I
I
What
the
agreement
does
is
remove
certain
provisions
from
the
old
agreement
to
allow
distraught
improvements
to
be
done
outside
of
the
contract,
and
then
it
provides
for
to
remain
there
up
the
roadway
construction
agreement
and
the
demolition
of,
or
at
least
to
the
extent
of
the
prices
of
demolition
of
the
annex
and
the
skywalks.
And
that
is
the
extent
of
the
legal
aspects
of
the
document
and
I
would
refer
to
mr.
McDonald,
with
any
substantive
questions
that
you
may
have.
H
Good
evening
Council
Bob
McDonald
economic
development.
There
were
some
questions
raised
earlier
today
about
some
issues
and
I
think
we've
waded
through
some
of
them.
There
might
be
a
couple
outstanding,
one
of
which
had
to
do
with
the
the
ability
to
expand
the
reliable
Plaza
and
ICC
Jumaane,
an
email
saying
that
we
would
read,
remove
any
objections
that
we
had
to
that.
There
was
a
question
earlier
about.
H
You
know
it
was
developing
a
little
bit
into
it.
He
said
she
said,
and
someone
said
you
know
some
of
this
in
writing-
that
we
could
share,
and
so
what
I'd
like
to
do
is
asked
miss
healing
who
represents
the
developer,
to
talk
a
little
bit
about
an
agreement
that
exists
between
the
straws
and
the
developer
50.
Please.
F
There
was
a
lot
kind
of
going
on
this
morning
and
comments
made
at
the
CRA
about
differing
improvements
and
people
not
getting
with
other
people,
and
this
kind
of
discussion
was
pretty
confusing
to
us
because
since
we
have
started
this
whole
project,
if
y'all
would
remember,
several
of
these
were
on
the
board.
At
that
time,.
J
F
Had
our
zoning
approval
well
later
in
2017,
the
strattice
approached
the
developer,
ALV
residents
and
said
we'd
like
a
formal
agreement,
so
that
it's
clear
who's
doing
what
what's
expected,
how
we
perform
together,
how
we
work
together
because
it's
in
our
best
interests
as
well.
Hopefully
our
beautiful
Tower
is
going
to
be
a
great
amenities
of
stress
and
vice
versa,
and
then
all
along
the
Riverwalk,
it's
critical.
It
has
been
a
long
time
we
have
been
in
litigation
for
two
and
a
half
years
successfully
on
the
same
side
of
the
city.
F
F
There
are-
and
it
says
in
there,
that
we
are
going
to
cooperate
and
we're
going
to
do
certain
things
and
we're
going
to
make
a
significant
financial
contribution
to
both
the
arrival
plaza
in
the
Straz
in
general.
So
at
that
point
we
have
also
had
differing
requests
over
the
time
from
the
stress
for
matters
that
are
not
in
the
agreement
and
to
the
extent
that
we
can,
we
try
to
accommodate
those,
and
we
will
continue
to
do
so.
F
F
We
will
continue
to
work
in
good
faith
for
those
matters
and
cooperate
not
just
with
the
city
but
also
with
the
strengths,
and
we
hope
you
approve
this
agreement
tonight
because
there's
a
lot
of
work
time
and
effort
to
make
this
whole
network
roadway
plan
work
just
like
the
envision
plan
envisioned
so
many
years
ago.
So
I'm
here
to
answer
any
questions
that
you
have
and
sorry
it's
our
last
meeting,
but
please
approve
the
agreement.
Thank
you.
L
Mccourt
before
we
asked
the
folks
from
our
performing
arts
center,
mr.
McDonagh
I
just
want
to
make
sure
I
think
some
of
the
things
that
you
mentioned
about
the
First
Amendment
to
the
agreement,
the
roadway
construction
improvement
agreement
and
this
other
agreement
that
was
just
given
to
us
by
Miss
Healy
are
two
separate
agreements
in
relation
to
what
we're
trying
to
do,
meaning
that
the
first
one
given
to
us
excuse
me
given
to
us
by.
You
is
really
with
the
thing
that
we're
proving
tonight
it's
correct.
L
The
second
one
is
an
agreement
between
the
developer
and
the
Performing
Arts
Center
in
relation
to
some
of
the
issues
that
that
came
up,
that's
correct,
okay,
I
just
want
to
make
sure
and
the
only
changes,
because
there
are
some
changes
on
this
first
I
guess
it's
the
first
amendment.
Yes,
sir,
was
the
ones
that
you
mentioned,
which
was
I
believe
on
page
two.
Was
it
sub
B
on
there
I
think
mr.
mr.
Martinez
said.
I
It
is
another
change
has
to
do
with
the
providing
written
notice
of
any
assignments
to
third
parties,
because
we
already
know
this
would
probably
end
up
with
an
assignment
to
an
affiliate
identity.
And
then
there
are
provisions
in
the
proposed
escrow
agreement,
which
is
an
attachment
having
to
do
with
final
payments
right.
L
L
L
E
I
I
just
like
to
just
make
a
couple
comments
based
on
Madeline
Haley's
statement.
This
afternoon
we
sent
refinements
of
issues
that
have
been
boiled
down
to
essentially
nine
issues
from
a
three-page
letter
that
we
sent
to
the
developer
on
March
27th,
to
which
we've
had
no
response:
okay,
so
March
27th
well
over
a
month
ago.
All
of
these
items
that
she
mentioned
that
we
passed
on
today
were
delivered
in
their
first
form.
E
Now
we've
been
working
closely
with
Bob
McDonough
to
negotiate
the
components
that
the
city
is
managing
the
roadway
components
and
all
that
and
we're
making
good
progress
there
by
the
way,
but
we're
not
hearing
anything
I
did
get
a
response
from
Grandville
yesterday
that
required
some
continued
negotiation
on
our
part.
I
have
about
five
six
items
for
him
to
respond
to,
and
he's
indicated
that
he
won't
be
able
to
respond
this
evening.
E
So
here
we
are
at
the
11th
hour,
there's
a
big
party
to
this
agreement
who
isn't
in
the
room
and
by
the
way,
whenever
we
do
speak
with
him.
It's
always
has
positive
outcomes.
But
there
are
these
great
lengths
of
time
and
they're,
usually,
and
usually
when
something
gets
done,
is
when
there's
a
deadline.
E
That's
coming
really
close,
not
the
kind
of
time
that
you
want
to
spend
negotiating
something
developing
something
as
major
as
this
project
is
it's
all
down
to
the
last
wire
before
you
have
to
vote
on
something
we've
given
him
every
opportunity
and
great
lengths
at
there.
There
was
a
time
we
didn't
hear
from
him
for
a
year
and
three
months
on
a
matter
and
there
was
no
litigation
or
anything
going
on.
E
Then
it's
just
nothing,
nothing
coming
back
so
I'm,
sorry,
but
we
we
respond
within
hours
of
receiving
something
and
maybe
a
day
or
two
but
oftentimes.
We
don't
hear
for
many
hours.
I
have
a
board
member
who's
with
me
here,
who's
worked
side
by
side
with
me
on
this
project.
Who
would
like
to
address
you
as
well?
Thank
you.
Could.
E
I
forwarded
you
what
I
forward
it
to
to
the
developer
right
as
well
as
to
by
McDonagh,
okay,
some
of
the
items
on
their
City
items,
and
some
of
them
are
developer
items.
Okay,
the
city
doesn't
seem
to
have
the
capability,
and
maybe
and
rightfully
so,
to
comment
on
conditions
that
are
a
responsibility
of
the
developer
and
the
developers.
It's
not
here.
L
L
L
L
Yeah
because
I
mean
we
only
own
the
Performing
Arts
Center,
they
are
the
the
stress
as
an
entity
is
the
operator
of
that
particular
entity.
They
gain
dollars
and
do
all
the
other
programming
necessary
in
order
to
make
it
what
it
is,
but
they
have
a
right
to
negotiate
these
kind
of
requests
in
their
own
right.
I.
Just
can't
make
sure
that
that's
correct,
absolutely!
Okay.
Thank
you.
Thank
you.
Chair.
M
M
A
L
E
E
In
the
purchase
and
sale
agreement
that
the
elevated
walkway
from
the
PO
garage
to
the
Performing
Arts
Center
will
stay
intact,
it
hasn't
been
removed
from
the
agreement,
it's
still
in
the
agreement.
So
now
we
went
to
the
the
the
developer
and
the
city
came
to
us
and
said:
that's
a
real
hindrance
to
the
project.
They
can't
get
their
trucks
underneath
it
to
pull
