for
may

you
can
bring
that
up
on
the
screen.
We
have
pages
one
and
two
three
and
four
five
and
six.

we

first
up
blair
weekend.
C
Hi
gloria
beakman
here
thanks
for
the
meeting
today,
happy
cinco
de
demaio.
First
thing:
the
agendas
did
not
make
it
onto
the
rules
in
open
government
council
agenda
today
for
on
the
public
website.
Can
can
somebody
hustle
and
get
the
second
agenda
up
on
the
website
right
now?
I
I
would
like
to
look
at
it
before
the
second
meeting
item
with
the
rest
of
the
time
I
have
for
the
items
here
for
the
fireworks
issues.
C
You
know
my
belief
is
that
you
know
we're
at
a
point
where
fireworks
and
guns-
I
think
we've
gathered
enough
data
at
the
local
level
on
these
things.
We
can
now
bring
this
to
a
state
and
federal
level
and
work
on
it
on
at
that
level,
and
I
think
it's
a
much
better
way
to
address
the
issue
and
it
can
definitely
avoid
rest
arrests
at
the
local
level
and
put
the
blame.
C
You
know
on
the
in
the
trading
of
these
things
and
not
in
what
the
local
level
there's
another
item:
there's
mental
health
issues,
mental
health
month
and
sjpoa
renewal
of
contract
issues.
I
think
these
things
are
interestingly
connected
which
describes
you
know
the
great
work
of
city
staff
to
want
to
connect
these
sort
of
things.
C
I
hope
you're
working
on
the
peer
review
ideas,
it's
an
important
concept,
I'll
talk
more
about
that
at
public
comment
and,
finally,
you
with
the
san
jose
clean
energy
things
I
tried
to
say
last
night,
you
know
it's
really
someone
can
someone
mute
themselves?
Please,
there
is
a
you
know
we
got
to
prepare
for
a
future
of
subsidies
and
how
to
be
proactive
and
creative
with
the
future
of
subsidy,
and
please
someone
meet
themselves
at
this
time.
C
B
Thank
you,
blair
and
sorry,
tony.
I
think
you
are
not
on
mute
and
we
have
next
up
is
prince
zahora.
D
Hello,
thank
you
for
having
me
on
to
participate
in
this
city
council
meeting
under
the
san
jose
city
charter.
So,
as
you
know,
I
have
my
bachelor's
of
science
degree
in
justice
study
san
jose
state
university.
D
I'm
a
judicial
intern
with
judge
socrates,
peter
manukin
of
the
county
of
santa
clara
superior
court,
a
stanford
studies
student
and
I'm
researching
to
become
a
post-secondary
educator
and
I'm
from
san
jose,
and
I
just
wanted
to
tune
into
this
meeting
to
study
just
the
experience
of
local
politics
being
a
u.s
citizen
from
the
city
of
san
jose.
I
just
had
a
quick
question
regarding
the
visit
of
prime
minister
narendra
modi
to
the
city
of
san
jose.
D
I
wanted
to
just
get
the
city
the
city's
take
as
to
the
impact
of
the
visit
of
of
that
prime
minister
from
india
to
the
city.
B
I'm
sorry
to
interrupt,
but
right
now
we're
taking
comment
on
our
may
11th
agenda,
and
so
that
visit
is
actually
not
part
of
the
may
11th
agenda.
If
you
had
comments
on
the
may
11th
agenda,
you
can
you
can
continue
now,
if
you
wanted
to
ask
something
different
than
maybe
not
on
the
agenda
as
it
sounds
like
you
are.
We
do
have
open
forum
at
the
end
of
the
meeting
today
and
it
actually
should
be
a
fairly
short
meeting.
So
you
can
look
at
that
comment.
Then.
B
You're
welcome,
thank
you
okay
and
another
hand,
so
just
to
ensure
for
comment
again.
We
are
taking
comment
right
now
on
the
tentative
agenda
for
may
11th.
