From YouTube: Airport Commission Meeting | March 13, 2019
Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
A
A
The
next
item
were
the
charity
report.
Just
two
things:
I
thought
I
would
share
with
you
Dan
last
one
of
our
new
members.
Very
you
know
designed
in
the
commission.
He
was
also
appointed
to
the
major
church,
a
commission
measures
to
shape
Commission.
The
sunny
state
said,
and
so
he's
opted
to
take
that
appointment
from
the
City
Council,
as
opposed
to
remain
with
the
earth
mission.
So
I
thought
I
would
bring
that
to
your
attention
today.
A
I'll
just
add
in
terms
of
the
way
I've
always
liked
it,
because
it
really
kind
of
makes
it
easier
everybody
over
on
a
discussion,
and
you
want
to
make
a
comment
if
you'll
just
raise
your
peanuts
likely
or
whatever
else,
I
keep
the
speaker's
here.
So
I
just
put
down
the
names
and
the
word
so
that
you
don't
have
to
keep
trying
to
get
in
all
the
time.
A
Fighting
acknowledges
oneself
the
name
on
on
the
cue,
so
it'll
make
it
a
lot
easier
than
even
there,
and
it
can
be
proposed
on
the
discretion
as
opposed
to
trying
to
get
into
the
discussion
so
I
just
kind
of
my
start
there,
and
that's
really
all
we
had.
We
have
a
one
action
item
today
we
have
a
report,
dinner's
reports,
the
jet
parks
is
quite
a
while
and
in
terms
of
noise
community.
Oh
I
was
going
to
mention
one
other
thing
and
that
was
having
to
do
with
the
marketing
budget
committee.
You.
C
A
We
were
talking
about
having
the
Budget
Committee
meeting
in
advance
for
this
week
and
what
we're
doing
we're
going
to
have
a
presidency
at
the
point
having
presentation
this
morning
on
the
budget,
and
so
we
would
be
having
their
budget
committee
in
being
as
soon
as
I
think
time.
You're
meeting
with
Andros
baffled,
eight
already
and
others
next
week
will
have
a
better
idea
on
the
timeline,
and
that
makes
more
sense
for
sued
by
the
burning
was
seen
above
the
Bombers
preceded
by
the
marketing
conveyance
prank.
D
D
Very
exciting
segment
isn't
that
so
as
you're
glancing
up
in
the
mountains
and
those
that
are
arriving,
which
already
about
75%
of
our
passengers
are
visitors,
they
could
get
that
message
and
want
them
to
have
a
good
experience.
So
all
airports
get
busy
at
some
point
and
we've
got
to
be
treated
in
that
same
approach
by
passengers
to
arrive
early.
You
know
if
you're
standing
at
the
checkpoint,
so
there's
something.
E
D
Is
missing?
That's
like
doesn't
happen
often,
but
what
happens
is
passengers
have
to
be
confronted
with
a
brush?
They
get
into
a
lioness,
not
anticipated
at
the
ticket
counter
as
long
as
normal.
So
we
want
to
just
maintain
experience.
There
are
some
people
believe
it
or
not
that
arrived
ridiculously
a
few
minutes
before
the
flight
thinking
it's
a
bus
and
you
just
walked
out
yeah.
Overall,
we
just
want
to
change
the
mindset
because
we
have
graduated
into
the
last
passenger.
D
So
it's
just
it's
all
fire
messaging
and
by
the
way
is
this
interesting
there
there's
about
a
25
page
advisory
circular
from
the
FAA
regarding
sign
in
airports
and
people
always
think
the
more
signage,
the
better.
That's
just
not
how
it
works.
Just
just
watch
people
in
a
terminal
they'll
be
in
front
of
a
sign.
That's
why?
Then?
People
just
don't
always.
D
Porsche
I
was
asked
to
sign
or
pledge
to
a
confidentiality
agreement
over
the
last
year
and
I
didn't
even
talk
to
staff
too
much
about
it.
