From YouTube: City of Oldsmar Council Meeting, 11/4/2014
Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
B
Good
evening
like
to
call
the
Tuesday
November
for
2014
city
of
olds,
Motor
City
Council
meeting
order,
I
could
ask
you
to
rise
and
also
if
we
could
have
true
38
Boy
Scout
Troop
38
come
up
they're
going
to
lead
us
in
the
pledge,
once
we're
done
with
our
invocation,
which
will
be
done
by
your
should
see
attorney
mr.
Tom
Trask
as.
C
Veterans
day
approaches
we
pause
to
reflect
thank
those
who
have
served
in
the
Armed
Forces
of
our
country,
risking
their
lives
for
our
liberty
and
freedom.
We
thank
those
who
have
given
their
lives
and
service
to
our
country.
Sacrificing
is
such
a
costly
way
for
the
sake
of
others.
Thank
you
for
veterans
day,
not
just
for
the
celebration,
but
to
remember
the
sacrifices
made
by
so
many
members
of
the
military
and
their
families.
C
We
pray
that
you
will
provide
strength,
comforting
guidance
to
those
families,
reassure
them
that
the
sacrifice
of
their
loved
ones
contributed
to
a
worthy
cause.
May
they
be
proud
of
those
they
have
lost,
entrusting
their
ultimate
fate
into
your
hands,
bless
those
who
bless
all
those
that
gave
the
best
of
themselves
for
our
country.
This
we
pray
on
momentum,
fredtrip.
B
C
F
B
B
Once
again
welcome
we're
going
to
try
and
get
through
this
evening
as
quickly
as
we
can.
A
lot
of
us
have
friends
and
people
that
are
running
for
elected
office,
and
we
want
to
be
there
to
support
them
and
see
how
the
results
go
so
hope
everybody
got
out
and
voted
and
we'll
see
how
the
process
works
out.
B
Our
first
item
on
tonight's
agenda
is
our
citizens
open
forum.
I,
do
want
to
kind
of
give
you
a
little
change
that
we've
made
to
the
citizens
open
forum.
There
was
some
legislation
that
passed
about
a
year
ago
regarding
kind
of
public
speaking,
and
it
obviously
allows
people
to
speak
talk
to
the
council
on
any
subject.
So
we
are
kind
of
tweaking
a
little
bit
I'm.
The
only
rule
that
we
have
is
that
you
come
up
and
speak.
You
keep
it
to
no
more
than
five
minutes.
B
You
state
your
name
and
address
clearly
for
the
record
and
that
you
address
nothing.
That
is
a
public
record,
a
public
hearing
that
it's
on
the
agenda,
because
we
will
then
listen
to
you
at
that
time.
So
if
you
want
to
address
something,
that's
on
the
agenda,
that's
not
part
of
a
public
hearing.
You
can
do
that,
but
if
it's
part
of
a
public
hearing
will
handle
it
when
that
item
comes
up
on
the
agenda.
Having
said
that,
anybody
on
this
side
like
to
address
yes.
G
B
G
We
had
kind
of
a
disagreement
between
us
public
tonight
and
I
want
to
apologize
to
her
from
my
part
for
not
understanding
what
she
was
trying
to
say
and
I
want
to
apologize.
I
want
to
apologize
to
her
for
not
expressing
herself
better,
but
I
will
apologize.
That
I
didn't
understand
exactly
what
she
was
kind
of
saying
it
and
I'm
gonna
apologize
to
you
mayor
to
this
council
and.
B
I'm
sure
she
will
hear
about
it
and
thanks
she's,
a
good
person
and
she's
at
work
in
the
polls,
so
she's
been
there
all
day,
so
I'll
try
and
talk
to
her
tomorrow,
citizens
open
forum,
anybody
on
this
side
of
the
room
like
to
address
the
council.
B
Okay,
seeing
no
bun
will
close
the
citizens
open
for
them.
Mayors
a
minute
I'll
just
go
over
a
couple
of
items
and
that
we
have
thanks
to
those
who
selflessly
ran
for
public
office
and
thank
to
those
who
voted
and
good
luck
to
all
the
candidates.
That's
voting
going
on
today,
I
think
we'll
probably
find
out
about
the
mayor.
I
mean
the
governor.