Council
meeting
and
next
up
is
gabrielle
hernandez.
A
A
Is
on
the
may,
11th
agenda
is
we'd
like
to
request
that
maybe
five
o'clock
so
community
can
participate
in
the
discussion.
E
F
E
B
Thank
you.
Okay,
that's
all
of
our
public
speakers,
and
I
will
mention
to
tony.
I
also
tested
it
out.
The
may
18th
link
does
not
work
as
blair
was
pointing
out.
Do
we
know
if
that
is
working
now?
Is
that
something
that
we
can
get
live.
A
It
will
be,
it
will
take
about
10
minutes.
I
just
re-pushed
it
that
that
the
edits
came
in
really
late
on
those
it's
it
just
didn't
push.
Sometimes
we
have
to
do
it
two
or
three
times
when
it
comes
in
late.
We
don't
always
have
time
to
double
check
it,
so
I
just
went
and
re-pushed
it.
We
can
page
through
it
a
little
slower.
B
What
I'll
do
is
I'll
I'll
read
through
it
slower?
So
then
that
way
we
actually
can
can
allow
everybody
to
have
a
chance
to
to
look
at
it
now
I'll
go
over
to
my
colleagues,
though,
and
we
are
on
the
may
11th
agenda-
let's
see
if
there's
anybody
that
has
any
comments
on
time
certain
or
changes.
B
I
know
that
I
believe
last
week,
if
I
recap
calling
correctly
council
member
adenas,
there
was
an
item
that
you
were
interested
in
potentially
having
a
time
certain
on
I'm
I'm
apologize,
I'm
blanking,
I
think
we
had
said
we'd,
save
it
for
this
discussion,
but
go
ahead.
Counselor
dennis.
F
Thank
you,
chair
yeah,
the
item
that
I
was
hoping
that
we
could
put
it
for
time.
Certain
was
8.1
the
public
hearing,
approval
for
the
annual
action
plan
for
department
of
housing
and
urban
development.
F
I
think
we
said
five
o'clock
would
be
a
good
time
and
then
also
aside
from
that,
I
know
in
the
ad
sheet
there's
the
response
to
the
city
council
direction
for
sanction
encampment,
and
I
think
that
also
should
have
a
time
certain.
But
I'm
open
to
what
the
committee
members
think
is
appropriate
for
both
of
those
items.
B
Keep
muting
and
unmuting
myself.
Okay,
thank
you.
Looking
at
the
agenda
myself,
I
I
you
know
it
doesn't
I
don't
necessarily
see
items
ahead
of
time
that
may
potentially
take
too
much
time,
but
you
know,
obviously
we
can
never
really
gauge
that,
and
so
I
think
five
o'clock
is
a
a
good
estimate.
I
might
suggest
even
a
little
sooner
if
we
we
don't
want
to
be
delayed
in
anything.
But
my
guess
is
that
that
could
be
a
good
a
good
time
regardless.
B
A
Yeah
thanks
we
had
a
hearing
on
the
on
the
same
item
8.1
already
and
they
presented
on
it.
I
there
were
not
very
many
public
speakers,
I
think
maybe
two
or
three,
so
I
guess
I'm
not
sure
we
need
to
have
for
the
final
hearing
which
usually
had
the
second
time.
We
hear
something
we
usually
have
fewer,
not
more
so
I
I
don't
really
see
a
need
for
8.1
to
be
at
a
time
certain.
A
F
Yeah,
I
I
think
that
is
a
you
know:
I'm
open
to
either
one,
but
I
I
do
think
that
sometimes
our
community
members
miss
the
first
go
at
it,
and
this
is
the
second
bite
of
the
apple
and
I'd
hate
for
our
community
members
or
our
stakeholders
to
miss
an
opportunity
but
yeah,
I
you
know
I
I'm
open
to
being
flexible.