the
garbage
out
of
the
apartment
building.
We
thought
it
over
and
we
said
look.
E
Maybe
we
can
give
that
you
know
as
a
good
faith
as
long
as
our
people
can
get
from
the
PO
garage,
our
guests
to
the
performing
arts
center
under
a
covered
walkway.
So
now
there's
this
side
agreement,
but
it's
only
verbal
that
we
will
go.
We
will
not
require
the
elevated
walkway
as
long
as
these
other
things
happen.
So
now
you
see
on
the
list
the
width
of
the
stairway,
the
elevator,
because
the
walkway
is
going
to
be
demolished
which
we
approved
this
morning.
So
that's
why
these
sort
of
nasty
little
things
are
these.
E
But
you
know
the
operational
type
of
things
are
coming
into
it,
because
if
we
just
gone
with
the
agreement
and
left
the
walkway
up
there,
we
wouldn't
have
some
of
these
issues.
One
of
the
other
issues
that
I
have
a
big
electronic
marquee,
very
typical
of
a
performing
arts
center
or
a
sports
arena
or
a
convention
center.
E
J
B
Name
was
mentioning
and
I
mean
I'm
listening
something,
but
are
we
gonna
say
what
is
a
covered
walkway?
What
does
it
make?
I,
don't
know
what
it's
going
to
be
being
out,
the
one
that
they
said
to
go
and
make.
Is
it
going
to
be
breaking
water?
Is
it
gonna
be
just
a
tent
looking
thing
where
you
like
a
tunnel
where
you
going
I,
don't
put
ball?
Stadium
I,
don't
know
what
we're
talking
about
it.
So
you,
the
two
sides
were
privy
to
this.
B
None
of
us
were
privy
to
any
information
that
y'all
had
doing
your
side
bars
or
whatever
you
want
to
call
it
and
I
read
the
beginning
of
this.
They
gotta
have
enough
time
to
finish,
but
it
stated
that's
gonna
give
a
million
dollars
and
then
600,000,
but
never
more
than
700,000.
On
top
of
the
million.
In
my
correct
all
right,
then
I
heard
walk
away
is
13
feet,
but
now
we
want
at
70
feet,
I,
don't
know
if
it
was
agreed
or
disagreed
between
the
two
parties.
I
wasn't
there
near.
Was
this
counter?
B
I
As
an
overall
statement,
city
council
generally
plays
no
part
in
negotiation
of
contracts
for
the
city
to
place
an
even
lesser
part
in
negotiation
contracts
by
third
parties,
so
ultimately
I
realized.
The
parties
here
want
to
get
some
guidance.
Maybe
some
help,
maybe
a
nudge
but
ultimately
City
Council
plays
no
part
in
those
decisions
and
those
contractual
agreements
that
need
to
come
from
them.
They
need
to
get
down
together,
sit
down
with
each
other.
Negotiate
these
points
themselves.
We
can't
do
it
for
them,
see
the
other
thing
that
was
asking
me
what
this
does.
I
B
I
B
H
B
H
Again,
Bob
McDonough,
the
documents
in
front
of
you
are
consistent
with
building
a
roadway.
That's
that's
all.
It
is
that's
what
it
talks
about.
There's
a
private
agreement
between
those
two
parties
about
what
each
party
will
do
for
the
other.
The
city
is
not
a
party
to
that.
The
only
thing
I'm
here
today
to
talk
to
you
about
is
entering
into
an
agreement,
will
modify
an
inner-ear
negative
to
have
that
roadway
built,
which
we
have
been
talking
about
for
several
years.
H
The
all
of
these
other
issues
that
people
are
talking
back
and
forth
or
are
carried
in
that
letter
agreement
between
the
two
parties,
of
which
the
city
is
not
a
party
we
we
are
cooperative
as
best
we
can.
There
was
some
questions
about
roadway
and
some
of
that
is
determined
by
the
the
roadway
engineers
or
Transportation
Department.
There
was
a
question
about
an
arrival
plaza,
which
we
would
have
some
say
in
the
approval
or
disapproval
in
which
we,
you
saw
an
email
today
they
expressed
that
concern.
H
J
G
Call
me
the
tall
guy
I'm,
Doug
deke,
with
Ryan
companies
and
I'm,
one
of
the
board
members
at
the
Straz
Center,
and
let
me
start
by
saying,
we've
been
in
front
of
you
many
times
dealing
with
parking
challenges,
transportation
challenges,
as
you
all
know,
we
just
had
Hamilton
a
very
successful
run
and
your
health
and
the
city's
help
it's
a
huge
part
of
that.
So
thank
you
very
much
and
I
was
pointing
out
a
few
things.
So
we
are
a
party
to
agreement
with
the
city
and
the
developer.
It's
the
purchase
agreement.
G
I
Entities
involvement:
it's
not
a
party
to
the
contract
for
purchase
of
the
real
property.
The
property
is
strictly
between
the
city
of
Tampa
and
alb,
as
an
assignee
I
don't
want
that.
There
be
any
question
because
there's
even
a
provision
that
says
there
are
no
third
parties
which
or
third
party
beneficiary
some
of
that
contract
with
the
developer
and
owner.
G
So
a
couple
things
were
a
hunt
percent
in
agreement
with
the
idea
of
the
healthy
time.
We're
good
strides
is
a
supporter.
What
we
have
done
dutifully
in
our
minds
along
the
way
is
when
drawings
are
presented,
commented
here's
you
know,
you're
you're,
affecting
our
living
room,
we're
right
in
the
middle
of
what
we
do
every
single
day
and
we're
here
to
make
sure,
of
course,
what
that
it
goes
as
good
as
it
can
for
us,
and
we
have
dutifully
done
that
one
of
the
big
components
is:
what's
the
final
design
look
like.
G
We
spent
a
lot
of
time
talking
about
that
over
the
course
of
last
several
years,
but
there's
another
huge
component
of
we've
got
to
build
this
thing.
We've
got
to
close
these
roads
down,
we've
got
to
realign
things.
We've
been
commenting
on
those
plans.
The
last
plans
we've
seen
are
dated
from
2017
on
the
logistics
of
how
they're
going
to
phase
the
construction
we
haven't
seen
an
update.
We
specifically
commented
on
that
in
the
March
letter
and
we
were
got
a
very
quick
response
from
ALV.
G
That
said,
we
will
provide
that
information,
we're
waiting
for
it.
These
are
the
last
thing
we
want
to
do
is
be
here
talking
about
what
size
is
that
stairway?
That's
ridiculous,
but
we
get
action
when
you
all
and
the
city
demands
that
we
have
action
and
that's
the
only
really
way
we
can
make
sure
that
our
living
room
is
is
a
win-win
situation.
There
are
some
very
specific
things:
you've
got
them
on
the
letter,
but
know
that
we're
trying
to
cooperate
and
we're
fully
supportive
of
approving
something
tonight.
G
We
just
want
to
make
sure
that
it
doesn't
get
approved.
Then,
okay,
good.
Now
we
don't
need
to
call
the
Straz
anymore,
because
we're
good
and
effectively
what
has
happened
for
the
past
four
years
is
when
they
need
to
come
to
you.
They
call
us
and
say:
are
we
good?
What
is
it
going
to
take
for
you
to
say
we're
good,
because
we
need
something
to
prove
in
between
those
times
we're
not
getting
any
communication,
and
that's
where
our
concern
is.
J
B
J
This
project
is
represented
by
a
very
good
representative,
very
miss.
He
is
excellent.
However,
it
may
have
started
in
2008,
but
we
voted
on
it
in
2013
that's
six
years.
This
project
has
been
in
flux
and
has
morphed
more
times.
You
know
how
many
projects
we've
approved
and
people
are
living
in
them.
Today,
I
remember
this
project.
It
was
2013
August
of
2013.
We
were
just
getting
out
of
the
recession
and
I
was
quoted
as
being
not
visionary,
not,
and
here.
D
J
Are
six
years
later,
six
years
later
and
what's
turning
and
yes,
the
city
owns
the
stress,
the
city.
Has
the
city
has
the
weight
to
be
able
to
help
with
these
issues
very
much
very
much
so
if
the
city
wanted
to
I
didn't
vote
for
it
in
2013,
I'm
not
gonna
go
before
today.
This
is
not.
There
is
no
it.
Maybe
third
party,
maybe
fourth
party
fifth
party
sixth
party,
it's
six
years.
J
You
know
how
many
projects
we
have
approved
and
people
are
living
in
them
and
I
was
secure,
secured
because
I
didn't
vote
for
it,
and
I
