C
D
Know
my
maiden
name
was
cooked
by
the
way.
So
it's
a
given
well
kind
of
start.
Where
we
left
off.
We,
we
kind
of
skipped
over
Mount
Hope
Cemetery
on
page
64,
but
since
that's
underneath
the
park
and
Rec
I
just
figured
you
might
as
well.
Do
it
hope
you
can
also,
if
you
want
to
turn
to
page
64
and
you
can
J
if
you
just
want
to
talk
a
little
bit
about
the
couple
items
there
and
then,
if
you
guys
have
any
questions,
we
can
go
through
that.
Okay.
B
We
have
some
money,
budgeted
didn't
in
the
cemetery
budget
for
a
road
repair
in
alternating
years.
That's
to
make
sure
that
the
roads
are
well
maintained
in
good
condition
of
the
cemetery
we
have
about
for
a
little
over
four
miles
of
roads
that
we
have
with
the
cemetery
and
I
would
say
that
the
if
we
were
doing
an
overlay
that
the
50,000
should
do
about
a
half
mile
per
year,
would
that
be
in
the
ballpark
Shane.
A
B
And
then
the
other
one,
it's
down
the
road
quite
a
ways
as
kind
of
a
placeholder
there,
but
the
office
and
shop
facilities
are
really
old
and
kind
of
obsolete
at
the
cemetery.
So
it's
something
we
really
should
look
at
is
to
make
some
improvements.
There,
they're
not
very
visitor
friendly
for
someone
that
comes
in
to
visit
full
time
at
the
cemetery
scheanette.
A
F
I
had
thrown
aside
as
a
question
last
year.
Has
there
been
any
consideration
given
to
utilizing
computer
technology
of
GPS
whatever
it
may
be,
to
help
locate
a
grave
I
mean
somebody's
new
to
town
doesn't
know
the
cemetery
plugs
in
it
goes
on
up
on
the
internet,
plugs
in
a
name
and
they
get
a
plot
location
I
mean.
Has
there
been
any
any
further
consideration
of
that?
F
G
C
E
E
E
B
E
D
B
And
in
2018
we
have
$40,000
for
pickleball
courts.
Nelson
Park
I'm
excited
about
this
project,
because
pickleball
is
definitely
growing
in
the
community.
There's
a
lot
of
people
playing
it
of
all
ages.
So
now
we
try
and
tape
some
of
our
tennis
courts
and
that
works,
but
it
doesn't
work
in
the
fact
that
a
lot
of
the
tape
gets
ripped
off
and
when
people
come
to
play,
it's
it's
missing
in
that
type
of
thing,
so
for
it
to
have
its
own
individual
facility
would
be
would
be
great
for
the
pickleball
players
would.
B
A
B
B
B
I
B
B
Then,
moving
on
to
2019
climbing
wall,
that
would
just
be
another
attraction
we
would
be
looking
at,
possibly
it
once
we
get
everything
going
at
the
new
community
center.
That
would
be
another
addition
that
would
bring
an
attraction
to
a
facility
if
it
wasn't
used
there.
Possibly
if
we
did
some
conversions
at
the
field
house,
it
might
be
reused
in
that
location
and
the
pumptrack
that
would
be
for
the
strider,
bikes
and
BMX
bikes.
It
would
kind
of
be
in
association
with
with
our
skatepark.
B
That
might
be
a
good
location
for
it
too,
and
you
know
that
would
just
introduce
that
group
to
the
facility
I
want
to
tour
some
of
the
pump
tracks
that
are
in
the
area.
I
know
Brooklyn
says
a
real
nice
one
and
I'm
familiar
with
them,
but
I'd
like
to
tour
and
visit
with
some
of
those
people
as
we
as
we
move
forward
on
this.
B
Basically,
a
pump
track,
it's
the
design
is
that
you
don't
have
to
pump
that
once
you
get
going
and
you
steer
it
around
without
pumping.
That's
why
the
Strider
bikes,
the
pedal
spikes
come
in,
and
it's
it's
a
big
thing.
I
know:
Mitchell
has
a
big
program.
Brookings
has
a
program
so
just
like
to
investigate
that
more.
