Thank
you,
please
be
seated
before
we
get
started,
I'm
just
going
to
remind
everyone.
We
are
following
the
cdc
guidelines
and
asking
everyone
to
keep
their
mask
on
unless
you're
up
at
the
podium
speaking
we
have
ours
off
up
here.
That's
why
we're
all
spread
out
and
we
talk
quite
a
bit,
but
anyhow
before
we
get
into
the
citizens
open
forum.
I
just
think
we
should
say
happy
birthday
to
our
vice
mayor,
happy
birthday,.
D
D
Please
give
your
name
an
address
and
make
sure
you
incorporate
your
city,
because
we
don't
want
to
assume
that
you're
from
ours
and
item
number
seven.
If
you
have
any
comments
about
that,
it's
a
public
hearing,
we'll
take
your
comments.
When
we
take
that
item
okay,
I
will.
I
will
call
up
the
first.
G
D
G
D
G
We
are
with
opal
theater
that
is
old,
smart
performing
artist
league
led
by
our
lumiere,
played
by
loki
miller.
We
also
have
chip
pots.
Yes,
there
is
duplicates
here
chick
pots
plate
over
here
he
is
played
by
miss
holly
harwood.
We
have
our
bell
played
by
miss
zoe
tierca.
I
try
to
get
last
names
correct.
Also
mr
zane
plays
our
guest
dom
and
mr
zane
scharf
and
mr
jackson.
G
Is
playing
our
maurice
and
our
bookstore
attendant?
We
have
16
kids
in
our
performance.
Our
show
is
coming
up
to.
We
want
to
invite
you
all
to
be
our
guest
on
saturday
april
17th
for
the
live
performance
of
beauty
and
the
beast
junior
performed
by
opal
theater.
G
Our
seating
begins
at
7
p.m,
with
social
distance,
family
circles
of
up
to
eight
members,
covid
practices,
including
face
masks,
will
be
required
while
moving
about,
but
they
may
take
their
masks
off
once
they're
seated
in
their
family
circles,
we
recommend
you
bring
your
blanket
or
your
chair
and
come
out
for
a
great
show.
We
will
have
food
vendors
there
as
well,
so
from
seven
o'clock
on
you
can
come
early
and
grab
a
little
bite
to
eat
and
get
your
space
and
then
at
eight
o'clock
promptly.
G
The
show
will
start
with
all
of
our
great
cast
and
characters.
We
will
also
have
some
photo
ops
with
the
cast
after
the
show.
So
any
of
you
guys
that
would
like
photo
ops
or
kids
adults
are
allowed
as
well
feel
free
to
come
and
join
us.
This
event
is
free.
I
will
tell
you
if
anybody
saw
our
aladdin
production
last
year
in
october,
we
had
575
in
the
audience.
G
So
if
you
want
to
come
see
it
I'd,
recommend
you
come
at
the
seven
o'clock
time
and
get
a
good
seating
circle,
so
you
can
enjoy
this
really
great
show
if
you'd
like
to
we
also.
Oh,
yes,
we
have
a
lovely
poster
for
beauty
and
the
beast
we're
going
to
have
these
around
town,
you
guys
will
be
seeing
them
I'll
hold
them
for
the
camera.
G
Thank
you
so
much
we're
cued
beautifully
there
we
go
and
with
some
of
our
cast
members
on
it
as
well,
so
you
will
be
seeing
these
around
town
in
the
very
near
future,
of
course,
designed
by
yours
truly,
and
I
take
a
lot
of
great
pride
and
honor
in
designing
our
covers
and
our
posters
to
make
them
look
really
great
for
our
kids.
G
G
Our
next
show
is
actually
going
to
be
scheduled
in
october
later
this
year
and
by
popular
demand.
They
have
chosen
shrek
to
be
the
next
one.
So,
yes,
you
will
be
visited
by
the
ogre
and
a
few
of
the
fairy
tale
characters
later
on
in
the
fall
this
year.
So
we
would
like
to
say
thank
you
for
your
time.
Our
wonderful
characters
that
came
out,
don't
suppose,
there's
a
photo
op
opportunity
without
holding
up
too
much
time
is
there
or.
D
G
With
your
hands,
if
council
would
come
on
down
and
the
kids
will
line
up
in
front
of
you,
thank
you
guys.
We
appreciate
this
opportunity
you're
going
to
have
to
burn
mayor
seidel,
just
just
for
one
photo.
First,
one's
clean.
Second
one:
why
don't
you
guys
line
up
in
front
there
and
I'll?
Have
them
turn
around
and
join
you
and
the
kids
will
keep
their
masks
on
everybody
will
stay
properly
with
protocol.
I'm
sure
we've
got
plenty
of
cameras
here.
G
G
Great,
thank
you
very
much
council
for
your
time.
Thank
you
to
my
characters.
Come
see
them
on
april
17th.
An
absolutely
great
show.
Thank
you.
Everybody
you
guys
can
head
out.
Thank
you
and
I'll
turn
my
music
off,
so
I
don't
politely
blast
out
music
for
the
next
person.
Thank
you
very
much.
Council.
D
You're
welcome
thank
you
for
coming
in.
We
appreciate
it
and
I'll
tell
you
500
what
was
it
575
at
the
last
event,
I
predict
we
have
more
and
if
there's
anyone
who
ever
questions
whether
we
support
the
arts,
the
proof
is
right
there.
So
that's
what
this
city
does
so
all
right,
nice
job,
very
good
job
citizens
don't
perform.
D
F
Kelly
o'brien
343
tavernier
drive
oldsmar,
just
to
add
a
little
more
to
the
arts
tonight.
I
am
here
on
behalf
of
ophoda,
which
is
the
oldsmar
friends
of
the
arts,
and
I
would
like
to
formally
introduce
our
gang
of
directors.
If
that's
okay
with
you.
A
Well,
we
really
need
you
suda,
theresa.
I
G
Thank
you
again
guys.
Oldsmar
friends
of
the
arts
is
now
formally
a
501c3
charitable
organization.
We
were
formed
by
dedicated
parents
and
volunteers
and,
as
kelly
mentioned,
the
members
that
are
here,
barbara
is
also
one
of
ours
missing
and
are
we
missing
anybody
else
and
miss
vicki?
Elkin
is
also
our
mission.
We
are
dedicated
to
supporting
oldsmar
performing
arts
programs
for
educational
and
charitable
purposes,
enhancing
the
caliber
and
experience
for
our
local
youth
and
families
that
will
empower
them
for
a
lifetime.
G
Now,
who
do
you
think
wrote
that
it
is
lifetime
experiences
with
theater
dance
and
all
the
programs
that
I'm
blessed
to
be
involved
with?
We
came
to
be
because
we
are
doing
much
higher
in
shows
these
days.
Disney
is
not
a
cheap
show
to
do.
There's
licensing,
there's
video
license
photo
license,
props
sets,
scenery,
costumes,
etc.
We
found
out
very
quickly
on
our
first
one
with
lion
king,
that
we
needed
some
funding
behind
us,
so
we
had
a
number
of
parents.
G
Actually,
I've
been
on
501cs
with
the
arts
in
the
past
many
times
it
was
the
parents
that
stepped
up
and
said.
We
need
to
do
this
formally.
We
need
to
go
ahead
and
form
a
501c3
take
in
the
donations
that
people
are
honored
are
giving
us
that
we're
honored
to
receive
and
be
able
to
give
them
the
tax
deductible
and
things
like
that
letters
back
and
such
so
the
parents
pulled
together
and
they
started
donating
themselves.
We
formally
went
501c3.
G
right
after
aladdin,
we
weren't
quite
501c
for
that
one
yet,
and
we've
held
several
great
fundraisers.
Already
many
of
you
have
supported
us
purchased
things.
We've
had
some
virtual
auctions
that
have
been
very
successful
and
we're
looking
at
continuing
those
as
well.
Also
the
beauty
and
the
beast
show.
This
will
be
our
third
performance
that
we've
supported
our
first
one
was
lion
king.
We
saw
200
people
at
that
show.
G
I
believe
our
second
one
was
aladdin
with
the
575
and
we
are
hoping
to
really
blast
that
number
away
for
our
third
show,
which
is
beauty
and
the
beast.
The
501c3
also
has
its
sights
set
to
support
other
programs
within
our
community.
Currently
there
is
the
the
dance
program
that
they
are
there.
If
a
child
cannot
afford
dance,
then
the
501c3
can
help
that
child.
We
want
it,
and
you
guys
know
that
know
me.
No,
my
goal
has
always
been.
G
G
Also,
our
hopes
in
the
future
are
including
a
community
choir,
which
we've
been
doing
for
several
years
at
christmas
time
and
we'd
like
to
build
on
that,
because
our
choir
members
keep
saying
when's
oldsmar
going
to
get
a
community
choir,
and
I
said
as
soon
as
I
get
the
501c3
behind
us
also,
we
are
holding
we're
also
hoping
to
get
to
adult
theatergun
oldsmar
used
to
have
three
theater
programs.
They
had
youth,
teens
and
adults.
G
G
We
are
planning
a
larger
event:
a
live
and
silent
auction,
mardi
gras
event
for
the
end
of
february,
2020
covid
and
everything
rules
based,
but
we
will
plan
forward
and
see
how
things
go
and
try
to
look
at
doing
a
little
bit
bigger
event
that
we
can
hold
every
year.
These
will
tend
to
be
more
art,
style
events,
part
of
the
reason
we've
chosen
a
mardi
gras
theme.
Also,
if
you
wish
to
support
our
cause,
you
can
always
visit
oldsmar
friends
of
the
arts
on
facebook.
We
are
working
on
our
website
as
well.
G
G
So
we
would
also
like
to
establish
regular
communications,
we're
here
to
tell
you
about
who
we
are
today
but
we'd
like
to
come
in
regularly
to
council
and
let
you
know
what
we
have
coming
what's
going
on,
where
we
can
use
some
help.
Staff
has
been
wonderful
working
with
us
on
these
programs
and
these
bigger
events
and
things
like
that.
We're
very
honored
to
have
all
of
them
that
we
work
with
from
felicia
to
chip,
to
bren,
to
ann
and
others
that
are
making
these
things
possible.
G
So
we'd
like
to
request,
maybe
even
being
put
on
a
future
agenda
quarterly
or
something
like
that,
or
some
type
of
regular
reporting
that
council
might
see
fit
of
us
being
able
to
come
in
regularly
and
keep
you
apprised
on
what
we're
doing,
because,
as
you
guys
know,
one
of
my
favorite
sayings
is
together.
We
can
do
great
things.
So,
who
knows
where
that
comes
from
testing
teacher
testing,
who
said
together?
G
We
can
do
great
things,
mother
teresa
and
I
didn't
find
that
out
until
after
I
started
using
it,
and
I
looked
it
up
and
it
actually
came
from
a
great
lady
who
does
believe
working
together
can
make
great
things
happen.
So
we
thank
you
for
your
time,
council.
We
thank
you
for
your
support.
Many
of
you
have
supported
us
as
well,
and
we
look
forward
to
growing
together
in
the
arts
and
our
future.
Thank
you
very
much.
Thank.
D
I'll
tell
you
all,
I'm
sure
I
speak
for
the
entire
council
when
I
say
how
happy
we
are
to
know
that
you
have
formalized
the
organization
and
that
enables
you
to
establish
all
the
regular
reporting
and
all
the
requirements
and
and
to
grow,
and
so
it's
an
exciting
time.