was
right
because
they
were
here.
We
are
six
years
later
and
there's
nothing
except
more
of
the
same
we'd
all
distress.
We
should
support
the
stress
and
we
should
help.
However,
we
can
with
the
third
party
I.
This
is
this
is
this
is
unacceptable
to
me.
It
is
unacceptable
that
we
are
here
six
years
later
and
we're
still
talking
about
the
same,
the
same
issues.
J
J
It
was
not
good
from
the
beginning
and
it's
and
it's
just
proved
to
be
a
real
thorn
in
everybody's
side,
and
here
we
are
discussing
stairwells
and
discussing
the
rest
of
it.
It
has
been
constant,
constant,
constant
issue
with
the
stras
Center
trying
to
negotiate
with
these,
with
whoever
holds
it
at
the
time
because
it's
a
it
has
transferred
and
someone
made
money
on
it
already,
and
it
still
is
in
belt
I.
J
B
E
E
E
Want
it,
we
want
to
be
sure
that
the
arrival
Plaza
and
we
thank
Bob
McDonagh
for
lifting
an
administrative
block
for
me.
Unfortunately,
if
that
block
had
been
lifted
your
months
ago,
we
would
be
in
a
better
position.
Now
that
know
exactly
what
the
arrival
plaza
would
be.
Look
like
look
like
it
would
be
permanent
would
be
ready
to
interface
with
this
project,
but
we
want
to
be
sure
that
we
won't
get
held
up
like
we
were
the
last
time
with
over
four
trees.
That's
one.
B
E
On
the
roof,
it's
okay
and
I'm,
not
under
the
same
pressure
that
the
developers
are
there.
I
can
wait
to
do
that.
I
understand
the
marquee
we
talked
about.
That's
enough!
That's
what
we
want
talking
to
me
about
the
parking
I
would
like
to
have
I'm,
suggesting
a
budget,
then,
on
the
low
end,
with
range
from
$77,000
to
the
high
range
of
127.
That
was
that
associated
with
a
developer.
I
have
put
it
out
to
him.
I'm
not
getting
back.
I
mean
it's
a
one-way
negotiation.
E
B
E
B
E
It
works
yeah,
you
know
things
aren't
simple
in
terms
of
until
you
get
into
them
to
know
what
you've
got
so
I'm
building
a
range
here
so
that
if
we
move
it
and
it
doesn't
perform
that,
there's
an
option
to
replace
it.
But
if
we're
first
try
on
the
low
end
to
save
money
and
do
it
an
economical
way
and
if
not,
we
need
to
have
enough.
We
need
to
have
an
agreement
to
at
least
replace
it
in
exchange
for
letting
them
tear
down
the
walkway.
E
There
are
bollards
at
the
performing
Center
I
know
when
you
drive
in
it.
We
want
to
make
sure
those
bollards
are
replaced,
they're,
not
on
the
drawings.
We
want
them
on
the
drawings,
simple
matter,
we
haven't
heard
how
he's
going
to
build
it
and
keep
the
center
open.
I
mean
we.
We
have
some
drawings
from
2017,
but
then
all
of
a
sudden,
the
guy
from
Kimmons,
is
walking
around
the
strat
center
saying
we're
coming
there
next
month
and
the
first
thing
we're
gonna
do
is
tear
down
the
the
walkway
I
said
no
wait.
E
E
E
Right,
that's
right
and
Bob
is
passed
and
Bob
got
his
pass.
These
on
to
the
transportation
department.
We're
just
asking
please
commit
to
a
meeting.
So
we
can
understand
this
better
because,
as
I
say,
we
don't
get
stuff
back
the
covered
walkway.
That's
the
last
part
of
how
they're
gonna
get
across
to
the
Strad
Center.
Now
without
because
we're
tearing
down
the
other
one,
we
just
wanted
a
little
wider,
but
they.
E
E
It's
17
feet
why
I,
don't
know
start
DP?
What
is
it
13
or
17.
G
E
B
D
E
Feet
is
all
we're
asking
and
that
they
extend
past
the
structure
to
provide
more
coverage
for
people
in
the
rain.
That's
all
this
is
their
way.
So
now
you
don't
have
that
no
I
don't
have
it
the
stairway.
We
want
to
make
sure
that
when
you
come
from
the
PO
garage
and
you're
gonna
walk
down
the
stairs
to
the
ground
level
that
it's
not
a
small
little
stairway.
E
Like
you
know
here
it
needs
to
be
wide
enough
because
you've
seen
it's
a
thousand
people
at
one
time
and
and
they
said
they
would
build
the
widest
stairway-
that
they
could,
we
feel
like
they
can
commit
to
at
least
60
66
inches
and
then
the
last
thing
is
it's
a
silly
thing.
It's
a
striping
issue,
the
roadway
says
as
you
come
down,
Cass
Street
and
the
Performing
Arts
Center
is
on
your
right.
There's
only
a
right-hand
turn
lane
and
we
want
to
make
that
lane
a
through
lane
and
a
right-hander
of
them.
E
E
We
also
have
have
looked
hard
at
the
agreement
and
the
various
amendments
to
the
agreement
and
we're
honestly
not
sure
if
the
fourth
amendment
to
the
agreement,
the
fourth
resolution
to
the
agreement
requires,
if
I'm
not
mistaken,
that
the
parties
agree
to
set
a
closing
date.
Only
after
all
of
these
roadway
things
are
done.
So
it
says,
pursuant
to
the
purchase
agreement
at
closing,
the
city
is
required
to
convey
the
property
to
alb.
E
Fillmore
page
I'm,
so
sorry
excuse
me:
the
city
has
issued
from
until
the
issue
the
city
has
issued
final
approval
of
the
roadway
improvement
and
other
improvements
contemplated
by
the
purchase
agreement.
The
closing
date
shall
be
45
days
that
day,
so,
in
other
words
the
the
roadway
the
drawings
have
to
be
approved.
It
starts
a
clock,
a
45-day
clock
for
the
closing.
Well,
we
don't
believe
that
the
raw
drawings
have
been
approved,
I
mean
we're
tracking
them
pretty
well
and
Acela
and
I
don't
believe
they're
approved
yet,
but
maybe
Bob
can
help
us
with
that.
M
First
of
all,
I
just
want
to
address
a
couple.
Things
accounts
a
woman.
Katene
said
this
is
not
an
opportunity
to
go
back
to
the
original
issue
that
we
litigated
I,
understand
that
and
that's
fine
I
am
only
saying
it
because
it
isn't
and
and
the
reason
I
did
the
reason.
I
say
that
is
because
there
is
a
practical
consideration
here,
and
it
is
this.
M
We
voted
a
number
of
times,
everybody's,
very,
very
invested
in
this
process
and
I.
What
I
heard
tonight
was
really
a
plea
from
the
Straz
Center
for
cooperation,
and
for
for,
for
you
know,
for
accommodation
based
on
the
fact
that,
since
we
passed
the
original
agreement,
things
actually
have
changed.
There
are
certain
things
that
were
addressed
in
the
original
agreement
that
now
are
different
than
they
were
at
the
time,
and
the
good
example
is
that
we
and
I
remember.
M
We
stayed
very
late
that
night
negotiating
for
the
Skywalk
to
stay
well
now
everyone
has
agreed
that
it
ought
to
come
down,
but
obviously
it
changes
the
details
of
how
things
are
going
to
be
worked
out
so
I
so
I
understand
that
I.
Think,
though,
the
danger
in
in
not
coming
to
some
some
conclusion
on
some
of
this
is
that
it
I
mean
I,
think
everything
will
get
will
get
blown
up,
including
the
very
very
hard-fought
concession
from
the
city
to
drop
their
opposition
to
the
arrival
Plaza,
which
mr.
McDonough
confirmed
in
this
past
week.
M
Since
this
this
issue
came
up,
and
that
is
not
a
small
thing.
I
do
want
to
be
very
clear
that
the
city's
dropping
its
opposition
to
the
plan
doesn't
necessarily
mean
that
permitting
is
going
to
approve
everything,
but
it
means
that
if
they
don't
approve
that
my
understanding
is,
you
can
come
back
here
and
and
have
a
hearing
to
figure
it
out.
So
I
don't
know
if
I've
made
any
sense
of
any
of
this,
but
I'm
I'm
trying
to
put
some
context
around
what
it
is
that
we
have
to
work
forward
through.
L
So
I
mean
essentially
after
hearing
all
this
stuff.
What
we
come
down
to
is
that
both
sides
are
writing.
Both
sides
are
wrong
and
here's
why
we
have
two
separate
things.
Both
sides
want
to
not
to
either
have
linkage
from
the
agreement
between
the
Straz,
Center
and
the
developer,
and
the
other
side
doesn't
want
that
linkage.
There
are
two
separate
things
that
are