Probably
in
February
2015
is
about
won't
find
out.
We
do
have
a
veterans
day
ceremony.
It's
going
to
be
beautiful.
B
Our
veterans
board
has
been
working
on
that
that
is
Tuesday
November
11th
at
11am
at
olds,
Mars,
Veterans,
Memorial
Park.
If
you've
never
been
to
that
part,
absolutely
beautiful
our
Largo
firefighters,
an
opera
singer,
normal
Marsha,
will
be
there
congressman
Gus
Bilirakis
will
be
there.
Someone
when
you
guys
talked
about
Gus,
go
guess
he'll
be
there.
So
if
you
want
to
come
meet
him
again,
karl
malone
hopeful
warriors
will
be
there
and
rolling
up
their
newly
engraved.
How
many
did
we
do
14
new
names
on
the
wall?
So
that's
exciting.
B
I
was
actually
down
there
watching
them
do
that
and
it
was
quite
an
impressive
feat
to
watch
them.
Engrave
the
wall
oldsmar,
our
annual
oldsmar
talent,
show
friday
november
14,
7
p.m.
at
the
cypress
for
rec
center
free
admission,
opal,
youth
performance,
saturday
november
15th,
presentation
of
laughs
in
school,
and
I
wanted
to
update
you
on
thorntons
for
those
that
don't
know
that's
at
the
corner
of
racetrack
racetrack
road
forest
lakes
boulevard
in
tampa
road,
I
stop
by
there
today
they
have
moved
the
hair
salon
and
the
produce
market
to
the
back.
B
They
should
be
opening
within
the
next
couple
of
days
and
it's
going
to
be
exciting.
They
should
be
built,
you
seen,
probably
two-thirds
of
that
building
get
torn
down
and
the
other
third
it's
going
to
get
remodeled.
So
that's
an
exciting
change.
I
continue
to
hear
positive
feedback
about
the
Ross
and
all
these
plaza
and
just
how
fresh
it
looks
and-
and
it
doesn't
even
look
like
it
was
remodeled.
It
looks
like
a
brand
new
facility,
so
we're
excited
to
have
that
as
well
as
some
of
the
other
construction
in
the
area.
B
D
Thank
you
mayor.
The
purpose
of
the
work
session.
If
the
council
concurs,
would
be
to
hear
a
presentation
from
Smith
equity
builders
on
their
proposal
regarding
the
market
square
project
in
the
council,
packet
I
had
suggested
a
couple
of
dates
since
then,
the
november
six
date
isn't
working.
So
I
would
suggest
if
the
council
concurs-
and
you
wish
to
hear
the
presentation
from
smith
equity
builders
that
works.
I
should
be
on
thursday
november
20th
or
cloth.
D
B
D
B
And
I
just
meant
to
say
this:
it's
a
little
warm
in
here
we've
been
having
some
air
conditioner
problems,
the
part
came
in
and
it
wasn't
exactly
the
right
one.
We
had
some
units
in
the
back,
but
they
were
a
little
bit
too
loud
to
conduct
a
meeting,
so
it
might
get
a
little
bit
warm
in
here,
but
we'll
try
and
get
through
this.
Our
next
item
is
our
consent.
B
Docket
we
have
four
items
on
their
approved
minutes
of
August
nineteenth
2014
council
meeting
approval
work
order
with
greenman
peterson
incorporated
GPI
for
environmental
monitoring,
approve
work
order
with
Jones
Edmonds
and
associates
for
deep
injection.
Well
mechanical
integral
test.
5
has
approved
the
purchase
of
a
slope
mower
off
the
Florida
sheriffs
Association
contract
for
storm
water.
Does
anybody
wish
to
pull
anything
if
not
any
demo?
Second
motioning?
Second,
all
in
favor
aye
high
passes
five.
Nothing.
Thank
you.
I
A
journey
cousin
up
near
page
here,
where
commerce
101
State
Street,
always
love
to
say
that
such
a
beautiful
building
down
there
Jerry's
passing
out
the
basically
the
report.
We
have
multiple
pieces
of
paper,
I'm
going
to
move
our
fairly
quickly
just
for
the
city
council
members
who
are
not
necessarily
familiar
with
the
contract
itself.