B
Yes,
in
the
golf
course
in
2018,
there's
$100,000
there,
and
that
was
basically
have
for
the
red
course
for
greens
and
irrigation
and
bunkers
on
the
on
the
red
course.
There's
a
couple
greens
that
are
poorly
done.
That
need
to
be
replaced,
and
then
Todd
has
some
work
on
bunkers
and
irrigation,
and
then
another
issue
in
2019
is
the
clubhouse
road
closure.
B
That
is
something
that
you
hear
a
lot
about:
the
dangers
and
safety
of
the
road
that
goes
between
the
cart
shed
and
the
clubhouse
that
a
lot
of
the
golfers
would
like
to
see
that
closed
and
the
whole
area
would
become
more
of
a
campus
and
that
the
road
would
go
around
the
cart
sheds
rather
than
through
the
clubhouse
and
carts
yet
area.
You.
J
H
H
A
Think
that
was
discussed
a
a
number
of
years
ago,
Mike
and
some
of
the
landowners
weren't
too
thrilled
about
selling
drive
going
past
their
house
like
it,
you
know.
Instead,
they
would
prefer
them
to
go
through
that
through
the
golf
course
and
I
think
that's
something
we
put
it
in
here
as
a
place
holder,
I
think
that
discussion
needs
to
be
taking
place
out
there
before
we
were
to
ever.
Do
anything
on
that.
C
F
G
B
Not
really
probably
there's
been
some
discussion
about
consolidation,
even
more
than
you
know,
replacing
him
that
as
we,
the
rental
courts,
that
we
have
have
been
very
popular
out
there
and
a
lot
of
people
out
there
use
the
rental
cart.
So
you
have
a
season-long
lease
on
those
and
there's
fewer
and
fewer
carts
out
there.
So
possibly
there
was
some
talk
about
consolidation.
What.
J
If
I
had
to
bet
right
now,
if
you
went
back
eight
to
ten
years
ago,
it
was
full
and
I
think
if
you
went
out
there
now
you'd
probably
see
maybe
maybe
a
third
of
it
that
is
open
or
maybe
20
25
percent
somewhere
in
that
neighborhood
I
do
know.
In
talking
to
Todd,
he
thought
that
the
current
smaller
electric
shed
with
the
number
of
carts
in
there
could
be
consolidated
with
open
numbers
in
the
the
larger
gas.
F
J
A
J
We
had
talked
about
is
we
really
would
like
to
look
at
the
consolidation
into
a
1/1
storage
building
and
then
right
now
all
the
golf
carts
all
the
rental
carts
are
held
underneath
the
current
Pro
Shop
and
it's
just
a
booger
in
there.
It's
really
hard
to
get
him
in
there
hard
to
get
him
out
of
there
and
what
we
talked
about
is
to
convert
the
second
shed
to
the
cart
rentals.
Yet
I
mean
if
we
had
our
way.
J
Ideally
we
would,
we
would
have
rental
carts
who
wouldn't
have
any
personal
cards,
but
because
that's
such
a
long-standing
tradition
out
there
and
and
something
has
been
allowed-
you
know
it
continues
to
be,
but
I
think
the
success
there
has
been
more
and
more
people
convert
to
the
rental
carts,
which
is
a
good
thing
both
for
the
course
and
you
know,
probably
for
them,
I.
Think
too
so.
They've.
B
J
But
there
was
some
talk
about
potentially
moving
one
of
those
sheds
for
the
cart
rental
shed,
which
we
would
have
into
answer.
I
think
Bruce,
your
question
I
think
the
structures
are
in
fine
shape,
I
mean,
but
the
most
they
could
use
it
be
opponent
up
a
coat
of
paint
on
em
and
but
as
far
as
the
structure
itself
in
concrete
or
the
asphalt
is
in
good
shape.
B
And
then
moving
on
the
clubhouse
campus
remodel,
that
kind
of
goes
hand-in-hand
with
what
we've
been
talking
about
on
what
we
want
to
do
with
that
whole
campus,
the
roads,
the
you
know,
the
clubhouse
cart
sheds
and
that
type
of
thing
and
that's
kind
of
out
there
in
2021
as
a
placeholder
as
well.
