A
I'm
going
to
call
the
tuesday
february,
2nd
2020
2021
oldsmar
city
council
meeting
new
order
at
this
time.
If
all
could
please
rise
for
the
invocation
and
pledge
of
allegiance,
which
will
be
led
by
our
city
attorney,
mr
tom
trass,.
A
Thank
you
please
be
seated.
So
for
those
of
you
who
are
watching
live
and
on
the
here
in
the
audience,
you
are
not
there's
no
illusion
the
bucks
aren't
up
here.
It's
actually
your
council.
It's
me
supporting
the
team,
our
one
of
our
council
members
was
a
little
bit
excited
about
it,
and
so
we
all
kind
of
decided
it
might
be
fun
and
not
to
mention.
A
We
realized
clearly
the
impact
we
made
by
all
having
hats
on
last
time,
yeah,
and
so
we
just
assumed
that
if
we
go
all
in,
we
might
just
help
light
up
this
sunday.
So
let's
go
bucks
all
right,
everybody
we
are
following
just
before
we
go
on
in
the
agenda
cdc
guidelines.
We
do
have
everybody
in
here
socially
distanced.
So
I
have
the
council
spread
out
up
here.
We
get
our
mass
on
when
we
get
into
close
close
proximity.
A
We'd
also
ask
that
you
keep
your
mask
on
for
everyone
who's
in
the
audience,
with
the
exception
being
and
if
you're
comfortable
with
it,
when
you're
up
at
the
microphone,
then
it's
quite
all
right
to
go
ahead
and
remove
it
at
this
time,
I'm
going
ahead
and
open
the
city,
open
citizens
form
only
a
few
rules.
We
asked
one
that
you
not
speak
for
more
than
five
minutes
that
you
clearly
state
your
name
and
address.
Please
include
your
city,
and
we
also
ask
that
you
don't
speak
to
any
items
on
the
agenda.
A
H
Good
evening,
mr
mayor
and
members
of
the
the
the
council,
my
name
is
dale
henderson,
12600
automobile
boulevard
in
clearwater
florida,
I'm
the
general
manager
of
orion
waste
solutions,
and
I'm
simply
here
to
introduce
myself
and
offer
a
few
comments
that
you
may
find
useful
first
thing
is:
I
was
born
and
raised
in
wisconsin
and
I've
lived
in
florida
for
a
long
time.
So,
the
other
day
at
the
game
I
figured
I
couldn't
lose
as
a
green
bay
fan
and
also
a
bucks
fan.
H
So
when
I
walked
in
this
evening,
I
certainly
got
a
chuckle
and
I
you
guys
you
guys
are
hitting
it
out
of
the
park,
and
I
I
applaud
you
for
for
this.
But
again
I
feel
I
can't
lose
being
here
in
tampa
so
orion
waste
solutions
is
a
full-service,
solid
waste
company.
We
provide
residential
service
roll-off
service
for
construction
and
commercial
service
for
businesses.
We're
headquartered.
H
Our
ceo
sits
right
here
in
clearwater,
along
with
our
corporate
office,
my
district
is
located
next
to
our
corporate
office,
so
we
run
a
full-service,
solid
waste
operation
serving
thousands
of
customers
here
locally
the
thing
about
orion
waste
solutions.
We
are
in
seven
states,
we
have
hundreds
and
hundreds
of
years
of
experience
doing
what
we
do
providing
world-class
service
at
a
price,
that's
seen
by
our
customers
as
value-added
all
the
way
across
the
board.
We
are
very
customer
centric
and
always
put
the
customer
first.
H
My
team,
located
here
in
clearwater,
want
to
become
more
involved
with
the
community.
We
provide
services
that
run
the
gamut
from
you
know:
residential
collection
through
consulting
through
just
being
good
corporate
slash.
You
know,
citizens
in
the
community
when
we're
called
upon.
We
can,
you
know
we'll
we'll
answer,
questions
we'll
be
present,
we'll
do
what
we
do.
H
We
love
doing
things
like
bringing
trucks
in
for
kids
to
look
at
maybe
at
an
event,
and
I
think,
as
things
loosen
up
I'll
say
right
now
that
we
we
want
to
become
more
involved
in
our
in
our
local
communities.
My
job
here
tonight
is
just
to
say:
go
bucs,
introduce
myself
once
again,
dale
henderson
with
orion
waste
solutions.
We
look
forward
to
becoming
more
involved
with
old
smart
specifically
as
we
move
forward.
H
So
I'd
like
to
stop
by
once
in
a
while
and
maybe
provide
some
updates
and
comments,
I
did
bring
some
brochures
and
with
mayor
with
your
permission,
I'd
like
to
leave
them
in
the
back,
tell
us
a
little
bit
about
the
orion
story
and
again
the
fact
that
we're
a
world-class
operation
providing
services
in
that
vein
to
all
our
communities
and
customers.
So
thank
you
very
much.
A
I
I
I'm
not
real
fond
of
dunedin
the
way
they
did
it
with
the
orange
barricades.
I
think
that
takes
away
from
the
ambiance
of
downtown
dunedin.
I
do
not
want
to
do
that
here.
I
I
The
request
at
this
city
council
meeting-
and
this
is
just
the
beginning-
I
know-
and
I
don't
know
where
it
has
to
go
as
far
as
planning
and
zoning
and
everything
is
there's
four
parking
spots
in
front
of
the
old,
smart,
tap
house
and
future.
Golf
cart
cafe
that
I
would
like
to
get
zoned
or
get
a
variance
to
put
outside
dining.
I
The
next
picture
is
just
my
vision
of
what
I
wanted
to
look
like
for
downtown
more
green
space
as
the
barrier
instead
of
orange
water
filled
barricades
to
make
it
more
attractive.
If
you
drove-
and
I
drive
down
state
street
coming
here
this
evening
to
me-
it's
just
a
big
black
eye,
there's
nothing
out
there.
This
with
lighting
nice
umbrellas
out
there
and
plants
would
really
enhance
and
make
people
take
a
look
at
state
street,
which
is
part
of
our
downtown
development
which
we're
all
working
towards.
I
I
I
I
don't
know
where
this
has
to
go
as
far
as
planning
zoning,
that
sort
of
thing
I've
also
included
the
pinellas
county,
temporary
outdoor
dining
operations
and
all
their
everything
that
came
out
last
week
from
them.
I
I
We're
we're
not
going
to
go
over
50
on
the
inside
dining.
We
can
we
won't.
We
wanted
our
other
places
that
I'm
involved
in
to
keep
it
safer
for
everyone
so
for
in
order
to
move
forward
with
this
project,
I
need
the
city
to
help
or
approve
or
disapprove
of,
the
outdoor,
dining
ordinance.
A
Right
so
let
me
just
kind
of
recap
a
little
bit
and
so
some
clarity,
because
there
is
some
direction
that
we
can
go
with
this
in
terms
of
it
being
a
permanent
scenario
of
outdoor
dining.
A
That's
a
that's
a
question
of
what
what
parking
is
currently
being
counted
for
for
their
square
footage
and
it
gets
into
another
whole
other
scenario,
which
I
would
encourage
you
to
pursue
and
find
the
answers
to
that
out
in
terms
of
how
much
parking
the
galleria
has
there
do
they
have
any
spare
parking
they
may
or
may
not.
I
don't
know
the
answer
to
that,
but
we
did
as
a
result
of
the
pandemic
early
on
during
while
we
were
under
a
local
emergency
order.
A
We
assigned,
and
the
council
approved
an
executive
order
that
allowed
for
parking
up
to
25
of
the
the
parking
that
a
location
had
for
outdoor
dining
to
try
to
offset
the
losses
of
the
restrictions
on
indoor
dining.
The
challenge
with
complying
to
the
cdc
guidelines
is
even
though
the
percentage
of
restrictions
have
changed
or
been
eliminated.
Essentially,
if
you're
doing
six
foot
distance,
in
essence,
you're,
probably
at
50
percent
right,
and
so
the
counting
did
recently-
I
think
in
the
last
week
or
so-
a
pass.
A
I
would
say
that
what
would
be
appropriate-
and
I
just
look
for
kind
of
a
comments
or
any
from
anyone-
that
we
would
direct
staff
to
go
work
on
that
to
bring
it
back
in
a
format
that
could
actually
be
voted
on
and
approved,
but
just
for
the
purpose,
frankly
of
mr
price,
knowing
how
the
council
feels
about
something
like
that
I'll
just
kind
of
go
down
the
line,
it's
not
a
vote.
It's
just
to
give
an
indication
of
of
any
concerns
you
may
have
right.
F
You,
mr
mayor,
I
agree
definitely
that
to
allow
us
to
go
to
county,
because
that's
if
we
don't
have
an
ordinance
and
county
tom,
this
is
beautiful.
My
question
for
you
would
be,
would
you
still
be
interested
in
signing
the
lease?
If
you
could
only
do
this
temporarily,
would
you
would
you
be
good
with
after
the
state
of
emergency
is
over
and
we
have
to
go
back
and
be
into
compliance?
I
I
would
excuse
me,
I
would
reapproach
city
council
if
the
ordinance
was
going
away
for
more
of
a
permanent
structure,
and
all
that
is
is
a
I
mean
I
just
have
to
ask.
If
you
don't
ask
you,
don't
right
no
to
build
where
you
would
come
off
of
the
sidewalk,
with
a
deck
with
a
handicap
ramp
and
be
able
to
keep
that
outdoor
dining,
which
I
think
would
enhance
the
view
of
state
street
with
lighting
would
be
crossover
lighting.
I
A
Earlier
before
going
in
that
that
direction,
I
mean
we're
talking
temporary,
as
you
know,
and
but
that
would
be
something
to
pursue
through
the
normal
channels.
A
D
D
Thank
you.
Thank
you,
mayor
tom.
I
think
it's
a
great
idea.
I
remember
when
tony
falso
eve's
son
built
that
place
he
built
it
on
a
dream
from
his
hometown,
syracuse
new
york
and
that
tap
house.
I
love
that
paul
and
I
love
that
place
and
I
look
forward
to
you
opening
it,
and
I
just
want
you
to
know
that
I
agree
100
with
the
outdoor
dining.
I
think
that
would
take
that
place
and
take
it
to
the
next
level.
Congratulations
tom!
Thank
you.
C
That's
remember
nat.
Thank
you
mayor.
I
I
think
it's
a
great
idea
and
I
I
would
echo
the
mayor's
sentiments
of
pursuing
the
permanent
solution
now,
because
just
time
getting
working
ahead
of
whenever
that
temporary
kind
of
easy
path
ends,
which
we
all
hope
it
eventually
does
so
other
than
that.
I
think
the
only
other
thought
is
given
that
it's
a
golf
cart
cafe.
Would
you
by
any
chance
to
be
seeking
any
kind
of
permanent
restriping
for
golf
carts
at
all
or
that
wouldn't
be
seeking
that.
I
B
Thank
you
mayor.
I
agree
with
your
thoughts
as
well,
mr
mayor,
especially
for
the
temporary
spaces
there.
That
is
a
great
idea,
a
great
way
to
make
people
feel
more
comfortable
and
a
great
way
for
the
restaurant
to
have
more
people
there.
I
know
this
has
been
you
know,
albeit
temporary.
It's
been
very
successful
in
other
cities.
B
Tampa
clearwater,
I
know
tampa
because
they're
very
specific
streets
is
considering
leaving
the
outdoor,
dining
and
closing
some
of
those
streets
because
it
has
been
so
successful
and
creating
that
kind
of
you
know
outdoor
presence
and
that
downtown
walkable
feel.
So
I
think
that's
a
great
idea.
I
think
you
should
definitely
pursue.
You
know
find
out
what,
if
possible,
there
is
a
path
you
know
to
some
kind
of
permanency
but
yeah,
and
I
think
following
the
county
which
comes
from
the
state
is
always
a
great
guideline
for
us.
A
Very
good
just
so
you
know
that
I
would
certainly
support
if
that
came
back
with
something
I
think
it's
terrific,
it's
a
good
jump.
I
love
the
idea
of
somebody
coming
down
state
street
and
seeing
that
set
up
there
is
challenges,
though,
so
you
know
I
mean
on
a
permanent
basis.
The
challenge
is
going
to
become
parking,
ada
requirements
that
type
of
stuff
that
some
of
that
stuff.
You
can't
variance
over
right.
I
mean
some
of
it.
A
I
Parking
affected
by
this,
the
handicapped,
parking
is
separate
and
handicapped
would
be
able
to
enter
the
beer
garden.
If
you
want
to
call
it
that,
because
there'll
be
an
opening
in
the
middle
for
ada
compliance,
so
but
very
probably
use
more
than
my
time.
But
I
appreciate
everyone
listening
and.
H
Good
evening,
honorable
mayor
vice
mayor
council,
member
city
manager,
assistant
city
manager
and
the

