A
A
B
Hi,
speak
I,
don't
5.1
the
vision,
zero
action
plan
I
was
really
really
impressed.
With
the
meeting
you
had
a
teeny
on
Monday
on
this
issue,
it'll
be
before
council
on
next
Tuesday
I'm
hopeful
that
you
know
this
can
really
be
a
time
to
you
know
the
determine
how
all
votes
can
rise
to
really
bring
together
the
community
on
issues
of
a
accountability
with
tech
and
the
needs
for
neighborhood
safety.
A
vision,
zero
and
bring
those
two
together
and
perfect
harmony
is
exactly
what
vision
zero
strives
for
is
how
to
bring
into
community
together.
B
Also
offer
about
the
issue
of
statistics.
You
nicely
mention
that
the
ideas
of
homelessness
and
your
including
it
sounds
like
homelessness
into
your
statistics,
with
what
maybe,
for
the
first
time
and
with
what?
Maybe
you
know
it's
a
very
proud
of
you
to
be
able
to
do
that
and
I.
Think
there's
been
some
confusion
on
how
to
report
that
and
I
hope
as
we
go
forward
in
the
coming
years.
B
C
A
Any
comments
on
favor
any
foes-
okay,
happily
no
Council
on
February
18th
under
the
public
record.
Is
there
a
motion
motion
2000
file;
second
councilman
Camus,
excellent,
favor
aye,
and
he
posed
the
consent
calendar
under
g1.
Oh,
we
have
no
can
say
counter.
We
do
have
an
utter
support.
Forgive
me
hi
Joe,.
D
D
A
D
We're
looking
at
a
number
of
things,
including
a
lot
of
the
routine
activities
that
you
know,
staff
is
looking
at
out
there,
which
we
would
likely
relate
to
trash
and
litter
pickup
I.
Can
you
know
I
can
pass
that
information
on
to
to
the
team?
That's
looking
at
it
to
make
sure
that's
something
that
they're
they're
reviewing
in
terms
of
the
recorders
what-have-you.
Okay,
thank
you.
C
A
D
No,
usually
it's
usually
in
consultation
with
the
administration
and
department
heads
about
what
makes
sense.
There
are
certain
things,
sometimes
there's
a
logical
sequence
to
what
we
do
and
because,
if
we
have
another
project
underway
in
a
department,
we
might
not
take
that
one
on,
even
if
it
seems
like
it's
the
next
one,
because
we
just
want
to
balance
the
workload.
D
Sometimes
there's
a
logical
sequence
like
we're,
undertaking
a
fleet
audit
right
now,
it
might
make
sense
to
take
on
the
other
fleet
about
it
right
after
that,
just
you
have
to
kind
of
keep
it
going.
So
there's
different
considerations
and
it's
it's
kind
of
work.
It's
kind
of
we
work
with
departments,
I
see
what
makes
sense.
Okay,.
A
And
then,
finally,
fire
safety
code,
complaints,
I,
know
fire
inspections.
There's
been
a
huge
pain
point
for
us
for
more
than
a
year,
and
undoubtedly
one
of
the
conclusions
you'll
have
is
we
gotta
go
fill
some
vacancies.
What
I
would
hate
for
that
audit
to
do
is
to
simply
stop
and
say
we're
going
to
fill
vacancies.
I
mean
we
know.
We
need
to
do
that.
A
Well,
first,
it
would
be
helpful
if
there's
specific
advice
as
to
how
exactly
if
we
can
best
fill
vacancies
based
on
whatever
you're
seeing
in
other
cities,
but
but
exactly
to
understand
better.
If
there
are
things
we
can
improve
in
the
process,
independent
of
the
fact
that
we
need
more
human
beings
in.
D
A
A
D
A
We
get
into
it
I!
Guess
it's
more
of
a
process
issue
for
me:
cuz
I'm,
I'm,
just
a
little
concerned
about
the
idea
and
I
have
no
a
problem.
If
anybody
on
this
this
panel
or
any
other
council
member
wants
to
say,
hey,
let's
submit
this
to
the
department's
for
consideration
and
work,
but
I'm
a
little
concerned.