But
you
know
there's
a
lot
of
talk
about
doing
something
with
the
patio
out
there.
What
would
be
very
nice,
and
so
hopefully
that
will
we'll
get
onto
that
before
the
21
year.
B
J
B
Yes,
when
the
items
there
on
the
boiler
replacement
that
actually
we
had
that
out
came
to
further
long
term,
but
there's
just
been
some
problems
with
it
that
that's
been
moved
up.
2018
now,
so
I
think
that's
a
good
place
for
it
and
the
other
the
additional
slide.
That
would
be
a
new
feature.
It
would
be
one
of
the
higher
vertical
slides
with
the
rollout
or
whatever
you
call
it.
It
would
came
to
be
a
standalone
facility.
It
would
actually
the
slide
tower
that
we
have
now
is
designed
to
go
up
another
level.
B
So
what
would
work
there,
but
this
would
actually
go
out
and
end
in
its
own
pool
type
thing.
It
would
came
to
be
as
with
zero
flow
type
of
pool,
though,
because
that
run
outs
are
pretty
much
stopped
by
the
time
you
get
to
the
end
of
it
with
just
another
new
feature
to
do.
You
have
for
the
community
residents
who
I
use
and
enjoy
the
Aquatic
Center.
C
J
B
J
A
A
D
C
Is
an
attraction
you
go
to
it
because
it
is
an
attraction
and
it's
no
different,
then
I'm
not
going
to
name
the
location
because
they
don't
want
to
talk
bad
about
the
location.
But
we
have
a
company
picnic
every
year
and
we
went
to
the
same
place
five
years
in
a
row
every
pretty
soon
everything
got
a
little
bit
less
and
less,
because
nothing
ever
changed
right.
F
B
C
B
G
J
A
I
think
one
of
the
things
that
you
might
want
to
take
a
look
at
is
I
know
the
schools
had
increases
in
their
number
of
of
kids
coming
into
kindergarten
and
first
grade.
You
know
I
think
this
is
going
to
fluctuate
with
that.
Also,
as
the
population
and
town
goes
up,
it
should
correspond
with
that.
Well,.
C
Here,
I
just
want
to
look
at
it.
One
way
now
we're
building
a
new
community
rec
center
community
center.
However,
you
want
to
look
at
it
and
if
we've
the
same
fitness
equipment
in
there
and
never
do
anything
with
it,
we
just
threw
away
a
bunch
money.
Now
we've
got
tons
of
money
tied
up
into
the
Aquatic
Center.
It's
no
different.
J
Think
when
we
have
a
an
asset
that
is
used
at
most
in
theory,
it's
used
eighty
five
days
a
year
and
we
know
it
doesn't
get
used.
Eighty
five
days
a
year
because
of
weather.
So
to
me
the
question
becomes:
do
you
invest
those
dollars
in
something
that
you
can
use
12
months
a
year
or
do
you
invest
them
for
less
than
three
months
a
year?
So.
A
C
A
A
I
J
you'll
probably
have
to
take
a
look
at
that
too
and
see
how
many
days
in
those
years
when
you
go
up
or
down
spike
up
or
down
because,
like
they
said
some
years,
I
bet
this
summer
we
had
probably
90
days.
You
could
use
cuz
it
never
rained
and
last
year
no
I
think
last
year
was
up
a
little
but
the
year
before
I
think
we
only
had
70
days.
We
could
be
in
there.
So
you
could
say:
oh
my
gosh,
it's
way
down.
B
B
You
know
and
I
know
we're
gonna
be
going
with
some
younger
kids
playing
out
there
and
probably
not
using
that
lights
as
much,
but
with
tournaments
and
that
type
of
thing
we
will
still
be
using
those
fields
and
those
lights
you
know,
are
shorter
and
older
style
that
they
don't
have
the
power
quality
that
the
lights
today
do
and
there's
a
lot
of
glare
and
vision,
difficulties
for
players
out
there.
So
that's
why
we've
just
included
those
in
the
budget
Jay.
A
B
Know
I,
don't
think
it'll
do
a
whole
lot.
Cuz
we're
still
going
to
have
the
same
number
of
participants,
but
it
will
allow
them.