is
matthew.
Spohr,
I
don't
reside,
but
my
address
is
750
main
street
safety
harbor
florida,
I'm
there
many
hours
of
the
week.
So
that's
where
you
can
find
me.
I
also
serve
as
the
florida
city
county
managers,
association,
district
7
director
and
a
member
of
the
fccma
public
management
matters
committee
on
behalf
of
fccma.
H
We
are
privileged
to
present
the
city
of
oldsmore
with
a
certificate
celebrating
2021
as
your
40th
year
as
a

form
of
government
as
recognized
by
the
international
city
and
county

association
icma.
On

of
fccma,
we
offer
our
sincere

on
this
milestone

H
F
H
White
and
yes,
I
remember
that
I
remember
that
super
bowl,
selecting
the
council
board
of
directors
who,
in
turn,
appoint
a
manager,
who's
the
professional
executive
to
advise
the
council
and
implement
its
actions
through
ordinances
and
policies
in
florida,
nearly
70
percent
of
all
400
and
well,
I'm
sorry.
70
percent
of
all
411
cities,
towns
and
villages
operate
under
the
council
manager,
form
of
government
and
of
the
67
counties
in
the
state.
All,
but
two
are
professionally
managed.
H
The
city
of
oldsmar
is
recognized
as
a
champion
of
the
council
manager
form
of
government
where
you
have
a
city
council
that
works
together
in
a
professional
manner
to
make
decisions
and
establish
policies
that
are
the
in
the
best
interest
of
your
stakeholders,
and
I
wrote
this
before
I
got
here
this
evening.
I
put
you
also
know
how
to
have
fun
while
doing
it
so
true,
so
that
was
before
I
got
here
and
saw
the
all
the
jerseys
walking
in
the
door.
H
H
While
helping
bless
you,
while
helping
cities
in
need
of
assistance
together,
they
lead
a
staff
committed
to
providing
the
highest
quality
of
life
possible
to
the
residents
of
oldsmar.
Moreover,
oldsmar
is
a
good
neighbor
to
safety,
harbor,
which
I
am
personally
thankful
on
behalf
of
fccma
and
all
other
council
manager,
communities
within
our
county
and
within
the
state
of
florida.
H
We
congratulate
the
city
of
oldsmore
on
this
milestone,
achievement
of
being
a
council
manager
community
for
40
years
and
at
this
time,
I'd
like
to
present
the
council
and
the
city
manager
and
assistant
city
manager
with
this
important
certificate.
I
don't
know
if
we
can
do
a
picture
or
not,
and
if
I
knew
I
had
five
minutes
because
in
safety
harbor,
we
only
have
three
minutes.
I
would
have
written
some
more
to
say.
C
K
H
K
H
C
J
A
That's
outstanding,
and
we
appreciate
you
coming
here
to
make
a
point
of
presenting
this
at
our
city
council
and
go
bucks.
You
know
we'll
take
a
little
spirit
back
with
you.
Tell
joe
tell
him
later

