Yes,
sir,
thank
you.
This

So
this
is
the
second
project
that
we
have
out
there
with
the
contractor
who's.
Doing
of
some
of
the
things
to
to
round
that
project
out
and
the
main
thing
on
this
change
order
is
a
canopy
over
a
door,
so
they
have
a
door
that
staff
uses
often
and
we
need
to
give
them
protection
from
the
weather.

a

the
thirty

ninety

Seventy

accepting
the
project
and
placing
the

zero,
zero,
two
H
two
main
things
to
take
from
this
is
that
is
a
final
acceptance.
L
The
project
is
being
completed
and
this
is
for
all
the
work
on
the
doors,
the
exterior
doors,
those
storefront
aluminum
doors,
and
that
also
the
change
order
includes
a
decrease
and
the
reason
there's
a
decrease
is
there
was
a
an
allowance
in
the
contract
for
various
things
and
those
things
weren't
required
and
through
the
accounting.
We
come
up
with
this
decrease
of
thirty
six
thousand
dollars,
and
this
also
come
to
be
approval
from
the
fairground
subcommittee.

Thank

item
six
is
to
recommend
approval
of
change,
order,
number
23,
Maps,
three
Convention
Center
and
increased
ninety
nine
thousand
five
hundred
fifty
one
dollars
project
in
3000.
Three
there's
several
items
on
this
change
order.
Two
biggest
items
are
item
number
five,
which
is
a
utility
vault
modification.
L
So
from
the
time
that
the
original
surveying
design
was
done
on
the
Convention
Center
in
the
parking
lot
area,
which
is
south
of
the
convention
center,
a
water
line,
blow-off
vault
was
placed
in
there
and
this
vault
needs
to
be
adjusted
and
raised,
so
that
is
that
cost
some
additional
filter
fabric.
So
this
goes
under
the
the
pavers
in
the
sidewalk.
So
filter
fabric
is
a
furgus
material.
It
looks
kind
of
like
roofing
felt
if
you're
familiar
with
that,
but
it
doesn't
have
tar
in
it.
L
It
allows
water
to
penetrate,
but
what
it
does
is
it
keeps
the
sand.
That's
underneath
the
pavers
from
leaving
and
and
collapsing
and
and
causing
problems
with
with
the
pavers
but
allows
the
water
to
to
exit.
So
those
are
the
two
largest
items
on
there
I'd
be
glad
to
discuss
any
of
the
others.
If
anybody
needs
some
explanation,
this
comes
with
the
approval
from
the
convention
center
sub.
D
A
Second,
Kim
low,
a
second
it
as
I
wanted
it's
just
this
just
a
moment
and
ask
David
that
all
for
the
next
items
are
from
the
Convention
Center
subcommittee
and
they've
all
been.
They
were
all
discussed
vetted
at
this
week's
meeting
and
they
all
come
with
the
recommendation.
But
I
thought
at
the
beginning
might
be
a
good
time
for
David
to
give
us
a
brief
update
on
how
work
is
going
there
during
this
time
with,
because
that
was
an
important.
L
Yes,
sir
work
is
progressing
well,
there
was
a
little
bit
of
a
slower
because
of
the
virus
issues,
there's
been
more
precautions
and
cause
them
to
do
a
few
more
things
that
they
wouldn't
normally.
But
you
know,
there's
250
300
people
working
out
there,
but
it's
a
massive
site
and
they're
able
to
keep
distance.
There
are
some
crews
that
work
together
and
they're,
taking
the
precautions
that
need
to.
There
has
been
one
instance
of
a
virus
out
there,
but
it
was
it
was
contained
and
and
dealt
with,
and
everything
is
going
well.
L
The
only
thing
that
we
have
a
slight
concern
on
a
supply
chain,
materials
coming
from
out
of
state,
but
hopefully
here
in
the
near
future
that
will
resolve
itself
and
in
some
instances
we've
been
able
to
find
substitutions
for
those
materials.
So
so
far
we
really
haven't
had
an
issue
you'll
see
in
next
change
order
that
there
is
a
request
for
an
extension
of
days,
but
it's
it's
minimal
right
now.

