From YouTube: Human Rights Commission | November 14 2022
Description
Regular meeting of the City of Palm Springs Human Rights Commission, held November 14th, 2022
A
A
Good
evening
and
welcome
to
the
Human
Rights
Commission
standard
meeting
on
Monday
November
14
2022,
it
is
5
30
and
let's
call
the
meeting
to
order.
Please
Jay.
B
Commissioner
flood
president
commissioner
ramaran
president
Vice
chair
Shepherd,
chair
Loyola
here
and
student
representative
Hanner
here
very
good,
looks
like
commissioner
Andrade
is
joining
now
we
have
Quorum
Mr
chair.
A
Great
excellent,
thank
you
Jay
all
right,
so,
let's
dive
into
the
agenda.
The
only
brief
comment
that
I
have
in
my
chair
comments
is
a
comment
of
you
know
very
positive
experience
that
we
had
on
Veterans,
Day
Parade
I
want
to
thank
each
and
every
one
of
our
commissioners
who
joined
the
marching
contingent.
It
was
a
great
experience.
Everyone
had
a
great
time
and
we
we
do
have
not
just
one
but
several
rock
stars
in
in
that
marching
contingent.
A
So
it
was
great
to
hear
people
cheering
and
applauding
and
recognizing
the
Human
Rights
Commission.
So
thank
you.
Everyone
for
making
for
making
the
event
possible
and
I
also
want
to
thank
commissioner
vineola
for
helping
with
the
registration
for
the
event.
Although
he
was
unable
to
March,
he
was
instrumental
in
getting
us
signed
up.
So
thank
you,
commissioner.
Vignola,
for
that.
A
A
Commissioner,
vignola
motions
to
approve
the
minutes,
do
I
have
a
second
commissioner
flood
seconds.
So
commissioner
motions
commissioner
flood
seconds,
so
the
minutes
will
be
approved.
Thank
you.
We'll
need
a
vote.
Mr
chair.
Yes,
let's
vote,
please
everyone
raise
your
hand.
A
Thank
you.
Thank
you
very
much,
Jay,
okay.
So
moving
on,
let's
move
on
to
the
items
for
discussion
and
action,
and
so
we're
moving
on
to
the
reports.
A
It
looks
like
we
have
a
mystery
or
Kim
Frank.
Are
you
here
to
provide
public
commentary?
You
cannot
mute
yourself.
C
A
You're
just
sitting
in,
thank
you
so
much
for
joining
us.
We
appreciate
you
joining
us
all
right.
So
then,
moving
on
to
items
for
discussion
on
the
reports,
we
don't
have
an
executive
report
for
the
standing
committee.
A
A
The
first
one
is
following
on
the
the
the
plane
that
was
filed
by
an
individual
of
Mr
Corey
Mondello
to
the
Palm
Springs
Police
Department,
on
the
issue
that
he
was
being
harassed
and
he
was
being
basically
you
know
he's
he's
situation
had
become
so
so
bad
in
the
place
we
lived
that
he
literally
had
to
move.
A
A
A
A
After
several
attempts
we
finally
was
were
able
to
connect
with
Mr
Mondello
I
thought
it
was
important
to
give
him
a
call
to
listen
to
what
he
had
to
say
and
share.
I
thought
it
was
important
and
it
proved
out
to
be
very
good,
because
that
was
a
very
important
thing
for
him.
He
wanted
to
share
his
story.
He
wanted
to
tell
us
what
had
happened
and
where
he
was.
A
A
Several
weeks
had
passed.
Finally,
the
Palm
Springs
Police
Department
was
able
to
made
an
arrest
on
this
individual
after
serving
the
warrant,
and
that
is
the
last
that
I
have
heard
on
this
particular
update.
I
have
no
more
details.
So
now
everything
really
lies
on
the
hands
of
the
pspd
and
they're,
basically
moving
forward
and
doing
due
course
on
this
issue.
