B
B
And
councillor
beta,
I'm
here
so
next
is
approval
of
the
agenda.
Are
there
any
changes
from
staff.
B
Okay,
we
have
a
motion
and
is
there
a
second
second
and
a
second?
Can
I
have
a
roll
call
councillor
cassette?
Yes,.
B
Yes,
okay,
so
that
brings
us
to
approval
of
the
consent
agenda
items
to
be
removed
from
the
consent
agenda.
B
Second:
okay:
okay,
we
have
a
motion
in
a
second.
We
are
removing
item
b
for
discussion.
Can
I
have
a
roll
call
vote?
Please
counselor
cassette.
B
Beta,
yes,
okay,
so
the
rest
of
the
items
on
the
consent
agenda
have
been
approved.
We
are
on
to
approval
of
the
minutes,
which
is
the
finance
committee
meeting
of
august,
2nd
2021
changes
from
staff.
No
changes,
mr
chair.
Okay,
any
changes
from
the
committee
is
there
a
motion
regarding
the
minutes.
B
Yes,
okay,
so
the
minutes
have
been
approved.
Now
we
are
on
to
the
consent
item
b,
request
for
the
approval
of
an
moa
in
the
total
amount
of
485
thousand
dollars
for
funding,
support
of
the
santa
fe
film
office
over
a
four-year
term,
beginning
fy,
22
and
ending
june
30th,
2025.
councilwoman
via
rael.
Thank.
E
You,
mr
chair,
and
thank
you
randy
for
joining
us.
I
think
you
already
know
my
questions
and
one
of
them.
We
won't
probably
be
able
to
answer
tonight
because
we're
waiting
on
information
from
the
county.
I
did
ask
for
the
overall
budget
for
the
film
office
so
that
we
can
understand
what
the
city
and
county
contributions
go
towards.
E
I
don't
know
if
you
know
just
the
generally
what
they
go
towards,
that
you
could
share
or
bring
some
light
to,
and
then
the
other
question
was
just
to
remind
us
the
past
few
years
when
we
established
this
partnership,
what
were
the?
What
was
our
contribution
and
has
it
changed
since
the
beginning.
F
F
F
F
The
funding
in
the
past
has
been
150
thousand
dollars
a
year
per
side,
so
the
counties
put
in
150
and
the
city's
put
in
150.
Our
particular
side
is
split
equally
between
economic
development
and
tourism.
Santa
fe,
so
each
department
has
paid,
has
funded
75
000
towards
it.
F
Additionally,
the
county
provides
the
office
space
and
some
additional
support,
all
the
the
finance
and
hr
and
any
of
the
other
needs
at
no
cost
to
the
office,
so
that
is
provided
on
top
of
their
contribution
and
la
it's
been
150
000.
Last
year
the
funding,
I
believe,
was
just
50
000,
though,
because
there
were
some
fund
balances
that
had
been
built
up.
F
If
you
remember,
the
the
director
went
on
leave
for
a
fairly
extended
period
of
time
and
the
office
was
operated
by
just
the
gen
labarr
who's,
the
current
director
in
that
interim,
so
it
built
up
accrued
some
funding
and
the
county
recommended,
and
we
agreed
that
we
would
consume
that
balance.
That
was
in
that
account
to
and
and
reduce
the
amount
that
we'd
be
putting
in
for
last
fiscal
year.
So
it
was
just
50
000
last
fiscal
year.
F
Mr
chair
council
be
real,
I
think
it
was
did
my
memo
say.
I
think
it
was.
It's
been
four,
four
or
five
years
that
we've
been
doing
this,
but
I
don't
think
I
had
that
in
there.
F
E
I
think
that's
correct,
okay
and,
and
then,
since
that
time
the
city
has
always
contributed
the
150
000
split
between
the
two
departments,
correct.
E
Okay,
so
I'll
just
wait
to
see
the
budget
and
move
this
on
for
the
I
think
it's
governing
body.
So
if
you
could
just
send
me-
and
I
don't
know
who
else
wants
to
see
the
budget,
but
I
just
wanted
to
see
the
breakdown.
E
Okay
sounds
good,
no
other
questions.
I'd
move
to
approve.
B
Yes,
okay.
That
item
passes.
Thank
you,
okay,
so
now
we
are
on
to
item
seven
matters
from
staff,
no
matters
to
discuss
with
the
committee
this
evening.
Mr
chair.
Okay,
thank
you
matters
from
the
committee.
B
Nope
matters
from
the
chair.
I
don't
have
anything.
Our
next
meeting,
though,
is
monday
august
30th
with
that
we
are
adjourned.
Thank
you.