It's
a
very
exciting
time
for
the
arts
here
and
so
that
that
probably
just
ended
your
five
minutes
all
right
here
we
go
one.
C
B
H
J
D
Moving
on
with
the
citizens
open
forum,
thank
you
y'all
seriously.
Do
we
have
anybody
on
this
side
of
the
room?
What
I'd
like
to
do
is
call
our
new
community
policing
officer
up
to
the
deputy
to
introduce
herself.
She
was
at
our
last
meeting
and
I
neglected
to
have
her
come
up
and
introduce
herself
so.
F
So
I'll
be
super
quick.
I
am
laura
tutco,
I'm
your
new
community
policing
officer.
I'm
really
excited
to
be
here.
I've
worked
with
a
number
of
you
already
and
it's
been
such
a
great
experience
already.
You
guys
been
super
welcoming
I've
been
with
the
sheriff's
department.
Now
for
a
little
over
two
years
and
prior
to
that,
I
just
moved
to
the
area.
Two
years
ago
I
was
from
fairfax
county
virginia,
so
I
was
born
in
dc
and
I
was
a
police
officer
for
fairfax
county
for
seven
years
so
excited
to
be
here.
F
D
All
right
do
we
have
anyone
on
this
side
of
the
room,
mary
bevis.
A
Thank
you
and
mayor
and
council
doug
beavis
upper
tampa
bay
chamber
of
commerce,
101
state
street
west
excited
through
the
cooperation
of
the
chamber,
the
city
of
oldsmar
and
the
sheriff's
department
to
bring
the
flyer
for
oldsmar
days,
which
we
are
going
to
be
holding
april
23rd
through
the
25th
friday,
saturday
and
sunday,
some
great
bands,
friday,
night,
stormbringer
and
then
jeff
fatola
and
the
quarter
mile
rebels
saturday
as
jericho
turnpike,
fade
to
grace
jonathan
rox,
southern
train
and
just
added
southbound
75,
who
I
knew,
and
they
know
and
they're
very
great
sunday,
the
black
honkies
and
the
shakes
society.
A
So
we
have
a
full
line
up.
We've
you
know
met
with
the
sheriff's
department
and
the
city
about
our
social
distancing
and
our
guidelines,
and
so
we're
we're
ready
for
that
and
also
the
parade
is
on
saturday.
The
24th.
If
you
are
a
business
or
an
organization
like
the
opel
theater
that
would
like
to
be
in
there
they're
in
it
and
promote
something
it's
free
to
be
in
just
contact
the
chamber
oldsmartdays.com.
A
Also,
if
you're
a
vendor
in
the
area-
and
you
would
like
to
have
a
vendor
space
out
at
the
park-
we
have
actually
more
room
than
we
do
normally
for
vendors
because
we
don't
have.
We
don't
have
the
carnival
that
we
normally
have
so
we've
spread
everybody
out
all
over
the
place.
So
we're
really
excited
about
that.
A
And
the
second
thing
that
I'm
here
to
bring
to
you
is
through
the
cooperation
with
the
county
and
commissioner
eggers
and
the
city
of
oldsmar.
We
are
really
excited
to
hold
an
old,
smart
job.
Fair,
that's
going
to
be
happening!
A
May
15th,
that's
a
saturday
which
is
kind
of
different,
normally
they're
during
the
week,
but
a
lot
of
people
work
during
the
week
so
april.
15Th,
it's
going
to
follow
a
lot
of
the
same
things
that
congressman
bilarakis
did
so
we're
going
to
probably
have
50
to
60
vendors
at
the
oldsmar
sports
complex
on
the
hockey
rink.
A
And
so,
if
you
have,
we
continue
mayor
seidel
and
I
were
just
at
cypress
golf
the
other
day
and
it's
the
same
message
that
we
hear
from
construction
companies
from
manufacturers
from
hotels
from
restaurants
from
the
medical
field
is
the
lack
of
employees.
So
we're
excited
about
this,
we're
finishing
up
the
flyer
and
we
want
to
get
that
out.
We
got
about
six
weeks,
so
we
we
should
have
plenty
of
time.
A
So
if
anybody
on
the
council
knows
anybody
that
is
in
either
in
the
job
market
or
that
is
an
employer
and
looking
for
some
employees
predominantly
obviously,
obviously
it's
going
to
be
in
the
city
of
oldsmar,
but
also
the
chamber
footprint
extends
a
little
bit
beyond
which
also
might
employ
our
city
employees.
So
we're
a
little
really
looking
for
an
opportunity
for
some
of
our
city,
employee
or
not
city
employees,
but
our
city
residents,
employees
yeah.
A
Catch
your
breath,
I
didn't
catch
my
breath,
so
I
figured
if
I
stormed
right
through
it,
but
our
city
residents
to
really
have
an
opportunity
to
live
work
and
play
here.
So
we
will
keep
you
and
posted
on
that,
but
that's
may
15th,
probably
from
one
to
four
o'clock
at
the
oldsmar
sports
complex
again,
thank
you
to
the
city
and
the
council
for
that
and
we'll
give
you
more
details
as
they
become
available.
Thank
you
excellent.
Thank
you,
sir
good.
F
I
don't
have
one
that
good
well,
how
appropriate,
though
it
was
to
have
our
local
youth
performers
on
a
night
when
you'll
be
discussing
a
development
proposal
that
could
include
a
new
theater
for
oldsmar,
and
so
I'd
like
to
speak
to
that
item
on
the
agenda.
When
I
first
heard
a
theater
was
in
consideration
for
the
park
area
next
to
city
hall,
it
was
still
several
years
away,
but
now
here
we
are
with
the
opportunity
to
make
it
happen.
F
Additionally,
the
cultural
arts
committee
has
been
absorbed
by
leisure
services,
so
that
leaves
the
city
without
a
mechanism
for
arts-minded
people
to
be
involved
in
the
development
of
this
theater
and
its
subsequent
use,
a
theater
is
much
more
than
a
building.
To
do
it
right
will
require
a
business
plan.
That's
developed
out
of
a
larger
vision
of
how
oldsmar
would
like
to
influence
the
local
performing
arts
and
entertainment
communities
in
upper
tampa
bay.
F
So
there
is
potential
for
this
theater
to
really
make
its
mark
on
the
future
for
artists
and
fans
in
this
area,
and
it's
a
tremendous
opportunity
and
I'm
so
excited
that
we
we're
really
close
to
having
another
theater
and
having
one
right
here
in
oldsmar
I
mean
the
potential
is
really
incredible.
It's
amazing,
and
so
I
want
to
come
back
to
my
request
for
an
ad
hoc
committee
that
could
help
the
city
build
a
business
plan
so
that
we
can
create
the
best
theater
possible.
F
D
Thank
you.
Thank
you,
and,
and
you
know
this
is
not
an
agenda
item,
but
what
I
would
say
this
this
much
to
that
and
we're
at
different
phases.
It's
exciting
that
we're
at
this
phase
that
we
are
having
said
that
we
still
have
a
lot
of
negotiations
to
do
to
make
sure
that
it
happens
and
I'm
not
sure
about
it's
business
as
usual
with
the
townhouses
we
haven't
approved
townhouses
in
a
long
time,
but
but
that's
part
of
the
process
of
where
we're
at.
D
D
D
I
hope
I
have
faith
in
this
negotiations
team
if
this
goes
favorable
tonight,
but
I
don't
know
everybody
up
here
could
hate
that
idea.
So
you
know
all
right.
Is
anybody
else
on
this
side
of
the
room,
all
right
with
that,
I'm
going
to
go
ahead
and
close
the
citizens
open
forum
next
item
on
the
agenda
is
community
minute,
which
we
pronounced
announced
by
our
city,
clerk
and
nixon.
F
All
right,
so
we
have
the
mayor's
water
challenge
for
the
month
of
april.
This
annual
challenge
for
water
conservation
encourages
residents
and
businesses
to
take
a
pledge
each
day
during
the
month
of
april,
for
a
chance
to
win
three
thousand
dollars
for
your

at

they're
joined

about
biodigesters
and
how
they
can
turn

into

and

Attendees
can
build
their
own
biodigester
with

provided
additional
parts
required
find
out
what
they
are
and
how
to

at
experienceable.
F
D
Oh
very
good.
That
was
clever
all
right
next
item
on
the
agenda:
approval
of
additional
new
agenda
items.
We
have
item
three:
five,
nine
and
sixteen
the
chair
is
there.
Anybody
wish
to
pull
anything
the
chair
under
ten
motion
to
approve.
I
have
a
motion
to
have
a
second.
I
have
a
motion
and
a
second
end
discussion,
you're,
ready
to
vote
all
in
favor
signify
by
saying
aye.
Aye.
D
All
opposed
motion
passes
next
item
on
the
agenda
awards
and
recognition
item
number
one
presentation
of
business
of
the
quarter
for
first
quarter
for
2021,
which
will
be
presented
by
our
vice
mayor.
J
Good
evening,
everybody
all
right,
so
I've
been
tapped
to
present
the
business
of
the
quarter
of
award
for
2021
first
quarter
and
that
award
is
going
to
be
going
to
the
upper
tampa
bay
education
foundation.
So
joe,
would
you
like
to
come
up
and
then
we'll
bring
the
rest
of
the
group
up
afterward,
I'm
going
to
read
a
little
bit
of
an
introduction
and
then
we'll
go
from
there.
J
In
addition
to
the
five
scholarships
the
utbef
provides
annually
600
star
grants
which
stands
for
student
teacher
achievement,
recognition
to
14
elementary
and
four
middle
schools
within
the
chamber
footprint
in
early
2019,
the
utbef
began
a
program
where
local
chamber
business
partners
could
sponsor
a
school
for
a
star
grant.
This
is
a
great
opportunity
for
a
local
business
to
have
a
direct
impact
in
our
community
and
to
encourage
and
celebrate
exceptional
students
and
the
teachers
who
mentor
them.
J
F
This
is
lithia
bowen
from
car,
wise,
middle
school,
sheila,
nestler
from
tell
me
catalyst,
marketing
and
paula
saraki
from
impact
graphics.
I
guess
I'd
like
to
say
thank
you
andrew
for
this
award
and
certainly
think
that
the
council,
it's
been
a
very
good
year
for
us.
F
We
do
a
lot
of
good
things,
we're
not
real
good
at
tooting,
our
own
horn,
but
this
helps
this
year
I
was
looking
at
the
numbers
I
mean
we
gave
away
over
twenty
thousand
dollars
in
scholarships
and
star
grants
to
the
schools
that
we
support
and
it's
we
were
able
to
do
that
and
we
still
maintained
the
endowment
which
started
at
250
000
and
we've
been
given
eight
to
ten
thousand
dollars
a
year.
F
Thank
you.
First
of
all,
I
wanna.
F
Everyone
expects
the
large
businesses
to
do
it
because
it's
the
right
thing
to
do.
We
want
small
businesses
to
do
it,
because
it's
a
smart
thing
to
do.
They're
their
future
employees.
We've
got
aj
with
callisto
art.
He
was
the
small
business
owner
of
the
year
for
the
upper
tampa
bay
chamber.
He
became
an
all-star,
so
one
of
the
things
we
wanted
to
do
was
continue
with
this
all-star
messaging
and
we're
having
a
fundraiser
on
july
13th.