A
That
culminated
in
a
safe
series
of
events
and
fun
had
by
all
I
had
the
opportunity
to
participate
in
the
parade
and
some
of
the
events,
and
it
was
really
great
to
see
how
everyone
came
together,
not
just
the
organizing
committee
for
Prague
Palm,
Springs
Pride,
but
also
all
of
those
organizations
that
participated
either
marching
or
exhibiting.
The
events
that
started
on
Friday
kicking
on
Friday
went
all
the
way
to
Sunday
we're
definitely
a
lot
of
fun
and
thankfully
there
were
no
incidents
that
the
police
can
report.
So
it
was.
A
C
I
do
Mr
chair.
Let's
see.
Actually
this
week
is
transgender
awareness
week
which
is
occurring
around
the
country.
It's
to
help,
raise
visibility
about
transgender
people
and
address
and
address
issues.
Members
of
that
Community
face
the
transgender
day
of
remembrance
will
be
observed
on
Sunday
November
20th,
at
on
the
steps
of
City,
Hall
I,
believe
it's
I
believe
at
5
PM.
C
It's
the
transgender,
Health
and
Wellness
Center
of
Palm
Springs
is
the
lead
organization
on
that
event,
and
I
certainly
would
invite
any
Commissioners
or
members
of
the
public
who
would
like
to
attend
that
event
to
do
so
again,
you
can
find
additional
information
about
it
on
the
transgender
health
and
wellness
centers
Facebook
page
and
on
their
Instagram
page
or
by
calling
them
directly.
C
If
you
prefer
and
I
can
send
the
link
to
you,
Jay
in
the
chat
for
the
Facebook
event
page
for
that
December
1st,
coming
up
in
a
few
weeks,
will
be
World
AIDS
day
I'll
be
reaching
out
to
DAP
health,
because
I
believe
they'll
be
doing
something
to
commemorate
that
and
it
might
be
an
opportunity
for
the
Human
Rights
Commission
to
also
participate.
If
you
so
choose
again,
that
will
be
on
December
1st
of
this
year
and
the
last
thing
I
have
that
I
saw
on
the
events.
C
C
Commissioner
de
heart,
you
may
know
because
I
I
don't
recall
in
years
past,
but
that
will
be
on
Saturday
December
3rd
in
the
evening.
It's
always
the
first
Saturday
of
December
on
Palm
Canyon
Drive
between
Ramon
road
and
takova
road.
C
They've
been
talking
with
the
head
of
queer
works
and
they're
going
to
be
doing
a
transgender
month
awareness
month,
I
believe
in
March
is
just
starting
to
put
a
program
together,
but
with
the
commissions,
blessing
I
think
it
might
be
a
good
opportunity
for
us
to
in
some
way
partner
with
that
organization
and
see
if
we
can
assist
them
with
their
program
in
March
or
at
least
invite
them,
perhaps
to
speak
about
what
their
plans
are
in
our
February
meeting,
perhaps
or
even
January
I,
don't
know
the
timeline
or
what
the
executive
committee
wants
to
have
on
the
agenda
for
those
two
months,
but
I
just
wanted
to
make
you
aware
there
seems
to
be
some
something
going
to
happen
in
March
of
2023
and
I'll,
get
more
information
from
Jacob
rustovsky
and
share
that
with
the
Commissioners
next
month
in
December.
A
Okay,
thank
you
so
much,
commissioner
vignolov
I
don't
have
an
update
for
Main
Street
to
provide
at
this
time
so
we're
going
to
move
to
2D
organized
neighborhoods
of
Palm
Springs.
That's
also,
commissioner.
Vignolo.
B
Mr,
chair
I,
believe
commissioner
de
Hart
had
a
comment.
D
Thank
you.
The
since
commissioner
vignola
had
acknowledged
Jacob
I
think
it
might
be
nice
for
us
just
to
invite
Jacob
as
the
representative
of
queer
Works,
to
come
and
share
with
the
commission.