F
I
think,
like
you,
said,
chair,
there's
not
very
many
items
we
could
say
not
before
five.
I
think
this
one
would
be
appropriate
for
that,
and
I,
if
I,
if
I
believe
that
the
the
second
item
that
I
mentioned
is
a
little
contentious.
I
think
we
do
need
to
have
maybe
a
time
certain
for
that
and,
like
I
said,
I'm
also
open
to
the
committee
members
in
terms
of
times
suggestion
for
that
one.
B
It's
actually
this
it's
on
the
same
item,
councilmember
davis,
on
8.1.
It's
just
a
separate
update,
I
believe,
is
that
am
I
no.
A
It's
from
the
tara
paralysis,
it's
the
ad
sheet,
so
it's
the
it
would
be
8.3
and
it's
our
response
to
council
direction
around
sanction
encampments.
So
obviously
you
guys
can
do
is
what
you
see
is
pertinent.
I
would
agree
with
council
member
corrales.
The
agenda
is
fairly
light
with
the
exception
of
those
two
items,
so
I
would
recommend
the
sanction.
Encampment
item-
maybe
do
not
before
three
and
then
the
hud
item
not
before
five
and
you
would
probably
not
need
a
dinner
break
and
get
through
the
the
day
fairly
early.
B
Okay,
councilman
rodriguez.
How
does
that
suggestion
sound
from
from
lee
that.
F
That's
that's
great
great
suggestion.
Thanks
lee.
B
Okay,
and
can
we
take
that
as
a
motion
than
councilmember
dennis.
F
Yes,
motion
to
approve,
with
I
think,
item
8.1
not
heard
before
five
and
item
eight
x
on
the
ad
sheet
not
heard
before
three.
G
H
Yeah,
no,
I
mean
I'm
okay
with
those
times
certain.
I
I
think
feel
like
there's
a
lot
of
things
on
this
agenda
that
could
have
public
interest.
We
have,
and
actually
famous
last
words
to
say
it
looks
like
a
short
agenda
because
we
have
the
pension
pension
obligation
bond
issue
with
3.4,
which
I
think
you
know
given
the
long
conversation
we
had
before
could
we're
giving
direction
on
how
to
proceed
could
take
some
time.
H
I
also
think
that
potentially
the
joint
powers
authority-
one
you
know-
has
a
lot
of
interest
and
we'll
have
a
lot
of
some
discussion
and
debate,
and
I
think
the
public
has
a
lot
of
interest
in
the
fireworks
issue
which
you
know
may
may
also
we
also
want
to
have.
I
don't
know
how,
to
time
certain
all
those,
I
don't
think
we
should,
but
I
just
wanted
to
call
attention
to
the
fact
that
well,
it
looks
like
a
fairly
short
agenda.
H
There's
a
lot
of
things
that
I
think
of
that
public
interest
and
we
don't
even
mention
the
clean
energy
service
and
rates
and
people
will
be
interested
in
energy
rates
as
well.
So
these
are
all
issues
that
I
think
could
have
public
interest
and
a
lot
of
folks
coming
for
so
just
wanted
to
have
everyone
just
be
aware
of
that
as
we're
thinking
about
the
schedule.
B
Yeah,
thank
you,
and
I
think
with
this
as
we
know
that
this
is
a
little
bit
more
flexible
of
a
recommendation
when
we
say
not
to
be
heard
before
versus
a
time
certain,
and
so
I
think
this
provides
a
little
bit
of
better
flexibility.
B
So
I'm
comfortable
with
that
and
before
we
take
the
vote,
I'll
restate
the
motion
so
that
our
chair
can
can
vote
on
it.
B
So
we
have
a
motion
chair
on
accepting
the
council
agenda
for
may
11th
with
not
to
be
heard
before
five
for
item
8.1
and
a
not
to
be
heard
before
3
for
item
8.3,
which
was
on
the
ad
sheet.
Thank
you
and
now
tony.