F
It's
the
all-star
game,
which
I
guess
is
now
going
to
denver,
but
we
don't
care
because
we've
got
19
restaurants
in
the
upper
tampa
bay
area
that
are
donating,
10
percent
of
their
entire
sales
directly
to
the
schools.
What
we're
funding
is
the
grants
because
education
budgets
have
been
you
know,
basically
hacked
because
of
what
they've
had
to
allocate
money
for
kovit
we're
providing
basic
needs,
school
supplies,
ability
for
the
kids
to
go
to
special
camps,
basically
getting
the
kids
motivated
to
keep
on
learning.
You
know
and
keep
on
keeping
on.
F
A
B
J
J
Thank
you
real,
quick,
sorry,
mayor
joe,
is
the
awards
dinner
still
happening.
Did
you
want
to
plug
that
too,
or.
J
Yeah,
that's
when
the
when
the
scholarships
come
out
too
right
or
not
traditionally,
yeah.
K
F
Five
scholarships
for
five
students
from
countryside,
eastlake.
B
D
I
say
this
more
and
more,
but
I
I'm
I
am
reminded
of
I
think
of
mayor
beaverland
a
lot
because
I
remember
when
that
donation
was
first
made
and
who
made
it
and
the
work
that
took
place
to
go
to
raise
some
money
to
match
it,
and
so
it's
really
exciting
to
see
it
continue
to
do
the
job
that
it
does.
That's
terrific
all
right
item
number
two
under
wards
and
recognition
we're
going
to
move.
D
Unfortunately,
the
recipient
family
could
not
be
here
and
by
moving
it,
they
will
be
able
to
be
here
which
we'd
like
to
see
happen.
So
we're
going
to
skip
that
item
next,
we'll
move
on
to
the
community
redevelopment
agency
item
number
three:
consideration
of
conceptual
plans
submitted
by
devin
s,
rushnell
llc
for
the
city-owned
property,
located
adjacent
to
the
oldsmar
public
library,
and
so
here's.
What
we're
going
to
do
is
we're
going
to
allow
for
a
brief
presentation
by
the
developer
and
then
we'll
have
the
opportunity
to
ask
questions.
D
H
Yours,
thank
you.
John
views,
150
state
street
east.
H
All
right
well
tonight
we're
talking
about
the
site
plan
primarily
for
the
parcel,
but
I
want
to
let
everyone
know
it's
preliminary
in
the
sense
that,
generally
speaking,
the
boundaries
are
going
to
stay
the
same,
but
especially
when
we
get
to
the
theater.
By
no
means
is
that
etched
in
stone
at
all.
It's
a
placeholder.
At
this
point,
it's
a
pretty
picture
to
get
some,
I
like
to
say
to
get
some
positive
feedback
as
well
as
some
constructive
criticism,
so
we
can
kind
of
make
it
better.
H
So
we
are
a
long
way
off
from
the
design
of
that.
But,
generally
speaking,
I
want
to
make
sure
we
start
somewhere,
and
this
is
our
starting
point
so
today
I
will
spare
the
story
because
we
told
it
a
few
weeks
ago
about
the
idea
for
the
theater,
but
one
thing
that
stays
the
same
is
the
idea:
was
it's
been
here
for
a
hundred
years?
The
idea
is,
the
theater
was
part
of
the
fabric
of
the
community.
H
So
when
you
see
the
pictures
you're
about
to
see
that
that
as
kind
of
needs
to
stay
in
my
mind,
part
of
the
overall
theme,
but
how
it
looks-
there's
a
thousand
ways
to
create
beautiful
architecture.
This
is
just
one
of
999
more
to
consider.
H
So
the
first
primary
site
plan-
this
was
just
to
try
to
show
the
boundaries
and
up
front.
Most
importantly,
up
front
is
the
live
work
units
a
little
small
in
this
particular
version,
but
all
the
units
that
front
st
pete
drive
are
designed
to
be
of
the
live
work:
variety,
small
cafes,
professional
offices,
home
offices.
H
Those
are
also
many.
Many
of
those
trees
are
not
being
touched
inside
the
site-
yes,
of
course,
but
I
just
want
to
point
out
that
the
boundaries
are
important
to
protect
from
I
happen
to
live
on
the
street,
so
it's
important
to
me
and
the
neighbors
to
do
the
best
we
can
at
not
impacting
those
particular
houses.
So
I
think
we've
done
a
good
job
of
keeping
the
buildings
away
from
those
property
lines
and
I'm
really
excited
that
most
of
the
trees,
especially
along
the
ditch,
are
staying.
H
So
those
neighbors
won't
have
to
necessarily
see
buildings
behind
them
that
they've
had
trees
for
25
years.
So
this
is
the
we'll
move
on.
This
is
just
to
show
those
couple
of
boundaries.
This
next
site
plan
is
to
break
up
the
style,
so
the
dark,
the
blue
in
the
middle,
is
all
the
what
I'll
call
residential
parcels.
Those
are
the
true
townhomes.
Those
are
strictly
what
we
call
single
family
attached,
product,
they're,
sick,
they're,
six
and
eight
plex
town
homes,
and
then
the
you'll
see
the
odeon
in
the
corner.
H
Next
to
the
library
that
is
new.
The
last
time
we're
up
here.
The
library
site
was
where
the
beamworks
building
is
so
that's
something
brand
new
to
consider
today
and
then
the
buildings
up
front
are
the
live
work
we
just
spoke
about
also
I'll.
Add
that
this
particular
site
plan
currently
has
94
units,
it's
zoned
for
96.,
but
94
work
better
as
well
as
there's
42,
guest
parking
and
30
on
street
parking,
as
well
as
every
unit
has
their
own
driveway
and
garage.
H
This
next
one
is
just
to
break
out
the
two
phases,
and
I
want
to
point
out
that
town
homes
as
usual,
they
are
a
little
easier
than
the
theater
because
we
can
design
them.
We
know
what
what
builders
want
to
see,
but
I
think
phase
two
is
important
to
show
that
is
phase
two
kind
of
it's
part
of
this
community.
H
It
needs
to
be
designed
at
the
at
the
front
stage,
but
the
building
of
it
will
be
at
a
different
phase,
but
vertical
lots
of
work
to
do
on
that,
where
the
townhomes
are
going
to
hopefully
move
forward
at
a
much
quicker
pace.
So
I
just
wanted
to
show
that
there
is
two
phases
to
this
project
and
then
now
getting
into
the
into
the
fun
stuff
come
on
there
we
go.
So
this
is
just
one
interpretation
of
of
what
the
theater
building
could
look
like
on
st
p
drive.
H
I
remember
conceptual
idea
only.
We
need
lots
of
community
input,
but
the
style
I
chose
on
this.
One
was
mediterranean
revival
to
mimic
the
library
which
actually
mimics
the
old
train
station
that
was
never
built.
So
we
pulled
the
old
train
station
out
to
try
there's
a
few
different
details
in
here
that
you
may
not
notice
that
that's
from
the
train
station.
H
So
please,
when
everyone
does
comment,
architecturally
speaking,
there's
a
thousand
ways,
remember
that
so
this
is
just
one,
but
I
did
want
to
point
out
that
we
do
have
the
street
engagement
with
st
pete
drive
and
you'll
see
the
steps.
That's
the
main
entrance
with
the
marquis,
which
we
would.
We
would
like
to
see
a
real
marquee
there
that
looks
like
an
old
theater.
H
And
then
this
is
just
a
zoomed
out
a
little
bit
to
show
you,
the
relationship
to
the
library
you'll,
see
to
the
right.
That's
the
existing
trellis,
maybe
someday
the
future,
cafe.
That's
where
the
marketing
department
is
now,
but
you'll
also
start
to
notice
some
activation
between
the
two
buildings,
the
courtyard
that
runs
between
it
to
the
parking
lot.
H
There
we
go,
I
just
think
renderings
at
night
look
cool,
that's
all
I
showed
this
one.
They
feel
they
feel
very
romantic
and
real.
This
one
is
to
show
a
little
closer
image
of
the
of
the
activation
between
the
library
and
the
odeon.
With
some
fountains
that'll
be
a
breezeway,
we
could
put
trellises
there.
We've
got
lots
of
opportunity
there,
because
the
main
parking
is
supply.
The
main
parking
of
the
oeon
is
very
important
to
notice
it's
supplied
by
the
parking
lot
of
the
library.
H
So
I
want
to
point
that
out:
that's
allowed
to
be
done
in
the
in
the
town
center,
because
they're
different
use
time,
so
we
can
use
that
parking.
So
all
that's
why
they
engage
that
there
is
80
some
parking
spaces
on
cp
drive,
but
there
is
also,
I
don't
know
the
number,
but
it's
in
the
in
the
three
digit
numbers
behind
it.
So
we
wanted
to
connect
the
two
in
case
a
let
me
back
up
after
hearing
today.
I
think
we
need
to
make.
H
We
might
need
to
build
a
bigger
boat
here
in
terms
of,
but
if
we
end
up
with
a
couple
hundred
people
in
there,
we
would
need
more
parking
than
st
pete
drive.
Would
a
lot.
So
that's
why
we
want
to
make
sure
it's
important
to
engage
that
courtyard.
H
Oh
man,
this
is
sensitive
tonight.
Okay,
this
is
this
is
the
first
draft
of
of
what
we'll
call
the
live
work
units
it's
in
the
colonial
west
indies
style,
and
these
are
all
the
live
work
units
that
are
just
front
saint,
peter
drive,
they're,
actually
the
same
floor
plan,
the
same
townhouse
on
the
second
and
third
floor
as
the
interior
units,
but
downstairs
where
the
interior
units
have
a
big
garage.
This
is
where
the
live
work,
units
reside
and
then
the
front
of
the
unit
which
I'll
show
you
momentarily
has
a
garage.
H
These
buildings
are
also
elevated
up
because
of
the
new
fema
flood
maps.
We
had
to
be
at
13
feet,
so
we're
going
to
have
to
raise
the
plaza
in
front
of
the
liver
units,
so
we've
allotted
for
handicap
access
as
well
as
steps,
so
it
won't
be
down
at
sidewalk,
but
we've
created,
which
we'll
also
see
a
few
more
pictures
later
on,
is
how
that
relationship
from
the
sidewalk
and
the
and
the
live
work
units
are.
H
Here's
a
closer
up
close-up
version
of
the
one
on
the
corner.
This
is
at
the
entrance
to
the
community
right
next
to
the
theater,
but
you
start
to
see
the
storefront
look
signs.
You
know
the
very
traditional
style
I
think,
a
few
weeks
ago
or
months
ago,
I
proposed
a
lot
of
imagery
and
ideas.
This
is
actually
one
of
very
close
to
what
I
hope
the
end
product
would
be.
H
It
actually
works
on
that
site
works
in
the
footprint
works
in
the
square
footage
it
works
in
all
the
zoning,
so
we
think
it's
pretty
cool,
looking
and
would
fit
in
with
the
town
style
here
come
on
there.
Oh
man,
this
is
a
close-up
of
that
existing
sidewalk
relationship.
I
mentioned
before
just
to
make
sure
you
understand,
there's
two
but
we're
making
the
setback
big
enough.
There's
going
to
be
a
courtyard
if
you
will
a
10
to
12
feet
between
the
landscaping
and
the
and
the
doors.
H
This
one
is
showing
it's
hard
to
see
in
this
image,
but
there's
some
cafe
tables
between
those
two
buildings,
as
hopefully
one
of
the
corner
units
could
be
a
small
cafe,
and
then
we
have
20
feet
between
buildings.