talked
about.
The
one
thing
is
the
first
amendment
to
the
roadway
construction
improvement
agreement.
L
They
are
as
an
operator
but
they're
still
in
our
building.
So
we've
got
to
come
to
some
kind
of
agreement
and
I
and
I
have
to
tell
you,
gentlemen,
both
of
you
and
mr.
mr.
mr.
Cohen,
touched
on
it.
We're
all
gonna
be
gone
more
of
us
at
least
the
other.
The
other
three
are
hanging
out
and
what's
gonna
happen
is
you're.
L
Gonna
have
to
read,
do
all
of
this
and
you
are
playing
like
you
going
to
Vegas
I,
don't
know
how
much
money
you
got
your
pocket
I
got
about
sixty
three
dollars:
okay,
I'm,
not
gonna,
put
that
sixty
three
dollars
on
this
deal
for
sure
all
right,
I'm,
just
telling
you
you
you're
we're
at
a
situation
now
where
you're
arguing
with
yourselves
you're,
both
there's
a
both
of
self-interest
here
that
you're
not
recognizing,
okay
and
I.
Think
mr.
McDonough
I
appreciate
the
fact
that
you've
done
that
I
did
mr.
L
Heelis
Missy
Lee's
done
a
great
job.
I
think
all
of
you
all
have-
and
you
know
I've
not
ever
said
anything
different
than
what
I'm
saying
now,
which
is
that
the
recognition
that
the
city
has
to
have
for
the
stras
in
terms
of
the
of
the
kind
of
dollars
that
we
bring
in
from
that
entity
and
how
that
affects
it,
they're
just
giving
you
operational
details
on
what
they
think
is
the
right
thing
to
do
now.
The
rival
clause
is
a
totally
different
thing.
That's
a
that's!
L
A
bigger
enchilada
that
you
guys
finally
agreed
to
okay.
My
suggestion
to
you
is
to
accept
what
they're,
trying
to
do
and
I
think
that
they're
they're
definitely
at
this
spot
now
where
they
are
going
to
be
much
more
amenable
to
trying
to
get
this
thing
done,
because
once
the
construction
starts,
they've
got
to
get
it
done
and
they're
not
going
to
kill
the
Golden
Goose
I,
don't
think
the
new
mayor,
I,
don't
think
she's
gonna
want
to
have
this.
L
Have
a
problem
I
assume
that
most
of
the
senior
members
of
the
administration
gonna
stick
around
until
at
least
October
first,
when
they
get
through
the
first
budget,
so
I
mean
I'm,
not
sure
anything's,
gonna
change,
I,
don't
think
anything
you're
saying
today
is
gonna
change.
Anything
later
on,
I
think
it's
gonna
be
the
same,
because
you're
gonna
have
the
same
players
there.
Okay,
but
I
do
think
that
you
you've
made
a
very
good
case
in
terms
of
what
you
need
to
get
done
and
I
think
mr.
L
H
L
L
H
L
Mean
if
you
understand
what
I'm
saying
the
first
agreement
is
the
first
agreement,
we
either
say
yes
or
no,
because
in
the
next
council,
if
we
say
no
next
house
does
go,
what
the
hell
is.
This
and
they're
gonna
have
to
make
a
decision
the
issues
they
have
have
something
to
have
nothing
to
do
with
what
the
what
the
essence
of
what
we're
voting
on,
as
mr.
L
Cohen
said,
but
there's
a
lot
of
smaller
things
that
are
connected
to
it
in
not
necessarily
tenuous
ways
but
in
some
direct
ways
that
they
have
to
work
through
and
I
think
that
everybody
has
to
come
to
the
table.
Stop
talking
about
what
happened
before,
let's
go
forward,
let's
try
and
get
this
done
because
it's
gonna
be
out
there
anyway,
and
you
know
it's
not
gonna
solve
your
problem.
Mr.
Shepherd,
it
really
is
in
a
second.
So
it's
not
the
Stratis
Center,
that's
a
problem
with
a
new
council.
L
It's
only
gonna
delay
and
it's
gonna
make
it.
You
know
the
feeling
is
gonna,
be
much
more
acrimonious
and
I.
Don't
think
that
you're
gonna
get
to
your
answer
anyway,
you
might
get
a
worse
answer
and
I
don't
want
to
see
that
happening.
God
I'm
trying
to
split
the
baby
up
here,
a
little
bit.
You
know
I'm,
trying
to
figure
out
how
we
get
this
thing
done.
L
L
We
can't
solve
your
problem
here
tonight
and,
and
that's
all
I'm
telling
you
is
that
we
either
say
yes
or
we
say
no
and
you're
still
gonna
be
back
to
square
one
where
you're
right
now,
okay,
you're
gonna,
have
to
deal
with
that
issue
outside
of
this
room.
That's
the
only
thing
I
can
tell
you
and
I
know.
Listen.
We've
had
a
lot
of
private
conversations
and
I
told
you
what
I
thought
about
what
the
administration
should
be
doing.
Okay
and
I
think
that
they've
come
a
little
more
into
your
direction.
It's
not
perfect.
L
I
know
it's
not!
Okay.
Let's
come
some
more
to
your
direction,
but
I
think
I,
understand
the
issue
and
I
think
I
understand
that
what
the
what's
going
on
here,
I
just
can't
solve
your
problem,
at
least
not
tonight
or
actually
not
next
week,
either
cuz
I
won't
be
or
so
regardless.
Thank
you
dear
mrs.
capito.
Yes,.
J
We
can
we
can
ask
the
administration
to
use
the
weight
that
it
has
to
make
this
happen,
and
that
hasn't
happened.
Listen
y'all
made
my
point.
We
own
distress
one
and
when
you
said
we
can't
go
back
to
the
past.
What
do
you
mean
we
can't
go,
they
keep
bringing
it
we're
not
going
it
back
to
the
best.
Is
this
six
years
it's
been
going,
it
has
changed
hands.
Somebody
already
made
money
on
it
and
nothing's
been
built.
I
cannot
emphasize
that
enough.
I
cannot
emphasize
that
enough.
J
The
projects
we
have
approved
people
are
living
in
them
today
and
this
hasn't
taken
off.
Yet
it's
in
flux,
it's
morphed
and
morphed
and
marked
so
when
you
talk
about,
we
can't
go
to
the
past.
It's
not
us
going
to
the
past.
They
keep
bringing
it
to
us,
not
the
other
way
around,
and
yet
no,
we
can't
solve
their
problems
today.
Yes,
we
can.
Yes,
we
can,
and
it
is.
It
is
incumbent
on
the
city
to
be
able
to
make
sure
that
the
stress
center
functions
as
best
as
it
can
and
that's
what
that
board.
J
F
Chairman
may
I
make
a
quick
statement.
I
just
there's
been
a
lot
said
about
the
developer
not
being
present
and
all
of
that
over
the
last
couple
years
and
respectfully
we
have
had
many
many
meetings
with
the
city
and
the
stress,
the
developer
and
the
stress,
the
city
distress
without
the
developer,
and
we're
going
to
continue
to
do
that.
You'll
see
in
our
agreement.
We
agreed
to
cooperate
and
work
with
them.
F
It's
an
hour
benefit
to
have
a
successful
development
on
both
sides,
but
this
is
a
roadway
improvement
agreement
and
nobody
goes
anywhere
until
this
is
done.
We
can't
close
without
it
we're
ready,
willing
and
able
to
close.
There
was
a
lot
of
design
and
effort
put
into
that
and
then,
when
the
annex
went
away,
there
were
some
Road
realignment
that
the
city
wanted
that
we
all
work
together.
So
I
understand
that
mr.
Shepard
isn't
not
happy
at
the
moment,
but
I
will
commit
to
you
as
we
legally
commit
it
to
them.
F
We're
going
to
continue
to
work
with
them.
Can
we
give
them
everything
they
want
whenever
they
want
it
I
doubt
it
I
can't
control
the
city
code.
If
your
code
says
54
inches
on
a
step,
I
can't
change
that,
but
there's
a
hefty
allowance
in
there
for
them,
and
we
will
continue
to
work
with
them
and
hopefully
we'll
you're
enjoying
your
retirement.
Even
there's
several.
B
F
B
K
L
L
They
really
should
be
working
as
hard
as
possible
with
us
with
the
stras
in
order
to
get
this
stuff
done,
but
I
do
think
that
we
were
not
gonna
get
anything
done
unless
we
vote
yes
or
no
on
this,
so
I
am
going
to
offer
this
up
as
a
yes,
this
I
guess
it
would
be
the
substitute
agreement
that
was
presented
to
us
to
move
forward
so
that
then
they
can
both
both
parties.
Both
parties
move
forward
to
get
all
the
other
issues
resolved.
That's
my
lady
I'll.
M
Second,
but
I
want
to
ask
mr.
McCann
I,
asked
mr.
McDonough
question:
can
we
get
a
seriously
because
I
without
we
don't
need
to
open