What
queer
works
is
and
what
their
you
know,
Mission
and
purpose
is.
We
haven't,
had
them
come
and
speak
to
us
and
just
share
with
us,
so
the
relatively
new,
but
it
would
be
nice
for
us
to
extend
an
invitation
to
him
just
to
come
in
and
and
share
with
us.
A
It
has
a
great
idea,
commissioner,
when
you
know
you've
been
in
touch
with
with
Jacob.
That
would
be
great
if
you
could
continue
that
communication
and
extend
the
invitation
for
them
to
come
and
provide
presentation
during
public
testimony.
Just
like
we
did
with
the
transgender
Wellness
Center.
A
When
their
plans
for
the
event
in
2023
are
a
little
bit
firmer,
that
could
be
also
a
good
opportunity
for
them
to
talk
to
us
about
the
event
or
events
that
are
planning.
E
A
I
I
say
that,
because
when
I
was
touching
base
with
both
of
these
organizations
for
today's
meeting
outside
of
events,
fundraising
events
that
are
happening
right
now,
they
didn't
really
have
anything
to
provide
any
any
feedback.
So
maybe
it
asked
their
plans
for
for
queer
works
specifically
firm
up
for
the
spring
of
2023.
A
It
will
be
great
for
them
to
to
come
and
give
us
a
their
public.
Testimony
introduced
to
organization
talked
about
their
events,
see
how
we
can
you
know,
help
them
amplify
that
information.
B
A
C
A
C
A
C
A
B
Well,
we
had
public
Arts
Commissioners,
give
a
presentation,
Mr
chair.
If
you
wish,
we
can
I.
A
Was
I
was
going
to
provide
that
on
my
updates,
but
since
you
brought
it
up,
Jay
so
I
did
have
an
opportunity
to
touch
base
with
Gary
Armstrong
of
the
of
the
Arts
commission,
who
is
the
vice
chair
of
the
Arts
Commission
and
he
is
presenting
updates
to
his
Arts
commission
tomorrow
on
November
16th.
He
will
be
able
to
talk
to
us
at
our
meeting
in
December.
A
C
So
if,
if
that
was
an
option
to
offer
queer
works,
I
would
strongly
recommend
the
commission
permit
me
to
make
that
suggestion
to
him
and
say
you
know,
either
in
December
or
January
we'd
like
you
to
make
a
presentation
to
the
commission,
not
a
lengthy
presentation,
not
you
know,
20
minutes,
but
maybe
five
to
eight
minutes
or
ten
minutes,
but
not
necessarily
hold
it
to
public
a
public
comment
not
to
get
in
the
weeds,
but
I
just
want
Clarity
on
what
I
can
suggest
to
to
him.
Why.
A
Don't
we
start
with
the
public
commentary
and
if
he
feels
that
he's
got
a
lot
of
information
to
share,
then
we
can
consider-
and
we
can
discuss
this
in
in
December
if
he
needs
to
have
a
lengthier
presentation-
okay,
just
to
keep
the
Level
Playing
Field
same
for
all
of
these
organizations
that
are
we're
inviting
to
join
us
and
introduce
themselves
okay,
and
in
that
on
that
note,
your
do.
You
have
any
updates
on
organized
neighborhoods.
C
A
Okay,
Terry
just
posted
something
to
commissioner
Andrade,
just
posted
something
on
the
chat
Terry.
You
want
to
share.
E
Okay,
I
need
to
leave
the
meeting
a
little
bit
early,
but
I
I
just
wanted
to
be
sure
to
congratulate
commissioner
de
heart
on
his
victory
in
the
council
race
before
before
I
go.
A
Thank
you
Terry,
so,
moving
on
with
the
agenda,
we're
going
to
reports
number
three:
those
are
Highland:
Gateway,
States,
Community,
Association,
liation,
Andrade
floods,
Shepherd
that
we
have
any
updates
I.
