that
jennifer

out
earlier.

to

for
the
bricktown
urban
design
committee.
This
is
the
city

oklahoma,
city's
third
teleconference
bricktown
urban
design
committee

My
name
is
kasia
egan
and
I
am
the
chair
of
the

you
are
aware,
during
the

in

during
the

in
our

or

us
in

to
let
us
know
your

and

wish
to
speak
about
will
be
recognized
first
before
the
the
bricktown

each

I
will
ask
if
any

wish
to
speak.
B
Anyone
speaking
will
be
given
three
minutes
to
speak
since
you
are

When
I,
when
I

on

to
remove
the
diagonal
red

B
If
we
lose
our
connection
for
the
meeting,
the
meeting
shall
be
stopped
and
reconvene
once
the
connection
is
restored.
If
communications
are
unable
to
be
restored
within
30
minutes,
items
remaining
for
consideration
will
be
continued
to
our
next
regularly
scheduled
bricktown
urban
design
committee
meeting
on
wednesday
august
12th
2020
at
9,
am
by
video
conference.
B
C
H
E
B
Great,
thank
you
jennifer
all
right.
So
second,
item
on
the
agenda
is
approval
of
minutes
from
our
june
20
june
10th
2020
meeting.
Do
I
have
a
mission
for
approval.
B
All
right
minutes:
past
approval
passes
okay.
Here
we
continue
item
three
cases
withdrawn.
None
item
four
continuance
requests.
There
was
a
late
change
in
our
agenda
as
of
yesterday,
so
actually
cases
for
indus
individual
consideration.
B
E
We
received
an
email
late
yesterday
afternoon
from
the
applicant
indicating
a
continuance
was
being
requested.
I
believe
there
is
somebody
here
in
the
meeting
from
je
dunn,
the
applicant
in
case.
The
committee
has
any
questions,
and
I
dialogue
with
the
applicant
yesterday
afternoon
regarding
the
continuance
request.
E
There's
been
some
back
and
forth
about
whether
the
meeting
or
the
item
should
be
continued
to
the
august
meeting
or
some
later
date,
indefinite.
So
in
order
to
make
sure
they
have
enough
time
to
ensure
that
their
project
is
is
ready
to
be
heard,
but
I
haven't
heard
anything
definitive
from
them
on
this
at
this
time.
F
If
the
applicant
has
some
representative
president,
I
would
I'd
be
happy
to
hear
from
them,
so
we
could
know,
you
know
better,
be
better
informed
on
how
to
take
some
action.
I
Hi,
this
is
jennifer
horn,
j
dunn.
We
had
received
communication
from
the
ownership
and
late
yesterday,
just
asking
for
a
continuance
on
to
august.
At
this
time
I
haven't
been
able
to
have
a
natural
sit-down
conversation
with
them,
but
in
previous
conversations
I'd
had
with
them
they
had
indicated
there
would
be
a
possibility
of
just
reducing
down
a
couple
of
floors,
and
so
with
that
we
would
be
able
to
quickly
make
the
changes
on
the
drawings
to
be
able
to
be
ready
for
the
august
meeting.
F
Well,
well,
madam
chair
I'd
be
happy
to
move
to
continue
for
another
month.
A
B
Okay,
so
item
five
consent,
docket
and
let's
see
bca2016
at
one
eleven
wanda
jackson
way
bricktown,
it
looks
like
we
have
a
mural
application.
E
Yes,
this
is
just
a
standard,
mural
application.
The
arts
commission
has
reviewed
the
proposal
and
provided
a
recommendation
of
approval
to
the
bricktown
committee.
E
B
Hey,
do
we
have
any
comments
or
questions
from
the
committee?
It
looks
like
we
might
have
someone
for
the
application
present
to
ask
answer
any
questions
or.
D
F
I'd
be
happy
to
hear
from
the
from
the
applicant
if
they
want
to.
If
they're
prepared
to
speak
on
it.
J
J
Okay,
did
anyone
have
any
questions,
or
do
you
just
want
to
hear
a
little
bit
about
what
we're
doing.
J
Sure
so
we
are
taking
non-traditional
muralists
we're
working
with
two
local
digital
graphic
designers
and
we
are
going
to
be
using
a
vinyl
wrap
to
print
these
murals
on
just
so,
it's
easier
to
clean
up
and
doesn't
damage
anything
on
the
structure
there.
So
we're
using
a
technique
called
a
double
exposure.
C
I
think
the
whole
this
is
avis,
and
I
just
think
that
whole
project
for
anyone
that
hasn't
been
down
there.
It's
just
really
a
great
touch.
So
I