The
bullets
on
the
first
page
talk
about
the
major,
the
major
deliverables.
We
mean
business
visits.
This
is
a
quarter
business
a
year,
business
assistance,
counseling
and
outreach
various
meetings.
I
We
conduct
communications
that
we
do
on
behalf
of
both
the
chamber
and
the
city,
as
well
as
the
joint
project,
which
is
basically,
there
are
three
major
three
major
events.
What
we
do
I
would
like
to
report
in
the
nineteen
years
that
I've
been
associated
with
oktoberfest
I,
think
that
was
absolutely
the
best
way
that
we've
ever
had
weekend
the
weekend.
It
was
just
absolutely
gorgeous.
We
had
probably
thirteen
thousand
plus
people
there
for
that,
so
that
was
a
very
good,
very
good
event
mirror,
as
usual,
did
a
lot
of
the
emceeing
force.
I
So
that
was
a
good
thing.
There
are
attachments
to
the
attachments
to
the
paper
that
you
have
that
you
don't
need
to
read
those
right
now.
What
it
will
tell
you
is.
We
did
have
ten
economic
development
meeting
and
at
list
of
topics.
One
of
the
topics
which
we
hope
to
work
on
further
is
we
had
representative
grant
talk
about
as
high
stem
as
I
text
and
the
incubator
you'd
like
to
develop
and
we'd
like
to
consider
establishing
one
of
those
in
oldsmar
and
we'll
see
where
see
where
that
goes.
I
This
is
legislation,
but
we'd
like
to
do
something
with
that.
We
did
have
ten
manufacturers
meetings
and
I
list
the
top,
because
those
we
mean
business.
We
did
seven
of
those
during
the
course
a
year
visited
28
businesses,
I
think
those
are
usually
productive,
very
productive
things
we
do
in
terms
of
the
business
counseling.
I
We
we
have
arrangements
with
both
Pinellas
County
and
Hillsborough
County
small
business
development
center
was
listed
here
is
the
14
14,
basically
clients
only
with
the
only
worth
of
pinellas
counselor
we
had
the
Hillsborough
counselor
comes
twice
a
month,
so
we
had
at
least
double
that
sum
of
those
were
Hillsborough.
Hillsborough
County
businesses,
but
it
was
a
pretty
business
of
pre
busy
year.
What
I
would
like
to
do
is
on
the
back
page.
I
have
some
highlights
that
I'd
like
to
go
over
very
briefly
this.
I
The
first
couple
year
transcend
the
transcend
the
year
that
we
have
last
September.
We
conducted
the
first
annual
manufacturing
dinner
at
nielsen.
We
had
150
150
guests
there
for
first
year
event
that
was
very
good.
Our
guest
speaker
was
Jesse
panuccio
and
mr.
Peduto
is
the
executive
director
of
the
Florida
Department
of
Economic
Opportunity.
So
that
was
a
good
speaker
that
we
had
and
then
that
paid
dividends
because
of
about
two
I
think
was
week
of
oktoberfest.
We
had
a
call
from
his
office
and
he
wanted.
I
He
wanted
the
chamber
basically
to
arrange
a
visit
where
he
could
come
down
and
talk
to
local
businesses,
and
we
did
that
at
which
day
it
was
and
how
I
think
was
late,
October
thirtieth
in
this
room,
and
we
had
about
three
dozen
businesses
here
for
mr.
Panucci,
the
director.
So
so
that
was
pretty
good
and
that
was
covered
by
the
tampa
bay
business
journal,
and
we
did
do
some
video
on
that
which
we
will
be,
and
they
did
they
shot
some
video
and
it'll
report.
I
It's
posted
on
our
website
right
now
we
shot
our
own
video
and
I'll.
Give
you
a
copy
that
one
when
I
could
set
it
to
do
that,
so
so.
We've
captured
that
for
posterity.
We
followed
that
up
with
our
second
annual
manufacturer
dinner
october.
Second,
so
that's
into
this
program
year,
but
I
wanted
to
mention
that,
because
that
attracted
175
guests
and
our
speaker
this
year
was
a
lady
name-
is
Chandra
Brown
he's
a
deputy
assistant
secretary
of
commerce
for
manufacturing,
a
woman
in
manufacturing.