A
All
right
next
is
seniors,
and
people
with
disabilities,
Veterans
Affairs
report
and
mignola.
F
Nothing
on
my
end,
other
than
the
local
American
Legion
was
very
packed
up
the
veterans
parade
and
got
a
lot
of
good
positive
comments.
I
never
heard
about
the
whole
parade
in
general.
A
A
So
we
are
moving
rather
quickly
on
this.
This
is
very
good,
so
seniors,
then
we
go
to
Veterans
youth
education,
Affairs,
sustaining
Community
student
representative,
Center,
commissioner
Shepard
and
Mineola.
Do
we
have
anything
to
report.
C
No
I
do
not
so
kind
of
jump
start
this
group,
because
we've
had
a
commissioner
who
was
going
to
kind
of
drive.
This
bus
has
left
the
commission,
so
maybe.
A
So
commissioner
vignolo
sends
you
part
of
it.
Would
you
be
able
to
step
in
and
help
our
student
representative.
A
This
particular
update
on
on
youth,
education,
Affairs
and
standing
committee.
A
C
C
A
Okay,
great,
thank
you
so
much
for
for
throwing
both
of
your
hats
on
in
confirming
that's
great.
Thank
you.
Any
updates
on
on
development
mediation,
Andrade,
commissioner
Terri
Andrea.
E
C
A
So
moving
on
to
B
Item
B,
a
b,
which
is
the
community
service
Awards,
so
we're
moving
now
toward
the
end
of
the
year
and
working
with
our
staff
liaison
Jay.
We
are
now
moving
to
put
out
the
announcement
for
our
community
service
awards
for
2020
to
2023.
A
A
Our
staff
liaison
has
communicated
with
the
director
of
communications
we're
trying
to
get
these
criteria
and
all
of
the
information
out
to
the
public.
As
soon
as
we
can.
This
week
we
are
aiming
to
have
a
submission
of
applications
by
no
later
than
Friday
9th
2022,
so
that
we
can
review
those
applications
and
make
a
determination
of
recommendations
for
our
meeting
happening
on
December.
The
12th
2022
I
know
it's
a
very
narrow
window.
A
But
if
we
do
this
right,
we
should
be
able
to
come
up
with
a
good
list
of
nominees.
Remember
that
this
is
a
very
important
process
and
has
multiple
steps
and
just
to
review
a
little
bit
of
the
criteria.
Just
to
refresh
your
minds
about
the
criteria
for
individual
awardees,
which
is
very
important
as
you
yourselves
can
nominate
individuals
as
well
as
organizations.
A
A
A
A
However,
an
award
may
be
giving
to
a
person
going
above
and
beyond
their
job
responsibilities
to
promote
Universal
human
rights
and,
in
general,
no
individual
should
receive
more
than
one
award.
So
even
if
they've
continued
to
deserve
it,
so
past
honorees
can
be
found
in
the
human
rights
commission's
web
page
and
that's
been
updated
as
well.
A
Current
human
rights
Commissioners,
unfortunately,
neither
one
of
us
are
able
to
be
eligible
to
receive
an
award.
So,
although
you
guys
are
doing
fantastic
work,
we're
we're
not
able
to
be
nominated.
A
The
general
criteria
for
organization
is
as
follows:
both
profit
and
not-for-profit
organizations
are
eligible
for
the
community
service
award.
Although
an
organization
awardee
does
not
need
to
be
based
in
the
Coachella
Valley,
the
activity
for
which
they
are
being
recognized
should
affect
the
residents
of
the
Coachella
Valley.
A
and
as
as
mentioned,
we
are
aiming
to
have
those
nominations
in
by
no
later
than
Friday
December,
the
9th
the
applications
go
to
our
staff
liaison
J
Parada,
and
we
would
have
the
entire
weekend
and
the
Monday
to
review
those
applications
and
to
come
up
with
a
short
list
of
recommended
award
recipients
for
our
December
the
12th.
