B
Time
with
the
san
bruno
public
library,
I'm
miss
susan
and
I'll
be
reading
you
stories
today.
I
want
to
remind
all
the
grown-ups
that
you
can
always
go
to
storytime.sanbrunolibrary.org
to
get
the
link
to
our
current
story,
time,
which
we
live
stream
every
tuesday
at
11am,
and
you
can
also
get
links
to
other
pre-recorded
story
times
that
you
and
your
child
might
enjoy
together.
B
We
also
always
list
our
programs
on
our
website
at
san
bruno
library,
dot,
org
and,
if
you'd
like
to
check
out
the
books
that
we
read
today
or
that
you've
enjoyed
from
other
story
times,
we
do
list
them
in
the
staff
picks
section
on
our
main
catalog
page.
So
if
you
go
to
sbl.bibliocommons.com,
look
under
the
explore
section
for
staff
picks
in
the
children's
area,
you'll
see
all
of
our
live
stream
story
times
listed
and
the
books
that
we've
enjoyed
and
you
can
come
and
check
them
out
here
at
the
library.
B
That's
a
big
word
that
means
that
they
tried
really
hard
over
and
over
again
to
achieve
their
dreams,
so
we're
going
to
enjoy
some
really
great
books
today
about
kids
who
persevered
to
reach
their
dreams
when
they
were
grown-ups
and
even
when
they
were
kids
too.
So,
let's
see
what
our
name
tag
is.
Today
I
have
a
palm
tree.
There's
my
name
is
susan,
I'm
gonna
put
it
on
and
we're
gonna
have
some
tree
rhymes
a
little
bit
later
on
today
that
we
can
enjoy.
B
A
B
For
joining
me,
I
really
love
reading
books
to
you,
and
I
hope
you
come
and
say
hello
to
me
at
the
library
also,
since
you
can
come
and
check
out
books
right
all
right.
Let's
do
our
hello
song,
our
other
hello
song,
bread
and
butter,
where
we
get
to
say
hello,
so
many
different
ways
and
we
get
to
practice
our
opposites
all
right.
First
way,
we're
going
to
say
hello
together
is
we're
going
to
say
it
very
quietly.
A
We're
going
to
whisper
it,
but
then
we
get
to
say
it
really
loudly
and
put
our
hands
up
high
in
the
air
and
shout
hello
that
is
the
opposite
of
quiet,
loudly,
all
right,
bread
and
butter,
marmalade
and
jam.
Let's
say
hello
as
quietly
as
we
can
hello,
hi
everybody
all
right.
Are
you
ready
to
be
loud
here?
We.

B
There
are
now
many
female
drummers
in
cuba,
thanks
to
milo's
courage
becoming
a
drummer
is
no
longer
an
unattainable
dream
for
girls
on
the
island.
Drum
girl
dream.
Oh,
I
loved
that
book.
She
really
did
have
to
persevere.
Didn't
she
all
right,
let's
you
and
I
make
some
music
together
we're
going
to
march
in
place
to
some
imaginary
music
and
then
we're
going
to
our
horn
like
this
and
we're
going
to
bang
a
drum
we're
going
to
bang
our
drum
like
this
and
we're
gonna.
B
A
A
B
Place
and
remember
you:
can
you
can
drum
on
lots
of
things
in
your
house?
Not
just
your
hands
your
heartbeat
over
here
on
your
legs
on
a
table?
Maybe
you
have
an
empty
oatmeal
container.
You
can
drum
on
there's
many
things.
You
can
practice
your
drumming
on
all
right.
Let's
read
another
book
about
somebody
who
had
a
big
dream.

B
Like
me,
one
had
a
frown,
one
had
a
grin
and
one
had
banana
all
over
his
chin
good
job.
All
right.
Let's
do
another
monkey
one.
I
bet
you
know
the
song,
the
itsy
bitsy
spider
caught
crawled
up
the
water
spout.
What
we're
gonna
do
with
monkeys
a
monkey
who
climbs
up
a
coconut
tree,
so
we
already
know
monkey
and
we
know
coconut.

Evelyn
still
dreamed
about
places
beyond
her
small
world,
but
now
she
also
dreamed
about
insects,
never
studies
studied
and
about
stories
untold,
even
when
the
veterinary
college
opened
its
doors
to
women
at
last,
evelyn
knew
she
never
wanted
to
leave
the
world
of
insects
in
1924.
She
heard
about
an
expedition
to
study
tropical
insects.
