F
Mr
chair
members
of
the
committee,
uh
thank
you
for
this
opportunity
to
recognize
some
of
the
public
utility
staff.
It's
my
pleasure
to
have
some
representatives
from
the
Environmental
Services
Department.
This
group
is
I,
think
probably
the
only
team
that
I
know
of
that
visits
almost
every
house
every
week
throughout
our
city.
This
division
also
serves
a
bit
liaison
for
Santa
Fe
Solid,
Waste
Management
agency,
and
also
the
liaison
for
the
non-profit
keeps
Santa
Fe
beautiful
and
they
also
house
our
office
of
sustainability.
F
B
Director
said
we
do
have
certificates
for
your
staff.
So
when
you
announce
their
names,
they
can
come
up.
We'd
love
to
shake
your
hands
and
just
say
hello
and
have
a
little
more
face-to-face.
Look
at
you!
So
we'll
come
up
this
way
and
go
that
way.
I'll
hand
you
your
certificate
and
then,
at
the
end,
we'll
give
you
an
opportunity
to
speak
or
photo
opportunity
whatever
you
guys
want.
G
Mr
chair,
um
sorry,
getting
myself
in
order
here
well
whenever,
whenever
you
do
something
really
big,
a
very
long
planned
and
big
project
like
changing
all
the
residential
routes
and
changing
almost
everyone's
trash
day,
you
plan
the
best
you
can
and
you
try
to
foresee
every
problem
and
obstacle,
and
you
do
your
best,
but
you
you
know
you
just
know,
there's
going
to
be
some
things
you
have
to
solve
along
the
way
and
I
want
to
say
for
everything
that
went
wrong,
that
didn't
that
didn't
go
exactly
as
planned.
Or
you
know.
G
G
um
There's
a
lot
of
people
that
that
couldn't
be
here
too
and
I'm
going
to
go
ahead
and
just
start
with
them.
I
want
to
start
with
the
residential
leadership
team,
starting
with
Eric
Lucero
uh
he's
not
here.
We
had
a
whole
lot
of
hunts
that
were
drawn
um
during
this
time
period,
um
but
uh
I
I,
I,
still
wanna
I
still
want
to
talk
a
little
bit
about
Eric.
He
is
our
operations
manager
and
um
he
really
uh
leads
the
team
and
helps
make
sure
that
magic
happens
every
day
every
day.
G
Eric
did
so
much
work
on
the
uh
the
route
optimization
and
he
deserves
a
lot
of
credit
one
one
of
the
things
you
might
not
imagine
um
he
spent
many
many
hours
scrubbing
the
data
that
doesn't
maybe
sound
like
something
that
you
would
expect
and
I
I
just
want
to
point
some
of
those
things
out.
The
original
data
that
went
into
our
technology
with
Rubicon
it
had
a
lot
of
errors
and
flaws
missing,
addresses
double
addresses.
G
It
wasn't
great
because
we
didn't
have
any
data
to
begin
with
and
over
the
the
first
few
years,
some
of
it
had
been
corrected
and
some
of
it
hadn't.
In
order
to
do
a
really
good
route,
optimization,
it
all
had
to
be
corrected
and
he
spent
many
hours
cleaning
that
data
and
making
sure
the
data
was
right
and
that
that's
just
one
of
the
things
but
I
wanted
to
mention
it,
because
I
figured
out
something
that
maybe
not
everyone
would
think
of,
and
then,
of
course,
our
our
residential
supervisors.
G
G
Again,
he
is
not
able
to
be
here
but
Abe
Sanchez
is
our
recycling
supervisor
and
he's
a
rock
star,
so
I'm
going
to
start
with
him
I
think
we
have
a
certificate
for
him
again.
Both
both
Abe
and
uh
and
Dave
Wright
worked
every
day
and
they
both
have
lead
workers
and
um
Daniel
larinaga
and
uh
Isidro
Cathedral
Cena.