But
Porsche
was
actually
searching
airports
around
the
world
to
do
what
they
call
a
reveal
of
their
new
model,
and
they
were
interested
in
in
doing
it
here
and
a
lot
of
orchestration.
Then
we
had
to
commit
to
and
still
maintain
the
air
force,
operational
and
safety
and
efficiency.
We
called
the
event
off.
They
did
have
it
geared.
D
D
And
off
the
flight
it
was
set
up
with
Graham
stands
and
a
song
system
beyond
comprehension,
they
would
walk
down
the
plane
and
then
impede
the
vehicle
itself
was
covered
up
and
they
had
Porsches
from
the
last
two
or
three
decades.
It
was
quite
an
event.
I
do
remember
you
too,
but
I
think
you
got
a
video
I
mean
you
can
go
on
YouTube,
it
probably
pretty
epic,
so
once
they
saw
the
reveal
of
the
new
Porsche
everyone
participating.
D
D
D
E
D
B
Done
so
one
of
the
things
we
were
gonna
cut
Sears
offers
a
lot
of
my
best
people
and
I'm.
You
know
fairly
large
about
the
industry
newsletter.
Those
at
home
are
39
Department.
So
what
we
do
is
we.
This
is.
The
latest
has
asked
sent
out
of
information
to
rival
a
try
to
get
the
front
desk
people
remind
people
is
for
checking
in
as
well
as
the
concierge
to
remind
people
so
again
we'll
make
sure
their
guests
experience
the
final
leg
if
they're
reading
this
great
so
they'll
come
back
again.
Thank
you
for
all
your.
A
B
Just
belong
to
the
other
day
month
may
brought
a
new
or
small
around
the
world.
You
know
first
night,
apparently
they
had
everybody
here
from
France
in
Germany
the
next
time
they
had
all
the
people
in
from
China
and
Taiwan.
So
when
every
other
night,
a
new
group
of
these
170
people,
the
only
sense
go
ahead
and
tell
you
about
the
whole
thing:
parties
incredible,
most
beautiful
cars-
you
saw
their
self
between
140
and
$240,000
and
they
were
all
pre-production
models
and
they
were
all
sent
back
to
Germany.
B
B
A
C
Thank
You,
mr.
chairman,
here
we
are
March,
and
this
is
really
the
time
of
year,
where
you
take
a
look
to
see
if
our
budget,
if
the
rubber
Baron
and
as
you
can
tell
at
this
juncture
where
everything
is
up
significantly,
the
facility
charges
are
up.
17%
reflects
directly
with
the
amount
of
transactions
of
the
Car.
Rental
PFCs
are
out,
14%
Airport
revenues
are
flat
and
that's
primarily
because
not
all
reports,
your
everywhere
are
Dania.
You
don't
have
all
the
landing
reports.
C
You
don't
have
on
the
car
rental
reports,
so
those
will
will
come
in
a
little
bit
later.
You
notice
in
that
in
the
least
parking,
though
those
numbers
that
makes
the
man
seeds
efforts
those
get
posted
today
the
costs
are
made
and
the
parking
revenues
are
up
over
12%.
So
everything
is
the
TT
increases
with
the
revenues
and
strong
remainder
here
certainly
reflect
the
increasing
passenger
traffic
to
those
numbers
were
just
sent
out
yesterday
and
I
think
probably
all
had
a
chance
to
look
at
those
but
year
to
date
and
our
passengers
79
percent.
C
C
You
know
your
way
with
some
final
approvals,
but
in
the
near
future,
we'll
start
seeing
expenses
when
you
track
the
the
CFC
account
down
to
the
bottom
of
the
page,
the
cash
summary
we
have
twenty
point:
five
million
dollars
so
those
that
revenue
will
continue
to
grow
until
we
start
approving
some
of
the
expenditures
associated
the
passenger
facility
charge.
Year-To-Date
shows
a
negative
number,
that's
primarily
because
we've
made
extra
payments
against
our
principal
and
then
to
attract
that
four
or
ten
account
at
the
bottom
of
the
page.