On
monday
february
15th
all
city

library
facilities
will
be
closed,
and
then
we
come
back
to
normal
business
hours
on
that
following
tuesday
february
16th,
I'm
going
to
get
it
right.
This
time
go
bucks.
A
There
you
go,
we
had
a
green
bay
fan
over
there.
I
thought
for
a
month
all
right
next
time
on
the
agenda
is
the
approval
of
additional
new
agenda
items.
The
only
item
we
have
is
item
number
nine.
The
chair
will
entertain
a
motion
to
approve
two
moved.
I
have
a
motion
we'll
have
a
second
second
motion.
Second,
under
discussion,
sentencing
you're
ready
to
vote
all
in
favor
signify
by
saying
aye
aye
all
opposed
motion
passes
awards
and
recognition
community
redevelopment
agency.
We
have
nothing
under
them
tonight
on
under
either.
A
A
So,
let's
see
we
have
a
presentation.
The
status
update
of
saint
pete
drive
complete
streets.
Who
is
that
daniel
coming
up?
I,
the
suit,
didn't,
give
it
away.
K
A
K
Let
me
just
make
sure
the
clicker
works
all
right,
great
hi.
My
name
is
daniel
simpson,
I'm
the
city
engineer,
city
of
oldsmar,
obviously
part
of
the
public
works
department.
So
tonight
I
want
to
talk
about
been
invited
to
speak
on
the
saint
petersburg
drive
complete
streets
project,
I'm
giving
a
project
update
so
start
off.
I
wanted
to
go
over
what
is
a
complete
street?
Okay,
a
complete
street
complete
streets,
are
streets
designed
and
operated
to
enable
safe
use
and
support
mobility
for
all
users.
K
This
may
be,
you
know,
jargon
for
me,
it's
easier
to
understand.
Maybe
the
definition
if
we
think
of
the
opposite.
So
what
is
an
incomplete
street
and
that's
a
roadway
which
is
designed
to
maximize
mobility
for
vehicular
traffic,
so
that's
kind
of
the
way
we've
generally
designed
roads
throughout
the
united
states,
they're
it's
about
the
car
first
and
then
the
pedestrian
and
the
bicyclists
are
kind
of
an
afterthought.
K
So,
as
we
see
here
that
we
have
the
completed
streetscape
that
we
have
in
front
of
our
library,
that's
what
we
have
now
and
then
going
the
other
way.
That's
our
inconsistent
section,
that's
kind
of
what
st
pete
drive
looks
like
right
now
so
start
off.
I
want
to
talk
about
the
vision
for
the
project.
K
So
the
vision
for
the
saint
pete
drive
project
is
to
extend
the
downtown
vibe
to
bayview
boulevard
in
order
to
connect
residents
to
a
vibrant,
downtown
man
sensitive.
So
this
is
a
kind
of
a
map
of
our
downtown
area
and
the
red
line
is
the
is
the
project
area.
The
idea
is
to
kind
of
connect
the
downtown
to
the
residence
into
ariel's
park,
the
library
this
elementary
school.
We
want
to
have
good
pedestrian
connections
and
improve
the
mobility
for
all
users.
K
You're,
probably
wondering
why
is
st
pete
drive
so
bad,
like
you
know
like
it's?
If
you've
been
on
it,
it's
a
it's
kind
of
a
it's
an
ugly
road
right
now
you
know,
but
what
happened
was
in
the
the
state
road
580
used
to
be
st
p
drive.
If
you
don't
know
that
that's
it
used
to
be
state
red
580..
So
in
the
late
90s,
the
florida
department
of
transportation
realigned
the
road
to
run
along
the
csx
right
away
and
then
st
pete
drive
became
a
city
street.
K
So
one
of
the
goals
is
really
to
make
this
roadway
look
more
like
a
neighborhood
street,
as
opposed
to
a
state
highway
all
right,
so
the
goals
for
the
project
are
improved
safety
for
all
users,
sorry,
walkers,
bus
riders,
golf
carts,
cyclists,
cars
and
people
with
disabilities.
Second
big
goal
is
to
eliminate
roadside
ditches.
K
They
produce
they're
a
somewhat
of
a
safety
hazard
if
you're
driving
and
you
go
too
fast
or
you
hit
in
and
up
in
the
ditch-
is
no
nothing.
Anyone
wants
to
do
additionally,
they're,
not
really
good.
Looking
we
want
to
underground
our
utilities,
so
the
overhead
power
lines.
We
were
planning
to
put
those
underground
and
enhance
the
roadway
experience,
so
street
lights
park,
benches
landscaping,
hardscaping
resurfacing
the
road
and
adding
some
parking
where
appropriate.
K
So
the
general
cross
section
is
shown
up
up
here,
the
on
the
north
side,
which
is
also
in
the
road
curve.
So
it's
the
north
and
west
side.
We
plan
to
have
eight
foot
sidewalk
around
20
feet
of
landscaping,
two
foot
curbs
11
foot
lanes
and
then
more
landscaping
and
the
trail
the
other
cross,
section
man.
K
This
thing
the
other
cross
section,
includes
parking,
so
these
are
kind
of
the
main,
the
way
the
road's
gonna
look,
it's
obviously
a
cartoon,
but
the
parking
we've
picked
to
be
in
certain
areas
where
the
land
use
is
appropriate.
So
in
front
of
the
methodist
church,
some
of
the
other
areas
we're
trying
to
balance
adding
parking
with
our
storm
water.
K
So
you're,
probably
wondering
oh,
I
wonder
I
apologize
so
you're
wondering
you
might
be
wondering.
Why
is
there
11
foot
lanes
if
you,
if
you
know
anything
about
traffic
generally
traffic
lanes,
are
12
foot
we're
narrowing
the
road
a
bit?
And
you
might
wonder
like
why
that
is
and
then
the
idea
is,
most
drivers
drive
the
speed
they
drive,
not
based
on
the
speed
limit
sign
but
based
on
their
perception
of
safety.
K
We're
talking
about
responsible
drivers.
Obviously
there's
about
10
to
15
percent
of
people.
You
can't
control
and
they'll
do
whatever
they
want,
but
when
we
narrow
those
lanes,
people
will
psychologically
not
drive
as
fast,
including
especially
when
we
include
landscaping
and
these
other
features
it
will
slow
down
the
road.
So
we
are
planning
a
design
speed
of
25
miles
an
hour
which
brings
me
to
the
golf
carts
which
everybody
gets
excited
about.
So
golf
carts
are
not
permanent
on
trails.
K
So,
if
you're
planning
to
ride
the
golf
cart
on
the
trail,
we're
providing
that's
not
that
violates
the
law
and
golf
carts
are
not
currently
permitted
on
st
petersburg
drive.
We,
we
did
not
include
that
in
our
when
we
changed
the
ordinance
recently.
You
all
didn't,
because.
K
K
We
would
recommend
the
ordnance
change
that
you
could
drive
a
golf
cart
