Elaine
was
an
excellent
soccer
player
and
preferred
to
carry
the
ball
in
his
mouth.
The
twins,
emily
and
elmer,
were
excellent
at
math
and
could
add
faster
than
a
calculator.
Ed
could
only
count
two
four.
Let's
see
why,
let's
see
one
two,
three
four
four
paws:
that's
it
for
ed
edith
was
an
excellent
ballerina
and
could
twirl
on
her
toes
ed
could
twirl
too,
but
it
wasn't
the
same.

For
getting
stuff,
he
always
forgot
to
wipe
his
paws
and
he
forgot
that
he
shouldn't
water,
the
rose
bushes
and
he
always
seemed
to
forget
that
he
had
just
eaten
ed.
You
just
ate
dad
said:
I'm
definitely
excellent
at
forgetting
stuff
ed
thought
he
was
sure
that
earned
him
a
nap
on
the
couch,
but
then
edith
made
an
announcement.
B

Later
the
family
squished
together
on
the
couch
and
there
was
no
room
for
ed,
so
he
lay
across
edith
and
elaine's
feet.
Ed
is
excellent.
At
warming
feet
elaine
whispered
to
edith.
Yes,
I
am
an
excellent
feet
warmer.
Maybe
that's
why
I
don't
sit
on
the
couch,
ed
wagged,
his
tail.
He
was
an
excellent
ellis.
After
all,.

sing
our
goodbye
song.
A
You
know
what
I
want
to
make
sure
that
you
know
that
on
thursdays
we're
having
a
live,
zoom
storytelling
session
with
storyteller
muriel
johnson
who's,
really
wonderful,
she's
done
a
lot
of
storytelling
for
local
organizations
like
children's
fairyland,
one
of
my
favorites,
and
she
will
be
doing
that
every
thursday
in
february
and
in
march,
in
celebration
for
a
black
history
month,
and
those
stories
are
appropriate
for
preschool
kindergarten.
First
grade
second
grade
really
children
of
all
ages,
so
I
hope
you'll
join
us.
B
B
A
A
Don't
forget!
Also
the
library
is
open.
You
can
come
in
and
visit
us
and
get
some
of
these
great
books.
We
also
have
them
featured
in
our
staff,
picks
section
of
the
library
catalog.
So
you
can
find
out
what
we've
read
for
story
time
and
place
holds
on
them.
So
I
hope
to
see
you
soon,
one
way
or
the
other
take.