A
The
selection
committee
includes
our
executive
committee,
which
is
formed
by
our
vice
chair
Shepherd
and
myself.
We
invite
one
more
commissioner,
to
join
the
reviewing
executive
committee
to
provide
the
insight
and
to
provide
you
know
feedback
on
these
applications.
A
We
try
to
keep
this
small
because,
as
we
all
know
it,
the
larger
the
selecting
committee,
the
more
complex
that
the
process
becomes,
and
we
really
want
to
make
sure
that
we
do
diligence
on
each
and
every
single
one
of
the
applications,
so
that
the
list
that
we
put
forward
is
the
list
that
we
feel
is
it's
every
single
one
of
them
in
people
or
organization
in
the
list
is
worthy
of
receiving
an
award
with
that
said,
Do
we
have
any
of
our
commissioners
who
would
like
to
join
vice
president
vice
chair
Shepherd
and
myself
in
reviewing
these
applications
and
helping
us
decide
on
the
short
list.
A
A
I
believe
so,
is
there
any
precedent
for
what
the
student
representative
wouldn't
be
able
to
do
this
I'm
asking
for
those
before
us?
No
so
Lily
looks
like
yes,
absolutely.
You
would
be
able
to
to
join
us
to
help
us
review
these
applications
and
provide
your
Insight
following.
D
A
So
we're
gonna
we're
gonna
share
the
the
the
information
with
everyone
as
soon
as
because
it's
able
to
become
public
knowledge.
Commissioner
of
the.
D
Heart
now
my
hand
is
up.
If
there's
no
other,
commissioner
volunteering
I'll
volunteer
to
serve.
A
Okay,
thank
you
so
much
appreciate
that
it
was
certainly
will
welcome
your
feedbacks,
given
that
you
have
definitely
a
lot
of
experience
on
dealing
with
this
particular
process.
D
Which
is
very
important
in
another
housekeeping
item,
just
as
a
reminder
for
for
Jay
and
Annie,
it
was
the
when
the
nomination
forms
go
to
committee.
The
nominator's
name
should
be
redacted,
so
there's
no
bias
comes
forward
to
the
committee.
So
we
just
want
to
request
that
before
it
gets
sent
out
to
the
committee.
The
packet.
A
A
A
Next
we
have
item
C,
which
is
mediation,
promote
mediation,
services,
Andrade,
ramaran
and
flood.
Any
updates,
I.
F
Just
did
so
what
to
refresh
my
memory
on
the
above
item
about
the
mediationally
is
on
I'm
in
the
mediation
report.
Is
that
something
I
think
it's
different
for
what
I'm
doing
I
continue
to
work
with
the
Superior
Court
as
a
volunteer
mediator
and
the
Riverside
County
Community
Action
Partnership
program
asked
me
to
continue
to
spread
the
word
that
they
do
need
more
mediators
to
help
in
some
small
claims
court,
so
I'm
just
putting
that
out
right
now,
I've
been
doing
that
for
the
last
six
or
seven
months.
F
A
So
thank
you
for
doing
that
work.
Commissioner.
Flood.
It's
really
really
important
and
yes,
please
continue
and
bring
updates
to
the
commission
as
possible.
A
Next
item
in
the
agenda
is
equity
and
social
justice
committee,
Shepherd,
Andrade
and
I'm
sorry
I'm
back
that
would
be
transgender
awareness.
I
think
we've
covered
pretty
much.
Commissioner
vignola
provided
a
great
update
on
on
events
upcoming
events
from
my
conversations
Communications
with
with
Renee
poncellon
and
with
Jacob
they're,
basically
just
gearing
right
now
on,
like
every
other
organization,
doing
events
fundraising
events,
nothing
really
to
report,
but
certainly
great
to
hear
that
they
are
gearing
up
for
for
for
more
things.
