Next
schedule
meeting
is:
may
25th,
28
20.
and
before
we
go
into
the
election
chairman,
I'd
like
to
go
over
the
2023
meeting
schedule
and
david
mccarty
asked
to
make
some
comments
on
that.
G
G
F
Yes,
so
if
we
could
actually
get
a
motion,
if
everyone
was
okay
with
those
dates,
then
we
will
have
to
establish
that
with
the
military
heritage
museum
and
then
we
won't
be
able
to
change
anything.
We
can
only
cancel.
You
know
from
that
point.
We
won't
be
able
to
reschedule
just
because
they
need
you
know,
set
in
stone
dates.
D
F
All
right,
I
will
say
you
guys,
have
a
consensus
to
that
and
then
I
will
be
going
on
to
election
of
chair.
Okay.
D

One
thing:
approval
of
the
minutes:
we
didn't
do
that
yet
did
we.

The
owner
of

the
property,
okay,.

E
E
Fourth,
I
mean
december
14
2018.,
I
inspected
the
property
at
300
west
rather
esplanade
on
march
21
2022
found
found
stagnant
water,
grease
dirt
and
discoloration
of
pavement
on
the
ground
in
the
loading
dock
area
of
the
property
and
the
dumpster
enclosure
area,
which
has
created
unsightly
by
the
condition
of
the
loading
dock
area
and
dumpster
enclosure
area
on
the
property,
which
is
not
maintained
in
a
clean
condition,
which
is
a
repeat
violation
of
point
of
order.
Code,
chapter
9,
section,
9-2-8,
chapter
9,
section,
9-2-g,
chapter
26,
section
10.28,.
E
There
is
a
dead
palm
tree
on
the
on
the
parking
lot
area
of
the
property,
which
is
a
violation
of
point
of
voter
code.
Chapter
26,
section
8.11
e,
1,
f,
the
pvc
fence
near
the
loading
dock
area
on
the
property
is
in
the
state
of
disrepair,
which
is
a
repeat
violation
of
pointer
quota
code.
Chapter
26,
section
8.5
b2,
I'm
submitting
55
photos
for
the
record.
The
pictures
submitted
for
evidence
are
a
true
and
accurate
representation
of
the
conditions
of
the
site.
At
the
time
the
picture
was
taken.
E
Was
posted
on
the
property
and
at
city
hall
by
code,
compliance
officer,
nick
faulkner,
on
april
26
2022,
I
re-inspected
the
property
and
found
that
the
dumpster
enclosure
door
and
the
pvc
fence
had
been
repaired
and
the
dead
palm
tree
had
been
removed.
However,
the
tree
stump
from
the
dead
prom
tree
remained
above
grade
level.
E
The
snag
that
was
stagnant,
water,
grease,
dirt
and
discoloration
of
the
pavement
remained
on
the
ground
in
the
loading
dock
area
on
the
property
in
the
dumpster
enclosure
area,
which
continues
to
create
an
unsightly
blighted
condition
of
the
loading
dock
area
in
the
dumpster
enclosure
area
on
the
property,
the
property
continues
continue
to
be
in
repeat,
violation
of
the
compliance
order.
The
property
has
been
in
non-compliance
for
37
days
from
march
21st
2022
to
april
26
2022,
I'm
submitting
an
invoice,
an
amount
of
fifteen
dollars
and
five
cents
for
case
costing
curves.
H
Now
as
we
established
in
2018,
this
was
not
the
issue
when
that
property
was
originally
built,
though
stagnant
water
and
the
issues
in
the
back
came
after
they
put
the
41
bridge.
In
last
time,
I
had
bobby
gross
senior
here
who
testified
from
sunland,
paving
that
originally
there
were
no
issues
with
this,
and
this
is
subsequently
something
that
has
gotten
worse.
Over
the
years
I
mean
2018,
we
did
the
move.
We
moved
our
dumpster
area
out
to
the
front
removed
fences
to
try
to
facilitate
it.
D
H
H
H
No-
and
it's
been
an
ongoing
issue
since
mr
asmar
has
bought
the
property
when
fred
babcock
had
it
we,
there
was
really
no
issues
with
the
property,
but
pontegorda
has
changed
significantly
in
the
last
20
years.
