aware
that
we'll
be
seeing
that
forthcoming.
That
is
all
I
have.
C
Any
other
public
service
announcements
I
just
have
one:
this
is
our
last
zoom
meeting
guys
I
will
return
to
city
hall
next
week
and
I'm
gonna
adjourn
tonight's
meeting.
Do
I
have
a
second
second?
C
I
have
a
motion
technic
during
tonight's
meeting
june
14th
monday.
It
is,
let's
see
8
18,
all
in
favor,
we'll
aye.
You
guys.
