Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
I
love
that
announcement
all
right.
Folks,
thanks
for
joining
us
this
evening
for
the
community
health
and
safety
task
force
on
February
21st
2023,
starting
our
meeting
at
5
39,
and
we
will
start
with
a
roll
call.
C
B
E
C
A
To
you
Renee,
thank
you.
Thank
you.
Thank
you
and
Julie
feel
free
to
do
what
you
need
to
do
since
you're
feeling
you're,
not
feeling
well
so
I
hope
you
feel
better.
A
Nothing,
none
don't
have
any
changes.
So
can
we
get
a
motion.
D
A
Second,
thank
you.
Can
we
get
a
roll
call.
B
Absolutely
pencil
woman,
yes
councilor
Chris
Rivera,.
G
E
A
Back
to
you
alrighty,
thank
you.
So
we
we
have
communications
from
co-chairs
and
then
just
so
you
know
we
don't
have
any
presentations
this
evening
and
we're
really
just
going
to
do
some.
Probably
what
will
be
some
short
working
group
breakouts,
but
before
we
go
there,
I
was
trying
to
think.
Is
there
any
updates?
I
want
to
share
with
you
all
I'm
trying
to
think.
A
If
there's
anything
pertinent
to
our
group,
I
guess,
the
only
thing
I
would
share
is
there's
been
some
I
guess,
Rel
would
I'd
say
relevant
for
presentations
that
we've
had
at
the
quality
of
life
committee
meetings.
The
past
few,
the
last
two
I'd
say
that
are
relevant
to
our
work,
around
alternative
responses
and
health
and
public
health
and
homelessness,
and
a
lot
of
different
topics
that
feed
into
our
work
and
I
know
we
don't
all
have
free
time
they
are
recorded.
A
If
you
ever
have
like
a
moment
to
just
jump
on
into
our
YouTube
for
the
City
of
Santa
Fe,
there's
some
great
information
that
I
think
I
wish
we
were
able
to
share
more
easily
instead
of
watching
them
watching
the
meetings.
But
there
are
some
really
there
are
other
presentations
are
at
the
beginning.
So
if
that's
something,
people
want
to
just
look
into
there's
definitely
access
there
other
than
that
Chris
did
you
have
anything.
G
Just
that
the
mayor
had
told
me
that
he
that
the
conference
of
Mayors
in
Washington
that
happened,
I
would
say
like
three
weeks
ago.
He
said
there
was
a
lot
of
good
information
presented.
G
That
might
be
pertinent
to
our
committee.
I
asked
him
for
couple
of
names
and
numbers
of
people
that
he
was
really
impressed
with,
and
maybe
we
could
get
a
presentation
from
them,
but
I
haven't
heard
back
from
him
yet
so
I'll
continue
to
bother
him
and
see
if
there's
anyone
that
maybe
we
can
get
to
give
us
a
presentation
about
things
they're
doing
in
their
communities.
A
A
So
if
there's
something
that's
pressing,
you
think
we
haven't
covered,
or
you
had
an
idea,
please
share
with
us
and
with
Valeria
and
with
Julie,
so
we
can
see
about
or
just
share
with
the
group
too,
if
there's
something
you
want
to
like
run
by
us
and
just
to
see,
if
there's
something
that
would
be
of
interest
to
to
the
task
force,
so
I
know
we're
not
in
that
mode
right
now.
We're
kind
of
in
that
Community
engagement.
A
I
guess
that's
what
I'd
want
you
to
think
about
and
then
the
other
thing
is,
but
at
the
end
of
the
end
of
March,
we're
going
to
have
to
present
again
to
the
council
with
a
quarterly
report
and
I'm
thinking
that
it
might
be
best
of
some,
maybe
preliminary
findings
from
Dr
Sanchez
and
have
that
be
the
main
focus
unless
you
have
some
other
ideas,
so
please
share
now
or
you
think
about
it
later.