C
We
have
cash
balances
just
over
four
million
dollars,
so
we
maintain
a
positive
balance
whenever
possible
and
observe
my
natural
approach.
The
4:15
account
at
this
time
of
the
year
we're
showing
a
positive
revenues.
Less
expenses
of
over
eighteen
hundred
thousand
those
dollars
help
offset
the
capital
improvements
in
the
next
category
that
we
make
each
year
and
tracking
our
number
at
the
bottom
of
the
page
before
15
unrestricted
account.
Is
that
just
over
a
million
dollars
compared
to
last
month-
and
we
finished
last.
E
C
C
C
Some
of
those
things
that
are
things
we
talked
about
in
the
past,
some
of
the
additional
first
class,
some
of
the
other
expenditures
that
we
expect
more
talked
a
lot
about
projects
and
some
of
the
things
going
to
be
prioritized
for
next
year,
as
I
just
touched
on
briefly
we'll
be
getting
into
the
realm
our
design
project,
but
they
consolidated
assuming
that
will
be
coming
into
play
significantly
next
year
with
pfcs
we'll
be
talking
about
the
new
binding
issue.
Is
we
will
be
opening
up
bids
on
the
tipline
project
all
night?
C
So
we
won't
have
much
better
idea.
Those
funds
are
shaking
out
and
then
how
we
budget.
Importantly
for
the
PLC
funds,
the
M&M
account
for
15
we'll
take
a
look
at
you
know
some
of
the
changes
in
anticipate
changes
in
payroll
costs,
I
believe
you
all.
We
called
it.
The
city
manager
is
supporting
at
an
airport
engineer
position,
so
that
be
a
new
position
here,
and
you
know
we
certainly
concur
with
that.
C
With
all
the
project
you
got
going
on
from
take
away
in
Terrell
cars
that
some
of
the
other
expenditures,
it
will
be
very
helpful
to
have
someone
on
staff
here,
so
those
would
be.
The
primary
things
would
be
looking
at
prioritizing
and
evaluating
how
we
pay
for
almost
I
haven't
paid
for
all.
There
is.
C
Well,
some
of
those
things
make
a
lot
of
our
existing
flood
balance.
You
notice,
we
have
a
couple
million
dollars
set
aside
right
moving
forward.
The
other
thing
we'll
be
looking
at
for
next
year
is
beginning
to
work
on
an
airline
agreement.
So
the
airline's
here,
certainly
we
we
want
to
work
with
those
partners,
because
that
drives
everything
else
with
the
increase
in
passenger
traffic.
That
is
resulted
in
very
positive
numbers
for
concessions
and
parking
and
rental
car
transactions
and
all
those
other
fees.
C
So
we
want
to
do
everything
we
can
to
keep
the
positive
growth
and
continued
revenues.
The
other
thing
we'll
be
looking
at
next
year
is
new
concession
agreements,
so
we'll
be
evaluating
increasing
the
percentage
that
we
get
from
those
facilities,
and
you
know,
opportunities
that
will
come
from
that.
So
there's
a
lot
of
things
that
will
be
going
on
I
would
imagine
we'll
have
several
meetings.
I
would
not
expect
to
bring
a
budget
to
the
Commission
in
April
I.
Think
that
would
be
premature
with
all
the
things
going
on.
C
A
D
D
If
you
remember
in
the
previous
action,
19
MCS
Palm
Springs
City
Councilman,
amended
chapter
16
37
at
Municipal
Code
to
accept
the
CPUC
standards
for
transportation
network
carrier
as
a
relation
methods
of
preventing
drivers
for
probably
not
indiana,
most
of
substances,
a
lot
of
versatility
and
TMC
pick
up
when
needed
for
operational
purposes
after
that
about
two
months.
Uber
and
lyft
did
approach
the
airport
after
the
City
Council
lamented
that
mr.
Cole
and
requested
a
permit
that
took
a
little
time
because
each
company
had
changes
to
the
existing
permit
ahead.