A
One
thing
I'd
like
to
remind
everyone
and
from
our
conversations
with
the
transgender
Wellness
Center,
is
that
if
you
become
aware
of
any
organization
or
any
HR
department
who
may
need
any
kind
of
like
sensitivity,
training
on
transgender
issues,
that
these
organizations
are
equipped
and
ready
to
provide
that
service,
they
have
literature,
they
have
speakers
they
can.
They
can
come
in
and
provide
sensitivity,
training
and
why
so
important
that
we
start
using
pronouns.
A
A
And
for
next
year
is
our
next
item,
and
this
is
a
very
important
item,
because
we
have
heard
from
the
last
several
months
that
civil
Commissioners
want
to
have
been
asking
when
is
going
to
be
an
important
time
for
us
to
get
together
again
in
person
and
have
one
of
our
meetings
in
person.
I
think
that
having
a
meeting
in
person
is
going
to
be
really
important.
A
Obviously
we
can
we
we're
thinking
about
having
that
soon,
but
I
would
also
like
to
frame
that
as
a
way
to
an
opportunity
to
invite
everyone
to
come
in
with
projects
that
you
would
like
to
Champion
as
Commissioners.
And
let
me
just
remind
you
that
you
know
the
bullying.
Symposium
was
something
that
commissioner
vignola
brought
to
our
attention.
A
We
all
like
the
idea.
It
really
became
a
project
that
several
of
us
worked
together
with
the
city
with
the
our
city
liaison
and
with
other
City
staff
to
make
it
possible.
So
nothing
really
prevents
us
from
thinking
about.
What's
what
we'd
like
to
bring
to
the
commission
for
2023,
at
least
for
the
first
six
months,
and
then
obviously
continue
that
work?
A
So
it
is
going
to
be
very
important
for
each
and
every
single
one
of
us
to
think
about
either
a
project
that
you
would
like
to
Champion
an
organization
that
you'd
like
to
work
with,
so
that
we
can
look
at
having
joint
events
like
like
what
we
did
with
several
organizations
for
the
Boolean
symposium.
A
But
this
is
going
to
be
a
tactical
meeting
that
is
going
to
require
brainstorming
and
participation
from
each
and
every
single.
One
of
you
keep
in
mind
that
we
have
a
new,
a
very
largely
new
city
council,
coming
in
very
soon
that
the
work
of
this
commission
is
driven
in
big
part
from
the
strategic
planning
and
the
Strategic
priorities
that
our
city
council
put
forward
for
our
commission
and
all
the
commissions.
B
Mr
chair
we've
we've
been
informed
at
the
staff
level
that
our
I.T
department
is
hoping
to
have
some
devices
made
available
so
that
we
can
have
hybrid
meetings
sometime
in
January.
So
that's
the
plan.
The
hybrid
meeting
would
enable
remote
participation
as
well
as
in-person
participation.
A
C
Thank
you
Mr
chair,
so
my
comment
or
question
really
is
either
direct
it
to
you
or
to
J.
C
C
I
know
that
with
the
new
city
council,
back
probably
would
could
be
a
subject
of
chain
subject
to
change,
but
I'm
just
trying
to
get
an
under
better
understanding.
If
we
have
any
guidance
from
current
city
council
as
to
what
the
Strategic
priorities
are,
we
should
be
considering
in
aligning
our
own
strategic
priorities
going
forward
with.
B
I
can
take
a
shot
Mr
chair,
Commissioners
I
know
we
went
through
the
exercise
about
a
year
ago
of
preparing
goals
and
objectives
for
the
commission
and
that
information
was
provided
to
the
city
council,
the
city
council
and
the
city
manager
at
the
time
had
some
discussions
on
how,
from
those
goals
to
formulate
goals
for
the
city
goals
that
ultimately
become
the
city
work
program,
and
that
is
what
was
shared
at
the
multi-commission
board
council
meeting
that
most
of
you
attended,
and
so
that
was
the
product
of
the
city's
strategic
plan.
B
Now
it
wasn't,
it
did
not
address
the
goals
that
the
commissions
had
brought
up
previously,
quite
as
well
as
I.