If
we
can
get
a
real
couple,
please
I.
F
I
Welcome,
thank
you,
council
member
perales,
for
for
holding
it
down.
I
appreciate
it
just
so.
Everyone
knows
that
I
was
testifying
before
the
assembly
local
government
committee
and
about
the
ab-1091,
and
we
went
down
and
defeat
seven
to
zero.
So
I
might
not
be
asked
to
testify
again
so
on
to
the
next
agenda,
which
is.
B
I'm
sorry
to
interrupt
chair,
but
we
had
made
a
note
that
we
would
go
slowly
through
this
next
agenda
because
it
was
not
posted.
Yet.
I
Okay,
thank
you.
So
the
agenda
for
18th.
I
I
I
I
C
Hi
welcome
back
council
person
jones
vice
mayor
jones.
I
was
wondering
if
you
can
allow
a
little
leeway,
because
this
agenda
item
wasn't
posted.
I
think
I
was
able
to
see
some
of
the
items
that
I
can
speak
to.
I
may
be
off
a
bit.
I
hope
it
can
be
forgiven
at
this
time.
As
I
speak.
C
Really
nice
of
you,
thank
you,
yeah,
okay,
so
for
this
item,
what
I
could
see
was
that
there's
budget
issues
that
will
be
relating
to
kovid
and
you
and
there's
a
march
17
special
meeting
on
on
the
issue
and
that
there
was
also
issues
of
digital
inclusion
and
vision,
zero
with
working
with
the
mtc.
C
So
you
know
my
feelings
about
open
public
policies
for
digital
inclusion
and
vision,
zero.
It
nicely
connects
all
these
three
things:
connect
the
ideas
of
open
public
policy
for
this
technology
and
these
practices
and
a
reminder
from
yesterday's
great
meeting
that
you
know
there's
a
lot
of
different
ways
to
connect
the
many
different
programs
that
you're
working
on
and
there's
many
different
variations
and
it's
finding
those
connections
that
can
be
fun
and
important.
So
thank
you.
What
else
was
I
going
to
say?
C
Oh
about
the
budget
ideas
in
this
era
of
kovid,
you
know
I.
I
was
really
impressed
yesterday
with
today's
meeting
and
for
myself.
You
know
it
kind
of
gave
me
a
way
that
I
can
understand
how
I
can
work
and
think-
and
you
know
with
these
really
good.
You
know
proactive
programs
that
we
used
to
consider
before
the
age
of
covet
and
now
moving
forward
out
of
covid.
You
know
I
we
I'm
trying
to
consider
what
can
be
larger
questions
of
how
exactly
do.
C
C
I
think
that's
how
we
can
move
forward
at
this
time,
but
I
think
we
need
the
healing
of
understanding
that
these
are
socialist
ideas
and
that
it's
okay
to
practice
these
ideas
and
if
we
can
have
a
consensus
on
that,
that's
how
we
can
consider
how
to
move
forward
into
our
future,
and
so
thank
you
for
your
time.
I
hope
in
my
previous
public
comment.
It
wasn't
too
messy
or
shrill
sounding
and
my
words
were
heard.
So
thank
you
for
your
time.
C
I
You
blair,
scott.
E
Great
good
afternoon,
everyone,
scott
largent-
I
I've
attended
a
couple
of
these
meetings
before
so
I
do
understand
the
the
preparation
of
the
agenda.
My
question
suggestion
or
asking
for
the
council
to
accommodate,
is
in
regards
to
the
item
for
the
sanctioned
encampments.
E
What
I've
been
trying
to
do.
A
lot
of
the
people
that
I
advocate
for
are:
are
disabled,
elderly,
it's
very
hard
for
them
to
leave
their
tent,
their
shopping,
cart,
their
sleeping
bag.