on
it:
the
project
schedule,
we've
we've
reviewed
and
re,
received
and
reviewed
the
60
design
package.
We
expect
the
storm
water
permitting
to
be
completed
in
the
next
few
months.
The
plan
in
a
public
meeting
in
spring
in
the
spring
of
2021
complete
the
design
in
summer
of
2021
and
underground
utilities
next
fiscal
year
and
begin
the
streetscaping
in
fiscal
year.
24.
K
So
that's
the
that's
the
overview
of
the
project
now.
The
next
thing
I
want
to
talk
about
is
a
roundabout
concept.
This
has
not
been
included
in
the
project.
We
we're
thinking
about
it
basically,
but
I
wanted
to
bring
it
to
your
attention
and
we
received
tr.
We've
received
traffic,
calming
complaints
about
the
intersection
at
bayview
and
st
petersburg
drive.
K
Do
you
wonder
why
a
roundabout
so
roundabouts
are
about
as
contentious
as
they
come?
You
know
people
have
their
own
experiences.
If
you've
been
to
southern
germany,
you
probably
had
a
great
experience
with
roundabouts.
If
you
went
to
clearwater
beach
in
the
early
2000s,
you
probably
had
a
horrible
experience
with
roundabout.
So
why
would
we
even
think
about
this
in
oldsmar?
K
K
The
second
thing
is
a
well-constructed
roundabout,
and
I
really
want
to
emphasize
well
constructed.
Well-Designed
is
something
that
can
improve
safety
and
efficiency
and
traffic
engineering.
We
often
are
balancing
safety
and
efficiency
is
like
attention.
You
know
the
safer,
something
gets
the
less
cars
get
through
the
through
and
the
more
cars
you
push
through
something
the
less
safe
but
well.
A
well-constructed
roundabout
can
actually
improve
both.
K
So
the
roundabout
next
steps
we're
reviewing
with
city
manager
for
potential
budgeting
the
future
the
options
that
we're
kind
of
we're
looking
at
is
the
budget
the
project
and
out
years
after
the
st
petersburg
drive
complete
streets
project
is
complete.
K
B
G
B
K
B
K
G
K
I
mean
especially
if
the
lag
stays.
The
way
it
is
we,
the
undergrounding
utilities
is,
will
be
we'll
have
a
public
meeting
for
both
of
those
things,
but
this
would
be
more
of
a
design
public
meeting
to
get
comments
on
what
we
have
and
make
sure
that
it's
palatable
and
a
lot
of
times
when
you
open
it
up
to
the
public.
They
they
see
through
eyes
that
you
don't
see.
You
know
you're
kind
of
caught
up
in
the
engineering
and
miss
the
driveway,
or
you
know
something
very
simple
that
you
know
helps.
B
I
just
had
one
more
question.
I
was
wondering
if
you're
able
to
tell
at
this
point
the
potential
impact
from
undergrounding
the
utilities
on
folks,
you
know
driveways
front
yards
sidewalks.
Is
it
a
huge
impact
to
put
utilities
underground?
I'm
thinking
some
of
the
folks
that
are
like
closer
up
to
the
street
with
their
homes,
less
of
a
setback
too
early
to
tell
not.
K
I
mean
when
we
underground
the
utilities,
it's
not
going
to
be
coming
in
and
just
like
doing
what
we
want
to
do.
You
know
I
mean
we're
going
to
have
to
hook
up
each
house
and
work
with
them
and
how
they're
gonna
connect
to
the
power
because
they're
right
now,
it's
overhead
and
now
it's
gonna
have
to
come
underground.
So
they're
gonna
have
there's
gonna
have
to
be
an
adjustment,
and
you
know
we
have.
B
C
J
J
City
manager-
I
I
just
wanted
to
say
to
council
that
the
reason
I
asked
daniel
to
make
this
presentation
was
nothing
more
than
a
status
report
of
where
we
are
now.
Staff
is
keenly
aware
that
this
is
one
of
those
projects
that
we
have
a
gap
between
what
the
grant's
going
to
pay
for
and
what
the
work
plan
has
it
estimated
at
and
that's
a
significant
gap.
So
for
now
we
had
committed
to
doing
the
design
work.
We
thought
it
was
a
great
idea
and
I
still
do
to
consider
the
roundabout.
J
We
probably
have
to
make
a
commitment
to
go
or
not
go
pretty
soon.
I'd
say,
as
daniel
said,
the
public
meeting
was
more
kind
of
the
first
one
to
get
public
input
on
whatever
else
they
might
think
of
we'll
have
the
complete
design
by
the
summer,
but
we'll
probably
have
to
be
committed
to
it
by
next
year,
even
though
the
construction
part
isn't
due
to
fiscal
year,
24
to
match
up
with
the
fdot.
So
there's
there's
no
action
required.
It's
just
to
kind
of
tell
you
part
of
this
budget
process
upcoming.
J
We're
gonna
have
to
make
some
tough
decisions,
and
this
is
one
that's
at
least
gonna
be
on
a
front
burner,
because
we
have
to
address
the
gap
between
those
that
we
have
grant
money
for
where
the
grant
doesn't
pay
for
a
whole
lot
in
terms
of
a
percentage
of
the
total
project.
But
I
love
the
conceptually,
I
really
like
it
and
if
everything
else
falls
into
place,
I
think
we
really
would
want
this.
J
D
C
K
The
particulars
of
the
cost-
I
mean,
I
I'm
not,
you
know,
analyzed
it
in
terms
of
trying
to
figure
out
how
to
get
the
cost
down.
We
are
going
to
look
at
if
there's
a
way
to
reduce
the
cost,
but
I.
D
Personally
think
it's
a
great
idea:
there's
roundabouts
in
clearwater,
there's
one
on
racetrack
road
up
north
over
before
you
get
the
gun
highway.
I
think
that's
a
great
concept.
I
think
that's
going
to
be
a
traffic
slower
and
I
think
that's
going
to
be
great
for
our
city,
good
job.
A
F
F
A
We'll
we'll
get
into
this
at
the
planning
council-
and
you
know
you
know
quite
candidly-
you
know
to
be
completely
transparent.
I
mean
the
real
issue
here
on
the
complete
streets
is
the
capital,
improvement
costs
and
other
things
that
might
be
greater
priorities
doesn't
mean
that
it
doesn't
get
done.
It's
probably
a
question
of.
When
does
it
get
done
right?
You
know
it's
always
great.
When
we
get
a
grant
it's
outstanding.
Hopefully
it's
a
six
million
dollar
project.
It's
a
one
million
dollar
grant.
A
A
J
A
Okay,
at
this
time,
the
chair
will
open
up
the
floor
for
public
comment,
so
anybody
from
the
public
wish
to
speak
in
favor
are
opposed
to
this.
I
will
go
ahead
and
close
the
public
hearing,
since
there
is
no
one
council
discussion,
any
comments,
roll
call
please.