Three
again
several
items
on
here
you'll
see
that
item
two
is
actually
a
credit
of
fifty
thousand
four
hundred
and
sixty
dollars,
there's
an
upgrade
on
soap
dispensers
for
$26,000
modifications
for
the
audio/visual
fire
alarm
system.
I.
Believe.
L
The
second
biggest
item
on
here
is
some
storm
sewer,
pipe
replacement
as
we
replace
that
Street
out
there
we're
working
with
Public
Works
and
they
requested
that
we
go
ahead
and
replace
some
storm
sewer
that
had
been
there
for
several
decades
and
didn't
want
to
let
that
fail
on
us
after
we
get
the
new
street
in
they're
going
on
down
the
list
and
the
296,000
$468
item
number
eight
is
really
for
the

you'll,
see
in
the
presentation
here
why
we
have
all
those
different
projects,
project
numbers.
But
if
you
recall
this
has
been
a
project
that
has
been
discussed
for
for
many
months.
L
It
is
the
street
that
is
between
the
park
and
the
convention
center
and
also
the
new
hotel.
It
will
be
funded
through
multiple
purposes
and
we
have
a
presentation
for
you
today.
Brian
Mitchell
from
Smith
Roberts,
Baldus
Weiler
can
take
you
through
the
details
of
the
project,
I'd
like
to
turn
it
over
to
Brian.
O
Yes,
okay,
so
we
near
packingtown
today
is
a
is
a
brief
presentation
of
SES
up
on
the
screen
now
I'd
like
to
walk
you
through
the
presentation,
they
kind
of
share
a
little
bit
more
information
about
how
this
privately
done.
This
project
started
off
with,
as
a
is
a
fairly
simple
street
research
and
public,
but
it's
more
than
that.
This
is
something
it
that
it
was
to
be
a
better
engagement
center
of
the
park
and
an
omni.
O
It
brings
it
all
together,
put
Auto
package
from
conceived,
which
makes
it
service
to
the
public
very
interesting,
very
important,
because
it's
not
only
the
driving
public
they've
also
evolved
of
the
philosophy,
as
well
as
88
compliance
challenges,
completely
Hector's
fit
something
in
between
defining
control
operation.
So
if
we
go
to
the
next
time
cruise.
O
Thank
you
so,
on
the
she's
kind
of
a
quick
overview
as
dinner.
Repair
project
is
an
only
effort
of
many
different
departments
within
the
state
from
senior
talking
about
engagement,
not
only
the
math
department
but
Public
Works
utilities
and
Parks
Department,
that
foundation
for
the
Central
Park
Foundation,
which
Matthew
as
well
as
going
to
compliance
or
adat
constraints.
O
The
procedures
of
puddings
here
on
it,
as
well
as
being
able
to
accommodate
public
events
such
as
the
penny
marathon,
and
how
to
deal
with
that,
because
one
of
the
routes
is
really
any
case
of
to
each
party
side.
We
have
also
gone
to
very
link
pony,
be
multi
construction
access,
as
well
as
utility
coordination
between
the
different
partners
and
public
utilities
that
are
better
on
all
these
order.
One
each
budget
next
one
please.
O
O
You
need
parking
aspects
in
this
project.
Is
that
it's
not
just
about
sardine
water
drainage.
There
are
two
separate
water
projects
consist
of
three
you
get
the
wrong
settings
as
well
as
a
very
major
previous
project.
That
is
people,
by
other
words,
which
some
of
the
plans
were
bought
into
this
this
projects
and
its
milling
full
destruction
done
and
everybody's
out
any
way
to
make
that
occur.
We're
talking
about.
O
Here
doing
this,
there's
70
distinct
activities
are
gonna,
be
going
on
in
series
in
combination
some
parallel.
Some
sort
of
stack
make
this
success.
There's
really
four
distinct
areas
that
I
want
touch
on
here
that
have
unique
aspects
of
it.
This
project
not
only
difficult
but
also
very
beneficial,
to
do
all
of
these
accounts,
so
we
think
through
and.
O
Area,
one
is
just
the
air
at
the
roundabout
area
itself,
we're
talking
about
dealing
with
multiple
needs
to
accommodate
pedestrian
bicycle
atrocities.
Obviously
always
mindful
read
a
strengths,
comedy
Harriet,
first-rate
Gigi
and
we're
coming
off
a
bit
of
a
trade
crossing
it
into
this
period.
There's
some
great
adjustments
that
we
need
taking
place
there.
They
make
