um
So
we
are
just
closing
up
our
super
busy
summer
season
here
in
the
city
of
santa
fe,
and
um
I
wanted
to
get
an
opportunity
to
introduce
the
committee
to
some
of
our
super
working
city.
Employees
that
have
made
the
summer
season
go
well,
and
I
just
really
wanted
to
take
a
moment
to
recognize
this
parking
team
leadership
here,
because
um
they
have
really
worked
through.
You
know
covet
hit
in
2020.
C
C
Those
were
the
people
really
that
held
the
whole
division
together
through
covid,
while
everything
was
shut
down
and
really
stepped
into
all
kinds
of
different
roles,
and
um
and
now,
as
you
guys
know,
as
counselor
via
rail
mentioned
at
a
council
meeting
last
week,
noel
correa,
just
retired,
and
this
team
has
taken
on
the
leadership
of
the
division.
We
collaborate,
we
meet
every
two
weeks
and
we
talk
about
what
are
our
challenges
and
how
we're
going
to
solve
them.
C
You
might
remember
chair
rivera
that
some
a
couple
years
ago
we
had
some
problems,
and
maybe
council
romero
worth
as
well
with
how
people
perceived
our
parking
enforcement
officers,
and
it
wasn't
always
a
great
experience
and
then
noel
and
daryl,
um
as
you
can
tell
our
parking
enforcement
officers
always
have
these
fantastic
uniforms
really
took
it
on
to
have.
Customers
have
a
good
experience
when
they
got
a
parking
ticket,
um
and
this
really
has
changed
everything.
E
C
D
um
Why
don't
you
each
introduce
yourself,
um
chairman
and
counselors?
I've
had
a
pleasure
working
with
a
couple
of
you
a
little
bit.
I've
only
been
here
since
january,
so
we're
doing
our
best
to
try
and
pull
it
together
and
have
a
good
time
with
it.
At
the
same
time,
thanks
for
your
time,
thank
you.
F
I've
been
with
the
division
and
the
department
for
about
three
years,
so
I
have
to
tell
you
guys
I
watch
every
meeting
that
you
all
do,
and
it
really
gave
me
strength
to
write
out
that
coveted
all
the
stuff
that
was
going
on.
It
was
a
little
spooky,
a
little
scary,
but
I
just
you
know
youtube
you
guys
there.
You
were
fighting
through
all
the
issues
and
talking
about
everything
and
do
we
wear
a
mask
to
wear
gloves
you
know:
do
we
separate?
Do
we
work
from
home?
F
What
do
we
do,
and
I
just
really
got
a
lot
of
inspiration
from
that,
and
I
want
to
recognize
how
hard
you
guys
work.
You
too,
I
watch
you
all
the
time
too.
You
guys
really
work
hard
and
um
it's
very
impressive
and
very
encouraging.
So
I
just
want
to
say
that
I
don't
know
how
often
you
guys
get
props
for
what
you
do,
but
I
want
to
be
here
to
give
them
to
you
so.
C
G
C
A
Hello,
uh
chairman
and
counselors,
uh
my
name
is
zero.
Gonzalez
I've
been
I'm
the
parking
enforcement
supervisor,
I've
been
with
the
city
for
40
years
and
uh
yeah
so,
uh
but
pretty
much
the
work
that
we
do
it.
I
would
give
that
all
to
to
the
team
to
the
people
I
supervise,
we
do
a
good,
excellent
job
and
uh
that's
it.
H
Andrew
valdez
um
I've
been
here
for
16
years:
okay
and
I've
worked
with
a
good
crew.
Here,
that's
probably
why
I've
been
here
as
long
as
I
have.
I
hope
that
most
of
the
crew
stays
where
leadership
stays,
because
you
know
it's,
we
don't
all
that
kind
of
crew
or
nucleus
doesn't
always
stay
together
for
long.
H
That
includes
myself,
so
you
know,
we've
been
dealing
with
quite
a
bit.
You
know
long
hours
and
dealing
with
the
public
and
trying
to
make
him
feel
safe
at
times
when
it
when
they
needed
to
be
safe.
You
know
because
there
was
no
nothing
else
going
on,
but
we
work
our
best
to
keep
the
public
safe
and
keep
the
community
going,
in
spite
some
of
the
issues
that
we
have
with
people
that
aren't
always
law-abiding
citizens.
C
Thank
you
so
much.
One
of
the
things
you
might
be
referring
to
is
that
the
parking
team
has
been
dealing
with
an
unprecedented
level
of
vandalism.
The
gates
are,
all
the
windows
are
broken
and
the
gates
are
broken
off
and
all
the
meters
are
smashed
every
single
day.
It's
just
endless,
and
so
this
team
has
that
leonard
takes
a
lot
of
leadership,
but
the
whole
team
really
pulls
together
to
you
know
fix
what
they
can.