E
E
What
I'm
getting
at
is,
I
have
been
taking
video
comments
of
people
that
have
been
dealing
with
being
swept
throughout
our
community
people
that
have
lost
rvs
in
cars
and
they're,
very,
very
powerful
public
comments,
and-
and
I
would
like
to
get
permission
to
play
these
at
tuesday's
meeting
and
of
course,
I
realize
get
get
everybody
to
fill
out.
The
speaker
cards,
maybe
get
some
extra
ones
filled
out
in
case
the
time
has
dropped
down
to
30
seconds.
I
am
going
back
and
forth
right
now
with
the
clerk's
office.
E
E
E
You
know
I
just
think
it
would
be
better
and
and
also
if
we
could
also
have
the
video
end
of
things
when
we're
on
here.
I
think
that
would
be
appropriate
too,
so
the
public
can
be
seen
not
just
heard.
So.
Thank
you.
B
A
C
C
Hi,
thank
you
boy,
beekman,
here,
to
comment
on
a
a
letter
to
public
record
this
week.
Someone
spoke
about
dear
don
station
and
the
issues
of
the
sports
arena.
People
want
they're
they're,
arguing
again
about
the
issue
of
parking
and
cars,
and
it
was
a
back
and
forth.
I
guess
the
letter
was
trying
to
yeah
it's
it's
a
long
issue
with
many
sides
and
my
my
position
is
that
you
know
I
feel
we're
attempting
before
kovid.
C
You
know
to
understand
that
you
know
in
in
10
years
time
by
2030
we're
going
to
have
a
much
more
electric
car
future
and
we're
going
to
have
a
future
that
possibly
we're
not
going
to
be
using
the
car
as
much
and
I
don't
know
with
kobe,
had
happening
what
that
would
mean
exactly,
but
I
mean
it
was
my
feeling,
certainly
before
copay,
that
easily
would
be
the
case.
C
I
Thank
you,
blair,
scott,
go
ahead.
E
I
That
that
would
be
correct,
we'll
look
for
your
hand
on
open
forum,
scott.
A
I
C
Hi,
where
are
we
here?
I'm
hoping
this
item
has
the
filipino
flag,
raising
the
indian
ceremony
and
the
dumpster
day
issues
all
rolled
into
one
I'll
speak
on
these
issues
at
this
time.
It's
my
hope.
It's
a
filipino
flag
raising,
I
know
council
person,
uranus
is
sponsored
this
and
I
know
she's
working
hard
on
the
issue
of
how
do
we
address
the
future
of
the
philippines?
C
You
know
in
this
country.
How
can
we
ask
of
them
to
you,
know
mellow
out
some
of
their
more
vigilante
practices
and
work
towards
a
more
fair
judicial
system
and
it's
a
more
respectable
expected
way
to
work
out
their
their
problems
and
issues
in
the
philippines.
I
hope
they're
learning
those
lessons
there
and
yeah.
C
I
I
really
hope
they
can
and
with
with
the
current
administration
in
this
country,
I
hope
can
offer
a
good
direction
to
helping
those
efforts
with
the
indian
issue
boy
we're
really
dealing
with
with
you
know:
they're
they're
having
a
massive
outbreak
of
kobe
right
now
and
we're
all
aware
of
that.
I
see
a
lot
of
mass
wearing,
so
you
know:
we've
grown
serious
man,
we've
grown
serious
and
good
about
how
to
deal
with
mass
at
this
time
and
it's
nice
to
understand
we're
preparing
ourselves
and
and
keeping
safe.
C
So
thank
you
for
that,
and
thank
you
for
dumpster
days.
I
mean
just
putting
that
on
there
each
week,
just
making
us
aware
of
what's
possible
of
our
good,
that's
possible
and
I
hope
everyone
from
local
neighborhoods
will
want
to
participate
in
dumpster
days
in
the
future.
Thank
you.
I
G
G
He
stated
that
he
had
quote
heard
concerns
from
others,
and
I
have
connected
with
the
staff
to
ensure
expectations
are
clear
that
I
do
expect
a
factual
and
balanced
approach
to
our
work.