this
part
of
English
challenge,
but
it
also
needs
the
impacts.
Water
system,
improvements,
phone
sewer,
improvements
in
structure
projects
associated
with
any
wall
around
the.
O
There's
major
accommodation
in
scoring
against
your
crossing
in
a
very
safe
manner.
They
walk
many
miles
or
and
walking
over
completely
different
music
and
taking
placement
features
can
be
accommodated.
This
also,
including
obviously,
policy
constraints
for
the
pedestrian
crossings,
mediate
compliance
in
the
maybe
long
one,
partly
because
running
on
the
street
for
the
street
resurfacing
district
herb
do
things
that
have
always
worked
together
to
keep
this
next.
Are
these.
C
O
I
will
speak
a
little
louder,
I'm,
not
sure
what
the
noise
is
coming
from
right
here.
So
in
area
number
three
we're
talking
about
the
area
very
specifically
from
the
Omni
Hotel
and
this
project
in
anything
to
improve.
It's
already
been
completed
with
alcohol
Avenue
we're
talking
about
the
additional
pedestrian
crossings
in
public
safety,
m88
and
appliances
always
and
civilization,
in
the
impacts
of
the
water
project.
O
O
Mix
light
please
so
area
floor
is
the
seventh
Street,
which
is
kind
of
aizen
for
freight
delivery
into
the
convention.
Center
is
also
the
combination
of
the
port's
project,
the
major
regional
drainage
project
that
ties
him
up
in
the
vicinity
of
demanded
I
itself.
The
advances
have
been
only
water
to
the
east,
and
then
it
gets
out
of
the
roadway
as
quickly
as
possible.
O
O
O
In
vain
approval
this
year
at
this
time,
we
ask
me
complete
assertion
being
december,
and
this
year
they
open
well,
there's
more
include
accommodations
for
upcoming
marathon,
which
goes
the
parties
are
denied.
Who
are
the
contact
to
make
provisions
to
clean
in
the
other
lane
and
excite
surface
for
all
participants.
O
So,
overall,
on
a
process
that
you
can
see,
the
multiple
bullets
are
showing
that
there's
funding
coming
from
different
different
sources.
Different
projects
are
all
coming
together.
Leaders
going
from
first
listed,
it
is
that
they
sit
into
the
project
by
Max
and
just
shy
of
0.9
rating
knowledge
once
referred
to
is
alternative
one
which
to
be
paid
for
about
other
parts.
He's
the
area
that
was
hidden
red
rocket,
arrows
and
planned
set
of
phony
is
being
funny.
Public
works.
We
destroyed.
Seven
million
dollars
make
improvements.
O
The
twelve
inch
water
line
going
down
off
the
street
itself
is
estimated,
cost
be
destroyed
with
500,000
for
from
utilities.
The
drainage
project
and
Public
Works
is
estimated,
but
it's
involved
in
this
project
area.
This
big
cost
about
twenty
nine
thousand,
and
then
there
are
two
small
wire
line.
Segments
in
part
of
the
different
project
indefinitely
cost
twenty
four
thousand
company
in
dollars.
That
will
be
part
of
this
project
again
well
here
the
concept
that,
let's
just
get
it
all
taken
care
of,
get
them
in
until
we
can
move
on
in
the
estimated
total.
O
The
cost
is
just
shy
of
four
million
dollars
for
the
improvements
and
right
now
our
protection
is
commercial.
You
complete
linkage
here
and
all
things
go
well
and
watching.
The
ladies
son,
let
me
add,
which
is
something
that
it
would
been
talking
about
that
so
far
via
NBC
neighbor,
is
much
means
that.
K
K
K
Okay-
and
my
next
question
is
probably
for
David
on
the
cost
estimate
about
half
of
this
is
coming
out
of
the
max
budget.
I'm
not
sure
I
fully
understand
how
that
allocation
was
determined
and
then
secondly,
within
the
Maps
budget.
Is
this
going
be
paid
for
by
the
convention
center
or
the
park
or
combination
or
coalitional
yeah.
L
That's
a
good
question
Mike
that
the
Convention
Center
and
the
park
are
sharing
in
those
maps.
Three
funds,
that's
what
we
budgeted
in
there.
The
roundabout
was
needed
by
the
Convention
Center
because
of
the
need
to
turn
around
so
that
we
didn't
have
cars
doing
turns
in
there
to
get
to
drop-off
points.
So
that
is
the
reason
why
we're
participating
in
this
project.