Well,
I
agree
with
that,
but
yeah
and
I've
been
in
business
here
in
my
39th
year.
So
since
then
it's
even
greater
changes.
H
D
D
E
Yesterday,
when
we
inspected,
they
were
still
removing
it,
so
I'm
not
sure
if
the
stump
is
removed
now,
but
when
we
did
our
inspection,
the
stump
was
still.
H
A
H
Well,
yes,
okay,
yeah
back
originally
that
41
bridge
was
not
there.
When
this
was
built.
You
know
back
the
bridge
didn't
come
into
the
late
70s.
The
hotel
was
built
in
the
late
60s,
so
there
was
never
an
issue
there.
What
happened
is
when
the
semis
were
turning
around.
They
were
putting
routes
in
so
we
had
to
take
the
fence
down
to
try
to
keep
them
off
the
grass
there's
areas
there
that
the
water
has
to
go
somewhere.
H
So
I
mean
we
can
meet
with
an
engineer
out
there
again,
as
we
did
the
last
time,
there's
no
drain
with
the
proximity
to
the
harbor.
I
don't
see
how
I
mean
we
do
have
french
drains
that
go
into
the
sewer,
but
there's
no
drain
on
that
side.
There
no.
H
Well,
I
know
that
the
hotel
right
now
it's
we're
going
through
a
renovation
stage
where
hopefully
we'll
be
submitting
within
you
know,
by
the
end
of
this
year,
for
both
plans
for
both
the
marina
and
to
redo
the
hotel,
which
should
eliminate
a
lot
of
the
blight
at
that
time.
A
H
They
use
everything
is
environmentally
friendly
that
we
use.
I
Hi,
my
name
is
patrick
fischer.
I've
been
sworn
in.
Basically,
the
curbing
that's
on
the
side
going
into
the
back
is
granted
pieces
of
granite
that
we
used
to
stop
people
from
driving
up
on
the
embankment,
because
when
the
hotel
in
the
restaurant
is
busy
on
there
and
there
was
no
parking,
they
were
parked
on
the
embankment
causing
ruts,
which
we
were
getting
in
trouble
from
f
dot
regarding
ruts
on
the
embankment.
I
I
I
I
I
A
I
Well,
we've
been
like
after
clover,
you
know,
there's
a
staff
shortage,
so
a
lot
of
it
was
because
we
didn't
have
staff
to
police
the
grounds.
By
now
we're
getting
to
the
point
where
we
have
staff.
I
have
our
maintenance
crew
going
out
every
day,
looking
at
areas
the
pile
of
tree
frauds
that
are
there.
I
spoke
with
the
city,
solid
waste.
They
said
when
the
pot,
when
we're
ready
to
call
them
and
they'll
bring
their
they'll,
send
their
claw
truck
to
pick
everything
up.
I
D
I
E
I
D
I
D
But
so
I
mean,
but
that's
an
obvious
continuing
problem,
and
I
know
that
you
have
that
pvc
fence
that
if
somebody
hits
it
it's
not
resilient,
it's
going
to
crack
and
something's
going
to
have
to
be
done
with
it,
but
something
has
to
be
done
with
it.
I
don't
know
if
there's
an
alternative
to
give
it
some
protection.
D
I
just
don't
know,
but
when
it
comes
to
this
drainage
issue
to
me,
if
you're
just
doing
a
power
wash,
why
doesn't
somebody
come
out
with
a
brush
and
just
kind
of
when
I
cleaned
something
I
had
to
take
a
broom
and
move
it
and
spread
it
out
and
so
that
it
dissipated
it?
Just
didn't
puddle
it
in
the
corner.
D
H
D
So
yeah,
I
can
understand
that
that
can
be
an
issue,
but
there's
got
to
be
some
way
that
that
can
be
mitigated.
I'm
I'm
you're
having
these
people
come
in.
I
would
have
thought
with
the
problem.
H
I
mean
the
easiest
remedy
would
be
to
fence
in
the
entire
thing
and
to
cut
off
access,
but
that's
really
not
an
option
you'd
like
to
explore
that
would
remove
the
blight.