this
amendment
has
been
submitted.
Thank
you.
A
L
E
Good
evening,
mr
mayor
and
council
members
todd
pressman,
272nd
avenue
south
number
451
in
st
petersburg
pleasure
to
be
here
tonight.
I
think
your
staff
has
reviewed
this
request.
Quite
quite
well.
Staff
is
recommending
support
and
planning.
The
zoning
board
is
recommending
support
I'll
remind
you
that
we
had
originally
brought
these
type
changes
through
in
a
different
way,
which
wasn't
accepted
as
well.
So
we
have
gone
back
and
bring
it
forward
in
this
manner,
which
has
been
accepted
throughout
your
review
process
very
positively.
E
So
just
highlighting
very
clearly.
This
is
a
not
a
significant
change
from
c2
to
c3
the
site.
I
think
everyone
knows,
is
very
intensive
and
is
surrounded
by
very
intensive
uses
and,
as
we've
reviewed
the
staff
reports
and
as
we
believed
to
bring
this
request
forward,
we
felt
it
was
very
supportable
and
we
ask
for
your
support
and
consideration
happy
to
answer
any
questions
that
you
might
have.
Okay,.
A
You,
the
staff,
have
anything
they'd
like
to
add
nope.
Okay,
all
right
at
this
time,
the
chair
will
open
the
floor
for
public
comment.
Is
there
anybody
from
the
comment
who
wishes
from
the
from
the
public
wishing
to
comment
on
the
sign
all
right?
If
sensing
there's
seeing
that
there's
not
I'll
go
ahead
and
close,
the
public
comment.
Council
discussion,
discussion.
C
E
Discussion,
I
just
want
to
make
sure
that
the
motion
is
to
approve
staff
recommendation.
The
reason
I'm
asking
you
that
is
is
because
this
is
not
just
a
straight
out
approval.
The
staff
has
recommended
two
conditions:
the
ordinance
that
you've
got
before
you
has
those
two
conditions
built
into
it.
So
if
it's
move
staff
recommendation,
then
that's
that's
what
I
need
to
hear.
Otherwise.
I
just
wanted
to
make
sure
that
the
chair.
A
J
Thank
you
very
item.
Six
is
request.
Council
approval
to
we've
waived
bid
requirements
and
approved
the
purchase
of
a
replacement
pump
for
the
main
lift
station
at
the
water
reclamation
facility.
You
know,
is
the
wrf
from
major

the

sanitary
sewer
is
collected
throughout
the
city
and
enters
the
treatment
plant
via
one
main
lift
station
at
the
wrf.
J
This
lift
station
houses,
three
pumps
to
lift
and
transfer
wastewater
to
the
wrf
processes
for
treatment.
Frequent
repairs
have
been
made
on
all
of
the
existing
15
year
old
pumps,
they're
reaching
the
end
of
their
useful
lives.
These
pumps
are
vital
to
maintaining
regulatory
compliance,
avoiding
environmental
impacts
and
protecting
the
public
by
safeguarding
the
infrastructure
components
from
sanitary
sewer
overflows.
This
is
a
phased
replacement
plan
in
the
wrf
capital
improvement
budget.
With
the
initial
replacement
pump
occurring
in
this
fiscal
year,
the
funds
are
budgeted,
the
wrf,
cip,
account
and
fund

A
J
Thank
you
very
much.
The
city
manager
to
advertise
2021-002-1,
which
stands
for
invitation
to
bid
for
the
construction
of
oldsmar

six
from
stephens

to
racetrack

As
the
council
knows,
the
eastern
portion
of
oldsmar
trail

six
is
along
douglas
road
from
stevens
or
brooker

to
racetrack

and
that
was
determined
to
be
the
most
critical
for

economic
development
in
that
area.
J
The
project
will
provide
approximately
one
half
mile
of
paved
trail
on
the

of
douglas

from
stevens
to
racetrack
and
convert
the
existing
open,
ditch
drainage
system
on
the
north
side
to
a
closed
pipe
system.
The
project
will
also
include
the
reconnection
and
some
realignment
of
the
existing
city-owned
utilities
on
the
north
side
of
douglas
construction
is
expected
to
take
nine
months
per
resolution.
J
2020-08
funding
for
this
project
is
provided
by
the