C
0,

0.
So
this
relates
to
the
project
that
we
just
saw
because
the
Utilities
Department
is
a
trust.
It
is
somewhat
separate
from
the
city.
L
C
That
time,
just
one
question
on
this
the
way
the
agenda
item
is
word
reimbursement
of
the
Oklahoma
City
Water,
Utilities
trust
makes
it
sound
like
maps.
Three
is
reimbursing
the
trust
rather
than
the
trust
reimbursing
Maps.
Three
I
just
want
to
make
sure
we're
clear
which
way
the
money
is
flowing.
I.
L
E
N
G
B
H
A
B
L
Antennas
recommend
approval
of
amendment
number
one
to
our
contextual
services:
contract
with
Frankfurt
Frankfurt
short
Perugia
associates,
p.c,
match
three
senior
health
and
wellness
center
number:
two
locker
room
expansion
increase
of
ten
thousand
one
hundred
seventy
dollars
project
m3
H,
zero,
zero,
three
C.
So
as
we
went
as
we
go
through
the
design
of
that
expansion
of
wellness,
it's
been
some
ideas
to
maximize
those
spaces
and
we
originally
had
a
budget
of
between
500
and
600
thousand
dollars,
not
budget,
but
an
estimate.
L
Our
budget,
the
council
gave
us
was
a
million
dollars
while
we're
not
trying
to
spend
all
that,
but
we
have
found
a
way
to
as
I
said,
maximize
the
space
in
there
and
it
has
increased
the
estimated
cost,
therefore
recording
some
additional
fee.
So
there's
ten
thousand
one
hundred
seventy
dollars
of
additional
architectural
fees
to
get
this

this
to
you

West

realignment
$72,000
project,
m3

T,
zero,
zero
five,
so
this
is
for
the
West
River
Trail.
If
you
recall
last
spring
last
summer,
ish
the
excessive
rains
that
we
received
caused
a
lot
of
erosion
on
the
the
riverbank
out
there
and
it
made
some
of
the
area
with
the
trail.
L
Unsafe,
it's
closed
right
now
we
were
asked
by
parks
if
we
could
help
out
and
the
the
trails
subcommittee
has
unanimously
agreed
that
we
should
be
helping
to
realign
this
project.
So
this
is
for
engineering
to
do
that,
a
realignment
we
waive
consultants
election
because
Smith
Roberts
had
looked
at
it
previously,
with
a
annual
contract
works,
had
and
also
it's
it's
such
a
small
project.
We
wanted
to
just
get
it
going
so
that
we
can
get
it
fixed
as
soon
as
we
can,
and
this
comes
with
the
approval
from
the
trails
and
sidewalks
subcommittee.

improvements,
increase
of

m3,
our
0:08.
So
this
is
part
of
those
improvements
that
we're
working
on
in
the
boathouse
area,
specifically
for
the
river
sport.
Rapids
I
do
hope
to
be
bringing
you
some
second
floor
plans
next
month,
but
this
is
for
an
additional
project
that
has
been
a
ongoing
problem
out
at
the
river
support
rapid.
L
So
when
we
did
the
original
project
at
River,
sport
Rapids,
we
included
filtration,
but
we
had
filtration
of
about
10
microns,
which
is
pretty
small.
But
what
we
found
is
that
clay
particles
and
all
the
talcum
powder,
like
dust
that
blows
through
the
air
and
in
that
area,
is
collecting
in
the
water
and
cousins
real
water
quality
problems.
The
only
way
to
get
that
out
is
to
do
a
micro,
filtration
project.
So
this
is
the
engineering
of
that
it
will
come
out
as
a
separate
project
and
then
the
second
floor
build
out.