up
the
entire
discussion
network,
but
no?
No,
we
don't
need
to
go
over
the
entire
thing,
but
I
do
think
it's
important
to
get
on
the
record
a
commitment
from
the
city
that
they're
gonna
work
with
the
parties
to
deal
with
these
remaining
issues.
M
That's
the
one
thing
I
think
all
of
us
that
are
outgoing
would
like
to
ask
for
the
in
order
to
be
comfortable
moving
moving
this
forward,
because
I'm
very
concerned.
If
we
don't
that
the
Straz
Center
is
gonna,
end
up
really
with
nothing
and
we're
gonna
end
up
in
a
very,
very
big
legal
morass.
I
pledge.
H
M
Differences
are
not
I,
mean
they're,
no
see
some
of
the
phones,
yes
they're
not,
but
but
but
you
know,
the
issue
has
been
because
it's
happened
every
single
time
through
the
years
that
it's
only
at
these
hearings,
where
we're
able
to
get
these
issues
to
come
to
fruition
and
get
solved.
Because
of
the
pressure
of
the
moment
and
in
the
past
we've
continued
and-
and
you
know,
I
remember
one
day
we
continued
from
the
morning
night.
M
One
time
we
went
a
couple
of
weeks
and
we
don't
have
that
luxury
now,
but
I
think
that
that
at
least
from
my
perspective,
I
really
do
feel
like.
If
we
don't
move
forward,
we're
gonna
leave
a
very,
very
major
piece
of
business.
Undone
that
could
be
very,
very
bad
for
the
city
and
the
Straz,
Center
and-
and
you
know,
I
know.
H
B
K
J
You
I
appreciate
what
you
said:
I
appreciate,
bringing
it
forward
and
putting
it
on
record
that
we
would
want
the
city
to
be
a
huge
participant
in
keeping
the
two
connected
so
that
the
stress
and
the
developer
can
move
forward.
So
I
truly
appreciate
what
you
have
said,
both
mr.
Cohen
and
mr.
Storrs.
Thank
you
and.
K
E
Lauren
Shepard,
as
we're
coming
to
a
conclusion
here
and
you're
coming
and
many
of
you
are
coming
to
a
conclusion.
I
just
didn't
want
to
take
the
moment
to
say
thank
you
for
working
with
us.
The
the
scratch
Center,
as
you
know,
is
a
very
complex,
very
diverse
experience.
I
mean
if
you
go
there
today,
you're
gonna,
just
walk
from
one
corner
of
the
building
to
the
other.
You're
gonna
have
five
different
experiences
and
thankfully
many
of
them
very
successful
many.
You
know
exemplary
in
terms
of
the
arts.
The
school
is
doing.
E
Terrific,
the
enrollment
is
better
than
anything.
I
remember,
Bob
Buckhorn
in
his
first
several
years
was
saying.
I
want
this
to
be
the
place
that
my
daughter's
choose
to
stay.
Well,
in
fact
the
Patel
conservatory.
Is
it
attracting
parents
and
daughters
to
actually
move
to
Tampa
and
rent
apartments,
so
their
kids
can
go
to
the
Patel
dance
classes,
particularly
the
validate
brother,
and
then
many
of
them
are
going
from
there
to
London
to
dance
in
the
ballet
companies
to
New
York
to
Germany
to
Frankfurt
Hamburg.
E
So
I
can't
tell
you
I,
wake
up
every
morning,
thrilled
to
be
a
part
of
that
and
to
continue
that.
So
what
you're
seeing
here
is
my
commitment
to
keeping
that
place
accessible
and
a
magnet
to
folks
who
want
to
enjoy
an
evening
and
yes,
we're
getting
involved
in
some
squabbles
and
this
and
that,
but
it's
all
because
that's
what
Judy,
Lisi
and
Lauren
Shepard
want
to
accomplish,
and
that's
that's
why
we
wake
up
every
morning
and
you've
been
a
tremendous
part
of
that
and
I
wanted
to.
Thank
you
for
it.
N
Good
evening
city
council
rhymin
a
steel
and
development
coordination
item
number
one
is
for
application:
a
B
to
1908
for
the
property
at
1420,
North,
Florida
Avenue.
The
current
zoning
on
the
property
is
commercial,
intensive,
CI
and
the
future
land
uses
community
commercial,
35,
CC,
35,
developing
review
and
compliance
staff
has
reviewed
the
application
and
finds
it
inconsistent
with
applicable,
Sevilla
Tampa
land
development
regulations,
if
approved
on
first
reading,
minor
Corrections
of
the
site
BAM
will
be
required
between
first
and
second
reading.
Those
are
listed
in
the
staff
report
as
well.
N
The
petition
before
use
is
requesting
the
special
use
approval
to
allow
the
sale
of
alcoholic
beverages
for
a
small
venue,
beer
and
wine
consumption
on
premises
and
package
sales
off-premises
consumption.
The
last
use
according
to
city
records,
is
a
church.
Both
uses
are
micro,
brewery
bar
retail
sales
and
the
total
ap
sales
area
is
eight
thousand
two
hundred
and
thirty
nine
square
feet
which
contains
seven
thousand
four
hundred
eighty
square
feet,
indoor
and
759
square
feet.
N
Outdoor
required
parking
for
the
proposed
uses
is
the
following:
bar
is
occupancy
multiplied
by
0.25
for
the
site
plant
or
the
floor
plan
that
was
provided
and
reviewed.
It
was
142
people
which
requires
36
spaces.
The
light
manufacturing,
which
would
be
the
brewery
component,
is
0.6
per
employee.
On
the
largest
shift
say
there
are
16
employees
and
that
would
require
10
spaces.
N
The
total
required
parking
being
46
spaces
for
the
site
and
the
site
is
providing
ten
spaces
so
that
the
78
percent
reduction
in
the
required
on-site
parking,
the
property,
is
within
the
Tampa
Heights
urban
village
in
the
distance
separation
requirement
is
250
feet
from
other
ad
sales
establishments.
The
cyclin
State's
hours
operation
will
be
consistent
with
chapter
14
and
no
outside
at
I'm.
Sorry,
and
no
outside
amplified
sound
after
11:00
p.m.
N
The
adopted
ordinance,
an
Associated
site
plan
for
the
alcohol
beverage
sales
permit,
as
I
say,
the
land
development
coordination
did
find
it
inconsistent
and
that's
due
to
section
27
132,
which
is
the
reduction
that
required
to
some
separation
from
other
AV
sales
establishments,
as
well
as
section
27
to
83
point
seven,
which
is
the
reduction
in
the
required
on-site
parking
from
46
basis
to
ten.
Seventy
eight
percent
reduction
transportation
did
find
it
inconsistent,
and
that
was
for
section
twenty
seven.
N
Twenty
three
point:
seven:
the
reduction
in
the
required
parking,
the
waivers
listed
on
the
site
plan
that
are
before
you
come
from
section
27,
23,
point
seven
and
that's
listed
as
to
reduce
the
required
number
of
parking
spaces
from
forty
six
to
ten,
a
seventy
eight
percent
reduction
in
Section
27
132
to
reduce
the
required
distance
separation
to
other
AV
sales
establishments
from
250
to
be
to
132
feet.
The
closest
AP
sales
establishment
is
located
at
1609,
north
Florida
Street.
It's
the
oceanic
market,
its
Zone
CI
holds
a
two,
a
ps4
beer
and
wine.
N
It's
132
feet
away.
Some
general
planning
and
transit
findings
found
that
the
heart
route,
typically
heart
route
15
typically
runs
weekdays
from
405
a.m.
to
1240,
3
p.m.
and
weekends
from
6
a.m.
to
1040a
p.m.
and
again,
the
property
is
located
in
the
Tampa
Heights
urban
village.
Some
code
criteria
that's
listed
in
the
staff
report
for
your
consideration
and
reference
come
from
section,
27
43
and
that's
definitions,
this
being
a
small
venue.
N
That's
a
commercial
establishment
with
less
than
300
person
occupancy,
which
sells
alcoholic
beverages,
as
well
as
the
classification
of
beer
and
wine
consumption
on
premises
and
package
sales,
off-premises
consumption
and
as
well
as
a
microbrewery
and
bar
was
defined.
Under
that
section.
Section,
27
129
general
standards
are
listed
in
the
staff
report
for
your
reference
as
well
show
you
some
site
photos.
N
There's
the
map
of
the
property
of
the
interstate,
and
you
can
see
that
property
outline
in
in
red.
As
you
see,
the
majority
of
the
property
is
all
actually
all
the
properties
are
around
the
subject:
property
or
Zone
CI
top
picture
is

