be
giving
this
month's
or
report
as
many
of
oklahoma
city's
northwest
residents
may
know
one
of
the
biggest
projects
going
on
right
now
is
the
portland
state
highway,
74
expert
expansion
project.
This
project
is
taking
the
two-lane
highway
and
transforming
it
to
better
withstand
the
high
levels
of
traffic.
There's
a
report
on
the
current
stage
of
construction.
C
Roughly
eighty
percent
of
the
construction
on
the
southbound
highway
and
frontage
road
has
been
has
begun.
The
two
bridges
on
Northwest
150th
are
almost
complete
and
within
the
next
three
weeks,
odot
plans
to
switch
Pratt
traffic
to
the
new
frontage
road.
Their
construction
can
begin
on
the
northbound
lanes
of
the
new
highway.
The
final
good
news
is
that
the
project
has
been
running
smoothly
and
on
time
we
can
still
expect
to
see
it
completed
early
this
upcoming
summer.
Thank
you
and
that
concludes
my

to

the
Planning
Commission
report
this
past

The
Planning
Commission
got
a
very
interesting
proposal
sent
to
them.
It
was
called
the
shipping
container
residential
development
on
Northwest
32nd,
which
is
the
conversion
of
eight
shipping
containers
into
single-family
residential
homes.
The
Planning
Commission
has
recommended
for
approval.
It
will
be
heard
at
the
City
Council
on
October,
the
thirteenth
or
final
hearing.
M
The
Planning
Commission
had
another
proposal
sent
to
them
also.
At
the
same
time,
it
was
to
rezone
a
0.5
acre
area.
This
proposal
was
recommended
for
denial
for
the
simple
reason
of
the
state
having
issued
issues
developing
anaerobic
septic
system
in
that
area.
If
the
applicant
still
wants
to
pursue
his
proposal
and
has
asked
to
send
it
and
send
it
to
City
Council,
it
will
be
heard
about
on
a
over
the
27th.
Thank
you,
and
that
was
the
end
of
my
mission
report.

was

It
was
held
on

This

saturday
had
residents

of
quite
a
large

The

The
one

planned
to
be

The
controversy
surrounding
the
seemingly

is
due
to
some

concerns
regarding
the
type
of
people
who
Wellness

is
my

It

at

I
went
all
the

to
Meridian
and
now
they've
completed
two

of

and
they

next

I
think
and
so
the
planning
commission
from
last

report.
They
interviewed
a
double
of
a
couple
things.
They
turn
down
the
request
for
rezoning
at
Morgan
and
Southwest
59th

O
This
will
he
probably
brought
up
in
the
City
Council
in
the
future,
because
the
person
who
brought
it
up
is
not
done
with
it.
Yet
the
meaning
about
Westbury
went
well
last
month,
but
the
Planning

hasn't
set
a
date
for
a

on
it.

Council
mcatee
also
attended
seven
neighborhood
night

Participants
said
they
had
a
positive
experience
and
council
mcatee
said
he
could
feel
this
energy
all
throughout
the
neighborhood's
summer,
locations
are
being
reevaluated
for

Citizens
of

three
have
reported
this
and
they
are
getting
ready
to
take
it
to

or
it's
some
of

or
reevaluation.
There
will
be
several
months
of
studies
until
they
can
actually
put
any
work
in

change
anything
reaching