G
Of
course,
a
lot
of
news
really
all
of
them
did
an
amazing
job
and
Isidro
wasn't
able
to
be
here,
but
I
want
to
point
out
he
he
came
in
after
his
shift
every
day
and
and
sat
down
with
mostly
with
Deborah
in
the
office
to
troubleshoot.
What
you
know
what
why
people
had
called
in
who
was
on
the
special
collections
route
versus
the
regular
route?
He
just
he
spent
at
least
an
hour,
if
not
two
to
three
every
day
after
his
shift,
helping
us
sort
out
what
we
needed
to
fix.
G
G
G
G
G
B
A
G
And
she's
an
excellent
operator
and
um
I
I
wish.
You
know
I
hope
that
she
can
show
that
anybody.
Anybody
can
do
the
job
if
they're,
if
they're
willing
to
try
and
it
it's
a
great
job
right
and
now
you
get
four
tens
So
for
anybody
that
might
be
watching.
If
you
don't
think
of
yourself,
you're
looking
for
a
job
and
you're,
not
sure
this
is
a
great
opportunity,
we're
almost
always
hiring
all
right.
G
G
G
She
jumps
right
in
there.
There's
there's
nothing
that
she
asks
anybody
to
do
that
she
can't
do
herself.
She
doesn't
learn
to
do
herself,
or
is
it
trying
to
learn
to
do
herself
and
um
I
I
this
this
happens
smoothly
and
for
for
every
call
any
one
of
you
might
have
gotten
she
kept
10
calls
from
coming
to
you
with
people
asking
questions
and,
and
most
people
were
just
asking
questions
some
people.
Some
people
were
upset,
but
um
there
we
we
talked
to,
and
you
gave
me
the
number
an
average
of.
G
190
to
240
calls
a
day,
and
so
the
entire,
the
her
entire
staff
and
not
everybody,
does
residential
um
and
um
I'm
going
to
recognize
all
of
them
here.
But
her
entire
staff
jumped
in
there
were
a
few
days
where
I
jumped
in
where
our
meal,
our
sustainability
supervisor
our
new
Outreach
coordinator,
we
all
jumped
in
and
and
returned
calls,
but
they
they
did
the
Lion's
Share
of
it
and
a
huge
lift
and
um
I
just
really
wanted
to
recognize
Deborah
and
her
team.
So.
G
G
G
um
Roberta's
been
with
us
a
couple
of
years
now
and
she's
amazing
and
um
she
has
she's
recently
transitioned.
She
has
a
new
role
to
help
support
the
commercial
side,
but
during
this
uh
during
this
craziness,
she
just
jumped
back
and
forth
and
did
whatever
she
needed
to
do
uh
whatever
any
of
us
needed
to
make
sure
that
all
of
our
residential
customers
were
taken
care
of
and
helped.
So
thank
you.
Roberta.
G
G
um
She
she
helps
keep
the
the
fort
um
defended
and
battened
down
she's
been
with
us
for
many
years
and
all
together,
back
and
forth.
I'm,
not
sure
how
many
but
Melissa
as
a
um
an
incredible
amount
of
knowledge
about
Service
delivery
and
uh
can
troubleshoot
any
problem
and
we're
she'll
be
taking
the
leadership
class
here
in
October
as
an
emerging
leader
and
I'm,
really
proud
of
her
and
I
want
to
recognize.
G
Kayla
is
another
person.
I
was
so
so
lucky
to
get
who's
been
with
the
city
for
many
years
and
she
came
over
as
a
project
specialist.
Her
main
her
main
thing
when
she
came
over
uh
was
to
do
help
with
financial
kinds
of
things,
but
in
no
time
at
all,
she's
run
circles
around
that
she's
learned
the
customer
service
side.
She
too
jumped
in
and
learned
how
how
to
troubleshoot
and
answer
all
the
residential
issues
and
questions
during
this
time,
and
on
top
of
that
she
worked
special
events.