End
quote.
Second,
in
addition
to
reminding
the
staff,
I
have
expectations
that
corrections
will
be
made.
For
example,
all
what
dwelling
podcasts
should
be
reviewed
and
if
biased
or
unbalanced
should
be
removed
or
an
additional
podcast
produced.
G
For
example,
podcast
2
only
had
a
proponent,
a
second
podcast
with
members
from
the
planning
commission
who
opposed
could
be
interviewed
or
members
from
the
minneapolis
planning
department.
That
oppo
has
opposing
views
to
the
proposal.
Also,
there
are
environmental
activists
who
have
concerns
about
the
proposal
that
could
be
interviewed.
There
are
numerous
options:
correct
the
unbalanced
dwellings
podcast.
Second,
the
webcast
and
website
and
all
the
city
presentations
need
to
be
updated
to
clearly
state
that
opportunity.
Housing
is
the
elimination
of
single-family
zoning
city-wide.
G
G
Third,
I
want
to
thank
the
staff
for
their
willingness
to
participate
in
after
hours,
community
meetings,
they're
willing
to
answer
questions
and
their
professionalism.
When
I
have
communicated
with
them
they're
an
impressive
team,
we
just
need
more
factual
and
balanced
approach
in
their
work.
Thank
you
for
your
time
and
consideration.
I
Thank
you,
scott.
E
Okay,
great,
thank
you,
everyone,
scott
largent,
I'm
not
sure
council
member
jones.
If
you
remember
when
we
first
met,
I
made
it
over
to
a
community
meeting
that
you
had
over
at
calabasas
park
spent
several
hours
in
there
waited
till
the
meeting
was
over
and
I
actually
went
up.
I
talked
to
your,
I
believe,
your
chief
of
staff.
At
the
time
I
tried
to
be
as
respectful
as
I
could
and
tried
to
lay
my
grievances
on
the
table
that
I
could
not
access
my
rv
or
my
property
council
member
raul
perales.
E
I'm
not
sure.
If
you
remember
when
we
first
met,
I
went
to
a
community
meeting
over
on
a
church
on.
Oh
actually,
it
was
a
coffee
with
a
cough
event,
and
I
do
appreciate
that
you
gave
me
an
ear
in
a
way
we
went
out
in
the
parking
lot
talked
for
about
20
minutes.
E
I
did
the
same
thing
with
the
police
chief,
the
assistant
chief,
the
sheriff
the
tons
of
different
council
men
and
women.
You
know
I
I
just
I
tried
to
file
all
the
possible
complaints.
I
would
just
went
up
and
down
the
board.
I
didn't
want
to
stop.
I
wanted
my
property
back
and
most
of
all,
I
wanted
my
father's
ashes
back
that
were
in
my
motor
home.
E
I
am
currently
you
guys
have
heard
it
over
and
over
again,
I
am
being
prosecuted
again
by
the
city
of
san
jose.
Okay
and
through
a
mergeia
motion,
part
of
the
discovery
process.
I
was
able
to
get
a
lot
of
information
because
I've
been
subpoenaing
the
tow
companies
they
never
properly
lean
sailed.
My
rv,
I
was
right
guys.
E
Okay,
I've
been
going
through
this
for
four
or
five
years,
and
this
is
sick.
It's
disgusting
to
do
to
a
homeless
person.
Okay,
I
need
somebody
to
start
really
looking
into
this.
It's
just
wrong.
I
hope
you
guys
can
get
on
board
the
documentation.
That's
coming
through
to
my
attorney.
Right
now
is
just
eye-opening,
and
these
are
toe
companies
that
you
keep
signing
contracts
with
every
five
years
and
they're
preying
on
weak
people.
It's
sad
thank
you.
I
Thank
you,
scott,
prince.