No
one
will
be
able
to
see
it,
but
then
again
they
wouldn't
be
able
to
access
the
harbor
for
any.
So
that
seems
to
be
where
the
problem
is,
because
this
is
not
worse
than
most
restaurants.
Physical
area
trust
me
they're
mechanical
areas.
This
is
the
way
they
are.
H
So
so
that's
our
you
know
catch-22,
that's
our
part
of
our
dilemma.
H
H
The
benefit
of
the
the
rainy
season
is
that
we
don't
have
the
volume
in
the
restaurant,
so
we
don't
create
as
much.
We
don't
have
to
do
as
much
pressure
cleaning
and
things
like
that.
As
far
as
that
goes
yeah,
there's
water
there
that
comes
down
from
the
hill
and
that's
beyond
us.
That's
fdot.
B
B
A
Now,
from
an
engineering
point
of
view,
there
are
a
number
of
different
solutions
to
that
here,
but
they're
all
very
costly
solutions,
and
I
don't
even
know
if
it's
worth
mentioning,
because
I
mean
obviously
there's
been
talking
about
kind
of
pitching
it
a
different
way
and
you
could
install
something
permeable
to
allow
the
water
to
to
permeate
down
into
the
ground
before
it
reaches
all
the
way
out
here.
So
but,
like
I
said,
I'm
talking
about
now
hundreds
of
thousands
of
dollars-
and
I
don't
think
that'll-
be.
H
Right
there
is,
there
is
one
french
drain
on
the
front,
but
that
would
there
would
we'd
actually
we'd
need
a
load.
G
H
The
hotel,
mr
asmar,
recently
completed
a
renovation
on
one
of
his
tamper
properties,
and
now
this
is
the
next
property
that
he's
highlighting
so
he's
right,
he's
working
on
elevation,
changes,
painting
and
then
also
with
the
marina
to
get
that
back
underway,
because
that
permit
is
active,
but
you
have
no
idea
when
it
takes
time.
Oh,
I
know
it
does.
Just
I
have
another
building
in
charlotte
county.
I
I
put
bids
out
a
year
ago
and
can't
even
get
trust
bids
a
year
later
still
so
we
have
to
change
it.
H
You
know
from
engineer,
trusting
it's
and
everyone's
dealing
with
it.
I
do
realize
that
and
we're
not
trying
to
be
difficult.
G
Dave
mccartney
coach
playing
supervisor
vince
warren.
We
have
that
communication
back
and
forth
this.
Some
of
the
board
members
are
new.
This
has
been
before
the
board
before
for
the
same
situation.
G
G
Things
didn't
get
done
and
my
statement
yesterday
when
I
went
with
lavoisier
to
check
the
property,
was
they
usually
correct
the
violations
the
day
before
the
hearing?
And
that
seems
like
what
was
happening
this
time,
because
the
tree
was
being
cut
down,
we
were
there
and
other
things
were
being
done,
so
it
it
does
take
time
for
them
to
come
into
compliance.
G
It
would
be
nice
if,
like
when
they
got
the
first
notice
to
take
care
of
it
that
week
anyway,
instead
of
waiting
the
whole
month
and
a
half
till
the
next
code
board
meeting
is
to
take
care
of
it.
That'd
be
the
only
thing
that
I
would
say
that
the
response
time
is
a
little
slow
and
that's
all
I
say
thank.
H
D
H
We
can
we
try
that
and
see
if
it
yeah
we're
willing
to
try
things.
Definitely
some.
H
Well,
and
also
too,
when
the
the
ground
is
drier,
it
doesn't
absorb
nearly
as
fast.
So
that's
part
of
the
reason
too
well
that
could
be
yes,
but.
B
You
just
mentioned
pump
and
I've
seen
people
even
in
their
yards.
You
know
whether
it
be
a
shop,
vac,
wet
dry
shop,
vac
or
a
pump
and
a
hose
to
move
it
to
another
area,
or
something
like
that.
It
might
be
a
might
not
be
a
very
aesthetically
pleasing
solution.
But
you
know
there
might
be
a
solution
in
there
short
of
major
construction.