D
The
journey
so
we've
gotten
them
on
more
since
then,
and
since
that
time
it's
integrated
fairly
well
into
the
ground
transportation,
land
side
network.
There
have
been
some
challenges
and
trying
to
anticipate
the
demand
cycle
and
so
forth.
Just
to
remind
you
of
all
of
you
on
how
that
works.
But
if
you
look
at
the
map
of
the
airport
over
on
Kirk
Douglas,
we
have
that
barge
and
they
can
parking
lot.
We
have
carved
away
a
certain
number
of
spaces
for
the
free
parking
of
the
TMC's.
D
Now,
what's
so,
special
about
TMC
operations
is
they've
developed
their
own
proprietary
software,
which
they
called
geofencing,
and
it
uses
GPS
points
when
we
carved
out
that
rectangle
out
of
the
parking
lot
who
gave
the
longitude
latitude
of
each
of
the
points
and
the
only
way
a
TMC
driver
can
get
a
pickup,
is
they
have
to
the
airport
and
park
in
that
area?
Let's
say
partners
that
area
that
triggers
the
proprietary
software
and
put
them
in
a
line
for
what
so
many
calls
for
a
ride
at
the
terminal.
D
Then
that
system
will
actually
allow
that
person
it'll
pick
up
Jolson.
This
driver
Christmas
iPhone
that
they'll
go
to
the
terminal.
What
we
wanted
to
do
wanted
to
avoid
was
hundreds
of
TMC
vehicles,
circling
the
airport
parking
in
driveways
and
on
streets
and
at
Burger,
King's
and
McDonald's
and
so
forth.
This
is
an
organized
way
to
handle
that
it's
been
used
at
other
airports.
It
took
a
lot
of
effort
and
it
worked
very
well.
D
One
of
the
things
we
discovered
putting
that
in
is
what
they
had
restroom
needs
as
well,
because
we
found
out
people
were
using
the
appropriate
restroom
facilities,
so
we'll
put
a
portable
restroom
facility
out
there
private.
So
logistically
that's
worked
well.
If
you
recall
the
City
Council
also
designated
the
specific
area
on
the
front
curve.
It
was
contrary
to
what
the
Commissioner
mr.
chairman
had
suggested
it.
The
Commission
wanted
to
put
it
more
on
the
front
curve.
We
had
a
number
of
spaces,
but
the
counseling
and
their
wisdom
said
no.
D
What
shall
we
be
in
the
commercial
and
everyone
else?
We've
had
to
play
with
signage
a
little
bit
the
ivory.
The
ironic
part
of
it
is,
if
you
follow
the
iPhone
direct
communications
with
the
private,
the
chosen
right
as
it
was
played
on
that,
but
some
people
still
require
signage.
We've
modified
that
without
trying
to
take
away
other
signage,
that's
transportation
carries
so
with
that
being
said,
you
have
looked
at
the
financials
here
and
let's
talk
before
we
get
into
what
other
airports
are
doing.
D
We
always
like
to
look
at
different
cost
centers
of
the
airport,
like
look
at
our
airfield
at
the
center
of
the
terminal
area,
the
cluster
and
then
the
land
side,
a
repetitive
cost
center
mark.
Let's
talk
about
anticipated
expenditures
of
what
will
you
have
for
the
land
side
that
we
need
to
offset
revenue
streams.
C
Well,
of
course,
we
now
staff
that
is
directly
involved
with
the
permitting
and
the
inspections
and
those
sorts
of
things
the
we
have
two
full-time
people
to
be
able
inspection
closet.
Some
of
you
may
have
been
to
that
facility
and
they
tracked
all
of
the
ins
and
outs
of
each
of
the
vehicles
using
those
commercial
planes.
In
addition
to
that,
we're
going
to
be
purchasing
new
equipment
to
electronically
track
each
of
those
transactions
next
year.
C
Those
bids
actually
open
up,
I
believe
about
probably
next
week,
so
we
will
be
going
through
the
process
of
putting
equipment
this
and
we
can
very
accurately
track.