Since

A
B
A
All
right,
since
you
get
ready
to
vote
all
in
favor
signify
by
saying
aye
aye
all

city

You
got
anything

No,

G
Item
number
eight,
appoint

other

for

sandy

sean

ginger,
tarraszewski,

saraki,
kelly,
o'brien,
rochelle

and
brian

The
first

will
be

1St

at
6,
00
pm
in
council,
chamber
and
staff
recommends
approval
and,
of
course,
appointing
the
vice
chair
and
here.
A
Very
good
all
right,
so
the
chair
will
entertain
a
motion
I'm
going
to
propose,
since
it's
really
just
for
their
first
meeting.
They
get
to
the
meeting.
They
decide
who's
going
to
be
chair
and
co-chair.
So
I'm
I'm
going
to
entertain
a
motion
to
approve
the
nominees
as
presented
and
include
appointing
sandy
grimes
as
chair
and
brian
mahoney,
as
vice
chair
I'll,
entertain
that
in
the
way
of
emotion,
so.
G
A
A
Know
I
know
all
right.
Next
item.
Item
number:
not
city.
Council.
Item
number,
nine
consider
rescheduling
the
february
third
2021
work
session
on
economic
development,
ordinance
review
recommendations,
it's
a
new
item.
I
know
we
have
discussed
some
dates
did.
Was
there
any
consensus
on
a
rescheduling
day?
The
closest.
J
Thing
I've
got
to
a
consensus
would
be.
The
11th
was
potentially
a
problem
for
me
and
for
council
member
knapp,
but
I
could
make
it
work
if
I
needed
to-
and
I
think
you
said
you
could
as
well.
J
The
issue
we
have
on
the
developer
side
is
that
woodfield
is
only
able
to
make
it
on
the
11th.
So
if
we
could
go
ahead
with
that,
then
at
least
we
would
know
that
all
the
developers
currently
in
the
conversation
have
stated
that
they'll
be
available,
so
the
11th
would
be
probably
the
easiest
one
to
go
with.
Everybody
else
was
pretty
flexible
on
both
of
the
other
dates.
The
developers
weren't
as
much,
although
prime
was
woodfield,
had
a
little
bit
more
limit.
So
can
you
make.
A
G
A
So
let's
go
ahead
and
reschedule
that
for
the
11th
at
four
o'clock,
the
only
other
comment
that
I
would
make
is,
depending
on
what
what
progress
is
made
with
the
folks
working
on
the
library
property.
Maybe
it's
an
opportunity
for
them
to
present
something
as
well.
J
A
Well,
we
have
a
date,
then
all
right,
let's
see,
approve,
item
number
10,
approved
tentative
agenda
for
february
16
2021.
Is
there
anybody
who
wishes
to
pull
anything?
Is
there
anybody
wishes
to
add
anything
council,
member
soraki.
D
D
I'd
like
to
add
that
or
ask
your
permission
to
add
that
meeting
or
maybe
hold
off
until
the
election
is
over,
so
that
the
city
council
can
pick
a
new
representative
for
the
tampa
bay
regional
planning
council,
because
I'm
just
I'm
just
too
busy
with
other
other
things,
and
I
just
I'm
not
being
I'm
not
able
to
pay
attention
to
that,
and
they
do
so
much
for
the
environment,
sea
life,
sea
level
rise,
they
they're
just
a
it's
a
great
organization
and
the
city
of
oldsmar
needs
to
have
a
representative
that
can
take
time
and
be
there
and
represent
our
city.
A
Okay,
all
right,
if
the
council
has
no
particular
pleasure
on
that,
I
would
say
it
might
not
be
about
ideal
to
wait
to
fill
it
while
we
have
a
new
council
in
place,
and
so
I
would
ask
that
maybe
we
hold
off
on
putting
that
agenda,
make
it
a
future
agenda
item.
A
B
A
B
Is
going
to
be
in
your
mailbox
soon,
city
of
baltimore?
This
is
the
most
incredible
magazine.
I
am
so
proud
of
our
staff.
This
is
beautiful
work.
I
cannot
wait
for
everybody
to
see
the
story
about
the
beaverlands,
the
business
spotlight
on
micro,
lumen,
all
of
the
events
that
we
have
coming
up
in
the
spring.
Despite
the
covid,
it's
like
we
just
keep
marching
on
there's
new
section,
older,
adult
programs,
all
the
kids
stuff,
the
at
oldsmar
sports
complex.
You
can
see
these
gorgeous
photos,
you
guys,
I
no
other
city
has
this
kind
of
quality.
C
C
B
And
his
beautiful
wife
wanda
look,
I
mean
this
is
this
is
gorgeous
and
it's
informative.
It's
such
a
beautiful
piece
of
not
only
information
for
our
citizens
but
a
marketing
tool
for
our
city,
and
I'm
telling
you
the
the
the
entire
staff
is
to
be
commended.
This
is
absolutely
gorgeous,
I'm
completely
impressed
as
usual,
and
it
just
keeps
getting
better
felicia
deb
mark
everybody
who
contributed.
Thank
you
so
much
for
this
beautiful
piece
of
information.
I
am
regret
to
inform
that
leadership.
B
Pinellas
has
been
pushed
off
yet
again
for
another
month,
so
we're
going
to
look
at
potentially
beginning
program
days
in
march,
if
possible
and
extending
in
through
july,
which
kind
of
brings
in
a
new
group
of
problems,
of
course,
because
everybody
committed
to
a
january
through
may
schedule,
and
so
when
you
shift
it
forward,
then
you
kind
of
impinge
on
people's
potential
availability
over
the
summer.
So
it's
getting
a
little
tricky,
no
word
yet.
B
On
the
april
trip
to
tallahassee,
I
think
that's
gonna
be
kind
of
planet
by
ear,
but
it
is
inherently
a
social
and
and
gathering
kind
of
thing,
and
you
know
what
we're
not
doing
is
social
gathering.
So
you
know
the
board
they've
been
fantastic
in
communicating
with
us
and
trying
to
make
sure
that
everybody
is
informed
and
safe
and
nobody
wants
to
be
the
place.
You
know
where
there
was
an
outbreak
and
then
a
whole
bunch
of
people
are
potentially
affected.
So
just
a
little
update
there.
B
I
did
get
an
email
today
from
the
florida
league
of
cities,
though,
that
they
are
considering
holding
emo
2,
which
would
be
the
next
level
of
the
institute
for
elected
municipal
officials
during
the
april
they're.
Trying
to
gauge
whether
or
not
people
would
be
interested
in
an
in-person
appearance
in
daytona,
which
is
the
location
this
year
for
emo
two.
I
went
to
emo
one.
If
you
haven't
gone
yet
andrew,
you
should
inquire,
definitely
about
emo
one,
it's!
B
It
would
be
fantastic
to
be
able
to
go.
I
wanted
to
go
since
this
time
last
year
when
it
got
canceled
the
first
time
anyway,
we
march
on
really
looking
forward
to
seeing
everybody
at
the
chocta
park.
I
think
that's
just
awesome.
I
think
it's
a
