I
I
think
what
we
felt
and
new
that
the
lord
was
clapping
the
hands
to
find
the
park
completed.
what
a
beautiful
day..
I
am
also
certain
that
you
are
aware
that
I
have
had
a
teammate
that
is
the
energy

and
a
great
partner
that
I
am
proud
to

By.

This
trend
is
not
in
line
with
the
comprehensive
plan's
vision
for
growth,,
which
is
supposed
to
be
limited
in
these
two
districts..
Looking
at
the
new
tampa
trend,,
it
appears
that
the
rate
of
growth
--
residential
growth
is
decreasing,
since
the
growth
from
2010
to
2015
was
significantly
more
than
the
growth
from
2015
to
2020.,
so
the
red
is
smaller
than
the
blue..
We
see
the
growth
is
actually.
L

K
So
I
would
like
to
reiterate
what
they
said,
the
south

new

suppose.
--
planning
district
supposed
to
have
the
lowest
and
they
had
the
highest.
south
tampa
is
actually
increasing.
.What
is
more
important
to
me
that
university
plan
district,
one
of
the
highest
growths
in
the
city,
has
only
grown
1%
in
ten
years..
K

Probably

and
there
was
a
community
meeting
with
actual

They
had
a
different
style

at

A
couple
of
nights,
ago.
and
part
of
the
discussion
was
nebraska
avenue.
and,
as
I
was
driving,,
I
took
pictures
again
and
four
different
types
of
sidewalks
in
a
very
short
distance..
N
Sitting
in
the
sidewalk.
here
you
have
chairs
out
on
the
sidewalks
from
a
business..
Here
is
a
preferred
one,,
a
little
bit
of
grass
separating
the
people
from
the
cars
doing
40
miles
per
hour.
and
then
some
kind
of
egress
before
the
buildings..
That
would
be
the
preferable,
thing.
and
then
here
--
here
is
one
of
the
most
atrocious
things..

You

never
going

If
we
do
not
sit
down

the

you
don't

we

I'm
here
today
to
make
a
request..
Last
year
the
cra
board
dedicated
$20
million
for
affordable
housing
that
equated
to
30%
of
the
budget.
Last
year.,
my
request
today
is
that
we
continue
to
make
that
commitment,
again,
today,,
because
it
is
absolutely
necessary-
and
I
hope,
to
lay
out
why
that
is
the
case.

with
that
level
of

$45,000,
that
puts
the
majority
of

very
low
income,
qualifiers
for
affordable
housing
for
--,
for
the
housing
and
urban
development
and
state
guidelines.,
and
just
as
a
side
note,
tampa

spend
10%
more
on
those
costs
than
peer
cities.

Set-Aside.,

opportunity

do
something..
I
am
not
just
asking
that
we
put
the
30%
set
aside
in
motion,.
I
am
asking
we
do
it
for
four
to
five
years..
We
started
this
--.
This
crisis
started
in
2017
when
over
165
people
were
moving
here
per
day,,
but
at
that
time
I
don't
think
many
people
were
paying
attention.
caught
up
to
us..
Last

we
called
it
a
crisis,
and
now
we
have
an
opportunity
to
do
something
about
it.

I

they
heard
us
and
they
did
something..
I
didn't
want
to
see
us
get
to
the
place
where
we
are
doing,.
You
know,
a
slow
go,.
You
know,,
like
basically
the
staff
presented
and
we
hired
these
people
that
we
haven't
seen
this
type
of
talent
in

long
time.

put

done
that
and
the
state
telling
us
what
we
are
going
to

not
doing
it
will
put
news
a
position.
I
am
afraid
that
developers
wouldn't
wanted
to
come
here
for
something
simple
like
parking
waiver
and
the
green
space
situation..
R

I
don't

We

somebody

willing

I

but
I
want
to
clear
up
things
from

namely,.
I
want
to
make
it
clear:
2017,,
a
city
of
tampa
police
officer
falsely
charged
with
perjurying
an
official
proceeding..
I
won
that
case.
wasn't
the
first
time
that
a
city

falsely
accused
me

I
am
looking
for
the
sworn
statement
from
the
former

who
I
didn't
even
realize.
Until
the

at

I
hardship
the
day
doesn't
come
when
they

If
something
comes
up

they

with

not
not

the

get
falsely

and
usually
just
fold
under

because
I
did
take

like
the

did,
a
different
kind
of

you
say
what
am
I
going
to
do?
Now?
life
becomes
real,
quick,
a
changing
of
the
tide.

I

You
learn
how
to
take
care
of
your
self
and
you
learn
how
to
also
work
with
a
unit,
and
that
is
what
it
takes
to
communicate..
Communication
is
the
best
way
of
everything..
If
you
can
communicate
in
jefferson,,
they
taught
you
not
only
who
to
you
go
to
class
and
pass,,
but
they
also
taught
you
how
to
go
to
work
and
what
you
wanted
to
do
and
prepare
you
for
life.
when
that
door
opened,
and
you
get
your
diploma
and
finishes.

you

the
difference
between
a
winner
and
a
lose
ir,.
When
one
goes
down
and
stays
down,,
that
is
a
loser.,
you
may
be
down,,
you
come
up,,
you
are
a
winner..
So
what
I
am
trying
to
tell
you,
put
one
foot
in
front
of
the
other.
think
before
you
do

I

what
my

just
saying..
Your
entire

is
open
to
you..
You
can
do
anything,
you
want.,
you
watch
motivational
videos
and
they
say
you
can
do
whatever
you
want..
It
is
true
if
you
have
the
right
connections
and
you
work
hard.

One
thing
that
helps
you
when

the

the

the

I
would
love
to
see
it
expand,,
grow
and
improve.,
but
because
of
your
participation
in
this
summer
program,,
it
has
given
me
the
example
to
appreciate
that
we
can
move
forward
with
students,,
giving
them
the
opportunity
to
see
how
we
function
in
the
city
of
tampa.
and
also
to
participate
in
a
board

So
you
can
see
what
we
do.

we
will

a
part

what