Everyone
come
in
each
company
that
F
nothin
easy
the
ulema
companies
in
their
point
individually,
so
we
have
a
second
way
of
retracted,
making
sure
we're
getting
all
over
the
revenue.
So
we
have
a
because
of
the
staff
there.
C
We
have
the
cost
of
the
taxi
starter,
as
many
of
you
who
may
use
the
services
here
notice
that
we
have
someone
to
assist
with
making
sure
there's
cancelling
appropriate
times,
and
they
have
dispatched
those
folks
from
the
main
area
normal
routine.
Things
such
as
utilities,
electrical
update
them
and
things
of
that
nature,
but
the
the
new
equipment
will
be
a
major
piece,
and
one
of
the
reasons
were
considering.
This,
of
course,
is
the
impact
that
that
uber
is
at
uber
and
lyft
app
add-on
on
our
mobile
market.
C
Last
year
we
have
three
cap
governments
issue.
We
have
two,
so
we
will
be
receiving
less
revenue
from
all
those
additional
taxi,
apps
and
some
of
the
fees
associated
with
with
those
transactions,
so
that
offset
is
willing
to
do
the
drop-off
feet
and
that
should
create
a
balanced
budget
for
that
class
Center.
Mr.
D
Chair
so
that
you
can
effect
of
all
those
costs.
A
couple
things
you
forgot
to
mention
is
pavement
maintenance,
all
that
pigment
that
the
PNC's
are
sitting
on
other
Kirk
Douglas
after
he
maintained,
has
to
be
cracked
still
has
to
be
higher
than
every
couple
nu,
your
bases
to
commercial
lane
itself
is
tricky
during
peak
season,
and
so
we.
D
We
also
have
that
port-a-potty
I
dementia,
so
almost
cumulative
costs
with
the
lost
opportunity
cost.
Mr.
chairman
are
I
think
justifiable
to
be
able
to
charge
an
additional
fee.
Well
then,
we
have
to
ask
ourselves
what's
a
reasonable
additional
fee.
So
if
you
look
on
page
two,
if
you
can
only
report,
you
can
see
that
we
did
a
survey
of
all
Southern,
California
Air
Force,
to
find
out
if
you've
been
looking
the
third
column
of
the
drop
ball
fee
or
the
only
Airport
that
is
not
charging
for
problem,
we're
the
only
Airport.
D
D
The
difference
has
we've
heard
recently
is
that
there
was
a
different.
This
is
a
little
complicated,
but
every
taxi
cab
firm
has
to
pay
an
annual
fee
of
$279
per
cab
to
become
permitted
at
the
airport
is
the
TNC.
Well,
they
were
very
clever
and
when
they
orchestrated
this
from
a
corporate
level,
there's
been
a
lot
of
discussion,
but
it's
the
TNC
that
gets
permitted
and
they're
making
four
thousand
vehicles
underneath
it.
D
B
D
D
Pets
without
of
the
problem,
it
is
absolute
to
drop
both
feet.
220
mm
was
collected
from
the
taxis
and
then
204
from
the
TMC's.
So
as
much
as
mathematically
arithmetic
wise,
he
said
it
is
a
substantial
now
that
may
be
because
the
number
of
rides
so
there's
it
looking
at
what
PNC
operation
versus
what
taxi
there
is
a
disparity.
We
need
to
close
that
gap.
So
your
observation
is
correct,
but
the
amount
of
that
accumulated
gap
isn't
it
will
follow,
but
we
think
there's
three
dollars
will
help
people
eyes
that
and
the.
D
A
D
B
D
B
A
Correct
exactly
yeah,
that's
okay,
yeah
and
become
free
from
$0
to
$3.
That's
exactly!
What's
going
on
for
gays
and
I'm
impressed
with
the
description
to
thank
you
for
that
in
terms
of
how
all
this
gets
calculated
just
automatically
its
narcisse's
a
lot
appreciate
any
other
questions
before
we
complement
all
right.
All
those
in
favor
say:
aye
opposed,
abstentions,
banana
most
advanced
question.