brilliant
way
to
keep
people
safe,
but
outdoors
and
doing
something
that
literally
anybody
can
do.
You
can
do
it.
I'm
going
to
see
you
there
mayor
with
your
chalk.
I
have
a
box
of
chalk.
My
kids
love
the
chalk,
it's
fun!
It's
messy,
though,
don't
wear
black,
don't.
B
Don't
wear
black?
No,
don't
wear
black
wear
something
pastel
very
pesto,
but
it's
fun.
It's
a
great
family
oriented
event.
It's
safe
people
can
maintain
their
distance
and
still
kind
of
group
in
in
families
again,
I'm
just
so
thrilled
with
our
continuing
sort
of
image
as
a
very
family,
friendly
family
oriented
lots
of
activities
for
families.
I
mean
look
at
this
kid.
Look
at
this
kid
fabulous
job
by
staff
as
we
continue
marching
forward.
We
really
do
we
really
do
last
thing:
everybody
go
register
to
vote.
B
C
C
A
C
Thank
you.
First,
I
didn't
have
a
question
from
the
city
engineers
presentation,
but
just
a
comment.
That's
something
else.
I
think
that's
a
pretty
nice
benefit
from
the
potential
implications
from
the
project
is
ditches
collect
trash.
C
When
my
wife
and
I
took
our
honeymoon
to
santiago
chile,
it
was
one
of
the
places
we
stopped
at
a
few
years
ago.
We
happened
to
be
there
on
a
sunday
and
every
sunday
from
nine
to
two
pm.
They
closed
a
stretch
of
roadway
for
access
strictly
for
cyclists,
runners
walkers.
They
called
it
siclio
recreovia,
which
is
spanish
words
for
bike
recreation
and
street.
So
I
just
thought
it
was
really
cool
thing
to
experience.
I
mean
this
throngs
of
people
out.
There
was
nothing
like
what
you
might
experience
at
gasparilla.
C
It
was
a
very
just
everybody
out
enjoying
the
weather,
so
just
thought
I'd
share
that
with
everybody.
I
think
it
was
cool.
I
did
share
that
with
the
city
manager
previously,
and
you
know
kind
of
planted
a
seed,
possibly,
but
just
figured
I'd
share
that
with
everyone
else.
It
was
really
interesting
experience.
C
The
final
thing
I'm
looking
forward
to
the
meeting
next
week
and
trying
to
kind
of
kick
off
or
have
a
little
bit
of
a
rebound
from
previous
negotiations
on
the
downtown
project
and
not
unlike
the
buccaneers
who
got
roughed
up
by
a
couple
other
opponents.
I
think
both
the
city
and
the
buccaneers
will
have
a
nice
rebound
starting
this
sunday
and
into
next
week
and
so
go
bucks.
I
like
I
saw
what
you
did
there.
I
like
that.
D
There,
cats
remember:
oh
okay,
thank
you
mayor.
I
just
want
to
just
katie
what
she
said
is
so
true,
our
communications
department,
what
a
job
this
goes
to
every
resident
in
our
city.
This
is
this
is
fantastic,
great
job,
everyone.
I
love
it.
Just
beautiful!
I'm
looking
forward
to
reading
the
jerry
beville
article
katie
emo
ii,
that
was
my
favorite
and
I
went
to
daytona
beach
for
that
class.
It's
I
hope
you
can
get
in.
C
D
As
far
as
the
flc
there's
no
trips
to
tallahassee
this
year,
so
I'll
be
shocked.
If
you
go
for
leadership
analysis,
they
canceled
it.
It's
all
virtual.
It's
a
week
of
virtual.
Did
you
see
you
guys
see
that
email
yeah?
So
I'm
a
little
disappointed
in
that,
because
I
really
enjoy
that
trip
to
tallahassee.
D
The
reason
why
I
missed
the
tampa
regional
planning
council
is
because
I
was
at
the
ribbon
cutting
for
four
new
electric
buses
for
the
psta.
That's
very
cool,
and
I
want
to
read
some
facts
that
are
pretty
interesting.
The
pst
has
the
largest
hybrid
bus
fleet
in
the
state
of
florida.
Wow
number
one
in
the
state
psda
has
not
purchased
a
diesel
bus
in
nearly
10
years
and
they
are
leading
those
buses
away.
These
electric
buses
are
replacing
diesel
and
they're
gone.
D
Electric
is
moving
in
the
electric
buses,
average
180
miles
per
180
miles
or
15
hours
before
having
to
be
recharged.
So
that's
pretty
cool
and
the
psta
just
recently
put
in
about
three
months
ago,
an
electric
charging
system
where
the
bus
pulls
right
underneath
and
it
charges
the
bus,
it
sits
there
and
it
charges.
D
So
it's
pretty
pretty
unique
and
that's
right
at
the
facility
in
st
petersburg,
the
electric
blush
fleet
is
now
up
to
six.
So
those
four
that
we
launched
yesterday
are
now
we
have
six
and
we
have
four
more
coming
in
2022,
so
pinellas
county
will
be
the
leading
electric
bus
supplier
in
the
state
next
year.
That's.
C
D
D
The
psta
is
really
forward
thinking
about
electric
buses
and
I
am
going
to
be
real
upfront
with
everybody.
I
didn't
really
like
electric
cars
or
electric
buses,
but
I'm
on
the
bandwagon.
I
think
they're
fantastic
and
the
best
thing
about
this
is
an
estimated
20.
000
is
saved
annually
in
fuel
costs
per
bus
by
operating
electric
over
diesel.
This
saves
more
than
240
000
over
12
years
per
bus.
D
A
D
A
F
D
F
F
So
a
few
things
one
I
went
to
the
climate
resilience
open
house
and
I
want
to
commend
ashley
and
jonna
and
all
the
staff
that
were
involved
in
that,
because
dana
dan
and
paula
were
there
as
well
and-
and
it
was
just
so
informative
and
the
maps
were
just
amazing,
and
I
did
see
that
we
have
two
more
dates.
I
was
hoping
that
you
guys
were
going
to
put
a
couple
more
dates
on,
because
I
asked
them.
F
You
know
I'm
going
to
do
more
of
these
and
they
said
they
thought
that
they
would
so
just
to
encourage
the
public
they're
thursday
march
18th
from
5
to
7
or
saturday
march
or
twentieth
from
ten
to
twelve
and
it's
very
informative.
So
that
was
that
was
a
wonderful
thing
to
do.
The
second
thing
I'd
like
to
talk
about
is
several
of
us
in
the
vfw
and
the
vf7
of
us
actually
went
to
the
vfw
midwinter
conference
and
I
was
afraid
to
go
because
of
covid,
but
they
checked
temperatures.
F
There
was
social
distancing
and
mask,
and
it
was
just
they
they
made
it
as
safe
as
they
possibly
could,
and
I
just
wanted
to.
Let
y'all
know
that
if
you're
interested
in
seeing
any
photos
any
you
know
about
any
events
or
anything
like
that.
We
do
have
a
facebook
page
and
it's
vfw
auxiliary
florida
district
21
and
once
I'm
off
council
I'll
still
be
involved
with
the
veteran,
so
I'll
be
standing
at
that
podium
addressing
y'all