the

site
and
below
the

side
of
the

of

the

and
then
the
lower

is

This
is
a

and
below
is
a

on
North,

or

of

This
is
where
the
oceanic
market
is.
It's
close
to
baby

establish
minutes
at
1609,
North,
Tampa,

it's
directly
west
there's
another

and
this
is
the

of
the

K
L
E
L
L
N
The
architect
did
was,
did
Life
Safety
Code
for
the
floor
plan
on
the
bar
part
and
would
be
like
manufacturing
for
the
the
brewery
side
of
it,
and
that's
obviously,
the
eight
people
or
the
per
shift
calculation
for
parking.
Okay,
as
far
as
it
being
a
B
zone,
the
entire
floor
with
the
floor
plan
would
have
to
be
a
bee's
own
to
store
right.
L
I
understand
that
you're
getting
to
where
I'm
going
with
this,
which
is
weird
you're,
we're
being
asked
to
make
a
pretty
huge
reduction.
I
shouldn't,
say
pretty
huge.
It
is
a
huge
reduction
to
ten
parking
spaces
and
but
when
I'm
looking
at
this,
it
doesn't
look
like
it's
something
that
necessarily
needs
to
forty
six
based
on
the
size
of
where
they're
gonna
serve
as
opposed
to
where
they're
going
to
produce
beer.
And
that's
that's
why
I
was
asking
and
the
other.
L
N
There
is
no
column
for
the
purpose
of
staff.
We
will
only
calculate
on-site.
Parking
will
recognize
offsite
parking
through
a
design
exception
right
applicant
did
not
process
a
design
exception.
Application
for
offsite
parking
I
believe
the
applicant
does
have
a
lease
agreement
that
they're
going
to
present
to
you.
It's
just
something
the
city
can't
recognize
unless
they
did
the
official
process.
N
To
answer
your
other
question
about
the
occupancy
for
the
people,
our
section,
depending
on
what
type
of
seating
you
use,
whether
it's
fixed
benched,
that
kind
of
thing
that
can
calculate
more
people
and
that's
why
that
number
is
close
to
accurate
or
what
they're
using
they're
using
current
building
code
or
2017
Florida
Building
Code.
So
usually
it
saves
some
time
to
you
this
so
after
this
process,
I'll
be
able
to
go
to
permitting
with
this
floorplan.
Thank
you
so.
L
O
O
Giving
us
the
opportunity
to
present
here
today
and
I
know
that
we
are
asking
for
two
wavers,
one
of
which
is
quite
substantial
and
I
will
address
that
I
had
a
short
statement,
I
wanted
to
read,
and
then,
if
you
have
any
questions
for
either
one
of
these
gentlemen,
we
also
have
our
architect
here
today,
who
will
be
able
to
answer
any
questions
that
you
have
as
well
and
I.
Also
wanted
to
thank
mr.
O
nice
he's
been
great
to
work
with
land
development
has
been
fantastic
to
work
with,
and
everything
that
we
have
worked
with
with
the
city
so
far
has
been
fantastic,
so
Charlie
and
Mike
are
both
local
residents.
They
worked
in
Tampa.
Their
families
lived
in
Tampa
they've
been
here
for
a
long
time.
They
have
present
here
today
a
profound
amount
of
support
from
not
just
individuals
who
live
and
work
in
Tampa,
but
from
other
companies.
Companies
in
Tampa
in
the
Tampa
Heights
Village
in
the
Seminole
Heights
area
in
the
Ybor
area,
they've
brought
support
here.
O
There's
more
support
within
the
community
community
I
believe
that
the
is
it
the
Seminole
Heights
or
the
Tampa
Heights
Civic
Association,
actually,
ironically,
has
a
meeting
tonight.
So
some
of
them
were
not
able
to
be
here
and,
unfortunately
it
my
gentleman
couldn't
be
at
that
meeting.
They
are
great
community
people,
Charlie
and
Mike.
Both
have
plans
to
start
a
charity
through
this
brewery
to
help
progress
that
Tampa
Heights
is
undergoing
a
wonderful
renovation
over
the
last
I
want
to
say
five
years,
starting
with
places
like
you
Lele,
the
Hall
and
Franklin
armature
works.
O
Garrett
G
stay
meter
is
right.
There
foundation.
Coffee
is
one
of
the
best
coffee
places
in
the
city
of
Tampa
Hidden,
Springs,
breweries
right
there.
That
development
has
been
fantastic
for
the
city
of
Tampa.
This
is
more
of
a
length
as
the
south
of
that
a
little
bit
and
it's
just
past
the
highway.
This
is
to
start
to
link
that
renovation
to
the
city
of
Tampa.
We
are
just
outside
of
the
downtown
corridor
and,
if
two
blocks
south,
and
that
parking
requirement
will
be
substantially
less
so
the
two
waivers
that
we're
looking
for
here
tonight.
O
As
mr.
manesis
mentioned,
the
distance
separation
from
the
oceanic
market
250
feet
is
the
requirement
there
132
feet
away
were
asking
for
118
foot
reduction
on
that
to
the
132
feet.
The
next
one
is
the
parking
reduction
right
now,
based
on
what
mr.
mee
said
and
the
city
findings,
it
was
46
parking
spots,
46
parking
spots
in
the
Tampa
Heights
area,
right
there,
it's
almost
impossible
to
find
on
site
or
any
way
to
do
that.
O
It's
the
Accardi
brothers
are
the
owner
of
this
property.
That's
who
they
are
leasing
through
they're,
also,
the
owners
of
seven
one.
Seven
parking
we've
been
in
constant
communication
with
them,
they've
been
very
assisted
to
us.
It's
actually
in
our
lease
that
they'll
provide
parking.
They
are
all
also
provided
us
with
correspondence
to
present
to
counsel
today
signed
by
John
a
party.
O
That
states
that
they
are
making
their
Lots
in
the
surrounding
area
of
Vale,
one
of
which
it's
directly
across
the
street,
all
available
parking,
that's
necessary
for
magnanimous
brewing.
They
are
making
available
they're
gonna
work
with
us
on
that.
In
addition
to
what
the
authorities
are
making
available,
there
is
substantial
public
parking
under
the
highway
on
North
Franklin
Boulevard
at
one
six,
one,
six
Franklin
Boulevard,
there's
an
open
lot
for
public
parking.
It's
a
pay
through!
O
What's
the
app
park
mobile,
the
the
spots
on
North
Franklin
are
actually
free
and
then,
as
you
get
down
closer
to
the
highway,
there
are
more
Park
mobile
and
city
spots
available
and
once
you
go
under
Hart,
the
highway
there's
even
more
spots
available.
So
there
is
substantial
parking
in
this
community,
the
city
spots
we
can't
lease
out
or
we
would
have.
We
can't
sign
a
long
term
lease
on
city
about
that
we
would
have.
O
There
are
no
other
options
for
long-term
leases,
with
parking
that
we
can
do
else
than
the
ones
that
we
have
worked
with
through
seven-one-seven
parking
and
Jason
McCarty
and
the
actual
public
spots
that
are
available.
We
do
not
believe
that
there
will
be
any
burden
to
the
community
through
the
parking,
especially
with
the
the
arrival
of
ride-sharing
that
is
used
so
often
with
breweries
bars,
and
these
guys
are
strong
promoters
of
the
uber
app
and
stuff
like
that
to
keep
the
parking
down
a
little
bit.
O
There
are
no
negative
impacts
that
we're
aware
of
to
the
community.
This
will
help
to.
You
know
ensure
that
the
public
welfare
in
that
immediate
area
and
Public
Health
is
a
vacant
building
there
right
now,
as
you
can
see
from
the
pictures,
it's
not
a
very
you
know
very
good,
looking
building
for
lack
of
a
better
phrase,
the
design
drawings
that
these
these
gentlemen
have
that
we're
done
by
the
architecture
firm
that
we're
working
with
it
looks
fantastic.
It's
something!
That's
going
to
every
time
people
drive
by
on
the
highway
on
275.
O
O
Magnanimous
is
going
to
be
beneficial
to
the
community.
There
are
nope,
no
one
that
we
are
aware
of.
That
has
voiced
any
objection
to
this.
Other
businesses
and
civic
associations
in
the
heights
are
all
in
support
of
this.
You
know
we're
here
today
with
the
hope
that
City
Council
will
you
know
we
appreciate
you,
your
considering
our
application.
Our
request
and
our
waivers
I
understand
that
that
the
parking
waiver
is
is
the
issue,
but
we
believe
that
there
is
sufficient
parking.
O
We
believe
that
if
those
waivers
are
met
that
this
will
be
in
compliance
or
granted,
that
will
be
in
compliance
with
everything
the
city
is
requested
and
we're
hoping
that
the
council
tonight
will
will
approve
that
if
you
have
any
questions
for
myself,
I'm
certainly
willing
to
answer
him.
You
have
any
questions
for
the
architect,
she's
she's
here
to
answer
them,
and
both
Charlie
and
Mike
are
here
to
answer
any
questions
that
you
have.
P
P
So
when
it
comes
to
the
issue
of
parking,
we
should
you
know,
and
you
asked
for
this
parking
waiver
I-
don't
see
an
issue
with
it,
because
there's
so
many
different
options,
the
downtown
or
we
could
be
picked
up
here-
dropped
off
right
there,
because
I
take
the
downtown
or
from
the
Marion
Transit
Center
to
get
down
here
and
it's
convenient
the
Riverwalk.
Is
there
plenty
of
parking
around
you
know
people
are
our
restaurant
hopping
bar
hopping
not
far
hopping
but
they're
enjoying
themselves,
but
the
issue
is,
you
know
the
world
has
changed.
P
Tampa
is
different
if
you
would
have
come
ten
years
ago
before
ride-sharing
all
these
different
option,
that
area
was
was
essentially
dead.
You
know
you
have
your
your
yellow
brick
row
on
Franklin
and
now
you
have
Ford
Avenue,
that's
becoming
activated
I
Drive
by
that
building
every
day
as
I
leave
downtown.
It's
that
ugly
70s
construction.
P
That
I,
don't
think,
will
be
memorable
in
history
as
we
look
at
all
the
different
types
of
architecture
that
we
have
throughout
the
20th
century.
But
bringing
this
into
the
neighborhood
is
a
welcoming
addition.
You
don't
have
houses
across
the
street,
you
know
if
it's
a
commercial
corridor
historically,
it
has
been
and
I
think
I.
Think
it's
and
I'm
glad
to
see
you
know
because
it's
been
vacant
other
than
office
space.
You
know
this
is
something
different.
O
P
Have
if
it
was
Seminole
Heights
now
you
have
Florida
Avenue
as
the
heavy
commercial
corridor,
but
you
have
a
residential
right
behind
and
that's
becoming
somewhat
of
an
issue.
Look
at
Howard
Avenue
in
Soho.
That's
you
know,
that's
that's
the
the
gold
standard
of
a
mess,
but
this
you
know
it's
in
the
right
place.
You
chose
the
right,
location
and
I'm
glad
that
that
spot
was
available
for
this.
You
know
you
need
space
for
a
brewery
and
this
is
perfect.
Hidden
Springs
has
been
successful.
Everything
else
around
there's
been
successful.
So
great.
These.

It

the

Sidewalks
are
located
along
all

and,
of
course,
there's
landscaping.
There

They
this

It

oyster

and
that
restaurant
was
in
place
through
the
80s
and
probably
throughout
the
90s.
After
that,
several
other
restaurants
established
on
site
and
the

it's

R
In

while
they
were
going
through
the

for
the

the

of
the

The

and
the

is

the

but
it
does
not
meet

the

As
you
mentioned,
the
nearest
other

alcohol
is
Busch

that
is
a
limited

R
The
entrance
to
Busch
Gardens
is
about
a
mile
away.
The
nearest
residential
property
is
located
216
feet
from
the
property,
but
the
route
that
a
reasonable
person
would
take
to
get
from
point
to
point
is
much
greater
than
that
216
feet,
because
we
can't
we
would
walk.
You
know
across
the
street,
but
we
can't
cut
through
this
parking
lot
and
jump
over
a
fence.
It's
just
not
practical
or
reasonable,
so
we
would
walk
down
the
street
across
the
parking
lot
and
into
the
liquor
store
again.

Permit
development
did
find
it
inconsistent
and
that's
due
to
the
distant
separation
requirement
from
section
27

