Description
The monthly meeting of the Oklahoma City Youth Council on
May 6, 2015.
A
Welcome
to
the
monthly
meeting
of
the
oklahoma
city,
youth
council.
The
youth
council
is
a
partnership
between
the
city
and
leadership,
oklahoma
city,
the
18,
youth
council,
members,
learn
about
the
challenges
of
local
government
firsthand
and
the
program
provides
them
with
an
effective,
meaningful
channel
to
influence
decisions
affecting
their
homes,
school
friends
and
community.
While
serving
the
members
learn
about
local
government,
its
components,
processes,
goals
and
successes.
C
Hi
I'm
Sabrina

the
river
park.
Neighborhood
will
soon
be
seeing
new
streets
and
sidewalks
by
September
of
2016.
The
neighborhood
association
that
ran
by
doug
cooper
in
kc
ash
are
discussing
improvements
for
the
jack
cornet
park
for
2017
2018
bond
program
and,
lastly,
the
meridian
hospitality
in
river
streak
holders
had
a
meeting
to
discuss
the
small
business
improvement
services
to
be
implemented
in
that
area.
And
that
concludes
the
word.
Thank.

has
cut
their
football
program.
Members
of
the
school
board
announces
to
sue.
The
athletes
are
May.
Fourth,
major
reasoning
behind
this
is
because
of
of
the
unavailability
of
coaching
for
years
to
come,
and
also
for
lack
of
funding
the
football
program
at
santa
fe
South,
with
a
strong
unity
of
young
men
and
the
full
program,
a
Santa,
Fe
South
will
be
missed.
Next
we
went
on
to
the
Commission
report.
E
There
was
a
ribbon-cutting
ceremony
of
the
new
linkin

finding
may
first
at
one

401,
North,
East,
Grand
Boulevard.
Also,
there
was
a
subcommittee
presentation
house
on
April
thirtieth.
They
discussed
the

is
still
in

Thank

I'm
Sabrina
Chaudhary
from
Deer
Creek
High
School,
with
the
ward
8
report.
Congratulations
to
representative
mark
Stonecipher,
who
was
recently
elected
as
a
ward
8
council
once
in
office
representative
Stonecipher
hit
the
ground
running
by
immediately
battling
all
odds
to
protect
remington
housing,
it
one
of
many
neighborhoods
in
his
district.
C
What
may
seem
like
a
small
accomplishment
to
some
was
a
big
victory
for
the
residents
of
Remington,
and
it
was
largely
because
of
the
actions
of
representative
mark
Stonecipher
that
is
representative
Stonecipher
successfully
backed
the
neighborhood
request
to
convince
the
city
council
members
to
close
the
streets.
Tubs
at
pony
road
and
mallard
drive
that,
if
allowed
to
become
open,
would
put
the
safety
of
the
residents
of
the
neighborhood
at
stake.
Thank
You
representative
Stonecipher
for
protecting
the
safety
of
residents
at
Remington
housing
edition,
and
that
concludes
my
ward.
Eight
report.
All
right.