You
know
a
lot
of
times
now,
they're
starting
at
5:30
or
whatever.
This
will
allow
them
to
play
later
into
the
night
that
they,
parents
and
kids
don't
have
to
run
right
from
work
and
do
the
ball
fields.
G
Okay,
I
know
that
the
lights
had
to
cook
or
I
mean
severely
bad
I
mean
they're.
That
I've
heard
sparks
come
out
of
the
things
and
it's
brutal
I
just
don't
know
and
again,
since
we're
building
the
new
complex.
A
lot
of
that
night
stuff
will
will
move,
probably
move
out
there
and
we
won't
be
deluded
as
much
by
the
adult
leagues
with
Jo
stuff,
but
just
some
just
for
consideration,
maybe
19
and
20
of
you.
G
B
They're
they're
bad,
so
you
know
well,
that's
why
we
came
to
have
them
out
there
to
a
little
bit
to
see
how
use
patterns
flow,
how
much
that
cook
will
be
used
for
adults,
but
there
still
will
be.
You
know
some
of
the
fastpitch
type
stuff,
either
at
foundation
or
cooked,
but
they
like
to
use
complex
for
fast
pitch
as
well.
So.
B
F
A
G
B
Okay
and
then
the
other
cook
complex
improvements,
that's
more
of
the
you
know,
I
think
some
of
these
fields
go
back
into
the
70s
and
that
same
fencing
like
around
the
dugouts
and
that
type
of
thing
has
been
there
that
they're
getting
kicked
in
and
beat
in
pretty
good.
So
you
know
we
get
an
idea
to
at
some
point
in
time
start
to
replace
some
of
that
fencing
or
cook
as
well.
B
The
auditorium
there's
a
seventy
nine
thousand
dollars
in
there
for
auditorium
improvements,
and
that's
basically
for
rough
and
sewer
issues.
Now
we
did
do
a
small
project
to
repair
the
downspouts
on
the
auditorium
this
year
and
it
seems
to
have
been
very
effective.
This
last
six
inch
rain.
We
had
really
had
no
water
in
the
auditorium,
so
just
connecting
those
downspouts
back
up
was
very
effective.
So
you
know
we
still
have
the
sewer
issues.
A
That
would
tell
you
before
we
throw
a
lot
of
dollars
into
this
facility.
It
is
in
the
in
the
top
four.
If
there
is
ever
an
injustice
center,
so
I
know
they
want
to
refurbish
the
building.
They
want
to
repurpose
the
building
if
they
use
it.
So
at
this
particular
time,
I'm
not
really
thrilled
about
putting
a
whole
lot
of
dollars
into
the
auditorium.
J
B
A
I
think
what
we're
looking
at
Bruce
on
that
there
there's
numerous
things
that
they
want
to
repurpose.
That
billion
for
the
one
is
for
turf.
One
is
for
tennis.
You
know
they're,
looking
at
just
numerous
things
and
I,
don't
think
you
use
the
same,
the
same
flooring
for
all
those
applications,
so
you
could
easily
have
a
couple
tennis
courts
and
you
gotta
remember:
there's
a
twenty
five
thousand
square
foot
building.
So
there's
a
lot
of
room
for
things
to
happen
in
there
good.
B
Okay,
that
the
first
project
is
just
for
some
more
comfortable
concession.
Seating,
probably
that
a
little
bit
and
you
know,
add
some
shade
structures
and
some
additional
landscaping
that
people
can
have
a
place
to
go
and
have
a
treat
and
do
it
in
the
shade.
When
they're
visiting
the
zoo,
then
the
other
project
is
supported
by
the
lake
area,
Zoological
Society
and
that's
to
construct
that
garage
and
shop
building
for
the
for
the
zoo
it's
been
in
the
budget
before,
but
something
that
Dan
really
is
excited
about.
B
A
B
B
In
the
park
system
each
year,
it's
kind
of
an
ongoing
thing
that
we
include
175,000
dollars
in
the
recreational
trail,
expansion
and
just
to
let
you
know,
I
think
we're
real
close
to
getting
a
project
going
for
the
Memorial
Park
section
of
the
trail,
I
would
say
in
the
next
few
weeks
they
could
get
started
on
that.