I
We
had
her
here
from
DC,
so
that
was
a
big
coup
for
a
small
chamber.
As
far
as
I
know,
we're
the
only
chamber
in
the
state
that
does
have
a
Manufacturers
Association
and
that's
going
pretty
good.
Once
again,
we
had
video
taken
to
that.
That's
been
given
to
tampa
bay
business
journal.
We
haven't
shown
it
yet
that's
also
running
on
our
website.
I
The
next
day
after
that
dinner,
we
took
Ms
Brown
on
some
plant
tours
to
include
two
old
from
our
businesses:
micro
lumen,
a
high-tech
medical
manufacturer
as
well
as
Lockheed
Martin,
electronics
manufacturer.
We
took
her
over
to
a
machine
shop
and
in
Hillsborough
County
at
Hillsborough,
County
and
Lockheed.
They
had
children
available
because
it
was
there
visiting
for
manufacturers
month
manufacturer
they
had
a
middle
school
group
over
and
smt,
and
a
high
school
group
eastlake
high
school
at
Lockheed,
and
she
just
jumped
right
into
the
kids.
I
So
so
we
have
a
friend
we
have
a
friend
in
Washington
on
manufacturing,
which
is
good.
We
did
work
with
you
to
plus
a
baseball
officials
the
summer
july.
I
think
it
was
two
weekends
in
july
each
of
those
sessions
that's
the
first
time
that's
been
held
in
tampa,
usually
held
in
orlando,
so
that
was
a
coup
who
they
did,
that
old
canal
park.
Each
session
had
60
to
70
kids
and
approximately
2500
guests.
So
over
those
two
weekends
we
had
four
or
five
thousand
people
in
town.
I
To
do
that,
we
did
you
get
a
writ
local
radio
personality
to
him,
see
that
and
part
of
that
was
broadcast.
Espn
was
broadcast
nationally.
So
that
was
a
good
thing
to
just
an
idea
of
some
of
the
things
we
get
into
me.
Cheese,
catering,
a
long
time
moles
in
our
business
was
up
on
douglas
road.
They
bought
some
new
property
over
on
the
Bayview
marlborough
rather,
and
they
needed
some
help
because
you
had
to
get
out
of
his
utter
contract,
move
into
that.
I
Do
that
as
efficiently
as
quickly
as
you
can
had
to
get
his
Citroen
for
occupancy.
Do
all
the
renovations
and
everything
else,
and
he
just
worried
his
way
through
that,
but
he
was
going
to
do
that
officially,
so
we
tried
to
get
with
him
and
they
make
everything
as
efficient
as
you
could
and
ironically
got
him
in
in
time,
and
he
did
the
dinner
for
the
first
dinner
he
served
out
of
that
was
our
manufacturers
dinner
so
and
everybody
got
every
good
deal
with
that.
We
also
work
with
businesses
and
relocation.
I
Most
notably,
I
was
thorns,
which
you
mentioned
earlier,
and
so
that
just
gives
you
an
idea
of
a
range
of
stuff
that
we
wind
up
getting
into,
and
we
do
really
appreciate
this
productive
relationship
and
hope
that
can
continue
this
morning.
I
added
one
additional
sheet
of
paper
to
the
back
of
that
city
manager,
city
clerk
and
City,
Planning,
Director
and
I
went
to
an
economic
development
summit
hosted
by
Pinellas,
County
last
Thursday
and
Friday.
Some
of
the
fingers
on
this
were
pretty
stunning.
I
thought-
and
I
hope
I
didn't
misinterpret
them.
I
I
I
put
pic
DS
off
of
various
charts.
They
have
hired
a
professional
consultant
which
they've
used
several
times
his
name's
bill
through,
and
they
used
him
for
vision,
pinellas
or
whatever
was
in
2005
and
he's
come
back
to
give
them
some
ideas
on
where
we're
at
and
pinellas
and
what
we
need
to
do
and
you
and
I'm
only
going.
I
only
did
this
because
I
talked
a
lot
about
manufacturing
and
it's
not
something
that
we
normally,
you
know
normally
think
of
chambers
doing,
but
we've
always
thought
and
I
know
that
the
city
manager
takes.
I
Those
are
good
corporate
citizens
and
you
take
a
look
at
this.