That
would
be
ideal
for
some
outdoor
seating
that
would
allow
for
a
greater
use
of
that
space.
So
it's
not
right
in
front
of
the
units.
So
it's
just
one
of
many
examples.
H
This
is
talking
about
the
gateway
plaza.
This
is
at
the
intersection
of
st
pete
drive
and
state
street.
This
is
a
holding
spot
for
something
special
to
go.
There.
We
kind
of
ran
out
of
time
doing
all
this
other
design
work,
and
we
wanted
to
spend
some
extra
time
to
make
it
special.
But
you
can
see
right
now,
I'm
showing
a
fountain.
H
It's
really
meant
to
be
something
more
of
a
monument
impediment,
something
really
cool
there,
but
you're
gonna
have
to
forgive
me.
I
had
to
put
a
fountain
there
because
time,
but
when
you
see
this
eventually
from
the
architectural
standpoint,
you'd
start
to
see
what
things
could
go
there
too
I'll
show
you
one
example
here
in
a
minute.
H
This
is
just
zoomed
up
I
for
fun.
I
just
took
an
image
of
the
wings
and
moved
them
here.
I'm
not
suggesting
remove
it.
I'm
just
trying
to
fill
up
space
to
show
you
something
cool
could
be
there.
If
it's
not
this,
I
think
a
public
art
it's
a
great
spot
for
some
kind
of
public
art,
whether
we
do
that
now
in
the
future.
Just
to
give
you
guys
some
thinking
points
to
remember
this
corner
could
also
be
an
enlarged
unit
for
a
bigger
cafe.
H
You
know
more
of
a
restaurant
style,
so
please,
let
me
show
you
some
more
images
that
in
the
future
tonight
was
just
more
of
some
imagery
to
keep
you
thinking.
I
wanted
to
show
here
that
this
is
important
to
me.
The
residents
on
the
second
that
second
and
third
floor
balconies
are
for
the
same
units,
but
I
think
from
from
an
outdoor
space.
H
This
is
a
great
opportunity
for
those
homeowners
to
have
front
row
seats
to
the
parades
to
all
the
things
we
do
over
the
years
and
then,
of
course,
when
we
have
a
vibrant
downtown
like
we're
starting
to
develop
now
across
the
street.
You'll
see
a
new
building
going
up
now,
there's
talk
of
some
other
things
going
on.
That
will
be
already
ready
for
that,
and
so
we
think
that's
a
premium
on
st
pete
drive.
H
H
H
This
is
just
to
give
you
an
idea
of
this
is
the
back
the
front
side
of
if
you're
an
owner.
This
is
the
front
side
of
the
live
work
units.
You
can
see
a
peekaboo
through
the
gateway
plaza
there
between
these
two
units,
but
on
the
front
side,
you'll
see
they
look
like
they're
residential
right,
they're,
not
commercial,
they
have
the
garage,
they
have
their
front
door,
so
they
very
much
look
familiar
and
nothing
is
out
of
place
in
terms
of
a
homeowner
wondering
how
live
work.
H
Units
work,
it's
all
done
behind
the
scenes,
and
this
last
shot
is
just
kind
of
a
relationship
to
show
you
the
live
work
units
up
front
and
then
the
the
residential
behind
it.
You
can
see
a
little
bit
of
the
theater
to
the
right
which
just
giving
the
idea
of
the
community
as
a
whole.
H
That's
the
distance,
those
buildings
in
the
back
and
then
the
tree
line.
That's
still
going
to
stay.
H
And
then,
lastly,
is
just
more
of
a
complete
site
plan.
That's
graphically
showing
those
units
that
you
saw
on
the
first
site
plan
to
give
you
more
of
a
relationship
to
the
library,
that's
existing
library,
the
existing
parking
lot.
If
you
want
to
kind
of
connect
how
this
fits
in
that
site.
This
is
the
best
image
to
do
that.
H
H
So
I
wanted
to
make
sure
we
were
on
the
same.
I
know
today
is
not
unnecessarily
approval
of
that,
but
I'd
love
some
feedback,
architecturally
speaking,
if
this
is
the
direction
that
we
can
pursue
today,
is
only
I
believe,
the
site
plan,
mr
mayor
talking
about
the
site
plan,
but
it
would
help
if
we
could
talk
about
anything
that
you
see
regarding
the
architecture
of
the
live
work
or
the
townhomes.
D
Behind
technically
it
would
not
be
designed
planned
it's
a
conceptual
plan
for
the
city
manager
to
go
negotiate.
Thank
you,
there'll
be
a
site
plan
at
a
later
time,
which
would
then,
of
course,
at
that
point,
entertain.
Probably
some
of
the
details
and
technical
review
committee
and
all
the
other
things
that
that
will
transpire
between
there.
H
Yeah,
like
you
said
earlier,
there
is
still
a
lot
to
do.
This
is
a
big
step
that
putting
something
that's
realistically
buildable
on
the
site
for
us
to
for
the
developer
side.
This
is
a
big
step
for
us,
but
now
there's
a
lot
of
technical
work,
not
only
contract
negotiations
but
as
well
as
site
planning
environmental
studies,
lots
of
things
that
go
behind
the
scenes
that
will
take
several
months
to
execute.
B
Thank
you,
mayor
I'll,
be
brief,
just
because
a
lot
of
my
questions
do
have
to
do
with
more
of
that
nitty-gritty
to
follow
with
submission
to
of
a
site
plan
to
various
regulatory
agencies.
You
know
the
technical
review
committee
fire
code,
all
that
kind
of
stuff
in
general.
I
echo
this
the
sentiments
that
I
gave
at
the
prior
meeting
that
I
absolutely
love
it.
I
think
the
multiple
public
spaces
are
fantastic.
B
B
I
have
a
slight
concern
about
the
parking
with
the
live
work
units
there
being
24
of
them
and
then
30
spaces
out
front.
You
know
we
have
a
an
ordinance
coming
up
on
tonight's
agenda,
for
a
temporary
use
to
kind
of
use
some
parking
that
that
was
over
allocated
in
the
past.
So
I'm
a
little
bit
concerned
about
that
in
general.
I
wanted
to
provide
you
some
feedback
that
I
know
there's
a
thousand
ways
to
do
any
given
piece
of
architecture.
I
particularly
appreciate
this
version,
so
I
think
they're
very
nice.
B
I
appreciate
that
you
have
94
instead
of
96.
I
think
the
opposite
use
of
the
library
parking
is
fantastic
idea.
I
think
traffic
could
become
a
concern
at
that.
Stop
four-way
stop
there,
but
I
appreciate
your
reputation,
your
existing
work
in
the
city
and
I
look
forward
to
feedback
from
the
various
reviews
and
technical
submissions
that
are
to
come
and
negotiations
with
our
city
manager
and
negotiating
team.
J
I
just
thought
of
one
more
actually
based
on
comment
about
traffic.
First
off
the
design
is
great.
I
think
it
really
shines
and
complements
the
library.
Well,
I
love
the
marquee
idea
facing
out
to
the
street
first
off.
I
guess
I'm
guessing
the
pool
may
be
just
kind
of
a
placeholder
as
well,
but
that
would
likely
have
kind
of
restricted
access
to
it.
I
would
imagine
it's
not
intended
to
be
a
community
pool,
correct,
correct,
just.
H
To
be
fenced
in
and
gated
and
key
fob
so.
J
So
then,
a
couple
of
things
related
to
traffic,
one
for
for
the
live,
work
units
kind
of
twofold:
that's
that's
all
going
to
be
an
attached
or
single
unit
right.
So
you
know,
if
there's,
if
there's
a
cafe,
how
is
it
how's
the
delivery
going
to
happen?
Is
that
only
restricted
by
the
front
access
that
type
of
thing?
And
that
might
be
getting
too
detailed
at
this
point,
but
there's.
H
A
great
question
I'll
answer,
part
of
it
by
saying
each
of
these
townhomes
are
single
they're
deeded
single
family
attached,
so
each
live
work
unit
is
on
its
own
that
that
owner
by
our
current
statute,
you
can
rent
that
out
to
anyone
you
want,
you
can
use
it
yourself
and
then
it
has
restricted
uses
based
on
the
current
cra
ordinance,
I'm
unaware,
if,
if
two
owners
got
together
and
rented
both
to
the
same
person,
I
mean
I
don't.
H
We
could
certainly
put
that
on
the
list
of
questions,
but
right
now
they
are
kind
of
single
individual
use.
So
the
back
access
is
only
for
the
homeowner
itself.
That's
only
for
the
garage
and
the
entry,
so
the
front
access
on
simply
drive
is
is
just
to
that
and
you
can,
by
the
way
the
homeowner
can
get
to
the
live
work
as
well.
They
have
access
from
the
garage,
but
generally
speaking,
that
the
front
doors
are
the
only
access
point
to
live,
work.
J
Okay
and
then
just
one
last
question,
I'm
glad
you
mentioned
access,
because
with
a
development
of
this
size
and
that
many
units
is
it
going
to
be
a
problem
only
having
a
single
in
and
out
to
the
entire
development
vehicular
access.
H
No,
not
by
code
or
by
community
standards.
It's
not.
There
is
one
talk
of
having
a
what
we
call
an
emergency
access
would
be
cross
access,
easement,
one
of
those.
If
you
look
at
the
very
top
right
corner
where
it
almost
connects
to
the
library
parking
lot
and
if
you
come
down
to
the
almost
to
the
library,
you'll
see
another.
H
Those
are
two
opportunities,
but
I
would
consider
those
access
to
not
necessarily
be
daily,
because
we
we
they're
on
city
property
and
the
cross,
ask
us
access
easement,
but
there
has
been
a
question
on
the
list
of
things.
To
talk
about
is
how
we
make
that
maybe
an
emergency.
C
H
Area
in
the
townhomes
on
the
interior
of
the
site
and
I'll
back
up
and
show
you
this,
I
did
go
fast.
C
H
If
you
look
on
the
very
first
page,
if
you
can
go
back
to
the
first
page,
if
you
look
at
the
interior
units,
you
can
see
a
mini
floor
plan
in
there.
So
you
have.
If
you
look-
and
I
don't
there's
this
pointer-
I'm
not
sure
this
pointer
will
show
up
on
the
tv.
H
But
if
you
look
you'll
see
the
there's
a
driveway,
then
there's
a
garage,
a
one-car
garage
door
and
then
there's
a
front
door
by
the
stairs
and
then
behind
that
all
those
units
that
is
all
open
because
it's
below
flood
so
there's
a
three-car
garage
space
in
all
those
units.
You'd
have
to
move
a
car
out
to
get
a
car
in,
but
that
whole
downstairs
three
quarters
of
that
whole
building
is
storage
or
garage
and
then
a
quarter
of
it
is
the
front
door
and
the
stair,
the
stairway
and
the
elevator
shaft.
H
H
They're
all
they're,
all
very
similar,
I'm
trying
to
get
a
few
of
them
to
be
as
big
based
on
the
mayor's
comments
up
to
600,
maybe
even
larger,
but
they
will
all
be
at
least
500
dan
and
I'm
trying
to
break
the
building.
You
can
also
see
that
in
this
image,
if
you
look
at
the
front
at
st
pete
drive
you'll
see
those
pop-outs.