That
was
the
processing
business.
Is
the
white
house.
D
D
D
D
D
At
TSA
checkpoint,
a
lot
of
works,
a
lot
of
work
going
on
with
that
we
have
gotten
the
good
news.
Is
we've
hired
WSB
couple
months
back
we're
in
a
rush
here
to
add
an
addendum
to
the
ticketing
project?
That
is
the
long
term,
improvements
that
nature,
but
enough
to
be
worthy
of
a
contractor
that
languages
whereby
we
will
take
some
load-bearing
walls
down
they're
going
to
be
able.
We
have
five
machines
in
that
area.
We'll
have
six
who
also
have
longer
divestiture
tables.
D
Exciting
stuff,
but
it
takes
a
lot
of
work,
especially
from
Washington
DC
TSA.
They
had
the
processor,
the
737
max
you've
been,
if
you
recall
our
previous
chairman,
Bob
Elster,
always
was
very
excited
about
how
her
growing
I've
always
tempered
that
optimism
with
this
is
a
perfect
example
of
how
anything
that
in
fact,
I
think
I've
mentioned
airworthy
in
this
particular
issue:
Jerris
attacking
their
worthiness
certificate
of
so
there's
a
lot
of
discussion
on
the
news
about
the
airworthiness
certificate
of
the
737
max.
D
We
do
have
that
aircraft
operating
at
the
airport
I
fully
trust
that
the
FAA
has
enough
talent
and
staff
to
be
able
to
dedicate
right
about
what
the
end
up
doing.
You
don't
know
that
you
are
speculating,
but
right
now,
they're
saying
that
aircraft
is
okay,
fine
and
if,
at
one
point
they
come
obviously
there's
an
airport
adidas
that
might
warrant
that
aircraft
for
approximately
1600
these
plates
across
the
United
States.
D
D
Exactly
people
are
right:
if
you're
flying
from
here
on
a
non
737
to
Denver,
it
would
be
supposed
to
connect
to
Washington
DC
right.
So,
like
I
said
both
the
champagne
bottles,
those
are
the
foil
to
Dallas
in
Chicago.
I
know
I
didn't
get
to
seeing
that
Peters
example
customs
and
if
there
isn't
an
issue
here,
if
you
can
connect
to
another
Airport.
E
E
B
B
D
Teacher
we
can
change
their
Airlines
started
back
in
November
and
they
form
this
I
sent
an
email
to.
They
have
decided
that
the
market
wasn't
fulfilling
their
bottom-line
needs,
so
they
have
cut
their
service
really.
That
was
back
in
February
concessions.
We
talked
a
little
bit
about
that.
We
hired
a
consultant
to
evaluate
our
concession
program.
We
are
doing
that.
There's
been
multiple
discussions,
a
couple
of
business
and
we're
still
assembling.
That
consultant
has
several
wants
to
do
this.
We're.
D
Included
in
that
Macondo
associates
evaluation
is
a
separate
study
on
the
airline
agreement
and
that
agreement
agreement
has
been
in
place
for
many
decades.
With
the
exception
of
about
three
to
five
years
ago,
you
took
that
old
agreement
is
some
minor
alterations
and
then
we
included
with
the
airlines,
but
it's
really
important
to
take
a
very
careful
look
at.
D
F
A
A
F
February
28th
that
move
to
the
commissioners
who
showed
up
Patricia
the
park.
Main
purpose
of
the
meeting
was
to
discuss
enhancements
to
the
airport's
website
with
more
information
about
nodes.
What's
being
done,
history
that
sort
of
thing
the
if
you've
ever
looked
at
the
information
on
the
airport's
website,
which
was
run
through
the
city,
the
information
about
noise
comes,
there
is
a
noise
hotline
and
some
information
about
helicopters,
but
tom
has
been
very
good.
F
This
is
the
third
noise
committee
meeting
since
I've
been
on
the
Commission,
and
the
first
took
me
around,
haven't
been
very
good
about
making
presentations
are
a
lot
of
really
good
information
about
noise
at
the
airport
and
the
history.