and
that's
the
waiver
request.
It
is
from
to
reduce
the

from
a

5.4

The
closest

at

and
it's
directly

it's

again
it's

that

as
a

Good
evening,
America,
astral,
keifa

I'm
here
for
4725

which
will
be

and
it's
going
to
be
a

a

If
we
all
around
here
for
a
while,
remember
that
we're
into
porringer

we're
trying
to
bring
something
pretty
to

actually
bring
it
back

remember

as

and

described
in
section

A
D
H
Good
evening,
Council
to
Bob
McDonough
comic
development.
At
our
last
meeting,
you
had
asked
me
to
come
back
with
some
specific
information
pertaining
to
the
proposed
land
sale
from
the
city
of
Tampa
to
Tampa,
Electric
Company
and
one
of
the
questions
was
was
well.
We
Tico
entertain
a
land
lease
I
have
asked,
and
they
said
emphatically
not.
They
intend
to
invest
up
to
100
million
dollars
on
this
site.
They
don't
feel
that
it
would
be
prudent
doing
a
land
lease
with
that
kind
of
capital
improvement.
H
The
third
question
was
what
happens
with
the
TPD
police
horses
there.
Currently
we
keep
six
horses
there
I
have
found
three
locations
and
I
will
be
going
out
there
with
a
horse
fancier
from
City
Council
as
well
as
TPD,
to
look
at
that.
So
I
have
some
some
very
good
options
for
that
and
that
there
was
a
question
about.
Is
there
a
better
use
again
I'd
like
to
reiterate
that
this
is
outside
of
the
urban
service
area?
H
So
there
is
not
the
ability
to
get
water
and
sewer,
so
large
amounts
of
development
is
not
capable
of
being
supported
on
this
property
and
the
fact
it
is
not
adjacent
to
either
the
exits
at
I-4.
So
it's
a
attractive
thing
for
a
commercial
development.
You
know.
One
of
the
things
we
talk
about
is
is
so
important
to
us
is
reducing
our
carbon
footprint.
This
this
plant
well
will
reduce
if,
as
opposed
to
a
traditional
form
of
creating
electricity,
will
save
sixty
six
thousand
tons
a
year
of
carbon
from
the
environment.
H
That's
equivalent
to
fourteen
thousand
calls
they'll,
be
able
to
power
up
to
ten
thousand
homes
on
this
property,
and
so
really
I
think
it's
a
it
meets
a
lot
of
the
goals
that
the
city
of
Tampa
continues
to
talk
about,
reducing
our
carbon
footprint
and
getting
greener.
So
I'm
asking
Council
support
to
this
cell
just.
M
Two
questions:
the
first
related
to
the
horses
when
you're
out
looking
for
other
sites
is
one
of
the
ideas
to
maybe
look
at
co-locating
them
with
the
sheriff's
office
or
other
law
enforcement
agencies
that
have
I
have
and.
H
M
And
then
this
the
second
thing
you
mentioned
that
Tico
had
made
a
commitment
to
only
use
the
land
for
solar
purposes.
M
Q
A
little
sensitive
are
we
thank
you
mr.
chair,
and
thank
you
for
that
that
commitment
to
use
this
property
for
solar
farming
is
that
I
assume
gonna
be
in
the
contract
and
for
solutely
okay.
Indeed,
there
have
been
mention
about
this
land
being
suitable
for
residential
use.
Could
you
talk
about
that
in
terms
of
why
it
is
or
why
it's
not
well,.
Q
H
Not
have
water
and
sewer
to
that
and
for
large-scale
development
because
of
the
potential
for
liability.
Most
home
builders
are
not
interested
in
doing
things
on
septic
fields,
because
that's
it
that's
a
field
that
is
is
becoming
more
and
more
concerned
as
far
as
environmental
contamination
and
so
a
it's
not
near
a
and
exit
B.
There
are
no,
it's
not
an
extension
of
the
urban
service.
Harris
will
not
have
water
and
sewer
to
it,
and
it
does
not
lend
itself.
It
does
not
have
a
great
road
network
around
there
either.
Thank.
Q
J
J
K
J
L
Just
a
couple
questions
one-
and
this
is
a
legal
question
that
maybe
our
our
lawyer
can
answer,
which
is
even
if
we
wanted
to
get
into
a
development
agreement
with
somebody.
Let's
say
for
that
land:
okay,
not
saying
that
we
would
but
I
mean
there
must
be
some
legal
restrictions
to
city
zoning
pieces
of
land
outside
of
their
own
district.
If
it's
going
to
be
developed,
I
mean
I'm,
not
sure
that
but
I'm
just
curious
about
it,
because.
D
L
I
mean
there
was
a
there's,
a
lot
of
discussion
that
went
on
during
the
the
editorial
that
they
had,
which
is
it's
not
an
easy
deal
to
make
regardless
and
I
think
that
the
the
other
part
of
it
is-
and
this
is
something
someone
asking
the
other
day
mr.
McDonald
and
I
didn't
know
the
answer
to
it.
I
know
that
when
you
came
before
us
last
time
you
mentioned
about
this,
was
you
were
looking
to
see
if
there
were
any
buyers
available?
L
If
I'm
not
mistaken,
and
you
know
correct
me
if
I'm
wrong,
they
can't
do
an
appraisal
on
it.
Because
of
the
difference
between
the
wetlands
section
and
the
usable
section
there
was.
There
was
some
discussion.
I.
Think
last
time
you
and
I
had
here
about
that
which
is
so
you're
not
gonna.
Do
a
regular
appraisal,
like
you
typically
would
do.
Is
that
correct?
Well,
what
that
appraisal.
L
N
L
H
If
I
may,
I
would
like
to
thank
each
of
you
for
the
opportunity
to
work
with
you
over
the
last
eight
years.
It's
been
sometimes
fun,
not
so
much
fun,
but
I
have
always
been
impressed
in
the
fact
that
council
was
always
looking
out
for
the
taxpayer
and
property
owner
here
in
the
city
of
Tampa
and
I.
Do
appreciate
that,
because
I
feel
a
very
strong
fiduciary
this
one.
Thank
you.
You.
F
C
J
J
P
Know
this
morning,
I
mentioned
that
I
was
here
when
you
were
appointed
I
was
standing
outside
cuz.
The
room
was
overflowing
the
day
that
that
passed
and
and
I
brought
that
up
many
many
times
campaigning
or
in
the
community.
What
a
wonderful
thing
you
know
this
council
and
you
and
proposing
it,
and
everything
did
for
the
people
of
Tampa,
because
it
was
very
significant.
K
L
Except
to
say,
thanks
again,
you
know
for
eight
years
of
fun
late-night
sessions,
regardless
we
had
a
great
time,
I
appreciate
everything
that
you
all
have
done.
We've
done
together
and
there
are
a
lot
of
things.
I
mean
I.
We
forget
about
the
domestic
partnership
registry
miskeen,
because
you
know
things
change
so
quickly
after
we
passed
it
that
gay
marriage
became
legal,
it
became
it
almost
was
an
afterthought,
but
it
was
a
big
deal
when
we
passed
it
and
I
will.
L
Was
unanimous
and
I
don't
think
that
anybody
said
one
negative
thing
about
that
we
were
up
here
and
I
want
to
tell
you
I
appreciate
everything
that
that
you've
done
on
council
I
know
that
the
folks
that
are
gonna
be
staying
here.
Mr.
Vieira
mr.
Miranda,
mr.
Mont
skylight
that
you
can
do
a
great
with
the
new
board
and
the
new
mayor
and
I
hope
that
I'll
come
here
just
to
visit.
You
know
maybe
I'll
be
like
Josie
troll.
If
you
come
here,
every.
L
K
M
You're,
probably
gonna
lose
my
mother
too.
I
just
want
to
reiterate
just
what
I
said
this
morning
to
tell
you
all
how
much
I've
enjoyed
serving
with
you
and
how
much
personal
affection
I
feel
for
each
of
you.
I
know
that
when
we
run
into
each
other
in
the
years
ahead,
we'll
have
a
lot
of
fond
memories
to
reminisce
about
from
our
time
here,
I
want
to
just
say
two
things.
M
M
I
also
want
to
thank
see
Joe
Ford,
who
was
my
former
legislative
aide,
who
really
gave
her
heart
and
soul
to
the
city
when
she
was
here
and
and
finally
I
just
want
to
say
that
councilman
Miranda
told
me
when
we
started
on
council
never
ever
to
wear
the
same
tie
at
night
as
you
wore
in
the
morning.
I,
don't
know
if
it's
superstition,
I,
don't
know
if
I
think
at
the
time
he
said
it
was
because
people
would
think
you
were
working
harder.
If
you
ward.
B
M
M
I
wore
tonight
to
tie
that
I
wore
the
day
that
we
were
sworn
in
in
2011,
and
it
really
it
gives
me
a
very
warm
memory
to
think
back
on
all
the
times
that
we've
had
together
here,
some
better
than
others,
but
all
in
all
I
think
we've
done
a
wonderful
job
for
the
city
and
I
wish.
All
of
you
only
good
things
and
good
health.
P
You
know
one
final
comment:
I
remember
before
the
2015
election,
where
I
got
elected
and
we
were
at
the
equality,
Florida
gala
and
you
were
all
together
and
they
were
gonna,
introduce
the
elected
officials
and
I.
Think
it
was
you
Yoli.
Who
said?
No,
no,
no,
you
sit,
you
stand
with
us,
you
stand
with
us
and
it
made
me
feel
so
welcome.
J
Okay,
first
of
all,
of
course,
I
have
miles
with
me
and
I
already
explained
to
you
who
he
is
he's
my
grandson
and
I'm.
His
deep
though,
but
I
want
to
say,
I
wrote
something
down
because
first
of
all,
I
want
to
say
when
we
were
elected
in
2011,
I
served
in
2010
and
what
mr.
Riddick
said
yesterday's.
It
is
like
night
and
day
that,
console
two
weeks
after
we
were
elected,
I,
went
home
and
said
to
my
husband:
I
am
skipping
down
the
hallway.
These
people
think
I
was
so
really.
J
We
may
not
agree,
but
actually
we
agreed
a
lot