You
can
let
us
know
we
just
want
to
make
good
use
of
that
time.
Do
you
know?
A
Oh
sorry,
Chris,
do
you
know
how
to
send
them.
G
G
They
pretty
much
work
hand
in
hand
with
police,
but
really
with
police
and
fire,
but
really
only
during
like
disasters
or
like
major
events,
but
you
know
would
they
have
a
role
with
regards
to
the
overall
community
and
health
I
know
they've
found
some
money
to
help
with
the
homeless,
housing
them
and
doing
things
like
that.
So
that's
why
I
thought
of
it,
but
I'll
leave
it
up
to
the
committee.
I,
don't
know
how
much
value
they
would
really
give
to
the
overall
process,
but
might
be
worth
hearing.
A
So
Emergency
Management,
sorry
Chris
I,
was
just
going
to
add
our
Emergency
Management
has
shifted
like
they
did
a
lot
of
the
public
health
during
the
pandemic
and
organizing
you
know
testing
sites
Etc,
but
they
are.
There
are
moving
towards
more
around
homelessness
and
kind
of
their
role
in
that
space.
A
E
Learn
to
learn
more
about
what
they
do:
yeah
I
I
I
I
I
like
that
in
part,
as
an
inventory
of
what
we
are
doing
right
we've
we've
we've
had
a
lot
of
presentations
on
on
what
we're
not
yet
doing
what
we're
looking
to
implement
but
I
think
having
the
context
of
of
what
exists.
Helps
too
just
my
thoughts.
A
I
mean
you
could
say
no
too
I'm.
Looking
at
Emily
in
the
middle
of
my
screen
and
I,
don't
see,
Bruce
I
see
Annie
in
the
corner.
There
I.
A
H
I
do
think
it'd
be
great
to
hear
from
them.
I
also
would
love
to
hear
from
the
dispatch
I
feel
like
you
know,
especially
with
all
these
Alternatives
I.
Don't
have
a
clear
understanding
of
how
it
all
you
know,
it'd,
be
great
to
know
exactly
how
they
make
the
decisions
and
the
handoff
to
air
I
don't
know
just
because
I
think
there
could
be
some
potential
recommendations
around
that
thanks.
A
That's
a
great
suggestion.
We
actually
had
planned
to
do
that
and
then
they
think
the
leadership
there
was
a
transition
in
leadership,
and
so
there
really
wasn't
anyone
to
present
to
us
there's
still
kind
of
there's
some
limbo
there.
So
I
think
it
would
be
good,
I,
don't
really
know
who
would
present,
but
we
could
find
out
and
see
actually
I
think
that
really
makes
sense,
because
we
didn't
get
that
piece.
A
C
C
A
C
Just
concerned
about
about
the
aru
unit,
because
I
heard
something
at
the
public
safety
meeting
today
that
the
they
don't
respond
to
domestics.
C
G
C
We
get
a
who,
whom
whomever
is
in
charge
of
the
aru
unit,
possibly
short
presentation
where
they
think
the
Direction's
gone,
because
when
I
thought
it
first
started
out,
it
was
going
to
be
three
people,
a
police
officer
psychologist
and
an
EMT
and
I'm,
not
sure
what
it
is
now.
So
that's.
G
All
I
can
help
answer
it.
I
can
help
answer
that
question
and
let
you
know
that
I
did
a
ride
along
with
PD,
because
of
that
concern
of
Officer
not
being
with
them,
and
what
I've
been
told
by
the
aru
unit
is
that
oftentimes,
a
police
officer
escalates
the
situation
just
by
being
present,
so
they've
found
that
they're
more
successful
dealing
with
the
people
that
they
respond
to
without
a
police
officer
there
now
there's
always
one
close
by
but
he's
not
with
them
in
the
vehicle.