The
way
he
broke
things
down
is
Pinellas,
has
primary
employers
and
are
basically
industries
that
generate
and
spawn
other
jobs,
rather
than
what
I
call
move
money
around
from
you
know,
from
a
theater
to
to
a
restaurant
to
whatever
it
is.
I
These
are
these
are
people
who
who
who
actually
need
a
supply
chain
and
spawn
other
jobs
to
do
that,
and
with
that
you've
seen
the
first
chart
primary
employment
there's
about
sixty
five
thousand
jobs
and
which
he
calls
primary
employment
jobs
in
Pinellas
County
and
forty
five
percent
of
those
or
manufacturers
of
the
total
of
the
toe
jobs.
You
can
see
the
ratio
that
manufacturers
spawn
jobs
for
about
thirty
thousand
78,000,
so
it's
about
two
and
a
half
jobs
for
every
manufacturing.
I
Job
manufacturing
is
fifty
percent
of
the
total
job
of
the
primary
industries
up
there
and
about
fifty
percent
of
the
direct
pay
and
of
the
total
economic
output
about
sixty-three
percent
and
heroes
of
stuff
that
shocked
me.
When
you
get
down
to
tourism,
you
have
about
twice
as
many
manufacturing
jobs
in
Pinellas
County's.
You
have
tourism
jobs,
and
that
was
pretty
shocking
and
you
take
a
look
at
that
economic
output.
I
You
can
see
that
where
we're
manufacturing
ism
manufacturing
is
a
is
a
big
component
of
this
county
in
this
region,
that's
why
we
spend
some
time
on
it
and
I
would
say
what
approximately
eight
to
ten
percent
of
the
businesses
here
in
oldsmar
are
manufacturing
businesses
we
have
between
90
and
a
between
1900
manufacturers,
so
they
complete
contribution
to
to
the
to
the
region
and
tolls
marks.
That's
why
we
spend
a
little
bit
of
time
do
tonight.
So
it's
my
report,
any
questions.
Oh
that's.

D
Recently,
the
mayor
and
I
met
with
the
general
manager
and
one
of
the
associates
from
the
plant
here
and
we
had
a
very
cordial
lunch
discussed
some
of
the
services
that
the
city
has
provided.
You
know
for
years,
they've
been
a
water
sewer
customer.
We
provide
fire
rescue
services,
they
had
no
complaints
there,
pleased
with
the
services
we
provide.
So
in
terms
of
an
introductory
meeting
I
mean
we
did.
We
said
the
word
annexation.
You
know
what
that's.

B
You
and
I
don't
know
if
I
talked
to
Bruce
about
this
I,
don't
know
if
you
want
to
give
a
little
background
on
this
or
maybe
our
city
clerk
and
would
like
to
do
that
only
reason.
I
say
that
is
I
think
we're
all
familiar
with
it,
but
the
public
is
going
to
be
watching
this
and
ultimately
this
may
be
on
a
ballot,
so
you
might
be
able
to
add
some
kind
of
housekeeping
measure.
I
would
guess
I,
don't
know
if
you
were
and
I
don't
know
whose
well.
C
Like
I
can
tell
you
what
first
of
all
this
is
coming
to
you
as
a
result
of
having
the
Charter
Review
Committee,
make
a
recommendation.
That
recommendation
was
based
upon
some
suggestions
by
the
city
clerk.
The
change
and
the
Charter
is
basically
changing
the
timing
of
things
so
that
you
know
when
the
election
hits.
It
doesn't
conflict
with.
C
You
know
other
timing
aspects,
though,
that
we've
run
into
in
the
past
we're
changing
basically
the
time
from
180
days
to
120
days
and
then
changing
the
60
to
90
days
and
we're
opening
it
up
to
no
more
than
180,
so
we're
opening
the
window
up
to
allow
us
to
accomplish
the
elections
without
conflicting
with
any.
There
are
other
time
requirements,
so
I
don't
know
if
an
has
any
additional
things
that
she
wanted
to
address,
but
basically
that's
the
reason
we're
doing
it
so
that
things
will
run
a
little
bit
more
smoothly.
Yeah.
J
Essentially,
there
are
provisions
in
the
Charter
in
place.
Should
there
be
vacancies
on
council.
This
would
come
into
effect.