If
it's
going
directly
from
Commission's
to
staff,
without
any
council,
advocacy
or-
and
so
maybe
Dave
you
want
to
maybe
help
us
understand
better
sort
of
why
this
would
be
treated
differently
than
another
Commission.
C
C
Looking
at
this
item
a
little
more
closely,
you
know:
we've
used
our
process
here,
to
evaluate
it
and
provided
a
yellow
light.
You
know
I
think
really
what
they're
asking
is
for
training
and
it's
really
I
think
more
of
referral
to
the
budget
process.
I
think
isn't
a
more
appropriate
response
to
this
and
right,
that's
how
we
I
think
should
respond
to
it.
Okay,.
B
There's
a
task
force
meeting
about
a
week
or
two
ago,
and
they
were
trying
to
figure
out
a
way
or
to
be
a
more
direct
process
for
youth
commissioner
imports
to
get
to
the
gang
gang
task
force
and
back
and
forth,
and
the
same
with
the
task
force.
So
I
don't
know
if
this
quite
is
included,
but
from
your
words,
it
sounds
like
this
could
be
applicable.
Thank
you.
Thank.
A
E
It's
my
understanding
that
the
first
the
primary
objective
of
any
leader
is
to
protect
their
people.
That's
that's
the
primary
goal.
Nothing
else
should
take
precedent
over
that
and
it
just
it
doesn't
feel
like
the
people
are
being
protected
in
this
city.
You
know,
what's
gonna
be
happening
in
the
horseshoe
that
was
predictable,
you
know,
and
it's
not
gonna
be
one
track.
E
Just
it's
it's
as
a
citizen,
it's
very
confusing
to
me
and
and
and
I,
don't
I,
don't
know
where
else
to
go.
If
this
is
the
only
forum-
and
we
get
like
I
said
two
minutes
to
speak
and
a
vote
and
that's
it,
that's
the
only
power
that
a
citizen
can
exercise.
Then
how
can
we
call
this?
A
democracy,
democracy
being
the
strength
of
the
people?
You
know
what
we
have
is
a
representative
government
that
isn't
based
on
democracy.
It's
based
on
you,
people
being
privy
to
information
that
the
average
citizen
is
not
thank.
B
Hi
to
speak
to
you,
the
letters
to
the
public
yesterday
at
City
Council
and
to
again
offer
simple
ideas,
not
meant
for
confrontation,
but
only
is
open.
Thought
for
the
community.
I
have
early
feelings
that
an
elevated
rail
line
with
only
two
rails
that
serves
only
high-speed
rail
and
that
hugs
the
freeway
systems,
all
through
San
Jose,
with
the
option
to
build
additional
rail
lines
in
the
future.
This
can
possibly
be
be
environmentally
and
aesthetically
safe
and
workable
for
the
community.
B
It
is
my
very
early
guests
where
Caltrain
and
freight
chains
can
still
work
at
ground
level
with
street
traffic
flow
50
to
100
years
into
the
future.
Please
continue
to
open
the
open
to
consider
a
Merced
to
tracy
CHS,
our
line
or
a
second
Express
line
from
LA
to
Tracy,
a
part
line
from
Tracy
to
the
Bay
Area
and
the
use
of
ACE
rail
can
work
as
final
connections.
B
Bart
officials
of
the
SF
jey
area
should
have
a
good
depth
of
knowledge
on
these
subjects,
as
these
ideas
can
offer
interesting
public
transit
options
and
not
take
away
as
many
homes
along
SF
peninsula
and
San
Jose,
and
learning
how
to
look
for
and
practice
our
better
human
qualities
it
may
make
for
a
good
Santa,
Clara
County
er
report
that
will
be
needed
in
the
next
few
years.
I
feel
a
well-meaning
humanistic
GI.
B
Our
report
for
the
high
speed
rail
Santa
Clara
County,
can
be
then
be
more
respected
in
the
area
and
around
the
country
and
of
this
earth
with
28
seconds.
Thank
you
to
the
car
community
and
for
everyone's
paste.
Everyone's
current
patients
in
San
Jose.
As
we
at
a
time
we
can
all
be
allowed
to
consider
what
can
be
friendly,
more
sustainable
energy
choices
and
practices
in
the
2020s
and
in
learning
to
leave
frac
gas
and
fossil
fuels.
There
are
upcoming
sustainability,
energy
options.