G
She's
helping
Santa,
Fe
beautiful
I
mean
she's,
just
all
around
really
learning
all
all
of
the
things
we
do,
but
for
this
particular
thing
she
she
learned
a
whole
lot
and
then
she
answered
a
lot
of
inquiries
and
customers
and
again,
like
everybody
else,
with
Grace
and
a
smile
on
her
face.
So
I'm
really
proud
of.
G
G
H
I've
worked
for
the
city,
total
close
to
21
years
and
I've
worked
at
Public,
Works,
public
utilities,
water,
um
Parks
and
Rec,
and
coming
just
six
months
into
this
job,
it
was
a
total
different
ballgame.
You
know.
Very
people
are
very
passionate
about
their
refuse
and
recycling.
I
learned
that
you
know,
but
I
just
want
to
thank
these
guys,
and
you
know,
ladies
and
gentlemen,
because
without
them
you
know
they've
been
more
than
willing
to
answer
questions
they
help
to
jump
in.
B
So
you
guys
did
a
great
job
with
answering
phone
calls,
because
I
didn't
get
I,
think
I
got
three
inquiries
and
one
of
them
was
about
the
holiday
and
what
day
they
go
to
and
the
other
one
was
about.
uh
Why
did
we
make
the
change
and
once
they
knew
why
it
was?
It
was
easy
to
move
forward,
so
you
guys
must
have
taken
a
a
lot
of
work
off
my
place
and
I
appreciate
that
um
anything.
Anyone
else.
A
F
A
E
Again,
thank
you
guys
for
all
that.
You
do
a
lot
of
times.
People
don't
put
the
trash
in
the
receptacle
and
it
just
goes
away.
You
know
how
does
it
happen
and
it's
magic?
It
all
gets,
dispersed
and
I
had
the
pleasure
of
knowing
a
lot
of
you
before
I
got
on
on
Council
here
and
I
can
see
that
they
do
work
as
a
team
um
and
I
think
that's.
The
biggest
thing
is
having
a
good
team
working
together.
E
B
B
We
you
know,
decide
to
make
a
lot
of
big
decisions
that
affect
you
guys
and
it's
great
to
be
able
to
see
who
you
are
and
what
you're
doing
and
hear
just
the
pride
and
the
work
that
you're
doing,
and
it's
just
amazing
I'm
a
city,
employee,
I,
worked
with
Bobby
Houston,
Miss,
Connor's,
mom
and
Debra
I
think
was
here
when
I
was
still
in
the
fire
department.
So.
B
um
I
remember
what
it
was
like
and
um
just
know
uh
being
on
this
side.
We
haven't
forgotten
and
we
appreciate
you
and
we
know
that
the
things
that
happen
every
day
are
a
result
of
the
hard
work
that
all
of
you
do
every
day
and
I'm
glad
uh
you
have
the
support,
um
the
support
from
your
supervisors
to
do
the
things
that
you
need
to
do
to
be
successful
and
I
hope
that
continues.
So.
Thank
you
all
again
very
much
and
thank
you
for
coming
today.
C
B
A
D
Because
of
indigenous
people's
day
on
Monday,
our
meeting
for
this
committee
got
bumped
to
Tuesday.
That
is
the
normal
meeting
for
the
water
conservation
committee
and
I
did
not
realize
we
would
be
moving,
and
we
have
we're
trying
to
move
that
meeting
from
three
to
five.
It's
normally
from
four
to
six
to
accommodate
this
committee,
and
we
had
moved
the
location
to
the
convention
center
to
be
closer
to
this
room,
and
so
I
have
to
say
that
the
11th
is
very
problematic
for
me.
Since
I
chair
that
committee.
D
B
Doable
for
everyone,
because,
depending
if
it
starts
at
five
and
then
we
go,
you
know
if
we
happen
to
have
a
long
meeting,
we're
doing
a
tour
when
it's
a
lot
colder
and
starting
to
get
dark,
and
that
is
pretty
much
all
gone.
So
um
if
you
don't
think
you
can
make
four
o'clock,
let
me
let
me
know
now.