Think.
A
lot
of
the
Commissioners
would
like
to
have
seen
for
that
Clarity,
but
it
was
call
it
a
a
first
cut
at
giving
the
city
some
priorities
on
where
to
focus,
City
resources
and
moving
City
programs
forward.
B
You
know
and
chair
Loyola
you
had
me
send
out
that
staff
report
that
the
city
manager
prepared
with
those
perhaps
I,
can
do
that
again.
Just
yeah
there.
B
Updates
to
that
document,
yes,
commissioner,
vignolo
points
out,
but
you
know
new
Council
new
city
manager,
so
you
know
I
I,
we're
kind
of
I.
Think
all
of
us
are
kind
of
have
our
ears
perked
up
to
see
what
the
what
the
next
move
is
going
to
be
so.
A
So,
regardless
of
what
is
going
to
be
happening,
the
next
few
months
I
think
it's
kind
of
important
to
remind
ourselves
of
what
that
priority.
Priority
strategic
priorities
and
plan
is
at
the
moment.
So
if
you
can
share
that
with
us
again
Jay
that
would
be
great,
but
also
again
to
be
very,
very
clear.
A
Nothing
prevents
either
one
of
us
or
coming
up
with
ideas
for
projects
that
you
would
like
the
commission
to
consider.
So,
please
think
think
about
it
speak
up
it's
important
for
you
to
to
bring
those
ideas
to
the
table.
Let's
explore
them,
let's
look
at
them
in
on
their
merits
and
I'll
be
very
happy
as
your
current
chair
to
support
them
moving
forward
and
and
seeing
seeing
them.
You
know
come
come
to
fruition,
because
this
is.
A
This
is
an
important
work
that
the
commission
can
do
and,
and-
and
you
can-
you
can
see
and
hear
in
the
comments
when
we
had
the
bullying
Symposium,
they
had
a
very
positive
impact.
So
we
need
to
do
more
of
that,
but
we
need
to
do
it
as
a
commission.
So.
A
Any
other
staff
or
student
comments
that
you
like
to
add
so
for
the
agenda,
the
items
that
I
was
able
to
pick
up.
Jay
tell
me
if
this
is
right,
we're
going
to
add
an
item
on
the
agenda
for
an
update
from
commissioner
Gary
Armstrong
on
his
updates
from
the
art
Commission.
A
we're
going
to
reach
out
to
queer
works
and
hopefully
invite
them.
Perhaps
they
can
present
on
our
meeting
in
January.
A
One
thing
that
was
presented
previously
and
we
didn't
have
an
opportunity
to
discuss
further-
was
commissioner
vignolo's
request
for
providing
updates
for
our
website
or
recommendations
for
updates
for
our
website.
My
comments
to
commissioner
vignola
that
from
my
last
meeting,
was
if
you
can
identify
what
kinds
of
updates
and
if
we
follow
the
proper
protocol
for
communicating
these
recommendations
for
the
updates.
A
We
should
just
follow
that
so
that
I.
This
would
be
the
work
that,
if
you
see
something
you
you
think
is
inaccurate
or
you
like
to
see
an
update.
The
protocol
would
be
to
reach
out
to
Jay,
so
the
J
can
in
turn,
provide
these
recommendations
to
the
communications
director
so
that
the
updates
could
be
applied
as
as
needed.
A
Well
so,
finally,
I
want
to
thank
you,
everyone
for
joining
us
and
again
thank
you.
Ron
on
your
hard
fought
and
win
for
the
city
council.
We
can't
wait
for
you
to
to
be
obviously
one
of
our
our
champions
in
Council.
Thank
you
for
that,
and,
and
thank
you,
everyone
for
joining
us
today,
we're
going
to
move
to
adjourn.
B
This
meeting
Mr
chair
I,
would
just
note
one
other
item
for
the
next
meeting
would
be
the
community
service
Awards
work
so
that
may
take
up
the.