C
H
Well,
my
vision
started
out
as
the
beamworks
building
had
great
shell
as
a
box,
but
since
then
I've
gotten
great
community
input
of
saying
all
the
and
I
love
it
because
all
the
multiple
uses
this
building
could
have
from
events
to
renting
it
to
all
kinds
of
different
venues
in
addition
to
the
theater.
So
would
I
like
it
to
be
the
capital
theory?
Yes,
would
I
like
to
commit
that
much
money
to
it?
H
I
can't
answer
that
I
was
trying
to
show
in
this
image
something
that
I
think
could
be
built
on
this
shell,
the
exterior
of
the
shell
for
the
money
that
was
kind
of
talked
about,
but
the
sky
is
the
limit,
and
I
have
a
feeling
grateful
for
the
volunteers
to
create
some
committee
to
create
what
is
the
wish
list
on
here
to
find
out
what
that
is,
so
that
we
can
put
some
numbers
to
it
to
give
good
answers.
But
I
think
originally,
you
asked
my
vision.
Originally
I
was.
H
I
saw
that
as
saying
that's
a
great
building
if
I
could
turn
that
shell
into
a
black
box
and
do
the
shell
that
looked
architecturally
beautiful
then
that
we
could
figure
out
what
to
put
inside
because
of
such
a
blank
canvas.
So
there's
some.
My
vision
today
still
feels
that
way.
I'm
trying
to
get
the
box
to
be
big
enough
to
hold
all
these
different
ideas
get
the
architecture
great,
but
inside
the
building
is
still
a
blank
canvas
because,
as
you've
heard
tonight,
if
we
have
500
people-
I
don't
I
don't
have
enough
room.
H
So
we
got
to
kind
of
find
how
many
people
do
we
want
it
to
be
for,
and
how
did
the
budget
work
so?
The
inside
mr
soraki?
I
don't
I'm
not
a
theater
guy,
so
I
have
a
plan
actually
to
go
visit
the
murray
here
in
the
next
couple
weeks
to
learn
more
about
that.
But
that's
that's
a
lot
of
work
to
do
to
figure
out
what
goes
in
and
how
can
we
make
it,
but
I
wanted
to
make
sure
that
the
site
that
I
carved
out
for
it
had
room
to
grow.
H
If
you
look
at
the
site
plan,
it
is
not
maxed
out,
I'm
just
showing
an
approximate
building
that
that
kind
of
mimicked
the
beamworks
building
as
a
starting
point,
but
we
do
have
some
room
on
this
corner
piece
to
make
it
larger.
If
the
if
the
budget
allows.
Does
that
answer
your
question
that
was
absolutely
perfect.
C
K
Conceptually
I
like
the
idea.
Most
of
my
questions
were
answered
in
my
meeting
with
al
and
felicia.
The
main
one
I
had
was
was
at
the
final
location
of
the
theater
and
just
thinking,
driving
in
from
saint
pete
and
seeing
it
at
the
intersection
of
state
street,
where
you
have
the
towns
at
odeon
sign
there.
I
understand
parking,
wasn't
an
issue
to
have
it
there,
and
then
that
was
discussed.
So
I
was
happy
that
it
was
discussed.
K
I
wasn't
sure
that
I
liked
that
it
was
dismissed,
but
I
understand
why
and
then,
as
council
member
gannon
brought
up
the
parking
issue
and
just
the
amount
of
understanding
of
parking
that
I
have
now
going
through
this
process
to
serve
on
council
is
incredible,
but
just
being
able
to
use
the
parking
lot
over
there,
I
understood
it
and
then
keeping
the
aesthetic
with
the
library
I
also
like
so
conceptually
I
did
like
it.
I
had
a
couple
of
those
questions,
the
same
thing
about
the
pool
as
well.
K
Do
we
put
them
in
different
places?
Do
we
use
that
green
space
for
everybody,
or
we
make
sure
that
it's
a
pool,
but
in
general
I
was
for
it.
It
was
just
those
couple
of
things,
but
basically
I've
already
been
discussed.
K
H
H
So
they
will
expect
that
to
be
private,
not
gated,
not
necessarily
gated,
although
this
could
be
gated
behind
the
public
space,
but
that
so
that
pool
that
green
space
is
really
dedicated
to
the
residents
or,
and
the
builders
would
expect
that.
So,
if
you
that's,
why
I
kind
of
highlight
this:
to
show
the
public
private.
H
If
you
will
those
buildings
that
are
up
front
on
st
b
drive,
although
they're
private
and
the
access
is
in
the
private
side
of
the
community,
the
public
is
against
the
front
side,
so
the
typically
the
builder
wouldn't
want
the
public
space
being
within
that
residential
community,
since
we're
doing
all
of
it
out
front.
Does
that
make
sense?
So
I
want
to
point
that
out.
It's
very
great
point.
K
H
At
this
number
of
units
they
would
want
to,
they
would
want
to
expect
a
pool
and
a
club
small.
It's
not
even
a
clubhouse.
It's
a
small
bathroom
facility
with
a
covered
area.
You
all
the
national
bills,
will
expect
that
at
94
units,
and
so
would
the
homeowners
as
well.
D
D
I
want
to
talk
a
little
bit
about
the
units.
Am
I
and,
of
course
you
know
the
green
space
and
that
kind
of
stuff
related
to
the
pool.
Our
intention
would
be,
of
course,
you're
buying
the
land,
so
it's
a
private
development
right
and
so
I'm
sure
that
you're
open,
while
the
discussions
are
kind
of
free-flowing-
and
I
have
no
doubt
that
they'll
have
many
different
opportunities
as
to
the
best
way
to
tackle
this.
D
You
have
to
the
ceiling
has
to
be
so
high
because
of
props,
and
you
got
to
have
backstage
access
and
you
got
to
have
this
and
you
got
to
have
that
so
I'm
sure
you're
open
to
that
type
of
negotiations
to
say
it's
a
carve
out
we're
going
to
sell
you
the
rest
of
the
land
and
we're
probably
going
to
you
know,
go
work
on
this.
If
that's
the
way
things
work
out,
is
that
correct?
Yes,.
H
H
D
Going
to
get
added,
the
price
tag
will
get
added,
plus
commission
for
that,
okay,
all
right,
all
right
and
you
mentioned,
and
if
you
would
just
talk
about
it
very
briefly-
the
theater
design
and
I
recognize
like
I
said
you
know
that
could
be
a
carve
out.
We
go
do
whatever,
but
you
know
we
part
of
the
value
you
bring
strategically.
Is
your
design
work
right
and
so
can
you
speak
a
little
bit
more
about
the
design
work
that
you
did
there?
D
H
There
that
building,
although
beautiful,
didn't,
have
a
lot,
it
wasn't
historic
right.
It
was.
It
was
historically
old.
D
H
Ranch
style,
brick,
building
with
a
front
porch,
I
mean
it
kind
of
had
that
style.
So
there's
none
of
that
carried
over
this
was
really
exclusively
from
the
original
train
station
and
the
library
next
door.
So
you
see
the
main
body
of
the
building
where
the
marquee
is
is
influenced
by
the
marquis
and
library
not
the
same,
but
they
have
the
same
style.
The
mediterranean
revival.
H
This
has
it's
kind
of
hard
to
see
here,
but
this
has
some
columns
like
like
the
current
columns,
but
behind
it
here
is
a
small
box
office.
You
know
I
really
want,
even
if
it's
the
black
box
theater,
we
want
to
treat
it
like
it's
been
there
again,
I
told
you
100
year
old
building
had
a
box
office,
so
we
would
want
a
box
office.
H
H
That's
where
that
came
from,
but
I
am
certainly
open
to
studying
other
styles,
but
I
picked
that
one
because
a
I
like
the
library,
it's
architecturally
significant
in
my
mind,
and
if
you
look
at
the
train
station,
although
the
images
that
you
can
get
are
fairly
small,
it
has
the
same
tower
idea.
There's
some
similar
features
to
that.
H
D
Very
good,
and-
and
can
you
talk
just
a
little
bit
about
the
economics
of
the
buildings,
the
townhouses
in
particular
like?
What's
the
target
price,
what
what
kind
of
square
footage
in
terms
of
livable
square
feet?
Sure
the.
H
All
the
town
homes
are
about
2,
000
square
feet
of
living
area.
The
target
price
today
anyway,
would
be
probably
in
the
high
threes
low
fours.
The
live
work
units
would
be
more
because
the
whole
downstairs
or
half
the
downstairs
would
be
finished
to
a
commercial
level.
Have
a
bathroom
things
of
that
nature,
but
the
townhomes
in
the
interior
of
the
building
would
start
there
and
then
some
will
have
a
premium
based
on
the
views
all
along
the
back
way.
You
look
at
it.
H
D
H
I
I
would
say
in
the
mid,
30
million
dollar
range
is
my
best
guess
today.
Okay,
I
did
some
math,
I
don't
know
if
it's
accurate
until
I
show
al
about
the
tax
base,
but
I
think
that
should
be
part
of
the
conversation
too.
You
know
what
that
generates
county
city
there's
quite
a
bit
of
impact
fees
due
for
this
project
as
well.
H
D
It's
nice
with
all
the
other
things
going
on
the
other
side
of
town,
how
much
more
valuable
that
property
is
probably
over
there
by
the
library
I
mean
it
certainly
helps
support
one
another.
I
mean
I'm
sure
you've
already
recognized
that
as
you
go
into
negotiations
that
you're
buying
at
a
good
time,
but
it's
really
valuable.
H
Well,
we
do
we
did
we,
we
created
the
own
value
by
by
having
the
idea
to
a
better
use
of
this.
We
have
hotel
opportunities
here.
We've
had
a
big
apartment
buildings
with
parking
garages
all
probably
financially
beneficial
to
the
city
as
well,
but
I
I
don't
know
if
the
scale
of
those
met,
what
we
hadn't
envisioned
when
I
was
creating
the
kind
of
the
downtown
plan.
Also,
the
library,
of
course,
has
always
been
our
anchor
at
that
side
of
town
and
with
the
light
the
city
hall,
the
other
we're
trying
to.
H
D
Absolutely
all
right,
I
have
no
other
questions.
Thank
you,
sir.
We
appreciate
your
presentation,
city
manager,
any
comments
stab.
D
D
D
Yeah,
listen,
I
you
know
the
only
comments
that
I
have
is
that
I
I
think
our
citizens
are
encouraged
by
it.
I
think
we
are.
It
certainly
is
the
right
type
of
development
for
the
other
side
of
what
will
ultimately
be,
I
like
to
call
it.
The
town
city
walk
that
walkable
area,
and
so
I
think
that
I'm
hopeful
that
we're
able
to
get
the
terms
and
we
will
and
make
a
deal
all
right.
I
have
any
other
discussion,
all
right.
D
Very
good:
does
anybody
wish
to
pull
anything
all
right?
The
chair
will
entertain
a
motion
to
approve.
I
have
a
motion.
Do
I
have
a
second?
I
have
a
motion
and
a
second
discussion.
So
that's
when
you're
ready
to
vote
all
favors
signify
by
saying
aye
aye.
All
opposed
motion
passes
next
item
on
the
agenda
city
of
oldsmar
presentation
from
the
city
of
oldsmar
innovation
team.
So
who
do
we
have
coming
up
from
the
innovation
team?
I
know
we've
got
a
few
of
them
here
right,
some
innovators.
D
I
Love
these
hello.
We
do!
How
are
you
all
tonight
good
evening?
Thank
you
for
having
us
here.
