general

and
code
amendments
is
only
advisory
to
the
City
Council.
B
The
City
Council
will
hold
public
hearings
on
these
items.
Section
twenty
point:
one:
twenty
point:
four
hundred
of
the
Municipal
Code
provides
the
procedures
for
legal
protests
of
the
City
Council
on
rezoning,
Xand
pries
awnings,
the
Planning
Commission's
action
on
conditional
use
permits
is
appealable
to
the
City
Council
in
accordance
with
section
twenty
point.
One
hundred
point:
two:
twenty
of
the
Municipal
Code
agendas
and
a
binder
of
all
staff
reports
have
been
placed
on
the
table
near
the
door
for
your
convenience.
Thank
you.
A
Great
so
with
that,
we'll
move
on
to
the
next
agenda
item,
which
is
number
two
public
comment,
and
this
is
intended
for
folks
to
comment
on
items
that
are
not
on
the
agenda.
I
do
not
have
any
speaker
cards
in
front
of
me
so
unless
anyone
from
the
audience
wants
to
come
up
and
speak,
we'll
move
on
to
the
next
agenda
item,
which
is
deferrals
and
removals-
and
there
are
no
items
there
so
we'll
go
to
number
four,
which
is
the
consent,
calendar
and
so
the
consent
calendar.
A
C
A
A
D
D
A
A
The
motion
passes
unanimously,
so
moving
on
to
items
see,
is
there
anything
to
report
on
subcommittee
formation
reports
an
outstanding
business,
seeing
none
anything
under
decommission,
calendar
and
study
session
looks
like
we
do.
Have
a
study
session
scheduled
for
129
I.
Believe
it's
on
parking
anything.
A
D
Thank
You
chair,
so
this
study
session,
actually
we're
very
excited
to
have
this
scheduled.
The
city
has
worked
with
the
Urban
Land
Institute,
to
bring
a
technical
assistant
panel
to
the
city
to
start
to
study
the
issue
of
parking
management
and
changing
parking
requirements
for
the
city.
This
panel
will
be
here
on
January,
28th
and
29th,
and
they
will
be
presenting
their
final
report
and
recommendations
at
the
study
session
on
the
29th
right.