D
A
I
Sure
so
we're
working
so
domestic
violence
is
a
huge
gap
in
service
in
our
community
and
has
been
for
a
number
of
years
and
then
just
recently,
Solace
crisis,
Treatment
Center
actually
pulled
out
of
their
domestic
violence
side
of
their
contract
with
PD,
and
so
my
staff
is
going
to
be
using
some
of
our
arpa
funds
to
match
PD's
funding
in
order
to
build
one,
a
better
response,
better
Education
and
Training,
and
then
also
building
a
better
system
for
responses
which
also
includes
getting
individuals
who
are
in
crisis
linked
up
to
Behavioral
Health
Services
like
in
their
immediate
time
of
need,
and
so
we
just
contracted
with
Leela,
who
was
actually
the
domestic
violent
violence
advocate
at
Christus.
I
A
A
Okay,
thank
you.
So
that's
a
possibility,
too,
for
a
presentation
about
staff
staff
plan
for
that
and
any
other
members
input
and
then
I'll
go
to
Sarah.
G
Renee
I
was
just
gonna,
let
you
know
I'll
get
a
hold
of
the
dispatch
supervisor
he
gives
presentations.
We
just
had
one
today
at
Public,
Safety,
so
I'll
see,
if
he's
willing
to
do
something
at
our
next
meeting.
A
J
A
Thanks
Sarah
I
I,
guess
it's
it's
not
really.
We
have
a
very
concerted
team
in
in
our
community
health
and
safety
department
that
definitely
works
on
homelessness
consistently
and
Julia
will
tell
you
that
I
think.
The
part
that
would
be
interesting
is
to
understand
emergency
Management's
role
because
they're
all
in
one
department.
So
they
do
talk
to
each
other
and
I'm
sure.
There's
ways
to
improve,
but
there's
probably
more
that
Julie
could
share
about
that
yeah
thumbs
up
from
jewelry
yeah.
I
I
mean
emergency.
It's
really
interesting.
You
all
brought
up
Emergency
Management,
because
in
looking
at
you
know,
my
division
has
been
really
deep
in
the
homelessness
issue
over
the
last
couple
of
years
and
now
I
just
got
my
staff
position,
hired,
that's
going
to
be
helping
us
focus
on
Homeless
Solutions
in
the
city,
and
it's
been
looking
at
different
models
in
one
of
the
emergency
manager.
I
Models
that
you
know
we've
been
presented
on
and
researched
on
is
specifically
San
Francisco's
response
to
homelessness,
which
they
use
the
emergency
management
office
in
order
to
coordinate
the
operations,
and
it's
proven
to
be
pretty
successful
in
San
Francisco,
their
structure
is
a
little
different
than
our
city,
but
we
do
have
you
know
essentially
at
this
point,
weekly
meetings
on
homelessness
and
our
emergency
management
team
is
a
part
of
that
and
they've
been.
You
know,
a
really
valuable
asset.
I
So
it
would
be
interesting
to
hear
from
them
about
how
emergency
managers
kind
of
use
their
skill
set
in
this
Arena,
mainly
on
coordinating
and
building
a
response.
And
it's
the
other
thing
too
about
my
brain
is
kind
of
in
a
fog,
but
in
the
San
Francisco
model
is
it
was
actually
a
response
not
necessarily
to
homelessness
but
actually
to
substance
use,
because
there
was
a
lot
of
open
air
drug
dealing
and
a
lot
of
people
who
are
preying
on
people
who
are
unsheltered
living
on
along
the
sidewalks
and
Tents.
A
A
So
let's,
let's
just
keep
thinking
about
that,
but
maybe
Chris
you
can
take
the
lead
to
try
to
set
up
something
for
dispatch.
Just
best
dispatch
presentation.
A
Great
all
right,
I
think
that
was
also
kind
of
like
Matters
from
the
task
force,
which
is
towards
the
end.
So
is
there
anything
maybe
before
we
go
into
well
hold
on
before
we
lose
Julie?
Is
there
anything
from
Communications
from
staff
and
and
or
Valeria
that
we
should
be?