It's
been
a
while
there's
some
new
faces,
so
welcome
to
our
newer
council
members.
I
can't
remember
andrew
if
you
saw
one
of
our
presentations
before
my
name
is
katie
ferrelli,
I'm
the
procurement
analyst
for
the
city,
I'm
joined
tonight
by
several
of
my
innovation
teammates.
I
So
if
you're
here
maybe
give
a
little
wave
I'd
like
to
at
least
name
our
current
roster
who's
working
with
us
right
now,
we
have
representation
from
almost
all
of
our
city
departments,
including
ashley
painter
and
sarah
adkins,
from
public
works,
brynn,
newley,
dauphine
and
juan
marculi,
and
robert
josek
from
leisure
services,
wes
hernandez
and
barbara
schulte,
from
as
well
as
myself
from
administrative
services,
renee
nieman
from
fire
rescue
and
nixon
our
city
clerk
and
mark
mcginley
from
communications
marketing
and
the
arts.
I
Give
you
guys
some
updates.
We
had
planned
to
present
an
update
around
this
same
time
last
year,
but,
as
we
all
know,
that
plan
got
a
little
interrupted
by
kovid.
So
we're
happy
to
finally
be
back
in
front
of
you
with
some
updates
on
our
past
projects.
What
we've
been
working
on
since
we
were
here
last
and
what
we're
tackling
next.
I
So
first
I'll
give
you
an
update
on
our
previous
sandmaster
and
global
work
order
projects
the
first
real
project,
the
innovation
team
worked
on
after
its
initial
inception
was
the
sandbag
site
process.
The
team
had
our
first
foray
into
value
stream
mapping
to
detail
every
step
in
the
sandbag
site
process.
From
start
to
finish,
that
information
was
used
to
identify
possible
efficiencies,
largely
revolving
around
implementation
of
a
machine
or
device
that
could
help
us
produce
bags
more
efficiently.
I
The
team
thoroughly
investigated
several
machines,
ranging
from
semi
to
fully
automated
that
could
assist
with
sandbag
production
and
we
landed
on
the
sandmaster
20
as
our
best
option.
This
is
essentially
an
attachment
with
20
holes,
which
can
be
utilized
with
existing
heavy
equipment
to
fill
bags
which
are
pre-loaded
onto
the
attachment
and
then
scooping
sand
into
them
and
cinching
the
bags
as
it
releases
them
down.
I
Since
the
device
has
been
implemented
in
the
summer
of
2018,
it
has
been
used
to
produce
approximately
15
000
sandbags,
though
we
initially
thought
this
would
reduce
staff
time
or
involvement
in
the
sandbag
process.
We
found
that,
due
to
the
increased
production
capabilities,
coupled
with
some
additional
modifications
to
the
site,
setup
and
operation
itself,
that
that
has
not
necessarily
been
the
case,
but
the
staff
is
still
investing
a
similar
amount
of
time.
They
are
yielding
a
much
greater
production,
a
smoother
distribution
system
and
drastically
less
physical
effort.
I
The
next
larger
project.
The
team
worked
on
involved,
improving
internal
communications
throughout
the
city
and
managing
interdepartmental
work,
requests
through
a
global
work
order
system.
Not
only
could
this
provide
a
central
location
for
all
users
to
create
work
orders,
but
also
expanded
our
ability
to
track
work,
orders
and
generate
reports.
I
It
was
determined
to
implement
an
available
module
from
our
city's
existing
enterprise
resource
software
adg,
and
the
team
worked
on
mapping
the
various
work
order,
types
that
are
applicable
to
all
of
our
city
departments.
The
approval
chains
required
for
those
work,
orders
and
notification
contact
lists
for
who
should
be
notified
when
there's
a
new
work
order
when
it's
completed,
etc.
I
Since
implementing
the
global
work
order
system
in
2019,
it
is
in
fuller,
partial
use
by
eight
different
city
divisions.
Some
interesting
observations
and
follow-ups
have
surfaced
since
implementation,
including
a
realized,
need
for
some
additional
programming
to
help
close
the
loop
between
work
order,
creation
and
closeout.
I
I
I
One
of
our
more
recent
completed
projects
is
implementation
of
information
kiosks
in
an
effort
to
be
a
more
connected
city
and
provide
a
little
more
automation.
We've
obtained
two
interactive
kiosks
they're
currently
residing
at
the
library
in
city
hall,
though
again,
and
no
thanks
to
covid,
we've
not
been
able
to
utilize
them
to
their
full
and
intended
capacities
just
yet.
However,
once
the
pandemic
subsides,
we
are
allowed
and
we
are
allowed
to
touch
things
again.
I
Following
the
team's
research
council,
approval
has
been
obtained
to
purchase
a
remote,
controlled
slope
mower.
This
would
increase
staff
safety
particularly
related
to
mowing
in
areas
with
steeper
inclines,
as
well
as
allow
for
an
increased
level
of
service
to
less
accessible
areas
that
require
mowing.
Unfortunately,
there
was
some
manufacturing
issues
that
have
developed
and
delayed
the
physical
acquisition
of
the
mower,
but
purchasing
is
exploring
our
next
steps
and
alternative
options.
I
One
of
the
processes
that
the
team
analyzed
using
a
process
known
as
value
stream
mapping
was
shift
trades
for
the
fire
department.
The
request
and
approval
process
for
fire
rescue
staff
to
trade
shifts
involved.
Multiple
physical
signatures
and
required
duplication
of
tracking
the
innovation
team,
determined
a
digital
or
software
solution
may
yield
positive
results
and
after
trying
several
alternatives,
fire
rescue
discovered
they
could
utilize
a
previously
unused
feature
of
existing
software.
They
already
had
that
they
were
using
for
other
other
applications
to
help
manage
this
process.
I
I
The
recent
work
on
state
road
on
state
road
580
that
was
performed
by
dot,
provided
an
opportunity
to
test
this
theory,
which
yielded
positive
results
as
far
as
the
completion
time
was
concerned,
and
from
that
it
was
determined
that
additional
signage
would
allow
leisure
service
crews
to
now
complete
the
median
mowing
within
the
same
amount
of
time
as
they
could
before
they
purchased
the
attenuator.
Only
now,
with
a
greater
amount
of
safety
to
staff
and
the
drivers
surrounding
those
male
areas.
I
After
reaching
out
to
all
departments
for
ideas
on
process
or
procedures
that
may
be
worth
investigating
for
efficiencies
or
improvements,
it
was
brought
to
the
team's
attention.
The
delays
in
processing,
the
monthly
purchasing
card
or
our
credit
cards
that
some
staff
use
was
negatively,
impacting
accounting's
ability
to
close
out
each
month
again
utilizing
the
value
stream
mapping
process.
The
team
worked
with
accounting
to
make
some
minor
modifications
to
the
process
which
yielded
major
positive
impacts.
I
In
the
words
of
our
accounting
administrator
amy
ratliff.
Putting
the
checklist
responsibility
on
a
cardholder
and
supervisor
has
made
a
very
big
difference.
The
amount
of
sendbacks
has
dropped
dramatically.
Employees
are
taking
it
upon
themselves
to
call
vendors
and
request
invoice
copies
or
tax
credits
before
they
pass
on
the
expense
report
for
approval
instead
of
finance.
Finding
the
issue
and
having
to
email
them
for
follow-up.
I
But,
particularly
as
it
relates
to
solar
energy,
there
was
more
successful
research
that
could
be
implemented.
The
team
conducted
a
more
in-depth
look
at
various
options
for
solar
power
around
the
city.
Some
such
projects
are
pending
funding
and
inclusion
in
the
budget,
potentially
including
installation
of
solar
panels
to
offset
electricity
costs.
As
part
of
that
research,
the
team
looked
at
various
locations
where
solar
would
have
the
most
impact
and
return
on
investment.
I
D
D
So
as
a
city,
it
makes
us
better.
So
I
I
know
the
council
is
grateful
for
all
the
work
that
goes
into
that.
So
we
say
thank
you
good
job.
I
F
Didn't
so
the
idea
of
deep
work
is
that
when
you
concentrate
on
something
you
get
a
lot
more
done,
multitasking
isn't
really
multitasking
you're
going
from
one
task
to
another.
In
your
mind,
you
have
some
residual
attention
left
on
the
previous
task,
so
the
deeper
concept
is
you're
sitting
there
and
you're
really
focused
on
the
deep
stuff
that
you
know
that
matters,
it's
the
20
that
makes
that
80
right.
F
So
what
we
do
here
in
the
city
is
we
interrupt
each
other
a
lot
and
my
idea
was:
we
could
have
a
dedicated
hour
where
we
simply
wouldn't
interrupt
each
other
unless
we
really
had
to.
But
when
we
tried
to
talk
with
the
department
heads
about
it,
we
found
that
departments
had
different
times
that
they
would
like
that
hour,
and
so
it
just
wasn't
quite
right
that.
C
I
D
D

D
B
D
The
only
the
only
discussion
that
I
would
have
on
the
subject
is
simply.
I
wish
there
was
a
way
I
recognize
that
our
procurement
policies
require
that
we
go
through
a
process,
but
I
wish
there
was
a
way
that
we
could
create
some
type
of
ordinance.
That
would
allow
us
to
accelerate
in
certain
situations-
and
I
don't
know
what
that
is.
You
know,
but
this
might
be
one
of
those
where
it's
I
don't
know
anyhow,
maybe
that's
something
staff
takes
a
look
at
you
know.
G
D
Yeah
well,
there's
no
question:
it
has
to
be
fixed
correctly.
It's
more
talking
about
the
speed
in
which
it
takes
to
get
it
repaired
right.
So
I'm
sure
there
was
a
lot
of
pre-existing
damage
that
was
there
probably
just
sent
it
over
the
top,
all
right
sense

you're

Item
13's
request
for
council
authorization
to
advertise,
2021.004
rfp
requests
for
proposals
for
solid
waste
collection
services.
City's
existing
contract
with
republic
services
for
solid
waste
collection
is
scheduled
to
expire
on
september
30th
2021.
The
city
must
seek
a
new
contract
for
collection
of
refuse
and
recycling
throughout
the
city
for
both
residential
and
commercial
customers.
Staff

prepared
the
tentative
solicitation
schedule
to
allow
for
as
much
transition
time
as
possible
prior
to
the
expiration
date
to
minimize
service
disruptions.
E
E
Significant
changes
to
the
solid
waste
collection
and
recycling
industry
have
transpired
during
this
time
frame
and
a
new
solicitation
is
warranted
to
explore
both
new
service
models
and
competitive
pricing
staff
recommends
approval
and
get
ready.
This
is
not
going
to
be
good
news,
which
I
think
most
of
you
have
heard
me
say
before
I.
D
B
E
E
To
I
mean
recycling
is
really
funny
in
the
sense
that
the
accusations
of
which
are
all
true
about
when
spot
markets
don't
favor
the
company.
The
recycling
goes
in
the
regular
trash.
That's
true,
that's
that's
not
even
debatable,
but
it's
also
important
to
them,
and
since
the
waste
energy
plant
fees
are
now
skyrocketing
because
of
25
years
of
wonderful
performance
without
any
reserve
for
repair
which
they're
now
facing
they're
now
putting
that
in
a
the
county
is
now
putting
that
on
top
of
it.
E
J
Got
a
question
for
the
city
manager
when
it
mentions
new
service
models.
Is
there
anything?