So
I
think
we're
going
to
see
that
done.
This
fall,
which
will
be
very
exciting
after
about
3
years,
to
see
that
project
get
started
and
get
completed.
Just.
F
F
They
live
out
on
by
the
water
tower
on
4th
Avenue
and
just
really
impressed
upon
me
the
importance
of
getting
that
trail
completed
around
the
lake
and
and
again
I've
heard
a
lot
from
people
that
lived
by
the
water
from
the
water
tower
out
there
out
to
sandy
shores
and
that's
a
very
it's
a
narrow
road
and
a
lot
of
people
walk
and
bike
out
there
and
there's
no
trail.
So
whatever
we
can
do
to
keep
this
project
moving
forward
in
general
around
the
lake
to
get
it
completed.
F
Let's
do
it
and
then
secondly,
another
another
trail
issue
that
was
brought
to
my
attention
from
a
couple.
Different
parties
of
summer
is
on
Golf
Course
Road
from
33rd
Street,
which
is
out
by
derped
of
the
north-south
or
by
Derby
Downs
up
to
42nd
Street,
which
runs
then
past
Golf,
View
Estates
past
the
north
south
side
of
the
golf
course.
A
lot
of
people
walk
and
bike
along
there
and
again,
there
is
no
no
trail
to
steep
embankment
to
off
the
road
there.
B
Then
the
bridge
trestle
decking
that
would
be
an
improvement
on
the
trestle
behind
the
zoo,
just
kind
of
redoing
that,
because
it
breaks
apart
all
the
time
and
we're
always
doing
affairs
so
to
get
that
updated,
would
be
great.
Then
there's
money
for
two
install
shade
structures
for
the
bleachers
at
the
ends
of
soccer
complex,
the
playground
development
would
be
at
the
new
softball
complex.
B
There
is
kind
of
an
area
that's
been
identified
where
we'd
like
to
see
a
playground
go
out
there,
and
that
would
include
that
and
then
we
have
some
money
in
there
as
we
keep
growing
and
needing
more
space
to
look
at
a
relocation
or
remodel
of
the
park
shop
on
the
on
tenth
Avenue.
So
also
there's
money
in
there
to
light
fields.
B
Three
and
four
dams,
a
Soccer
Complex
one
and
two
are
lighted
now,
but
this
would
allow
them
more
opportunity
to
hold
additional
games
if
there
was
additional
lighting
on
the
complex
out
there
and
the
other
one
is
long-term
money,
but
it
just
kind
out
there
as
things
grow
and
change,
but
probably
in
the
river
Ridge
area
for
additional
park
development.
As
we
move
forward.
B
And
then,
moving
on
to
city
park,
there's
some
money
in
there
to
replace
the
roof
on
shelter
1,
which
is
the
southernmost
shelter
in
the
park,
also
some
money
in
there
to
put
in
a
camping,
cabin
and
then
further
down
the
road.
The
comfort
station,
that's
the
original
comfort
station
in
the
park
dating
back
to
1975,
and
this
would
allow
for
the
replacement
and
upgrade
of
that
facility
and
they're
very
heavily
used
campground
out
there,
and
the
other
project
would
be
to
continue
with
adding
sewer
hookups
to
some
of
the
campsites.
A
F
F
J
Aaron
and
Jay
and
I
don't
know
if
I
mentioned
this,
but
we're
talking
about
the
standard
budget.
But
you
know
we
have.
We
have
a
lot
of
campers
in
this
in
this
community,
and
one
thing
that
we
seem
to
be
missing
is
a
second
dumping
station
for
campers.
Something
outside
is
City
Park,
because
sandy
shores
doesn't
have
one
so
Lake
Pelican
does
have
one
on
the
south
side,
but
then
you
have
to
pay
an
entry
fee
to
get
in
right.
J
J
I'm
not
sure
to
what
extent
the
public
would
know
that
or
feel
comfortable
going
I.
Don't
know
that
and
I
didn't
know
that.