You
all
would
like
to
share.
B
I,
in
fact,
if
I
could
just
get
with
you
Julie
and
Chris
and
start
planning
out
our
our
quarterly
update,
because
I
know,
March
is
going
to
go
by
really
fast
and
then
April's
right
around
the
corner.
So
I'll
start
putting,
you
know,
sort
of
like
a
framework
for
for
both
a
report
and
a
deck,
and
then
the
three
of
us
can
start
with
a
preliminary
and
then
hopefully
buy
the
maybe
first
or
second,
first
March
meeting
with
this
team.
F
A
We,
if,
if
Julie,
could
let
staff
know
to
put
a
placeholder
for
that
I'm.
Just
speaking
the
March
8th
one
may
be
pretty
full.
If
we,
because
the
resolution
for
the
Obelisk
and
yeah
coming
to
that.
B
I
I
I
No,
no!
It's
more
about
positions
in
my
in
my
division,
so.
A
I
A
Julie
hope
you
feel
better.
Should
we
go
into
task
force
updates
anybody
do.
E
E
Is
it
possible
to
get
just
a
two
minute
summary
of
Dr
Sanchez's
presentation,
because
I
didn't
see
it
articulated
in
in
the
minutes?
So
if
I,
if
you
don't
mind
but.
E
B
They're,
more
sort
of
like
key
elements
of
the
meeting
where
I
take
meeting
notes
like
verbatim
so
I
will
share
re
and
I
shared
it.
I
always
share
our
meeting
minutes
the
Wednesday
morning
after
our
Tuesday
meeting,
so
I'll
send
it
to
you
via
email
right
now-
and
you
know
also,
you
know
if
you
all
want
me
to
touch
on
some
of
these,
but
it's
up
up
to.
A
E
The
written
summary
will
be
great
and
I.
Sorry
I
missed
that
I
didn't
see
that
come
in
so
great
the
yeah
Val.
If
you
can
just
resend
that
to
me,
I'll
keep.
C
A
F
C
B
And
I'm,
also
in
the
forward
email,
Gino
and
Bruce
you'll
also
find
the
slide
deck
that
was
shared,
so
you
can
reference
the
data.
H
D
A
Maybe
you
all
have
talked
about
that
in
your
working
group
kind
of
like
next
steps
to
organizing
this,
but
it
seems
like
they'll,
probably
take
place
after
the
session.
A
All
right,
let's
well
before
we
before
we
leave
our
group
I
just
wanted
to
wish
Valeria
a
happy
birthday,
oh
for
tomorrow,
she's
21
again.
H
What
I'll
do
sorry
Renee?
What
I'll
do
is
send
the
link
back
out
how's
that
via
email,
because
I
do
think
that
there's
we
want
to
make
sure
that
it's
going
to
folks
who
really
are
least
heard
and
I,
think
you
know
any.
That
sounds
like
a
perfect
connection,
but
I
also
don't
know
if
it
should
be
watched
shared
widely
without
sort
of
tracking
who
we're
sending
it
to
so
I
guess.
H
If,
if
you
are
going
to
share
it,
maybe
shoot
over
an
email
to
maybe
Marcella
and
myself
and
we'll
just
manage
that
a
little
bit.
A
Will
do,
and
just
so
you
all
know
from
your
working
group
Ray
Louise
did
want
to.
She
was
hoping
we
could
record
the
Breakout,
but
I
don't
think
we
can
so
Chris
or
somebody
would
probably
need
to
follow
up
with
her
just
to
say
like
if
there's
anything
she
needs
to
know
that
was
discussed
in
the
working
group.
J
A
I
think
it's
yeah
that's
possible,
but
then
it's
also
the
it's.
The
public
consumption
recording
yeah.
So
a
little
bit
different
welcome
back
Chris.
All
right.
Are
we
all
ready
for
the
ready
to
rumble
just.