There
are
three
or
four
bacon
ceases
and
what
would
happen
the
way
the
current
language
is
that
you
could
absolutely
run
into
a
case
where
a
special
election
qualifying
is
overlapping,
with
a
regular
election
qualifying
and
being
a
mess.
At
a
time
when,
if
there's
three
or
four
vacancies,
the
city
would
be
in
the
mess
annoying
right.
B
J
B
F
J
C
Yeah,
the
next
item
on
the
agenda
item
number
11
is
first
rating
in
public
airborne
as
2014
13
I'll
read
it
by
title.
Only
an
ordinance
of
the
city
of
oldsmar
Florida,
submitting
to
the
electors
of
the
city
of
Baltimore.
A
proposed
amendment
city
charter,
said
amendment
amending
section,
6.04,
prendi,
vertical
six
of
the
Charter
to
provide
that
petition
shall
be
filed
with
the
city
clerk
no
more
than
49
days
and
not
less
than
17
days
prior
to
the
final
ballot,
language
being
approved
by
City
Council
and
providing
for
an
effective
date
hereof.
C
B
B
A
second
second
motion
and
a
second
any
other
discussion
on
this
item.
You
want
to
add
anything
I'd
to
the
and,
to
this
reason,
I
again
do
this
is
because
people
watch
this
at
home
and
it
might
clarify
why
we're
doing
things.
So
if
they
see
this
on
a
ballot,
they
may
have
not
no
idea
what
it
means
so,
essentially,.
J
This
is
another
housekeeping
measure
and
this
particular
instance
the
qualifying
period
as
its
outland
and
the
charter
conflicts
with
their
timing
and
getting
final
ballot
language
to
supervisor
of
elections.
So
by
addressing
this,
we
wouldn't
have
to
have
an
ordinance
every
time
to
work
around
we've
been
having
to
work
around
this
for
every
election.
Okay,
all.

You
city
manager,
Thank
You
mayor.
The
next
item
is
consider
renewing
the
business
assistance
partnership
with
the
upper
tampa
bay
chamber
of
commerce.
Of
course,
we
just
heard
the
annual
report
on
the
program.
This
agreement
runs
on
the
city's
fiscal
year
from
october
12,
sep
tember
30th,
that's
for
a
period
of
one
year.
The
program
is
funded
at
fifteen
thousand
dollars
for
the
year.
They
only
changes
to
the
agreement
from
last
year
with
just
we've
just
changed
the
dates
have
any
questions
or
comments?
I'd
be
happy
to
respond
to
those.
D
B
Want
to
say,
I
think
it
was
a
couple
of
years
ago.
I
want
to
thank
the
chamber
for
giving
us
a
little
bit
more
detail.
I
remember
it
was
two
or
three.
When
mayor
Annika
was
mayor
and
we
asked
you
know
we
were
giving
this
money
to
the
Chamber
and
we
really
didn't
have
a
good
idea
of
what
was
happening
with
the
money
and
how
it
was
benefiting
the
city
and
want
to
thank
you
guys
for
the
work
that
you've
put
into
to
kind
of
tell
us
as
a
council.
J
A
D
Item
is
considered
adoption
of
resolution
2014
dash
22
reinstating
membership
in
the
florida
retirement
system.
As
you're
aware
under
the
recently
approved
collective
bargaining
agreement,
we
are
closing
the
pension
plan,
chapter
1
75
plan
to
firefighters,
and
that
was
just
accomplished
with
the
adoption
of
the
ordinance
earlier
this
evening.
D
So
I
will
read
the
resolution
by
title.
Only
this
is
resolution
number
2014
dash,
22,
a
resolution
of
the
city
of
oldsmar
florida,
reinstating
membership
in
the
florida
retirement
system
and
providing
an
effective
date.
That's
the
reading
of
resolution
2014
dash
22
by
Title.
Only
if
you
have
any
questions
or
comments,
I'd
be
happy
to
respond
to
those
I
do
have
one
other
comment
as
far
as
reinstating
our
membership.
D

special

for
the

The
application
was
included
in
the
packet.
This
program
is
an
annual
event
sponsored
by
the

program.