That's
I
mean
this
would
be
kind
of
a
nationwide,
and
maybe
it
gets
done.
Maybe
it
doesn't
in
terms
of
encouraging
reduction
in
waste
generation
by
residents.
E
E
I
wouldn't
expect
to
get
that
from
the
bidders,
because,
obviously
they
want
to
be
paid
for
what
they
do
dump,
but
it's
a
fair
point
and
I
can
promise
you
ashley's
done
a
great
job
of
trying
to
get
us
all
to
understand
that
better,
so
we're
working
on
it
internally
and
we're
opening
that
up
to
the
community.
So
we
can
present
that
as
the
most
intelligent
way
to
address
this,
but
we're
also
all-
and
it's
not
directly
what
you
mentioned,
but
the
there
is
a
lot
of
conversation
about
a
regional
solution
on
the
recycling
side.
E
Unfortunately,
it
requires
a
facility
that
may
or
may
not
happen
in
pinellas
may
or
may
not
happen
in
hillsborough
and
is
multiple
years
away
in
either
case.
So,
no
matter
what
we
need
a
stopgap
solution,
but
to
your
point,
that's
something
that
we're
working
on
for
ourselves
and
for
the
community
from
us.
Okay,
great.
E
That
could
change
depends
on
what
the
numbers
are
and
what
we
decide
we
can
afford,
because
it
would
subsequently
require
us
to
make
a
recommendation
for
rates
to
the
council
and
we'll
work
through
all
that,
but
service
changes,
as
we
mentioned
them
here-
are
a
potential
option.
K
Council,
barbara
mcgregor
anything,
no,
we
saw
it
coming
so
now
it's
in
front
of
us,
but
I'll
get
not
in
front
of
it.
Something
I'd
like
to
see.
Instead
of
you
know,
contracts
running
out
in
september,
so
I
think
you
had
mentioned
to
me:
did
I
do
it
a
little
sooner,
but
sooner
the
better.
I
think,
let's
see
what
we're
going
to
have
to
look
at.
D
It's
a
ways
away,
and
so
I
know
all
the
other
cities
are
dealing
with
this
as
well.
I
mean
we
hear
about
it
and,
and
we
may
have
to
look
at
some
alternatives
as
it
relates
to
the
number
of
collections
and
that
type
of
stuff,
I
don't
know
we'll
see
we'll.

the
city
manager
wants
to
take
lead
on
that.
E
Only
that
council
member
gown
and
asked
this
be
placed
on
the
agenda
for
discussion
and
that
I
submitted
a
preliminary
engineering
report
from
our
city
engineer
for
the
council's
review
last
night.
I
did
not
have
it
when
I
was
creating
the
agenda
packet,
but
we're
ready
to
answer
any
questions.
All.
D
B
Any
comments
yeah,
thank
you
mayor,
so
just
for
a
little
bit
of
background,
what
precipitated
my
my
requesting
that
this
be
placed
on
the
agenda
on
march
26
2021.
We
all
received
an
email
from
a
resident
who
also
happens
to
be
our
city
clerk,
but
still.
B
You
know
it
and
she
pointed
out,
as
she
could
probably
literally
point
out
from
her
office
the
dangers
at
the
intersection
of
state
street
and
580
right
outside
council
chambers.
Here
there
is
no
light
there.
It's
a
right
turn
or
a
left
turn
across
all
four
lanes,
and
apparently
she
had
actually
witnessed
an
accident
two
weeks
ago.
So,
probably
two
and
a
half
weeks
ago
now
and
city
staff
was
involved
in
comforting
and
calming
the
people
involved
in
the
accident.
B
So
I
I
can't
imagine
this
traumatic
event
transpiring,
but
you
know
she
took
action
and
she
sent
us
an
email
to
kind
of
talk
about
what's
happening
at
that
intersection
and
if
to
me
it
was
important
to
address
it
like
we
would
any
other
complaint
or
comment
or
request
from
a
citizen,
and
so
I
requested
it
be
put
on
the
agenda
and
the
city
manager
was
kind
enough
to
quickly.
B
B
D
I
think
that's
fine,
why
don't
we
do
this?
I
mean
have
just
some
general
discussion.
If
we
want
to
get
more
into
the
detail,
you
know,
because
I
have
some
thoughts
on
it.
Based
on
the
memo
that
came
back,
I
mean
it
kind
of
seemed
to
me
that
first,
it
was
interesting
to
have
the
data
to
know
exactly
what
kind
of
accidents
have
happened
there.
I
was
surprised
to
find
that
the
majority
of
the
accidents
over
the
last
five
years
were
caused
by
somebody
being
struck
from
someone
going
east
west.
D
That
surprised
me
right
right,
because
it
was
that
that
was
kind
of
surprising,
because
I
would
have
thought
it
was
all
from
the
other
way,
because
that's
where
you
can't
really
see
when
it
comes
up
yeah,
but
with
my
suggestion-
and
we
certainly
can
discuss
it
longer
and
have
more
detail-
would
be
not
to
take
really
action
on
this
at
this
time.
D
I
think
it's
good
that
it's
been
brought
to
our
attention,
and
I
say
that
in
part
because
of
the
amount
of
work
that's
likely
to
come
on
the
short
term
as
it
relates
to
the
town
center
development
and
what
that
means
to
the
traffic
will
will
probably
have
a
whole
new
dynamic
to
it.
That
we
will
have
to
address
as
part
of
our
our
plan.
K
B
This
is
this
potentially
changing
anything,
it's
one
of
those
situations
where
you
ask
once
you
know,
and
if
there's
a
potential
development
in
the
downtown
area
that
requires
some
traffic
measures.
At
that
time,
we
would
have
to
do
something
again
essentially
and
make
an
ask
to
the
county
and
to
the
state
to
to
alter
that
intersection,
and
so
the
the
sort
of
suggestions
were
take.
B
No
action
work
with
fda
to
have
the
580
merge
onto
state
street
or
eliminate
the
left,
turn
request,
traffic
signal
and
those
kinds
of
things,
and
so
my
my
inclination
was
to
take
no
action
but
to
keep
this
information
in
mind
as
we
continue
to
work
toward
developing
downtown.
K
I
just
and
in
terms
of
safety,
of
course,
that's
on
our
minds
with
the
logistics
that
go
into
it.
I
don't
know
enough
about
it
to
comment
knowledgeably,
and
so
it
was
with
the
staff's
recommendations
and
what
the
engineer
had
presented
to
us
as
well,
where,
okay,
what
decision
would
we
make?
We
would
make
a
decision
about
traffic
light
course,
and
so
that's
where
I
was
coming
from
where
I
can't
possibly
know
enough
about
this.
I
don't
the
traffic
patterns
and
all
the
rest
of
it.
K
So
as
much
information
as
we
can,
but
to
what
council
member
canon
had
said.
If
we
we
can
only
do
it
once
and
we're
going
to
have
to
do
it
once
we
know
we
may
be
able
to
do
it
again,
but
if
we
change
it
the
first
time
and
then
we
realize
we
have
to
change
it
again
with
the
development
that's
coming,
I
think
it's
better
to
keep
going
and
just
try
to
see
it,
keep
it
as
safe
as
possible,
but
nothing
to
do
right
now.
Councilmembers.
C
K
C
J
Yes,
the
memo
as
well
as
is
the
concern
that
was
brought
up
kind
of
highlights
just
a
broader
issue,
with
a
longer
section
of
that
road
with
issues
the
other
intersection
down
there
at
forest
lakes
is
a
real
doozy
with
a
lot
more
incidents
there.
So
it
kind
of
circling
back
again
to
if
we're
gonna
make
some
asks
about
something
to
do
with
that
section
of
state
highway.
D
J
Yeah
so
yeah
that's
something
to
keep
in
mind.
Obviously
this
is
this.
This
has
some
issues
and
anything
that's
unsafe
and
has
opportunity
for
improvement.
We
should
do
whatever
we
can
to
push
that
along,
but
it's
just
one
of
I
think
even
baby
was
mentioned
in
there
or
something
else.
So
it
was
the
crosswalks
and
whatnot
so
just
general
as
far
as
forest
lakes
yeah.
So
something
to
keep
in
mind.
D
All
right:
well,
I
don't
think
we
take
any
action.
We
have
consensus
on
that,
but
I
do
think
it's
important
to
have
that
information.
Yes,
because
I
don't
know
that,
had
it
not
been
for
that,
that
request
come
forward,
that
we
would
have
known
the
facts
and
the
details
of
what
was
happening
over
there.
So
it
makes
us
all
mindful
of
it
as
we
continue
on
this
process
with
the
town
center.
B
B
B
Thank
you
mayor.
Well,
I
know
I
was
absent
at
the
prior
meeting.
I
do
apologize
for
that,
but
you
do
have
to
hear
a
repeat
of
our
mayor's
comments
and
thank
yous
to
our
city
staff
and
to
the
mayor
himself
for
their
participation
in
leadership.
Pinellas.
That
first
day
you
guys
I
was
beaming
literally
beaming
with
pride.
I
was.
C
B
B
I
was
so
proud
of
our
city.
I'm
telling
you
felicia
knocked
it
out
of
the
park.
She
was
showing
videos,
she
had
interesting
content.
It
wasn't
a
repeat
of
what
the
people
from
dunedin
had
said.
Nan
got
up
and
gave
a
presentation,
it
was,
it
was
just
fantastic,
deb
vitrelli
was
there.
She
was
also
part
of
the
programming
planner
for
the
day
she
was
on
the
committee
and
I
was
so
proud.
I
was
taking
selfies
with
everyone.
B
He
was
like
who
is
this
ganon
character,
but
I
I
really
really
appreciated
all
of
you
being
there
and
really
showing
off
for
us.
I
thought
that
was
fantastic,
huge
snaps,
shout
outs,
chip
pots.
You
are
awesome
and
you
guys
continue
to
be
awesome.
I'm
I'm
talking
about
the
movies
in
the
park.
The
concerts,
I'm
talking
about
breakfast
with
the
bunny.
I'm
talking
about
all
these
events
that
continue
to
go
on
no
matter
what
brynn?
Are
you
still
awake?
Yes,.
B
B
I
mean
I
understand
that
easter
isn't
the
end
all
be
all
for
events,
but
it's
just
really
important,
especially
if
you
have
young
kids
like
I
do
to
have
something
to
do
in
your
community
and
they're,
finding
a
way
to
continue
to
make
it
work
and
they
just
keep
doing
it
so
and
you
know
no
rain,
everybody
cross
your
fingers
for
no
rain
happy
birthday
to
andrew.
We
didn't
talk
about
chalk
at
the
park
this
weekend,
but
it
is
sidewalk
chalk
day
at
the
park
this
weekend,
it's
on
the
community
minute
10
to
1..
D
J
Thank
you
first,
I
just
wanted
to
send
a
shout
out
again
to
the
gentleman
or
the
young
guy
playing
lumiere.
The
whole
time
like
this
and
wavering
wavering
is
like
oh,
he
was.
He
was
really
fighting
it,
so
that
kind
of
dedication
tells
me
it's
going
to
be
a
good
show.
J
J
Secondly,
I
watched
a
bit
of
the
or
actually
most
of
the
charter
review
committee
meeting
from
that
took
place
yesterday,
so
I
just
want
to
give
a
quick
shout
out
to
those
people
that
volunteered
and
participated
are
participating
in
that
process.