What
the
airport
has
done
to
address
some
of
these
issues,
what
the
limitations
are
in
addressing
some
of
those
issues.
It's
really
good
information
and
my
thought
was
this.
Information
would
be
good
to
get
out
the
public
and
perhaps
it's
not
getting
out
to
the
public,
because
we
have
these
situations
Oh
once
or
twice
a
year.
F
It
seems
like
where
someone
has
a
noise
complaint.
They
go
to
the
media
and
there's
some
reports
about
that.
I
think
a
lot
of
it
has
to
do
with
misunderstandings
about
what
the
airport
can
do
and
have
one
of
the
Bhangra
since
I
joined
the
Airport
Commission
was
because
of
noise
issues.
I
live
close
to
the
airport
and
lots
of
friends
who
live
in
some
more,
which
had
probably
de
neighbourhood
most
affected.
F
Therefore
we
can't
affect
that
so
there
some
of
these
issues
that
we
really
can't
do
anything
about,
although
we
can
explain
to
the
public,
you
know
what
the
situation
is
and
and
why
and
I
think
that
helps
a
lot
if
people
understand
why
things
are
like.
Ok,
that
makes
sense
to
me
so
Tom
gave
a
very
good
presentation
at
this
last
meeting
about
some
of
the
additions
that
were
looking
to
make
to
the
air
the
information
on
the
website
about
airport
noise.
You
know
the
airport
is
going.
F
Everyone
knows
that
no
one
is
anti-growth,
but
there
are
some
interesting
things
that
people
might
not
be
aware
of.
I
think
Thomas
mentioned
this
is
that
the
number
of
planes
airline
movements
of
the
airport
has
remain
the
constant
over
the
past
five
years
or
so
five
or
six
years
thirteen,
but
the
number
of
passengers
is
around
thirty
five
percent,
so
we're
keeping
the
number
of
planes
about
the
same.
So
that's
a
positive.
There
are
some
things
that
aren't
so
recent
as
well.
You
know
air
air
aircraft
has
improved
over
the
years
that
much
more
quiet.
F
Now,
ten,
you
know
running
around
and
that's
sort
of
like
such
kids
there
each
year
much
more
quietly
now
so
the
problem
you
know
a
lot
of
it
has
gone
away
just
because
of
that.
But
you
know
some
of
this
information
would
be
good
to
have
on
the
web
page
a
lot
of
people.
Sometimes
people
will
talk
about
curfews
and
wanting
a
curfew
at
the
airport.
F
That's
an
issue,
that's
controlled
by
the
FAA.
We
really
can't
just
arbitrarily
embrace
the
curfew
and
to
be
pretty
difficult,
if
not
impossible,
really
for
Palm
Springs
to
impose
their
curfew
at
this
Airport.
So
that's
the
type
of
information
I
think
make
people
feel
better
about.
You
know
that
the
airport
is
doing
something
that
there's
not
the
specific
standard.
There's
also
signs
all
around
the
airport
at
pilots
to
do
with
the
can
we
consider
it.
We
have
a
good
neighbor
policy
at
this
Airport
and
broadband
just
grows,
and
the
table
is
another
back.
F
The
city
in
many
of
the
homes
in
Palm
Springs
are
affected
by
airport
noise.
So
we
have
to
be
mindful
of
that.
Tomah's
l
fear
no
letter
to
military
pilots
asking
them
to
be
considerate
than
that
as
well,
and
it's
been
published
on
the
website
and
it's
also
posted
at
the
different
with
a
couple
of
FB
O's
on
the
airport
property.
So
the
goal
is
to
have
an
information
out
there
to
the
public,
so
they
know
something's
being
done
and
the
airport
is
cognizant
of
noise
issues
and
does
its
best
to
manage
those
issues.
So.
F
Sometimes
I
hear
comments
from
residents
who
don't
are
not
affected
by
careful
acknowledge
like
those
above
should
know
about
that
when
they
bought
their
house.