more
than
we
disagreed
and
the
good
thing
was
we
all
worked
at
one
point
or
another
for
cause
or
in
politics,
for
the
same
people
same
causes.
So
we
had
those
values
in
common,
and
that
was
very
important
and
I'd
like
to
say
something
about
my
legislative,
aide,
Cynthia
sarff
today
as
I
closed
the
door
to
my
past
and
open
the
door
to
my
future
I.
D
Am
a
new
chapter
of
my
life
Cynthia
then
made
all
the
difference
in
almost
nine
years
in
City
Council,
when
I
was
appointed
nine
years
ago,
I
did
not
know
Cindy,
but
I
walked
back
to
the
office.
It's
on
her
name
on
the
door
and
I
asked
her.
Do
you
want
to
stay?
She
said
yes,
I
said
well.
Here
we
go.
J
D
J
Two
weeks
after
we
became
partners
in
City
Council
in
City
Hall,
she
said
to
me:
I'm
gonna
say
something
to
you.
I
will
never
lie
to
you,
but
I
will
never
lie
for
you
and
I
said
the
door
between
my
office
and
yours
comes
down
today,
and
it
stayed
it's
that
way
to
this
day.
She
is
again:
I
cannot
praise
her
enough
for
intelligence
and
her
hope.
B
Like
serving
eight
years,
it
seems,
like
you
know
like
it,
was
yesterday
really
and
then,
as
we
talked
about
when
it
started
from
that
side
of
this
side
from
right
to
left,
I'm
thinking
what
Sherman
then
I
started
thinking
Buckhorn
Center
the
chair
for
eight
years,
so
that
means
that
I've
been
working
with
for
or
compromising
or
working
whatever
for
16
years
with
bump
Buckhorn
and
all
of
you
have
been
an
inspiration
to
the
city.
I
mean
look:
what's
happened
in
City.
B
The
last
eight
to
ten
years
is
transforming
so
quickly
and
so
rapidly
that
it's
just
impossible
people
I
work.
You
know
how
work
in
Pinellas
County,
really
in
the
border
line
and
I
see
people
all
the
time
talking
about
the
stampa,
City
Council
I
really
do,
and
they
talk
complimentary
about
everyone,
but
me
and
because
I'm
at
the
horse
track
and
I
gotta
tell
them
what
to
do
and
not
to
do
and
but
really
they.
They
there's
so
much
involved
in
the
political
process.
B
Here
that
in
this
mayor's
race
every
day,
when
I
went
to
that
track,
they
would
say
something
about
what
come
in
the
mail.
What
newspaper
said
about
the
candidates?
If
my
opinion
I
said
I,
have
no
opinion
and
that's
in
the
paper.
Writing
I
didn't
write
that
opinion,
but
it's
a
it's
an
honor
to
be
here
when
you
folks
end
up
the
four
of
you
are
gonna,
be
Minister
I,
really
appreciate
the
efforts
and
to
Bob
my
corn.
You.
B
F
B
Might
have
been
mayor
but
I
appreciate
everything.
You've
done
the
eight
years
of
you
were
here
and
they
eight
years.
The
city
has
really
transformed
and
you've
been
an
inspirational
leader
in
Baba.
Wait
I,
never
forget
what
I
said
in
the
Tampa
theater
when
he
was
talking
about
his
girls
going
to
North
Carolina
I
said:
remember:
Bob
they're
only
12
years
old.
You
can't
let
him
go
by
themselves
and
it
was
a
joke
and
I
still
mean
it
as
a
joke.
10
he's
been
a
wonderful
model
for
someone
to
follow
so
I
wish.
Q
Thank
you
yeah,
it's
funny,
because
when
Miranda
mentions
of
mayor
Buckhorn
I
was
remembering
today
the
first
time
I
met
mayor,
Buckhorn
I
was
18
years
old
at
the
University
of
South
Florida
at
the
College
Democrats
of
USF.
We
were
talking
about
clinton-gore
and
he
was
there.
As
the
representative
for
clinton-gore
I
was
18,
which
it's
it's
funny
you
know.
Yesterday,
I
was
reading
an
article
on
I
think
it
was
CNN
or
MSNBC
about
the
incoming
there
and
they
were
talking
about
not
to
bring
up
political
factions
etc.
Q
But
they
were
talking
about
the
city
of
Tampa
and
how
progressive
we
may
be
versus
other
cities,
and
they
mentioned
that
Democrats
in
the
city
of
Tampa
tend
to
be
more
reasonable
and
I.
Read
that
and
I
went
it's
pretty
good
because
we
know,
even
though
we're
all
nonpartisan
and
what
our
personal
affiliation
are
and
I
think
that
all
of
us
here
we
are
all
reasonable
people.
We
may
disagree,
but
we're
all
very,
very
reasonable.
Q
You
know
when
I
think
of
the
the
folks
leaving
being
a
member
of
Tampa
City
Council's,
one
of
those
legacy
things
that
your
nephews,
your
nieces,
your
children,
your
grandchildren,
are
gonna,
remember:
20,
30,
40,
50
years
from
now,
they're
gonna
go
my
uncle
my
aunt,
my
father,
my
grandfather,
my
grandmother,
etc.
Was
a
member
of
Tampa
City
Council,
that's
a
big
deal.
I
mean
that's
something
to
be
very,
very
proud
of.
I.
Remember
the
first
day
that
y'all
met
I
was
here
because
my
dear
friend
Mike
Suarez,
it
was
his
first
day
and
I.
I
Q
A
A
Grace
you
approach
difficult
decisions
has
been
a
hallmark
of
the
Tampa
City,
Council
and
I.
Think
that's
something
that
every
citizen
of
this
city
should
be
very
proud
of,
and
I've
heard
that,
in
your
comments
that
you've
reflected
upon
today,
so
I
want
to
say
to
you.
Thank
you
for
your
commitment
to
the
people
of
the
city
and
for
all
of
your
hard
work
and
the
accomplishments
that
you
have
made
on
their
behalf.
It
has
been
my
great
privilege
to
serve
each
of
you.
L
J
And
I
want
to
say
thank
you
to
all
the
staff
and
I
see
we
have
sitting
here
and
really.
We
have
some
brilliant
minds
working
in
this
city
and
they
they
work
very
diligently
and
make
sure
that
we
get
the
information
we
need
in
order
to
make
the
decisions
that
we
need
to
make
all
nine
years.
Thank
you
so
much
for
your
hard
work.
D
And
I
did
have
the
opportunity
when
I
was
here
before
you
all
with
the
burnt
steak
house
project
about
a
week
ago.
So
I
know
my
dad
drive
for
Tampa
City
Council
back
when
dick
record
ran
for
mayor
I,
think
back
in
early
70s
and
unfortunately
he
didn't
make
it
and
my
mom
ran
for
office
too.
So
I
know
I.
P
P
D
J
B
I
like
to
make
a
motion
I
would
like
to
make
a
motion
to
a
present
accommodation
to
the
water
partner
of
recognizing
Florida
water
reuse.
We've
made
19
2015
19
in
drinking
water
week,
May
5th
room,
11
2019
to
be
presented,
Tampa,
City,
Council
meeting
may
2nd
2019
and
just
for
the
record,
I
didn't
speak
about
Mary
Bryan,
because
she's
a
secret
weapon.
A
B
A
D
Want
to
say
thank
you
guys
for
giving
me
the
opportunity,
especially
you
counselor.
At
a
time
when
I
call
from
film
to
say,
hey
I
need
an
internship,
you
took
a
chance
and
I
learned
a
lot
from
you
and
Cedric
and
I
truly
appreciate
it.
Thank
you
for
all
the
advice
that
y'all
gave
me
definitely
gonna.
Take
that
with
me.
Thank
you
to
the
1/4.
You
know
helping
me
and
teaching
me
truly
appreciate
it,
and
that's
all
I
gotta
say.
A
A
D
Seriously,
we
just
wanted
to
take
the
opportunity
to
say
that
it's
been
quite
the
honor
to
have
served
with
every
single
one
of
you,
I.
Think
all
of
us
have
grown
in
our
roles.
We
have
achieved
a
lot
of
things
together
and
we've
just
had
a
great
time.
We
have
a
lot
of
fun
behind
those
stores
back
there.
A
lot
of
laughters
a
lot
of
memories
and
all
I
can
say
is
that
these
walls
could
talk.
M
C
Microwave,
don't
worry
well,
I
just
wanted
to
say
that
I
mean
I.
I
would
say
that
I
would
I'm
one
of
the
newbies
here.
But
there
are
a
few
aides
that
came
after
me
and
from
the
day
I
started.
Everybody
here
has
been
I
mean
it
really
became
a
family
immediately
and
I.
Appreciate
that
you
know
a
lot
of
what
people
see
on
TV
or
they
read
in
the
paper.
Here
is
what
happens
before
City
Council,
but
the
parts
that
I
appreciated
the
most
in
a
way
are
doing
the
sunshine
laws.
C
You
know
when
you
go
behind
in
the
hallway
over
there
and
into
the
offices
you're
not
allowed
to
talk
about
what
happens
out
here.
So
you
get
to
talk
a
lot
about
a
lot
of
other
things
and
I've
realized
that
this
council's
full
of
people
that
are
very
intellectual
lots
of
talking
about
LBJ
and
JFK
and
FDR,
and
history
and
I,
really
think
that
it
would
be
difficult
to
have
another
council
that
has
this
much
appreciation
for
history
and
that's
kind
of
what
we're
lacking
and
elected
officials
today.
C
C
I
just
want
to
say
thank
you,
I've
known
most
of
you
on
a
completely
different
level
from
when
I
walked
in
the
door
here
four
years
ago,
almost
four
years
ago.
Thank
you
all
for
being
so
amazing
and
compassionate
and
I
got
to
know
so
many
of
you
on
a
different
level
and
Councilwoman
campaign,
I'm,
sorry
that
she
was
no
longer
dialing.
You
on
on
our
phone,
randomly.
C
Just
you
know,
obviously
made
us
all
shine
to
be
honest
with
you
here:
yeah
I'm,
sorry
how's,
that
going
you
are
a
breath
of
fresh
air
every
single
day
and
I
cherish
your
friendship,
counseling
suarez,
your
your
amazing
coming
and
you
are
very
quick
with
the
wit.
Thank
you.
Thank
you
very
much
and
and
y'all
that
are
gonna,
be
here.
Yeah
I'll
tell
you
what
I
think.
