A
A
E
Thank
you.
I
I
just
want
to
point
out
that
uh
on
a
previous
prime
gov
review,
I
had
a
resolution
to
be
presented
today
regarding
uh
santa
fe
estates,
property
and
it
disappeared,
and
I
just
want
to
express
my
concern
about
that
um
and
I
have
talked
to
one
person
about
it
so
far
and
um
we
have
yet
to
see
what
will
happen
with
that.
E
A
F
Mr
chair
good
evening
brown,
mr
chair
and
members
of
the
council,
um
I
think
our
city
attorney
or
our
attorney
salazar
might
pulled
it
to
update
it
to
send
to
council
veto
koppler.
So
I
need
to
check
in
with
them
to
figure
out.
Why?
Maybe
that's
why
it
was
pulled
off.
There
was
an
update
to
the
resolution.
E
G
Yeah,
I
I
think
this
actually
is
a
question,
not
a
comment.
um
I've
continued
to
look
on
the
um
legislative
services
website
and
I
never
um
personally.
I
was
never
able
to
find
this
resolution
in
uh
inform.
I
saw
the
caption
for
it,
but
I
never
saw
the
resolution
in
form.
I
don't
know
if
it
was
on
the
website,
inform
and
I
just
didn't
see
it
and
I
never
saw
it
in
form
in
this
packet.
A

A
A
A
A
A
E
H
H
If
the
need
were
to
arise.
So
I
know,
staff
have
been
working
to
fill
the
positions
um
one
one
section.
Particular
transmission
distribution
is
almost
fully
staffed
now,
so
I'm
bringing
forth
one
of
their
positions
to
unfreeze,
um
along
with
the
couple
from
wastewater
as
they're
working
to
post
and
fill
those.
So
again,
it
was
done
during
the
budgetary
process.
H
H
Through
this
process,
one
is
getting
the
positions
budgeted,
so
once
this
is
approved,
um
I
do
anticipate
that
they
will
post
um
relatively
quickly.
um
I
think
hr
has
been
getting
the
jobs
posted
um
the
recruitment
strategies
that
we
that
we
use
when
we
post
a
position
typically
are
30ds,
whether
it's
getting
it
on
someone's
website
or
in
their
newsletter.
H
E
H
Review
came
into
effect.
uh
We
did
act
immediately.
So
really
what
I
did
is
I
borrowed
a
position
from
the
treatment
plant,
a
vacancy
that
the
treatment
plan
had
for
a
level
four
operator,
and
we
begin
to
work
with
hr
immediately
to
reclassify
that
into
a
lab
chemist,
so
the
requirements
for
the
permit
already
underway
to
try
to
get
that
filled
this
expansion.
The
position
would
just
be
restaffing
the
plant
back
from
the
position
I
borrowed
from.
E
E
My
preference
would
be
that
you
separate
out,
like
you,
just
have
47
000,
and
so
we're
really
talking
about
a
lot
more
money
than
that
on
an
annual
basis,
and
I,
I
think,
having
an
annual
cost,
because
this
is
just
mid-term
uh
request
that
having
an
annual
cost
of
this
is
really
where
the
rubber
meets
the
road.
That's
really
what
it's
going
to
cost
us
in
the
long
run,
because
it's
you
know,
obviously
a
recurring
expense.
E
E
E
Again,
in
the
same
comments
I
I
would
have
about
what's
the
annual
cost,
because
you're
you're
asking
for
this
midterm,
but
it's
really
a
position,
that's
going
to
go
on
in
into
perpetuity
and
have
an
annual
cost
when
it
comes
up.
So
those
are
all
my
questions.
Thank
you,
mr
jones,
and
thank
you,
mr
chair.
A
A
C
uh
Thank
you
chairman.
I
guess
uh
all
of
the
counselors
know
that
we're
working
on
um
completing
our
icip
submittal
for
a
capital
outlay
request
to
the
legislature
and
um
and
also
uh
putting
together
the
legislative
priority
resolution
and
those
two
will
be
making
their
way
through
the
committee
council
process
um
starting
october
4th,
and
so
thanks.
So
much
for
everybody's
early
feedback.
E
As
you
know,
I
had
some
time
commitments
when
we
met
on
the
icip
and
one
of
the
things
that
I
uh
wanted
to
ask
about
and
because
of
my
time
commitments
I
didn't
get
a
chance
to,
but
so
I'll
ask
it
now
and
I
wanted
to
know
um
if
you
have
any
kind
of
a
status
and
I'd
be.
I've
been
asked
this
question
many
times,
including
today,
uh
about
the
uh
the
richards
avenue
on
off
to
I-25.
C
E
C
We
would
certainly
be
a
stakeholder
in
the
process,
um
so
we
and
we
you
know
we
take
our
stakeholder
position
as
the
city
of
santa
fe
very
seriously
and
we
would
assign
somebody
to
it
and
um
we
would
definitely
be
giving
input.
In
fact,
another
little
sided
note
is
that
we
are
in
deep
discussions
about
the
reconstruction
of
that
last
piece
of
cerrios.
E
Okay
and
I-
and
I
think,
I'm
assuming
it's
kind
of
a
more
city
involvement,
because
when
we
went
to
the
the
neighborhood
meetings
on
it
um
it
was,
it
was
totally
presented
by
city
staff
at
the
time
it
wasn't
a
county
thing.
So
I
don't
know
it
doesn't
matter
to
me
whose
project
it
is.
But
I
know
that
there's
a
lot
of
people
waiting
for
that.
E
A
C
B
I
B
A
J
A
H
A
All
right:
well,
I'm
going
to
read
it
into
the
or
introduce
it
I
guess
and
uh
if
it
ends
up
being
wrong,
we'll
deal
with
it.
So
anyway,
it's
by
the
mayor,
it's
a
resolution
recognizing
the
need
for
coordination
of
assistance
for
afghan
immigrants
in
need
of
humanitarian
assistance
arriving
in
new
mexico,
adopting
a
strategy
to
assist
and
reaffirming
the
city
of
santa
fe
santa
fe's
commitment
to
being
a
welcoming
community.