Well,
you
really
can't
know
until
you
live
in
the
house
plus.
As
I
said,
a
large
percentage
of
the
houses
in
Palm
Springs
are
affected
to
some
degree
by
airport
noise.
The
I
think
I've
never
heard
these
things
from
Tom
or
staff
they're,
always
very
responsive,
perceptive
and
willing
to
talk.
F
I
see
it's
important
that
we
all
remember,
there's
a
good
neighbor
policy
at
the
airport
and
we
can
make
those
kind
of
comments.
We've
got
to
be
sympathetic
to
people
and
their
noise
concerns
to
the
extent
that
there
can
be
something
that
I
know.
There's
a
ground
noise
issues
at
times
address
mission
and
effectively.
So
there
are
some
things
at
the
airport
camera
so
that
information
just
needs
to
be
pushed
out
to
the
public.
I
think.
A
What's
important,
what
Jeff
is
reported?
I,
don't
think
the
probably
most
commissioners
to
know
steps.
That's
aa
mistake
into
the
airport
statement,
what
our
limitations
are
injecting,
so
he
can
accurately
outline
and
I
think
it's
really
important
that
I
think
having
that
information
about
where
everything
goes
wrong
way.
A
One
thing
I
would
remind
us,
although,
if
any
beginning
questions
about
the
noise,
rather
than
trying
to
attempt
the
answer,
the
best
policy,
I
apartment,
I
read
where
everything
baton
and
these
very
responses,
rather
than
trying
to
respond,
I,
think
that
people
that
contacted
or
neighbors
or
friends
just
referred
atomic
needs
fair
to
say,
he'll,
even
give
them
the
in-depth
kind
of
response.
What
any
questions
that
anyone
has
a
German?
What
the
committee
in
Thomas
tiny
peer
force
been.
A
Okay,
any
other
Commissioner
requested
school
reports,
I'm
going
to
one
thing,
I've
been
answered.
This
is
where
I'm
going
to
start
next
time
to
another
Chairman's
report,
a
couple
of
you
both
continuing
commissioners
and
new
commissioners,
that
you
know
it
would
be
kind
of
nice
to
know
kind
of
the
background
of
each
Commissioner
to
understand
kind
of
the
context
and
the
experience
that
we
bring
to
bear
so
I
thought
what
I
would
start
next
time
in
a
de
chine
until
Thomas
de
grĂ¢ce
I
know
everything.
A
A
So
what
I'm
going
to
be
asking
is
maybe
just
two
or
three:
it's
going
to
depend
on
the
agenda,
how
many
of
you
but
ask
each
Commissioner
to
take
maybe
a
couple
of
minutes
and
just
kind
of
very
quickly
summarize
kind
of
their
background
and
experience
that
would
have
a
bearing
on
your
role
here
at
the
airport
mission
or
any
other
aspect
that
would
be
held
when
each
of
us
came
on.
Just
as
Kevin
did
earlier
meetings,
we
did.
A
Do
a
really
brief,
but
I've
had
two
or
three,
and
you
can
actually
say:
gosh
I
would
really
like
to
know
a
little
bit
more
about
their
commissioners
and
their
background
and
experience.
It
helps
put
into
context
some
of
your
context.
Their
experience.
We've
got
a
wealth
of
experience
right
here.
So
if
you
want
to
start
thinking
about
that
and
if
there's
two
or
three
of
you
that
would
like
to
do
this
starting
the
next
meeting
rather
than
me
just
calling
on
you.
A
A
C
A
A
Contract
and
I
have
a
knife.
It's
myself
even
that
check
like
a
very
good
sir.
So
it's
there's
a
lot
to
do
in
there
much
get
to
the
security
and
there's
places
to
go
and
walk
around.
There's
an
expendable
needs
and
spend
money
right
exactly
right.
That
I
can
also
might
become
at
ninety
minutes
or
so
so
we
received
and
final
reports
or
the
activity
is
acting
this
any
other
violence
with
a
bit
of
the
order
before
danger.