But
I've
heard
this
from
a
number
of
people
that
that's
the
only
one
we
have,
and
so,
if
you,
if
you
want
to
dump
in
there,
you've
got
to
go
into
the
city
park,
which
is
already
now
got
the
people
that
are
staying
there.
B
J
B
I
think
this
year,
in
the
spring,
we
we
spent
about
eleven
thousand
dollars
so
far
in
this
fiscal
year,
and
that
gives
us
you
know
a
little
money
now
to
use
and
purchase
some
trees
for
some
fall
plantings
in
the
park
and
there's
also
some
special
areas
that
we'd
like
to
do.
One
is
by
the
roundabout
area
there,
where
we
gotta
play
a
couple
trees
and
then
along
third
Avenue
and
some
of
these
specialty
locations.
That's
what
we
traditionally
do
in
the
fall.
B
B
Ok,
2017
and
we're
you
know
talking
about
different
locations
and
Craig.
Brown
is
actually
kinda
checking
some
soil
types
and
that
type
of
thing
to
try
and
find
some
locations
that
will
have
good
soils
that
grow,
and
you
know
one
of
the
things
with
that.
I
think
we
won't
want
to
look
at
putting
a
fence
because
you,
depending
on
where
you
put
it
I,
mean
if
you
don't
have
a
fence,
a
deer
just
going
to
absolutely
tear
it
up.
So.
F
F
Three
one
Commodus,
obviously
being
a
numbers
person
am.
I
am
page
49.
If
you
look
at
her
total
for
the
five
years
compared
the
total
for
five
years
a
year,
that's
about
three
million
dollars
less
than
what
it
was
I
mean
granted.
These
are
estimates,
org
estimates
at
best,
but
about
three
million
dollars
less
than
it
was
for
the
five
years.
A
year
ago,.
A
Okay,
number
three
is
gone:
I'm
gonna
run
to
number
four
under
old
business.
I
do
want
to
read
something
here
regarding
old
business,
you
guys
will
recall
that
on
August
15th,
meaning
the
City
Council
motion
was
made
second
and
approved
to
lay
on
the
table
resolution
16
26
a
resolution
vacating
a
public
right
away
between
lots,
8
and
block
2.
If
you
remember
that's
down
by
spies
and
over
in
that
area
down
south
of
212,
it's
in
the
Paulson's
edition
a
lot
20
block
to
southside
edition.
A
That
motion
was
made
with
the
date
to
resume
consideration,
which
was
today
in
conformance
with
the
Robert's
Rules
of
Order,
because
the
council
approved
a
motion
to
lay
on
the
table
with
a
certain
date
to
resume
consideration.
The
council
thereby
converted
it
converted
its
motion
to
lay
on
the
table
to
a
motion
to
postpone
to
a
certain
time
that
certain
time
is
today.
A
Therefore,
there
is
no
need
to
motion
to
take
the
matter
off
the
table
and
we
are
able
to
address
this
matter
under
old
business
now,
because
it
appeared
to
be
the
intention
of
the
council
to
address
resolution.
16
26,
along
with
the
petition,
to
vacate
the
adjoining
right
away,
if
you're,
if
you're
following
my
drift
here,
we
have
the
spies.
That
is
the
the
motion
that
was
in
there
that
we
were
going
to
deal
with
and
the
one
to
the
east,
which
was
over
there
by
the
concrete
dakota
plant.
A
This
petition
to
vacate
the
adjoining
right
away.
I
would
I
would
entertain
a
motion
to
postpone
this
matter
to
the
city
council
meeting
on
September
the
6th,
with
special
orders
that
it
be
placed
immediately
after
resolution
1629,
a
resolution
vacating
a
public
right
away
between
one
block
to
southside
edition
and
block
7,
or
a
lot
7
and
block.
H
A
B
A
K
She's
got
your
back,
she
does
basically
what
we're
looking
at
here
is.
We
have
forty
nine
thousand
dollars
still
in
the
budget
for
our
under
our
chip
and
crack
seal
line,
and
basically,
what
that
was
was
dollars
left
over
due
to
us
not
doing
micro
surfacing
and
we're
looking
to
see.
If,
if
there's
a
problem
with
us
spending
that
and
extending
our
melon
overlay
a
little
bit
more,
you.