and
inviting
you
to
events
once
rhona's
gone.
F
I
I
want
to
get
a
little
serious
on
a
subject
because,
of
course
I
want
to
end
on
the
bucks
my
niece's
husband
drew
spent
last
year
as
a
brand
new
hillsborough
county,
sheriff's
deputy,
and
he
spent
some
time
with
me
yesterday
or
the
other
day,
and
he
told
me
so
many
different
heartbreaking
stories,
and
so
I
I
had
previously
spoken
about
the
the
impact
on
mental
health
and
suicide
from
covid.
I
had
previously.
F
You
know
talked
about
that
and
I
just
want
to
point
out
that
now
it's
affecting
law
enforcement
officers
more
than
it
has
even
prior
to
coped
after.
I
just
wanted
to
say
these
people
these
these
people's
names
right
in
in
pinellas
county
on
january
27th
in
largo
officer
brendan
arlington.
He
was
a
16-year
veteran.
F
He
took
his
own
life
and
he
worked
a
lot
of
years
as
a
detective
and
according
to
washington,
d.c
metropolitan
police,
two
capitol
police
officers
took
their
own
lives,
police
officer,
howard,
landinggood
and
police
officer,
jeffrey
smith,
and
I
just
want
to
you
know
just
talk
about
the
impact
of
everything
that's
going
on
in
our
world
and
and
just
read.
This
quote
from
that
was
read
to
the
house.
Committee
quote
other
harm
from
this
traumatic
day.
The
mob
capital
thing
other
harm
from
this
traumatic
day
will
be
widely
felt,
but
possibly
unacknowledged.
F
Law
enforcement
training
neither
anticipates
nor
prepares
for
hours
of
hand-to-hand
combat.
Even
brief.
Physical
fights
are
physically
and
emotionally
draining.
Mpd
is
working
to
support
the
emotional
well-being
of
the
officers,
and
I
just
wanted
to
give
everyone
the
national
suicide
prevention
lifeline
and
it
is
1-800-273-8255,
and
you
can
also
google
law
enforcement
suicide
prevention
because
there's
a
lot
of
different
organizations
that
do
help
with
that.
So
I
just
wanted
to-
I
just
wanted
to
say
their
names
and
honor
them
and
there's
help.
F
So
I'm
sorry
that
it
got
a
little
sad
on
this
day,
so
the
buccaneers
okay
55
I
wore
derrick
brooks.
Do
you
guys
remember
the
do
you
remember
the
commercial
back
in
super
bowl
37
when
one
of
the
players
got
on
a
city
bus?
It
was
not
an
electric
bus
and
he
said
to
everybody
on
the
bus,
who's,
your
favorite
player.
F
So
I
I
haven't,
even
it
hasn't
even
sunk
in,
because
I've
been
so
busy,
we
had
an
event
last
night
with
a
q,
a
with
joe
montana
and
randy
barber.
You
know
I
mean
it's
just
so
exciting
for
me
and
thank
you.
Thank
you.
Thank
you,
mr
mayor,
for
letting
us
wear
our
jerseys,
so
I
didn't
bring
a
hat.
I
feel
I
feel
I
shouldn't
have
done
that
so
I'll
put
this
back
on,
go
bucks
and.
D
A
A
A
A
You
know
sees
the
ticket
holders
that
they
couldn't
all
purchase
them.
A
I
just
cut
your
time
all
right.
I
do
have
a
few
comments
number
one.
I
just
want
to
remind
everyone
about
the
osmar
carers.
Gala,
that's
coming
up
the
birch
one,
it's
going
to
be
on
thursday
february
18th
at
6,
30
pm
go
to
their
website
register
for
it.
I
can't
emphasize
enough
how
important
it
is.
They're
doing
it
virtual,
as
you
know,
or
you
may
not
know,
but
most
people
have
been
to
the
gala.
It
is
by
far
their
biggest
fundraiser.
It's
an
extremely
important
event
to
them.
A
Commonwealth
group,
I
I
had
a
conversation
today
with
paul
stanton
who,
from
commonwealth
and
as
you
know,
that
they
essentially
put
their
their
interest
on
deferment
for
lack
a
better
word,
their
the
message
that
they
sent
wasn't
very
descriptive,
which
is
part
of
the
reason
that
I
called
them
and
essentially
what
paul
said
to
me.
He
said
we
love
the
project.
A
We
hate
the
timing,
the
financing
that's
taking
place
in
in
the
hotel
industry
right
now
is
difficult
and
we
just
kind
of
put
the
brakes
on
everything,
and
so
he
said
that
could
speed
up
and
change.
I
said:
well,
you
know
well,
we
might
already
have
you
know
a
new
horse
there.
A
I
don't
know,
but
you
know
stay
in
touch,
and
so
it
was
very
positive
and
anyhow,
I
just
thought
I'd
share
that
so
that
everyone's
aware
of
that
kind
of
along
the
lines
to
something
that
andrew
said
and
it
even
dovetails
a
little
bit.
Maybe
it's
a
stretch,
the
the
comments
that
tom
made
about
the
outdoor
dining.
You
know,
I
think,
all
of
us
in
the
community
probably
gone
places
where
we
love
that
setup.
I
mean
that's
really
the
kind
of
vibe
that
we're
hoping
for
we're
next
door.
A
That
area
down.
There
is
all
part
of
state
street
and
downtown
area
when
everything's
all
done,
but
it
reminds
me
of
the
importance
of
a
parking
structure
right,
because
the
only
way
that
we
ever
could
entertain
some
more
latitude
on
parking
spaces
is
by
having
more
right.
F
A
Mean
I
know
where
to
have
them,
except
for
upward,
and
so
I
just
mentioned
that,
because
you
look
at
it
and
granted
that
that
might
be
a
stretch
of
a
walk,
but
to
the
point
of
when
you
want
to
try
to
close
the
road
and
have
you
know
some
kind
of
event
out
in
the
street,
you
could
do
it
if
you
had
a
parking
garage
and
people
could
park
out
and
go
walk
over.
So
anyhow.
A
I
just
mentioned
that,
because
I'm
kind
of
struck
by
that-
and
you
know,
there's
a
great
example
kudos
on
the
magazine.
Once
again,
you
know
the
quality
of
the
the
quality
of
this
magazine
is
so
high-end
that
it's
just
something
really
proud
of,
and
so
props
to
all
the
people
who
work
on
it.
They
do
amazing
stuff
and
we
are
very
proud
of
them.
And
what
else
do
I.
G
A
Let
me
just
say
this:
I
I
just
want
to
say
this,
so
you
know
I
typically
am
not
the
type
who's
all
about
the
fun
stuff.
You
know
mayor
beavis
was
that
type
mayor
said.
Oh
not
so
much
just
being
honest,
but
you
know
what
we
still
and-
and
I
say
this
for
all
of
us-
we
like
to
have
fun
because
we
like
community
spirit,
but
we
still
take
our
work
very
seriously.
I
don't
want
that
to
get
lost
in
things.
A
Okay,
before
I
become
totally
undignified
right,
so
I
just
want
to
mention
that,
but
hey
the
chair,
entertain
a
motion
to
adjourn.
