Bridge
work
over
the
curry,
creek
trail..
I
thought
I
would
mention
with
surveillance
and
technology
needs
for
this
project..
If
there
are
any
a
reminder
of
the
work
of
davis
city
of
davis,
they
have
wild
life,
trail
surveillance
and
technology,
ordinance,
ideas
that
really
interesting
and
open
and
helpful.,
and
with
the
other
issue
about
the
berryessa
agreements
between
yourselves
and
the
pta
about
the
berryessa
bart
station,
there
is
60.

Everybody.
scott
largent,
I
just
noticed
the
meeting
kind
of
just
popped
up
on
my
phone..
I
know
we're
discussing
the.
I
guess,
the
letters
that
were
submitted,
the
public
record
for
the
upcoming
meeting..
It
was
interesting.
Hearing
blair
speak
about
one
of
the
letters
that
came
through
involving
a
dispute
with,
I
believe,
a
meter
maid
or
it
kind
of
turned
ugly.
J
J
Concern
today-
and
it
is
piggybacking
off
of
what
blair
was
saying-
is
the
de-escalation
of
the
san
jose
police
department.?
Why
this
stuff
all
has
to
go
nuclear
all
the
time,
and
why
do
we
have
to
see
so
many
videos
of
misconduct
that
never
really
gets
addressed
in
our
city??
I'm
very
upset
about
a
lot
of
this
stuff..
Another
article
came
out
for
a
gentleman
that
I
got
to
know
over
the
years
nicholas
robinson.,
when
you
guys
have
the
opportunity.
If
you
haven't
already.,
I
would
watch
the.
B
K
K
K
all
the
upper
brass
knew
about
what
was
going
on..
It
was
discussed..
I
even
discussed
this
stuff
with
chief
pumpkin
head
about
nicholas.,
it's
just
shocking
to
watch
this
video
today.
that
video
is
cut
and
dry..
What
happened
to
that
man??
Do
the
right,
thing,,
protect
our
community
and
stop
these
officers
doing
this
stuff.
thank
you.
thank
you.
K
Is
andrea
wheeler
from
the
housing
and
community
development
commission,
and
I
just
want
to
follow
up
on
the
comments
that
tara
o'connell
made
relative
to
the
letter
that
the
commissioner
signed,
asking
that
the
city
take
step
to
allow
remote
access
to
be
available
for
public
meetings
even
after
the
covid
quarantine
is
over.,
and
I
want
to
follow
up
with
one
other
point.
The
commissioner's
strongly
feel
that
this
is
an
important
tool
to
first
of
all,
improving
equitable
access
to
public
meetings..
There
are
many
people.
K
B
B
B
she's
really
she's,
making
something
clear
from
what
to
expect
in
the
next
six
months
and
few
years..
So
thank
you
for
that.
and
I
very
much
of
a
thank
you
to
scott
largent
who
really
hit
on
the
head..
I
saw
the
same
sj
spotlight,
video
today..
You
know
this,
this
young
guy,
who
was
just
doing
his
civic
duty.
he's
getting.
I
mean
that
what
they're
doing
to
him
after
the
event
is
shocking.,
it
seems
like
I've
appalling.,
you
know,
he's
been
really
attacked
by
the
police
after
and
he
wasn't
doing
anything
wrong
and.
B
B
Really
think
about
and
work
on.,
you
know
what
50
seconds
left..
I'm
really
sorry
about.
My
I've
been
really
strong
with
my
words
recently
and
I'm
sorry
about
that
cut
the
mayor
a
little
edgy
last
night..
I
feel
I'm
correct
still
in
my
feelings
that
you
know,
we're
out
of
time
in
our
in
our
city
to
really
consider
the
future
of
of
police
public
safety
issues
and
that
you're
actually
making
pro
proactive
attempts.
B
B
B
B
great.
thank
you..
Thank
you..
Now,
back
to
the
nicholas
robinson
article
and
video,
that's
out,
there.
nicholas
came
to
me
years
ago..
He
sent
me
a
couple
of
messages
on
on
my
youtube
channel
and
I
don't
put
too
much
stuff
up
there..
I
don't
have
too
many
people
that
follow
it..
I
try
to
keep
it
more
on
the
down..
When
people
come
to
me
with
issues
with
the
police
department
or
the
city
or
law
enforcement
agencies,,
I
try
to
get
both
sides
of
the
story.
I'll
go
down
to
the
hall
of
justice.
B
B
B
B
B
I
would
gone
through
more
of
this
stuff
back
in
the
day.,
I'm
just
getting
officer
after
officer
intimidating
the
public,
you
know,
running
their
mouths..
I
mean
it's
just
shocking
some
of
this
stuff.
The
way
they're
aiming
the
hand
cannons
right
at
people's
faces
as
they're
walking
by..
You
know,,
like
just
it's
just
like
a
bad
high
school
movie.
B
they're
like
the
jocks
that
just
beat
everybody
up
in
the
locker
rooms..
It's
sad.,
you
guys
are
going
to
do
anything
about
it,
and
this
nicholas
robinson
thing
is
just
going
to
this
is
probably
gonna
make
national
news.
police
officer
broke,
guys,
aren't
for
filming
cops
harassing
the
homeless
on
the
side
of
the
freeway.,
unacceptable
guys
start
doing.
B
Especially
thank
the
city
manager
and
the
housing
staff
for
removing
from
the
city
web
site,
biased
dwelling
podcast
to
an
opportunity,
housing
which
is
actually
the
elimination
of
single
family
zoning
citywide.,
the
response
of
the
city
manager
and
his
office
to
address
the
concerns
expressed
by
the
public
and
concerned
council
members
is
greatly
appreciated..
I
know
that
several
of
us
appreciate
this
corrective
action
and
are
looking
for
additional
improvements
in
city
staff,
providing
unbiased
and
fact
driven
data
on
the
subject..
B
B
Hi.,
our
council
members,
returning
from
last
night.,
my
name
is
mike
scarborough
and
I'm
an
eighth
grade.
Teacher
of
amazing,
eighth
grade
students
and
we've
been
learning
a
lot
about
the
constitution
and
the
process
within.,
and
I'm
here
representing
our
school,,
our
district
14,
the
city
and
the
nation
on
behalf
of
de-escalation
tactics
and
lethal
force,
tactics
for
police
officers.
however,,
I'm
not
going
to
speak,
because
I
have
two
amazing
representatives
here
today
to
speak
to
you
and.
B
they'll,
be
raising
their
hands
soon..
I
just
want
to
go
ahead
and
say
thank
you,
again.
council
and
I
look
forward
to
their
comments,
and
hopefully
we
can.
We
can
make
a
change
carrying
the
voices,,
the
future
and
these
two
wonderful,
ladies,
that
we're
going
to
hear
from
momentarily.
thank
you.,
I'm
looking
forward
to
that.,
hopefully
dazzling
you're
up
next..
Hopefully
you
got
your
latest
update
of
zoom
so.
go
ahead.
hello..
Can
you
hear
me.
B
B
B
B
B
B
officer,
derek
shelburne,
could
have
talked
to
him
like
a
normal
human
would,
but
instead
he
did
that.
and
another
case
that
could
have
been
talked
about
is
the
stephanie
clark
case
and
he
died
at
age
22
because
he
was
in
his
grandmother's
backyard
and
some
police
officers
mistaken
his
friend
for
a
gun.
then
proceeded
to
shoot
him
20
times..
I
know
that
if
we
continue
to
ignore
this
problem,
then
many
innocent
people
will
die
and
that's
basically
all
I.