Our
subcommittee
meeting
yesterday
Maureen
Heffernan,
who
is
a
subcommittee
member
and
also
executive
director
of
Mary
gardens
and
scissortail
Park,
and
commented
about
how
many
people
are
currently
at
scissortail,
Park
every
single
day
and
they're
getting
so
much
feedback
about
in
these
challenging
times.
It's
wonderful
to
have
that
part
where
people
can
find
times
for
joy
and
family
and
respite
and
being
able
to
safely
get
out
in
public
and
exercise
their
mental
and
physical
well-being.
D
So
I'm
happy
to
report
that
also
the
scissortail
Park
has
started,
live
streaming
of
concerts
in
various
venues
in
and
around
the
park.
If
you've
not
heard
about
that,
you
can
go
to
the
scissortail
Park
website,
so
total
park
org
and
look
into
the
live
streaming.
You
can
also
sign
up
for
email
announcements,
letting
you
know
about
those
concerts
coming
up
and
it's
it's
really
a
very
unique
way
to
keep
us
all
entertained
with
some
great
music.
A
L
One
of
the
main
things
is
the
money
that
was
requested
for
the
wellness
centers
was
approved,
so
we
have
additional
money
for
wellness
centers,
one
three
and
four,
and
we
are
proceeding
with
those
in
construction
and
also
as
I
mentioned.
The
the
second
floor
plans
at
the
river
are
in
design
and
the
search
machine
at
the
river
is
under
construction
trails
and
sidewalks.
The
sidewalks
are
very
near
completion.
There's
just
a
few
punch
list
items
and
we
will
completed
the
sidewalk
program.
Draper
trail
is
complete,
we'll
be
bringing
you
some
final
acceptance.
L
It's
at
a
bit
of
a
standstill
right
now,
because
they're
using
it
as
a
testing
site,
but
but
it
has
gone,
Weddell
Park,
we're
finishing
some
spring
punch
list
items
from
the
original
construction
and
we're
wrapping
up
the
lower
part
plans
and
I
hope
you
bringing
those
to
you
in
the
next
month
or
two
for
final
plans
and
then
the
streetcar.
You
may
have
seen
on
the
stops.
L
There
are
some
new
bumpers
that
were
placed
on
there
because
they
were
receding,
damage
from
cars
running
into
them
and
then
also
you'll,
see
that
there's
a
handrail
that's
been
placed
down
by
the
soffits
on
the
boulevard
and
you'll,
soon
start
seeing
some
infill.
Where
have
that
plastic
fence
on
those
leaning
rails,
you
start
seeing
a
permanent
metal
until
almost
so
still,
regardless
of
the
situation.
Still
a
lot
of
stuff's
going
on
and
a
lot
of
works
still
happening.
K
L
Yes,
what
was
approval
was
19
million
dollars
for
the
park,
with
the
bulk
of
that,
hopefully
being
used
for
the
Union
Station
issues
that
we
talked
about
for
many
years.
There
was
nine
million
dollars
that
was
approved
to
go
towards
the
maps
for
Coliseum
at
the
fairgrounds.
Then
there
was
four
point
three
to
five
I
believe
that
went
to
the
to
the
Wellness
Center's.
L
A
A
A
A
It's
it's
an
unusual
situation,
but
all
of
you
have
adapted
well
over
this
decade
that
we've
been
together
so
really
appreciate
your
flexibility
and
your
willingness
to
do
this
and
David
your
staff.
Thank
you
so
much
for
helping
make
the
meetings
possible
and
keeping
and
keeping
the
work
going.
Is
there
anything
else
that
needs
to
thank
customers.