think
it's
awesome.
B
J
Right
so
we
will
have
some
string
lights
that
will
go
in
the
foliage
there
on
the
south
west
side
and
that
will
lead
into
rigid
led
tape
that
goes
along
the
railing
there
above
the
bridge.
So
it'll
go
from
kind
of
chaotic
over
in
the
foliage
to
very
industrial
looking
as
it
moves
further
away.
G
What
is
the
the
time
life
of
the
materials
that
are
being
used
for
the.
G
Warranty
is
it,
is
it
I
guess,
I'm
just
I'm
not
familiar
with
just
maybe
is
it
the
same
type
of
like
quality
of
for
color
and
peeling,
and
things
like
that
or
is
it?
Is
it?
J
C
C
I
think
there
has
been
this
is
avis.
I
think
there's
been
in
in
the
past
quite
a
bit
of
discussion
about
really
moving
more
towards
this
type
of
a
mural
instead
of
direct
painting
onto
brick
or
whatever
surface
it
is
michael.
Is
that
correct?
Haven't
we
talked
about
this
before.
C
Can
you
hear
me
there
we
go
to
nathan
is.
If
this
is
you
say
it's
to
last
two
years?
Is
that
correct.
C
If,
if
need
I
mean,
if
everybody
still
loves,
it
is
how
long
are
we
allowing
for
a
mural
to
be
up?
I
guess
that's
a
michael
question.
First,
is
there
a
rule
on
that.
E
Well,
as
with
any
other
ca,
they're
good
for
two
years
and
once
they're
installed,
they're
allowed
to
remain
permanently.
Unless,
as
in
this
case,
there
could
be
some
deterioration
in
the
material
and
it
may
need
to
be
removed
or
okay,
presumably
it
could
be
restored
or
redone.
J
B
J
According
to
the
manufacturer,
they
have
used
a
similar
material
on
other
businesses
about
town
that
actually
get
direct
exposure
to
sunlight
and
precipitation,
and
I
believe
the
longest
one
he
said
he's
got
up
right
now
is
going
on
five
years
and
it's
not
showing
any
sign
of
deterioration
whatsoever.
So
we're
we're
pretty
confident
about
the
the
integrity
of
all
this.
B
G
Guess
I
just
missed
so
who
would
be
responsible
for
the
maintenance
of
it
when
it
it
does
if
it
shows
deterioration?
I
know
there's
the
two
year,
but
after
that
I
guess
I
missed
that.
I'm
sorry.
B
B
Okay,
so
any
other
final
questions,
or
are
we
ready
for
a
motion
on
on
this
consent?
Docket
item.
D
B
It
looks
like
we're
just
waiting
for
a
vote
on
okc
prime
from.
B
D
D
B
B
You
all
for
attending
on
your
applicant
applications
and
taking
the
time
to
be
with
us
this
morning
and
answer
those
questions
so
item
seven.
As
we
move
on
oh
yeah,
individual
considerations.
We
already
took
care
of
that
other
business,
non-communications
administrative
approval
report,
pretty
light.
E
Well,
no
there's
no
well.
First
of
all,
the
administrative
approval
course
is
some
minor
signage
changes
at
the
building
at
229
sheridan.
E
Unfortunately,
it
doesn't
include
the
east
there
in
your
agenda
and
as
far
as
our
comments
we
weren't
going
to
have
a
meeting
in
august,
but
because
of
the
continuance
earlier
in
today's
meeting,
we
are
going
to
have
a
meeting
in
august,
so
hopefully
we'll
be
able
to
muster
a
quorum
there
and
again
we'll
be
looking
at
the
parking
structure.
D
B
Okay,
michael,
thank
you
for
that
update.
Are
there
any
comments
from
the
committee.
F
Members
I'll
give
my
obligatory
obligatory
thanks
to
the
city
staff,
because
I
participated
in
a
couple
of
these
activities
with
the
city.
As
far
as
you
know,
these
meetings
that
have
moved
online
and
as
evidenced
by
today,
I
know
it's
difficult
and
a
challenge.
So
I
think
you
guys
continue
to
step
up
to
the
plate,
make
sure
to
keep
people
informed
so
we're
the
volunteers,
but
you
guys
have
to
sort
of
do
this
every
day
so
so
appreciate
it.
E
B
B
B
Any
other
comment
from
the
committee
sounds
like
we're
good
doing
making
good
on
time,
even
with
all
our
technical
difficulties.
Here
this
morning,
user
driven,
not
city
driven,
so
our
next
meeting
we
will
have
one
for
wednesday
august
12
2020
and
at
9
26
this
morning
I
adjourn
our
meeting.
Thank
you.
Everyone
for
attending
and
taking
your
time
to
be
here.