C
We,
we
have
the
new
you
might
have
read
in
the
paper,
the
red,
what
was
red
or
green,
the
bagging
over
the
broken
meter.
So
now
we
have
a
green
bag
that
we
can
put
over
a
broken
meter
that
says
park
here.
uh
Gratis.
um
Thank
you
city
of
santa
fe,
um
because
we
can't
get
them
all
fixed
fast
enough,
although
there's
not
that
many
broken
at
a
time,
but
the
team
has
really
just
kept
their
um
positive
attitude
and
um
really
been
positive
with
the
community,
even
though
they
are
experiencing
this
big
vandalism.
G
G
D
Thank
you,
mr
chair,
and
thank
you
to
the
team.
That's
here.
Thank
you
for
coming
and
joining
us
tonight.
It's
always
great
to
put
a
face
uh
with
a
name
and,
uh
of
course,
some
of
you.
I
think
I
recognize
from
the
street,
but
now
I
know
your
names
or
I've
at
least
heard
them
once
so.
Really,
um
thank
you
for
your
hard
work,
your
dedication
and
especially,
if
you're
taking
time
out
just
to
come
visit
us
it's,
it's
uh
really
an
honor.
So
thank
you.
E
I
wanted
to
just
echo
what
um
councillor
ramirez
said.
It
was
such
a
pleasure
meeting,
you
all
the
commitment
and
we
see
it
across
the
city,
but
to
have
you
all
visit
us
is
so
amazing
and
to
see
your
commitment
and
the
way
you
even
talk
about
what
you
do
for
our
city
is
just
amazing.
So
I
appreciate
it
so
much.
Thank
you
so
much
for
being
here.
A
I
To
you
all,
um
just
as
my
colleagues
have
mentioned,
and
uh
thank
you
for
your
hard
work
and
service
for
our
city
and
it's
not
just
um
uh
sometimes
we
look
at
this
as
as
as
our
livelihood,
because
we
come
to
work
and
we
we
do
this,
but
it's
like
a
it's
like
a
service
to
our
community,
so
we're
public
servants.
All
of
us.
Thank
you
guys.
A
Thank
you,
mr
chair.
Congratulations.
You
guys
on
almost
nearing
the
completion
of
probably
the
busiest
season
that
you
all
see
and
uh
I
I
know
I've
seen
many
of
y'all
it.
So
thank
you
leonard
80
hours
a
week.
You
definitely
need
some
rest
buddy.
uh
Did
I
hear
you
correctly
40
years
you've
been
with
the
city
holy
smokes.
That's
is.
A
Mr
chair,
I
mean:
do
you
know
what
I
mean
kudos
to
you.
I
mean
wow,
that's
almost
as
long
as
I've
been
on
this
planet,
so
thank
you
so
much
for
for
putting
up
with
the
city
for
that
long.
So,
thank
you.
Thank
you,
um
as
I
did
last
time,
I'd
like
to
shake
their
hands,
mr
chair.
If
I
could
go
to
the
other
side
of
the
desk
just
to
do
that.
A
B
It's
easy
to
get
to
25
years,
it's
easy
to
get
to
40
years.
If
you
love
coming
to
work,
and
you
appreciate
the
people
you
work
with
and
it
sounds
like
you're
there.
So
keep
up
the
great
work,
great
attitudes-
and
you
know
we'll
we'll
do
our
best
up
here
to
support
you
any
way
we
can,
along
with
director
wheeler.
So
thank
you
again
and
appreciate
you
all.
B
B
C
Thank
you
so
much
chairman
I
just
wanted
to
let
the
committee
know
you
may
remember.
um
I
think
it
was
about
a
month
and
a
half
ago,
chair
rivera,
asked
us
to
update
the
emergency
roadway
map
because
there's
been
a
lot
of
new
developments
and
our
new
traffic
engineer
has
led
the
charge
and
she's
been
working
with
fire
and
we're
getting
close
to
a
final,
updated
map
which
we'll
bring
forward
for
your
approval
soon
and
then
you'll
get
a
chance
to
meet
uh
gene
wolfenbarger
as
well,
and
I
think
that's
the.
C
H
B
B
Three
hours
prior
to
the
meeting,
so
she
may
email
you
in
the
morning
and
say
don't
forget
by
two
o'clock
you
have
to.
Let
me
know
what
you're
going
to
pool
if
you
want
to
pull
anything
um
from
here,
so
that
they
can
let
staff
know
who
needs
to
be
here
and
who
doesn't
so
we
make
best
use
of
everyone's
time
all
right,
so
I
forgot
about
it
for
this
meeting,
but
for
next
meeting.
We'll
definitely
do
that.
Okay,
miss
this
pen
right
out
of
me.