The
amount
of
the
fee
waiver
is
three
hundred
seventy
four

fifty

D
B
D
D
D
Basically,
this
amendment
extends
the
grant
the
life
of
a
grant
from
November
one
to
December
31
of
this
year
at
an
project
will
be
completed
and
closed
out
prior
to
the
end
of
the
calendar
year,
and
it
also
reduces
1
boardwalk.
It
was
in
the
original
for
an
agreement
that
has
not
been
constructed
and
will
not
be
constructed.
B
B
J
I
do
item
number
16
approve
contracts
were
conducted
in
municipal
election.
As
you
know,
the
city
coordinates
of
the
context
of
the
supervisor
election
to
conduct
the
polling
and
voting
and
stuff
like
that.
They've
got
all
the
information
and
know-how
and
expertise
and
reduces
the
cost
for
the
city.
This
is
a
boilerplate
contract
that
they
have
with
all
cities,
and
it's
one
that
we
have
signed
before
and
I
recommend
signing
me
or
approving
the
contract.
J
A
A
J
There
item

the

This
is
something
that
council
requested
and
now
the
dates
of
course,
the
day
so
I'll
put
out.
There
are
not
working
really
well
right.
Now,
we're
done
to
know
vember.
The
idea
is
that
we'd
meet
at
four
o'clock
at
City
Hall
get
into
a
bus
and
drive
over
to
visit.
The
borough
fits.
Of
course
you
can
change
that
time
as
it's
getting
darker
sooner.
I
have.
D
D
D
J
A
B
J
D
H
A
C
H
Dodgy
but
it
was,
it
was
really
a
pleasure
to
go
in
there
and
look
around
and
of
course,
I
bought
some
things.
The
main
thing
I
wanted
to
talk
about,
oh
I,
have
to
say
thank
you
also
to
Eddie
and
ginger.
Really,
because
I
was
at
damsel
in
distress
on
the
side
of
the
road
at
eleven
o'clock
at
night
it
was
dark.
I
was
like
crying
trouble,
I
didn't
come
and
I
didn't
want
to
call
the
firefighters,
because
no
one
called
the
cops
I
want
to
call
anybody.
H
H
I
thought
of
you
Eric,
but
you
have
a
family
thought
it
did
with
over
there
I
thought
of
so
many
people,
any
ginger
stamping,
so
they
came
and
helped
me
and
I
just
want
to
publicly.
Thank
you
because
I
wouldn't
know
you
guys
if
it
wasn't
for
me
running
for
office
and
we
become
really
good
friends
since
so.
Thank
you
so
much
yeah
I.
H
Enjoy
I
was,
it
was
across
the
street
from
the
horse
track
and
I
was
little.
I
was
crying,
I
was
just
thinking.
Well,
if
I
leave
my
car
here,
the
cops
will
cook
me.
A
ticket
and
I
just
want
all
these
things
went
through
my
head.
So
anyway
they
came
and
they
came
and
rescued
me.
But
the
biggest
thing
I
wanted
to
talk
about
was
the
art
in
public
places.
Project
is
moving
right
along
and
hopefully
we're
going
to
be
able
to
get
it
in
front
of
the
council
for
with
some
ideas.
D
H
The
director
of
Arts
at
USF
and
professor
says,
are
Kanye
ho
I'm
about
smelling
that
right,
cuz,
I,
just
call
and
say
Saar,
and
I
found
out
that
USF
is
one
of
the
top
10
universities
in
the
country
for
public
art
and
they
are
very
excited
about
it
and
they're,
putting
some
ideas
forth
and
for
certain
classes
and
when
would
be
the
best
class
and
everything
so
we're
meeting
on
the
14th
to
look
at
the
different
sites
of
where
the
potential
project
can
be
and
I'm
real
excited
about
it.
At.
H
I
was
supply,
didn't
know
that
that
they
were
one
of
the
top
ten
in
public
art
and
they
have.
They
came
off
with
so
many
ideas
in
our
meeting
and
showed
me
things
on
the
computer
and
came
up
with
different
ideas
for
classes
in
the
spring
versus
the
summer
versus
to
fall
and
I'm
I'm.
Also
thinking
to
maybe
even
involve
the
public.
If
the
art
involves
a
glazed
ceramic
tile
mosaic
thing,
I'm
thinking
the
anybody
in
the
city
can
come
and
you
know
paint
one.