D
Hello
city
council,
thank
you
for
for
your
time
and
allowing
me
to
speak
to
you.
So
so
you
know
that
I'm
I
I'm
a
that.
I
graduated
from
the
justice
studies
program
at
san
jose
state
university
and
I'm
in
I'm
a
judicial
intern
for
judge
socrates,
peter
manookian,
from
the
county
of
santa
clara
superior
court
and
stanford
community
studies,
student,
and
you
know
that
I'm
researching
for
my
new
university
degree
and
part
of
my
research
being
listening
into
local
political
leadership
to
document.
D
What's
just
political
context,
I
have
a
question
regarding
rog,
rog,
capital
g
c
21
533
the
india's
flag
raising
day.
I
just
wanted
to
ask
the
city
what
what
their
appraisal
is
of
of
the
visit
of
prime
minister
narendra
modi
to
the
city
of
san
jose
and
what
what
you
believe
the
impact
is
of
of
that
visit
and
how
that
changed,
the
city
of
san
jose
in
in
in
any
way
and
what
what
good
it
might
have
been,
or
what
good
it
might
not
have
done
or
what
what
it
means.
D
So
if
that's,
if
that's
an
okay
question
to
ask
an
open
forum,
you
know
I
would
appreciate
an
answer.
I
Thank
you,
prince
open
forum
is
for
public
comments,
but
if
you
have
specific
questions
that
you
want
to
get
from
the
city,
I
would
suggest
you
reach
out
first
to
your
your
council
member
and
engage
with
them
first
and
then
take
it
from
there
all
right.
The
next
speaker
is
blair
clay,
blair,.
C
Hi,
thank
you
we're
being
here
from
the
words
of
the
first
speaker
of
public
comment.
You
know
it's
my
real
hope
that
there
is
a
way
that
mixed
income
ideas
can
be
a
way
to
bridge
these
questions
of
zoning
and
how
exactly
to
address
you
know
a
new
occupancy
ideas
versus
old
systems
of
single
family
dwelling.
I
think
it's
called.
I
don't
know
the
depth
of
what
it
can
do,
but
I
think
mixed
income
can
really
help
bridge
these
issues.
C
If
talking
about
talked
about
positively
from
all
sides,
I
I
hope
it
can
be
of
help
and
to
come
up
with
creative
ideas
of
mixed
income
to
help
settle
this
argument.
I
guess
I
really
you
know
you
had
your
meeting
last
week
about
fistfish
issues
and
you
know
domestic
violence
and
how
to
deal
with
the
future
of
that.
It
was
a
pretty
great
set
of
lists
of
ideas
and
ways
of
working
you're
working
with
the
seiu
a
lot
and
with
mental
health
workers
and
hospital
workers.
C
That's
all
really
good
stuff,
but
I'm
a
bit
confused
that
I
thought
peer
review.
Counseling
for
police
was
going
to
be
an
important
part
of
the
future
of
reimagine
ideas,
and
peer
review
is
ideas
of
mental
health
of
police
checking
on
each
other
and
learning
how
to
speak
in
mental
health
terms
about
questions
they've
gone
over
with
their
case.
You
know
in
in
these
domestic
violence
situations,
paul
soto-
I
mean
he
went
through
a
lot
just
a
month
or
two
ago,
and
the
policeman
may
have
made
a
bad
decision.
C
He
had
no
one
to
talk
to
after
his
decision-making
process.
You
know
peer
review
offers
the
idea
of
how
to
how
to
create
that
dialogue
between
police
officers.
That
is
really
uncomfortable
for
them
at
this
time,
and
so
I'm
a
bit
surprised
that
you
know
you're
not
talking
about
this
more.
It
brings
up
questions
where
these
sort
of
ideas
come
from
and
I
I
think
they're
vetted
well
and
if
you
don't
trust
them
at
one
level
in
another
level,
we
have
to
learn
to
trust
these
sort
of
programs.
Thank
you.