I'm
looking
forward
to
seeing
what
comes
our
way
from
that
after
going
well
we're
still
finishing
up
ordinance
review
committee
content.
J
Third,
I
wanted
to
follow
up
again
about
the
movie
in
the
park.
We
were
grilling
out,
my
parents
and
my
wife
over
there
and
kind
of
dabbled
in
both
it
was
a
great
turnout.
I
think
all
the
kids
and
families
really
enjoyed
it,
something
else
that
happened
while
we
were
out
there
is.
I
know
people
have
been
aware,
especially
the
council
members,
about
the
this
wheeling
phenomenon
and
I
happened
to
catch
a
couple
of
kids
going
the
full
length
of
the
pier
doing
a
wheelie.
J
So
I
took
it
upon
myself
to
kind
of
catch
them
on
the
way
back
and
said:
hey
guys,
I
mean
it's,
I
get
I
get
it
it's
a
thing:
it's
it's
something
fun
to
do,
and
you're
practicing
and
you're
trying
to
develop
it,
but
there's
people
you
know
families
walking
along
the
pier.
It's
really
not
the
best
place
to
do
it,
so
just
something
to
highlight
that
if
there's
anything
through
our
means
to
encourage
it
or
provide
a
venue
for
that
might
be
something
to
think
about,
because
it's
not
a
place
we
want
to.
J
I
mean
full
length
out
and
back.
I
was
like
that
probably
and
a
skateboard,
but
not
so
bad
anyways.
Next
thing,
on
my
way
over
here
tonight,
leaving
my
neighborhood
at
rogers
park,
there
there's
a
basketball
court
right
alongside
hayes,
boulevard
or
hayes
road.
Excuse
me
time
and
time
again,
basketballs
are
rolling
into
the
street.
So
I
don't
know
if
that's
something
that
you
know
is
probably
kind
of
a
simple
thing
to
maybe
address
and
help
minimize,
kids
or
adults
running
after
a
ball,
I
mean
the
ball.
J
I
almost
hit
the
ball.
Thankfully
nobody
was
running
right
after
it,
so
just
something
to
keep
in
mind
from
a
safety
perspective
and
then,
finally,
I
was
in
charge
of
making
sure
we
have
enough
staff
for
the
tent
on
sunday.
So
if
you
haven't
filled
out
the
doodle
yet,
which
I
think
just
about
everybody's
responded,
so
I
have
to
check
it
myself
just
to
make
sure
we're
there,
but
I
think
we're
ready
to
go.
I
know
you'll
be
kinda
sorta.
D
C
C
We
actually
found
the
legal
documents
and
tom
confirmed
it.
So
what
we
decided
to
do
is
take
the
oldsmar
cup
day
and
put
it
by
its
birthday,
which
is
april
12th,
and
this
is
the
first
year
that
we're
actually
going
to
have
the
oldsmar
cup
on
a
saturday.
We
usually
have
it
on
a
sunday
talk
with
ann
and
the
tampa
bay
downs,
and
we
decided
to
try
a
saturday
this
year
to
see
what
kind
of
response
we
get
it's
free
admission
to
every
resident
in
the
city
of
oldsmar
free
admission
for
you
and
the
family.
C
All
you
need
is
an
id.
Your
driver's
license
will
work
and
you
get
in
for
free,
it's
a
great
it's
a
great
thing
and
after
the
race
don't
know
the
time
of
the
race.
Yet
the
race
should
be
around
three
o'clock
four
o'clock
on
saturday
afternoon.
It's
usually
the
third
or
second
last
race
of
the
day,
and
then
once
the
winner
go
down
to
the
circle,
get
your
picture
taken
for
the
oldsmar
cup
and
someone's
gonna
win
it
and
three
years
in
a
row
I
picked
the
winner
last
year.
C
C
It's
fun,
there's
food
stuff
for
the
family,
everything
I
want
to
say
something
with
katie.
I
want
to
agree
with
you
100.
I
think
chip
you're
doing
a
great
job.
You
really
are
there's
so
many
great
and
bryn
too.
Yes,
there's
so
many
great
events
going
on
like
katie
said
no
other
city
is
doing
what
we're
doing.
C
I
mentioned
to
al
at
the
suncoast
league
of
cities
board
meeting
I
mentioned
that
we
were
doing
these
events
we're
having
oldsmar
days,
we're
doing
all
kinds
of
stuff
and
the
other
cities
in
pinellas
county
were
like
kind
of
shocked
that
we
were
doing
stuff
so
keep
up
the
good
work,
great
job.
Thank
you
for
all.
You
do.
Thank
you
for
you
and
your
staff,
your
team,
great
job
and
then
the
last
thing
did
anyone
do
that
personal
firewall.
C
I
did
it
today.
I
gotta
tell
you
that
is
really
good.
It
took
me
about
15
minutes
to
complete
the
whole
thing
100,
but
that
personal
firewall
is
one
of
the
best
training.
I
t
things
they
sent
us.
It
really
makes
you
aware,
because
just
recently
last
week
we,
my
personal
bank
account
was
hacked
and
that
firewall
personal
firewall
really
taught
me
some
of
the
lessons
that
I
think
I've
learned
now
that
I
will
never
get
hacked
again.
So
I
thought
that
was
really
good.
That's
all!
I
have
thanks
mayor.
Thank
you,
andrew.
K
Councilmember
graber
happy
birthday,
vice
mayor,
you
guys
who
don't
know,
I'm
actually
I'm
the
youngest
of
five
and
my
kids
are
the
13th.
Are
you
talking
about
the
council?
No?
Well,
I'm.
D
K
Since
our
last
meeting,
my
son
turned
three,
my
sister
celebrated
a
birthday.
My
brother
celebrated
a
birthday,
my
niece
celebrated
a
birthday
and
my
other
niece
will
celebrate
a
birthday
april
10th.
So
it's
a
very
busy
time
for
birthdays,
but
I
wanted
to
make
sure
I
said
and
recognize
them.
While
we
were
recognizing
andrew
and
I
also
want
to
say
being
a
fan
of
podcasts.
K
I
listened
to
the
experience
ultimate
podcast
with
deb
and
al,
and
there
was
a
lot
of
information
in
a
not
very
long
amount
of
time,
so
it
kept
everybody's
attention
or
at
least
kept
mine
and
I'm
sure
it
did
for
other
folks.
So
I
think
that
is
a
fantastic
idea.
As
soon
as
I
saw
that
it
was
posted
up
on
facebook,
I
listened
to
it
right
away
and
and
absolutely
a
fan
of
it,
but
other
than
that.
That's
all
I
had.
D
All
right,
thank
you.
I
do
have
a
few
items
number
one
I
I
would
echo
that
overall,
we
continue
to
put
on
events,
and
I-
and
I
say
this-
we
put
them
on
with
care.
We
think
of
ways
we're
not
just
putting
them
on
reckless.
We
put
them
on
with
care.
We've
come
up
with
creative
ways
at
the
end
of
the
day.
That
takes
a
lot
of
effort,
and
so-
and
I
promise
you,
our
citizens
recognize
it.
They
really
do
and
so
great
job.
D
For
those
of
you
who
don't
know,
I
posted
this
on
facebook,
because
felicia
al
and
myself
had
some
discussion
about
whether
or
not
we
would
attempt
to
try
to
bring
maybe
a
pop-up
vaccine
here
you
may
have
heard
of
some
other
cities
doing
it.
However,
I
did
not
bring
it
back
up
again
in
part,
because
walgreens
here
and
osmar
is
now
doing
it
and
so
they're
doing
it.
I
spoke
to
them
over
there.
The
other
day,
they're
apparently
not
super
busy.
D
That
might
change
who
knows,
but
you
can
go
online
to
their
website.
You
can
book
an
appointment,
doesn't
cost
you
anything,
and
so
they
they're
set
up
to
do
it.
So
I
I
think,
that's
probably
the
the
course
to
continue
down,
but
I
did
want
to
make
a
point
in
mentioning
that
tomorrow
I
will
mention
once
again
coffee
with
the
mayor.
I
I
thought
that
was
cute
and
that
was
very
good.
That'll
be
fun,
it'll,
be
about
20
minutes.
Maybe
30
minutes,
it's
not
going
to
be
super
long.
D
The
intent
is
to
just
kind
of
talk
a
little
bit
about
what
happened
the
night
before
I'm
not
going
to
get
into
discussing
debates
of
the
night
before
just
so.
You
all
know
that
it's
going
to
be
what
ended
up
happening
and
we'll
attempt
to
answer
some
questions
that
people
might
have,
because
we
get
that
and
it'll
be
an
interesting
medium
to
experiment
with.
I
know
it's
being
used
in
some
other
cities,
but
I
don't
know
of
many
cities
that
are
using
it
here
in
pinellas,
county.
B
Marco
woody
has
been
doing
like
a
live
podcast,
not
a
q,
a
session,
but
he's
been
doing.
I
think
it's
almost
daily.
Is
it
daily
or
it
might
just
be
weekly,
but
he's
been
doing
it
on
facebook.
D
Okay,
well
good,
oh
yeah!
Well,
good!
I
should
know
that
I'll
see
him
tomorrow
anyhow,
so
that
should
be
fun.
It's
going
to
be
at
9
30,
so
stop
over
by.
I
will
be
out
of
town
this
weekend,
so
I
won't
be
able
to
attend
some
stuff.
I
am
going
to
see
my
oldest
son,
who
just
was
promoted
by
my
company
to
take
over
as
company
president,
so
I
have
relinquished
company
president
and
you
know
he's
pretty
much
been
running
things
for
a
while.
D
Now
anyhow
can't
lie,
and
so
it's
kind
of
an
exciting
time
and
congratulations.
Thank.
D
Is
a
semi-retirement,
it
is
part
of
the.
It
is
part
I'm
remaining
as
a
chief
executive
officer
who
nobody
reports
to
other
than
the
president.
So
you
know
we'll
we'll
work
on
strategic
stuff
with
him
and
he's
he
is
doing
an
amazing
job.
I
I
joke
a
little
bit
and
say
man.
I
never
knew
how
horrible
I
was
at
that
because
he's
crushing
the
numbers.
So
congratulations.
D
Thank
you
all
right.
Just
to
fyi.
Some
of
you
probably
noticed
that
we
did
make
a
change
in
the
agenda
to
put
the
tentative
agenda.
Last
ann-
and
I
discussed
this
and
really
we
discussed
it
a
while
back
or
I
think
it
was
a
while
back,
but
it
makes
sense
to
have
it
at
the
very
end,
and
why
is
this?
D
Because
if
we
have
something
under
comments
that
you
don't
want
to
just
add
it
to
the
agenda
without
some
kind
of
backdrop
to
it,
it
gives
you
that
opportunity
opportunity
to
do
it,
whereas
in
the
past,
if
you
recall,
we
suspended
the
rules
of
the
day,
we
go
back
and
do
it
and
it's
just
kind
of
messy.
So
that's
just
an
explanation
as
to
why
we
move
that.
I
have
no
further
comments
with
that
I'll
go
to
item
18
approval
of
the
tentative
agenda
for
april
20th
2021.
D
Okay,
I
do
so
I'll
entertain
a
motion
to
approve
with
the
addition
of
adding
a
approved
date
for
council
planning
conference
ad,
discuss
a
leisure
services
board.
Adding
alternates
and
a
separate
item
add
discuss
leisure
services
board
expanding
number
of
meetings,
so
I
will
entertain
that
in
the
way
of
emotion,
motion.