H
We
can
use
the
kilns
and
everything
that's
if
that
project
is
approved,
they're
looking
at
metal
they're,
looking
at
all
different
medians
and
then
they're
going
to
bring
ideas,
you're
going
to
bring
ideas
to
the
council,
so
I'm
really
excited
about
it.
That's
it
and
thank
you
for
everybody
that
voted
today,
mm-hmm.
A
B
Looks
like

probably
going

seat.

Piniella
or
the
penny
sales
tax
is
going,
is
losing
pretty
heavily
linked.
Yeah
I
can't
find
the
medical
marijuana
thing.
It's
got
a
yes,
yes,.
B
Of
it,
though,
yep
no
yeah
mine.
B
B
G
F
G
G
G
G
This
is
well,
no,
some
big
give
them
because
I
get
rid
of
the
rest
of
them,
but
this
one
won't
this
one
won't
take
me
off
the
list.
You
can
block
it.
I'm.
G
E
Want
to
wish
you
a
belated
birthday.
Thank
you
totally
forgot.
We've
only
got
away
for
your
birthday
and
my
wife's
birthday
for
like
the
last
three
years.
Oh
yeah,
we
ever
done
that
yeah,
so
I
apologize
for
getting
that
happy
birthday.
Thankfully
we
went
through
17
bags
of
candy
at
my
house
on
Halloween
and
I
found
out
that
somebody
came
into
my
neighborhood.
Nobody
lived
in
my
neighborhood.
There
was
trick-or-treating
in
my
neighborhood,
but
I
guess
word
got
out
that
eastlake
Oaks
has
become
the
number
for
destination
for
halloween
trick-or-treaters
in
Pinellas,
County
really.
H
E
Kids,
that
came
to
my
house
I'm,
it
was.
It
was
ridiculous.
It
was
thought,
I
was
nice,
but
it
was
also
dangerous
because
every
street
had
cars
on
both
sides
park.
I'm,
the
SunTrust
Bank
building
the
parking
lot
was
absolutely
full
by
5
30
and
they
were
coming
advance.
I
mean
like
30
kids,
getting
out
of
a
van
with
like
a
mom
and
I
asked
the
share.
I
asked
on
our
CP
0
if
they
can
maybe
look
at
that
a
little
bit
more
next
year.
E
E
A
A
B
I,
don't
have
a
lot
I
there's
one
thing
that
kind
of
came
up
and
I,
don't
know
how
we
can
address
this
and
I
understand
that
it
was
probably
from
somebody
filing
a
complaint.
But
for
years
the
oktoberfest
has
used
are
like
do
t
sign
that
wrote,
rotates
messages
and
I
guess
advice.
We
got
a
code
violation
of
the
city-
oh
my
god,
yeah.
F
B
B
It's
not
really
motion,
though
it's
just
changes
messages
because
I'm
thinking
now
what
are
we
going
to
violate
banks
because
they
give
the
time
and
then
the
temperature,
you
know
I
mean
I,
just
I,
don't
know
how
we
fix
that,
but
yeah
they
weren't
able
to
use
that
it's
the
city
sign
to
promote
an
event
that
really
helps
the
city.
So
I
don't
know.
How
is
there
any.
B
C
B
I'll
you
mom,
not
just
kind
of
it
was
like
here
we're
trying
to
bring
people
to
it.
I
know
it's
a
chamber
event,
but
they
come
to
the
city
and
they
they
eat
at
our
restaurants
and
shop
with
our
shops
and
all
that
I
kind
of
found.
That
kind
of
funny
do
we
got
to
go
in
front
of
the
code
enforcement
board
or
anything
we
might
what's
gonna
happen.
How
could
thank
goodness,
we
probably
would
it.
B
We
have
immunity
or
something
to
me,
know:
okay,
I,
don't
really
have
anything
else,
veterans
day.
Definitely
Billy
and
tozi
thoughts
and
prayers
with
you,
and
hopefully
everything
goes
well
like
I
said
we'll
try
and
keep
updated.
If
nobody
else
has
anything
great
hey,
nobody
else
has
anything.
I
need
a
motion
to
approve
the
November
eighteenth
meeting,
70.
